Abstract
Description
[Technical field]
[0001] The present invention relates to a dual cap. [Background technology]
[0002] Conventionally, in containers for liquid cosmetics, etc., in order to improve the appearance of the cap, an inner cap is attached to the neck of the container, and a transparent outer cap is fitted over the inner cap, thereby forming a double cap structure in which the outer cap is transparent. A specific structure of this type is, for example, an opaque inner cap covered with a transparent outer cap, and the two are assembled together by engaging means such as an undercut to prevent slipping out or an undercut to prevent rotation, so that they cannot be separated or rotated. Various types of double caps have been proposed.
[0003] Patent Document 1 discloses a double cap that combines an opaque inner cap with a screw to be attached to the neck of a container or the like, and a transparent outer cap that is fitted over the inner cap, wherein the lower part of the outer wall surface of the inner cap is folded over to form an opaque receiving portion having approximately the same outer diameter as the outer cap, the lower part of the transparent outer cap is inserted into this opaque receiving portion, and in order to prevent the inner cap and the outer cap from coming off, an engagement means for preventing the inner cap and the outer cap from coming off is provided between the lower part of the outer cap and the receiving portion of the inner cap in the area hidden by the opaque receiving portion by engaging the two, and in order to prevent rotation between the inner cap and the outer cap, an insertion hole or recess is formed in the receiving portion in the area hidden by the opaque receiving portion, and a leg formed on the lower part of the outer cap is inserted into the insertion hole or recess to provide an engagement means for preventing rotation.
[0004] Patent Document 2 discloses a double cylinder body comprising an outer tube and an inner tube arranged coaxially with the central axis of the outer tube and inside the outer tube, wherein a plurality of engaging portions that engage with each other are formed on the inner surface of the outer tube and the outer surface of the inner tube, spaced apart in the circumferential direction, and each of the engaging portions of the outer tube and the inner tube is formed with a vertical engaging portion that extends in the central axis direction and engages with each other, and when viewed radially, both a first distance along the circumferential direction between the vertical engaging portion and a first circumferential end portion located on one side of the circumferential direction of the engaging portion, and a second distance along the circumferential direction between the vertical engaging portion and a second circumferential end portion located on the other side of the circumferential direction of the engaging portion are different for each of the engaging portions of the outer tube and the inner tube. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
[0011] "Double Cap" In a first embodiment of the present invention, a dual cap 100 includes an inner cap 120 of the present invention and an outer cap 110 fitted over the inner cap 120 (FIG. 1), (a) the inner cap 120 has an inner cap inner peripheral shape 124 that can be attached to a container, an inner cap outer peripheral shape 126 along which the outer cap can be rotated, and an inner cap fitting portion 122 that fits into the end of the outer cap on the container side (FIG. 2); and (i) The inner cap fitting portion 122 has an inner cap insertion portion 1226 into which the outer cap can be inserted, an inner cap stopper portion 1224 capable of preventing the outer cap from moving vertically, and an inner cap rotation stopper portion 1222 capable of preventing the outer cap from rotating, and the inner cap insertion portion 1226 and the inner cap stopper portion 1224 have a concave shape (FIG. 2); (ii) The inner cap anti-rotation portion 1222 has a handle portion 1222a that can be plastically deformed by application of an external force, and a tip portion 1222b that is fitted into the outer cap anti-rotation portion to prevent rotation of the outer cap (FIGS. 2 and 5); (b) the outer cap has an outer cap inner peripheral shape 114 that can rotate along the outer peripheral shape of the inner cap, an outer cap outer peripheral shape 116, and an outer cap fitting portion 112 that fits into the inner cap fitting portion (FIG. 3); and (i) The outer cap fitting portion 112 is disposed at the end of the outer cap on the container side, and has an outer cap stop portion 1124 that fits with the inner cap stop portion, and an outer cap anti-rotation portion 1122 that fits with the inner cap anti-rotation portion, and the outer cap stop portion 1124 has a convex shape (FIG. 3); (c) the concave shape of the inner cap retaining portion and the convex shape of the outer cap retaining portion are fitted together, and the inner cap anti-rotation portion and the outer cap anti-rotation portion are fitted together, (d) The inner cap anti-rotation portion is plastically deformed to be removed from the fitted outer cap anti-rotation portion, and the outer cap is rotated relative to the inner cap to remove the outer cap slip-out prevention portion from the inner cap slip-out prevention portion, thereby removing the outer cap from the inner cap. It is double capped.
