Abstract
Description
[Technical field]
[0001] The present invention relates to a wiring cover that covers wiring provided along a wall surface. [Background technology]
[0002] Conventionally, as this type of wiring cover, there has been known one that is formed by combining an inner member and an outer member (see Patent Document 1). This wiring cover comprises an inner member consisting of a bottom body and left and right inner wall bodies, an outer member consisting of a top body and left and right outer wall bodies, and decorations applied to the surface of the outer member. The left and right inner wall bodies and the left and right outer wall bodies each have an outwardly curved shape and are flexible. This allows the outer member to be detachably attached to the inner member attached to a wall surface or the like, and multiple wirings are housed inside. [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]
[0003] [Patent Document 1] JP 2004-180355 A Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0004] Although such conventional wiring covers are easy to manufacture using resin molding technology, they are not suitable for on-site processing. For example, when connecting a cable inside a wiring cover to an exposed outlet or wall switch, rectangular or oval openings must be formed in the inner wall body of the inner member and the outer wall body of the outer member, but processing such resin is complicated.
[0005] An object of the present invention is to provide a wiring cover that can be manufactured easily at low cost and that can be easily installed, including on-site processing. [Means for solving the problem]
[0006] The wiring cover of the present invention is a wooden wiring cover that covers wiring that is installed along a wall surface, and has an outer casing forming material with a U-shaped cross-section consisting of a front panel and a pair of side panel portions that form a storage space for the wiring, and a pair of mounting reinforcements that are installed along the inside of each side panel portion and are used to screw the cover to the wall surface, and is characterized in that the outer casing forming material is formed by bending a plate-shaped MDF material with a V-shaped groove formed at the boundary between the front panel portion and the pair of side panel portions into a U-shape.
[0007] According to this configuration, the wiring (cables) fixed to the wall surface with a saddle or the like is covered with an outer casing forming material, and the outer casing forming material is fixed to the wall surface with screws via a pair of mounting reinforcements, thereby concealing the wiring on the wall surface. In this case, by constructing the outer shell forming material from MDF, the outer shell forming material with a U-shaped cross section can be manufactured easily and at low cost even though it is made of wood. In addition, the outer shell forming material made of wood (MDF) is easy to install, including on-site processing, and has a stable shape that does not warp.
[0008] In this case, each mounting reinforcement is preferably formed from MDF material having a rectangular cross section.
[0009] With this configuration, the mounting reinforcement material made of MDF can be easily attached to the outer shell forming material with an adhesive or the like, and the wiring cover itself including the mounting reinforcement material can be easily manufactured at low cost. Also, when forming pilot holes for screws or notches in the mounting reinforcement material, cracks do not occur, and processing can be performed simply and accurately.
[0010] It is also preferable that a polyolefin sheet is attached to the surface of the outer shell forming material.
[0011] Polyolefin sheets, so-called olefin sheets, are available in a variety of colors for forming decorative laminates. According to this configuration, a laminate decorative plate is formed to match the color of the wall surface, and the exterior forming material can be manufactured from this decorative plate easily and at low cost. In addition, the durability of the exterior forming material can be improved.
[0012] In addition, it is preferable that the outer shell forming material has width and height dimensions that allow a recessed outlet and a recessed wall switch to be recessed and installed with the surface of the front panel portion serving as the installation surface.
[0013] According to this configuration, the recessed outlet and the recessed wall switch are embedded in the surface of the outer shell forming material as necessary, which results in a neat design around the outlet and the wall switch, and does not impair the design of the interior.
[0014] Moreover, the width of the outer shell forming material is preferably 110 mm to 300 mm.
[0015] According to this configuration, the overall installation form (design) is extremely wide and can be mistaken for part of a pillar or beam. Therefore, it is possible to configure a wiring cover that is less noticeable and does not look out of place compared to general moldings.
