Summary of the Invention
Problems to be Solved by the Invention
[0005] However, the staircase blocks disclosed in Patent Document 1 and the above-mentioned staircase soffits are expensive, and transportation costs for transporting the staircase blocks and the like from the factory to the construction site are also incurred, resulting in the drawback of high construction costs.
[0006] In view of the above circumstances, the object of this invention is to provide a stair construction member and a stair construction method using the same that can easily create a structure that obstructs the visibility of a linear lighting member attached to the lower surface of a stair structure when the chin portion has not yet been constructed. [Means for solving the problem]
[0007] The stair construction member according to this invention is a stair construction member used to create a jaw portion for a stair structure in which the jaw portion has not yet been constructed, in order to solve the above problem, The above-described staircase structure comprises a fixed surface portion that is fixed to the tread, and a protruding portion that extends beyond the tread from the fixed surface portion. The lower surface of the protruding portion is characterized by having a concealed portion that obstructs the visibility of the linear lighting member positioned on the lower surface, and a raised portion that receives the hardening material being poured into the tip of the protruding portion.
[0008] The stair construction component with the above configuration functions as a formwork to receive the hardening material poured in to create the jaw portion of the stair structure, and also forms a concealed portion that obstructs the visibility of the linear lighting component placed on the underside of the jaw portion. Therefore, a structure that can conceal the linear lighting component can be easily created on-site while performing the usual stair construction work, eliminating the need for conventional, more expensive stair blocks or stair baseboards, and thus eliminating the transportation costs associated with them.
[0009] The concealed portion may be recessed above the fixed surface portion, with its inner surface forming a groove that accommodates the linear lighting member. In this configuration, there may also be an extension between the grooved concealed portion and the rising portion that enlarges the jaw portion.
[0010] Alternatively, the tip of the groove-shaped concealed portion may consist of a hanging portion that extends downward from the lower side of the rising portion.
[0011] Alternatively, the concealed portion may consist of a hanging portion that extends downward from the lower side of the raised portion.
[0012] A rod-shaped attachment portion protruding from the hardening material may be provided on the protruding portion. This makes it possible to suppress the hardening material from peeling off from the stair construction member on the jaw side.
[0013] The outer surface of the above-mentioned riser may have an uneven surface to improve adhesion. This allows tiles or the like to be firmly adhered to the outer surface of the riser.
[0014] Furthermore, the stair construction method according to this invention is a stair construction method using any of the above-mentioned stair construction members, and is characterized by including the steps of: manufacturing the stair structure; fixing the fixing surface portion of the stair construction member to the treads of the stair structure; and pouring a hardening material onto the stair construction member and the treads.
[0015] This method allows for the easy creation of a structure on-site that conceals the linear lighting components while performing typical stair construction work, eliminating the need for expensive conventional stair blocks and stair subflooring, and thus eliminating the associated transportation costs. [Effects of the Invention]
[0016] With this invention, it is possible to easily create a structure that can conceal the linear lighting component while performing general, conventional stair construction work on-site, and it has the effect of eliminating the need for conventional, expensive stair blocks and stair baseboards, as well as the transportation costs associated with them. Modes for Carrying Out the Invention
[0018] Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described based on the accompanying drawings. As shown in FIG. 1, the member 1 for staircase construction is used, for example, for producing the jaw portion (floating staircase construction) and surface finishing for the entrance staircase structure 9 made of concrete with an unconstructed jaw portion.
[0019] As shown in FIG. 2, the member 1 for staircase construction includes a member for a straight portion (general portion) of the staircase structure 9 and a member for a corner portion of the staircase structure 9 as shown in FIG. 3. The member 1 for staircase construction for the general portion has a rectangular shape in plan view, while the member 1 for staircase construction for the corner portion has a mountain shape in plan view. The member 1 for staircase construction for the general portion and the member 1 for staircase construction for the corner portion are arranged with their ends abutting against each other. By sticking, for example, an adhesive tape at this abutting portion, the gap between the two members 1, 1 can be closed. Alternatively, for example, a joint plate having a shape approximating a shape in which the member 1 for staircase construction for the general portion is shortened is used, and by arranging this joint plate so as to straddle the above abutting portion, the gap between the two members 1, 1 can also be closed. Also, in the abutment of two members 1 for staircase construction for the general portion, the gap can be closed in the same manner.
