The second position detection module 142 is mounted on the mounting seat 110, and the second position detection module 142 is used to acquire image information of a second position reference module of a vehicle detection device 100 located on the second side of the vehicle 2000. The control module 130 is electrically connected to the second position detection module 142 and at least one image acquisition module 121, and is used to receive image information of the auxiliary device 200 and image information of the second position reference module, and to process the image information of the auxiliary device 200 and image information of the second position reference module.
[0036] The mounting base 110 may also be a member for supporting the first position reference module 141, the second position detection module 142, and the image acquisition module 121, and the mounting base 110 may be fixed to the side of the mounting mechanism 3000 (e.g., a lift) to secure the vehicle detection device 100.
[0037] The first side and second side of the vehicle 2000 may refer to the left and right sides of the vehicle 2000, respectively. When the vehicle 2000 is detected, a vehicle detection device 100 is attached to either the first side or the second side of the vehicle 2000. The vehicle detection device 100 located on the first side may be called the first vehicle detection device 101, and the vehicle detection device 100 located on the second side may be called the second vehicle detection device 102. The first vehicle detection device 101 includes a second position detection module 142 and a first position reference module 141. The second vehicle detection device 102 includes a second position reference module and a first position detection module. The 42 and the second position reference module are positioned opposite each other on opposite sides of the vehicle 2000 and installed facing each other. The second position detection module 142 photographs the second position reference module to acquire image information of the second position reference module, and the second position detection module 142 feeds back the acquired image information of the second position reference module to the control module 130 of the first vehicle detection device 101. The control module 130 receives the image information of the second position reference module, processes the image information of the second position reference module, and can analyze the position information between the first vehicle detection device 101 and the second vehicle detection device 102. The first position detection module and the first position reference module 141 are positioned opposite each other on opposite sides of the vehicle 2000. The first position detection module photographs the first position reference module 141 to acquire image information of the first position reference module 141. The first position detection module then feeds this image information back to the control module 130 of the second vehicle detection device 102. The control module 130 receives the image information of the first position reference module 141, processes it, and acquires position information between the first vehicle detection device 101 and the second vehicle detection device 102. The position information between these two sets of first vehicle detection devices 101 and second vehicle detection devices 102 can refer to each other, improving the accuracy of the position information between the first vehicle detection device 101 and the second vehicle detection device 102.
[0038] Preferably, the first vehicle detection device 101 and the second vehicle detection device 102 may be connected in a communication manner, and the control module 130 of the first vehicle detection device 101 and the control module 130 of the second vehicle detection device 102 can acquire and process image information from the first position reference module 141 and the second position reference module, and obtain position information between the first vehicle detection device 101 and the second vehicle detection device 102.
[0039] The second position detection module 142 may be a component capable of capturing image information of the second position reference module, and the second position detection module 142 may be a camera or a surveillance camera, but is not limited to these. For example, the second position detection module 142 may be an infrared camera or a monochrome camera, but is not limited to these. The first position detection module may be a component capable of capturing image information of the first position reference module 141, and the first position detection module may be a camera 1211 or a surveillance camera, but is not limited to these. For example, the second position detection module 142 may be an infrared camera or a monochrome camera, but is not limited to these. The structures of the second position detection module 142 and the first position detection module may be the same or different.
[0040] The first position reference module 141 may be a component that can be photographed by the first position detection module to obtain image information. For example, the first position reference module 141 includes a specific pattern or feature point that is captured by the first position detection module and used in calculations, such as a checkerboard or dot pattern. For example, during the detection process, the first position detection module photographs image information of the first position reference module 141, then extracts feature information of the specific pattern or feature point in the image information, and uses this feature information to calculate position information between the first vehicle detection device 101 and the second vehicle detection device 102.
[0041] The second position reference module may be a component that can be photographed by the second position detection module 142 to obtain image information. For example, the second position reference module includes a specific pattern or feature point, such as a checkerboard or dot pattern, that is captured by the second position detection module 142 and used in calculations. For example, during the detection process, the second position detection module 142 photographs image information of the second position reference module, then extracts feature information of the specific pattern or feature point in the image information, and uses this feature information to calculate position information between the first vehicle detection device 101 and the second vehicle detection device 102. The structures of the first position reference module 141 and the second position reference module may be the same or different.
[0042] The image acquisition module 121 may be a component capable of acquiring image information of an auxiliary device 200 attached to the wheel 2100, and the structure of the auxiliary device 200 and the first position reference module 141 may be the same or different. The image acquisition module 121 may be a component such as a camera or surveillance camera, and the image acquisition module 121 captures and acquires image information of the auxiliary device 200, and determines and acquires four-wheel positioning information of the vehicle 2000 based on the image information of the second position reference module and the image information of the auxiliary device 200.
[0043] The control module 130 may be a component capable of data transmission with the second position detection module 142 and the image acquisition module 121. The control module 130 and the second position detection module 142, and the control module 130 and the image acquisition module 121 may be connected by a wire harness or by wireless connection. The control module 130 can receive image information of the second position reference module fed back from the second position detection module 142 and process the image information of the second position reference module. The control module 130 can also receive image information of the auxiliary device 200 fed back from the image acquisition module 121 and process the image information of the auxiliary device 200. Here, "processing" may mean transmitting the received image information to an external device and analyzing the image information using the external device to obtain position information between the two vehicle detection devices 100 and four-wheel positioning information of the vehicle 2000. The control module 130 may be a control unit (e.g., a motherboard), a tablet, a mobile phone, or other computer equipment, but is not limited to these.
[0044] In the embodiment of the present invention, the vehicle detection device 100 is installed facing each other, with a vehicle detection device 100 located on the first side of the vehicle 2000 and a vehicle detection device 100 located on the second side of the vehicle 2000, and the second position detection module 142 of the vehicle detection device 100 located on the first side photographs the second position reference module of the vehicle detection device 100 located on the second side, acquires image information of the second position reference module, and feeds it back to the control module 130, and the first position detection module of the vehicle detection device 100 located on the second side The first position reference module 141 is photographed to acquire image information of the first position reference module 141. The image acquisition module 121 of the vehicle detection device 100 photographs the auxiliary device 200 attached to the wheel 2100 that is to be measured to acquire image information of the auxiliary device 200 and feeds it back to the control module 130. The control module 130 receives the image information of the second position reference module and the image information of the auxiliary device 200, processes the image information of the second position reference module and the image of the auxiliary device 200, and finally acquires the four-wheel positioning information of the vehicle 2000.
