Description

[Technical field]

[0001] The present disclosure relates to a method for designing a center guide pin, a method for manufacturing a center guide pin, and a method for assembling a rotating machine. [Background technology]

[0002] Rotary machines such as steam turbines and compressors have a structure that includes a rotor that is rotatable about an axis and has rotor blades, a casing that covers the rotor, and a partition plate that is disposed between the casing and the rotor and has a plurality of stationary vanes (nozzles) disposed around the rotor on the upstream side of the rotor blades. In such rotary machines, the partition plate needs to be positioned within a prescribed tolerance in a horizontal direction intersecting with the axis relative to the casing that rotatably supports the rotor.

[0003] As a structure for positioning a partition plate relative to a casing, for example, Patent Document 1 discloses a configuration of a steam turbine equipped with a center guide pin. The steam turbine of Patent Document 1 includes a rotor, a casing, a partition plate, and a center guide pin. In this configuration, the casing extends in the circumferential direction of the rotor and is divided into upper and lower parts by a horizontal plane. The partition plate is disposed between the casing and the rotor, extends in the circumferential direction of the rotor, and is divided into upper and lower parts by a horizontal plane. The center guide pin positions the partition plate relative to the casing in the horizontal direction perpendicular to the axis. The center guide pin is fitted into a groove formed on the outer circumferential surface of the partition plate. The grooves are disposed vertically above and below the axis, respectively, and extend in the axial direction. [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]

[0004] [Patent Document 1] Patent No. 6802351 Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0005] However, in the configuration described in Patent Document 1, when assembling a rotary machine, it is necessary to temporarily assemble the partition plate to the casing many times. Specifically, first, with the partition plate placed on the casing, the gaps between the partition plate and the casing on both sides in the horizontal direction are measured. After that, the partition plate is removed from the casing. Next, the eccentricity of the center guide pin with respect to the groove is adjusted so that the gaps between the partition plate and the casing on both sides in the horizontal direction are within a target range. The partition plate is reattached to the casing so that the center guide pin with the adjusted eccentricity is disposed inside the groove. In this way, in order to adjust the position of the partition plate with respect to the casing in the horizontal direction, it is necessary to move the partition plate, which is a heavy object, many times with respect to the casing. Therefore, there is a problem that it takes a lot of time to align and attach the partition plate to the casing.

[0006] The present disclosure has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems, and aims to provide a method for designing a center guide pin, a method for manufacturing a center guide pin, and a method for assembling a rotating machine, which can easily align the partition plate with the passenger compartment and improve work efficiency. [Means for solving the problem]

[0007] In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, a design method of a center guide pin according to the present disclosure is a design method of a center guide pin for a rotary machine including: a rotor rotatable about an axis; a casing that is vertically separable by a casing dividing surface that extends in the circumferential direction of the rotor and is a horizontal plane; a partition plate that is disposed between the casing and the rotor and that is vertically separable by a partition dividing surface that extends in the circumferential direction of the rotor and is a horizontal plane; a groove portion formed on an outer peripheral surface of the partition plate so as to extend in an axial direction along which the axis extends; and a center guide pin that is fixed to an inner peripheral surface of the casing that faces the outer peripheral surface of the partition plate and is fitted into the groove portion, thereby enabling positioning of the partition plate with respect to the casing in a horizontal direction perpendicular to the axial direction. The design method of the center guide pin includes the steps of: measuring an inner peripheral surface of the casing by three-dimensional measurement at a plurality of measurement positions spaced apart in the axial direction, thereby obtaining a plurality of center points of the casing when viewed from the axial direction, and setting a virtual center axis of the casing based on the plurality of center points of the casing; the step of measuring an outer shape of a center guide pin by three-dimensional measurement to obtain a center position of the center guide pin in the horizontal direction; the step of obtaining an eccentricity amount of the center position of the center guide pin relative to a virtual center axis of the passenger compartment in the horizontal direction as a first eccentricity amount; the step of measuring an outer peripheral surface of the partition plate by three-dimensional measurement to obtain a center point of the partition plate when viewed from the axial direction and setting a virtual central axis of the partition plate based on the center point of the partition plate; the step of measuring a shape of the groove portion by three-dimensional measurement to obtain a center position of the groove portion in the horizontal direction;

[0008] The method for manufacturing a center guide pin according to the present disclosure includes a step of manufacturing the center guide pin designed by the above-described method for designing a center guide pin.

[0009] The method of assembling a rotating machine according to the present disclosure includes a step of fixing the center guide pin manufactured by the above-described method of manufacturing a center guide pin to an inner surface of the casing, and a step of assembling the partition plate having the groove portion formed therein to the casing and fitting the center guide pin into the groove portion. Effect of the Invention

[0010] According to the disclosed method for designing a center guide pin, the method for manufacturing a center guide pin, and the method for assembling a rotating machine, the partition plate can be easily aligned with the casing, making work more efficient. [Brief description of the drawings]

[0012] Hereinafter, embodiments for carrying out a method for designing a center guide pin, a method for manufacturing a center guide pin, and a method for manufacturing a rotating machine according to the present disclosure will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. However, the present disclosure is not limited to the embodiments.