[0016] Another wiring cover of the present invention is a wooden wiring cover that covers wiring installed along the corners of a wall, and has an outer casing forming material with an L-shaped cross section consisting of a front panel and a side panel which form the storage space for the wiring, and an attachment reinforcement material which is installed along the inside of the side panel and which is used for fastening to the wall with screws, and is characterized in that the outer casing forming material is formed by bending a plate-shaped MDF material with a V-groove formed at the boundary between the front panel and the side panel into an L shape.
[0017] According to this configuration, the wiring (cable) fixed to the corner portion of the wall with a saddle or the like is covered with an outer casing forming material so that it is abutted against the top surface, and the outer casing forming material is fixed to the wall surface with screws via an attachment reinforcement material, so that the wiring on the wall surface is concealed in the corner portion. In this case, by constructing the outer shell forming material from MDF, the outer shell forming material with an "L" shaped cross section can be easily formed at low cost even though it is made of wood. Also, the outer shell forming material made of wood (MDF) is easy to install, including on-site processing, and has a stable shape that does not warp.
[0018] In this case, the mounting reinforcement is preferably formed from MDF material having a rectangular cross section.
[0019] With this configuration, the mounting reinforcement material made of MDF can be easily attached to the outer shell forming material with an adhesive or the like, and the wiring cover itself including the mounting reinforcement material can be easily manufactured at low cost. Also, when forming pilot holes for screws or notches in the mounting reinforcement material, cracks do not occur, and processing can be performed simply and accurately.
[0020] It is also preferable that a polyolefin sheet is attached to the surface of the outer shell forming material.
[0021] According to this configuration, a laminate decorative plate is formed to match the color of the wall surface, and the exterior forming material can be manufactured from this decorative plate easily and at low cost. In addition, the durability of the exterior forming material can be improved. [Brief description of the drawings]

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
[0023] Hereinafter, a wiring cover according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the attached drawings. This wiring cover is a protective cover for wiring exposed on a wall surface resulting from renovation work, etc., but is formed to be extremely wider than a general one (molding) so that embedded-type outlets, wall switches, etc. can be installed on the cover itself. Furthermore, the wide wiring cover with the outlets, etc. installed thereon is less noticeable as a result, improving the design of the room. In this embodiment, five types of wiring covers with different shapes are prepared depending on whether the number of wiring cables to be accommodated is large (two-wire) or small (single-wire), and whether an existing switch box can be used for a newly installed outlet or wall switch.
[0024] [Embodiment] Fig. 1 shows the A-type cover 10A, which has a U-shaped cross section, of the five types of wiring covers 10, and Fig. 2 shows the B-type cover 10B, which has an L-shaped cross section. Fig. 1(a) shows the A-first cover 10Aa of the A-type cover 10A, Fig. 1(b) shows the A-second cover 10Ab, Fig. 1(c) shows the A-third cover 10Ac, and Fig. 1(d) shows the A-fourth cover 10Ad.
[0025] The B type cover 10B only functions as a protective cover for the distribution cable CA (wiring). Meanwhile, the A type cover 10A not only functions as a protective cover for the distribution cable CA, but also functions as an installation base for wiring devices such as the outlet PS and wall switch WS connected to the distribution cable CA. Both the A type cover 10A and the B type cover 10B are directly fixed to the wall surface WW, and form a storage space for the distribution cable CA between them and the wall surface WW. The A type cover 10A has a U-shaped cross section, and the B type cover 10B has an L-shaped cross section, but both have a standard length of 2430 mm.
[0026] The A-first cover 10Aa has a width (W) x height (H) dimension of 115 mm x 24 mm, and is used mainly when a series of wiring devices (a series of wiring cables CA) such as an outlet PS and a wall switch WS is to be installed and the existing switch box SB (back box) of the outlet PS or wall switch WS can be used. In other words, the A-first cover 10Aa is used when a new outlet PS or wall switch WS is to be installed via the wiring cover 10 in the same position as the existing built-in outlet PS or wall switch WS (see FIG. 7(b)).