[0045] By adopting the above-described technical solution in this embodiment, the first position reference module 141, the second position detection module 142, and the image acquisition module 121 are all mounted on the mounting base 110, and the first position reference module 141, the second position detection module 142, and the image acquisition module 121 are integrated into the vehicle detection device 100, resulting in a high degree of integration. Two vehicle detection devices 100 are arranged on each side of the vehicle 2000, enabling the detection of the position of all four wheels of the vehicle 2000. This reduces the number of devices that need to be carried for the vehicle 2000's four-wheel position detection work. Simultaneously, this reduction in the number of devices carried for the vehicle 2000's four-wheel position detection work simplifies the operator's steps and improves the convenience of operation during the detection work.
[0046] In this embodiment, the vehicle detection device 100, when in use, has a second position detection module 142 that photographs the second position reference module and acquires image information of the second position reference module, and a first position detection module that photographs the first position reference module 141 and acquires image information of the first position reference module 141. In this way, position information between the two vehicle detection devices 100 can be obtained by analyzing the image information of the second position reference module and the image information of the first position reference module 141. During the analysis process, these two sets of image information can refer to each other, improving the accuracy of the determination of position information between the two vehicle detection devices 100 and improving the accuracy of four-wheel positioning detection.
[0047] In some embodiments, the vehicle detection device 100 includes a housing 150 which is provided to cover a first position reference module 141, a second position detection module 142, and an image acquisition module 121, and serves to protect the first position reference module 141, the second position detection module 142, and the image acquisition module 121. The housing 150 has a first window 1514 and a second window 1515, the first window 1514 which exposes the first position reference module 141 and the second position detection module 142, and the second window 1515 which is convenient for the image acquisition module 121 to take pictures and acquire image information.
[0048] In some embodiments, the first position reference module 141 includes an optical orientation member 141a, which is photographed by the first position detection module of a vehicle detection device 100 located on the second side of the vehicle 2000 to acquire image information of the optical orientation member 141a.
[0049] The optical localization member 141a needs to construct a geometric model captured by the camera 1211 in order to determine the relationship between the three-dimensional geometric position of a point on the surface of a spatial object and the corresponding point in the image. Exemplarily, the optical localization member 141a may be a target, and the optical localization member 141a is positioned toward the second vehicle detection device 102, that is, the localization surface of the optical localization member 141a is positioned toward the second vehicle detection device 102 so that the first position detection module can acquire image information of the localization surface, thereby obtaining position information between the first vehicle detection device 101 and the second vehicle detection device 102 through computational analysis. Here, the localization surface includes a specific pattern or feature point that is captured by the first position detection module and used in the calculation.
[0050] By adopting the above technical proposal, positional information between the first vehicle detection device 101 and the second vehicle detection device 102 can be acquired using the optical positioning member 141a. The structure is simple, and the method of acquiring positional information using image analysis reduces the requirement for accuracy in mounting the two vehicle detection devices 100. The two vehicle detection devices 100 only need to be mounted on the left and right sides of the vehicle 2000, and the detection efficiency of the four-wheel positioning device 1000 can be improved.
[0051] In some embodiments, the optical localization member 141a is a three-dimensional target.
[0052] A three-dimensional target may be a target surface where the reference surface of the optical reference member 141a forms a three-dimensional solid.
[0053] By adopting the above technical proposal, the first position detection module can capture a three-dimensional orientation member, acquire three-dimensional image information, and analyze more accurate position information between the two vehicle detection devices 100 based on the three-dimensional image information, which is advantageous in improving the detection accuracy of the vehicle detection device 100.
[0054] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 3-7, the optical positioning member 141a includes a stacked lamp plate 1411, a light diffuser plate 1412, and a target plate 1413, with the light diffuser plate 1412 positioned between the lamp plate 1411 and the target plate 1413.
[0055] The lamp plate 1411 may be an electronic board for illumination or display, and may be, but is not limited to, an LED lamp plate, an LCD backlight plate, an OLED lamp plate, a flexible lamp plate, a UV lamp plate, or an infrared lamp plate.
[0056] The light diffuser plate 1412, also called a diffuser plate, can uniformly diffuse light to reduce direct reflection and refraction of light. The light diffuser plate 1412 can be manufactured from materials such as polymethyl methacrylate, polystyrene, polycarbonate, and polypropylene.
[0057] The target plate 1413 has a feature image or feature points that can be captured by the image acquisition member, and the surface of the target plate 1413 facing away from the lamp plate 1411 forms a reference surface, the feature image or feature points are located on the reference surface and are captured by the first position detection module.
[0058] In some examples, the target plate 1413 is positioned between the first window 1514 and the light diffusion plate 1412, so that the target plate 1413 is closest to the first window 1514, allowing the first position detection module to capture a feature image or feature points of the target plate 1413.
[0059] By adopting the technical proposal of this embodiment, the lamp plate 1411, the light diffuser plate 1412, and the target plate 1413 are stacked in order and installed. Light from the lamp plate 1411 is diffused by the light diffuser plate 1412 and then emitted from the target plate 1413. In this way, the uniformity of the light emitted from the target plate 1413 is good, which is advantageous for the first position detection module to capture clearer image information and improve the detection accuracy of the four-wheel positioning device 1000.
[0060] In some embodiments, as shown in Figure 3, the surface of the target plate 1413 facing away from the ramp plate 1411 has a plurality of reference regions 14131, and at least two of the reference regions 14131 and the ramp plate 1411 have different spacings.
