Before assembling the sun gear to the planetary gear reducer assembly, an expansion tool is used to expand the pitch circle diameter of the axis of the planetary gear on the second frame, reducing the meshing gap between the fixing ring gear and the first planetary gear. The second bolt is then tightened in a tightly meshed state, bringing the adjacent end faces of the first and second frames into contact.
