Abstract
Description
[Technical field]
[0001] The present invention relates to a support device for supporting at least one door having the features according to the preamble of claim 1. Furthermore, the present invention relates to a guide system for guiding at least one door relative to a furniture cabinet, comprising at least one support device according to the invention, as well as to a piece of furniture comprising a furniture cabinet and at least one door, comprising at least one guide system according to the invention.
[0002] A supporting device for supporting at least one door according to the preamble of claim 1 is already known. In the supporting devices known from the prior art, it is often not possible to adjust the position of the holding device. The door, which is arranged on the holding device via a hinge, is therefore also not adjustable relative to the furniture cabinet.
[0003] The applicant's own A51143 / 2018 therefore proposes two adjustment devices, via which the holding device is adjustable relative to the support: via a first of the two adjustment devices, the holding device can be adjusted in a direction along the longitudinal direction of the support and in a direction transverse to the longitudinal direction of the support, and via a second of the two adjustment devices, only transverse to the longitudinal direction of the support.
[0004] A disadvantage of such a solution according to the prior art is that the holding devices are not independently adjustable in the longitudinal direction of the support and in the transverse direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the support, and furthermore, both adjustment devices are not operable from one side, which makes the adjustment process difficult.
[0005] The object of the present invention is to at least partially avoid the above-mentioned disadvantages of the prior art and to provide an improved support device for supporting at least one door, a guide system comprising such a support device, as well as furniture comprising such a guide system.
[0006] This problem is solved by the features of independent claims 1, 16 and 18.
[0007] Therefore, according to the invention it is provided that the at least one holding device has at least one first support part on which the at least two furniture hinges and / or mounting interfaces are arranged and at least one second support part which is positionable or arranged between the at least one first support part and the at least one support, both support parts being adjustable relative to each other and the at least one second support part being adjustable relative to the at least one support.
[0008] Thereby, the holding device is adjustable in a simple manner in a direction along the longitudinal direction of the support and, independently of this, in a direction transverse to the longitudinal direction of the support.
[0009] The guide system according to the present invention comprises at least one support device according to the present invention, at least one, preferably at least two, support body guide rails and at least one guide device, by means of which at least one support body can be supported or is supported movably in the at least one support body guide rail, preferably in a direction substantially transverse to the longitudinal direction of the at least one holding device.
[0010] With regard to the furniture according to the invention, it is provided that the furniture comprises at least one guide system according to the invention and is preferably provided with at least one slot-shaped cavity in which at least one door can be accommodated.
[0011] Further advantageous embodiments of the invention are defined in the dependent claims.
[0012] Preferably, at least one, preferably exactly one, height adjustment device may be provided, by means of which the at least one second support part is adjustable relative to the at least one support in a direction which is substantially parallel to the longitudinal direction of the at least one holding device.
[0013] Thus, via the height adjustment device, it is possible to adjust the position of the holding device, and thus also the door, relative to the at least one support, in a direction that is substantially parallel to the longitudinal direction of the at least one holding device, i.e. substantially horizontally.
[0014] The door can therefore be adapted in a simple manner to fit horizontally into furniture cabinets or the like.
[0015] Preferably, at least one, preferably exactly two, lateral adjustment devices are provided, by means of which it may also be provided that the at least one first support part is adjustable relative to the at least one second support part in a direction substantially transverse to the longitudinal direction of the at least one holding device.
[0016] Thus, via the lateral adjustment device, it is possible to adjust the position of at least one first support part of the holding device, and thus also the door, relative to the at least one second support part and thus relative to the support body essentially transversely to the longitudinal direction of the at least one holding device, i.e. essentially vertically.
[0017] The door can thus be adapted in a simple manner vertically to furniture cabinets or the like.
[0018] In particular, if exactly two lateral adjustment devices are provided, an ideal compromise is achieved between simple construction and maximum stability during the adjustment process.