[0061] To make it easier to understand, the surface of the target plate 1413 facing away from the ramp plate 1411 is not flat, and the non-flat surface is divided into multiple orientation regions 14131, each orientation region 14131 having a feature image or feature points, making it easy for the first position detection module to photograph, and the distance between at least one orientation region 14131 and the ramp plate 1411 is different from the distance between other orientation regions 14131 and the ramp plate 1411, and the distance between at least one orientation region 14131 and the first window 1514 is different from the distance between other orientation regions 14131 and the first window 1514, so the distance between the first position detection module and the orientation regions 14131 is also different.
[0062] In some examples, the non-flat surface is divided into three reference regions 14131, and the distances between the three reference regions 14131 and the ramp plate 1411 are all different, so that the non-flat surface forms a stepped structure. Of course, in other examples, the non-flat surface may have other structures.
[0063] By adopting the technical method of this embodiment, the distances between at least two leveling regions 14131 and the ramp board (ramp plate) 1411 are different, making it possible to form a three-dimensional leveling surface. Based on this three-dimensional leveling surface, more accurate positional information between the first vehicle detection device 101 and the second vehicle detection device 102 can be analyzed, which is advantageous for improving the detection accuracy of the four-wheel positioning device 1000.
[0064] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 4 and 5, there are multiple optical orientation members 141a, and at least two optical orientation members 141a are at different distances from the vehicle 2000 along the width direction of the vehicle 2000, and the projections of two optical orientation members 141a at different distances from the vehicle 2000 along the width direction of the vehicle 2000 do not overlap at least partially.
[0065] The first position reference module 141 may include a plurality of optical orientation members 141a, the first position detection module may adopt the following structure, and the second position detection module 142 may adopt the following structure.
[0066] Along the width direction of the vehicle 2000, at least two optical orientation members 141a are at different distances from the vehicle 2000. In some examples, a first window 1514 is provided facing the vehicle 2000, and the distances between the optical orientation members 141a and the vehicle 2000 are different, as are the distances between the first window 1514 and the optical orientation members 141a. By measuring the distance between the first window 1514 and the optical orientation members 141a, it can be determined that the distances between the optical orientation members 141a and the vehicle 2000 are different. The number of optical orientation members 141a at different distances from the vehicle 2000 may be two, three, or four, but is not limited to these.
[0067] The projections of the two optical orientation members 141a, which are at different distances from the vehicle 2000, along the width direction of the vehicle 2000 do not overlap at least partially, and as can be understood, when viewed from the width direction of the vehicle 2000, the two optical orientation members 141a, which are at different distances from the vehicle 2000, do not completely overlap. Thus, the orientation surfaces of the two optical orientation members 141a can form one three-dimensional orientation structure, and based on this three-dimensional orientation structure, the first vehicle detection device 101 and the second vehicle detection device 10 The positional information between the 2 can be analyzed, which is advantageous for improving the detection accuracy of the four-wheel positioning device 1000. Furthermore, the design of multiple optical positioning members 141a allows for more flexible positioning of the multiple optical positioning members 141a, enabling a larger distance between the optical positioning members 141a, making the positioning structure more three-dimensional, further improving the accuracy of positional information between the first vehicle detection device 101 and the second vehicle detection device 102, which is advantageous for improving the detection accuracy of the four-wheel positioning device 1000.
[0068] In some embodiments, there are four optical localization members 141a, with the first and third optical localization members 141a spaced apart along the length of the vehicle 2000, the second optical localization member 141a located below the optical localization members 141a and on the side of the first optical localization member 141a closer to the vehicle 2000, and the fourth optical localization member 141a located above the first optical localization member 141a and on the side of the first optical localization member 141a further away from the vehicle 2000.
[0069] To make it easier to understand, there are four optical orientation members 141a, and the first optical orientation member 141a and the third optical orientation member 141a are spaced apart along the length of the vehicle 2000, so that the first optical orientation member 141a and the third optical orientation member 141a are spaced apart along the length of the vehicle 2000, the second optical orientation member 141a is located below the first optical orientation member 141a, and there is an elevation difference between the second optical orientation member and the first optical orientation member 141a along the height of the vehicle 2000, so that the second optical orientation member 141a is below the first optical orientation member 141a The optical localization member 141a is located on the side of the vehicle 2000 that is close to the vehicle 2000, the second optical localization member 141a and the first optical localization member 141a are spaced apart along the width direction of the vehicle 2000, the fourth optical localization member 141a is located above the first optical localization member 141a, there is a difference in height between the fourth optical localization member and the first optical localization member 141a along the height direction of the vehicle 2000, the fourth optical localization member 141a is located on the side of the first optical localization member 141a that is away from the vehicle 2000, and the fourth optical localization member 141a and the first optical localization member 141a are spaced apart along the width direction of the vehicle 2000.
[0070] In some examples, when viewed from the height direction of the vehicle 2000, the four optical orientation members 141a are distributed vertically and horizontally, and when viewed from the width direction of the vehicle 2000, the four optical orientation members 141a are distributed vertically and horizontally.
[0071] By adopting the technical proposal of this embodiment, the four optical positioning members 141a can form a three-dimensional positioning structure, and based on this three-dimensional positioning structure, more accurate positional information between the first vehicle detection device 101 and the second vehicle detection device 102 can be analyzed, which is advantageous in improving the accuracy of four-wheel positioning detection of the vehicle 2000. Furthermore, the four optical positioning members 141a are distributed in this manner, have a simple structure, and are easy to process and manufacture.
[0072] In some embodiments, the second position detection module 142 is located at an intermediate position between a plurality of optical positioning members 141a.
[0073] The second position detection module 142 is located at the center of the arrangement of the multiple optical localization members 141a. Exemplarily, the four optical localization members 141a are distributed at intervals along the circumferential side of the second position detection module 142. The second position detection module 142 is located between the first optical localization member 141a and the third optical localization member 141a, and also between the second optical localization member 141a and the fourth optical localization member 141a.
