The present invention provides a refrigerant circulation device that can reduce the pressure loss of the refrigerant flowing through the refrigerant path inside the enclosure. [Solution] The refrigerant circulation device comprises a heat exchanger 2, a housing 3, a primary flow path 4, and a secondary flow path 5. The housing houses the heat exchanger. Primary refrigerant flows through the primary flow path from a primary refrigerant inlet 41 in the housing, through the heat exchanger, to a primary refrigerant outlet in the housing. Secondary refrigerant flows through the secondary flow path from a secondary refrigerant inlet 51 in the housing, through the heat exchanger, to a secondary refrigerant outlet in the housing. Both the side of the heat exchanger in the first direction and the side on the other side in the first direction have at least one of the primary refrigerant inlet and outlet, and the secondary refrigerant inlet 53 and outlet 54.