[0027] The A-second cover 10Ab has a width (W) x height (H) dimension of 115 mm x 34 mm, and is used mainly when a series of wiring devices (a series of wiring cables CA) such as an outlet PS and a wall switch WS is to be installed and the existing switch box SB for the outlet PS or wall switch WS cannot be used. In other words, the A-second cover 10Ab is used when a new outlet PS or wall switch WS is to be installed via the wiring cover 10 in a position different from the existing built-in outlet PS or the existing wall switch WS, or when an additional outlet PS or wall switch WS is to be installed (see FIG. 7(b)).
[0028] The A third cover 10Ac has a width (W) x height (H) dimension of 200 mm x 24 mm, and is used primarily when installing two wiring devices such as an intercom IP or a PS outlet + TV terminal, and when an existing switch box SB can be used for these PS outlets, etc. (see Figure 7(b)).
[0029] The A fourth cover 10Ad has a width (W) x height (H) dimension of 200 mm x 34 mm, and is used mainly when installing two wiring devices such as an intercom IP or a PS outlet + TV terminal, and when an existing switch box SB can be used for these PS outlets, etc. (see Figure 7(b)).
[0030] The B type cover 10B has a width (W) x height (H) dimension of 39 mm x 24 mm, and is used as a protective cover for the distribution cable CA mainly in the corner portion between the wall surface WW and the ceiling surface SW (see FIG. 7(b)).
[0031] [A type cover] Here, the structure of the A type cover 10A will be described with reference to Fig. 1. As described above, the A first cover 10Aa, the A second cover 10Ab, the A third cover 10Ac, and the A fourth cover 10Ad have the same basic structure, although they are different in size. Therefore, the structure of the A type cover 10A will be described below using the A first cover 10Aa as an example (see Fig. 1(a)).
[0032] As shown in FIG. 1(a), the A-type cover 10A (A-first cover 10Aa) has an outer shell forming member 20A having a U-shaped cross section composed of a front plate portion 21 and a pair of side plate portions 22, and a pair of mounting reinforcement members 30A provided along the inside of each side plate portion 22. The outer shell forming member 20A and the mounting reinforcement member 30A are both made of MDF (median density fiberboard), which is a wood material. Instead of MDF, the outer shell forming member 20A and the mounting reinforcement member 30A may be made of a wood material such as hardboard.
[0033] The front plate 21 and side plate 22 constituting the outer casing forming material 20A form a storage space for the distribution cable CA between them and the wall surface WW, and are formed by bending a 4 mm thick plate-shaped MDF material with a V-shaped groove 24 formed at the boundary between the front plate 21 and the pair of side plate parts 22 into a U-shape (see Figs. 3(c) and (d)). An olefin sheet 35 (a polyolefin sheet) is attached to the surface of the U-shaped outer casing forming material 20A. The olefin sheet 35 is attached to the surface of the outer casing forming material 20A in the early stages of manufacturing the A-type cover 10A, as will be described in detail later.
[0034] In this case, the olefin sheet 35 is commercially available in many colors, and in this embodiment, a sheet of the same color is selected to match the color of the wall surface WW to be installed. If the wall surface WW is covered with cloth, the same cloth is pasted on top of the olefin sheet 35.
[0035] Each mounting reinforcement 30A is attached to the side panel 22 at the inner corner between the front panel 21 and the pair of side panel 22 so that the end face is flush with the end face of the side panel 22. Each mounting reinforcement 30A is a portion for fastening the A-type cover 10A to the wall surface WW with a screw, and has a width of 15 mm for fastening with a screw (the embodiment (A-first cover 10Aa) is 20 mm long x 15 mm wide). Details will be described later, but in actual fastening with a screw, a clearance hole 51 is formed through the front panel 21 at the middle position in the width direction of the mounting reinforcement 30A (see FIG. 5(c)), and a screw 57 is screwed into the wall surface WW through this clearance hole 51 for fastening with a screw (see FIG. 6(f)).
