Description

[Technical field]

[0001] The present invention relates to a simulated trolley wire end setting tool, an auxiliary tool that can be used together with the simulated trolley wire end setting tool, and a method for checking the suitability of a planned trolley wire support location using the simulated trolley wire end setting tool and the auxiliary tool. [Background technology]

[0002] When a track branches off from a main line to a siding, it becomes necessary to cross the contact lines near the siding. The equipment that constitutes the contact lines near the siding is called a "crossing wire device," and a crossing metal fitting, which is one of the components of this crossing wire device, connects the contact wires of the main line and the siding wire. (See, for example, Patent Document 1 (JP Patent Publication No. 2018-39455).) The contact wires are supported by a structure, but when the structure is to be rebuilt, for example, it is not always possible to reconstruct the contact wires in the same location as the original.

[0003] In such cases, it is necessary to check that the contact wire supported by the rebuilt structure is in sliding contact with the train pantograph as specified. For example, it is necessary to check that the pantograph is guaranteed to slide against the contact wire within a range of ±250 mm from the midpoint between the rails (with the midpoint being 0 mm, within a total of 500 mm of 250 mm to the right of the rail width and 250 mm to the left of the rail width).

[0004] Conventionally, in order to carry out such a check, a contact wire has been simulated on the ground using a simulator 30. Figure 9 shows how a contact wire is simulated using the simulator 30. The simulator 30 is composed of a long piece of wood 33 having a longitudinal length approximately equal to the distance between two rails 5, and a number of nails 35 driven into one face of the long piece of wood 33 at equal intervals.

[0005] As shown in Figure 9, two long wooden pieces 33 that make a pair are placed on the rail 5, and a string 50 is tied between the nails at the position where the planned point for supporting the trolley wire is projected onto the ground, tension is applied, and the string 50 is treated as a trolley wire to simulate a trolley wire on the ground. In this way, by confirming that the string 50 is within a range of ±250 mm from the midpoint between the rails, it is possible to check whether the supporting point for the trolley wire is appropriate. The distance of the string 50 in the width direction from the midpoint is defined as the deviation of the string 50.

[0006] In cases where a crossing wire device is used, three of the above-mentioned simulation devices 30 can be used to simulate two intersecting contact wires, as shown in Figure 10. In Figure 10, the dashed line indicates the water line 50 that simulates the main line contact wire, and the dashed line indicates the water line 50 that simulates the siding line contact wire. [Patent Document 1] JP 2018-39455 A Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0007] When simulating two intersecting trolley wires using the conventional simulation device 30 as described above, three workers must fix three simulation devices 30 onto the rail 5, and at the same time, one worker must check the amount of deviation of the water line 50 from the previous intermediate position and the intersecting position of the water lines 50, which creates the problem of requiring a lot of manpower and effort.

[0008] It is possible to place a weight or the like on the simulation device 30 and secure it to the rail 5, but since the simulation device 30 is pulled by the tension of the water line 50 and the simulation device 30 itself is lightweight to begin with, it is difficult to keep the simulation device 30 in place as intended, and there is also the problem that operability is poor. [Means for solving the problem]

[0009] In order to solve such problems, the simulated trolley wire end setting device according to the present invention is a simulated trolley wire end setting device that is installed so as to span between rails and to which a water line that simulates a trolley wire is attached, and has a longitudinal direction. Insulating The rail is characterized by having a long portion, wall outer surfaces arranged at both ends of the long portion and abutting the head of the rail, a rail portion provided along the longitudinal direction of the long portion, a slider portion capable of sliding along the longitudinal direction of the rail portion, and a plate portion provided on the slider portion for attaching a water line.

[0010] In addition, the simulated trolley wire end setting device of the present invention is characterized in that a fixed end is provided at one end of the long portion and a movable end is provided at the other end of the long portion, and the outer surface of the wall portion is provided at the fixed end and the movable end.

[0011] In addition, the simulated trolley wire end setting tool according to the present invention is characterized in that magnetic sheet members are provided on the fixed end and the movable end.

[0012] In addition, the simulated trolley wire end setting tool according to the present invention is characterized in that the slider portion is provided with a slit for holding a water line therebetween.

