Abstract
Description
[Background technology]
[0001] The present invention relates to a small, portable, self-contained manufacturing system that functions as a mini-factory. The system produces cleaning agents from raw materials. The chemical proportions are adjusted based on the type and amount of the desired product. The device determines and combines these proportions based on chemical formulas entered through a programming language used during production. Once a user selects the type and amount of cleaning agent needed, the device produces and dispenses a ready-to-use final product (as shown in Figure 1) without direct human handling of chemicals. The difference between this device (the portable cleaning agent manufacturing plant) and the U.S. invention described in U.S. Patent Application Publication No. 2020241031 (Patent Document 1) is that the U.S. automated solution device relies on pre-made solutions in their final form to achieve laboratory results, analyze samples, and achieve the intended purpose using pre-made materials. In contrast, the portable cleaning agent manufacturing plant operates on the principles of cleaning agent manufacturing and production by combining chemical raw materials in their initial state and ultimately producing a ready-to-use final product. It incorporates the principles of correct chemical formulation to transform raw materials into a final product suitable for use by consumers in regular cleaning. [0002] [Patent Document 1] US Patent Application Publication No. 2020241031 Summary of the Invention
[0003] The present invention relates to a small, portable, self-contained manufacturing system that functions as a mini-factory. It produces cleaning agents from raw materials. The chemical proportions are adjusted based on the type and amount of product desired. The machine determines and combines these proportions based on chemical formulas entered through a programming language used during production. Once the user selects the type and amount of cleaning agent needed, the machine produces and dispenses a ready-to-use final product without direct human handling of chemicals (as shown in Figure 1).
[0004] (automatic solution dispenser) Automated solution dispensers facilitate obtaining test results for sample analysis through technology that mixes and dispenses ready-to-use products. This approach eliminates the use of chemical principles in manufacturing and significantly saves time and labor. Functions of automated solution dispensers include measuring, dispensing, mixing, adjusting pH, controlling temperature, degassing, filtering, filling, labeling, and cleaning before or after solution preparation.
[0005] (Portable cleaning agent manufacturing plant) It relies on manufacturing and chemical formulation technology, starting with combining raw materials in chemical proportions that vary based on the type and amount of product desired. The machine determines and combines these proportions based on chemical formulas entered through the programming language used during production. The user selects the type and amount of cleaning agent needed, and the machine produces and dispenses a ready-to-use final product without direct human handling of the initial chemicals. This prevents potential errors during the product manufacturing process. Portable factory technology reduces chemical waste that is harmful to humans and the environment, produces only the amount actually needed by the consumer, and reduces financial waste. Further, portable factory functions include identifying the type of problem, selecting the appropriate solution, self-cleaning, identifying raw materials before use, preventing the combination of incompatible chemicals with the product based on consumer demand, blending and preparing using industrial methods appropriate for the chemicals used, determining the correct dosage of each raw chemical involved in the manufacturing process, displaying instructions on the correct product use through video clips in the device's associated mobile application, and suggesting useful cleaning tools such as brushes and towels.
[0006] Based on the above, it can be concluded that automatic solution dispensers utilize ready-made products, while portable detergent manufacturing plants produce final products by manufacturing compounds. The difference between portable detergent manufacturing plants and automatic solution dispensers lies in their purposes and functions, as well as the benefits derived from each. Portable detergent manufacturing plants are classified as industrial equipment intended for manufacturing, starting from the compound stage and reaching the final product. This is evidenced by the production lines of detergent factories that produce large commercial quantities, while also taking into consideration the provision of correct dosage concepts and safe usage methods, and the actual needs of consumers are met through portable detergent manufacturing plants. On the other hand, automatic solution dispensers are classified as medical devices for analyzing samples, intended to save time and effort in obtaining test results by mixing and preparing the solutions necessary for testing and analyzing the samples input into the device. [Effects of the Invention]
[0007] The present invention features a compact, handheld, and easily transportable industrial system for the proper manufacturing and production of household cleaning products, which, unlike current market practice, does not involve human intervention. It is worth noting that currently, consumers rely on ready-made products, which require checking expiration dates and adhering to proper storage methods to ensure optimal performance. This limits consumers to solutions provided by cleaning product manufacturers, which often do not meet their specific needs. As a result, this leads consumers to search for solutions and experiments online, even though some solutions require specific manufacturing methods appropriate for the chemicals involved. Consumers also require storage space for ready-made products, just as they do for currently available products. However, a portable cleaning product manufacturing plant produces cleaning products in the quantities consumers need on demand, increasing product efficacy through on-site production. It also eliminates the need for large storage spaces because it produces only the quantities consumers need. Furthermore, the equipment's information is regularly updated to meet evolving consumer needs, allowing solutions to be provided without dangerous experimentation or improper chemical handling.
