[Prior art documents] [Patent documents]

[0004] [Patent Document 1] Utility Model Registration No. 3107605 Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0005] Incidentally, the panels in Patent Document 1 are fixed to the frame body by fixing members as described above. That is, during assembly, work is required to attach the panels to the frame body by the fixing members. A plurality of panels are used to configure each surface of the assembled structure. In addition, since the panels form the wall surfaces of the building and need to be firmly fixed to the frame body, fixing members are attached to multiple points of each panel. For this reason, during assembly of the assembled structure, the work of attaching the fixing members is repeated. Therefore, the assembled structure in Patent Document 1 has poor work efficiency and poor assembly ability.

[0006] SUMMARY OF THE PRESENT DISCLOSURE An object of the present invention is to provide an assembly structure that is easy to assemble, a corner member to be used in the assembly structure, and to simplify the assembly process of the assembly structure. [Means for solving the problem]

[0007] In order to solve the above problems, the assembled structure of the invention is an assembled structure having a polyhedral frame body and a plurality of panels supported on the frame body to form each face of the polyhedron, wherein the frame body is provided with a plurality of corner members arranged at each vertex, and connecting members that span between each of the corner members, adjacent ones of the corner members, and each of the opposing connecting members is formed with a support groove that is recessed in the opposite direction to the opposing direction, and each of the panels is inserted into each of the opposing support grooves.

[0008] In this way, the panel can be supported by the frame body by inserting the panel into the support groove, and the assembled structure has good assembly properties. That is, a support groove is formed in each of the opposing connecting members, and the opposing support grooves are recessed in opposite directions. The panel is supported by the frame body by inserting the panel so as to span between the opposing support grooves. In this way, by inserting a plurality of panels into the opposing support grooves, the panels are supported by the frame body so as to form each face of a polyhedron. Therefore, the panels can be supported by the frame body without using fixing members such as bolts. This makes it possible to make the assembled structure easy to assemble and simplify the assembly process.

[0009] The support groove may be formed from the connecting member to the corner members, and the support grooves may be configured to intersect each other at right angles at each of the corner members.

[0010] In this way, support grooves are formed in the corner members, and each panel is more strongly supported by the frame. That is, each panel is inserted into the support grooves formed in the adjacent corner members. Therefore, each panel is supported at its sides by the support grooves of the connecting members, and at its corners by the support grooves of the corner members. This allows the frame to more strongly support the panels.

[0011] In addition, a configuration can be adopted in which the width of at least one of the multiple panels is smaller than the distance between a pair of connecting members located on both sides of the width of the one panel, and the one panel is supported so as to be slidable in the width direction within the support grooves located at both ends of the height of the one panel.

[0012] In this way, at least one of each side of the frame can support a slidable panel, which can be used as a sliding door to provide an entrance and exit.

[0013] In addition, the support groove can be configured to have a pair of groove side surfaces facing the panel, a groove bottom surface spanning between the pair of groove side surfaces, and a guide rib rising from one of the pair of groove side surfaces and abutting the panel.

[0014] In this way, by abutting the guide rib against the flat surface of the panel inserted into the support groove, it is possible to support the panel more stably.

[0015] In addition, a configuration can be adopted in which the corner member further includes a rain groove with openings on both ends that is recessed inward from the outer surface of the frame body and extends toward the adjacent other corner member via the connecting portion.

[0016] With this arrangement, when it rains, rain falling on the top surface of an assembled structure installed outdoors can run down the rain gutter and be drained through the opening of the rain gutter.

[0017] In addition, the frame body can be configured to have insertion holes extending in an upward and downward direction from each of the vertices, support rods inserted into each of the insertion holes, and fixing members attached to each of both ends of the support rod, and further include a hanging member fixed to the frame body by tightening the fixing members, and the fixing member fixed to the upper end of each of the two ends of the support rod can have a hook portion.

