Description

[Technical Field]

[0001] The present invention relates to the technical field of solar cells, and more particularly to a solar panel cleaning device and its frame structure. [Background technology]

[0002] Photovoltaic power generation is a promising new and renewable energy technology. The most basic component of photovoltaic power generation is the solar cell, the most common of which are monocrystalline silicon, polycrystalline silicon, amorphous silicon, and thin-film cells. A module consisting of one or more solar cells is called a solar module or solar panel (also known as a photovoltaic panel). Solar panels convert solar energy into electrical energy and have been rapidly developed due to their diverse installation options, safety, pollution-free operation, and inexhaustible resources. However, outdoor dust and dirt inevitably cover the surface of solar panels, affecting their performance. Current cleaning methods involve manual cleaning by climbing to a high location or using long-handled cleaning tools. [0016] In order to allow those skilled in the art to better understand the technical solution of the present disclosure, the present disclosure will be described in detail, clearly and completely below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for the purpose of illustrating the present disclosure and are not intended to limit the present disclosure.

[0017] In the description of this application, the first and second descriptions are only for the purpose of distinguishing technical features, and cannot be understood as indicating or implying relative importance, the number of technical features shown, or the context of the technical features shown.

[0018] Those skilled in the art should understand that in the disclosure of this application, the orientations or positional relationships indicated by terms such as "longitudinal," "horizontal," "upper," "lower," "front," "rear," "left," "right," "vertical," "horizontal," "top," "bottom," "inner," and "outer" are based on the orientations or positional relationships shown in the drawings, and are intended merely to facilitate and simplify the explanation of this application, and do not indicate or imply that the referred devices or parts must have a specific orientation, be configured, or operate in a specific orientation. Therefore, the above terms should not be understood to limit this application.

[0019] Embodiment 1: 1, 2 and 3, the solar panel cleaning device of this embodiment comprises a frame structure 1 for connecting to or closely contacting a solar panel, a brush assembly 2 for cleaning the solar panel, and a drive motor 3 for driving the brush assembly 2, with a first transmission assembly provided between the drive motor 3 and the brush assembly 2, the first transmission assembly comprising a synchronous belt 4, a drive wheel 5 and a driven wheel 6, the drive wheel 5 being connected to the drive motor 3 and the driven wheel 6 being rotatably connected to the frame structure 1, the synchronous belt 4 meshing with the drive wheel 5 and the driven wheel 6, respectively, and the synchronous belt 4 being connected to the brush assembly 2. In this embodiment, the frame structure 1 is rectangular.

[0020] The design of the frame structure 1 allows it to be placed separately from the solar panel and then later attached to the solar panel, making it easy to install and versatile. The drive motor 3 drives the brush assembly 2 via the first transmission assembly to move back and forth along the length of the solar panel, thereby cleaning the solar panel and effectively removing dust and dirt. The use of synchronous belt transmission ensures transmission precision and stability and greatly reduces the risk of slippage.

[0021] To ensure stable operation of the brush assembly 2, track grooves 7 are provided on both sides of the frame structure 1. Sliders 8 are provided in the track grooves 7, respectively connected to the synchronous belt 4 and the brush assembly 2, and the sliders 8 are loosely fitted into the track grooves 7. The sliders 8 are slidably connected to the track grooves 7. The cross section of the slider 8 is I-shaped, with the lower part of the I-shape positioned within the track groove 7. A baffle plate protruding toward the centerline is provided at the top of the track groove 7. When the slider 8 moves outward, the lower part of the I-shape comes into close contact with the baffle plate, preventing it from falling off. The track grooves 7 are designed to effectively guide the movement trajectory of the slider 8, thereby enabling the brush assembly 2 to maintain stable operation during cleaning. As the brush assembly 2 moves, impurities in the track groove 7, the power transmission from the drive motor 3, and the frictional force between the slider 8 and the track groove 7 can easily cause the initial loads on both ends of the brush assembly 2 to be different, resulting in different moving speeds at both ends and causing the brush assembly 2 to tilt and eventually stick. Alternatively, the track groove 7 may lose its flatness after prolonged use, causing the brush assembly 2 to stick. The clearance fit between the slider 8 and the track groove 7 can automatically release stress when operation is interrupted, so that even if the brush assembly 2 tilts slightly, the slider 8 and the track groove 7 will not stick, improving operational stability, preventing equipment stoppages, and extending the life of the equipment.