[0013] (Structure of steam turbine (rotary machine)) As shown in Figures 1 and 2, the steam turbine 1, which is a rotary machine in this embodiment, includes a rotor 2, a casing 4, a partition plate 3, a vertical position determining portion 5 (see Figure 2), and a center guide pin 7 (see Figure 2).

[0014] The rotor 2 is rotatable about the axis Ar. In the following description, the direction in which the axis Ar extends is referred to as the axial direction Da. The radial direction of the rotor 2 (steam turbine 1) about the axis Ar is simply referred to as the radial direction Dr. One of the radial directions Dr perpendicular to the axis Ar is referred to as the vertical direction Dv. Of the radial directions Dr perpendicular to the axis Ar, the direction perpendicular to the vertical direction Dv is referred to as the horizontal direction Dh. The direction around the rotor 2 about the axis Ar is referred to as the circumferential direction Dc of the rotor 2 (steam turbine 1).

[0015] The rotor 2 includes a rotor shaft 21 and multiple stages of rotor blades 22. The rotor shaft 21 is formed in a cylindrical shape centered on the axis Ar and extends in the axial direction Da. The multiple stages of rotor blades 22 are arranged at intervals in the axial direction Da. The rotor blades 22 of each stage extend from the rotor shaft 21 outward in the radial direction Dr. The rotor blades 22 of each stage are fixed to the outer circumferential surface of the rotor shaft 21. A plurality of the rotor blades 22 of each stage are arranged side by side in the circumferential direction Dc centered on the axis Ar.

[0016] The casing 4 is formed so as to cover the rotor 2 from the outside in the radial direction Dr. More specifically, the casing 4 is formed in a cylindrical shape extending in the circumferential direction Dc with the axis Ar as the center. As shown in Fig. 2, the casing 4 is divided into upper and lower parts by a horizontal plane Sh that is a plane perpendicular to the vertical direction Dv and includes the axis Ar. The casing 4 includes two half casings, an upper half casing (casing) 41 arranged above the vertical direction Dv and a lower half casing (casing) 42 arranged below the vertical direction Dv with respect to the axis Ar.

[0017] The upper half casing 41 has a casing dividing surface 41X, which is a horizontal surface Sh extending in the horizontal direction Dh, at both ends in the circumferential direction Dc. Similarly, the lower half casing 42 has a casing dividing surface 42X, which is a horizontal surface Sh extending in the horizontal direction Dh, at both ends in the circumferential direction Dc. The upper half casing 41 and the lower half casing 42 each have a flange portion F that protrudes so as to extend the casing dividing surfaces 41X, 42X outward in the horizontal direction Dh. The flange portion F of the upper half casing 41 and the flange portion F of the lower half casing 42 are fixed by fastening members (not shown) such as bolts and nuts with the casing dividing surface 41X of the upper half casing 41 and the casing dividing surface 42X of the lower half casing 42 abutting against each other.

[0018] The partition plate 3 is disposed between the casing 4 and the rotor 2. A plurality of partition plates 3 are disposed at intervals in the axial direction Da. Each partition plate 3 is formed to extend in the circumferential direction Dc. Each partition plate 3 is formed in an annular shape centered on the axis Ar that covers the rotor 2 from the outside in the radial direction Dr. The partition plate 3 is disposed away from the rotor blades 22 of each stage on one side (upstream side) in the axial direction Da. The partition plate 3 includes a plurality of stator blades (nozzles) 30 (not shown in FIG. 2) that rectify the steam supplied toward the rotor blades 22. These stator blades 30 are disposed side by side in the circumferential direction Dc centered on the axis Ar.

[0019] The partition plate 3 is divided into upper and lower parts by a horizontal plane Sh. The partition plate 3 includes two half partition plates, an upper half partition plate 31 arranged above the vertical direction Dv with respect to the axis Ar, and a lower half partition plate 32 arranged below the vertical direction Dv. The upper half partition plate 31 includes a partition plate dividing surface 31X, which is a horizontal plane Sh, at both ends in the circumferential direction Dc. The upper half partition plate 31 can be accommodated inside the upper half casing 41. Similarly, the lower half partition plate 32 includes a partition plate dividing surface 32X, which is a horizontal plane Sh, at both ends in the circumferential direction Dc. The lower half partition plate 32 can be accommodated inside the lower half casing 42.

[0020] 1, the steam turbine 1 is provided with seal members 90A and 90B at both ends in the axial direction Da to seal between the inner peripheral surface of the casing 4 and the outer peripheral surface of the rotor 2. The seal members 90A and 90B are disposed outside the axial direction Da with respect to the partition plate 3 and the rotor blades 22. The seal members 90A and 90B are fixed to seal fixing surfaces 91A and 91B formed on the inner peripheral surface of the casing 4, respectively.

[0021] 2, a groove 312 extending in the axial direction Da is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the partition plate 3. The groove 312 is formed on each of the upper half partition plate 31 and the lower half partition plate 32. The groove 312 is formed on the outer peripheral surface 31a of the upper half partition plate 31 at the uppermost part (upper apex) in the vertical direction Dv. The groove 312 is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the lower half partition plate 32 at the lowermost part (lower apex) in the vertical direction Dv. The groove 312 is formed in the same shape on the upper half partition plate 31 and the lower half partition plate 32. Therefore, in this embodiment, the groove 312 formed on the upper half partition plate 31 will be described as an example.