[0036] Such an A-type cover 10A not only houses the wiring cable CA, but also functions as an installation base for wiring devices such as a power outlet PS and a wall switch WS. As a result, it also resembles a part of a pillar or beam. For this reason, the A-type cover 10A in the embodiment has a width of 115 mm and 200 mm, but considering wiring devices with one to three rows, it is preferable that the width is 110 mm to 300 mm.
[0037] [B type cover] Next, the structure of the B-type cover 10B will be described with reference to Fig. 2. As shown in the figure, the B-type cover 10B has an outer shell forming member 20B having an "L"-shaped cross section, which is composed of a front plate portion 21 and a side plate portion 22, and an attachment reinforcement member 30B provided along the inside of the side plate portion 22. In this case, the outer shell forming member 20B and the attachment reinforcement member 30B are also formed of MDF (median density fiberboard), which is a wooden material. In this case, the outer shell forming member 20B and the attachment reinforcement member 30B may also be formed of a wooden material such as hardboard instead of MDF.
[0038] The front plate 21 and side plate 22 constituting the outer shell forming material 20B mainly form a storage space for the distribution cable CA between the wall surface WW and the ceiling surface SW, and are formed by bending a 4 mm thick plate-shaped MDF material with a V-groove 24 formed at the boundary between the front plate 21 and the side plate 22 into an "L" shape. An olefin sheet 35 is attached to the surface of the "L" shaped outer shell forming material 20B. In this case as well, the olefin sheet 35 is attached to the surface of the outer shell forming material 20B in the early stages of manufacturing the B-type cover 10B.
[0039] The mounting reinforcement 30B is attached to the inside corner portion between the front plate 21 and the side plate 22 so that it is aligned with the side plate 22 and its end face is flush with the end face of the side plate 22. The mounting reinforcement 30B is a portion for fastening the B-type cover 10B to the wall surface WW with screws, and has a width of 15 mm for fastening with screws (the one in the embodiment is length x width = 20 mm x 15 mm).
[0040] [Manufacturing method] Next, a method for manufacturing the wiring cover 10 will be described with reference to FIG. 3, taking the A-type cover 10A as an example. The manufacturing method for the wiring cover 10 includes a lamination process (FIG. 3(a)) of attaching an olefin sheet 35 to the surface of the base material, a cut-to-slit process (FIG. 3(b)) of cutting this laminated decorative panel into small pieces to fit various wiring covers 10, a V-groove cutting process (FIG. 3(c)) of forming V-grooves 24 on the back surface of the cut-to-slit decorative panel, and a bending and bonding process (FIG. 3(d)) of bending the decorative panel at the V-groove 24 and bonding the mounting reinforcement material 30A.
[0041] In the lamination process shown in Fig. 3(a), adhesive is applied to a 1220 mm x 2430 mm x 4 mm MDF base material 41 that will become the outer shell forming material 20A (20B), and then an olefin sheet 35 is attached with a press roller. In other words, a polyolefin laminate decorative board 40 is formed. The olefin sheet 35 is selected to have a color that matches the color of the wall surface WW on which it will be installed.
[0042] 3(b), the laminate decorative board 40 is cut into small pieces according to the size of the wiring cover 10. In this case, for the A-type first cover 10Aa, it is cut into small pieces with a width of 115 mm+24 mm+24 mm=163 mm. Similarly, for the A-type second cover 10Ab, it is cut into small pieces with a width of 183 mm, for the A-type third cover 10Ac, it is cut into small pieces with a width of 263 mm, for the A-type fourth cover 10Ad, it is cut into small pieces with a width of 283 mm, and for the B-type cover 10B, it is cut into small pieces with a width of 65 mm.
[0043] On the other hand, for cutting into small pieces for the mounting reinforcement 30A (30B), an MDF base material 45 of 1220 mm x 2430 mm x 15 mm is used, which is cut into small pieces of 20 mm width (for A first cover 10Aa, A third cover 10Ac and B type cover 10B) or 30 mm width (for A second cover 10Ab and A fourth cover 10Ad).