[0018] In this way, it is possible to hang the assembled structure by hanging a wire on the hook. That is, the assembled structure that has been assembled in advance at a location different from the installation site can be transported by truck and hung and installed by a crane or the like. Therefore, even if the installation site is a location that is not suitable for assembling the assembled structure, such as a location where the work space at the installation site is narrow or the installation site is in an area where noise is regulated, such as a residential area, it is easy to install the assembled structure. In addition, the suspension member has both ends of the support rod in the vertical direction fixed to the frame by fastening the fixing member. Therefore, when the assembled structure is suspended, the weight of the assembled structure acts in a distributed manner on both ends of the support rod. Therefore, it is possible to suspend the assembled structure more stably.

[0019] Here, in a corner member having three perpendicular support columns, a support column different from the two support columns is provided between each of two of the three support columns so as to be perpendicular to the other support columns. In one embodiment, a support groove may be provided, the support groove comprising: three support plates disposed between the two pillars; opposing plates disposed between the three support plates and opposing plates disposed between the two pillars; and a groove bottom surface on each of the pillars spanning between the support plates and the opposing plates.

[0020] In this way, the corner member that constitutes the assembled structure has three supports and a support groove, and the panel can be inserted into the support groove to support it, thereby simplifying the assembly work of the assembled structure using this corner member.

[0021] The support groove may have a guide rib that rises from the opposing plate toward the support plate.

[0022] In this way, the guide rib abuts against the flat surface of the panel inserted into the support groove, making it possible to support the panel more stably.

[0023] Further, each of the pillars may have a rain groove that opens to both ends of the pillar in the longitudinal direction on a surface of each of the opposing plates opposite to a surface facing the support plate.

[0024] With this arrangement, during rainy weather, rain falling on the corner members of an assembled structure installed outdoors can run down the rain gutter and be drained through the opening of the rain gutter.

[0025] The present invention also provides a method for manufacturing the above-mentioned assembled structure, which has the following configuration. That is, the present invention provides a method for manufacturing an assembled structure according to any one of claims 1 to 4, comprising the steps of: preparing the plurality of panels, eight of the corner members, and twelve of the connecting members, arranging the corner members at four corners of one of the plurality of panels, spanning the connecting members arranged at the four corners so that the four sides of the one panel are inserted into the support grooves to form a bottom surface of the structure, arranging the connecting members so as to rise from each of the corner members arranged at the four corners, inserting the plurality of panels into the support grooves of the rising connecting members between each of the connecting members rising from the corner members to form a side surface of the structure perpendicular to the bottom surface of the structure, arranging the remaining corner members of the eight corner members at each end of the rising connecting members, arranging the remaining connecting members of the 12 connecting members so as to span between the remaining corner members, inserting the remaining panel of the plurality of panels into the support grooves of each of the remaining connecting members to form a top surface of the structure that faces the bottom surface of the structure and is perpendicular to the side surface of the structure.

[0026] By manufacturing an assembled structure using this manufacturing method, it is possible to simplify the assembly process of the assembled structure. That is, the panel is supported by the frame by inserting it into the support groove formed in the frame. This makes it easy to fix the panel to the frame, and the manufacturing method of the assembled structure has good work efficiency. Effect of the Invention

[0027] In this invention, the assembled structure is provided with a frame body in which a support groove is formed, so that the panel can be inserted into the support groove to support the panel on the frame body, and the assembled structure has good assembly properties. That is, a support groove is formed in each of the opposing connecting members, and the opposing support grooves are recessed in opposite directions. The panel is inserted between the opposing support grooves so as to span the two adjacent support grooves, and the panel is supported by the frame body. In this way, by inserting a plurality of panels between the opposing support grooves, the panels are supported by the frame body so as to form each face of a polyhedron. Therefore, the panels can be supported by the frame body without using fixing members such as bolts. This makes it possible to make the assembled structure easy to assemble and simplify the assembly process. [Brief description of the drawings]

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

[0029] Hereinafter, an assembly structure according to a first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

[0030] 1, the assembled structure 1 includes a polyhedral frame 2 and a plurality of panels 3 supported by the frame 2 so as to form each face of the polyhedron. Note that, although the frame 2 in the embodiment is described as having a rectangular parallelepiped shape, the shape of the frame 2 is merely an example and may be another polyhedral shape.