[0022] As shown in FIG. 3, the groove 312 is recessed from the outer peripheral surface 31a of the upper half partition plate 31 into a U-shaped cross section. The groove 312 extends in the axial direction Da. That is, the groove 312 is formed so as to penetrate both sides of the upper half partition plate 31 in the axial direction Da. The groove 312 of this embodiment has two inner side surfaces 312a and a bottom surface 312b. The two inner side surfaces 312a are flat surfaces that extend in the vertical direction Dv and the axial direction Da and face each other in the horizontal direction Dh. The bottom surface 312b is a flat surface that extends in the horizontal direction Dh and the axial direction Da and connects the two inner side surfaces 312a on the inside in the radial direction Dr.

[0023] A pin mounting portion 412 capable of mounting the center guide pin 7 is formed on an inner peripheral surface 41a of the upper half casing 41 and an inner peripheral surface of the lower half casing 42 facing the groove portion 312. The pin mounting portion 412 includes a recess 412a and a female thread portion 412b. A pin base portion 71 (described later) of the center guide pin 7 can be inserted into the recess 412a. A male thread portion 73a of a fastening member 73 that fixes the center guide pin 7 to the upper half casing 41 and the lower half casing 42 is screwed into the female thread portion 412b.

[0024] 2, the vertical position determining portion 5 determines the position of the upper half partition plate 31 in the vertical direction Dv relative to the upper half casing 41. The vertical position determining portion 5 is disposed near the casing dividing surfaces 41X at both ends in the circumferential direction Dc in the upper half casing 41. The vertical position determining portion 5 determines the relative positions of both ends of the upper half casing 41 in the circumferential direction Dc and both ends of the upper half partition plate 31 in the circumferential direction Dc.

[0025] The vertical position determining portion 5 includes a regulating piece 51 and a bolt 52. The upper half compartment 41 is formed with a mounting recess 41b for mounting the vertical position determining portion 5, and the upper half partition plate 31 is formed with an insertion recess 31b into which an end of the regulating piece 51 is inserted. The regulating piece 51 can be fixed in the mounting recess 41b with a bolt 52. The regulating piece 51 has an end protruding from the mounting recess 41b toward the upper half partition plate 31. The end of the regulating piece 51 is inserted into the insertion recess 31b. The insertion recess 31b restricts the inserted end of the regulating piece 51 from moving in the vertical direction Dv.

[0026] The center guide pin 7 is a member for positioning the partition plate 3 with respect to the casing 4 in the horizontal direction Dh perpendicular to the axial direction Da and the vertical direction Dv. The center guide pin 7 is fixed to the inner peripheral surface of the casing 4 facing the outer peripheral surface of the partition plate 3. The center guide pin 7 can be fitted into the groove portion 312. More specifically, the center guide pin 7 enables the positioning of the half partition plate (semi-annular partition plate) such as the upper half partition plate 31 or the lower half partition plate 32 with respect to the half casing (semi-cylindrical casing) such as the upper half casing 41 or the lower half casing 42 in the horizontal direction Dh. The center guide pin 7 is disposed between the upper half partition plate 31 and the upper half casing 41 at the upper portion in the vertical direction Dv, and between the lower half partition plate 32 and the lower half casing 42 at the lower portion in the vertical direction Dv. In other words, the center guide pins 7 are arranged on a vertical line Sv (see FIG. 2) passing through the axis Ar when viewed from the axial direction Da. The configuration of the center guide pin 7 arranged between the upper half casing 41 and the upper half partition plate 31 is the same as the configuration of the center guide pin 7 arranged between the lower half casing 42 and the lower half partition plate 32. Therefore, in this embodiment, the center guide pin 7 arranged between the upper half casing 41 and the upper half partition plate 31 will be described as an example.

[0027] As shown in FIG. 3, the center guide pin 7 is fixed to the inner peripheral surface 41a of the upper half casing 41 facing the outer peripheral surface 31a of the upper half partition plate 31. The center guide pin 7 is attached to the pin attachment portion 412. The center guide pin 7 of this embodiment includes a pin base 71 and a positioning portion 72. The pin base 71 is accommodated in the recess 412a of the pin attachment portion 412. The pin base 71 is formed in a disk shape centered on the pin axis O1. Here, the pin axis O1 is an axis line extending in the vertical direction Dv. The pin axis O1 overlaps with the central axis of the hole 412c through which the fastening member 73 for attaching the center guide pin 7 to the upper half casing 41 penetrates. The recess 412a of the pin attachment portion 412 forms a disk-shaped space slightly larger than the pin base 71. As a result, the pin base 71 is housed in the recess 412a, and the position of the center guide pin 7 with respect to the upper half casing 41 is determined.