[0008] For example, some consumers mix different cleaning products to address problems such as rust, stains, and grease, resulting in a chemical reaction that creates a completely different substance that not only fails to solve the intended problem but may also cause health problems because proper manufacturing and chemical formulation principles are ignored. This practice is extremely dangerous. Furthermore, some consumers improperly store products, reducing their effectiveness and efficacy. Portable cleaning product manufacturing plants address this issue by producing cleaning products on demand and ensuring greater efficacy and effectiveness. The vision of this invention also includes using environmentally friendly raw materials to protect human health and provide solutions for household problems such as stains, rust, grease, paint, and regular cleaning, meeting the needs of all consumers.
[0009] (Advantages of the device) Its small size and portability allow it to function as a mini-factory with production capacity suited to consumer needs. It saves storage space. Its ability to produce actual consumer needs on-site, eliminating the need for consumers to continually maintain chemicals at home, thereby reducing human exposure to either liquid or volatile chemicals. The device ensures that the correct dosage is used, minimizing errors and human chemical contact. It professionally solves most environmental problems without human intervention in mixing, diluting, or misusing chemicals. It protects human and environmental health by reducing chemical waste and using environmentally friendly materials, so that consumers will be safe if they come into contact with the product. It reduces financial waste, as the cost of the product is limited to the manufacturing costs borne by the consumer. The device helps identify environmental problems and provide quick solutions. The device can be easily operated and interacted with through an electronic application, which includes operation and production manuals as well as first aid instructions for home use in case of consumer misuse of the product. [Figure 4] Figure 4 shows the elements of the device. [Figure 5] Figure 5 is an image of the code used in a programming language. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[0011] The process begins with the consumer selecting the desired product via a display screen (as shown in Figure 4-8 below) or the device's mobile application by selecting its name and image or by identifying the type of cleaning problem. After the consumer selects the desired product, to prevent errors, a QR code on the container intended for the final product is scanned via a sensor reader to verify that the container meets the consumer's requirements (as shown in Figure 4-9). If an incorrect read occurs, an error message appears on the screen, guiding the consumer through the correct procedure. A signal is also sent from the screen to the main circuit board, halting the process until the correct container is placed. A command is sent from the screen to the main circuit board (shown in Figure 4-1; the complete circuit diagram is shown in Figure 2). The circuit board then sends a control command to activate the liquid pump (Figure 4-2), which is programmatically linked to the compound container for the product requested by the consumer. The raw materials are drawn through the raw material container outlet (Figure 4-7). The pump draws the ingredients from their designated containers (Figure 4-12) and dispenses them into containers provided by the consumer. All ingredients are in liquid form, facilitating their dissolution in water. Upon contact with water, the liquid ingredients immediately dissolve to form the desired cleaning agent.
[0012] The water tank (Figure 4-5) is filled through a check valve from an external water source. Control commands then activate the water pump (Figure 4-3) to draw water from the tank (Figure 4-5) according to pre-programmed chemical rates and methods based on the type of product requested and the chemicals used. The pump then sprays the water through a valve (Figure 4-10) into the finished product container, completing the manufacturing process. The electrical components are powered by a power supply (Figure 4-4), which is connected to all electrical elements. The device is equipped with a cooling fan (Figure 4-6), which is automatically activated when the device is plugged in to cool the components and the device itself. Figure 3 below shows the connections between the parts of the device.
[0013] (Device Operation) After becoming familiar with the device's electrical, mechanical, and software components and their functions, the device is placed in a location of the consumer's choosing, away from children. The consumer connects the device to a power supply and a water supply. The containers for the ingredients are then installed in their designated locations. The consumer then faces the display screen, turns the device on, and selects the appropriate language (all major languages are available). They then specify the type of request: either a product required for a specific cleaning problem or a product for general cleaning. The device receives the command, displays information about the solution or product on the screen, and confirms the consumer's selection. After confirmation, the device begins mixing the ingredients and producing the requested product. During this process, messages are displayed on the screen or smart device, providing the consumer with instructions on the proper use of the product and suggesting appropriate cleaning tools, such as a brush or towel. The consumer then receives the detergent container from the device and begins cleaning.
