[0009] The present invention will be further described below with reference to the figures and specific examples.
[0010] DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Hereinafter, specific embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail in conjunction with the drawings. First, directional terms such as up, down, left, right, front, rear, inside, outside, top, bottom, etc. in this specification are defined with respect to the structures shown in each figure, and since they are relative concepts, they may change accordingly according to different positions and different usage conditions. Thus, these or other directional terms should not be construed as limiting.
[0011] In the following embodiments, the fluid drive unit can provide fluid power for the working medium of the automobile thermal management system, and the working medium can be water or an aqueous solution, for example, an aqueous solution containing 50% ethylene glycol, and the working medium can also be other substances.
[0012] Referring to FIG. 1, a fluid drive unit 100 includes a housing, a rotor unit 1, a stator unit 2, a shaft 3, and an isolating portion 4, and the rotor unit 1 is fitted onto the outer periphery of the shaft 3. Further, the fluid drive unit 100 includes an internal chamber, and the isolation section 4 divides the internal chamber into a first chamber 80 and a second chamber 90, the first chamber 80 allows the working medium to flow, and the second chamber 90 does not directly contact the working medium, the rotor unit 1 is located in the first chamber 80, and the stator unit 2 is located in the second chamber 80. Referring to FIG. 1, the stator unit 2 includes a stator core 21, an insulating holder 23, and a winding 22. This insulating holder 23 is coated on at least a portion of the surface of the stator core 21, the windings 22 are wound around the insulating holder 23, and the rotor unit 1 includes a permanent magnet 11 and an impeller unit 12. When the fluid drive device 100 is operating, the excitation magnetic field generated by the stator unit 2 is further controlled by controlling the current flowing through the windings 22 of the stator unit 2, and the rotor unit 1 rotates around or together with the axis 3 due to the action of the excitation magnetic field.
[0013] Referring to FIG. 1, the fluid actuator 100 further includes a position limiting component 5 and a conductive component 6 . This conductive part 6 is arranged in a position-limiting manner relative to the position-limiting part 5 or is fixed in place, and the part of the position-limiting part 5 that comes into contact with the conductive part 6 is not conductive. Thus, when the fluid drive device is operating, this helps to prevent the current that has passed through the conductive part 6 from leaking from the position-limiting part 5. In this embodiment, the stator unit 2 and the position limiting component 5 are arranged along the axial direction of the fluid drive device. Specifically, the stator unit 2 is closer to the impeller unit 12 than the position limiting part 5, i.e., the stator unit 2 is located between the position limiting part 5 and the impeller unit 12, and the position limiting part 5 may be located between the stator unit 2 and the impeller unit 12. In this embodiment, the connecting insertion portion 71 is integral with the first housing 7 . Specifically, this connection insertion portion 71 is arranged to protrude from the surface of the first housing 7, the opening of the connection insertion portion 71 faces along the axial direction of the fluid drive unit 100, and the connection insertion portion 71, the position limiting part 5, and the stator unit 2 are arranged along the axial direction of the fluid drive unit 100. [0014] The above contents will be introduced in detail below.
[0015] FIG. 1 is a structural diagram of a fluid drive unit in a first embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 4 is a structural diagram of the assembled position limiting components and conductive components in the first embodiment of FIG. 1. The fluid drive unit of the first embodiment will be introduced in detail below.

The position limiting part 5 includes positioning holes 51, and the number of the positioning holes 51 is at least the same as the number of the positioning posts 231. Specifically, in this embodiment, the number of the positioning holes 51 and the number of the positioning posts 231 are five, and each positioning post 231 passes through a corresponding positioning hole 51, and each positioning post 231 is engaged with a corresponding positioning hole 51. As a result, the position of the position limiting component 5 is limited in the circumferential direction. Specifically, in this embodiment, each positioning pillar 231 is a gap fit into the corresponding positioning hole 51, and referring to Figures 2 to 3, one end of the positioning pillar 231 protrudes from the positioning hole 51, and the protruding end of the positioning pillar 231 is heat-stakingly fastened to the position limiting part 5, thereby fixedly connecting the position limiting part 5 to the stator unit 2. 2 and 3, the position limiting component 5 further includes at least one openwork portion 52, which penetrates the upper and lower surfaces of the position limiting component 5. Thus, by providing the openwork portion 52, the weight of the position limiting part 5 is reduced, and the amount of material used in the injection process of the position limiting part 5 is reduced, thereby contributing to cost reduction.