[0028] The positioning portion 72 is disposed inside the groove portion 312 of the upper half casing 41 in a state in which the pin base portion 71 is accommodated in the recessed portion 412a and the center guide pin 7 is fixed to the upper half casing 41. As shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. 4, the positioning portion 72 has a pair of positioning surfaces 74 on both sides of the horizontal direction Dh in a state in which the center guide pin 7 is fixed to the upper half casing 41. The pair of positioning surfaces 74 are parallel to each other and extend in the axial direction Da and the vertical direction Dv so as to be perpendicular to the horizontal direction Dh. The distance between the pair of positioning surfaces 74 in the horizontal direction Dh is formed slightly smaller than the width of the above-mentioned groove portion 312. As a result, the positioning portion 72 fits into the groove portion 312. At that time, the pair of positioning surfaces 74 abut against the two inner surfaces 312a of the groove portion 312 at the same time. When the positioning portion 72 fits into the groove portion 312, a slight gap may be formed due to the groove width of the groove portion 312 and the machining tolerance of the positioning surface of the positioning portion 72. Even in such a case, the gap is of an allowable size that does not affect the eccentricity between the casing and the partition plate. As a result, the upper half partition plate 31 having the groove portion 312 is restricted from moving in the horizontal direction Dh relative to the upper half casing 41. In other words, the center guide pin 7 positions the upper half partition plate 31 in the horizontal direction Dh relative to the upper half casing 41. Even in this state, the upper half partition plate 31 having the groove portion 312 is allowed to move in the axial direction Da in which the groove portion 312 extends along the pair of positioning surfaces 74 relative to the upper half casing 41.

[0029] 3, the center guide pin 7 adjusts the position of the upper half partition plate 31 (partition plate 3) in the horizontal direction Dh relative to the upper half compartment 41 (compartment 4) by decentering the center position of the positioning portion 72 in the horizontal direction Dh (hereinafter referred to as the center position G1 of the center guide pin 7) in the horizontal direction Dh with respect to the pin axis O1. In this embodiment, the center position of the positioning portion 72 in the horizontal direction Dh is a position equidistant from the pair of positioning surfaces 74 in the horizontal direction Dh.

[0030] Next, a design method S100 for the center guide pin and a manufacturing method S200 for the center guide pin will be described. In the following description, the configuration of the center guide pin 7 arranged between the upper half casing 41 and the upper half partition plate 31 is the same as the configuration of the center guide pin 7 arranged between the lower half casing 42 and the lower half partition plate 32. Therefore, the design method and manufacturing method for the center guide pin 7 arranged between the upper half casing 41 and the upper half partition plate 31 will be described as an example.

[0031] (Center guide pin design method) In the design method S100 of the center guide pin, the shape of the center guide pin 7 is designed based on the result of three-dimensional measurement using a three-dimensional measuring machine. In the three-dimensional measurement of this embodiment, for example, a plurality of points on the surface of the component are measured to obtain a virtual center axis, a reference plane, and the like. As shown in FIG. 5, the design method S100 of the center guide pin includes a process S110 of setting a cabin reference plane, a process S120 of setting a virtual center axis of the cabin, a process S130 of obtaining a center position of the center guide pin, a process S140 of obtaining a first eccentricity amount, a process S150 of setting a partition plate reference plane, a process S160 of setting a virtual center axis of the partition plate, a process S170 of obtaining a center position of the groove portion, a process S180 of obtaining a second eccentricity amount, and a process S190 of designing the center guide pin.

[0032] In the step S110 of setting the casing reference plane, the casing dividing surface 41X of the upper half casing 41 is measured by three-dimensional measurement. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 6 and FIG. 7, the positions of a total of three or more measurement points at multiple locations separated in the axial direction Da on the casing dividing surface 41X are measured by three-dimensional measurement. The measurement positions described later refer to the positions of the measurement points measured by three-dimensional measurement. In this embodiment, the measurement is performed at two locations separated in the axial direction Da on the casing dividing surface 41X. Specifically, the casing dividing surface 41X is measured by three-dimensional measurement at the positions of measurement points m11 and m12, which are two points on both sides of the seal fixing surface 91A in the horizontal direction Dh, and measurement points m13 and m14, which are two points on both sides of the seal fixing surface 91B in the horizontal direction Dh. Here, it is preferable that the two measurement points m11 and m12 are substantially at the same position in the axial direction Da on the casing dividing surface 41X. Similarly, it is preferable that the two measurement points m13 and m14 are located at substantially the same position in the axial direction Da on the cabin dividing surface 41X. Based on the four measured measurement points m11 to m14, a cabin reference plane P1, which is an imaginary plane on the cabin dividing surface 41X and includes the measurement points m11 to m14, is set. That is, the cabin reference plane P1 is set to be parallel to the cabin dividing surface 41X.

[0033] Here, position measurements were performed at four points, measurement points m11 to m14, but it is sufficient to obtain measurement results of the cabin dividing surface 41X at at least three measurement points so as to define a virtual plane. The number of measurement points may be further increased to set the cabin reference plane P1 with higher accuracy. When increasing the number of measurement points, the number of measurement locations (cabin dividing surface 41X) where the axial direction Da positions are different may be increased to three or more, or the number of measurement points at the same axial direction Da position (cabin dividing surface 41X) may be increased to three or more.

