[Technical field]
[0001] The present invention relates to a locking piece attaching device that can bind appropriate goods such as clothing, small items such as socks, or shoes and bags, and can attach locking pieces known as tags, indicators, etc., such as brand labels, price tags, material descriptions, and usage instructions, to the goods. More specifically, the present invention relates to a locking piece attaching device used for attaching locking pieces indicating appropriate tags, price tags, registered trademarks, quality descriptions, manufacturer names, distributor names, etc., to appropriate goods, and to a loop pin used in the locking piece attaching device. [Background technology]
[0002] 2. Description of the Related Art In general, various fastener attachment devices have been used in the past to fasten clothing items, everyday accessories, sandals, shoes, etc., and to efficiently attach fasteners such as brand labels, price tags, etc. to the merchandise. For example, a conventional locking piece attaching device has been used in which, by gripping a lever formed on a pistol-shaped main body device, a loop pin assembly is formed by arranging multiple loop pins in parallel with each other and temporarily fastening each of the insertion heads and socket portions to an appropriate connecting bar, and the loop pins are sequentially ejected from the loop pin assembly with appropriate tags, labels, etc. interposed therebetween, and a loop is formed by inserting the insertion head into the socket portion.
[0003] On the other hand, the present inventor, as a result of extensive and intensive research conducted by himself and by engineers of MIT International LLC, an affiliate of the present inventor, independently came up with a method for manufacturing a pistol-shaped device main body 10, as shown in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2000-238714 (Patent Document 1), Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2000-289727 (Patent Document 2), Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2001-354218 (Patent Document 3), Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2001-56644 (Patent Document 4), Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2004-83133 (Patent Document 5), etc., and as is clear from the schematic perspective views of FIG. 10 and FIG. 11 of the present application, The grip lever 12 is rotatably supported on a grip portion 11 of the device body provided on the device body 10, a drive arm 13 is rotated by the grip lever 12, a first guide passage 42 is disposed in the device body 100 and extends from a rear end 40 of the device body 10 to a front end 41 of the device body 10 along the longitudinal direction of the device body 10, and a first guide passage 42 is disposed substantially parallel to the first guide passage 42 at a predetermined interval from the first guide passage 42, and extends from a rear end 40 of the device body 10 to a front end 41 of the device body 10. The first guide passage 42 is provided with a first drive pin 16 which moves linearly back and forth in response to the swinging motion of the drive arm 13, and the second guide passage 43 is provided with a second drive pin 19 made of a flexible member which moves back and forth in response to the swinging motion of the drive arm 13. The first drive pin 16 has an insertion head 3 having an appropriate engagement portion 6 at one end of a separately supplied, flexible yarn body 2 having a predetermined length, and is provided with a second guide passage 43 extending to a front end 41 of the yarn body 2. The second ejection pin 19 is configured to abut against the insertion head 3 of each loop pin 1 loaded and supplied into the first guide passage 42, the loop pin 1 having a socket portion 5 having a hole 4 with a locking portion 6 for irreversibly inserting and fitting the insertion head 3 at the other end of the body 2, and to eject the insertion head 3 linearly through a desired hollow guide member 50 to the front outside of the device main body 10 in response to the operation of the grip lever 12, while the second ejection pin 19 abuts against the socket portion 5 separately loaded and supplied into the second guide passage 43,The second ejection pin 19 is connected to the open end 41 of the device body 100, and the tip of the curved hollow guide member 20 is fixedly installed so as to be positioned on the ejection direction line of the insertion head 3. In response to the operation of the grip lever 12, the socket portion 5 is slidably moved to a fitting portion 54 with the insertion head 3, and the insertion head 3 and the socket portion 5 are fitted together at the fitting portion 54. A locking piece attachment device 100 has been developed and provided to the market.
[0004] In the specific example of Figure 10, the first guide passage 42 and the second guide passage 43, which will be described later, are arranged and formed on approximately the same horizontal plane, but as shown in Figure 11, the locking piece mounting device may have a configuration in which the first guide passage 42 and the second guide passage 43 are arranged and formed on different horizontal planes. In addition, in the above-mentioned locking piece mounting device 100, a gap 70 having an appropriate distance and depth is formed between the wall surface including the first guide passage 42 and the wall surface including the second guide passage 43, and the bottom surface of the gap 70 is formed in a closed shape by a horizontal bottom surface portion 102 or an inclined bottom surface portion 101. Incidentally, it goes without saying that the guide passages 42, 43 defined in the above-mentioned conventional example may each be virtually set within the space. Here, the basic structure and operation of the above-mentioned conventional locking piece attaching device, which is the subject of the present invention, will be outlined with reference mainly to the locking piece attaching device 100 shown in FIG. Furthermore, the configuration of the locking piece attachment device 100 disclosed in Figure 10 is substantially the same as that of Figure 11, except that the first guide passage 42 and the second guide passage 43 are arranged and formed on the same horizontal plane.