[0017] 2 to 5, the conductive part 6 includes a first connection end and a second connection end, the first connection end being electrically connected to the stator unit 2, and the second connection end being capable of serving as a pin end when electrically connected to an interface of an external power supply. The conductive part 6 enables the stator unit 2 to be electrically connected to the interface of an external power supply, and contributes to drawing out the conductive end of the stator unit 2. As a result, the pulled-out conductive end can be used as an interface pin for an external power supply, and the conductive part 6 is positioned relative to the position limiting part 5, which makes assembly convenient and contributes to simplifying the process. The above content will be introduced in detail below.
[0018] 2 to 5, the fluid drive unit 100 in this embodiment includes a first conductive part 61, a first connection end 611 of the first conductive part 61 is electrically connected to the winding 22 in the stator unit 2, and a second connection end 612 of the first conductive part 61 is a power pin end of an external interface. Specifically, in this embodiment, the fluid drive unit 100 includes three first conductive parts 61. The second connection ends 612 of the three first conductive parts 61 are respectively the U-phase pin end, the V-phase pin end and the W-phase pin end of the external interface, and the second connection ends 612 of the three first conductive parts 61 are arranged in parallel. The second connection ends 612 of the three first conductive parts 61 may also be arranged in series, and the specific arrangement positions can be adaptively designed according to the interface of the external power supply. In addition, in this embodiment, the winding 22 in the stator unit 2 is a three-phase winding, and the number of first conductive parts 61 is the same as the number of phases of the winding, and when the winding 22 in the stator unit 2 is a single-phase winding, the number of first conductive parts 61 may be two. 2 and 4, the fluid drive device 100 further includes a second conductive part 62, a first connecting end 621 of which is in conductive contact with the stator core 21 in the stator unit 2, and a second connecting end 622 of which is a ground pin end of the interface with the external power supply, thus contributing to dissipating static electricity on the surface of the stator core 21, and further contributing to preventing static electricity from affecting the performance of the fluid drive device. Specifically, referring to Figures 2 and 3, in this embodiment, the stator core 21 includes a recess 211 which is recessed from the outer peripheral surface of the stator core 21, and the first connecting end 621 of the second conductive part 62 enters the chamber of the recess 211 and contacts the stator core at the side wall portion of the recess 211. From the above description, the fluid drive unit 100 in this embodiment includes a first conductive part and a second conductive part, the first conductive part being the power pin end of the interface for the external power supply, and the second conductive part being the ground pin end of the external interface. Furthermore, this fluid drive unit 100 may include only the first conductive component. In this case, the first conductive component can be the power pin end of the interface of the external power supply, that is, there is no need to separately provide a second conductive component as the ground pin end of the interface of the external power supply. Below, we will introduce in detail an example in which the fluid drive unit 100 includes the first conductive component and the second conductive component.
[0019] 6, the first conductive component 61 includes a first portion 613 and a second portion 614, and in this embodiment, the first portion 613 and the second portion 614 are provided separately. Here, "provided separately" means that the first portion 613 and the second portion 614 are each processed to be two independent parts. The first portion 613 and the second portion 614 may be of an integral structure. For specific details, see the first conductive component in the second embodiment below, and no further details will be given here. Referring to Figure 6, the first connecting end 611 of the first conductive part 61 is located at the first end of the first part 613, and the second connecting end 612 of the first conductive part 61 is located at the first end of the second part 614, and the central axis L1 of the first connecting end 611 of the first conductive part 61 and the central axis L2 of the second connecting end 612 of the first conductive part 61 are parallel to each other, and the central axis L1 of the first connecting end 611 of the first conductive part 61 and the central axis L2 of the second connecting end 612 of the first conductive part 61 both extend along the axial direction of the fluid drive device. Specifically, in this embodiment, the central axis L1 of the first connecting end 611 of the first conductive part 61 and the central axis L2 of the second connecting end 612 of the first conductive part 61 are both parallel to the central axis of the fluid drive unit. The term "parallel" here refers to theoretical parallelism. In reality, there may be errors in the manufacturing and assembly processes. All parallelism errors arising from manufacturing and assembly are within the scope of protection of the present invention.
[0020] Referring to Figure 7, the second end of the second portion 614 has a connection hole 6140 which is a through hole, and referring also to Figure 6, the second end of the first portion 613 enters the connection hole 6140 and is in close contact with the second portion 614, which allows the first portion 613 to come into contact with the second portion 614 and further enables electrical conduction between the first portion 613 and the second portion 614.