[0013] Moreover, the simulated trolley wire end setting tool according to the present invention is characterized in that the rail portion is provided with two of the slider portions.

[0014] The simulated trolley wire end setting tool according to the present invention is characterized in that a setting scale is provided along the longitudinal direction of the long portion.

[0015] In addition, the simulated trolley wire end setting tool according to the present invention is characterized in that a reflective tape is provided on the long portion. Effect of the Invention

[0020] The simulated trolley wire end setting device of the present invention has a long section having a longitudinal direction, wall outer surfaces arranged on both ends of the long section and abutting the head of the rail, a rail section provided along the longitudinal direction of the long section, a slider section slidable along the longitudinal direction of the rail section, and a plate section provided on the slider section for attaching a water line. With this simulated trolley wire end setting device of the present invention, the wall outer surface abutting the head of the rail makes it easy to install between the rails, and the water line is attached to the slidable slider section, making it easy to position the water line that simulates the trolley wire.

[0021] The simulated trolley wire end setting device according to the present invention can stabilize the state of the tensioned water line, and does not require the worker to fix the water line simulating the trolley wire during the confirmation work, which can save many manpower and labor. Thus, the simulated trolley wire end setting device according to the present invention can significantly improve workability and reduce labor. Furthermore, the simulated trolley wire end setting device according to the present invention stabilizes the state of the attached water line by positioning with the slider part, making it possible to perform accurate confirmation work.

[0022] Furthermore, by using the auxiliary tool according to the present invention together with the simulated trolley wire end setting tool as described above, it is possible to easily check whether the position of the water line simulating the trolley wire is appropriate. Also, the auxiliary tool according to the present invention can significantly improve workability and reduce labor.

[0023] In addition, according to the method of the present invention for checking the suitability of a location where a trolley wire is to be supported, the method includes a step of running the auxiliary device on a rail between the two simulated trolley wire end setting devices.According to this method of the present invention for checking the suitability of a location where a trolley wire is to be supported, it is possible to easily check whether the position of the water line simulating the trolley wire is appropriate, thereby significantly improving workability and reducing labor. [0025] Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. Fig. 1 is a diagram showing a simulated trolley wire end setting device 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 1(A) shows a top view of the simulated trolley wire end setting device 100 in a position where it is mounted between rails 5, and Fig. 1(B) is a view of the simulated trolley wire end setting device 100 seen from the direction indicated by X in Fig. 1(A). This simulated trolley wire end setting device 100 is mounted so as to span between rails 5, and a water line simulating a trolley wire is attached to it.

[0026] The long portion 105 in the simulated trolley wire end setting device 100 has a length in the longitudinal direction that is approximately the same as the distance between the two rails 5. In order to prevent a short circuit between the two rails 5, an insulating material is used for such a long portion 105. For example, an FRP channel material can be suitably used for the long portion 105.

[0027] A fixed end 110 made of MC nylon is provided at one end of the long portion 105, and a movable end 120 made of MC nylon is provided at the other end.

[0028] The fixed end 110 has a U-shaped cross-sectional portion 111 that covers three sides of the long portion 105, and a downward extending wall portion 116 that extends downward from this U-shaped cross-sectional portion 111. The fixed end 110 is attached with bolts and nuts 113 so that the fixed end 110 does not displace relative to the long portion 105, via a total of four through holes 112 provided in the fixed end 110 and two perforations provided in the long portion 105.

[0029] A magnetic sheet member 115 is provided on the bottom surface 114 of the U-shaped cross section 111 of the fixed end 110. This magnetic sheet member 115 abuts against the top surface of the head of the rail 5 so as to be attracted thereto, so that the simulated trolley wire end setting tool 100 is stably attached to the rail 5. In addition, the wall outer surface 117 of the downward extension wall portion 116 abuts against the side surface of the head of the rail 5. In this way, the L-shaped structural portion consisting of the magnetic sheet member 115 of the bottom surface 114 and the wall outer surface 117 of the downward extension wall portion 116 engages with the head of the rail 5, so that the simulated trolley wire end setting tool 100 is attached to the rail 5.