[0012] The outer cap and the inner cap can be fitted together, for example, by the method shown in FIG. 4, to obtain a double cap.
[0013] More specifically, as shown in Fig. 4(a), this double cap is arranged in a position where the outer cap stopper part 1124 of the outer cap 110 can be inserted into the inner cap insertion part 1226 of the inner cap 120, and then, as shown in Fig. 4(b), the outer cap stopper part 1124 of the outer cap 110 is inserted into the inner cap insertion part 1226 of the inner cap 120. At this time, although not shown, the inner cap rotation stopper part 1222 is pressed by the outer cap and elastically deformed toward the container side.
[0014] 4(c), the outer cap 110 is rotated clockwise. When the outer cap anti-rotation portion 1122 reaches the position of the inner cap anti-rotation portion 1222, the outer cap anti-rotation portion 1122 and the inner cap anti-rotation portion 1222 are fitted together. In this way, the inner cap 120 and the outer cap 110 can be fitted together to obtain a double cap.
[0015] After use, the double cap can be disassembled by the following procedure: First, the outer cap anti-rotation part 1122 and the inner cap anti-rotation part 1222, which are fitted together as shown in Fig. 5(a), are plastically deformed, for example, toward the container side as shown in Fig. 5(b), to remove the inner cap anti-rotation part 1222 from the fitted outer cap anti-rotation part 1122.
[0016] Next, the steps shown in Figure 4 can be performed in reverse order, i.e., by rotating the outer cap relative to the inner cap to disengage the outer cap anti-slip portion from the inner cap anti-slip portion, and the outer cap can be removed from the inner cap.
[0017] Therefore, according to the above configuration, the relative positions are fixed during use, and the device can be easily disassembled after use.
[0018] Although not shown in the drawings, in a second aspect of the present invention, the double cap includes an inner cap and an outer cap fitted over the inner cap, (a) the inner cap has an inner circumferential shape that can be attached to the container, an inner circumferential shape along which the outer cap can be rotated, and an inner cap fitting portion that fits into the end of the outer cap on the container side; (i) the inner cap fitting portion has an inner cap slip-off prevention portion capable of preventing vertical movement of the outer cap, and an inner cap rotation prevention portion capable of preventing rotation of the outer cap, and the inner cap slip-off prevention portion has a convex shape; (ii) the inner cap anti-rotation portion has a handle portion that is plastically deformable by application of an external force, and a tip portion that is fitted into the outer cap anti-rotation portion to prevent rotation of the outer cap, (b) the outer cap has an outer peripheral shape, an outer cap inner peripheral shape that can rotate along the outer peripheral shape of the inner cap, and an outer cap fitting portion that fits into the inner cap fitting portion; (i) the outer cap fitting portion is disposed at the end of the outer cap on the container side, and has an outer cap insertion portion into which the inner cap can be inserted, an outer cap stop portion that fits with the inner cap stop portion, and an outer cap rotation stop portion that fits with the inner cap rotation stop portion, and the outer cap insertion portion and the outer cap stop portion have a concave shape; (c) the convex shape of the inner cap retaining portion and the concave shape of the outer cap retaining portion are fitted together, and the inner cap anti-rotation portion and the outer cap anti-rotation portion are fitted together, (d) The inner cap anti-rotation portion is plastically deformed to be removed from the fitted outer cap anti-rotation portion, and the outer cap is rotated relative to the inner cap to remove the outer cap slip-out prevention portion from the inner cap slip-out prevention portion, thereby removing the outer cap from the inner cap. It is double capped.
[0019] That is, the first and second aspects of the present invention are the same except for the following: (i) In the first embodiment of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 2, there is a concave inner cap insertion portion 1226 and an inner cap retaining portion 1224, whereas in the second embodiment of the present invention, there are concave outer cap insertion portions and outer cap retaining portions, respectively, as corresponding portions to the concave inner cap insertion portion 1226 and the inner cap retaining portion; (ii) In the first embodiment of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 3, there is a convex outer cap anti-slip portion 1124, whereas in the second embodiment of the present invention, there is a corresponding convex inner cap anti-slip portion.
[0020] Each component of the dual cap of the present invention is described below.
[0021] <Inner cap> As shown in FIG. 2, the inner cap 120 has an inner cap inner peripheral shape 124 that can be attached to a container, an inner cap outer peripheral shape 126 along which the outer cap can be rotated, and an inner cap fitting portion 122 that fits into the container side end of the outer cap.