[0005] That is, as is clear from FIGS. 11 to 15, a specific example of the configuration of each part of the constituent mechanism of the locking piece attachment device 100 shown in FIG. 11 includes a grip lever 12 rotatably supported on a device body grip part 11 provided on a pistol-shaped device body 10, a drive arm 13 rotated by the grip lever 12, a first guide passage 42 disposed within the device body 10 and extending from the vicinity of a rear end part 40 of the device body 10 to a front end part 41 of the device body 10 along the longitudinal direction of the device body 10, and a predetermined guide passage 42 and a guide member 43 that is connected to the first guide passage 42. A second guide passage 43 is provided, which is disposed approximately parallel to the first guide passage 42 with a gap therebetween and extends from the vicinity of the rear end 40 of the device body 10 to the front end 41 of the device body 10. A first ejection pin 16 which moves linearly back and forth in response to the swinging motion of the drive arm 13 is provided within the first guide passage 42, and a second ejection pin 19 made of a flexible member which moves back and forth in response to the swinging motion of the drive arm 13 is provided within the second guide passage 43. The first ejection pin 16 is inserted into the first guide passage 42 and slides back and forth. In the passage 42, an insertion head 3 having an appropriate engagement portion 6 is provided at one end 60 of a flexible thread body 2 having a predetermined length, and a socket portion 5 having a hole portion 4 in which a locking portion 116 for irreversibly inserting and fitting the insertion head 3 is provided at the other end 30 of the thread body 2. The individual loop pins 1 come into contact with the insertion head 3 loaded and supplied into the first guide passage 42, and in response to the operation of the grip lever 12, the insertion head 3 is linearly discharged out of the device main body 10 through a desired hollow guide member 50. The second ejection pin 19 is configured to abut against the socket portion 5 of the loop pin 1 separately loaded and supplied into the second guide passage 43, and is connected to the front open end 41 of the device main body 10 of the second guide passage 43. The second ejection pin 19 slides the socket portion 5 to a fitting portion 54 with the insertion head 3 in response to the operation of the grip lever 12 within a curved hollow guide member 20 which is fixedly installed in a state inclined obliquely downward so that a tip portion 51 of the second ejection pin 19 is positioned on the ejection direction line of the insertion head 3, and at the fitting portion 54,The insertion head 3 and the socket portion 5 are configured to fit together.
[0006] Furthermore, in the conventional locking piece mounting device 100, a gap 70 having an appropriate distance and depth is formed between the wall surface including the first guide passage 42 and the wall surface including the second guide passage 43, and the bottom surface of the gap 70 is formed in a closed manner by a horizontal bottom surface portion 102 or an inclined bottom surface portion 101. As described above, the conventional locking piece attachment device 100 is configured so that the plane formed by the first guide passage 42 incorporating the first ejection pin portion 16 and the plane formed by the second guide passage 43 incorporating the second ejection pin portion 19 are different, as shown in Figure 11, and more specifically, the plane including the first guide passage 42 is configured to be positioned lower than the plane including the second guide passage 43, and an inclined bottom portion 101 is present in the recess between them. In the specific example shown in Figure 10, as is clear from the plan view and front view in Figures 16 and 17, the plane formed by the first guide passage 42 and the plane formed by the second guide passage 43 are formed to be on the same plane, and a horizontal bottom surface portion 102 exists in the recess between them.
[0007] An example of a more specific configuration of the drive mechanism of the above-mentioned conventional locking piece attaching device 100 and its drive system will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. 12(A), 12(B), 13, 14(A) and 14(B) are a side view and a plan view showing an example of the internal structure of the locking piece attaching device 100. As shown in FIG. Here, the conventional device main body 10 comprises a grip lever 12 rotatably supported on a device main body grip section 11, a drive arm 13 rotated by the grip lever 12, a first pin holder section 15 linearly sliding on a first guide rail 14 by the drive arm 13, a first ejection pin 16 attached to the first pin holder section 15 and sliding back and forth within the first guide passage 42, a second pin holder section 18 linearly moving on a second guide rail 17 by the drive arm 13, and a flexible member such as a tightly wound coil spring having a base end fixed to the second pin holder section 18. and a second ejection pin 19 which slides back and forth within the second guide passage 43, and this second ejection pin 19 is connected to an outlet portion of the second guide passage 43 at the tip portion 41 of the device main body 10, and is provided with a curved hollow guide member 20 which guides the second ejection pin 19, and the guide member 20 is curved and changes its height and horizontal position so that a tip portion 51 of the guide member 20 is positioned lowered to the sliding protruding position of the first ejection pin 16, and the second ejection pin 19 is configured to be able to reach the tip portion 51.
[0008] On the other hand, the grip lever 12 is rotatably supported on a pin 21 erected on the device main body 10 as shown in Figures 12(A), 12(B) and 13, and a first cam 22 that abuts against the base end portion of the drive arm 13 is formed on its inner surface. By appropriately changing the shape of this cam, the moving speed of the first ejection pin 16 can be changed. Moreover, the first cam 22 is formed in a shape such that it always abuts against the roller 24 at a right angle even when the grip lever 12 rotates around the pin 21 . On the other hand, the drive arm 13 is rotatably supported by a support shaft 23 erected on the inner surface of the grip portion 11 at approximately the center, and a base end portion 13a is bent at a right angle. Further, a roller 24 is rotatably attached to the base end portion 13a. Furthermore, a spring member 25, one end of which is fixed to the grip portion, is attached to a portion 13b of the drive arm 13. The drive arm 13 is urged to rotate in a clockwise direction by this spring member 25. Therefore, the roller 24 at the base end is always urged in a direction to abut against the first cam 22 at a right angle.