[0044] In the V-groove cutting process shown in Fig. 3(c), a V-groove 24 is formed on the back surface of the cut decorative board 40a that has been cut into small pieces, with the olefin sheet 35 remaining. That is, in the cut decorative board 40a, a groove is formed at the boundary between the portion that will become the front plate portion 21 and the portion that will become the pair of side plate portions 22. Needless to say, the V-groove 24 is formed in two locations, on the left and right, in the A-type cover 10A, and the V-groove 24 is formed in one location in the B-type cover 10B. The groove angle of the V-groove 24 is 90°.
[0045] In the bending and bonding process shown in Fig. 3(d), adhesive is applied to necessary locations on the widthwise end of the cut decorative board 40a, including the V-groove 24, and the widthwise end that will become the side panel portion 22 is bent at an angle of 90°. At the same time, small cut mounting reinforcement material 30A is introduced into this portion and thickly fastened with a roller press. Then, the process proceeds to the packaging process.
[0046] In the above manufacturing process, it is preferable to use a laminating line in the laminating step, a running saw in the small cutting step, and a V-cutting line in the V-groove cutting step and the bending and bonding step.
[0047] [Construction Procedure] Next, a basic procedure for installing the wiring cover 10 will be described with reference to the installation example of FIG. 4 and its explanatory views of FIGS. The basic installation procedure for the wiring cover 10 is as follows: Step 1: Measure the dimensions of the path along which the wiring cover 10 is to be installed. Step 2: Cut the wiring cover 10 based on the measured dimensions. Step 3: Drill holes and cutouts in the wiring cover 10. Step 4: The wiring cover 10 is processed to accommodate the wiring device. Step 5: Attach the wiring cover 10 to the wall WW. Step 6: Install wiring devices, etc. onto the wiring cover 10. Step 7: A functional test is carried out and the screws of the wiring cover 10 are hidden. It becomes something.
[0048] In the construction example of Fig. 4, Fig. 4(a) shows the state of the wall surface WW before the wiring cover 10 is installed. Meanwhile, Fig. 4(b) and (c) are a front view and a cross-sectional view of the wall surface WW with the wiring cover 10 installed. In this construction example, a wall switch WS and a socket PS are newly installed on the inner wall surface (wall surface WW) where the concrete beam B and the wall are continuous, and the source side of the wiring cable CA is introduced (wired) so as to be aligned with the ceiling surface SW. The wall surface WW is set back from the beam B, and the wiring cable CA and wiring cover 10 are installed along the ceiling surface SW.
[0049] The A-type cover 10A is used for the vertical wiring cover 10 from the floor surface FW to the ceiling surface SW, and the B-type cover 10B is used for the horizontal wiring cover 10 installed along the ceiling surface SW. The wall switch WS is installed at a height of 1200 mm from the floor surface SW, and the outlet PS is installed at a height of 200 mm from the floor surface SW.
[0050] In step 1, the path of the same wiring cover 10 is measured in units of straight line segments. Next, based on the measurement results, a fixed-length wiring cover 10 is marked (line drawn). In the construction example, a convex or the like is used to measure the vertical dimension from the floor surface FW to the underside of the beam B, the overhang dimension of the beam B from the wall surface WW, and the vertical dimension from the underside of the beam B to the ceiling surface SW (see FIG. 5(a)), and these dimensions are then applied to the fixed-length wiring cover 10.
[0051] In step 2, the wiring cover 10 is cut along the marking lines (see FIG. 5(b)). It is preferable to use an electric circular saw for cutting. After cutting, it is preferable to place each wiring cover 10 in its installation position and check that the cutting dimensions are correct.
