Summary of the Invention
Problems to be Solved by the Invention
[0004] In clothing provided with an opening such as a mounting hole for an electric fan, it is required to enhance functionality such as preventing rain from entering through the opening and preventing foreign substances from mixing in.
[0005] The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and an object thereof is to enhance the functionality of clothing provided with an opening.
Means for Solving the Problems
[0006] The garment of the present invention comprises a garment body having an opening and a cover member covering the opening, wherein the cover member is substantially sector-shaped or substantially triangular, having a vertex, a pair of side portions extending from the vertex, and a base portion connecting the ends of the pair of side portions, wherein one of the pair of side portions is fixed to the garment body, and the other side portion is detachably and variably fixed to the garment body, and by changing the fixing position of the other side portion, the cover member can be varied between a flat state and a state in which a gap is secured between the base portion and the garment body. [Effects of the Invention]
[0007] According to the present invention, it becomes possible to improve the functionality of clothing that has an opening. [Brief explanation of the drawing]
[0008] [Figure 1] This is a rear view showing the garment according to the embodiment. [Figure 2] This is a diagram illustrating the cover component. [Figure 3] This diagram schematically shows the relationship between the fabric and the cover material. [Figure 4] This is a perspective view showing the surrounding area including the cover member in an upright position. [Modes for carrying out the invention]
[0009] Preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the attached drawings. Figure 1 is a rear view showing garment 1 according to an embodiment. Figure 2 is a diagram illustrating the cover member 10, where (a) shows the cover member 10 lying down, (b) shows the cover member 10 standing upright, and (c) shows the cover member 10 lying down in the opposite direction. Figure 3 is a schematic diagram showing the relationship between the fabric parts 5 and 6 and the cover member 10. Figure 4 is a perspective view showing the surrounding area including the cover member 10 in the upright position.
[0010] In this embodiment, garment 1 is a rainwear garment designated as EF wear. As shown in Figure 1, garment 1 comprises a garment body 2 that constitutes an outer garment. The garment body 2 has a torso portion 3 that covers the wearer's torso and long sleeve portions 4 on the left and right. The back of the torso portion 3 has a loose design with an inner fabric portion 5 and an outer fabric portion 6 that is floating relative to the inner fabric portion 5. The inner fabric portion 5 has a length that covers the buttocks. The outer fabric portion 6 has a length that reaches to around the waist, and its lower end portion 6a is not sewn to the inner fabric portion 5, leaving it floating.
[0011] In the garment body 2, as shown in Figure 4, mounting holes 8 for detachably attaching an electric fan 7 (see Figures 2(c) and 3) are provided in the inner fabric portion 5, in a position hidden by the outer fabric portion 6. The mounting holes 8 are positioned around the waist and are covered by the lower end portion 6a of the outer fabric portion 6. The number and position of the mounting holes 8 are not limited, but they are generally positioned on the left and right sides of the waist.
[0012] The electric fan 7, as described in Patent Document 1, for example, has a configuration in which the fabric of the garment (in this example, the inner fabric portion 5) is sandwiched between the flange of the fan body and the fixing ring. The electric fan 7 is preferably a small electric fan with a maximum diameter of 6 cm or less. The area including the mounting hole 8 supports the electric fan 7, so a stiffer interlining is provided in the area than the fabric of the inner fabric portion 5 to prevent deformation. The interlining is a rectangular fabric part with a hole corresponding to the mounting hole 8, and is sewn to the inside of the inner fabric portion 5. In Figure 4, the rectangular dotted line 9 around the mounting hole 8 indicates the thread used to sew the interlining. Although the interlining is described as being sewn on, it may also be glued to the inner fabric portion 5. In addition to or instead of fabric, resin material may be used for the interlining.
[0013] Here, garment 1 includes a cover member 10 that covers the attachment hole 8. As shown in Figure 2, the cover member 10 is roughly sector-shaped, having a vertex portion 11, a pair of side portions 12a and 12b extending from the vertex portion 11, and a base portion 13 connecting the ends of the pair of side portions 12. It does not need to be strictly sector-shaped; for example, the base portion 13 does not necessarily have to be a circular arc. Furthermore, the cover member 10 may be roughly triangle-shaped with a straightened base portion 13.
[0014] The cover member 10 is made of woven or knitted fabric and is constructed to enclose a core material or resin as a reinforcing material, and is designed to bend along a line 14 connecting the apex 11 and the center of the base 13.