Specifically, referring to FIG. 7 , the second portion 614 further includes a first straight section 615, a second flat section 616 and a first vertical section 617, one end of the second flat section 616 is transitionally connected or directly connected to the first straight section 615 via an arc, the other end of the second flat section 616 is transitionally connected or directly connected to the first vertical section 617 via an arc, and the second connecting end 612 is located at the end of the first vertical section 617 in the extension direction. 6 and 7, the first straight section 615 and the second flat section 616 are located in the same plane, and in this embodiment, the first straight section 615 is arranged perpendicular to the second flat section 616, the first vertical section 617 is arranged perpendicular to the second flat section 616, and the first vertical section 617 is arranged perpendicular to the first straight section 615. The "vertical" described above is a theoretical vertical, and there may be errors in the actual manufacturing and assembly processes. Any errors in the verticality caused by the manufacturing and assembly are within the scope of protection of the present invention. In this embodiment, the first straight section 615 is arranged perpendicular to the second straight section 616, and the first vertical section 617 is arranged perpendicular to the first straight section 615, and the first straight section 615 and the second flat section 616 may be arranged at other angles, and the first vertical section 617 and the first straight section 615 may be arranged at other angles. Also, referring to FIG. 7, in this embodiment, the thickness of the second connection end 612 is smaller than the thickness of the first vertical section 617, and the thickness of the second connection end 612 may be greater than or equal to the thickness of the first vertical section 617, and the specific thickness parameters can be adaptively designed according to the interface of the external power supply. The following describes the two-fold process of the second portion 614, in which the first fold is between the first straight section 614 and the second flat section 616, and the second fold is between the second flat section 616 and the first vertical section 617, where the first fold and the second fold do not indicate the order of folding. Referring to FIG. 8, the second conductive part 62 in this embodiment has a one-piece structure, and the term "one-piece structure" here refers to the second conductive part 62 being processed into one part; of course, the second conductive part 62 may also be provided as a separate piece. That is, the second conductive part 62 may be integrally assembled from two or more parts. Referring to FIG. 8 , the first end of the second conductive part 62 is the first connecting end 621 of the second conductive part 62, and the second end of the second conductive part 62 is the second connecting end 622 of the second conductive part 62, and the first connecting end 621 of the second conductive part 62 has a convex protrusion shape. 2, the first connecting end 621 is provided so as to protrude in a direction closer to the stator core. Referring to FIGS. 1, 2 and 8 combined, an outer wall 6211 of the protruding portion of the first connecting end 621 of the second conductive part 62 protrudes and contacts the stator core 21, an end of an inner wall 6212 of the protruding portion of the first connecting end 621 of the second conductive part 62 contacts the inner wall of the chamber of the first housing 7 in FIG. 1, and the inner wall of the chamber of the first housing 7 generates an acting force on the first connecting end 621 of the second conductive part 62, thereby enabling the first connecting end 621 of the second conductive part 62 to come into contact with the stator core 21, which further contributes to improving the reliability of contact between the first connecting end 621 of the second conductive part 62 and the stator core 21. In this embodiment, the first connecting end 621 of the second conductive part 62 has a protruding shape, and the first connecting end 621 of the second conductive part 62 may have a bent shape.
[0022] Referring to FIG. 8, similarly, the molding process of the second conductive part 62 also includes a bending process, and by providing the bending process, the first connecting end 621 of the second conductive part 62 can be provided according to a predetermined direction. Specifically, the second portion 614 in this embodiment includes three folds, and may be adaptively designed to have one fold, or two or more folds according to the actual position of the external connection insertion port. Specifically, referring to FIG. 8 , the second conductive part 62 includes a first section 625, a second section 626 and a third section 627, the first section 625 is closer to the first connecting section 621 of the second conductive part than the second section 626, the first connecting section 621 of the second conductive part is located at the end of the first section 625 in the extending direction, the second connecting end 622 of the second conductive part 62 is located at the end of the third section 627 in the extending direction, one end of the second section 626 is transition-connected or directly connected to the first section 625 via an arc, the other end of the second section 626 is transition-connected or directly connected to the third section 627 via an arc, the first section 625 and the second section 626 are arranged at an angle, and the third section 627 and the second section 626 are arranged at an angle. The folding process of the second part is described below, in which the first fold is the fold between the first section 625 and the second section 626, the second fold is the fold between the second section 626 and the third section 627, and the third fold is the fold of the first connecting section 621 of the second conductive part, where the first fold, the second fold, and the third fold do not indicate a forward and backward folding order.
