Description

[Technical field]

[0001] This invention relates to a work gondola device. [Background technology]

[0002] Conventionally, repair work such as cleaning and painting in exterior wall construction on the exterior surfaces of buildings such as high-rise apartment buildings with balconies has been carried out by workers riding in a work gondola that is suspended from above the building by a support wire and can be raised and lowered.

[0003] Such work gondolas are suspended from the roof by support wires, which means that the work gondola may swing away from the wall or sway due to wind pressure, making work easier. In addition, there is a risk that paint used during work may be scattered downward through the gap between the outer wall surface and the work gondola.

[0004] Therefore, as a method for preventing the above-mentioned swaying of a work gondola, a method is known in which a guide wire is inserted through an insertion hole in a mounting bracket fixed to the exterior wall surface of a building, an expandable member extending from the work gondola is abutted against the exterior wall surface, and an engaging member connected to the work gondola whose distance can be adjusted is attached to the guide wire, thereby preventing the work gondola from swaying while allowing the work gondola to be raised and lowered along the exterior wall surface (see Patent Document 1). [0005] [Patent Document 1] Patent Publication No. 2020-101011 Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0006] However, as mentioned above, in order to insert a guide wire into an insertion hole in a mounting bracket fixed to the exterior wall surface of a building, the lower end of the guide wire must be passed through the insertion hole starting from the top of the building, and once the guide wire was installed, it was difficult to easily remove it.

[0007] In addition, when raising and lowering a work gondola using a guide wire, the engaging member connected to the work gondola collides with the mounting bracket that holds the guide wire, blocking its movement. Therefore, when the engaging member passes near the mounting bracket, it is necessary to first detach the engaging member from the guide wire, move over the mounting bracket, and then reattach the engaging member to the guide wire.

[0008] SUMMARY OF THE PRESENT EMBODIMENT An object of the present invention is to provide a work gondola device that solves the above problems. [Means for solving the problem]

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

[0014] DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS An embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the embodiments shown in FIGS.

[0015] [Example 1] Figure 1 is an oblique view showing the state in which the work gondola device 1 of the present invention relating to Example 1 is installed on the outer wall surface 4 of a balcony 3 of a building 2 to be constructed, and Figure 2 is an enlarged oblique view of the work gondola device 1.

[0016] As shown in Figure 1, the work gondola device 1 of this embodiment 1 is installed so that when a work gondola 5 is used to clean, repair, paint, etc. the exterior wall surface 4 on the balcony 3 side of an existing building 2 having a balcony, the work gondola 5 swings left and right relative to the exterior wall surface 4 and does not move away from it, and furthermore, allows the work gondola 5 to be raised and lowered smoothly.

[0017] In the following explanation, as shown in Figure 1, the building side is referred to as the inside A, the opposite side is referred to as the outside B, the upper floor side of the building is referred to as the upper side C, and the lower floor side is referred to as the lower side D. The XX direction in Figure 1 is the left-right direction, the YY direction is the up-down direction, and the ZZ direction is the front-back direction.

[0018] This work gondola 5 is suspended by a lifting wire 6 hanging down from a lifting wire support 7 arranged on the roof of the building 2, and the work gondola 5 is mounted on the approximately vertical exterior wall surface 4 of the building 2 so that it can be raised and lowered in the vertical direction (YY direction) along the lifting wire 6.

[0019] By changing the installation position of the lifting wire support 7 on the roof in the left-right direction (XX direction), the suspension position of the work gondola 5, which is connected to and supported by the lifting wire 6 in a suspended state, can be moved in the left-right direction (XX direction) of the exterior wall surface 4.

[0020] In addition, as shown in Figures 1 and 2, a pair of tension rods 8 with an extendable function are fixed to the upper and middle sections of both sides of the work gondola 5, and the tip 8a of the tension rod 8 with a cushioning function abuts against the outer wall surface 4, preventing collision between the main body of the work gondola 5 and the outer wall surface 4, and the extendable function allows the distance between the work gondola 5 and the outer wall surface 4 to be set to any width.