[0031] The frame body 2 is a rectangular parallelepiped with eight vertices. The frame body 2 includes a plurality of corner members 4 and a plurality of connecting members 5. Each corner member 4 is disposed at one of the eight vertices. Each connecting member 5 is disposed between adjacent corner members 4. Each side of the frame body 2 is formed by connecting one connecting member 5 to two corner members 4 located at both ends of this connecting member 5.

[0032] FIG. 2 shows the vicinity of the corner member 4 of the frame body 2, and FIG. 3 shows a cross-sectional view of the connecting member 5 shown in FIG. 2. Two support grooves 6 are formed on each side of the frame body 2. The two support grooves 6 are recessed in opposite opposing directions (the direction of arrow A shown in FIG. 3). Here, the opposing directions refer to the directions of the opposite sides of each side of the frame body 2. In other words, the two support grooves 6 are in a positional relationship where they are perpendicular to each other. The support grooves 6 are formed from the connecting member 5 to the adjacent corner members 4. The support grooves 6 on each side of the frame body 2 are perpendicular to each other at each corner member 4 to form one groove. In other words, rectangular frame-shaped grooves are formed along the four sides of each face of the rectangular parallelepiped formed by the frame body 2, opening toward the inside of each face.

[0033] The support groove 6 has a groove bottom surface 7 and a pair of groove side surfaces 10. The groove bottom surface 7 is a surface facing in an opposing direction from the groove bottom of the support groove 6. The groove bottom surface 7 extends along each side of the frame body 2. The groove bottom surface 7 on each side of the frame body 2 extends from the connecting member 5 to the corner member 4 adjacent to this connecting member 5. The groove bottom surfaces 7 on each side intersect at right angles at the corner member 4.

[0034] A support plate 8 is provided so as to rise from the corner between the two groove bottom surfaces 7 of each side of the frame body 2 in the opposing direction of the two groove bottom surfaces 7. The two support plates 8 are perpendicular to each other. The support plate 8 extends from the connecting member 5 to the corner member 4 adjacent to this connecting member 5, so as to follow each side of the frame body 2. In other words, the support plate 8 of the corner member 4 is connected to the support plate 8 of the adjacent connecting member 5 to form an integrated support plate 8.

[0035] An opposing plate 9 opposing the support plate 8 is provided at one of both ends of the groove bottom surface 7 in the groove width direction opposite to the end where the support plate 8 is provided. The opposing plate 9 rises from the groove bottom surface 7 in the opposing direction. The height of the opposing plate 9 (the distance from the groove bottom surface 7 to the tip of the opposing plate 9) is higher than the height of the support plate 8 (the distance from the groove bottom surface 7 to the tip of the support plate 8). The opposing plate 9 extends along each side of the frame body 2. The opposing plate 9 extends from the connecting member 5 to the corner member 4 adjacent to this connecting member 5 along each side of the frame body 2. In other words, the opposing plate 9 of the corner member 4 is connected to the opposing plate 9 of the adjacent connecting member 5 to form an integrated opposing plate 9.

[0036] The groove side surfaces 10 are surfaces formed on the surface of the support plate 8 facing the opposing plate 9, and on the surface of the opposing plate 9 facing the support plate 8. The groove bottom surface 7 spans between the pair of groove side surfaces 10. The groove side surfaces 10 on the support plate 8 of the corner member 4 are connected to the groove side surfaces 10 on the support plate 8 of the adjacent connecting member 5 to form the same plane. The groove side surfaces 10 on the opposing plate 9 of the corner member 4 are connected to the groove side surfaces 10 on the opposing plate 9 of the adjacent connecting member 5 to form the same plane.

[0037] The configuration of the assembled structure 1 of the embodiment is as described above, and it is possible to provide an assembled structure 1 with good assembly properties. That is, the support grooves 6 are formed in the opposing connecting members 5, and the opposing support grooves 6 are recessed in opposite directions. By inserting the panel 3 between the opposing support grooves 6, the panel 3 is supported by the frame body 2. In this way, by inserting a plurality of panels 3 between the opposing support grooves 6, the panel 3 is supported by the frame body 2 so as to form each face of a polyhedron. Therefore, the panel 3 can be supported by the frame body 2 without using fixing members such as bolts.