[0023] 9 and 10, in this embodiment, the position limiting part 5 is formed by injection molding using the second part 614 and the second conductive part 62 as an insert. Specifically, referring to FIGS. 4, 9, and 10, the position limiting part 5 includes a main body portion 53. In this embodiment, the first connecting end 611 of the first conductive part 61 is located on one side of the main body portion 53, and the second connecting end 612 of the first conductive part 61 is located on the other side of the main body portion 53, and the side on which the first connecting end 611 of the first conductive part 61 is located and the side on which the second connecting end 612 of the first conductive part 61 is located are different sides of the main body portion 53. Specifically, in this embodiment, the first connection end 611 of the first conductive part 61 is located on the upper side of the main body part 53, and the second connection end 612 of the first conductive part 61 is located on the lower side of the main body part 53, and the side on which the first connection end 611 of the first conductive part 61 is located and the side on which the second connection end 612 of the first conductive part 61 is located may be located on the same side of the main body part 53, and the specific relative positional relationship between the two may be adaptively designed depending on the position of the interface of the external power supply. Referring to Figure 4, in this embodiment, the first connection end 621 of the second conductive part 62 is located on one side of the main body 53, and the second connection end 622 of the second conductive part 62 is located on the other side of the main body 53, the side on which the first connection end 621 of the second conductive part 62 is located and the side on which the first connection end 611 of the first conductive part 61 is located are on the same side of the main body 53, and the side on which the second connection end 622 of the second conductive part 62 is located and the side on which the second connection end 612 of the first conductive part 61 is located are on the same side of the main body 53. In this embodiment, the fluid drive system includes a first conductive part and a second conductive part as an example. If the fluid drive system only includes the first conductive part, the second part 614 can be injected as an insert.
[0024] 10, the position limiting part 5 further includes a reinforcing part 54, which is provided so as to protrude from the main body part 53 of the position limiting part 5, and a part of the second part 614 is embedded in the reinforcing part 54 and the main body part 53. In this embodiment, by providing the reinforcing part 54 locally on the position limiting part 5, a part of the second part 614 can be embedded in the reinforcing part 54 and the main body part 53, thus contributing to an increase in the connection length between the second part 614 and the position limiting part 5, and further contributing to an improvement in the connection strength between the second part 614 and the position limiting part 5. On the other hand, if the overall thickness of the position limiting part 5 is not increased relatively, a method of improving the connection strength between the second part 614 and the position limiting part 5 by providing a reinforcing part 54 locally on the position limiting part 5 may be used to relatively reduce the weight of the position limiting part 5 and further contribute to cost savings. Of course, if the cost factor is not a consideration, the overall thickness of the position limiting part 5 may be increased to improve the connection strength between the second part 614 and the position limiting part 5.
[0025] 7 to 10, the first straight section 615, the second flat section 616, and the second section 626 of the second conductive part 62 are in contact with and attached to the main body portion 53 of the position limiting part 5, and the position limiting part 5 further includes at least one first protrusion portion 55, which protrudes from the surface of the main body portion 53. In this embodiment, the position limiting part 5 includes a plurality of first protrusions 55, a first root portion of the first protrusions 55 is connected to the main body part 53, a second root portion of at least one of the first protrusions 55 is pressed against the first straight section 615 of the first conductive part 61, a second root portion of at least one of the protrusions is pressed against the second flat section 616, and a second root portion of at least one of the protrusions is pressed against the second section 626 of the second conductive part, thereby contributing to preventing the first straight section 615, the second flat section 616 of the first conductive part 61, and the second section 626 of the second conductive part 62 from coming off the main body part 53, and further, the first straight section 615, the second flat section 616 of the first conductive part 61, and the second section 626 of the second conductive part 62 are further positionally limited in the axial direction of the fluid drive device. In this embodiment, the first protrusion 55 is formed by injection molding, and the first protrusion 55 is not conductive. In this way, when the fluid drive unit operates, the current flowing through the first conductive part 61 and the current flowing through the second conductive part 62 contribute to preventing leakage through the first protrusion 55.
[0026] 9, in this embodiment, the first straight stage 615 and the second flat stage 616 of the first conductive part 61 and the second stage 626 of the second conductive part 62 are fitted into the main body 53, and the upper surfaces of the first straight stage 615, the second flat stage 616 of the first conductive part 61 and the second stage 626 of the second conductive part 62 are flush with the upper surface of the main body 53. The upper surfaces of the first straight stage 615, the second flat stage 616 of the first conductive part 61 and the second stage 626 of the second conductive part 62 are at least partially exposed. In this way, during the injection process, the exposed upper surfaces of the first straight stage 615, the second flat stage 616 and the second stage 626 of the second conductive part 62 may be used as positioning reference surfaces.