[0009] 18(A), 18(B) and 19, the drive arm 13 is provided with a second cam 26 that drives the first pin holder part 15. The second cam 26 has curved parts 26a and 26b that are curved almost symmetrically on both sides, and has a pointed head 26c at the upper end. A hole 13c is formed at the tip of the drive arm 13, and a link member 27 which is connected to the second pin holder portion 18 is rotatably connected thereto. The link member 27 is connected to the tip of the drive arm 13 via an elongated hole.
[0010] 18(A) and 18(B) are explanatory diagrams showing the relationship between the first pin holder portion 15 and the second cam 26. FIG. 18(A) shows a state in which the drive arm 13 is urged to rotate clockwise by the spring member 25 without the grip lever 12 being gripped (see FIG. 12(A)). The first pin holder portion 15 has been moved to the right in the figure by the curved portion 26b of the second cam 26, and the first ejection pin 16 has also retracted to the innermost position. The second cam 26 is inserted into the central groove of the first pin holder portion 15.
[0011] FIG. 18(B) shows a state in which the grip lever 12 is gripped and the drive arm 13 is rotated counterclockwise against the spring member 25 (see FIG. 12(B)). The first pin holder part 15 has been moved to the left in the figure by the pointed head 26c of the second cam 26, and the first ejection pin 16 also protrudes to its very end. The relationship between the first pin holder part 15 and the second cam 26 is such that initially the curved part 26a abuts against the side wall of the groove of the first pin holder part 15, but as the drive arm 13 rotates gradually, the notched part 26 of the second cam abuts, and the feed speed of the first pin holder part 15 temporarily decreases near the end. Furthermore, in the final stage, the pointed head 26c falls into the small recess 15a formed on the side wall of the groove, and the first pin holder part 15 can be held in this state.
[0012] The second pin holder portion 18 is connected to the drive arm 13 via a link member 27, and moves linearly while being guided by the second guide rail 17 (see FIG. 13). When the drive arm 13 rotates counterclockwise, the link member 27, which had been pressing the second pin holder portion 18 in an inverted L-shape, rotates in a toggle shape at the long hole portion, changing the moving speed of the second pin holder portion 18 near the main end. In other words, when the link member 27 rotates in a toggle manner, the second pin holder portion 18 hardly moves at all. This mechanism can prevent the second ejection pin 19 from bouncing back. Therefore, the socket portion can be held and fixed to the tip 51 of the guide member 20. Moreover, the socket portion 5 which has first reached the tip 51 of the guide member 20 can be made to wait.
[0013] Next, a specific example of a procedure for using the locking piece attaching device 100 configured as above will be described. First, the loop pin 1 is attached to the mounting portion from the top surface of the main unit 10. 15, the loop pin 1 has the socket portion 5 positioned high and the insertion head portion 3 positioned low. This inclination is equal to the inclination of the guide member 20. When the grip lever 12 is gripped, it rotates around the pin 21, and the drive arm 13, which is in contact with the grip lever 12 via a roller 24, rotates counterclockwise against the spring member 25. When the drive arm 13 rotates, the first pin holder part 15 engaged with the second cam 26 advances along the first guide rail 14. When the first pin holder part 15 advances, the first ejection pin 16 fixed thereto ejects one of the insertion head parts 3 forward.
[0014] On the other hand, when the drive arm 13 rotates, the link member 27 connected to the tip end thereof rotates, causing the second pin holder portion 18 to advance along the second guide rail 17 . The second pin holder part 18 is located farther away from the rotation center of the drive arm 13, and therefore moves forward at a faster speed than the first pin holder part 15. Also, the distance that the socket part 5 travels through the guide member 20 to reach its tip position 51 is longer than the distance that the insertion head part 3 travels in a straight line, so the stroke for movement is also set to be long. The movement timing of the two is set so that the socket part 5 reaches the tip position 51 first, and then the insertion head part 3 reaches the tip position 51 and couples with each other at part 54.
[0015] In addition, the forward speed of the first ejection pin 16 is temporarily reduced near the protruding end due to the structure of the second cam 26 and the first pin holder part 15, and the first ejection pin 16 is latched at the protruding end, preventing the occurrence of cracks in the loop pin. Furthermore, since the first ejection pin 16 is latched in the protruding state, the insertion head part can be securely attached to the socket part. The second pin holder portion 18 is connected to the tip of the drive arm 13 via a link member 27, so that it rotates in a toggle manner at the hole 13c, changing the moving speed of the second pin holder portion 18 near the terminal end. In other words, when the link member 27 rotates about the hole 13c, the second pin holder portion 18 hardly moves forward. This mechanism makes it possible to prevent the second ejection pin 19 from bouncing back, and makes it possible to hold and fix the socket portion 28a to the tip of the guide member 20.
[0016] Next, an example of a method of using the conventional locking piece attaching device 100 will be specifically described. First, an example of the configuration of the loop pin 1 used in the conventional locking piece attaching device 100 will be described with reference to FIG. In other words, each of the loop pins 1 used in the conventional latch piece attaching device 100 is a single sealer 1, as shown in Figures 20(A) to 20(D), which is composed of a flexible filament body portion 2, an insertion head 3 having an appropriate engaging portion 6 provided at one end 60 of the filament body portion 2, and a socket portion 5 having a hole 4 formed therein with an engaging portion 116 for irreversibly passing the insertion head 3 provided at the other end 30 of the filament body portion 2, and is configured so that by inserting the insertion head 3 through the opening 4 provided in the socket portion 5, the engaging portion 6 provided on the insertion head 3 engages with a stopper portion composed of a blade-shaped engaging portion 116 arranged within the opening 4 of the socket portion 5, making it impossible for the insertion head 3 to come off from the opening 4 of the socket portion 5.