[0038] Here, as shown in FIG. 3, the above-mentioned assembled structure 1 can adopt a configuration in which the support groove 6 has a guide rib 31. The guide rib 31 rises from each of the pair of groove side surfaces 10 and extends along each side of the frame body 2. This makes it possible to more stably support the panel 3 by abutting the guide rib 31 against the panel plane 27 of the panel 3 inserted into the support groove 6. Note that it is also possible to adopt a mode in which the guide rib 31 is provided on only one of the pair of groove side surfaces 10. In other words, a configuration in which the guide rib 31 rises from the groove side surface 10 on the opposing plate 9 toward the support plate 8 can be adopted.

[0039] Moreover, the above-mentioned assembled structure 1 can adopt a configuration in which the facing plate 9 has a rain gutter 30. FIG. 2 shows the rain gutter 30 formed on each side of the frame body 2. The rain gutter 30 is formed on the outer surface of the facing plate 9 facing the outside of the frame body 2. The rain gutter 30 is recessed toward the inside of the frame body 2. The rain gutter 30 extends along each side of the frame body 2. The rain gutter 30 on each side is provided from the connecting member 5 to the corner member 4 adjacent to the connecting member 5. The rain gutter 30 on each side intersects at right angles at the corner member 4 to form an intersection 30a. The rain gutter 30 on each side extends from the intersection 30a to the edge of the corner member 4 and communicates with the space outside the frame body 2. That is, both ends of the rain gutter 30 in the longitudinal direction are open, and have openings 30b. As a result, when it rains, rain falling on the top surface of the assembled structure 1 installed outdoors can flow through the rain gutter 30 and inside the rain gutter 30, and be drained through the opening 30b of the rain gutter 30.

[0040] Next, the corner members 4 constituting the assembled structure 1 will be described. The corner members 4 arranged at each vertex of the frame 2 all have the same configuration. Therefore, only one of the corner members 4 will be described, and the other corner members 4 will be given the same reference numerals and will not be described. do.

[0041] The corner members 4 are formed from a metal material such as a steel material such as stainless steel or an aluminum material. Fig. 4 shows the corner members 4 arranged at each vertex of the frame body 2. As shown in Fig. 4, the corner members 4 include three perpendicular supports 11, 12, and 13. The intersections of the supports 11, 12, and 13 are located at the vertices of the frame body 2. Each of the supports 11, 12, and 13 extends toward the adjacent corner members 4 along each side of the frame body 2. Hereinafter, the three supports 11, 12, and 13 will be referred to individually as the first support 11, the second support 12, and the third support 13.

[0042] The first support 11 has a base portion 14 connected to the second support 12 and the third support 13, and an insertion portion 15 extending from the base portion 14 toward another adjacent corner member 4. The base portion 14 has a groove bottom surface 7 (for the sake of explanation, this groove bottom surface 7 will be referred to as groove bottom surface 7a) facing in the same direction as the extension direction of the second support 12. The base portion 14 also has a groove bottom surface 7 (for the sake of explanation, this groove bottom surface 7 will be referred to as groove bottom surface 7b) formed in the same direction as the extension direction of the third support 13. A step is formed between the base portion 14 and the insertion portion 15, and an end face 16 of the step is a flat surface facing in the extension direction of the insertion portion 15.

[0043] The second support 12 has a base portion 17 connected to the first support 11 and the third support 13, and an insertion portion 18 extending from the base portion 17 toward the adjacent other corner member 4. The base portion 17 has a groove bottom surface 7 (for the sake of explanation below, this groove bottom surface 7 will be referred to as groove bottom surface 7c) facing in the same direction as the extension direction of the first support 11. The base portion 17 also has a groove bottom surface 7 (for the sake of explanation below, this groove bottom surface 7 will be referred to as groove bottom surface 7d) facing in the same direction as the extension direction of the third support 13. A step is formed between the base portion 17 and the insertion portion 18, and an end face 19 of this step is a flat surface facing the extension direction of the insertion portion 18.

