To provide a medical image processing apparatus, a medical image processing system, an operation method of the medical image processing apparatus and a medical image processing program which can improve the reliability of a classification result of a medical image or a region of interest included in the medical image.SOLUTION: A medical image processing apparatus 14 includes: an image acquisition unit 40 that acquires a medical image; a classifier 42 that classifies the medical image or a region of interest included in the medical image into any of two or more classes based on a feature amount obtained from the medical image; a reliability calculation unit 43 that calculates reliability of a classification result of the medical image or the region of interest from the classifier 42; and a confirmation unit 44 that confirms the classification result of the medical image or the region of interest based on the calculated reliability.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