[0034] In step S120 of setting the virtual center axis of the casing, as shown in Fig. 8 and Fig. 9, the inner circumferential surface 41a of the upper half casing 41 is measured by three-dimensional measurement at a plurality of measurement positions spaced apart in the axial direction Da. As shown in Fig. 3, the inner circumferential surface 41a of the upper half casing 41 is a surface that faces the outer circumferential surface 31a of the upper half partition plate 31 when the upper half partition plate 31 is fitted into the upper half casing 421. As shown in Fig. 8 and Fig. 9, in this embodiment, three-dimensional measurement is performed at two locations, the seal fixing surface 91A and the seal fixing surface 91B, which are spaced apart in the axial direction Da, as the inner circumferential surface 41a of the upper half casing 41. On the seal fixing surface 91A, measurements are performed at three or more measurement points m21 to m23 spaced apart in the circumferential direction Dc, to obtain the center of a virtual circle passing through the measurement points m21 to m23. The center of a virtual circle passing through these measurement points m21 to m23 is acquired as a center point J1 on the seal fixing surface 91A, which is one of the center points of the upper half casing 41 when viewed from the axial direction Da. In addition, on the seal fixing surface 91B, measurements are performed at three or more measurement points m24 to m26 spaced apart in the circumferential direction Dc, so that the center of a virtual circle passing through the measurement points m24 to m26 is acquired. The center of a virtual circle passing through these measurement points m24 to m26 is acquired as a center point J2 on the seal fixing surface 91B, which is one of the center points of the upper half casing 41 when viewed from the axial direction Da. Here, it is preferable that the three measurement points m21 to m23 are substantially at the same position in the axial direction Da on the inner circumferential surface 41a of the upper half casing 41. That is, the three measurement points m21 to m23 are located on the same virtual plane perpendicular to the axis Ar. Similarly, it is preferable that the three measurement points m24 to m26 are located at substantially the same positions in the axial direction Da on the inner circumferential surface 41a of the upper half casing 41. Based on the acquired multiple center points J1 and J2, a virtual center axis K1 of the upper half casing 41 is set. Specifically, a virtual line passing through the center points J1 and J2 is defined as the virtual center axis K1 of the upper half casing 41.

[0035] Here, position measurements were performed at measurement points m21 to m26, but the positions of the center points J1 and J2 may be obtained with higher accuracy by further increasing the number of measurement points. When increasing the number of measurement points, the number of measurement points at the same position in the axial direction Da (the inner circumferential surface 41a of the upper half casing 41) may be increased to three or more. Also, to increase the number of center points, the number of measurement points at different positions in the axial direction Da (the inner circumferential surface 41a of the upper half casing 41) may be increased to three or more. Also, when there are three or more center points, the imaginary center axis K1 is defined as a virtual line passing through all the center points.

[0036] In step S130 of acquiring the center position of the center guide pin, the outer shape of each of the center guide pins 7 is measured by three-dimensional measurement. The three-dimensional measurement is performed separately for the multiple center guide pins 7 arranged corresponding to each of the multiple upper half partition plates 31. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 4, the positions of the pair of positioning surfaces 74 of the positioning portion 72 are measured. In this embodiment, the positions of the measurement points m31 and m32 of the pair of positioning surfaces 74 are measured at the intermediate position of the positioning portion 72 in the axial direction Da. From the measured positions of the measurement points m31 and m32, the intermediate position of the measurement points m31 and m32 in the horizontal direction Dh is calculated. By calculating the intermediate position of the measurement points m31 and m32 in the horizontal direction Dh, the intermediate position is acquired as the center position G1 of the center guide pin 7 in the horizontal direction Dh.

[0037] In this embodiment, position measurements were performed at measurement points m31 and m32 at the middle positions of the positioning portion 72 in the axial direction Da, but the central position G1 may be set with higher accuracy by performing position measurements at multiple measurement points spaced apart in the axial direction Da.

[0038] In step S140 of acquiring the first eccentricity, as shown in Fig. 10, the eccentricity of the center position G1 of the center guide pin 7 relative to the imaginary center axis K1 of the upper half casing 41 in the horizontal direction Dh is acquired as the first eccentricity H1. Specifically, in step S140 of acquiring the first eccentricity, the imaginary center axis K1 of the upper half casing 41 and the center position G1 of the center guide pin 7 are each projected onto the casing reference plane P1. Then, the deviation between the imaginary center axis K1 of the upper half casing 41 and the center position G1 of the center guide pin 7 in the horizontal direction Dh on the casing reference plane P1 is acquired. This deviation is acquired as the first eccentricity H1.

[0039] In step S150 of setting the partition reference plane, the partition dividing surface 31X of the upper half partition 31 is measured by three-dimensional measurement. For each of the multiple upper half partitions 31, the three-dimensional measurement of the partition dividing surface 31X is performed separately. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 11 and FIG. 12, the positions of three or more measurement points are measured by three-dimensional measurement at multiple locations on the partition dividing surface 31X separated in the axial direction Da and the horizontal direction Dh. In this embodiment, position measurement is performed at four points, measurement points m41 to m44, on the partition dividing surface 31X. The measurement points m41 and m42 are two points that are substantially at the same position in the axial direction Da and separated in the horizontal direction Dh. The measurement points m43 and m44 are two points that are separated in the axial direction Da from the measurement points m41 and m42 and separated in the horizontal direction Dh. It is preferable that the measurement points m43 and m44 are located as far away as possible in the axial direction Da from the measurement points m41 and m42. The measurement points m43 and m44 are located at substantially the same position in the axial direction Da. Based on the four measured measurement points m41 to m44, a partition reference plane P2, which is a virtual plane on the partition dividing surface 31X, is set as a virtual plane including the measurement points m41 to m44. In other words, the partition reference plane P2 is set to be parallel to the partition dividing surface 31X.

