[Claim 1] A vehicle seat comprising: a seat cushion positioned above the vehicle floor, with a spring body provided on the cushion frame that flexes downward under the weight of a occupant; a pair of left and right slide rails, each having a left and right lower rail fixed to the vehicle floor side, and a pair of left and right upper rails fixed to the seat cushion side so as to be slidable in the front-rear direction relative to the left and right lower rails; a pair of left and right slide drive mechanisms attached to each of the left and right slide rails, each having an input shaft that rotates to slide the left and right upper rails relative to the left and right lower rails; a motor positioned between the left and right slide rails; and a rotational force transmission mechanism positioned between the left and right slide drive mechanisms, which transmits the rotational force of the motor's output shaft to the left and right input shafts via a transmission shaft, thereby rotating the left and right input shafts, wherein the position of the rotation centers of the left and right transmission shafts relative to the rotation center of the input shaft can be adjusted on the circumference of a circle centered on the axis of the input shaft.