[0052] In step 3, clearance holes 51 for screw fixing are drilled in the mounting reinforcement 30A (30B) of the wiring cover 10 (see FIG. 5(c)). Also, cutouts 52 are formed in the parts where the wiring cover 10 is joined at right angles. The specifications for the wiring cover 10 (fixed to the wall) are as follows: for the A-type cover 10A, four places are provided at the four corners for a length of less than 1.5 m, and six places are provided at the four corners and in the middle for a length of 1.5 m or more; for the B-type cover 10B, two places are provided at both ends for a length of less than 1.5 m, and three places are provided at both ends and in the middle for a length of 1.5 m or more. Therefore, clearance holes 51 for screw fixing are formed at the mounting reinforcement in six places for the A-type cover 10A installed on the wall, four places each for the A-type cover 10A installed on the underside and front of the beam B, and two places for the B-type cover 10B installed under the ceiling (see FIG. 4).
[0053] On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 5(d), in the connection portion between the A-type cover 10A on the front side of the beam B and the B-type cover 10B, a rectangular cutout portion 52 that communicates with the B-type cover 10B is formed on the side surface of the upper end portion of the A-type cover 10A. The cutout portion 52 is formed by cutting the side plate portion 22 of the A-type cover 10A and the mounting reinforcement member 30A according to the cross section of the housing portion of the B-type cover 10B. In addition, in the connection portion between the A-type cover 10A installed on the wall surface WW and the A-type cover 10A installed on the underside of the beam B, the front plate portion 21 is cut in a rectangular shape at the end of the A-type cover 10A installed on the underside. It is also preferable to cut out a notch when the wiring cover 10 intersects with a lintel or a baseboard.
[0054] In step 4, an installation opening 54 for wiring devices such as a power outlet PS and a wall switch WS is formed in the wiring cover 10 (A-type cover 10A) (see FIG. 6(e)). The installation opening 54 is marked out in an oval shape and cut out with a hand saw or an oval electric hole saw.
[0055] In step 5, the wiring cover 10 is screwed to the wall WW while accommodating the wiring cable CA. As described above, the wiring cover 10 is fixed to the wall WW with screws at multiple locations, mainly at the corners (see FIG. 6(f)). The multiple wiring covers 10 are installed in order, starting from the base of the wiring cable CA. Note that the bottom end surface of the A-type cover 10A installed on the front side of the beam B is left open. In this embodiment, plate-shaped end covers 55 are prepared corresponding to various wiring covers 10, and the corresponding end cover 55 is adhered to the bottom end surface of this A-type cover 10A (see FIG. 6(f)).
[0056] The fixing screws 57 have a dish-shaped head and are screwed in so that the surface of the head is flush with the surface of the wiring cover 10. If the wall surface WW to be screwed in is a concrete structure, a plug should be used; if it is a plaster board, a board anchor should be used; and if it is wood, a wood screw should be used.
[0057] In step 6, the outlet PS and wall switch WS are installed on the wiring cover 10. When installing the outlet PS, the switch box SB of the outlet PS is fixed in advance to a predetermined position on the wall surface WW, and after it is installed on the wiring cover 10, the outlet body PSa, plastic frame PSb, plate PSc, etc. are attached (see FIG. 6(g)). The same is true for the wall switch WS. Note that when a new outlet PS or wall switch WS is installed via the wiring cover 10 in the same position as an existing recessed outlet PS or an existing wall switch WS, the switch box SB will be located deep relative to the surface of the wiring cover 10, so a joint frame (not shown) is provided in the resulting gap (approximately 20 mm).
[0058] In step 7, a functional test is performed and the screws of the wiring cover 10 are hidden. To hide the screws of the wiring cover 10, a circular sticker 58 of the same color as the surface of the wiring cover 10 is attached to the surface of the flat head of the screw 57 (see FIG. 6(h)).