[0040] Here, one measurement was performed at the measurement points m41 to m44, but the number of measurement points may be further increased to set the partition reference plane P2 with even higher accuracy. When increasing the number of measurement points, the number of measurement locations (partition dividing surface 31X of one upper half partition 31) with different axial Da positions may be increased to three or more, and the number of measurement points at the same axial Da position may be increased to three or more. In addition, four measurement points m41 to m44 were measured, but the partition reference plane P2 may be set by measuring three points.

[0041] In step S160 of setting the virtual center axis of the partition plate, the outer peripheral surface 31a of each upper half partition plate 31 is measured by three-dimensional measurement as shown in Fig. 13 and Fig. 14. For each of the upper half partition plates 31, three-dimensional measurement of the outer peripheral surface 31a of the upper half partition plate 31 is performed separately. Specifically, the outer peripheral surface 31a of one upper half partition plate 31 is measured by three-dimensional measurement at different measurement positions in the axial direction Da (measurement positions spaced apart in the axial direction Da). In this embodiment, first, three or more measurement points m51 to m53 are measured at the same position in the axial direction Da and spaced apart in the circumferential direction Dc, thereby obtaining the center of a virtual circle passing through the measurement points m51 to m53. The center of the virtual circle passing through the measurement points m51 to m53 is obtained as the center point J11 of the upper half partition plate 31 when viewed from the axial direction Da. Then, at positions away from the measurement points m51 to m53 in the axial direction Da, three or more measurement points m54 to m56 are measured at the same axial direction Da position and spaced apart in the circumferential direction Dc. As a result, the center of a virtual circle passing through the measurement points m54 to m56 is obtained. The center of the virtual circle passing through the measurement points m54 to m56 is obtained as the center point J12 of the upper half partition plate 31 when viewed from the axial direction Da. Based on the obtained multiple center points J11 and J12, a virtual center axis K2 of the upper half partition plate 31 is set. Specifically, a virtual line passing through all of the center points J11 and J12 is defined as the virtual center axis K2 of the upper half partition plate 31. Note that, when it is determined that the eccentricity between the outer peripheral surface 31a of the upper half partition plate 31 and the inner peripheral surface of the upper half partition plate 31 is small, the measurement may be performed on the inner peripheral surface of the upper half partition plate 31 instead of the outer peripheral surface 31a of the upper half partition plate 31.

[0042] In step S170 of acquiring the center position of the groove portion, the shape of the groove portion 312 is measured by three-dimensional measurement. The three-dimensional measurement of the shape of the groove portion 312 is performed separately for each of the multiple upper half partition plates 31. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 15, the positions of the pair of two inner sides 312a of the groove portion 312 are measured. In this embodiment, the positions of the measurement points m61 and m62 of the two inner sides 312a are measured at the middle position of the groove portion 312 in the axial direction Da. From the measured positions of the measurement points m61 and m62, the middle position of the measurement points m61 and m62 in the horizontal direction Dh is calculated. By calculating the middle position of the measurement points m61 and m62 in the horizontal direction Dh, the middle position is acquired as the center position G2 of the groove portion 312 in the horizontal direction Dh.

[0043] Here, position measurements were performed at measurement points m61 and m62 at the midpoint of the groove portion 312 in the axial direction Da. However, the central position G2 may be set with higher accuracy by performing position measurements at multiple measurement points spaced apart in the axial direction Da.

[0044] In step S180 of acquiring the second eccentricity, the amount of eccentricity of the center position G2 of the groove 312 relative to the imaginary center axis K2 of the upper half partition plate 31 in the horizontal direction Dh is acquired as the second eccentricity amount H2, as shown in Fig. 16. Specifically, in step S180 of acquiring the second eccentricity amount, the imaginary center axis K2 of the upper half partition plate 31 and the center position G2 of the groove 312 are each projected onto the partition plate reference plane P2. Then, the amount of deviation between the imaginary center axis K2 of the upper half partition plate 31 and the center position G2 of the groove 312 in the horizontal direction Dh on the partition plate reference plane P2 is acquired. This amount of deviation is acquired as the second eccentricity amount H2.

[0045] In step S190 of designing the center guide pin, the center guide pin 7 is designed based on the acquired first eccentricity H1 and second eccentricity H2 so that the position of the upper half partition plate 31 in the horizontal direction Dh in a state in which the upper half partition plate 31 is incorporated into the upper half casing 41 is within a tolerance set for the upper half casing 41. In this case, if the position of the upper half partition plate 31 in the horizontal direction Dh in a state in which the upper half partition plate 31 is incorporated into the upper half casing 41 is within a tolerance set for the upper half casing 41, there is no need to newly design the center guide pin 7, and the center guide pin 7 attached to the upper half casing 41 at that point can be used as is. If the position of the upper half partition plate 31 in the horizontal direction Dh in a state where the upper half partition plate 31 is assembled into the upper half casing 41 is outside the tolerance set for the upper half casing 41, the amount by which the center position G1 in the horizontal direction Dh of the pair of positioning surfaces 74 of the center guide pin 7 is to be offset in the horizontal direction Dh with respect to the pin axis O1 is determined. Specifically, the amount by which the shape of the positioning portion 72 is changed is determined by cutting or deposit welding one of the pair of positioning surfaces 74. The center guide pin 7 may be newly manufactured.