[0017] Furthermore, in this conventional example, the loop pin 1 is attached to a specific product with an appropriate tag held thereon, and this operation is performed mechanically. In order to perform this operation efficiently, it is desirable to arrange a plurality of loop pins 1 in parallel to one another, as shown in Figure 20(A), and hold a portion of each of the insertion head portions 3 of each loop pin 1 fixedly to a specified connection bar 8 in a state that allows it to be easily cut off, and hold a portion of each of the socket portions 5 of each loop pin 1 fixedly to a separate specified connection bar 8' in a state that allows it to be easily cut off, thereby forming and using an integrated sheet-like loop pin assembly 9.
[0018] Next, in order to mount the above-mentioned loop pin assembly 9 on the locking piece attaching device 100 and actually shoot out the individual loop pins 1, as shown in Figures 10, 11, 14(B) and 16, the two connection bars 8, 8' of the loop pin assembly 9 are brought close to each other and the filament portion 2 is bent into a U-shape, and in this state, the connection bar 8 of the two connection bars 8, 8' is inserted into the vertical groove 32 for inserting the connection bar 8 provided in the locking piece attaching device 100, and the insertion head 3 is inserted into the first guide passage 42 that guides the first ejection pin 16, and at the same time, the connection bar 8' is inserted into the vertical groove 33 for inserting the connection bar 8' provided in the locking piece attaching device 100, and the loop pin assembly 9 is set on the locking piece attaching device 100 so that the socket portion 5 is inserted into the second guide passage 43 that guides the second ejection pin 19. Thereafter, each time the grip lever 12 of the locking piece attachment device 100 is pulled, the above-mentioned mechanism is activated, and at the same time, an appropriate loop pin feeding mechanism (not shown) is also activated to sequentially feed the individual insertion heads 3 and socket portions 5 of the loop pin 1 into the first and second guide passages one by one, thereby individually striking out each component to form a loop.
[0019] However, in the above-mentioned conventional locking piece attaching device 100, as shown in Figures 10 and 11, when the loop pin sheet 9 is mounted on the locking piece attaching device 100 in a curved state, and the loop pins 1 are continuously hammered out one by one to attach them to a specific product so as to form a closed loop together with a tag, label or price tag, etc., the central part of the thread body portion 2 in each loop pin 1, where the thread body portion 2 is greatly curved, is in a so-called free state, that is, the central part of each thread body portion 2 is in a state in which it can be displaced and deformed freely, since there is nothing to connect or fix each of the thread body portions to each other between the thread body portions in other loop pins 1 arranged adjacent to each other.
[0020] Therefore, in such a state, if any tension fluctuation or any abnormal force is applied to any part of each thread-shaped body portion 2, the thread body portion 2 including the central curved portion which is in the freely moving state will easily be displaced, deformed or shifted in position in a variety of directions, resulting in the thread body portion 2 coming into contact with or becoming entangled with the curved thread body portion 2 of another adjacent loop pin 1. As a result, if the thread portions 2 of adjacent loop pins 1 become entangled or come into contact and fixed, the launched loop pin 1 will not be completely engaged with the socket portion 5 and the insertion portion 3, and if the next loop pin 1 is launched without knowing that the loop pin 1 has not been fully connected, a jam will occur inside the hollow guide 50 or curved guide portion 20, making it time-consuming to remove the loop pin, significantly reducing work efficiency. It may also cause a malfunction of the locking piece attaching device 100, rendering it unusable. Furthermore, even if the insertion head 3 and the socket portion are completely engaged, if the curved thread portion 2 is entangled or intertwined with each other as described above, there have been many cases where the loop pin 1 including a tag, etc. cannot be separated and removed from the locking piece attaching device 100.
[0021] In order to solve such problems, the inventors of the present application and other related parties have disclosed the following: JP 2005-206171 A (Patent Document 6) As shown in JP 2010-126176 A (Patent Document 7) and the like, the causes of the above-mentioned problems have been examined, and specific improvement measures have been proposed for each of the individual causes in order to solve them. However, it is still not possible to obtain a sufficient and complete effect of preventing the occurrence of entanglement itself. In particular, when the thread portion 2 of the loop pin 1 is a thin filament, or when a more flexible thread-like material such as yarn, twisted yarn, braided cord, or knitted cord is used, or when the firing speed of the loop pin 1 is increased, the probability of entanglement occurring increases, and the current situation is that it is quite difficult to eliminate this drawback. In other words, in a method of using the above-mentioned conventional loop pins and the above-mentioned conventional loop pin fastening device to fasten the conventional loop pins and attach appropriate tags or the like to appropriate merchandise, due to the reasons shown in some of the known examples above, the filament parts constituting each loop pin used may cross over or cross-engage with the filament parts constituting adjacent other loop pins, or may be joined and abut against each other, resulting in an inseparable state. As a result, the individual insertion parts and individual socket parts of the loop pins cannot be fitted together, or even if both are fitted together, because the filament parts constituting each loop pin are crossed, it often becomes difficult to remove the loop pins from the loop pin fastening device even after the loop pin hammering operation is completed. The removal operation requires a considerable amount of time and effort, which significantly reduces the efficiency of the tag attachment operation and is a factor in increasing costs.