[0022] To ensure a reliable connection between the synchronous belt 4 and the slider 8, as shown in FIG. 4 , the slider 8 is provided with synchronous belt fixing grooves 9 at both ends. The synchronous belt 4 is an open synchronous belt, with both ends of the synchronous belt 4 positioned in the synchronous belt fixing grooves 9. The slider 8 is provided with a pressing member 10 for pressing the synchronous belt 4. In this embodiment, the toothed grooves designed in the synchronous belt fixing grooves 9 can mesh with the teeth of the synchronous belt 4. The slider 8 is provided with a through-hole communicating with the synchronous belt fixing groove 9. The pressing member 10 passes through the through-hole to press the synchronous belt 4 in close contact with it, so that a fixing pin can pass through the through-hole. For example, the fixing pin can pass through the through-hole. Of course, the through-hole can also be a threaded hole, and the pressing member 10 is a bolt that is threaded into the through-hole to press the synchronous belt 4. The synchronous belt fixing groove 9 fits into the synchronous belt 4, which provides a strong connection between the slider 8 and the synchronous belt 4, making it difficult for the slider 8 to slide relative to the synchronous belt 4 and ensuring reliable movement of the brush assembly 2. The pressing member 10 is designed to further strengthen the connection between the slider 8 and the synchronous belt 4 and prevent the synchronous belt 4 from slipping out.

[0023] In order to improve the movement stability of the slider 8, pulleys 11 that come into close contact with the wall surfaces of the track groove 7 are provided on both sides of the slider 8. In this embodiment, four pulleys 11 are provided on one slider 8, with two pulleys 11 arranged on each side of the slider 8. The pulleys 11 are designed to reduce the frictional force that the slider 8 receives when it moves within the track groove 7, to allow the slider 8 to pass easily over uneven parts, and to allow smooth movement, thereby improving the operational reliability of the entire device.

[0024] To facilitate replacement of the brush assembly 2, the brush assembly 2 is connected to the slider 8 with bolts, and the brush assembly 2 can be attached and detached using only the bolts. Attachment and detachment of the brush assembly 2 can be completed within a few minutes, significantly reducing maintenance costs and downtime during maintenance.

[0025] As shown in Figure 5, in this embodiment, the brush assembly 2 includes a brush holder 18 and brush bristles 19 connected to the brush holder 18 with bolts, and both ends of the brush holder 18 are each connected to one slider 8 with a bolt. The overall manufacturing cost is low, the brush holder 18 can be reused, and the brush bristles 19 can be replaced simply by removing the bolts, further reducing maintenance costs.

[0026] To improve protection, synchronous belt holes 12 are provided on both sides of the frame structure 1, and the synchronous belt 4 is inserted through the synchronous belt holes 12. The synchronous belt holes 12 penetrate in the extension direction of the left and right frames 14. By inserting the synchronous belt 4 through the synchronous belt holes 12, most of the synchronous belt 4 is not exposed, providing good protection for the synchronous belt 4, reducing the probability of people coming into contact with the synchronous belt 4 and the risk of accidents, and making the overall appearance cleaner and more beautiful.