[0074] By adopting the technical proposal of this embodiment, the second position detection module 142 is positioned at an intermediate position among the multiple optical targeting members 141a, and when the first vehicle detection device 101 and the second vehicle detection device 102 photograph each other, the optical targeting member 141a of the first vehicle detection device 101 is positioned at or near the center of the field of view of the first position detection module, and the optical targeting member 141a of the second vehicle detection device 102 is positioned at or near the center of the field of view of the second position detection module 142. In this way, clearer image information can be obtained, and in this way, more accurate position information between the first vehicle detection device 101 and the second vehicle detection device 102 can be analyzed, which is advantageous for improving the detection accuracy of the four-wheel positioning device 1000.
[0075] In some embodiments, the light emitted by the optical localization member 141a is invisible light.
[0076] Invisible light refers to light in the electromagnetic spectrum that cannot be perceived by the human eye. Invisible light may include ultraviolet light and infrared light, but is not limited to these.
[0077] By adopting the technical proposal of this embodiment, the light emitted by the optical positioning member 141a is invisible light, and invisible light can be distinguished from ambient light. This reduces the influence of ambient light on the light emitted by the optical positioning member 141a, improves the clarity of the image information of the optical positioning member 141a obtained by imaging, and is advantageous for improving the detection accuracy of the four-wheel positioning device 1000.
[0078] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 2 and 4, the vehicle detection device 100 includes a housing 150, the housing 150 includes a case 151 and a light-transmitting member 152, the case 151 is mounted on a mounting seat 110, the optical localization member 141a is located inside the case 151, a first window 1514 is provided on the side of the case 151 facing the vehicle 2000, the light-transmitting member 152 is mounted on the first window 1514 and seals the first window 1514, the light-transmitting member 152 can allow at least some of the light emitted by the optical localization member 141a to pass through, and the light-transmitting member 152 can block at least some of the visible light.
[0079] The housing 150 may have a hollow housing structure, and the housing 150 includes a case 151 and a light-transmitting member 152, the case 151 being hollow and forming a housing space, the optical orientation member 141a being located in the housing space, a first window 1514 being opened on the side of the case 151 facing the vehicle 2000, the first window 1514 communicating with the housing space, and the first window 1514 allowing light emitted by the optical orientation member 141a to pass through.
[0080] The light-transmitting member 152 refers to an object or material capable of transmitting light rays, and the material of the light-transmitting member 152 may be glass or transparent plastic, but is not limited to these.
[0081] The light-transmitting member 152 allows at least some of the light emitted by the optical localization member 141a to pass through, and as can be understood, either all of the light emitted by the optical localization member 141a can pass through the light-transmitting member 152, or some of the light emitted by the optical localization member 141a passes through the light-transmitting member 152 and some of the light does not pass through the light-transmitting member 152, thereby allowing the first position detection module to photograph the light-emitting optical localization member 141a.
[0082] The light-transmitting member 152 can block at least some of the visible light, so as can be understood, not all of the visible light can pass through the light-transmitting member 152 and enter the case 151, or some of the visible light can pass through the light-transmitting member 152 and enter the case 151, while other parts of the visible light cannot pass through the light-transmitting member 152 and enter the case 151.
[0083] By adopting the technical proposal of this embodiment, the light-transmitting member 152 can block at least some ambient visible light from entering the case 151, thereby reducing the influence of external ambient visible light on the optical positioning member 141a, improving the clarity of the image information of the captured optical positioning member 141a, and is advantageous for improving the detection accuracy of the four-wheel positioning device 1000.
[0084] In some embodiments, the case 151 is provided with a second window 1515, which allows the lens 12111 of the image acquisition module 121 to be exposed, thereby facilitating the capture of image information by the image acquisition module 121.
[0085] In some embodiments, a handle 1516 is formed on the case 151 to allow a person to grip it and facilitate the use of the vehicle detection device 100.
[0086] In some embodiments, the case 151 comprises multiple parts, which may be molded individually and then joined together, or they may be molded integrally.
[0087] In some examples, case 151 includes a first case 1511 and a second case 1512, which are joined together to enclose a mounting space into which a first position reference module 141, a second position detection module 142, an image acquisition module 121, and a control module 130 are mounted, and a third case 1513 is fitted to the ends of the first case 1511 and the second case 1512 near the first window 1514 to serve as a fixing and protection for the first case 1511 and the second case 1512, and this design makes it easier to assemble the vehicle detection device 100.
[0088] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 1, 4, and 8, the vehicle detection device 100 includes two image acquisition modules 121, which are mounted on a mounting base 110, and each of the two image acquisition modules 121 acquires image information of auxiliary devices 200 attached to two wheels 2100 located on the first side.
[0089] Of the two image acquisition modules 121, one is used to photograph the auxiliary device 200 located on the first front wheel, and the other is used to photograph the auxiliary device 200 located on the first rear wheel, thereby acquiring image information of the two auxiliary devices 200 located on the first side.
[0090] By adopting the technical proposal of this embodiment, the vehicle detection device 100 can simultaneously integrate two image acquisition modules 121, improving the integration density of the vehicle detection device 100 and making detection of the vehicle detection device 100 more convenient. The vehicle detection device 100 can simultaneously acquire image information of two auxiliary devices 200 located on the first side, improving the detection efficiency of the vehicle detection device 100. Furthermore, by installing two image acquisition modules 121, the first vehicle detection device 101 and the second vehicle detection device 102 can be installed at intermediate positions on both the left and right sides of the vehicle 2000. Compared to a system in which the vehicle detection device 100 is installed on the front or rear side of the vehicle 2000, the area required for detection of the four-wheel positioning device 1000 can be reduced, making detection of the four-wheel positioning device 1000 more convenient and faster.
[0091] In some embodiments, the lens 12111 of the image acquisition module 121 is positioned to be inclined upward toward the vehicle 2000.