[0022] As a result, the inventors of the present application continued their intensive research and further sought other causes for the thread portions 2 of the loop pins 1 becoming entangled and intertwined with each other, causing the punching operation to end incompletely, or for the defective punched loop pins to be difficult to remove from the main device. As a result, it was found that the new cause is that after the insertion portion 3 is punched out of the machine by the first punch pin 16, when the first punch pin retracts to its original position, while the filament portion (yarn portion) 2 of the loop pin 1 that has just been punched out has not yet been removed, the insertion portion 3' of the subsequent loop pin 1' above it descends for some reason and comes into contact with the filament portion 2 of the previous loop pin 1 that still remains in the first guide passage 42, making it impossible to remove the previous loop pin 1 that has been punched out from the loop pin fastening device 10, and at the same time making it impossible to punch out the next loop pin. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 21, after the insertion head 3 has been once driven out of the hollow guide member 50 by the first drive pin 16 in the first guide passage 42, when the first drive pin 16 returns to its original position, the insertion portion 3' constituting the next loop pin 1 comes down from above into the insertion head fitting opening 53 provided in the first guide passage 42, and the thread body portion 2 (shown in black) of the previous loop pin that was driven out earlier comes into contact with each other in the first guide passage 42 and becomes entangled with each other, making it impossible to completely drive out the previous loop pin from the main device 10, and making it impossible to remove both entangled loop pins from the main device 10, or making it impossible to drive out the next loop pin. This has been found to be a new cause. Needless to say, the same problem occurs at the socket portion fitting opening of the second guide passage 43 in the locking piece attaching device 100.
[0023] Furthermore, as another cause, in the past, when the above-mentioned situation occurred, the loop pins 1 whose insertion portion 3 and socket portion 5 could not be engaged, or the loop pins 1 whose insertion portion 3 and socket portion 5 could be engaged but whose filament portions 2 constituting adjacent loop pins 1 were crossed and entangled as described above and in a joined state, were manually removed in the main body device 10 of the loop pin connecting device along the extrusion direction of the first ejection pin 16. However, since the curved socket portion feed-out guide portion 20 is located in front of the main body device 10, there was little working space, making it a time-consuming task requiring great nerves and delicate movements, and it was found to be the cause of a significant decrease in working efficiency.
[0024] Furthermore, the inventor further investigated the cause of the state in which the filament portions 2 of adjacent loop pins 1 cross and engage with each other, and found that in the conventional loop pin launching device 100, the bottom portions 101, 102 of the gap 70 between the first guide passage 42, which launches the insertion portion 3, and the second guide passage 43, which launches the socket portion 5, are in a closed state, so that the filament portions 2 that make up each of the multiple loop pins 1 come into contact with the flat or inclined portions of the bottom portions 101, 102, and are subjected to a reaction force that pushes them upward. This, combined with an external force caused by the loop pin launching device frequently moving up and down and left and right within the space, causes adjacent filament portions 2 to be affected by vibrations, etc., and easily become entangled with each other. It has been found that when the filament portion is thin and highly flexible, or when a thread-like material such as twisted yarn is used for the filament portion, these are deformed and meandered more than expected at the lower surface bottom portions 101, 102, and entanglement occurs with an extremely high probability. On the other hand, it was found that when the filament portion is thin and flexible or when the thread-shaped material is used for the filament portion, when the filament portion of the previous loop pin is pulled forward toward the portion where the insertion portion and the socket portion engage after the striking operation, the filament portion of the next loop pin is dragged forward by the pulling out action of the filament portion of the previous loop pin, which is one of the causes of adjacent filaments becoming further entangled. As a result of further intensive research, the inventors of the present application have discovered and commercialized a technology that solves the problems with the prior art described above and allows for efficiently, quickly, and more accurately attaching and fastening the desired fastening piece to the desired product. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
[0030] Hereinafter, specific examples of the locking piece attaching device according to the present invention and the loop pin preferably used in the locking piece attaching device will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. First, a preferred embodiment of the locking piece attaching device 100 according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to FIGS. That is, as shown in Figs. 1 and 4, the locking piece attaching device 100 according to the present invention comprises a grip lever 12 rotatably supported on a grip portion 11 provided on a device main body 10, a drive arm 13 rotated by the grip lever 12, a first guide passage 42 arranged within the device main body 10 and extending from the vicinity of a rear end portion 40 of the device main body 10 to a front end portion 41 of the device main body 10 along the longitudinal direction of the device main body 10, and a locking piece attaching device 101 arranged substantially parallel to the first guide passage 42 at a predetermined interval. A second guide passage 43 is provided extending from the vicinity of the rear end 40 of the device body 10 to the front end 41 of the device body 10, and a first ejection pin 16 that moves linearly back and forth in response to the swinging motion of the drive arm 13 is provided in the first guide passage 42, and a second ejection pin 19 made of a flexible member that moves back and forth in response to the swinging motion of the drive arm 13 is provided in the second guide passage 43. The first ejection pin 16 is a flexible member having a predetermined length that is supplied separately. The thread body portion 2 has an insertion head 3 having a suitable engagement portion 6 at one end 60 thereof, and a socket portion 5 having a hole 4 in which an engagement portion 6 for irreversibly inserting and fitting the insertion head 3 is provided at the other end 30 of the thread body portion 2. The second ejection pin 19 is configured to come into contact with the insertion head 3 loaded and supplied into the first guide passage 42, and to eject the insertion head 3 linearly out of the device main body portion 10 in response to the operation of the grip lever 12. On the other hand, the second ejection pin 19 is configured to be inserted into a suitable hole 42. In the locking piece attaching device 100, the socket portion 5 is slidably moved to a fitting portion 54 with the insertion head 3 in response to the operation of the grip lever 12 within a curved hollow guide member 20 which is fixedly installed so that the socket portion 5 comes into contact with the socket portion 5 loaded and supplied into the second guide passage 43, is connected to the open end 41 of the device body 10 of the second ejection pin 19, and its tip portion 51 is disposed on the ejection direction line of the insertion head 3, and the socket portion 5 is moved to a fitting portion 54 with the insertion head 3 in response to the operation of the grip lever 12, and the insertion head 3 and the socket portion 5 are fitted together at that portion 54. First guide passage 42 and Second guide passage 43The locking piece mounting device 100 is characterized in that the bottom portions 101, 102 of the gap 70 formed between the locking piece mounting device 10 and the bottom portion 102 are removed to provide a space release portion 200 facing downward of the device main body portion 10, or a space release portion 200 facing both toward the front end portion and downward of the device main body portion.
