Abstract

The present invention provides a granule that can reduce the decrease in fluidity when mixed with cement and prevent the biochar from becoming dusty during the production of biochar concrete, a cement composition containing the granule, and a method for producing the granule. [Solution] A granulated material containing powdered biochar and water.

Claims

1. A granulated material containing powdered biochar and water.

2. The granulated material according to claim 1, wherein the particle size of the powdered biochar is 2 mm or less.

3. The granulated material according to claim 1, wherein the powdered biochar is a by-product of woody biomass gasification power generation.

4. The granules according to claim 1, comprising a hydraulic material.

5. The granulated material according to claim 1, wherein the particle size is 1 mm or more and 20 mm or less.

6. A cement composition comprising cement, water, fine aggregate, coarse aggregate, and granules according to any one of claims 1 to 5.

7. A method for producing granulated material, comprising a kneading step of mixing powdered biochar with water, a granulation step, and a drying step.

8. The method for producing granules according to claim 7, wherein a hydraulic material is further added in the aforementioned mixing step.