[0092] The lens 12111 of the image acquisition module 121 may be an optical component consisting of multiple optical lenses in the image acquisition module 121, and the optical axis of the lens 12111 may be the axis of the optical lens, referring to the center line A in Figure 8, and the lens 12111 of the image acquisition module 121 is installed tilted upward toward the vehicle 2000, and the optical axis of the lens 12111 is also installed tilted upward toward the vehicle 2000, and when the vehicle detection device 100 is in the detection state, the distance between the center of the optical lens located closest to the object image and the vehicle 2000 is smaller than the distance between the center of the optical lens moving away toward the object image and the vehicle 2000, and the center of the optical lens located closest to the object image is higher than the center of the optical lens moving away toward the object image.
[0093] By adopting the technical proposal of this embodiment, the lens 12111 of the image acquisition module 121 is positioned facing the vehicle 2000, allowing the wheels 2100 of vehicles 2000 of different widths to enter the field of view of the image acquisition module 121, thus satisfying the detection needs of the wheels 2100 of vehicles 2000 of different widths. Furthermore, by tilting the lens 12111 of the image acquisition module 121 upward, the wheels 2100 of vehicles 2000 of different heights can enter the field of view of the image acquisition module 121, thus satisfying the detection needs of the wheels 2100 of vehicles 2000 of different heights. In this way, the four-wheel positioning device 1000 can meet the detection needs of different vehicle types, improving the versatility of the four-wheel positioning device 1000.
[0094] In some embodiments, the angle between the optical axis of the lens 12111 of the image acquisition module 121 and the horizontal plane is in the range of 12.5°-18.5°.
[0095] The angle between the optical axis of the lens 12111 of the image acquisition module 121 and the horizontal plane is α. When the vehicle detection device 100 is in a detection state, α may also be the angle between the optical axis of the lens 12111 of the image acquisition module 121 and the horizontal plane. Here, the horizontal plane may be a plane perpendicular to the vertical direction or a plane nearly perpendicular to the vertical direction, and the horizontal plane can refer to the XY plane in Figure 8.
[0096] The α≧12.5° design allows the lens 12111 of the image acquisition module 121 to be tilted upward, meeting the detection needs of vehicles 2000 at different heights, while the α≦18.5° design prevents the lens 12111 of the image acquisition module 121 from being tilted too far upward, thus avoiding the wheels 2100 being located outside the field of view of the image acquisition module 121.
[0097] As can be understood from 12.5°≦α≦18.5°, the value of α may be 12.5°, 18.5°, or any value between 12.5° and 18.5°, and may, but is not limited to, examples of α being 12.5°, 13°, 14°, 15°, 16°, 17°, 18°, or 18.5°.
[0098] By adopting the technical proposal of this embodiment, the wheels 2100 of most vehicle types with different heights can be positioned within the field of view of the image acquisition module 121, and the vehicle detection device 100 can meet the detection needs of the wheels 2100 of most vehicle types with different heights.
[0099] In some embodiments, the angle range between the optical axis of the lens 12111 of the image acquisition module 121 and the auxiliary plane is 14°-20°, and the auxiliary plane is perpendicular to the width direction of the vehicle 2000.
[0100] When the vehicle detection device 100 is in a detection state, the auxiliary plane may be a vertical plane perpendicular or nearly perpendicular to the width direction of the vehicle 2000, the auxiliary plane can refer to the XZ plane in Figure 8, the width direction of the vehicle 2000 is parallel to the width direction of the lift, and the width direction of the vehicle 2000 can also refer to the width direction of the lift.
[0101] The angle between the optical axis of the lens 12111 of the image acquisition module 121 and the auxiliary plane is β, and the angle is 14° ≤ β ≤ 20°. As can be understood, the value of β may be any value between 14°, 20°, or 14°-20°. For example, the value of β may be 14°, 15°, 16°, 17°, 18°, 19°, or 20°.
[0102] The β≧14° design allows the lens 12111 of the image acquisition module 121 to tilt toward the vehicle 2000, meeting the detection needs of vehicles 2000 of different widths. The β≦20° design prevents the lens 12111 of the image acquisition module 121 from tilting too much toward the vehicle 2000, thus avoiding the wheels 2100 being located outside the field of view of the image acquisition module 121.
[0103] By adopting the technical proposal of this embodiment, the wheels 2100 of most vehicle types with different widths can be positioned within the field of view of the image acquisition module 121, and the vehicle detection device 100 can meet the detection needs of the wheels 2100 of most vehicle types with different widths.
[0104] In some embodiments, the angle range between the optical axis of the lens 12111 of the image acquisition module 121 and the horizontal plane is 12.5°-18.5°, the angle range between the optical axis of the lens 12111 of the image acquisition module 121 and the auxiliary plane is 14°-20°, and the auxiliary plane is perpendicular to the width direction of the vehicle 2000.
[0105] By adopting the technical proposal of this embodiment, the wheels 2100 of most vehicle types can be located within the field of view of the image acquisition module 121, and the vehicle detection device 100 can meet the detection needs of most vehicle types 2000.
[0106] In some embodiments, the image acquisition module 121 includes a camera 1211 and a supplemental light 1212, the supplemental light 1212 being positioned around the lens 12111 of the camera 1211.
[0107] The camera 1211 may be any component capable of capturing images, and the camera 1211 may be a monochrome camera, a color camera, an infrared camera, etc., but is not limited to these.
[0108] The supplemental light 1212 may be any light capable of emitting light, and may be an LED light, an incandescent bulb, etc., but is not limited to these. The supplemental light 1212 can provide light to the camera 1211, making the image information captured by the camera 1211 clearer, which is advantageous for improving the detection accuracy of the vehicle detection device 100.
[0109] The supplement light 1212 is positioned around the lens 12111 of the camera 1211. The supplement light 1212 has an annular structure with a perforated hole 1212a, and the lens 12111 of the camera 1211 is located inside the perforated hole 1212a.
[0110] In some examples, the supplemental lamp (supplementary light) 1212 is an annular lamp positioned to surround the lens 12111 of the image acquisition module 121.
[0111] In some examples, the supplemental lamp 1212 includes a substrate 12121 and a plurality of light-emitting members 12122 mounted on the substrate 12121, wherein a perforated hole 1212a is provided in the substrate 12121, the lens 12111 of the camera 1211 is drilled into the perforated hole 1212a, and the plurality of light-emitting members 12122 are distributed along the circumferential direction of the lens 12111 of the camera 1211.
