Abstract
Description
[Technical field]
[0001] The present invention relates to a reduced electron supply device, more specifically, to a reduced electron supply device that delivers reduced electrons (e-) to the human body and simultaneously converts the air around the human body into a negatively charged fine particle state, i.e., negative air ionization, thereby creating a composite environment favorable to the human body and promoting cell activation. Note that the reduced electrons in the present invention refer to electrons with reducing power that are taken into the body transdermally. [Background technology]
[0002] The atmosphere contains approximately 20% oxygen, and living organisms use this oxygen to maintain their vital functions, but oxygen is transformed into highly reactive active oxygen when exposed to various external stimuli. While active oxygen acts as a cellular transmitter and immune function, excessive production of active oxygen can damage cells and lead to various diseases, including cancer, cardiovascular disease, and lifestyle-related diseases. For this reason, the body is equipped with an antioxidant defense mechanism that protects the body from the damage caused by active oxygen, but when the production of active oxygen exceeds this antioxidant defense mechanism, a state of oxidative stress results.
[0003] In the narrow sense, reactive oxygen species refers to four types: singlet oxygen, superoxide, hydrogen peroxide, and hydroxyl radicals, which are actively and passively produced in the body. When these reactive oxygen species become unpaired, they steal electrons from other electrons to stabilize themselves, and this reduction continues in a chain reaction, ultimately leading to the destruction of cell membranes.
[0004] In addition, there are countless positively or negatively charged particles in the air. These positively or negatively charged particles floating in the air are called air ions, with negatively charged ones called negative air ions and positively charged ones called positive air ions. Various studies have been conducted on the effects of these air ions on living organisms, and it is known that positive air ions are essentially hydrogen ions (H+) and are the cause of physical fatigue and reduced immunity, while negative air ions have the effect of guiding cells to normal function.
[0005] Being in an environment with a lot of negative air ions improves disturbed autonomic nerves and weakened immune function, and ingesting foods that contain vitamins, amino acids, minerals, coenzymes, etc. that have electrons can remove oxides and waste products from cells. However, in recent years, the amount of electrons taken in from the air and food has decreased due to mental and physical stress and fatigue, or the effects of air pollution and environmental pollution, making it difficult to take in enough, and a lack of them makes people more susceptible to illness. As a result, a type of potential therapy called reduced electron therapy, which sends reducing electrons (e-) into the body, has become popular.
[0006] In the above-mentioned usage, various types of potential pads are used to send reduced electrons into the body. For example, Japanese Patent No. 71388858 (Patent Document 1) discloses an ATP increaser that can effectively improve blood flow, increase blood volume, and efficiently increase ATP (adenosine triphosphate) in the body by intermittently generating an electromagnetic field in the body while applying a negative potential to the user's body with a potential pad, efficiently generating free electrons in the blood vessels through the electromagnetic induction effect, and efficiently generating nitric oxide in the blood vessel walls.
[0007] Furthermore, JP 2003-325678 A (Patent Document 2) discloses a device that generates an induced current in the body to promote ATP production and promote the metabolism of cells and tissues, thereby promoting health. The device applies an AC voltage of at least 5,000 V to a locally energized cloth, and generates an induced current in the human body through this locally energized cloth, causing effects at the cellular level (for example, changes in the substance permeability of cell membranes and promotion of ATP production in intracellular mitochondria, etc.), thereby promoting the metabolism of cells and tissues.
[0008] As described above, in the invention of Patent Document 1, a potential pad is placed on the human body to send reduced electrons into the body from the skin surface by induced current, and the conductor of the potential pad is said to be composed of conductive thin metal wires woven into at least three spirals. Also, in the case of the locally energized cloth in Patent Document 2, it is merely said to contain an energizing conductor through which a high voltage is conducted, and there is no further explanation of the specific configuration and the resulting effects, so it is thought that a general wire coil is also used.
[0009] In order to efficiently generate induced current inside the human body, potential pads and localized electric cloths are used by fitting closely to the contours and curvatures of the human body, and therefore are curved and deformed each time. However, in the case of potential pads and localized electric cloths used in conventional electric potential therapy devices, since a wire coil is used as a conductor, there is a concern that the coil may be damaged and broken due to repeated bending and deformation, and if the coil exposed from the broken cover comes into direct contact with the human body while electric current is being applied, there is a risk of receiving a discharge shock accompanied by considerable pain. [0010] [Patent Document 1] Patent No. 7138885 [Patent Document 2] JP 2003-325678 A Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0011] As described above, in the potential pads and localized electric current cloths in conventional potential therapy devices, etc., a wire coil is used as a conductor, and there is a concern that the coil may be damaged or broken due to repeated deformation during use. Therefore, the present invention aims to provide a reduced electron supply device that does not use a coil as a conductor, which may be damaged or broken due to repeated deformation during use, and includes a pad that has good efficiency in emitting reduced electrons. [Means for solving the problem]
[0012] The invention described in claim 1 for solving the above problem comprises a device body that supplies reduced electrons, and a pad that is connected to the device body and contacts the human body to send the reduced electrons into the body, The device body emits reduced electrons using a negative polarity DC high voltage power supply, and the pad is characterized in that it comprises a nano-carbon fiber sheet to which a voltage-resistant cord extending from the device body is connected, adhesive layers containing ceramic powder arranged on both the front and back sides of the nano-carbon fiber sheet, and a soft sheet covering the nano-carbon fiber sheet via the front and back adhesive layers.