[0030] The movable end 120 also has a U-shaped cross-sectional portion 121 that covers three sides of the long portion 105, and a downward extending wall portion 126 that extends downward from the U-shaped cross-sectional portion 121. In the case of the movable end 120, at least one of the opposing sides of the U-shaped cross-sectional portion 121 is provided with a long hole 122. The movable end 120 is attached with a bolt and nut 123 so that it can be displaced relative to the long portion 105 by using the long hole 122 and two perforations provided in the long portion 105. With such a movable end 120, it is possible to stably attach the simulated trolley wire end setting device 100 by making a fine adjustment according to the gauge width between the rails 5.

[0031] A magnetic sheet member 125 is also provided on the bottom surface 124 of the U-shaped cross section 121 of the movable end 120. This magnetic sheet member 125 abuts against the top surface of the head of the rail 5 so as to be attracted thereto, so that the simulated trolley wire end setting tool 100 is stably attached to the rail 5. In addition, the wall outer surface 127 of the downward extension wall portion 126 abuts against the side surface of the head of the rail 5. In this way, the L-shaped structure consisting of the magnetic sheet member 125 of the bottom surface 124 and the wall outer surface 127 of the downward extension wall portion 126 engages with the head of the rail 5, so that the simulated trolley wire end setting tool 100 is attached to the rail 5. In addition, by adjusting the movable end 120, the simulated trolley wire end setting tool 100 is attached between the rails 5 so that the wall outer surface 127 of the movable end 120 is pressed against the side surface of the head of the rail 5, so that the simulated trolley wire end setting tool 100 can be stably attached between the rails 5.

[0032] A linear rail 130 is provided along the longitudinal direction of the long portion 105 on one side of the long portion 105 in the simulated trolley wire end setting device 100. A slider portion 132 that is slidable along the longitudinal direction is provided on a rail portion 131 of the linear rail 130. It is preferable that at least two such slider portions 132 are provided on the linear rail 130. This is because by providing two or more slider portions 132 and using two water strings 50, it is possible to simulate two trolley wires at a track branch as shown in FIG. 10.

[0033] FIG. 2 is a view showing the slider portion 132 of the simulated contact wire end setting tool 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention.

[0034] A plate portion 140 is fixed above the slider portion 132 by a screw 142. A slit 145 is provided in the plate portion 140, and the water line 50 is attached to the plate portion 140 by utilizing this slit 145. More specifically, a knot is provided in the water line 50, and the water line 50 is clamped in the slit 145 so that the knot is on the front side of the slit 145 on the paper surface, and then the water line 50 is sent out in the direction toward the back of the paper surface.

[0035] In this embodiment, the water line 50 is attached to the slider portion 132 by utilizing the slit 145 of the plate portion 140, but the method of attaching the water line 50 is not limited to this, and for example, a method in which one end of the water line 50 is clamped may also be used.

[0036] A through hole 134 indicated by a dotted line is provided in the slider portion 132, and an index plunger 135 is screwed into the through hole 134. When the index plunger 135 is screwed into the depths of the page, the tip of the index plunger 135 (not shown) presses against the rail portion 131, so that the slider portion 132 can be temporarily fixed to the rail portion 131.

[0037] A setting scale 150 is provided on the top surface of the long section 105 of the simulated trolley wire end setting device 100 along the longitudinal direction of the long section 105. The position of the 0 mark on this setting scale 150 can be the midpoint between both ends of the long section 105. The position of the slider section 132 is adjusted while referring to the position of the water line 50 pulled out from the slit 145 and the value of the setting scale 150 intersecting with the water line 50, and then the index plunger 135 is screwed forward, whereby the slider section 132 can be temporarily fixed.

[0038] Reflective tape 160 can be affixed to the locations of the long portion 105 where the setting scale 150 is not provided. In this embodiment, the reflective tape 160 is affixed to positions close to the fixed end 110 and the movable end 120 on both outer sides of the setting scale 150. By providing such reflective tape 160 that easily attracts the attention of workers, it is possible to prevent the workers from leaving the simulated trolley wire end setting tool 100 near the rail 5 when they finish their confirmation work and withdraw from the site.

[0039] By mounting two simulated trolley wire end setting devices 100 configured as described above on a rail 5 and stretching a water line 50 between each of the simulated trolley wire end setting devices 100, it becomes possible to check the trajectory of the trolley wire between the points supporting the trolley wire from the ground.