[0021] The number of lifting wire support tools 7 and work gondolas 5 is not limited to one, but a plurality of them may be provided and raised and lowered simultaneously for construction.

[0022] Protective materials 9 are installed on the outer periphery of the work gondola 5, more specifically, on the left and right sides of the work gondola 5 in the left-right direction (X-X direction), the back surface of the outer side B, and the upper surface of the upper side C, forming a protective space 9a inside the work gondola 5 and preventing paint, cleaning fluid, etc. generated from the work gondola 5 during construction from scattering outside the protective space 9a.

[0023] A guide wire 10 is arranged in the vertical direction on the exterior wall surface 4 of the building 2, and the upper and lower ends of this guide wire 10 are fixed on the roof of the building 2 and near the ground by appropriate means not shown, and are stretched over the exterior wall surface 4 of the building 2.

[0024] Further, a hook portion 11 is detachably attached to the guide wire 10, and this hook portion 11 is connected to a take-up wire 13 of a winch 12 mounted on the work gondola 5.

[0025] By performing the winding operation of the winch 12, the work gondola 5 is forced to be pulled toward the outer wall surface 4 (inner A direction), and by adjusting the winding amount of the winch 12, the distance between the outer wall surface 4 and the work gondola 5 can be adjusted.

[0026] In addition, the work gondola device 1 of the present invention is arranged in pairs at both ends in the left-right direction of the work gondola 5 at the handrail portion 3a of the balcony 3 on each floor of a building 2, and is composed of a hanging part 15 that is attached to the handrail portion 3a of the balcony 3 of the building 2, a holding part 25 that is attached to the outer B side of the balcony 3 of the hanging part 15, and a membrane hanging part 35 that is attached to the inner A side of the balcony of the hanging part 15.

[0027] As shown in Figure 3, the hanging part 15 consists of a main body part 16, a support part 17 and an elastic part 18, and the support part 17 is fixedly hung down from the main body part 16 on the inside A of the balcony 3, and the elastic part 18 is provided on the outside B of the main body part 16 of the balcony 3.

[0028] As shown in Figures 4 and 5, the elastic part 18 consists of a base piece 19 hanging down from the main body 16, and two elastic bodies 20 made of metal springs are arranged side by side, one above the other, toward the balcony 3, and an engagement piece 21 is fixed to the surface of each elastic body 20 that comes into contact with the balcony 3.

[0029] As described above, a space EE is formed between the engaging piece 21 and the support portion 17, and when the handrail portion 3a is inserted into this space EE, the engaging piece 21 moves to the outside B, while clamping the handrail portion 3a of the balcony 3 while elastically compressing and engaging the handrail portion 3a of the balcony 3 toward the balcony 3 side (inside A).

[0030] In addition, a tapered surface 22 is formed at the lower end of the engagement piece 21, which is curved and moves away from the handrail portion 3a of the balcony 3 as it moves downward, and when the handrail portion 3a is inserted into the space EE, the upper surface angle of the handrail portion 3a abuts against the tapered surface 22, guiding the insertion of the handrail portion 3a.

[0031] As a result, the hanging portion 15 is detachably attached to the handrail portion 3a.

[0032] The holding portion 25 is provided on the side surface of the hanging portion 15 facing the outside B of the balcony 3, i.e., on the outside B of the lower end of the elastic portion 18, and the guide wire 10 is inserted into this holding portion 25 in the vertical direction.

[0033] The holding portion 25 has a two-layered spiral ring-shaped portion 26, and a support shaft 27 fixed to the side of this ring-shaped portion 26 is inserted into the base piece 19 of the hanging portion 15 from the outside B to the inside A of the balcony 3. By tightening this support shaft 27 with a nut 28, the holding portion 25 is arranged on the side of the hanging portion 15 so as to be rotatable around the support shaft 27 as a rotation axis.