[0020] The component 1 for step construction is formed by bending a steel plate or a stainless steel plate with a thickness of about 1 mm to 3 mm, etc., and has a fixing surface portion 2 and a protruding portion 3.
[0021] The fixing surface portion 2 is a portion fixed on the tread portion 91 in the staircase structure 9 and has a flat plate shape. The above fixing can be performed, for example, by driving a concrete anchor member A into the tread portion 91 from above the fixing surface portion 2.
[0022] The protruding portion 3 is a portion that protrudes beyond the tread portion 91 from the fixing surface portion 2, and serves as a receiving frame for creating a jaw portion 92 formed by a hardening material C (such as mortar) poured onto the tread portion 91.
[0023] On the lower surface side of the protruding portion 3, a hiding portion 31 is formed to prevent the linear lighting member L disposed on the lower surface side from being visually recognized from below the staircase. Further, on the tip side of the protruding portion 3, a standing portion 32 for receiving the hardening material C is formed. In this example, the protruding portion 3 has a flat plate portion 33 following the flat plate portion of the fixing surface portion 2, and between the hiding portion 31 and the standing portion 32, there is an extension portion 34 for enlarging the jaw portion 92. The extension portion 34 and the flat plate portion 33 are formed, for example, to be located in the same plane so that a thicker hardening material thickness can be obtained on the extension portion 34 than the hardening material thickness on the hiding portion 31.
[0024] In this example, the hiding portion 31 is formed in a concave groove shape that is recessed upward from the fixing surface portion 2 and the inner surface side serves as a housing location for the linear lighting member L. And on the outer surface side of the concave groove portion serving as the hiding portion 31, a convex portion is formed upward.
[0025] The upper end position of the standing portion 32 is made higher than the upper surface height of the convex portion in the hiding portion 31. Further, on the inner surface side of the standing portion 32, a rod-shaped adhering portion 35 that protrudes into the hardening material C is fixed by welding or the like. Also, on the outer surface side of the standing portion 32, an uneven surface for improving the adhesive force is formed. The rod-shaped adhering portion 35 may be provided not only on the standing portion 32 but also on other portions of the protruding portion 3.
[0026] The total length of the stair construction component 1 for general use is, for example, 600 mm, 1200 mm, or 1800 mm, and the overall depth is, for example, about 300 mm to 400 mm. The combined depth of the fixed surface portion 2 and the flat plate portion 33 is, for example, about 210 mm to 340 mm. The depth of the flat plate portion 33 is, for example, about 15 mm to 25 mm, and by having this flat plate portion 33, the concealed portion 31 can be positioned approximately in the center of the protruding portion 3. The inner width of the groove-shaped portion forming the concealed portion 31 is, for example, about 20 mm to 30 mm. The depth of the groove-shaped portion is, for example, about 20 mm to 30 mm, and is set to a depth such that a typical linear lighting component L does not protrude below the groove-shaped portion, or only slightly. The depth of the extension portion 34 is, for example, about 40 mm to 60 mm. The height of the rising section 32 is, for example, about 50mm to 70mm.
[0027] The length of each outer side of the corner stair construction member 1 is, for example, about 500mm to 600mm. The width of the corner stair construction member 1 in a side view is, for example, about 410mm to 540mm, and the width of other parts is the same as that of the general stair construction member 1. The corner portion of the concave groove-shaped area that forms the hidden portion 31 of the corner stair construction member 1 is wider than the width of the straight side.
[0028] The stair construction member 1 with this configuration functions as a formwork to receive the hardening material C poured in to create the jaw portion 92 of the stair structure 9, and also forms a concealed portion 31 that obstructs the visibility of the linear lighting member L positioned on the lower side of the jaw portion 92. Therefore, a structure that can conceal the linear lighting member L can be easily created on-site while performing general stair construction work, eliminating the need for conventional, more expensive stair blocks or stair baseboards, and thus eliminating their transportation costs. Furthermore, it is easy to flatten the grooved inner surface that forms the concealed portion 31, and by flattening the inner surface in this way, uneven reflection when the linear lighting member L is lit can be suppressed, improving the appearance of the lighting.