[0022] The material constituting the inner cap may be a transparent material or an opaque material, and it is preferable to use an opaque material from the viewpoint of concealing the fitting portions of the outer and inner caps and improving the appearance.
[0023] Examples of opaque materials that can be used include metals such as copper, silver, palladium, iridium, platinum, and gold; alloy metals such as stainless steel; mixed resins in which transparent resins are mixed with coloring pigments such as titanium oxide; and opaque synthetic resins such as polypropylene.
[0024] As the transparent material, transparent synthetic resins such as polyethylene terephthalate and polycarbonate, and transparent inorganic materials such as glass can be used.
[0025] (Inner cap inner circumference shape) The inner cap has an inner peripheral shape that allows it to be attached to the container to be combined. The attachment can be performed by a means appropriate for the type of container, for example, by fitting, screwing, or the like.
[0026] (Outer circumference of inner cap) The outer peripheral shape of the inner cap is a shape along which the outer cap can be rotated, and it is preferable that the outer peripheral shape of the inner cap is approximately cylindrical in order to achieve this purpose. Here, in this specification, "approximately cylindrical" includes not only a strict cylindrical shape, but also a shape similar to a cylindrical shape, for example, a shape in which the corners (edges) of a cylindrical shape are curved. Other shapes referred to as "approximately" are interpreted in the same way.
[0027] (Inner cap fitting part) 2, the inner cap fitting portion 122 has an inner cap insertion portion 1226 into which an outer cap can be inserted, an inner cap stopper portion 1224, and an inner cap rotation stopper portion 1222. In this embodiment, the inner cap insertion portion 1226 and the inner cap stopper portion 1224 have a concave shape.
[0028] In addition, although not shown in the drawings, in a second aspect of the present invention, the inner cap fitting portion has an inner cap slip-off prevention portion capable of preventing the vertical movement of the outer cap, and an inner cap rotation prevention portion capable of preventing the rotation of the outer cap. In this aspect, the inner cap slip-off prevention portion has a convex shape.
[0029] When the inner cap 120 is made of an opaque material, it is preferable from an appearance standpoint that the inner cap fitting portion 122 has an inner cap folded portion 1228 so as to conceal the inner cap anti-slip portion 1224 and the inner cap anti-rotation portion 1222.
[0030] (Inner cap fitting part: Inner cap anti-rotation part) The inner cap anti-rotation portion is a portion capable of preventing the outer cap from rotating. As shown in Fig. 5(a), the inner cap anti-rotation portion 1222 has a handle portion 1222a that can be plastically deformed by application of an external force, and a tip portion 1222b that is fitted into the outer cap anti-rotation portion 1122 to prevent the outer cap from rotating. The plastic deformation can be, for example, in the container side direction.
[0031] In one aspect, it is preferable that the tip 1222b of the inner cap anti-rotation portion 1222 be a convex portion that is convex toward the outer cap side, such as a pillar-like, hook-like (as shown in Figure 5), dome-like, etc. shape, in order to flatten the container-side surface of the inner cap and improve the appearance and ease of use of the double cap.
[0032] From the viewpoint of facilitating plastic deformation, it is preferable that the inner cap anti-rotation portion 1222 has an inner cap deformation assisting protrusion 1222c which serves as a trigger for plastic deformation of the inner cap anti-rotation portion 1222. For example, when the tip portion 1222b of the inner cap anti-rotation portion 1222 is hook-shaped, the inner cap deformation assisting protrusion 1222c may be, for example, a protrusion provided on a part of the periphery of the tip portion.
[0033] The number of the inner cap anti-rotation parts may be one or more. When the number of the inner cap anti-rotation parts is more than one, it is preferable that the inner cap anti-rotation parts are equally spaced from the viewpoint of anti-rotation performance.
[0034] In addition, in an embodiment in which the tip 1222b of the inner cap anti-rotation portion 1222 is a convex portion, it is preferable for the tip side of the inner cap anti-rotation portion 1222 to have an inner cap deformation assist recess 1222d that serves as a trigger for plastic deformation of the inner cap anti-rotation portion 1222, in order to facilitate this plastic deformation.
[0035] The inner cap deformation assist recess 1222d may be a gap that occurs on the tip side of the inner cap deformation assist protrusion 1222c when the outer cap anti-rotation portion 1122 and the inner cap anti-rotation portion 1222 are engaged with each other, as shown in Figure 5(a), for example.
[0036] When disassembling the cap, a member can be inserted into this gap from the outside and raised against the inner cap deformation assisting protrusion 1222c, whereby the inner cap anti-rotation portion 1222 can be easily plastically deformed.