[0019] It is advantageous if the height adjustment devices and / or lateral adjustment devices each have at least one adjustment element, all of which can be operated from the same direction, preferably substantially transverse to the longitudinal direction of the at least one holding device.
[0020] This simplifies the operation of the height adjustment device and / or the lateral adjustment device when the device according to the invention is installed. The operation of the height adjustment device and the lateral adjustment device is additionally facilitated if at least one adjustment element is designed in the form of a screw and / or has a screw head drive.
[0021] In an embodiment of the invention it may be provided that the at least one mounting device comprises at least two screw connections, which constitutes an uncomplicated and inexpensive possibility for releasably attaching the holding device to the at least one support.
[0022] Advantageously, it may be provided that the at least one first support part is supported on the at least one second support part in a direction substantially transverse to the longitudinal direction of the at least one holding device, preferably in a limited movable manner, preferably via at least one pin which is supported in at least one long hole.
[0023] It may be provided that the at least one first support part, the at least one second support part and / or the at least one support are formed in a bar-shape and / or in a strip-shape.
[0024] With regard to the guide system according to the invention, at least one further guide rail may be provided which can be positioned or is arranged substantially transversely to the support guide rail, and at least one running carriage is provided by means of which a second door which is pivotally connected or can be connected to the at least one door which can be positioned on the at least one support can be supported or is supported on the at least one further guide rail.
[0025] Further details and advantages of the invention are explained in more detail below with reference to the drawings and with reference to the drawings. [Brief description of the drawings]

[Figure 4c] FIG. 2 shows a position adjustment mechanism of a height adjustment device according to the present invention in a second position. [Figure 4d] 3 shows a part of the support device according to the present invention in a second position of the position adjustment mechanism of the height adjustment device according to the present invention. FIG. [Figure 5a] FIG. 2 shows a position adjustment mechanism of the lateral adjustment device according to the invention in a first position. [Figure 5b] FIG. 2 shows a part of the support device according to the invention in a first position of the position adjustment mechanism of the lateral adjustment device according to the invention. [Figure 5c] FIG. 2 shows a position adjustment mechanism of the lateral adjustment device according to the present invention in a second position. [Figure 5d] FIG. 2 shows a part of the support device according to the invention in a second position of the position adjustment mechanism of the lateral adjustment device according to the invention.
[0027] Figure 1a shows a perspective view of a piece of furniture 200 according to the invention in a first door position, comprising a furniture cabinet 101 and a door 2 movable relative to the furniture cabinet 101. A further door 2a is arranged on the door 2 via a door hinge 2b.
[0028] The doors 2, 2a are supported by a guide system 100 for movement between a first position in which the doors 2, 2a are aligned substantially coplanar with respect to one another and a second position in which the doors 2, 2a are aligned substantially parallel with respect to one another. In the second (parallel) position, the doors 2, 2a are insertable into a lateral cavity 202 of the furniture cabinet 101. The guide system 100 includes a guide rail 104 along which a guide carriage 104a, which can be coupled to the second door 2a, is supported for movement.
[0029] It can be seen that the right-hand doors 2, 2a are in an angled position relative to one another. The door 2 is supported by three or more furniture hinges 6 on a support 3 which can be pushed in the depth direction (Z) into the hollow space along a support guide rail 102 which is not visible.
[0030] The support 3 is in the transfer position in the shown figures, in which it is connected to the guide rail 104, so that the guide carriage 104a can be transferred back and forth between the guide rail 104 and the support 3. In the transfer position shown, the support 3 is releasably locked to the guide rail 104. The lock between the guide rail 104 and the support 3 can be released by the entry of the guide carriage 104a into or onto the support 3. The support 3 is made in the form of an elongated pillar, the length of which corresponds at least to half the height of the doors 2, 2a.
[0031] Figure 1b shows the furniture 200 with the doors 2, 2a now fully pushed into the cavity 202. The doors 2, 2a can thus be moved by the guide system 100 starting from a coplanar position and a second position shown in Figure 1b, in which the doors 2, 2a are aligned substantially parallel to one another and can be accommodated in the cavity 202.