[0044] The third support 13 has a base portion 20 connected to the first support 11 and the second support 12, and an insertion portion 21 extending from the base portion 20 toward another adjacent corner member 4. The base portion 20 has a groove bottom surface 7 (for the sake of explanation below, this groove bottom surface 7 will be referred to as groove bottom surface 7e) facing in the same direction as the extension direction of the second support 12. The base portion 20 also has a groove bottom surface 7 (for the sake of explanation below, this groove bottom surface 7 will be referred to as groove bottom surface 7f) facing in the same direction as the extension direction of the first support 11. A step is formed between the base portion 20 and the insertion portion 21, and an end face 22 of this step is a flat surface facing the extension direction of the insertion portion 21.

[0045] A support plate 8 (for the sake of explanation, this support plate 8 will be referred to as support plate 8a) is provided between the first support column 11 and the second support column 12 so as to rise from the groove bottom surface 7a on the base portion 14 and the groove bottom surface 7c on the base portion 17. The support plate 8a is perpendicular to the third support column 13. In addition, an opposing plate 9 (for the sake of explanation, this opposing plate 9 will be referred to as opposing plate 9a) is provided between the first support column 11 and the second support column 12 so as to face the support plate 8a.

[0046] A support plate 8 (for the sake of explanation, this support plate 8 will be referred to as support plate 8b) is provided between the first support column 11 and the third support column 13 so as to rise from the groove bottom surface 7b on the base portion 14 and the groove bottom surface 7f on the base portion 20. The support plate 8b is perpendicular to the second support column 12. In addition, an opposing plate 9 (for the sake of explanation, this opposing plate 9 will be referred to as opposing plate 9b) is provided between the first support column 11 and the third support column 13 so as to face the support plate 8b.

[0047] A support plate 8 (for the sake of explanation, this support plate 8 will be referred to as support plate 8c) is provided between the second support column 12 and the third support column 13 so as to rise from the groove bottom surface 7d on the base portion 17 and the groove bottom surface 7e on the base portion 20. The support plate 8c is perpendicular to the first support column 11. Furthermore, an opposing plate 9 (for the sake of explanation, this opposing plate 9 will be referred to as opposing plate 9c) is provided between the second support column 12 and the third support column 13 so as to face the support plate 8c. , 13 are disposed between the support plates 8a, 8b, 8c which are perpendicular to each other.

[0048] Next, a description will be given of the connecting members 5 that constitute the assembled structure 1. The connecting members 5 arranged on each side of the frame body 2 all have the same configuration. For this reason, only one of the connecting members 5 will be described, and the other connecting members 5 will be given the same reference numerals and will not be described.

[0049] The connecting member 5 is made of a metal material such as a steel material such as stainless steel or an aluminum material. As shown in Figures 3 and 5, the connecting member 5 has a support portion 23 whose cross section in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction (in the plan view direction shown in Figure 3) is fan-shaped.

[0050] The support column 23 is tubular and open at both ends, forming an internal space 38. Two groove bottom surfaces 7 are formed in the support column 23, and a support plate 8 and an opposing plate 9 are formed to rise from each groove bottom surface 7. Both longitudinal end surfaces 25, 25 of the support column 23 form flat surfaces.

[0051] The insertion portions 15, 18, 21 of the corner member 4 are inserted into the internal space 38 through the openings 24 at both ends of the support portion 23, and the end face 25 of the connecting member 5 is brought into contact with the end faces 16, 19, 22 of the corner member 4, thereby making it possible to connect the connecting member 5 and the corner member 4. Here, it is also possible to adopt a configuration in which a screw hole 26 is provided in the groove bottom surface 7 of each of the insertion portions 25, 28, 21, and a through hole is provided in the support portion 23 at a position that overlaps with the screw hole 26 when the end face 25 of the connecting member 5 is brought into contact with the end faces 16, 19, 22 of the corner member 4. By adopting this configuration, it becomes possible to screw a bolt into the screw hole 26 through the through hole, and to screw the corner member 4 and the connecting member 5 together.

[0052] Each panel 3 is a rectangular parallelepiped plate consisting of a panel plane 27 that is rectangular in plan view and a panel side surface 28 that rises from the panel plane 27. As shown in Fig. 3, the panel 3 is inserted into each support groove 6 so that the panel side surface 28 faces the groove bottom surface 7. The panel plane 27 faces the groove side surface 10.