[0040] As described above, the simulated trolley wire end setting device 100 of the present invention has a long section 105 having a longitudinal direction, wall outer surfaces (117, 127) arranged at both ends of the long section 105 and abutting the head of the rail, a rail section 131 provided along the longitudinal direction of the long section 105, a slider section 132 slidable along the longitudinal direction of the rail section 131, and a plate section 140 provided on the slider section 132 for attaching a water line. According to the simulated trolley wire end setting device 100 of the present invention, the wall outer surface abutting the head of the rail 5 makes it easy to install the device between the rails 5, and the water line is attached to the slidable slider section 132, making it easy to position the water line 50 that simulates the trolley wire.

[0041] The simulated trolley wire end setting tool 100 according to the present invention can stabilize the state of the tensioned water line 50, and does not require the worker to fix the water line simulating the trolley wire during the confirmation work using the water line, which can save many manpower and labor. In this way, the simulated trolley wire end setting tool 100 according to the present invention can significantly improve the workability and reduce the labor. Furthermore, the simulated trolley wire end setting tool 100 according to the present invention stabilizes the state of the attached water line by positioning using the slider part 132, making it possible to perform accurate confirmation work.

[0042] Next, an explanation will be given of an auxiliary tool 200 according to the present invention, which is used together with the simulated contact wire end setting tool 100 configured as above to make it possible to perform the checking work more easily.

[0043] Fig. 3 is a diagram showing the auxiliary tool 200 according to the embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 3(A) shows a top view of the posture of the auxiliary tool 200 while it is traveling on the rail 5, and Fig. 3(B) is a diagram showing the simulated trolley wire end setting tool 100 as viewed from the direction indicated by X in Fig. 3(A). Fig. 3(C) is a diagram showing the simulated trolley wire end setting tool 100 as viewed from the direction indicated by Y in Fig. 3(A). Fig. 4 is a diagram for explaining the assembly and disassembly of the auxiliary tool 200 according to the embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 5 is a diagram showing an operating rod 300 used together with the auxiliary tool 200 according to the embodiment of the present invention.

[0044] The auxiliary tool 200 according to the present invention is used to check whether the position of the water line 50 simulating the trolley wire is appropriate. Such an auxiliary tool 200 has a structure in which at least two simulated trolley wire end setting tools 100 are used to stretch the water line 50 simulating the trolley wire, and then the auxiliary tool 200 runs along the water line 50.

[0045] For this reason, the assistive device 200 according to the present invention has at least one pair of rollers 212 that rotate in contact with each rail 50. In this embodiment, the assistive device 200 is configured to have two pairs of rollers 212, but it may be configured to have three or more pairs of rollers 212. By using rollers 212 whose main material is, for example, MC nylon, it is possible to prevent short circuits between the rails 5.

[0046] The roller support member 210 supports the roller 212 rotatably around a roller shaft 213, and a pair of such roller support members 210 are prepared. For example, an FRP angle can be used for the roller support member 210. The pair of roller support members 210 are connected by a long portion 205. For the long portion 205, an FRP channel material can be used.

[0047] 4, an opening 214 is provided in the middle of the two roller support members 210 in the longitudinal direction. A hole is provided above the opening 214, and an index plunger 215 is screwed into the hole. Furthermore, holes 207 corresponding to the tips of the index plungers 215 are provided at both ends of the long portion 205 in the longitudinal direction.

[0048] When assembling the auxiliary device 200 of the present invention, the index plunger 215 is unscrewed, the long portion 205 is inserted into the opening 214, and the index plunger 215 is tightened to insert the tip of the index plunger 215 through the hole 207, thereby fixing the long portion 205 and the two roller support members 210 together.

[0049] On the other hand, when disassembling the assisting device 200 according to the present invention, the clamping force applied by the index plunger 215 is released, and the long portions 205 are removed from the openings 214 of the two roller support members 210.

[0050] When the assisting device 200 according to the present invention is disassembled as described above, it can be disassembled into three parts: two roller support members 210 and a long section 205. All of these parts are long, and can be easily carried by assembling them together.