[0032] This allows the interior room 201 of the furniture cabinet 101, for example in the form of a kitchen, to be completely covered, so that it can be visually separated from the remaining areas of the living space. The cavity 202 is formed in the illustrated embodiment by two side walls 202a, between which the doors 2, 2a can be pushed in a parallel position relative to one another.
[0033] FIG. 2a shows a perspective view of a holding device 4 according to the invention, and FIG. 2b shows a perspective, partially exploded view of the holding device 4 according to the invention.
[0034] A first support part 4a and a second support part 4b are visible. A number of furniture hinges 6 are arranged on the first support part 4a, and the furniture hinges 6 may furthermore be arranged with a door 2. It may be provided that the first support part 4a has a mounting interface for mounting the furniture hinges 6 instead of the furniture hinges 6. The support part 4a is movably supported on the support part 4b via the elongated hole 10 and the pin 9, which at the same time also limit the relative movement of the first support part 4a with respect to the second support part 4b.
[0035] The lateral adjustment devices 8 are arranged on the support part 4a. The lateral adjustment devices 8 each have a housing 8e, which protects the lateral adjustment devices 8 from external influences. The adjustment elements 7c, 8c are accessible from outside the housings 7e, 8e and can be operated from the same direction.
[0036] Via the through opening 8f, a non-visible actuating element 8b of the lateral adjustment device 8 can engage in one of the slots 8g, thereby connecting the lateral adjustment device 8 to the second support part 4b.
[0037] A height adjustment device 7 is arranged on the second support part 4b, which also includes a housing 7e. The second support part 4b has a through-opening 7f, via which a non-visible actuating element 7b of the height adjustment device 7 can engage in a slot 7g in the support 3. The height adjustment device 7 is thereby connected to the support 3.
[0038] The second support part 4b further comprises part of an assembly device 5, which is realized in the form of a screw connection. The assembly device 5 can in principle be realized by any suitable type of connection, for example by a locking connection.
[0039] FIG. 3a shows an exploded view of a lateral adjustment device 8 according to the invention, and FIG. 3c shows an exploded view of the position adjustment mechanism of such a lateral adjustment device 8.
[0040] The position adjustment mechanism of the lateral adjustment device 8 mainly includes a base element 8a, an actuating element 8b, a guide element 8d, and an adjustment element 8c. The guide element 8d guides the actuating element 8b during its movement relative to the base element 8a, so that the actuating element 8b does not get stuck.
[0041] The adjusting element 8c is in the present embodiment designed in the form of a screw and has a screw head drive. A thread (not shown) on the adjusting element 8c engages with a thread (not shown) on the actuating element 8b. The adjusting element 8c is supported rotatably on the base element 8a.
[0042] Due to the threaded connection between the adjustment element 8c and the actuation element 8b, rotation of the adjustment element 8c results in a movement of the actuation element 8b relative to the base element 8a in a direction that is parallel to the longitudinal extension of the adjustment element 8c.
[0043] By manipulating the adjustment element 8c, the actuating element 8b can thus be adjusted relative to the base element 8a. The base element 8a is arranged on the first support part 4a via a screw 8h. Other types of connection, for example rivets, are also possible.
[0044] The projection 8i of the actuation element 8b engages in a slit 8g provided in the second support part 4b. Thus, the operation of the adjustment element 8c also results in a movement of the first support part 4a relative to the second support part 4b. The first support part 4a is thus adjustable relative to the second support part 4b by means of the lateral adjustment device 8.
[0045] The position adjustment mechanism of the lateral adjustment device 8 is at least partially arranged in a housing 8e. The adjustment element 8c is accessible from the outside of the housing.
[0046] FIG. 3b shows an exploded view of a height adjustment device 7 according to the invention, and FIG. 3d shows an exploded view of the position adjustment mechanism of such a lateral adjustment device 7.