[0037] (Inner cap fitting part: Inner cap retaining part) The inner cap retaining portion is a portion capable of preventing the outer cap from moving vertically. The inner cap retaining portion may have an undercut shape.
[0038] The inner cap retaining portion may be a recess or a protrusion, and is formed so as to be able to fit with the outer cap retaining portion. For example, when the inner cap retaining portion is a recess, the corresponding outer cap retaining portion is a protrusion. Also, when the inner cap retaining portion is a protrusion, the corresponding outer cap retaining portion is a recess.
[0039] The number of the inner cap retaining parts may be one or more. When there are multiple inner cap retaining parts, it is preferable that these parts are equally spaced from the viewpoint of retaining performance.
[0040] (Inner cap fitting part: Inner cap insertion part) In the first embodiment in which the inner cap anti-slip portion is concave, the inner cap insertion portion is a concave portion connected to the inner cap anti-slip portion, and is a portion for inserting the convex-shaped outer cap anti-slip portion toward the inner cap anti-slip portion.
[0041] In the second embodiment in which the inner cap slip-off prevention portion has a convex shape, the inner cap fitting portion does not have an inner cap insertion portion.
[0042] <Outer cap> As shown in FIG. 3, the outer cap 110 has an outer cap inner peripheral shape 114 that can rotate along the outer peripheral shape of the inner cap, an outer cap outer peripheral shape 116, and an outer cap fitting portion 112 that fits into the inner cap fitting portion.
[0043] The material constituting the outer cap may be the same as the materials mentioned for the inner cap, and among them, it is preferable to use a transparent synthetic resin from the viewpoint of appearance.
[0044] (Outer cap outer shape) The outer peripheral shape of the outer cap may be any shape according to the outer shape of the container to be combined. This outer peripheral shape does not depend on the inner peripheral shape of the outer cap, and may be, for example, a substantially cylindrical shape, a substantially conical shape, a substantially elliptical cylindrical shape, a substantially rectangular cylindrical shape, or an aesthetic shape such as a star shape. Here, in this specification, "substantially to" includes not only the shape, but also a shape similar to the shape, for example, a shape in which the corners (edges) of the shape are curved.
[0045] When the outer cap outer peripheral shape is cylindrical, it is preferable from the viewpoint of appearance that the diameter of the outer cap outer peripheral shape is similar to the maximum diameter of the inner cap. Here, in this description, "similar" means that the error is within 5%, 4%, 3%, 2%, or 1% from the same. In particular, when the inner cap has an inner cap folded-back portion, it is preferable from the viewpoint of appearance that the diameter of the outer cap outer peripheral shape is similar to the outer shape of the inner cap folded-back portion.
[0046] (Outer cap inner circumference shape) The inner circumferential shape of the outer cap is a shape that allows it to rotate along the outer circumferential shape of the inner cap. From the viewpoint of achieving this purpose, the inner circumferential shape of the outer cap is preferably substantially cylindrical.
[0047] (Outer cap fitting part) In a first embodiment in which the outer cap slip-off prevention portion is convex, the outer cap fitting portion is disposed at the container side end of the outer cap, and has an outer cap slip-off prevention portion and an outer cap rotation prevention portion.
[0048] Here, the "container side end" of the outer cap may be composed of the container side portions of the inner and outer circumferential shapes of the outer cap, and the container side bottom surface of the outer cap.
[0049] In addition, in a second aspect in which the outer cap anti-slip portion is a recess, the outer cap fitting portion is positioned at the container side end of the outer cap, and has an outer cap insertion portion into which the inner cap can be inserted, an outer cap anti-slip portion that fits with the inner cap anti-slip portion, and an outer cap anti-rotation portion that fits with the inner cap anti-rotation portion.
[0050] (Outer cap fitting part: outer cap anti-rotation part) As shown in FIG. 5, the outer cap anti-rotation portion 1122 is a portion into which the inner cap anti-rotation portion 1222 is fitted.
[0051] In an embodiment in which the tip 1222b of the inner cap anti-rotation portion 1222 is a convex portion, it is preferable that the outer cap anti-rotation portion 1122 is a concave portion capable of accommodating the inner cap anti-rotation portion 1222, from the viewpoint of flattening the container-side surface of the inner cap and improving the appearance and ease of use of the double cap.
[0052] The number of outer cap anti-rotation parts may correspond to the number of inner cap anti-rotation parts, for example, there may be one or more.