[0031] That is, in the present invention, in the conventional locking piece attaching device 100, as shown in FIG. 10 or FIG. 11, etc., in the gap 70 formed between the side wall surface including the first guide passage 42 and the side wall surface including the second guide passage 43 of the conventional locking piece attaching device 100, there are flat or inclined bottom surface portions 101, 102 as shown in the respective drawings, and the bottom surface portions 101, 102 are arranged such that the flexible thread body portion 2 such as a filament constituting each of the loop pins 1 is arranged in a curved body and the curved portions of the thread body portion 2 are mutually inclined, as described above. When stacked in a multi-layered state, the curved portions of the adjacent stacked thread body portions 2 constantly or irregularly abut against the bottom portions 101, 102 inside the gap portion 70, and due to external forces, vibrations, pressure, etc. that they receive continuously or intermittently from the bottom portion, they displace, move, or jump relative to each other, causing the curved portions of the thread body portions 2 to become entangled, joined, or intertwined with each other, preventing the smooth sliding and movement of each individual loop pin 1 and making it impossible to perform the normal fitting process of the loop pins 1 or resulting in an incomplete fitting state. In order to improve the occurrence of such a situation, the inventor of the present application, as described above and shown in Figures 1 and 4, has removed the flat or inclined bottom portions 101, 102 that constitute the bottom portion of the gap 70 formed between the side wall surface including the first guide passage 42 and the side wall surface including the second guide passage 43 of the locking piece attachment device 100, thereby forming a space release portion 200 that is open at least toward the downward direction of the device main body 10. In the present invention, it is preferable to provide space openings facing both the front end direction and the downward direction of the device main body, which is one of the more desirable specific examples in terms of work efficiency.
[0032] The width, depth and vertical length of the space release portion 200 in the present invention are not particularly limited, but it is desirable that the space release portion 200 penetrates in an approximately vertical state from the upper surface to the lower end surface of the device main body 10 of the locking piece attachment device 100 of the present invention. In this case, when the locking piece attaching device 100 is viewed from above, the cross section of the space releasing portion 200 has a square shape. Furthermore, in the locking piece attaching device 100 of the present invention, as is clear from Figure 7, it is also a preferred embodiment to provide an opening in the tip portion 41 of the device main body 10, and in this case, when the locking piece attaching device 100 is viewed from above, the cross-sectional shape of the space release portion 200 is U-shaped. By adopting such a configuration, the locking piece attaching device of the present invention, in the loop pin assembly 9 formed by integrating a plurality of loop pins 1 mounted on the locking piece attaching device 100 of the present invention, the occurrence of the above-mentioned problems in the conventional art is reliably prevented for each of the curved thread body portions 2 formed by the loop pins 1, and as a result, it is possible to receive the hammering operation of each loop pin while reliably maintaining an orderly stacked state. Therefore, the problem of the insertion head 3 and socket portion 5 of the loop pin 1 not being properly engaged, or the adjacent loop pins 1 being entangled or joined together, making it impossible to remove from the locking piece attaching device 100 those for which the insertion head 3 and socket portion 5 have been properly engaged or those for which the engagement has not been properly performed.
[0033] In other words, in the conventional case, when a malfunction as described above occurred and it was attempted to remove the improperly engaged loop pin 1 from the locking piece attaching device 100, the only solution was to manually pull out the improperly engaged loop pin 1 in the direction of the front end portion 41 of the device main body 10 of the locking piece attaching device 100, because in the conventional locking piece attaching device 100, as described above, the bottom portion 101 or 102 exists in the gap portion 70 of the locking piece attaching device 100. However, in this method of removing the improperly fitted loop pin 1 by moving it in a direction perpendicular to the arrangement direction of the loop pins 1, the thread-like portions 2 that form the curved portions of adjacent loop pins 1 that are entangled with each other are pulled out while they are still entangled, which makes the entanglement even stronger and makes pulling out more difficult. As a result, it is necessary to perform an inefficient corrective operation in which the hammering operation must be temporarily stopped, the loop pin assembly 9 must be removed from the locking piece attaching device 100, and the loop pins 1 that are improperly fitted or cannot be fitted must be manually removed.