[0047] The position adjustment mechanism of the height adjustment device 7 mainly includes a base element 7a, an actuating element 7b, a guide element 7d and an adjustment element 7c. Furthermore, the height adjustment device 7 has a deflection device 11. The guide element 8d guides the actuating element 8b during its movement relative to the base element 8a, so that the actuating element 8b does not get stuck.
[0048] The adjusting element 7c in this embodiment has a screw head drive and a toothing. The toothing engages with the toothing of the deflection drive 11b. Both toothings form an orthogonal transmission 11a. Via the orthogonal transmission 11a, the rotary movement of the adjusting element 7c is deflected by 90° to the deflection drive 11b. The deflection drive 11b can also be operated via a screw head drive 11d that is directly attached to the deflection drive 11b.
[0049] A screw thread (not shown) on the deflection drive 11b in this case engages with a screw thread (not shown) on the actuating element 7b. The adjusting element 7c is rotatably supported in a deflection housing 11c which at least partially surrounds the deflection device 11 and on the base element 7a.
[0050] Due to the screw thread connection between the deflection drive 11b and the actuating element 7b and the orthogonal transmission 11a, rotation of the adjustment element 7c results in a movement of the actuating element 7b relative to the base element 7a in a direction transverse to the longitudinal extension of the adjustment element 7c.
[0051] By manipulating the adjustment element 7c, the actuating element 7b can thus be adjusted relative to the base element 7a, which is arranged on the second support part 4a via a screw 7h. Other types of connection, for example rivets, are also possible.
[0052] The projection 7i of the actuation element 7b engages in a slit 7g provided in the support 3. The operation of the adjustment element 7c therefore also results in a movement of the second support part 4b relative to the support 3. The second support part 4b is therefore adjustable relative to the support 3 by means of the height adjustment device 7.
[0053] The position adjustment mechanism of the lateral adjustment device 7 is at least partially arranged in a housing 7e. The adjustment element 7c is accessible from outside the housing.
[0054] Figure 4a shows the position adjustment mechanism of the height adjustment device 7 according to the invention in a first position, and figure 4b shows the corresponding section of the support device 1 according to the invention in the first position. The housing 7e is not shown.
[0055] It can be seen that the adjustment element 7b is located in a position relative to the base element 7a which provides the second support part 4b and thus also the first support part 4a with the largest possible movement upwards relative to the support body 3. The actual magnitude of the largest possible movement may vary depending on the embodiment of the invention and may be more or less than that shown here.
[0056] Figure 4c shows the position adjustment mechanism of the height adjustment device 7 according to the invention in a second position, and figure 4d shows the corresponding section of the support device 1 according to the invention in the second position. The housing 7e is not shown.
[0057] It can be seen that the adjustment element 7c has been manipulated, causing the actuation element 7b to change its position relative to the base element 7a. Thus, the position of the second support part 4b, and thus of the first support part 4a, relative to the support 3 has also changed. The second support part 4b now has a smaller movement along the vertical direction relative to the support 3 than in FIG. 4b.
[0058] Figure 5a shows the position adjustment mechanism of the lateral adjustment device 8 according to the invention in a first position, and in figure 5b shows the corresponding section of the support device 1 according to the invention in the first position. The housing 8e is not shown.
[0059] It can be seen that the adjustment element 8b is located in a position relative to the base element 8a where the first support portion 4a has only a small amount of movement relative to the second support portion 4b, the actual amount of movement may vary depending on the embodiment of the invention and may be more or less than that illustrated here.
[0060] Figure 5c shows the position adjustment mechanism of the lateral adjustment device 8 according to the invention in a second position, and Figure 5d shows a section of the support device according to the invention in the second position. The housing 8e is not shown.
[0061] It can be seen that the adjustment element 8c has been manipulated, causing the actuation element 8b to change its position relative to its base element 8a. Thus, the position of the first support part 4b relative to the second support part 4b has also changed. The first support part 4a now has a greater movement relative to the second support part 5b than in FIG. 5b. [Explanation of symbols]