[0013] In one embodiment, the nano-carbon fiber sheet is made by plain weaving nano-carbon fibers.
[0014] In one embodiment, the adhesive layer is an adhesive to which EM ceramic powder has been added, and the adhesive is an elastic adhesive that forms a tough, flexible rubber-like elastic body after curing.
[0015] In one embodiment, the soft sheet is synthetic leather.
[0016] In one embodiment, the laminate of the nano carbon fiber sheet, the adhesive layer and the soft sheet is housed in a protective cover, and the protective cover is made of PPO (polyphenylene oxide). Effect of the Invention
[0017] As described above, the present invention uses a negative polarity DC high voltage power supply to efficiently emit reduced electrons, and since the pad does not use a coil as a conductor, there is no risk of the coil breaking. In addition, the conductor is not linear but a planar nano-carbon fiber sheet that occupies almost the entire area of the pad, and reduced electrons are emitted from both sides, resulting in good emission efficiency. In addition, the pad is flexible overall and adheres well to the skin surface, resulting in good transmission efficiency of reduced electrons. [Brief description of the drawings]

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
[0019] The embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. The reduced electron supply device according to the present invention comprises a device body 1 and a reduced electron emission pad 21 connected thereto. Fig. 1 is a front view of the device body 1, Fig. 2 is a plan view thereof, and Fig. 3 is a cross-sectional view of the internal configuration taken along line AA in Fig. 1 (with wiring omitted). The device body 1 is configured by incorporating a negative polarity DC high voltage power supply device 3, a relay 4, and a power supply unit 5 within a case 2 such as an aluminum sash, and also equipping it with a control device (not shown) that controls each unit.
[0020] The negative polarity DC high voltage power supply 3 is a board that generates and outputs a reduction potential from the DC 12V it takes in, and while consuming only 18W of power, it generates only negative polarity up to a maximum rated value of -7000V. This negative polarity output can be adjusted steplessly in the range of 0 to 7000V by using the volume control. The relay 4 is a circuit that connects and disconnects switches and timers to link them.
[0021] The case 2 further incorporates a potentiometer 6 (adjustment dial 6a) and a timer 7 with an automatic stop function, and is provided on the front side with a group of switches including the adjustment dial 6a, a main power-on switch 8, and a start switch 9 linked to the timer 7, a wrist-wrap terminal 10 for a static-eliminating wristband used mainly by the operator, and a group of terminals including a plurality of pad output terminals 11, and is provided on the rear side with a power cord inlet 12 and a fuse holder 13. These switch groups and terminal groups are connected to the power supply unit 5. The device main body 1 in the illustrated example is provided with four pad output terminals 11, allowing the use of four pads 21 at the same time.
[0022] Reduced electrons are continuously supplied from the negative polarity DC high voltage power supply device 3 to the pad 21 via the pad output terminal 11. In this way, by using the negative polarity DC high voltage power supply in the device main body 1, only reduced electrons can be constantly sent to the pad 21, and the output sent from the power supply unit 5 can be accurately controlled in the range of 0 to 7000 V with the adjustment dial 6a, so that the user can finely control the output according to his or her physical condition.
[0023] The pad 21 used in the device according to the present invention is a laminate of composite materials, and is composed of a nano-carbon fiber sheet 22, which is a conductor disposed in the center, and soft sheets 24 fixed to the front and back of the nano-carbon fiber sheet 22 via adhesive layers 23 (FIG. 5). Typically, the entire laminate of the nano-carbon fiber sheet 22, adhesive layer 23, and soft sheet 24 is covered with a protective cover 25 made of an electrically conductive material. The entire laminate is then housed in a bag made of, for example, hemp material.
[0024] The nano-carbon fiber sheet 22 arranged in the center is made by plain weaving highly conductive nano-carbon fibers into a sheet. For example, the nano-carbon fiber sheet 22 is made by twisting single-walled carbon nanotubes or multi-walled carbon nanotubes having a diameter of 5 to 100 μm and a length of 0.01 to 20 μm as nano-carbon fibers, weaving them into a lattice shape with a certain width, and forming them into a sheet. An electrode plate 26 connected to the voltage-resistant cord 10 extending from the device body 1 is arranged on the end of this nano-carbon fiber sheet 22 (FIGS. 3 and 4).
[0025] The adhesive layer 23 is a layer made by mixing finely powdered ceramics into the adhesive, for example, by adding and mixing about 1.0% of EM ceramic material A powder manufactured by Amron Co., Ltd. to the adhesive. It is recommended to use an elastic adhesive that forms a tough and flexible rubber-like elastic body after curing. This elastic adhesive has the characteristics of being resistant to vibration and impact and excellent at relaxing stress.