[0112] The substrate 12121 may be a plate for supporting the light-emitting member 12122, or the substrate 12121 may be a circuit board, which can supply power to the light-emitting member 12122 and support the light-emitting member 12122.
[0113] The light-emitting member 12122 may be any member capable of emitting light, and may be an LED, a light bulb, or the like, but is not limited to these.
[0114] The drilled hole 1212a penetrates two opposing surfaces along the thickness direction of the substrate 12121, and the lens 12111 of the camera 1211 is drilled within the drilled hole 1212a, so that the lens 12111 of the camera 1211 is exposed from the drilled hole 1212a and can photograph the reference member, and the optical axis of the lens 12111 of the camera 1211 can coincide with or nearly coincide with the axis of the drilled hole 1212a, making it easy for the subsequent multiple light-emitting members 12122 to be uniformly distributed around the lens 12111 of the camera 1211.
[0115] The number of light-emitting elements (light-emitting members) 12122 is two or more, for example, three, four, five, or ten.
[0116] The multiple light-emitting members 12122 are distributed along the circumferential direction of the lens 12111 of the camera 1211, and the multiple light-emitting members 12122 are distributed at intervals along the circumferential direction of the lens 12111 of the camera 1211.
[0117] In some examples, the multiple light-emitting members 12122 are distributed in an array-like manner in a ring around the axis of the drilled hole 1212a, and the arrangement of the multiple light-emitting members 12122 is regular, resulting in good uniformity of supplemental lighting for the camera 1211 and a good supplemental lighting effect. The multiple light-emitting members 12122 may be distributed around one or more times.
[0118] By adopting the technical proposal of this embodiment, the supplemental light lamp 1212 is positioned around the outside of the lens 12111 of the camera 1211, and light rays are emitted from both sides of the lens 12111 of the camera 1211, resulting in a good supplemental light effect, which is advantageous for improving the clarity of the image information captured by the camera 1211 and improving the detection accuracy of the four-wheel positioning device 1000.
[0119] In some embodiments, the image acquisition module 121 further includes a first bracket 1213 and a second bracket 1214 mounted on a mounting base 110 and spaced apart, the camera 1211 being mounted on the first bracket 1213 and the supplemental lamp plate 1212 being mounted on the second bracket 1214.
[0120] The first bracket 1213 and the second bracket 1214 are components for fixing the camera 1211 and the supplemental lamp 1212, respectively. The camera 1211 is fixed to the first bracket 1213 by fasteners (e.g., screws, bolts, etc.), adhesive, or engagement, and the supplemental lamp 1212 is fixed to the second bracket 1214 by fasteners (e.g., screws, bolts, etc.), adhesive, or engagement.
[0121] For example, the first bracket 1213 may be formed by joining multiple members, and by joining multiple members, an inclined first fixing surface can be formed relatively easily, and by attaching the camera 1211 to the first fixing surface, an inclined mounting of the lens 12111 of the camera 1211 can be achieved, reducing the difficulty of mounting the camera 1211 and improving the accuracy of the mounting position of the camera 1211. Of course, the first bracket 1213 may be an integrally molded structure or other structures.
[0122] For example, the second bracket 1214 can be formed by bending a plate, and the bent plate can relatively easily form an inclined second fixing surface. By attaching the supplement lamp 1212 to the second fixing surface, an inclined mounting of the supplement lamp 1212 can be achieved, reducing the difficulty of mounting the supplement lamp 1212. The inclination of the supplement lamp 1212 can be matched to the inclination of the lens 12111 of the camera 1211, thereby improving the shooting effect of the camera 1211. Of course, in other examples, the second bracket 1214 may have other structures.
[0123] A certain gap exists between the first bracket 1213 and the second bracket 1214, and the two brackets are installed with a distance between them so that they do not come into contact with each other.
[0124] By adopting the technical proposal of this embodiment, the first bracket 1213 and the second bracket 1214 do not come into contact, the camera 1211 and the auxiliary lamp 1212 are fixed relatively independently, reducing the influence on the camera 1211 due to factors such as vibration of the auxiliary lamp 1212, improving the clarity of the image information of the first targeting member captured by the camera 1211, and thus improving the detection accuracy of the vehicle detection device 100.
[0125] In some embodiments, the camera 1211 and the supplemental lamp 1212 plate are mounted on the same bracket.
[0126] In some embodiments, as shown in Figure 8, the vehicle detection device 100 further includes a third bracket 143 and a fourth bracket 144 fixed to the mounting seat 110, and the optical positioning member 141a is attached to the third bracket 143, and the second position detection module 142 is attached to the fourth bracket 144, thereby achieving fixation between the optical positioning member 141a and the second position detection module 142.
[0127] In some examples, the third bracket 143 is located between the lamp plate 1411 and the light diffuser plate 1412, and the lamp plate 1411, the light diffuser plate 1412 and the target plate 1413 are fixed together to the third bracket 143, eliminating the need to fix the lamp plate 1411, the light diffuser plate 1412 and the target plate 1413 individually, making the fixing of the second positioning member easier, of which the lamp plate 1411, the light diffuser plate 1412 and the target plate 1413 may be fixed to the third bracket 143 by fasteners (e.g., screws, bolts, etc.).
[0128] In some embodiments, the mounting base 110 has a mounting surface 1131, and the first position reference module 141, the second position detection module 142, and the image acquisition module 121 are mounted on the mounting surface 1131.
[0129] The mounting surface 1131 may be a surface for supporting the first position reference module 141, the second position detection module 142, and the image acquisition module 121 of the mounting base 110. The mounting surface 1131 may be a flat surface, a stepped surface, or the like.
[0130] In some examples, the third bracket 143, the fourth bracket 144, the first bracket 1213, and the second bracket 1214 may be fixed to the mounting surface 1131 by means of fasteners (e.g., screws, bolts), engagement, adhesive, etc.