[0051] The operating rod 300 shown in Fig. 5 is an example of a member that can be suitably used when the auxiliary tool 200 runs on the rail 5. The operating rod 300 is composed of a long rod portion 305, a grip portion 307 that is provided on one end of the rod portion 305 and is used for operation by an operator, and a ring-shaped metal annular portion 309 that is provided on the other end of the rod portion 305. The auxiliary tool 200 runs manually on the rail 5 by inserting the index plunger 215 mentioned above into the ring-shaped portion 309 and pushing the auxiliary tool 200 through the grip portion 307 by the operator.

[0052] A confirmation scale 250 is provided on the top surface of the long portion 205 of the auxiliary tool 200 along the longitudinal direction of the long portion 205. The position of the 0 mark on this confirmation scale 250 can be the midpoint between both ends of the long portion 105. While running the auxiliary tool 200 on the rail 5 between the two simulated trolley wire end setting tools 100 on which the water line 50 simulating the trolley wire is stretched, the worker can check whether the initially set planned support location of the trolley wire is appropriate by checking whether the water line 50 is always within a range of ±250 mm from the 0 mark.

[0053] In this embodiment, the confirmation scale 250 is provided on the upper surface of the long portion 205, but a first color section may be provided at a location within a range of ±250 mm from the 0 mark, and a second color section different from the first color section may be provided at a location outside the range of ±250 mm from the 0 mark. In this case, the first color section may be green to give the impression of "OK", and the second color section may be red to give the impression of "NG". With this configuration, if the water line 50 overlaps with the red color even once while the auxiliary device 200 is running, it can be intuitively confirmed that the initially set planned support location of the trolley wire was not appropriate.

[0054] Reflective tape 260 can be affixed to the long portion 105 of the auxiliary tool 200 at the locations where the confirmation scale 250 is not provided. In this embodiment, the reflective tape 260 is affixed to the outer sides of both ends of the confirmation scale 250. Since it is assumed that the auxiliary tool 200 will be disassembled, the reflective tape 260 may also be affixed to each roller support member 210. By providing such reflective tape 260 that easily attracts the attention of the worker, it is possible to prevent the worker from leaving the auxiliary tool 200 near the rail 5 when the worker finishes the confirmation work and withdraws from the site.

[0055] As described above, the auxiliary tool 200 according to the present invention can be used together with the simulated trolley wire end setting tool 100 described above to easily check whether the position of the water line 50 simulating the trolley wire is appropriate. In addition, the auxiliary tool 200 according to the present invention can significantly improve workability and reduce labor.

[0056] Next, each step of the method for checking the suitability of the planned trolley wire support location using the simulated trolley wire end setting tool 100 and the auxiliary tool 200 as described above will be described. Figures 6 to 8 are diagrams showing the steps of the method for checking the suitability of the planned trolley wire support location according to an embodiment of the present invention. In the following explanation of the steps of the method for checking the suitability of the planned trolley wire support location, an example is described in which two simulated trolley wire end setting tools 100 are placed and the suitability of the planned trolley wire support location is checked based on the water string 50 between them, but the present invention can also be applied to an example in which the simulation tool 30 in Figure 10 is replaced with the simulated trolley wire end setting tool 100.

[0057] Fig. 6 shows the process of mounting two simulated trolley wire end setting devices 100 on a rail 5. Next, Fig. 7 shows how a common water line is attached to the two simulated trolley wire end setting devices 100 and tension is applied to simulate the trolley wire with the water line. Fig. 8 shows the process of running the auxiliary device 200 on the rail 5 between the two simulated trolley wire end setting devices 100. While running the auxiliary device 200 on the rail 5 with the operating rod 300, the worker checks whether the planned trolley wire support location is appropriate based on whether the water line 50 is within the range of ±250 mm from the 0 scale.

[0058] As described above, the method of the present invention for checking the suitability of a location where a trolley wire is to be supported includes a step of running the auxiliary device 200 on the rail 5 between two simulated trolley wire end setting devices 100. According to this method of the present invention for checking the suitability of a location where a trolley wire is to be supported, it is possible to easily check whether the position of the water line 50 that simulates the trolley wire is appropriate, thereby significantly improving workability and reducing labor.