[0046] (Manufacturing method of center guide pin) 17, the manufacturing method S200 of the center guide pin includes a design method S100 of the center guide pin and a process S210 of manufacturing the center guide pin designed by the design method S100 of the center guide pin. That is, in the process S190 of designing the center guide pin, a processing machine (not shown) is used to manufacture the center guide pin 7 in which the central position G1 of the pair of positioning surfaces 74 in the horizontal direction Dh is eccentric so that the position of the partition plate 3 in the horizontal direction Dh is within a tolerance set for the upper half casing 41.

[0047] Here, for example, in the case of installing a new steam turbine 1, a new center guide pin 7 is manufactured in which the center position G1 of the pair of positioning surfaces 74 in the horizontal direction Dh coincides with the pin axis O1. Also, during maintenance of an existing steam turbine 1, the center guide pin 7 attached to the upper half casing 41 at that time is modified, and one of the pair of positioning surfaces 74 is cut or built-up welded. In this way, a center guide pin 7 is manufactured in which the shape of the positioning portion 72 is modified to fall within the tolerance.

[0048] (Method of assembling a steam turbine) To assemble the steam turbine 1, a method S300 for assembling a rotary machine is executed as described below. The method S300 for assembling a rotary machine is executed when a new steam turbine 1 is installed, or when an existing steam turbine 1 is reassembled after being disassembled for maintenance or the like. As shown in Fig. 18, the method S300 for assembling a rotary machine of this embodiment includes a method S200 for manufacturing a center guide pin, a step S310 for fixing the center guide pin to the casing, and a step S320 for assembling a partition plate to the casing.

[0049] In step S310 of fixing the center guide pin to the casing, the center guide pin 7 manufactured by the above-described center guide pin manufacturing method S200 is fixed to the inner circumferential surface 41a of the upper half casing 41. For this, the pin base 71 of the center guide pin 7 is received in the recess 412a of the pin attachment portion 412, and the fastening member 73 is fastened. This fixes the center guide pin 7 to the upper half casing 41. Similarly, the center guide pin 7 is fixed to the inner circumferential surface 41a of the lower half casing 42.

[0050] In step S320 of assembling the partition plate to the casing, the upper half partition plate 31 having the groove portion 312 formed therein is assembled to the upper half casing 41 using a lifting machine such as a crane. The upper half partition plate 31 is placed on the upper half casing 41 so that the positioning portion 72 fits into the groove portion 312. By fitting the positioning portion 72 into the groove portion 312, the assembly position of the upper half partition plate 31 in the horizontal direction Dh relative to the upper half casing 41 is appropriately adjusted. Similarly, the lower half partition plate 32 having the groove portion 312 formed therein is assembled to the lower half casing 42 using a lifting machine such as a crane. Thereafter, the upper half partition plate 31 and the upper half casing 41 are assembled to the lower half partition plate 32 and the lower half casing 42, thereby assembling the steam turbine 1.

[0051] (Action and effect) In the design method S100 for the center guide pin having the above configuration, the main parts of the casing 4 and the partition plate 3 are measured to design the center guide pin 7 without provisionally assembling the partition plate 3 to the casing 4. Specifically, the imaginary center axis K1 of the upper half casing 41 and the center position G1 of the center guide pin 7 are obtained by three-dimensional measurement. By obtaining a first eccentricity H1 based on these, the deviation amount of the center guide pin 7, which is a positioning member, relative to the upper half casing 41 can be obtained in an independent state without assembling the center guide pin 7 and the upper half casing 41. Furthermore, the imaginary center axis K2 of the upper half partition plate 31 and the center position G2 of the groove portion 312 are obtained by three-dimensional measurement. By obtaining a second eccentricity H2 based on these, the deviation amount of the position and shape of the groove portion 312 relative to the upper half partition plate 31 can be obtained in an independent state. Then, the positioning portion 72 of the center guide pin 7 is designed based on the first eccentricity H1 and the second eccentricity H2. Therefore, it is possible to design the center guide pin 7 that can position the upper half partition plate 31 in an appropriate position when the upper half partition plate 31 is assembled into the upper half casing 41. This makes it possible to appropriately adjust the assembly position of the upper half partition plate 31 in the upper half casing 41 in the horizontal direction Dh without having to repeatedly assemble and adjust the upper half partition plate 31 into the upper half casing 41. Therefore, it is possible to easily align the center of the partition plate 3 with the casing 4, and to improve the efficiency of the work.

[0052] Furthermore, the virtual center axis K1 of the upper half compartment 41 and the center position G1 of the center guide pin 7 are projected onto the compartment reference plane P1, which is a virtual plane on the compartment dividing plane 41X, to obtain the first eccentricity amount H1. This makes it possible to obtain the first eccentricity amount H1 on a virtual plane parallel to the compartment dividing plane 41X while suppressing the influence of deviation in the vertical direction Dv of the virtual center axis K1 and the center position G1. Therefore, the first eccentricity amount H1 can be obtained with higher accuracy.