[0015] One side portion 12a is sewn and fixed to the inner fabric portion 5. The other side portion 12b has a band-shaped portion 15 integrally provided with it, and a band-shaped hook-and-loop fastener 16 is provided on its inner surface (the surface facing the inner fabric portion 5). The band-shaped portion 15 is connected to the cover member 10 in a foldable manner.
[0016] Furthermore, a hook-and-loop fastener 17 corresponding to the hook-and-loop fastener 16 is provided on the surface of the inner fabric portion 5. The hook-and-loop fastener 17 has a predetermined shape so that the fixing position of the hook-and-loop fastener 16 on the cover member 10 side can be changed. Specifically, as shown in Figure 2(c), the hook-and-loop fastener 17 is a vertically elongated trapezoidal shape having two parallel sides 17a and 17b, a straight side 17c perpendicular to the two sides 17a and 17b, and a hypotenuse side 17d that intersects the two sides 17a and 17b at an angle, with the straight side 17c on the side farther from the mounting hole 8 and the hypotenuse side 17d on the side closer to it.
[0017] With the hook-and-loop fasteners 16 and 17 configured in this way, the other side portion 12b of the cover member 10 is detachably and flexibly fixed to the inner fabric portion 5. Although hook-and-loop fasteners 16 and 17 have been described in this embodiment, the invention is not limited to these, and fastening means such as buttons or fasteners may also be used.
[0018] As shown in Fig. 2(a), the cover member 10 can be placed in a lying state, that is, the cover member 10 can be made flat with respect to the inner fabric part 5. At this time, the surface fastener 16 of the cover member 10 is connected to the region on the straight side 17b side of the surface fastener 17 of the inner fabric part 5. In the state where the cover member 10 is lying, the mounting hole 8 can be completely covered. For example, when the electric fan 7 is removed or when the electric fan 7 mounted in the mounting hole 8 is not used, the mounting hole 8 and the electric fan 7 mounted in the mounting hole 8 are completely covered. Thereby, the mounting hole 8 and the electric fan 7 are hidden, and it can be used as a normal piece of clothing that is not EF wear, and at the same time, rain infiltration and foreign matter intrusion can be prevented.
[0019] Also, as shown in Fig. 2(b) and Fig. 4, the cover member 10 can be placed in a standing state, in other words, a state where a gap S is secured between the bottom part 13 and the inner fabric part 5. At this time, the surface fastener 16 of the cover member 10 is connected to the region on the hypotenuse 17d side of the surface fastener 17 of the inner fabric part 5. In the state where the cover member 10 is standing, the cover member 10 is bent at the line 14, and the two surfaces 10a, 10b rise in a gable roof shape, and a triangular tent-like structure is formed with the two surfaces 10a, 10b of the cover member 10 and the inner fabric part 5 as one surface. Thereby, the outer fabric part 6 and the cover member 10 prevent rain infiltration and foreign matter intrusion, while maintaining the state where the lower end part 6a of the outer fabric part 6 is lifted and not blocking the mounting hole 8 on the bottom part 13 side, so that a flow path for the air sucked by the electric fan 7 can be secured. Also, since the cover member 10 has a triangular structure, for example, even if a weight is applied to the cover member 10 due to the weight of the outer fabric part 6 or rain adhering to the outer fabric part 6, the cover member 10 can be prevented from being crushed and its shape can be maintained. A triangle can disperse the force to the left and right even when a force is applied to the vertex, and it is possible to maintain stability. Generally, the most stable figure that can be formed on a three-dimensional surface is a triangle. Also, by having a triangular structure, the cover member 10 can maintain its strength even if it is thin, so the cover member 10 can be made lighter, and the possibility that the shape of the clothing body 2 is damaged by the weight of the cover member 10 is also small.
[0020] As described above, it becomes possible to enhance the functionality of the clothing 1 provided with openings such as the mounting holes 8 and the like.
[0021] As mentioned above, the present invention has been described together with embodiments. However, the above-described embodiments are merely examples of concretization in implementing the present invention, and the technical scope of the present invention should not be construed in a limited manner by these. That is, the present invention can be implemented in various forms without departing from its technical idea or its main features. The present invention is not limited to EF wear and is widely applicable to clothing provided with openings. In the embodiment, the mounting hole 8 has been described as the opening in the present invention, but it is not limited thereto. For example, the present invention may be applied to an opening for ventilation. Also, in the embodiment, the clothing with a flush specification has been described, but it is not limited thereto. A cover member for covering the opening may be provided on clothing that does not have a flush specification. Also, the types of clothing to which the present invention can be applied are not limited, and it may be an upper garment other than a raincoat upper garment, it may be trousers, or it may be a connection piece.