[0027] 4 and 9, the position limiting component 5 further includes a plurality of second protrusions 56, which protrude from the upper surface of the main body 53. 4, the first connecting end 611 includes a wiring groove 6111. Referring to FIG. 4, for convenience of description, the enamel wire 221 is diagrammatically drawn passing through the wiring groove. The enamel wire 221 corresponding to the winding 22 of the stator unit 2 in FIG. 1 can pass through the wiring groove 6111. The enamel wire 221 located in the wiring groove 6111 is in contact with and electrically connected to the corresponding groove wall of the wiring groove 6111. The top surface 563 of the second protrusion 56 is higher than the bottom surface 6112 corresponding to the groove wall of the wiring groove 6111. The enamel wire 221 passing through the wiring groove 6111 is supported by the top surface 563 of the second protrusion 56, or the enamel wire 221 passing through the wiring groove 6111 is higher than the top surface 563 of the second protrusion 56. In this way, the distance that the enamel wire 221 in the wiring groove 6111 falls downward during use of the fluid drive unit can be limited. Referring to FIG. 4, in this embodiment, the radial size of the bottom of the wiring groove 611 is larger than the radial size of the enamel wire 221. If the enamel wire 221 in the wiring groove 6111 falls into the chamber at the bottom of the wiring groove 6111, the enamel wire 221 will not come into contact with the first connecting end 611, and electrical continuity may not be achieved. In this embodiment, the provision of the second protrusion 56 helps to prevent the enamel wire 221 in the wiring groove 6111 from falling into the chamber at the bottom of the wiring groove 6111, thereby contributing to improving the reliability of the electrical connection between the enamel wire 221 and the first connecting end 611. Specifically, referring to Figures 4 and 9, in this embodiment, some of the second protrusions 56 are located on one side of the first connection end 611, and some of the second protrusions 56 are located on the other side of the first connection end 611. For convenience of description herein, the second protrusion located on one side of the first connecting end 611 is defined as the second main protrusion 561, and the second protrusion located on the other side of the first connecting end 611 is defined as the second sub-protrusion 562. The second main protrusion 561 and the second sub-protrusion 562 are arranged in parallel, and the second main protrusion 561, the first connecting end 611, and the second sub-protrusion 562 are distributed along the radial direction of the position limiting part 5. By using the above method, a protrusion is provided on each side of the first connecting end 611, so that both ends of the enamel wire passing through the wiring groove 6111 can be supported on the top surface of the corresponding protrusion, or both ends of the enamel wire passing through the wiring groove 6111 are higher than the top surface of the corresponding protrusion. In this embodiment, one protrusion is provided on each side of the first connecting end 611, and at least one protrusion may be provided on only one side of the first connecting end 611. 11 is a structural diagram of a conductive part in the second embodiment of FIG. 1, and FIG. 12 is a structural diagram of an assembled conductive part and position limiting part in the second embodiment of FIG. Here, "separate structure" refers to the first portion 613b and the second portion 614b being processed into two independent parts, and the structure of the second conductive part 62b in this embodiment can be referred to the second conductive part in the first embodiment, and will not be described in detail here.
[0040] 21 and 22, in this embodiment, the second portion 614b has a connection hole 6140b which is a through hole. Referring to FIG. 20, the second end of the first portion 613b enters into the connection hole 6140b and is in close contact with the connection hole 6140b, which allows the first portion 613b to come into contact with the second portion 614b and further enables electrical conduction between the first portion 613b and the second portion 614b. In this embodiment, the protrusion 6142b is formed by performing a flanging process on the connection hole. Before the flanging process is performed, the diameter of the connection hole 6140b is smaller than the actual required diameter, and the flanging process increases the diameter of the connection hole and forms it into a protrusion. In this way, it is possible to avoid increasing the thickness of the main body portion, and at the same time, the flanging process contributes to increasing the height of the connection hole, and further contributes to improving the engagement height with the connection hole 6140b of the first portion 613b. Furthermore, by increasing the extension height of the connection hole 6140b through the flanging process, the thickness of the main body portion 6141b can be reduced, contributing to reducing the production cost of the second portion 614b.