[0034] By this rotation, the opening direction of the insertion hole 29 opening in the ring-shaped portion 26 of the holding portion 25 can be changed between the up-down direction and the left-right direction.

[0035] In addition, the spiral ring-shaped portion 26 has a first end 30 that forms the first layer on the outer side B of the retaining portion 25, and a second end 31 that forms the second layer, and a passage 32 is formed between the first and second layers, i.e., on the inside where the first end 30 and the second end 31 face each other.

[0036] This passage 32 is configured so that its position can be displaced by rotating the holding portion 25 so that when the insertion hole 29 opens in the left-right direction, it becomes a slit-shaped hole that opens in the up-down direction, and when the insertion hole 29 opens in the left-right direction, it becomes a slit-shaped hole that opens in the left-right direction.

[0037] When the passage 32 is positioned as a slit-shaped hole that opens in the vertical direction, the guide wire 10 can be inserted from the side of the holding portion 25 into the insertion hole 29 through the hole of this passage 32, and when it is positioned as a slit-shaped hole that opens in the left-right direction, the passage 32 that opens in the vertical direction is closed, preventing the guide wire 10 from slipping out from the inside of the insertion hole 29 to the outside.

[0038] In addition, a spiral-shaped membrane hanging portion 35 having a central end 39 and an outer peripheral end 40 is provided on the side of the hanging portion 15 on the inside A of the balcony 3, i.e., on the lower end of the inside A of the support portion 17, and the membrane hanging portion 35 has a membrane hanging portion side support shaft 37 fixed to the side of the spiral-shaped metal fitting 36, and the membrane hanging portion side support shaft 37 is inserted into the support portion 17 from the inside A to the outside B of the balcony 3, and this membrane hanging portion side support shaft 37 is tightened with a nut 38, thereby fixing the membrane hanging portion 35 to the support portion 17.

[0039] The spiral-shaped spiral fitting 36 of this membrane hanging portion 35 has a center end 39 and an outer peripheral end 40 whose protruding ends protrude in opposite directions, and a protective apron 42 fixed to the lower front end of the work gondola 5 is removably attached to this center end 39 and outer peripheral end 40.

[0040] As shown in Figure 6, grommets 43 are arranged at regular intervals around the outer periphery of the protective apron 42, and by inserting these grommets 43 into the center end 39 or the outer periphery end 40, the protective apron 42 is held by the spiral fitting 36, and the protective apron 42 is arranged so as to connect the front of the work gondola 5 to the inside A of the balcony 3.

[0041] As a result, the gap that occurs between the front of the work gondola 5 and the outer wall surface 4 of the balcony 3 is sealed by the protective apron 42.

[0042] Next, a working method using the working gondola apparatus 1 will be described.

[0043] As shown in Figure 2, first, a worker boards a work gondola 5 and moves the work gondola 5 to the exterior wall surface 4 of the building 2 where the construction work will be performed, and installs the hanging part 15 of this embodiment 1 on the handrail part 3a of the balcony 3 on each floor.

[0044] To install this hanging portion 15, as shown in Figure 4, the holding portion 25 is positioned on the outside B of the balcony 3, and the main body portion 16 is lowered from above the handrail portion 3a so that the upper corner of the handrail portion 3a abuts against the tapered surface 22 of the elastic portion 18, the handrail portion 3a is placed within the space EE, and the front and rear surfaces of the handrail portion 3a are elastically engaged by the support portion 17 and the elastic portion 18.

[0045] The hanging parts 15 are installed in pair on the left and right in front of the work gondola 5, and are placed on the handrail parts 3a of the verandas 3 on each floor of the building 2 to be constructed, from the top floor to the bottom floor.

[0046] Next, the holding portion 25 of the hanging portion 15 is rotated so that the insertion hole 29 opens in the left-right direction so that the passage 32 opens in the vertical direction, and the guide wire 10 stretched on the exterior wall surface 4 of the building 2 is inserted into the insertion hole 29 through the passage 32.