[0027] To improve operational stability, two first transmission assemblies are provided, one on each side of the frame structure 1, i.e., one on each of the left and right frames 14. The drive motor 3 is a two-shaft reduction motor. The frame structure 1 is provided with a flange bearing 13, and the output end of the drive motor 3 passes through the flange bearing 13 and connects to the drive wheels 5, which are in turn connected to the left and right frames 14. The installation of two first transmission assemblies balances the load on both ends of the brush assembly 2 and improves operational stability. In the two-shaft reduction motor design, the two output shafts directly drive the two first transmission assemblies, balancing the load on both ends of the brush assembly 2 and improving operational stability. The design of the flange bearing 13 improves the bearing capacity, promoting the power output of the two-shaft reduction motor and improving the operational stability and durability of the equipment.

[0028] To ensure the reliability of the frame structure 1, the frame structure 1 comprises left and right frames 14 and top and bottom frames 15, with the width of the left and right frames 14 being 2.5 cm or less. The left and right frames 14 are provided with track grooves 7 and synchronous belt holes 12. The edges of the solar panel are areas that cannot generate power, and by keeping the width of the left and right frames 14 within a range of 2.5 cm or less, it is possible to effectively avoid blocking the active parts of the solar panel, occupying only the non-power-generating parts of the solar panel edges, without affecting the power generated by the solar panel.

[0029] In this embodiment, U-shaped plates 20 are provided on both ends of the left and right frames 14, the opening sides of the U-shaped plates 20 facing outward, one end of the U-shaped plates 20 is connected to the left and right frames 14, the drive wheels 5 and the driven wheels 6 are both disposed inside the U-shaped plates 20, and the driven wheels 6 are rotatably connected to the U-shaped plates 20. Mounting grooves are provided on at least one side of the left and right frames 14, and the left and right frames 14 are connected to solar panels via connecting members 21, one end of the connecting members 21 being connected to the mounting grooves with bolts and the other end being connected to the solar panels.

[0030] To improve operational reliability, as shown in FIG. 6 , the frame structure 1 is provided with a first limit switch 16 that controls the brush assembly 2 to clean upward to a desired position. When the brush assembly 2 moves upward to clean until it contacts the first limit switch 16 and triggers the first limit switch 16, the brush assembly 2 stops moving upward and reaches its uppermost position. The frame structure 1 is provided with a second limit switch 17 that controls the brush assembly 2 to clean downward to a desired position. When the brush assembly 2 moves downward to clean until it contacts the second limit switch 17 and triggers the second limit switch 17, the brush assembly 2 stops moving downward and reaches its lowermost position. The first limit switch 16 and the second limit switch 17 are respectively located on the upper and lower frames 15. The design of the first limit switch 16 and the second limit switch 17 controls the range of movement of the brush assembly 2, ensuring that the brush assembly 2 starts or stops at a set position.

[0031] The device further includes a controller electrically connected to the first limit switch 16, the second limit switch 17, and the drive motor 3. The remote communication module of the controller enables remote control of the equipment, enabling more precise operation management. Specifically, the daily operating time period, single operating time, and number of operations of the brush assembly 2 can be preset, thereby enabling automated and precise cleaning control. In this embodiment, the remote communication module may be configured to use Wi-Fi or the like to enable mobile phone control. The controller may be installed in a separate electrical control box.

[0032] Embodiment 2: 1 and 6, the frame structure according to this embodiment is applied to a solar panel cleaning device and comprises left and right frames 14 and top and bottom frames 15, with the width of the left and right frames 14 being 2.5 cm or less. The edges of the solar panel are areas that do not generate electricity, and by having the width of the left and right frames 14 be 2.5 cm or less, it is possible to effectively avoid blocking the active parts of the solar panel, occupying only the non-power-generating parts of the solar panel edges and not affecting the power generated by the solar panel.

[0033] The above is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention and does not impose any formal limitations on the present invention. Although the present invention has been disclosed above in a preferred embodiment, it does not limit the present invention. Those skilled in the art can make equivalent embodiments with equivalent changes by making some changes or modifications using the technical content disclosed above without departing from the scope of the technical solution of the present invention. Any simplifications, changes, equivalent changes and modifications made to the above embodiments based on the technical essence of the present invention without departing from the content of the technical solution of the present invention belong to the scope of the technical solution of the present invention.