[0026] The pad 21 itself does not generate heat, but the ceramic powder contained in the adhesive layer 13 absorbs body heat from the skin surface, providing heat retention and moisture control effects to the skin surface that comes into contact with the pad 21. The ceramic powder itself also emits a small amount of negatively charged electrons (e-), which can be expected to have a synergistic effect. Furthermore, the use of EM (effective microorganisms) ceramics provides a deodorizing effect as well as a sick house syndrome prevention effect by adsorbing and removing formaldehyde, the main cause of sick house syndrome.
[0027] As the soft sheet 24 fixed to the front and back of the nano carbon fiber sheet 22 via the adhesive layer 23, for example, synthetic leather that is flexible and soft to bend is preferably used. The synthetic leather used here may be one with a surface of polyvinyl chloride (PVC-6MF) and a lining of knitted fabric (65% polyester, 35% rayon) and a thickness of about 1 mm. This synthetic leather is the same as that used for the interior of automobiles, and is characterized by being free of harmful substances, having excellent stretchability, being resistant to discoloration, and being long-lasting.
[0028] This soft sheet 24 is fixed to the front and back of the nano carbon fiber sheet 22 via the adhesive layer 23 made of an elastic adhesive, and works to fit comfortably to the skin surface in combination with the flexibility of the nano carbon fiber sheet 22. Therefore, a gap is unlikely to be formed between the pad 21 and the skin epidermis, and reduced electrons are efficiently sent into the body without loss.
[0029] The exterior protective cover 25 is preferably made of PPO (polyphenylene oxide). PPO is a thermoplastic plastic also known as Noryl resin, and has stable physical properties over a wide range from low temperature to heat-resistant temperature, and is flame-retardant and has excellent electrical properties (low dielectric loss). PPO is recommended here because it not only has no transmission loss of reduced electrons, but also can be thermocompressed with a sealer. That is, the protective cover 25 itself is required to be flexible, but if an adhesive is used in the joint, this flexibility may be hindered, so PPO is preferable because it is a material that can be thermocompressed with a sealer without using an adhesive.
[0030] As described above, the pad 21 of the present invention does not use a coil as a conductor, so there is no risk of the coil breaking. Furthermore, since the conductor is planar rather than linear, there is an advantage that uniform output can be obtained across the entire front and back of the pad 21.
[0031] The high-power reduced electrons sent from the device body 1 are sent to the pad 21 at the end via the dedicated voltage-resistant cord 10, and as described above, reduced electrons and negative air ions are emitted from the surface of the pad 21, which is a composite laminate. The amount of emitted electrons decreases the further away from the pad 21, so the pad 21 needs to be closely attached to the curved surface of the skin without leaving any gaps, but as described above, the pad 21 according to the present invention is made of overlapping flexible composite materials and is highly curved, so it can be closely attached without any gaps, and transmission loss can be suppressed, resulting in good transmission efficiency of reduced electrons.
[0032] In addition, since the pad 21 in the present invention has a symmetrical configuration, the same output can be obtained from both sides. Therefore, reduced electrons are sent into the body from the side that contacts the skin, and at the same time, the reduced electrons emitted from the opposite side give negative electrons to gas molecules such as nitrogen and oxygen that make up the atmosphere, shifting the ion balance to the negative side. As long as reduced electrons are emitted in this way to create a negatively charged negative air ion state, a stable band of charged molecules can be formed in space, and by placing the human body in this band, energy can be given to and activated by living cells (ionization energy effect).
[0033] The negative air ions thus generated spread out like a cocoon around the human body from pad 21 (Fig. 6), and the closer they are to pad 21 the higher their output (300V or more) and reach 0V at a position approximately 60cm away from pad 21. The synergistic effect of the reduced electrons sent directly to the human body and the surrounding negative air ions removes active oxygen and activates all the cells in the human body.
[0034] As mentioned above, when active oxygen becomes an unpaired electron state, it steals e- from other electrons to stabilize it, and this decrease continues in a chain reaction, which is thought to ultimately lead to the destruction of the cell membrane. The reduced electron supply device according to the present invention can stabilize the unpaired electron state by forcibly supplying a large amount of reduced electrons to the body, which ultimately protects the cell wall and stabilizes the activity of mitochondria and other elements present inside, thereby promoting the longevity of cells. [Industrial Applicability]
[0035] As described above, the present invention uses a negative polarity DC high voltage power supply to efficiently emit reduced electrons, and since the pad does not use a coil as a conductor, there is no risk of the coil breaking. In addition, the conductor is not linear but a planar nano-carbon fiber sheet that occupies almost the entire area of the pad, and reduced electrons are emitted from both sides, resulting in good emission efficiency. In addition, the pad is flexible overall and adheres well to the skin surface, resulting in good transmission efficiency of reduced electrons, and therefore the pad has great industrial applicability.