[0047] Thereafter, the holding portion 25 is rotated so that the insertion hole 29 opens in the vertical direction, the passage 32 communicating in the vertical direction is closed, and the guide wire 10 is held in the insertion hole 29 .

[0048] At this time, the vicinity of the tips of the first end 30 and the second end 31 are oriented horizontally, with some overlapping portions occurring in the vertical direction, and even if the guide wire 10 stretched in the vertical direction swings outward B from within the insertion hole 29, the guide wire 10 will not come out of the passage 32 by coming into contact with this overlapping portion.

[0049] The above-mentioned work is carried out at all of the hanging parts 15 arranged from the top floor to the bottom floor of the building 2. As shown in Figure 2, the worker then moves the work gondola 5 from the upper floor to the exterior wall surface 4 of the floor to be worked on, attaches the hook portion 11 of the winding wire 13 of the winch 12 to the guide wire 10, and winds up the winch 12, thereby moving the work gondola 5 toward the exterior wall surface 4 so that it is pulled by the guide wire 10 stretched across the exterior wall surface 4.

[0050] At this time, the tension rod 8 attached to the work gondola 5 abuts against the outer wall surface 4, and the work gondola 5 is prevented from swinging by being biased against the outer wall surface 4 with a constant tension, while maintaining the working space between the work gondola 5 and the outer wall surface 4 by the extension and contraction width of the tension rod 8.

[0051] Next, the lower end of the protective apron 42 attached to the lower end of the front of the work gondola 5 is positioned on the inside A of the balcony 3.

[0052] Then, as shown in Figure 6, the grommets 43 provided on the outer periphery of the protective apron 42 are inserted into the center end 39 or the outer periphery end 40, thereby fixing the lower end of the protective apron 42 to the inside A of the balcony 3, and the gap between the front of the work gondola 5 and the outer wall surface 4 of the balcony 3 is blocked by the protective apron 42.

[0053] As described above, the working gondola apparatus 1 of this embodiment is installed, and work such as cleaning and painting of the outer wall surface 4 of the building 2 is performed.

[0054] After work on the floor to be constructed is completed, in order to move the work gondola 5 to the next construction floor, the worker retrieves the protective apron 42 onto the work gondola 5, releases the tension applied by the winding of the winch 12, and, with the hook portion 11 still attached to the guide wire 10, lowers the work gondola 5 along the guide wire 10 to the lower floor.

[0055] As the work gondola 5 descends, the hook portion 11 descends along the guide wire 10 and reaches the top of the holding portion 25 on the lower floor. The worker then rotates the holding portion 25 so that the insertion hole 29 opens in the left-right direction and the passage 32 opens in the up-down direction, and pulls out the guide wire 10 from inside the insertion hole 29 to the outside of the ring-shaped portion 26 through the passage 32.

[0056] This separates the guidewire 10 from the loop-shaped portion 26, allowing the hook portion 11 attached to the guidewire 10 to move down along the guidewire 10 without colliding with the loop-shaped portion 26 and being restricted.

[0057] After the hook portion 11 has been lowered, the guide wire 10 is again inserted into the passage 32 , and the holding portion 25 is rotated to hold the guide wire 10 within the insertion hole 29 .

[0058] From then on, repair work will be carried out on each floor using the same process as described above.

[0059] With the above-mentioned configuration, according to the work gondola device 1 of this embodiment 1, a hanging portion 15 equipped with an elastic portion 18 having a tapered surface 22 can be installed on the handrail portion 3a of the balcony 3, thereby providing a holding means for the guide wire 10 that allows the holding portion 25 to be easily installed without having to drive an anchor into the outer wall surface 4 and drill a hole in the outer wall surface 4 to fix the holding portion 25.