[0029] Furthermore, if the rod-shaped adhesive portion 35 protrudes from the hardening material C, it is possible to suppress the hardening material C from peeling off from the stair construction member 1 on the jaw portion 92 side. In addition, if an uneven surface that improves adhesive strength is formed on the outer surface of the rising portion 32, tiles 8 etc. attached to the rising portion 32 can be firmly fixed.
[0030] In stair construction using the stair construction component 1, for example, as shown in Figure 4, a foundation contractor fabricates a stair structure 9 made of concrete or the like using formwork made of plywood. Construction of such a stair structure 9 is relatively easy, construction costs are low, and variations in the finished product due to differences in construction capabilities can be reduced.
[0031] Next, the tile installer fixes the fixing surface portion 2 of the stair construction member 1 to the tread 91 of the stair structure 9. When fixing the fixing surface portion 2, the amount of protrusion of the protruding portion 3 is checked by adjusting the position of the stair construction member 1, but since the stair construction member 1 is visible, this check can be performed relatively easily. Next, the hardening agent C is poured onto the stair construction member 1 and the tread 91. Furthermore, tiles 8 are attached to the tread 91 and the jaw portion 92 using the hardening agent C as an adhesive, and tiles 8 are also attached to the outer surface of the rising portion 32 using the hardening agent C as an adhesive. In this type of tile installation, it is easy to check the height and finish when installing the tile base with the hardening agent C. Note that the lower end of the tile 8 attached to the outer surface of the rising portion 32 may be positioned below the extension portion 34.
[0032] Subsequently, the electrical contractor installs the linear lighting component L inside the concealed section 31. Since the concealed section 31 can be precisely formed to a fixed dimension by machine manufacturing, the installation of the linear lighting component L becomes easier. The linear lighting component L consists of, for example, a linear lighting unit and a holder into which the linear lighting unit is inserted. After fixing the holder inside the concealed section 31, the linear lighting unit is inserted into the holder. If a specified holder is fixed to the stair construction component 1 in advance, it becomes possible to reduce some of the work of the electrical contractor.
[0033] Figure 5 shows a modified stair construction member 1A of the stair construction member 1. The concealed portion 31A in this stair construction member 1A has a groove-like shape similar to the concealed portion 31 described above, but the tip of the concealed portion 31A consists of a hanging portion 32a that hangs down from the lower side of the rising portion 32. In manufacturing this stair construction member 1A, for example, the rising portion 32 and the hanging portion 32a can be formed simultaneously by joining a plate material having the width of the rising portion 32 and the width of the hanging portion 32a to the tip of the concealed portion 31A by welding or the like. The lower end position of the hanging portion 32a is, for example, approximately flush with the lower surface of the flat plate portion 33. The inner width of the groove-like portion forming the concealed portion 31A is, for example, about 40 mm to 60 mm, the depth of the groove-like portion is, for example, about 20 mm to 30 mm, and the height of the rising portion 32 is, for example, about 30 mm to 40 mm.
[0034] Figure 6 shows another modified example, a stair construction member 1B. The concealed portion 31B in this stair construction member 1B consists of a hanging portion 32a that hangs down from the lower side of the rising portion 32. That is, it has a structure in which a plate material having the width of the rising portion 32 and the width of the hanging portion 32a is joined by welding or the like to the tip of a flat plate that forms a projection 3 extending from the fixed surface portion 2, and the lower end of the hanging portion 32a is located below the lower surface of the flat plate that forms the projection 3. The height of the portion that becomes the hanging portion 32a is, for example, about 21 mm to 25 mm, and the height of the rising portion 32 is, for example, about 50 mm to 60 mm.
[0035] Furthermore, in the stair construction members 1A and 1B, an uneven surface may be formed on the outer side of the hanging portion 32a to improve adhesive strength. Also, in the stair construction members 1A and 1B, a rod-shaped attachment portion 35 may be provided at an appropriate position.
[0036] Although embodiments of this invention have been described above with reference to the drawings, this invention is not limited to the illustrated embodiments. Various modifications and variations can be made to the illustrated embodiments within the same scope as this invention, or within the equivalent scope. [Explanation of symbols]