[0131] By adopting the technical proposal of this embodiment, the first position reference module 141, the second position detection module 142, and the image acquisition module 121 are mounted on the same surface, thereby reducing mounting errors between the first position reference module 141, the second position detection module 142, and the image acquisition module 121. This is advantageous for improving the accuracy of the relative fixed positions between the first position reference module 141, the second position detection module 142, and the image acquisition module 121, and is advantageous for improving the detection accuracy of the four-wheel positioning device 1000.
[0132] In some embodiments, the mounting base 110 includes a base 111, a support frame 112, and a mounting plate 113, wherein the support frame 112 is connected between the base 111 and the mounting plate 113, so that the base 111 and the mounting plate 113 are spaced apart, and the surface of the mounting plate 113 facing away from the support frame 112 forms a mounting surface 1131.
[0133] The base 111 may be the part located at the bottom of the mounting base 110.
[0134] The mounting plate 113 may refer to a plate for supporting the first position reference module 141, the second position detection module 142, and the image acquisition module 121 on the mounting base 110. The mounting plate 113 may be a metal plate, a plastic plate, or the like, but is not limited to these.
[0135] The support frame 112 refers to the portion of the mounting seat 110 that connects the mounting plate 113 to the base 111, and the support frame 112 can lift the mounting plate 113 so that a gap is formed between the base 111 and the mounting plate 113. The support frame 112 is a frame structure, and its light mass is advantageous in reducing the weight of the vehicle detection device 100, making it convenient to use the vehicle detection device 100.
[0136] Furthermore, since the height of the support frame 112 needs to be designed rationally, the first vehicle detection device 101 and the second vehicle detection device 102 can photograph each other by utilizing the space between the mounting mechanism 3000 and the chassis of the vehicle 2000, thereby reducing obstruction.
[0137] By adopting the technical proposal of this embodiment, the first position reference module 141, the second position detection module 142, and the image acquisition module 121 are mounted on the mounting plate 113, the mounting operation is simple, the surface of the mounting plate 113 has good flatness, the mounting surface 1131 is formed on the surface of the mounting surface 1131 facing away from the support frame 112, the mounting surface 1131 has good flatness, the mounting error of the first position reference module 141, the second position detection module 142, and the image acquisition module 121 can be effectively reduced, which is advantageous for improving the accuracy of the relative fixed positions between the first position reference module 141, the second position detection module 142, and the image acquisition module 121, and is advantageous for improving the detection accuracy of the vehicle detection device 100. Furthermore, the support frame 112 can lift the second position detection module 142 and the image acquisition module 121, increasing the field of view of the second position detection module 142 and the image acquisition module 121, which is advantageous for improving detection accuracy. The structure of the support frame 112 and the mounting plate 113 is simple, making them easy to manufacture.
[0138] In some embodiments, the mounting surface 1131 is flat.
[0139] By adopting the technical proposal of this embodiment, the first position reference module 141, the second position detection module 142, and the image acquisition module 121 are mounted on the same plane, effectively reducing mounting errors of the first position reference module 141, the second position detection module 142, and the image acquisition module 121, improving the accuracy of the relative fixed positions of the first position reference module 141, the second position detection module 142, and the image acquisition module 121, which is advantageous for improving the detection accuracy of the vehicle detection device 100. Furthermore, the mounting operation structure of the first position reference module 141, the second position detection module 142, and the image acquisition module 121 is simple, making it convenient for assembling the vehicle detection device 100.
[0140] In some embodiments, as shown in Figure 8, the mounting seat 110 has a magnetic attraction surface 111a, which can be fixed to a mounting mechanism 3000 for mounting a vehicle 2000 by magnetic attraction.
[0141] The magnetic attraction surface 111a may also be the surface of the mounting seat 110 for fixing to the mounting mechanism 3000 by magnetic attraction.
[0142] In some examples, the mounting base 110 has a magnetic attraction member 1111, which is exposed from the mounting base 110 and is directly attracted to the mounting mechanism 3000, and the surface of the magnetic attraction member 1111 that is in contact with the mounting mechanism 3000 is the magnetic attraction surface 111a.
[0143] In some examples, the mounting base 110 has a magnetic attraction member 1111, which is mounted inside the mounting base 110 and is magnetically attracted to the mounting mechanism 3000 via the mounting base 110, and the surface of the mounting base 110 that contacts the mounting mechanism 3000 is the magnetic attraction surface 111a.
[0144] In some examples, the magnetic attraction member 1111 may be a magnet or an iron material, but is not limited to these. If the magnetic attraction member 1111 is a magnet, the mounting mechanism 3000 may be provided with a magnet or an iron material that magnetically attracts the magnet, and if the magnetic attraction member 1111 is an iron material, the mounting mechanism 3000 may be provided with an iron material and a magnet that magnetically attracts it.
[0145] In some examples, the number of magnetic members may be one or more, for example, two, three, or four. Exemplarily, the number of magnetic attraction members 1111 is three, and the three magnetic attraction members 1111 are spaced apart along the longitudinal direction of the vehicle 2000, and the surfaces of the three magnetic attraction members 1111 that are magnetically attracted to the mounting mechanism 3000 together form a magnetic attraction surface 111a. In this way, multi-point magnetic attraction can be formed between the mounting seat 110 and the mounting mechanism 3000, improving the reliability of the connection between the mounting seat 110 and the mounting mechanism 3000.
[0146] By adopting the technical proposal of this embodiment, the mounting base 110 can be fixed to the mounting mechanism 3000 by magnetic attraction via the magnetic attraction surface 111a, resulting in excellent fixing stability of the mounting base 110, excellent stability of image acquisition by the image acquisition module 121 and image acquisition member, excellent clarity of acquired image information, and advantages in improving the detection accuracy of the four-wheel positioning device 1000. Furthermore, by adopting a magnetic attraction connection method, it is convenient for mounting and positioning the vehicle detection device 100.
[0147] In some embodiments, the magnetic attraction surface 111a, the first position reference module 141, and the second position detection module 142 are located on the same side of the mounting base 110.