[0034] In contrast to this, in the present invention, as described above, the locking piece attaching device 100 is provided with the space release portion 200 having the above-mentioned configuration, so that in the event of a faulty fitting operation, the faulty loop pin 1 can be easily separated and removed from the locking piece attaching device 100 by manually pulling out the faulty loop pin 1 from the lower open end of the space release portion 200. In such a configuration In a state in which the respective filament portions 2 formed and arranged in a curved shape in each loop pin 1 are continuously stacked in multiple layers, it is possible to pull out the improperly fitted loop pin 1 in parallel along the stacking direction, so that the pull-out removal operation can be easily performed without further exacerbating the entangled state during the pull-out operation.
[0035] In addition, the present invention uses the locking piece attachment device 100. The loop pin 1 is configured The flexible thread portion 2 is preferably made of a plastic filament or thread-like body. Used in In a preferred embodiment, the thread portion 2 of the loop pin 1 is made of a twisted thread-like material made of natural or synthetic fibers, or is made of one or a combination of materials selected from the group consisting of braided cord, knitted cord, paper cord, twisted paper, and vegetable fiber thread. In particular, in the present invention, it is particularly preferable to use a filamentous body part that has as little environmental impact as possible, and from that viewpoint, it is desirable to use a filamentous body part made of natural materials as the filamentous body part used in the present invention. In addition, in the above-mentioned specific example, the locking piece attaching device 100 in the present invention has been described with reference to the locking piece attaching device having the configuration shown in Figs. 4 to 6. However, as shown in Figs. 1 to 3, First guide passage 42 The horizontal plane formed by Second guide passage 43 It goes without saying that the same effect can be obtained with a locking piece mounting device having a configuration in which the horizontal planes formed by the locking pieces are arranged so as to be different from each other.
[0036] Next, as a result of further intensive research into improvements to the operation of the above-mentioned locking piece attaching device 100 and the technology for preventing improper fitting, the present invention has found that in order to prevent the thread-like body portions 2 from entangling with each other when the loop pins 1 are fired out, as shown in Figure 8, a long guide member 300 of an appropriate length is fixedly disposed within the space releasing portion 200 at a position corresponding to the inside of the curved portion of the individual flexible thread body portions 2 of the multiple loop pins 1 mounted on the device main body 10, penetrating through the space releasing portion 200 and extending along the vertical axis direction of the device main body 10 or a direction approximately thereto. The material constituting the guide member 300 is not particularly limited, and it is desirable to set it at any position as long as the condition that it is positioned so as to contact the inside of the curved portion of each thread body portion 2 in the loop pin 1 formed in a curved shape is satisfied. Furthermore, one specific example in which the guide member 300 has one end 301 fixed and held in the vicinity of the portion at the front end of the device main body 10 where the opening end 41 of the first guide passage 42 or the second guide passage 43 is formed, and is fixed and held to the tip 303 of a support member 302 arranged to extend from the one end 301 within the space release portion 200, is desirable. In a specific example, it is desirable that the length of the portion of the guide member 300 formed above the support member 302 is set to be the same as or longer than the longitudinal length of the connection bar 8 that fixes and holds the multiple loop pin groups 9 used.
[0037] Furthermore, in this specific example, it is desirable that the length of the portion of the guide member 300 formed below the support member 302 is set to a length equal to the length of at least the multiple loop pins 1 used that are arranged in parallel. FIG. 9 is a perspective view showing the loop pin assembly 9 made up of the loop pins attached to the locking piece attaching device 100 shown in FIG. 8 in another embodiment of the present invention. Furthermore, in the present invention, in order to promote stabilization so that the thread-like body portions 2 of the loop pins 1 do not become entangled, engaged, or joined together when the loop pin assembly 9 mounted on the locking piece attaching device 100 swings irregularly due to the various movements, displacements, and vibrations during operation, one preferred example is to provide an appropriate auxiliary engagement means 305 in the vicinity 40 of the rear end portion of the device main body 10 of the locking piece attaching device 100, as shown in Figure 23, so as to be able to engage the tip portion of the guide member 300 used in the present invention described above, and to forcibly hold and fix the guide member 300 in a curved state.
[0038] Next, during the course of research into solving the problems in the prior art described above, the present invention discovered that in addition to the configuration of the locking piece attaching device 100, it was also essential to improve the structure of the loop pin 1 itself to be mounted on the locking piece attaching device 100.As a result of extensive research into this point, the present invention has succeeded in developing a loop pin 1 having a structure suitable for use with the locking piece attaching device 100 in the present invention described above. That is, the second aspect of the present invention is a loop pin 1 that can be mounted on the locking piece attaching device 100 according to the first aspect of the present invention and used effectively and efficiently, and the structure of the loop pin 1 that can be used under conditions in which the operation of attaching tags, etc. is efficient and in which incomplete fitting is unlikely to occur is a loop pin 1 in which one end 60 of a flexible thread body portion 2 of a predetermined length is provided with an insertion head 3 having a suitable engagement portion 6 near the tip, and the other end 30 of the thread body portion 2 is provided with a socket portion 5 having a fitting hole portion 4 in which a locking portion 6 is provided for irreversibly inserting and fitting the insertion head 3, and the one end 60 of the thread body portion 2 is connected and fixed at an appropriate position of the insertion head 3 in a direction perpendicular to the central axis direction P of the insertion head 3, and the insertion head 3 is fixed to the socket portion 5 in such a manner that the insertion head 3 is inserted into the socket portion 5 through a suitable hole 4. On the same plane as the surface 205 in which the fitting hole 4 is formed The other end 30 of the thread body portion 2 is It is connected and fixed perpendicular to the surface 205 on which the fitting hole 4 is formed. The essential constituent element of the present invention is loop pin 1.
