Water treatment method and water treatment device

Abstract

To provide a water treatment method and a water treatment device that exhibit stable water treatment performance by suppressing the blockage of reverse osmosis membranes due to silica scale.SOLUTION: A water treatment method includes treating to-be-treated water stored in a tank 11 through at least one reverse osmosis membrane module 12 to separate it into treated water, concentrated wastewater, and concentrated return water, and discharging the treated water and the concentrated wastewater to the outside, respectively. The method includes the step for adjusting the flow rate of the concentrated wastewater to be discharged to the outside so that the residence time becomes one hour or shorter, where the residence time ranges from the time the to-be-treated water is supplied to the tank 11 to the time it is treated through the at least one reverse osmosis membrane module 12 causing the impurities in the water to be discharged to outside together with the concentrated wastewater.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
