Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] The present invention relates to a clip and a sheet hanging tool.
Background Art
[0002] The applicant of the present application has proposed a sheet hanging tool (hereinafter referred to as "conventional example") disclosed in Patent Document 1 as a tool for sandwiching and hanging a sheet-like member such as paper or film.
[0003] This conventional example has a configuration in which a sheet-like member such as paper or film is suspended in a sandwiched state by combining clips. Specifically, it has a first sandwiching body with a predetermined length that abuts on the front surface of the sheet-like member, and a second sandwiching body with a predetermined length that abuts on the back surface of the sheet-like member are connected in an openable and closable manner. The sandwiching portions of the clips are connected to the first sandwiching body and the second sandwiching body, and the first sandwiching body and the second sandwiching body are also configured to be opened by operating the clip to release it.
[0004] Therefore, in the conventional example, a clip can be connected to sandwich a sheet-like member, and in this state, by attaching the clip to a wall surface, the sheet-like member can be suspended from the wall surface. Different from the case where the sheet-like member is sandwiched and suspended only by the clip, it is possible to prevent the left and right upper portions of the sheet-like member from sagging.

[0007] The gist of the present invention will be explained with reference to the attached drawings.
[0008] The present invention relates to a clip comprising a clamping portion 1 for clamping a sheet-like member P such as paper or film, and a pair of lever portions 2 and 3 positioned in front of and behind the clamping portion 1 so as to be able to be raised and lowered, and the clamping portion 1 is released by bringing the two lever portions 2 and 3 in the raised position close together, wherein the rear lever portion 2 of the pair of lever portions 2 and 3 is provided with a locking portion 4 for engaging with a hanging hook or the like, and the front lever portion 3 is provided with a long member holding portion 5 for holding a long member 10 attached to the sheet-like member P clamped by the clamping portion 1 when in the lowered position.
[0009] Furthermore, the clip according to claim 1 is characterized in that the lever portions 2 and 3 are provided with finger rest portions 2a and 3a at their tip ends, and the long member holding portion 5 is provided on the front lever portion 3 at a portion closer to the base end than the finger rest portion 3a.
[0010] Furthermore, the present invention relates to a clip according to either claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the long member holding portion 5 is composed of a concave portion 5a into which the long member 10 is detachably press-fitted.
[0011] The present invention relates to a sheet suspension device comprising a clip C for clamping a sheet-like member P such as paper or film, and a long member 10 provided on the clip C for attaching to the clamped sheet-like member P, wherein the clip C has a clamping portion 1 and a pair of lever portions 2 and 3 that are provided to be able to be raised and lowered at the front and rear positions of the clamping portion 1, and the clamping portion 1 is released by bringing the two lever portions 2 and 3 in the raised position closer together, and of the pair of lever portions 2 and 3, the rear lever portion 2 is provided with a locking portion 4 for engaging with a suspension hook or the like, and the front lever portion 3 is provided with a long member holding portion 5 for holding the long member 10 in the lowered position.
[0012] Furthermore, the sheet suspension device according to claim 4 is characterized in that the lever portions 2 and 3 are provided with finger rest portions 2a and 3a at their tips, and the long member holding portion 5 is provided at the base end portion of the front lever portion 3, relative to the finger rest portion 3a.
[0013] Furthermore, the present invention relates to a sheet suspension device according to any one of claims 4 or 5, characterized in that the long member holding portion 5 is composed of a concave portion 5a into which the long member 10 is detachably press-fitted. [Effects of the Invention]
[0014] As the present invention is configured as described above, for example, when a sheet-like member is suspended by clamping the central portion of its upper end, it is possible to prevent the left and right portions of the upper end of the sheet-like member from sagging, thus preventing the sagging of the upper end of the sheet-like member. It is an extremely practical clip and sheet hanging device. [Brief explanation of the drawing]

[Figure 3] This is an exploded perspective view showing clip C according to this embodiment. [Figure 4] It is a side view showing the clip C according to this embodiment. [Figure 5] It is an operation explanatory view of the clip C according to this embodiment. [Figure 6] It is a side view for explaining the function of the main part according to this embodiment.
Mode for Carrying Out the Invention
[0016] Embodiments of the present invention that are considered suitable will be briefly described based on the drawings while showing the operation of the present invention.
[0017] For example, by bringing the two lever parts 2 and 3 in the upright state close to each other, the clamping part 1 is opened to clamp the sheet-like member P. When the front lever part 3 is placed in a lying state, the long member 10 held by the long member holding part 5 of the front lever part 3 comes into an attached state with the sheet-like member P clamped by the clamping part 1. In this state, by locking the locking part 4 provided on the rear lever part 2 to a hanging hook on the wall surface or the like, the sheet-like member P can be hung on the wall surface.
[0018] Therefore, unlike the case where the sheet-like member P is clamped and hung only with an existing clip, the long member 10 can prevent the phenomenon that the left and right upper parts of the sheet-like member P sag.
Example
[0019] Specific embodiments of the present invention will be described based on the drawings.
[0020] This embodiment is a clip C that has a clamping part 1 for clamping a sheet-like member P such as paper or film, and a pair of lever parts 2 and 3 are provided at the front and rear positions of the clamping part 1 so as to be able to rise and fall. By bringing the two lever parts 2 and 3 in the upright state close to each other, the clamping part 1 is opened.