[0053] Also, a configuration can be adopted in which the panel 3 constituting one of the faces of the frame 2 is made up of a plurality of panels 3a thinner than the above-mentioned panel 3. FIG. 6 shows a perspective view of an assembly structure 1 employing a configuration including a panel 3a thinner than the panel 3, and FIG. 7 shows a cross-sectional view illustrating the opening and closing operation of the panel 3a of the assembly structure 1 shown in FIG. 6. The thickness of this panel 3a is half or less of the distance between the opposing groove side surfaces 10. The width of the panel 3a is smaller than the distance between the groove bottom surfaces 7 of a pair of connecting members 5 located on both sides of the width direction of the panel 3a (the vertical direction shown in FIG. 7). The pair of panels 3a are inserted into one support groove 6 so as to overlap in the thickness direction. By sliding one panel 3a of the pair of panels 3a, it becomes possible to use it as a sliding door.

[0054] 8, a configuration can be adopted in which one panel 3a is inserted into the support groove 6 and a spacer 50 is inserted between the panel 3a and the support plate 8. Also, a configuration can be adopted in which a panel thinner than the panel 3a is inserted and a spacer 50 is inserted between this panel and the support plate 8. In this way, even if the thickness of the panel is smaller than the distance between a pair of groove side surfaces 10, the spacer 50 will support this panel. This makes it possible to support a relatively thin panel.

[0055] Although the corner members 4 and the connecting members 5 are described as being made of a metal material such as stainless steel or aluminum, the present invention is not limited to this and may be made of resin molded members. As shown in Fig. 6, the panel 3 may be configured to include a window unit 29 that constitutes a window. Alternatively, the panel 3 may be configured to include a door unit such as a sliding door or hinged door.

[0056] Next, an assembly structure according to a second embodiment of the present invention is shown in Figures 9 to 11. In the following, only the differences from the first embodiment will be described, and the components corresponding to the first embodiment will be given the same reference numerals and the description thereof will be omitted.

[0057] The assembled structure 1 includes a hanging member 35. Fig. 9 shows a state in which a wire 44 is hung from the hanging member 35 included in the assembled structure 1, and the assembled structure 1 is hung by a crane or the like.

[0058] An insertion hole 36 is formed extending in the vertical direction from each vertex of the frame body 2. The insertion hole 36 is composed of a through hole 37 formed in the corner member 4 and an internal space 38 of the connecting member 5.

[0059] Fig. 10 is a plan view showing one of the corner members 4 constituting the assembled structure 1 as seen from above. Fig. 11 is a cross-sectional view taken along line XI-XI of the assembled structure 1 shown in Fig. 10. As shown in Figs. 10 and 11, the through hole 37 penetrates from the position of the intersection O1 between the center line L1 of the first support 11 and the center line L2 of the second support 12 to the tip of the insertion portion 21 of the third support 13. The through hole 37 communicates with the internal space 38 of the connecting member 5 and constitutes the insertion hole 36.

[0060] The hanging member 35 has a support rod 39 inserted into the insertion hole 36, and fixing members attached to both ends of the support rod 39 in the longitudinal direction. A male thread 40 is formed on the outer periphery of both ends of the support rod 39. An eye nut 41 serving as a fixing member is screwed into the male thread 40 formed on the upper end of both ends of the support rod 39 as shown in FIG. 11. The eye nut 41 has a ring-shaped hook portion 42. A nut 43 serving as a fixing member is screwed into the male thread 40 formed on the lower end of both ends of the support rod 39 as shown in FIG. 11. This nut 43 is a nut having a general shape.

[0061] The hanging member 35 is fixed to the frame 2 by fastening the eye nut 41 and the nut 43. By adopting a configuration in which the assembly structure 1 includes the hanging member 35 in this way, as shown in FIG. 9, it is possible to hang the assembly structure 1 by hanging a wire 44 on the hook portion 42 of the hanging member 35. That is, the assembly structure 1 that has been assembled in advance at a location different from the installation site can be transported by a truck or the like and hung and installed by a crane. Therefore, even if the installation site is a location that is not suitable for assembling the assembly structure 1, such as a location where the work space at the installation site is narrow or the installation site is an area where noise is regulated, such as a residential area, the assembly structure 1 can be easily installed. In addition, the hanging member 35 has both ends of the support rod 39 in the vertical direction fixed to the frame 2 by fastening the eye nut 41 and the nut 43. Therefore, when the assembly structure 1 is suspended, the weight of the assembly structure 1 acts in a distributed manner on both ends of the support rod 39. This makes it possible to suspend the assembly structure 1 more stably.