[0060] Furthermore, since the holding portion 25 is formed of a spiral ring-shaped portion 26 having a passage 32, the guide wire 10 can be attached and detached from the holding portion 25, and the hook portion 11 can be raised and lowered along the guide wire 10 by simply rotating the holding portion 25.

[0061] Furthermore, by providing a protective apron 42 that spans the work gondola 5 and the balcony 3, it is possible to prevent paint and other materials from splashing downward from the front of the work gondola 5, and by attaching the grommets 43 provided on this protective apron 42 to the center end 39 or the outer periphery end 40 of the spiral-type metal fitting 36, it is possible to make the protective apron 42 less likely to fall off from the membrane hanging portion 35.

[0062] In other words, since the central end portion 39 or the outer peripheral end portion 40 is formed in an arc shape, the movement of the eyelet 43 in the left-right direction (X-X direction) and the inward A direction is restricted, and even if the protective apron 42 is blown around by the wind, it is possible to prevent the protective apron 42 from falling off.

[0063] Furthermore, since the center end portion 39 and the outer peripheral end portion 40 are formed to protrude away from each other in the left-right direction (XX direction), the attachment point of the eyelet 43 can be appropriately selected between the center end portion 39 and the outer peripheral end portion 40 depending on the direction in which the protective apron 42 is biased by wind or the like.

[0064] [Example 2] Figure 7 is an oblique view showing the working gondola device 1 in embodiment 2 installed on the floor 45 of the balcony 3, and Figure 8 is a side cross-sectional view showing the hanging part 15 attached to the rising part 46 of the floor part 45.

[0065] The work gondola device 1 in the second embodiment is installed on a balcony 3 whose handrail portion 3a is formed of a lattice or glass wall 47, and the hanging portion 15 which is attached to the handrail portion 3a in the first embodiment is attached to the rise 46 of the floor portion 45 of the balcony 3 in the second embodiment.

[0066] The same parts as those in the first embodiment, such as the configuration of the hanging portion 15, the installation of the guide wire 10 on the outer wall surface 4, and the configuration of the work gondola 5, are given the same reference numerals and their explanations are omitted.

[0067] In this Example 2, a worker boards a work gondola 5 and moves the work gondola 5 to the exterior wall surface 4 of the building 2 where construction work is to be performed, and inserts the support part 17 of the hanging part 15 into the gap formed between the floor part 45 of the balcony 3 on each floor and the lower end of the glass wall 47, and lowers the main body part 16 of the hanging part 15 from above onto the rise 46 of the floor part 45, so that the front and rear surfaces of the rise 46 are elastically compressed and engaged by the support part 17 and the elastic part 18.

[0068] The hanging parts 15 are installed in pairs on the left and right sides in front of the work gondola 5, and are placed on the rising edges 46 of the verandas 3 of each floor from the top floor to the bottom floor of the building 2 to be constructed.

[0069] The subsequent operation method of the holding portion 25 and the guide wire 10 is the same as in the first embodiment.

[0070] In addition, the protective apron 42 is installed so that it is positioned from the front of the work gondola 5 to near the floor surface of the floor portion 45 of the balcony 3, depending on the position of the membrane hanging portion 35 of the hanging part 15 attached to the rising portion 46.

[0071] With the above-mentioned configuration, according to the work gondola device 1 of this embodiment 2, by attaching the hanging part 15 to the rising edge 46 of the floor part 45 on the balcony 3, the hanging part 15 can be installed even on a balcony 3 where the handrail of the balcony 3 is formed of a lattice or glass wall 47, without the hanging part 15 pinching the glass wall 47 and damaging it.

[0072] In addition, since the protective apron 42 can be attached to the hanging portion 15 attached to the rise 46, the protective apron 42 can be positioned from the front of the work gondola 5 to near the floor surface of the floor portion 45 of the balcony 3, thereby preventing paint from splashing through the gap formed between the lower end of the glass wall 47 and the rise 46 during work.

[0073] The other effects are the same as those in the first embodiment, and therefore the description thereof will be omitted. [Explanation of symbols]