[0148] By adopting the technical proposal of this embodiment, the magnetic attraction surface 111a, the first position reference module 141, and the second position detection module 142 are located on the same side of the mounting base 110, which is convenient for using the vehicle detection device 100.
[0149] In some embodiments, the vehicle detection device 100 includes a battery for supplying power to a first position reference module 141, a second position detection module 142, an image acquisition module 121, and a control module 130. The battery is housed within the base 111, thus eliminating the need for an external power source and making the detection operation of the vehicle detection device 100 more convenient. The battery can also power electronic devices within the vehicle detection device 100, such as a motherboard, camera 1211, light board (lamp plate) 1411, etc.
[0150] In some embodiments, as shown in Figure 11, the height difference between the lens 12111 of the image acquisition module 121 and the magnetic attraction surface 111a is in the range of 100 mm to 160 mm.
[0151] The height difference between the lens 12111 of the image acquisition module 121 and the magnetic attraction surface 111a may be the height difference between the center of the mirror surface of the lens 12111 of the image acquisition module 121 and the center of the magnetic attraction surface 111a.
[0152] The height difference between the lens 12111 of the image acquisition module 121 and the magnetic attraction surface 111a is H, where 100mm ≤ H ≤ 160mm. The value of H may be 100mm, 160mm, or any value between 100mm and 160mm. For example, the value of H may be 100mm, 110mm, 120mm, 130mm, 140mm, 150mm, or 160mm, but is not limited to these.
[0153] The H≧100mm design allows the image acquisition module 121 to be positioned above the mounting platform of the mounting mechanism 3000 when the magnetic attraction surface 111a is magnetically attracted to the side of the mounting mechanism 3000, thereby reducing obstruction of the image acquisition module 121's field of view by the mounting mechanism 3000, which is advantageous for the image acquisition module 121 to acquire clear image information and improve the detection accuracy of the vehicle detection device 100. The H≦160mm design ensures that the lens 12111 of the image acquisition module 121 is not positioned too high, preventing the targeting member from being located outside the image acquisition module 121's field of view.
[0154] By adopting the technical proposal of this embodiment, the image acquisition module 121 can acquire clear image information, which is advantageous in improving the detection accuracy of the four-wheel positioning device 1000.
[0155] In some embodiments, the distance range between the lens 12111 of the image acquisition module 121 and the magnetic attraction surface 111a along the width direction of the vehicle 2000 is 160 mm to 220 mm.
[0156] Along the width direction of the vehicle 2000, the distance between the lens 12111 of the image acquisition module 121 and the magnetic attraction surface 111a may be the distance in the width direction of the vehicle 2000 between the center of the mirror surface of the lens 12111 and the magnetic attraction surface 111a.
[0157] Along the width direction of the vehicle 2000, the distance between the lens 12111 of the image acquisition module 121 and the magnetic attraction surface 111a is L, where 160 mm ≤ L ≤ 220 mm. The value of L may be 160 mm, 220 mm, or any value between 160 mm and 220 mm. For example, the value of L may be 160 mm, 170 mm, 180 mm, 190 mm, 200 mm, 210 mm, or 220 mm, but is not limited to these.
[0158] The design with L≧160mm allows for a gap between the lens 12111 of the image acquisition module 121 and the vehicle 2000, increasing the field of view for the image acquisition module 121 to photograph the target object, which is advantageous for the image acquisition module 121 to acquire clear image information and can also meet the detection needs of vehicles 2000 of different widths. The design with L≦220mm ensures that the lens 12111 of the image acquisition module 121 is not too far from the vehicle 2000, allowing the image acquisition module 121 to acquire clear image information.
[0159] By adopting the technical proposal of this embodiment, the image acquisition module 121 is advantageous in acquiring clear image information, and the detection accuracy of the vehicle detection device 100 is improved.
[0160] In some embodiments, the range of the height difference between the lens 12111 of the image acquisition module 121 and the magnetic attraction surface 111a is 100 mm to 160 mm, and the range of the distance between the lens 12111 of the image acquisition module 121 and the magnetic attraction surface 111a along the width direction of the vehicle 2000 is 160 mm to 220 mm.
[0161] By adopting the technical proposal of this embodiment, the image acquisition module 121 is advantageous in acquiring clear image information, and the detection accuracy of the vehicle detection device 100 is improved.
[0162] In some embodiments, as shown in Figure 5, the base 111 is elongated, a magnetic attraction surface 111a is formed on one end face of the base 111, a support frame 112 is attached to the other end of the base 111, and the image acquisition module 121 and the first position detection module are attached to the support frame 112. During detection, the magnetic attraction surface 111a of the base 111 is attracted to the side surface of the mounting mechanism 3000 and is perpendicular to that side surface, and the image acquisition module 121 is attached to the support frame 112 located at the other end of the base 111. As a result, a constant gap exists between the lens 12111 of the image acquisition module 121 and the vehicle 2000 in the width direction of the vehicle 2000, which is convenient for capturing clear image information by the image acquisition module 121.
[0163] In some embodiments, as shown in Figure 8, the vehicle detection device 100 further includes an indicator module 1112 provided on the mounting base 110, the indicator module 1112 being electrically connected to the control module 130, and the indicator module 1112 being used to indicate the operating status of the vehicle detection device 100 in order to facilitate the use of the vehicle detection device 100, the indicator module 1112 may be, but is not limited to, an indicator light or a display panel.
[0164] For example, the indicator module 1112 is positioned at the end of the base 111 facing away from the magnetic attraction surface 111a so that the detector can easily see the indicator module 1112.
[0165] In some embodiments, as shown in Figure 1, the four-wheel positioning device 1000 includes the vehicle detection device 100 of the above embodiment.
[0166] The four-wheel positioning device 1000 of the embodiment of the present invention employs the above-mentioned vehicle detection device 100, thereby reducing the number of pieces of equipment that need to be carried during the four-wheel positioning detection work of the vehicle 2000. At the same time, this reduction in the number of pieces of equipment carried during the four-wheel positioning detection work of the vehicle 2000 simplifies the operator's operating steps and improves the convenience of operation during the detection work.