[0039] The configuration of the novel loop pin 1 will be described in more detail with reference to the drawings. As a desirable configuration of the novel loop pin 1, as shown in FIG. 24, one end 60 of a flexible thread body portion 2 having a predetermined length is provided with an insertion head portion 3 having an appropriate engagement portion 6 near the tip, and the other end 30 of the thread body portion 2 is provided with a socket portion 5 having a fitting hole portion (hole portion) 4 having a locking portion 116 for irreversibly inserting and fitting the insertion head portion 6, and the insertion head portion 3 is provided with a locking portion 116 for locking the insertion head portion 6 in an appropriate position. Center axis P direction The one end 60 of the thread body portion 2 is connected and fixed in a direction perpendicular to the direction of the thread body portion 2, and the fitting hole portion 4 of the insertion head portion 3 formed in the socket portion 5 is formed in the socket portion 5. On the same plane as surface 205 The other end 30 of the thread body portion 2 has the fitting hole portion 4 formed therein. Connected and fixed at right angles to surface 205 The loop pin 1 is characterized by being In the loop pin 1 of the second embodiment of the present invention, the portion of the insertion head 3 to which one end 60 of the thread body portion 2 is joined and the connection portion on the surface 205 of the socket portion 5 to which the other end 30 of the thread body portion 2 is joined, where the fitting hole 4 of the insertion head 3 is formed, are not particularly limited and any portion can be selected, but in the present invention in particular, when the thread body portion 2 is a highly flexible thread-like body made of a filament including twisted yarns made of natural or synthetic fibers, a braided cord, a knitted cord, a paper cord, a paper twist, or a vegetable fiber filament, it is desirable to arrange it in a portion such as that shown by the solid line 2 in Figure 24, and by adopting such a configuration, the loop pin 1 can be manufactured at high speed and continuously.
[0040] On the other hand, in the present invention, when the thread body 2 is made of a filament made of a synthetic resin, the attachment portion of the thread body 2 is Dotted line 2' It is also preferable that the ion exchange layer 10 is placed in a position as shown in FIG. In addition, in the present invention, one end 60 of the thread body portion 2 is connected to the insertion head 3 in a direction perpendicular to the central axis P of the insertion head 3, and the thread-like body portion 2 is connected perpendicular to the same surface as the surface 205 of the socket portion 5 on which the fitting hole 4 of the insertion head 3 is formed. This completely prevents the occurrence of one of the problems in the prior art described above, in which a part of the thread-like body portion 2 of the loop pin 1 previously launched within the first guide passage 42 described in Figure 21 becomes entangled with the insertion head 3 of the subsequent loop pin 1 that has descended to be launched thereafter, and the two become difficult to move due to the engagement of the two.
[0041] The reason for this is that, as shown in Figure 22, the filamentous body portion 2 connected to the insertion head 3 as described above is attached in a direction perpendicular to the central axis P of the insertion head 3, so that the filamentous body portion 2 is prevented from being pulled into the insertion head fitting opening 53 of the first guide passage 42 due to the influence of the filamentous shape Q of the orthogonal connection portion and its surrounding portion, and at the same time, the structure sets the filamentous body portion 2 in a curved state with greater strength than in the conventional technology, so that the curved shape of the filamentous body portion 2 is more firmly stabilized. Furthermore, it is desirable that the thread-like body portion 2 in the loop pin 2 of the present invention has a suitable degree of flexibility, and a preferred embodiment of the flexible thread-like body 2 is made of a plastic filament or a normal thread body. Furthermore, a preferred embodiment of the thread body in the present invention is made of one or a combination of materials selected from the group consisting of thread bodies made of natural fibers or synthetic fibers, braided cords, knitted cords, paper cords, twisted paper, and vegetable fiber thread bodies.
[0042] Furthermore, in the present invention, a preferable embodiment for performing a tag attachment operation is that the loop pin 1 of the present invention forms a loop pin assembly 9 in which a plurality of the loop pins are arranged in parallel with each other with the thread body portion 2 straight, forming a group of loop pins. As shown in FIG. 25, in the loop pin assembly 9, each of the insertion heads 3 of the plurality of loop pins 1 is connected and fixed to a long-shaped first connection bar portion 8 (also called a runner bar) having an arbitrary cross-sectional shape via a connection link portion 111 having an appropriate shape and configured to be easily broken by a small external force, while each of the socket portions 5 of the plurality of loop pins 1 is connected and fixed to a long-shaped second connection bar portion 8' (also called a runner bar) having an arbitrary cross-sectional shape via a connection link portion 111' having an appropriate shape and configured to be easily broken by a small external force.
[0043] As is clear from the above explanation, in this invention, the above-mentioned structural improvements to the locking piece attaching device and the structural improvements to the loop pin are not intended to pursue a solution to prevent the entanglement of the thread-like portions of the loop pin, which has been a problem in the past, as a result of their individual effects or their synergistic effects, but rather to fundamentally eliminate the cause of such entanglement and complete a technology that theoretically perfects the operation of firing the loop pin.