[0021] Specifically, as shown in Figures 1 to 4, the clip C has a clamping section 1 which is made by bending a suitable metal plate into a roughly triangular shape in side view and has a pair of clamping halves 1a, 1a whose tapered free ends 1b, 1b are biased to close, and a pair of lever sections 2, 3 which are made by bending a suitable metal wire into a predetermined Ω shape and have left and right free ends 2b, 2b, 3b, 3b pivotally attached to the clamping section 1 (the outer surfaces of the free ends of each clamping half 1a, 1a) so as to be able to open and close the clamping section 1.
[0022] Each of the lever portions 2 and 3 has a predetermined length, and the tip of each of the lever portions 2 and 3 (the end opposite to the free ends 2b, 2b, 3b, 3b) is an annular portion formed by folding a metal wire in a folded shape, and this annular portion is configured as the finger rests 2a and 3a when opening and closing the clamping portion 1.
[0023] Therefore, by positioning the two lever portions 2 and 3 attached to the outer surfaces of the respective clamping halves 1a and 1a, and by pinching the finger rests 2a and 3a of the two lever portions 2 and 3, which protrude above the base end of the clamping portion 1, and bringing them closer together, the clamping portion 1 (free ends 1b, 1b) can be opened against the closing biasing force (see Figure 5).
[0024] Furthermore, of the pair of front and rear lever sections 2 and 3, the rear lever section 2 is provided with a locking section 4 for engaging with a suspension hook 30 or the like, and this locking section 4 is made up of the aforementioned annular finger rest section 2a on the rear lever section 2.
[0025] Furthermore, of the pair of front and rear lever sections 2 and 3, the front lever section 3 is provided with a long member holding section 5 for holding a long member 10 that is attached to the sheet-like member P clamped by the clamping section 1 when the device is in a prone position. In this document, "attached" means that the long member 10 held by the long member holding section 5 is in contact with or close to (not in contact with) the sheet-like member P clamped by the clamping section 1. This configuration prevents the phenomenon of the upper left and right portions of the sheet-like member P sagging by contacting the sheet-like member P.
[0026] As shown in Figures 1 to 4, this elongated member holding portion 5 is constructed by bending predetermined portions of the left and right metal wires into a C-shape at the base end of the front lever portion 3, closer to the finger rest portion 3a, to create a concave portion 5a.
[0027] To explain further, when the front lever portion 3 is in the upright position, a predetermined portion of the lever portion 3 within the range attached to the outer surface of the clamping half 1a is bent and formed to protrude outward.
[0028] Therefore, even if the lever portion 3 is provided with a long member holding portion 5, there is no protrusion on the side attached to the clamping half 1a, and it performs the same function as the existing clip C when clamping the sheet-like member P.
[0029] Furthermore, the long member holding portion 5 is configured such that the opening width of the opening through which the long member 10 passes is narrower than the diameter of the recessed portion 5a, and the long member 10 is press-fitted into place.
[0030] Therefore, the long member 10 can be securely held by press-fitting it, and if it becomes necessary to remove the long member 10 from the long member holding part 5, it can be removed by forcing the long member 10 through with a strong force that resists the elasticity of the metal wire.
[0031] As shown in Figures 1 and 6, the elongated member 10 is a rod-shaped body with a circular cross-section formed from a suitable wooden material, having a predetermined length that approximates the width of the sheet-like member P held by the clamping portion 1, and having a predetermined diameter that is press-fitted into the elongated member holding portion 5. The elongated member 10 is not limited to wood, but may also be made of synthetic resin or metal, and is not limited to a rod-shaped body but may also be a plate-shaped body, and may even be provided in a way that allows its length to be varied and expandable.
[0032] As this embodiment is configured as described above, the clamping portion 1 is released by pinching both lever portions 2 and 3 in the upright position with the fingers and bringing them close together to clamp the sheet-like member P. When the front lever portion 3 is lowered, the long member 10 held by the long member holding portion 5 of the front lever portion 3 becomes attached to the sheet-like member P clamped by the clamping portion 1. In this state, the sheet-like member P can be suspended from the wall W by locking the locking portion 4 provided on the rear lever portion 2 to a hanging hook on a wall W such as a whiteboard (see Figure 6).
[0033] Therefore, according to this embodiment, unlike the case in which the sheet-like member P is clamped and suspended using only existing clips, the long member 10 prevents the upper left and right portions of the sheet-like member P from sagging.
[0034] Furthermore, in this embodiment, the lever portions 2 and 3 are provided with finger rest portions 2a and 3a at their tips, and the long member holding portion 5 is provided on the base end side of the front lever portion 3 than the finger rest portion 3a, thus ensuring that the aforementioned effects are reliably achieved.
[0035] Furthermore, in this embodiment, the long member holding portion 5 is composed of a concave portion 5a into which the long member 10 is detachably press-fitted. Therefore, the long member 10 can be replaced as needed, or removed when not needed and used as a regular clip C.
[0036] Furthermore, the present invention is not limited to this embodiment, and the specific configuration of each constituent element can be designed as appropriate. [Explanation of symbols]