[0062] Although the second embodiment has been described with reference to a configuration including eye nut 41 having ring-shaped hook portion 42 as a fixing member for hanging member 35, the present invention is not limited to this, and the fixing member may be a so-called hook eye nut having hook-shaped hook portion 42. The fixing member is not limited to an eye nut (including a hook eye nut), and may be a nut having a hook portion 42 having a shape capable of hooking wire 44, such as a ring shape or a hook shape.

[0063] In addition, although the embodiment using the eye nut 41 and the nut 43 as the fixing members for the hanging member 35 has been described, for example, an eye bolt may be used instead of the eye nut 41, or a general bolt may be used instead of the nut 43. When these configurations are adopted, instead of the male thread 40 formed on the outer periphery of both ends of the support rod 39, a general bolt may be used to thread the support rod 39 from both end faces in the longitudinal direction. A female thread is formed that is recessed in the direction of the hole, and an eye bolt or a general bolt is screwed into this female thread.

[0064] Next, a method for manufacturing the assembled structure 1 according to the first embodiment of the present invention will be described.

[0065] The manufacturing method of the assembled structure 1 is to form a structure bottom surface 32 located on the bottom surface of a rectangular parallelepiped as shown in Fig. 12(a), then form a structure side surface 33 located on the side surface of the rectangular parallelepiped as shown in Fig. 12(b), and then form a structure top surface 34 located on the top surface of the rectangular parallelepiped as shown in Fig. 12(c). The structure side surface 33 is perpendicular to the structure bottom surface 32. The structure top surface 34 faces the structure bottom surface 32 and is perpendicular to the structure side surface 33.

[0066] First, a plurality of panels 3, eight corner members 4, and twelve connecting members 5 are prepared. Four corner members 4 are arranged at the four corners of the panel 3. A connecting member 5 is arranged between each of the four arranged corner members 4. Then, the four sides of the panel 3 are inserted into each support groove 6 so that the panel side surface 28 and the groove bottom surface 7 face each other. At this time, the connecting member 5 is placed across each of the corner members 4 arranged at the four corners so that the support grooves 6 formed in the corner members 4 and each connecting member 5 become an integrated rectangular frame-shaped groove surrounding the panel 3. In this manner, the bottom surface 32 of the structure is formed.

[0067] Next, connecting members 5 are arranged so as to rise from each of the corner members 4 arranged at the four corners of the panel 3, and these corner members 4 and connecting members 5 are connected. Here, the four connecting members 5 rising from the four corner members 4 are arranged so that their groove bottom surfaces 7 face each other. In other words, the four connecting members 5 are arranged so that their support grooves 6 face each other. Next, each panel 3 is arranged between each of the four connecting members 5 rising from the corner members 4. At this time, each panel 3 is inserted into the support groove 6 of each connecting member 5. As a result, the side surfaces 33 of the structure are formed so as to rise from the bottom surface 32 of the structure.

[0068] Next, the remaining four corner members 4 are placed on the ends of each of the four connecting members 5. Next, the remaining connecting members 5 out of the 12 connecting members 5 are placed so as to span between the remaining corner members. At this time, the panels 3 constituting the structure side surfaces 33 are inserted into the support grooves 6 of each remaining connecting member 5. Next, the remaining panels 3 out of the multiple panels 3 are placed so as to be inserted into the support grooves 6 of the opposing remaining connecting members 5. In this manner, the structure top surface 34 is formed, and the assembled structure 1 is completed.

[0069] The manufacturing method for the assembled structure 1 according to the first embodiment has been described above, but the same can be said for the manufacturing method for the assembled structure 1 according to the second embodiment. That is, the above manufacturing method makes it possible to manufacture the suspendable assembled structure 1 according to the second embodiment.

[0070] Although the embodiment of the present invention has been described, the scope of the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment, and various modifications are possible. [Explanation of symbols]