[0059] [Construction example] Next, an example of installation of the wiring cover 10 will be described with reference to Figs. Figure 7 shows an example of the construction of the kitchen and intercom area. As shown in (a) of the figure, an intercom IP is installed on the wall WW of the existing kitchen (before construction), and a built-in wall switch WS is installed near the intercom IP. The intercom line IPC from the built-in box EB is wired in the form of a mall wiring, and is first wired to the ceiling surface SW before reaching the intercom IP.
[0060] In this example of renovation, a new wiring cover 10 is installed along the mall wiring, and a new wall switch WS is installed while retaining the switch box SB of the existing wall switch WS. Also, a new intercom IP with a monitor is installed in place of the existing intercom IP. Furthermore, an outlet PS for large devices is added to the wall surface WW above the opening (sliding door).
[0061] As shown in Figure 7(b), in place of the intercom line IPC mall wiring from the existing embedded box EB to the ceiling surface SW, an A1 cover 10Aa (115mm x 24mm) is installed in this area while making use of the existing embedded box EB. Also, around the intercom IP, an A3 cover 10Ac (200mm x 24mm) is installed from the ceiling surface SW to the floor surface FW, taking into consideration the new installation of an intercom IP with a monitor and a wall switch WS. A B type cover 10B (39mm x 24mm) is installed between the A1 cover 10Aa and the A3 cover 10Ac, aligned with the ceiling surface SW.
[0062] A new intercom IP with a monitor and a new wall switch WS are installed on the surface of the A-third cover 10Ac. The new wall switch WS is installed in the same position as the existing wall switch WS, and the switch box SB of the existing wall switch WS is repurposed for the new wall switch WS. In this case, the above-mentioned extension frame is attached to the switch box SB. When adding an outlet PS for large equipment, a completely new installation is required, so an A-second cover 10Ab (115 mm x 34 mm) is installed. When adding an outlet PS below the wall switch WS, an A-fourth cover 10Ad (200 mm x 34 mm) is installed in place of the A-third cover 10Ac.
[0063] The example of installation in Figure 8 is an example of adding a switch and outlet to a room. As shown in Figure 8(a), this room has one outlet PS installed near the window. In this case, a new outlet PS is installed in the same position as the existing outlet PS, and a wall switch WS and an outlet PS are added near the sliding door.
[0064] As shown in Fig. 8(b), in order to install a new outlet PS at the position of the existing outlet PS near the window, an A-first cover 10Aa (115 mm x 24 mm) is installed from the ceiling surface SW to the floor surface FW of this section. In this case, too, the switch box SB of the existing wall switch WS is reused and a new wall switch WS is installed in the A-first cover 10Aa. Also, in order to add a wall switch WS and an outlet PS near the sliding door, an A-second cover 10Ab (115 mm x 34 mm) is installed from the ceiling surface SW to the floor surface FW of this section.
[0065] In this A-second cover 10Ab, a power outlet PS is installed at a position 200 mm from the floor surface FW, and a wall switch WS is installed at a position 1200 mm from the floor surface FW. Then, a B-type cover 10B (39 mm x 24 mm) is installed between the A-first cover 10Aa and the A-second cover 10Ab so as to be aligned with the ceiling surface SW.
[0066] As described above, according to the A-type cover 10A of this embodiment, the outer shell forming material 20A and the pair of mounting reinforcement materials 30A are made of MDF material, so that they can be easily manufactured at low cost despite being made of wood material. In addition, the outer shell forming material 20A and the mounting reinforcement material 30A made of wood material (MDF material) are easy to install, including on-site processing, and have a stable shape that does not become distorted. Moreover, not only can embedded outlets PS and wall switches WS be installed, but the design is wide and unobtrusive, and the interior design is not impaired.
[0067] In addition, according to the B-type cover 10B of this embodiment, the outer shell forming material 20B and the mounting reinforcement material 30B are made of MDF material, so they can be easily manufactured at low cost despite being made of wood. In addition, the outer shell forming material 20B and the mounting reinforcement material 30B made of wood (MDF material) are easy to install, including on-site processing, and have a stable shape that does not warp.