[0053] Furthermore, the virtual central axis K2 of the upper half partition 31 and the central position G2 of the groove 312 are projected onto the partition reference plane P2, which is a virtual plane on the partition dividing surface 31X, to obtain the second eccentricity H2. This makes it possible to obtain the second eccentricity H2 on a virtual plane parallel to the partition dividing surface 31X while suppressing the influence of deviation in the vertical direction Dv of the virtual central axis K2 and the central position G2. Therefore, the second eccentricity H2 can be obtained with higher accuracy.

[0054] In addition, the outer shape of the positioning portion 72 of the center guide pin 7 is measured at the intermediate position of the positioning portion 72 of the center guide pin 7 in the axial direction Da. When the center guide pin 7 is attached to the upper half casing 41 or the lower half casing 42, the center guide pin 7 may rotate about the pin axis O1 and be fixed to the upper half casing 41 or the lower half casing 42. As a result, the positioning portion 72 may be disposed so that the pair of positioning surfaces 74 are inclined with respect to the axis Ar. If the positioning portion 72 is disposed inclined in this manner, the position of the positioning surfaces 74 is shifted at both ends of the positioning portion 72 in the axial direction Da. However, by measuring at the intermediate position of the positioning portion 72 in the axial direction Da, the influence of the shift in the position of the positioning surface 74 due to the inclination of the positioning portion 72 can be suppressed. As a result, the center position G1 of the center guide pin 7 can be obtained with high accuracy.

[0055] Furthermore, the seal fixing surfaces 91A and 91B are measured by three-dimensional measurement to set the imaginary central axis K1 of the casing 4. The seal fixing surfaces 91A and 91B to which the seal members 90A and 90B that seal between the casing 4 and the outer peripheral surface of the rotor 2 are fixed are one of the regions on the inner peripheral surface of the casing 4 that are formed with the highest precision in order to improve sealing performance. By measuring such seal fixing surfaces 91A and 91B, the imaginary central axis K1 of the casing 4 can be set with high precision.

[0056] Furthermore, by measuring the outer peripheral surface 31a of the partition plate 3 at multiple positions spaced apart in the axial direction Da, the imaginary central axis K2 of the partition plate 3 can be set with high accuracy.

[0057] In addition, the shape of the groove 312 is measured at the middle position of the groove 312 in the axial direction Da. Therefore, even if the groove 312 is formed at an angle with respect to the upper half partition plate 31 or the lower half partition plate 32, it is possible to suppress the influence of the angle of the groove 312. As a result, the center position G2 of the groove 312 can be obtained with high accuracy.

[0058] According to the manufacturing method S200 for the center guide pin having the above-described configuration, the center guide pin 7 that can be easily aligned with the partition plate 3 relative to the casing 4 without temporary assembly can be efficiently manufactured.

[0059] According to the method S300 for assembling a rotating machine having the above-described configuration, the steam turbine 1 can be efficiently manufactured by using the center guide pin 7 that can be easily aligned without temporary assembly of the partition plate 3 to the casing 4.

[0060] (Other embodiments) Although the embodiments of the present disclosure have been described in detail above with reference to the drawings, the specific configuration is not limited to this embodiment, and design changes and the like that do not depart from the gist of the present disclosure are also included.

[0061] In the above embodiment, the measurement points measured by three-dimensional measurement are exemplified, but the positions and number of the measurement points can be changed as appropriate.

[0062] Furthermore, the procedures of the method S100 for designing the center guide pin 7, the method S200 for manufacturing the center guide pin, and the method S300 for assembling the rotating machine, which are shown in the above embodiment, can be modified as appropriate.

[0063] In addition, in the above embodiment, the steam turbine 1 is exemplified as the rotary machine, but the rotary machine may be, for example, a compressor or the like.

[0064] <Additional Notes> The design method S100 of the center guide pin 7, the manufacturing method S200 of the center guide pin, and the assembly method S300 of the rotating machine described in the embodiment can be understood, for example, as follows.

[0065] (1) A design method S100 for a center guide pin 7 according to a first aspect includes a rotor 2 rotatable about an axis line Ar, a casing 4 extending in a circumferential direction of the rotor 2 and separable into upper and lower parts by a casing dividing surface 41X which is a horizontal plane Sh, a partition plate 3 disposed between the casing 4 and the rotor 2 and extending in a circumferential direction of the rotor 2 and separable into upper and lower parts by a partition dividing surface 31X which is a horizontal plane Sh, a groove portion 312 formed in an outer peripheral surface 31a of the partition plate 3 so as to extend in an axial direction Da along which the axis line Ar extends, and a casing partition wall 314 facing the outer peripheral surface 31a of the partition plate 3. a step S120 of measuring the inner circumferential surface 41a of the casing 4 by three-dimensional measurement at a plurality of measurement positions spaced apart in the axial direction Da, thereby obtaining a plurality of center points of the casing 4 as viewed from the axial direction Da, and setting a virtual center axis K1 of the casing 4 based on the plurality of center points of the casing 4; a step S130 of acquiring a center position G1 of the center guide pin 7 in the horizontal direction Dh by measuring an outer shape of the center guide pin 7 by three-dimensional measurement; a step S140 of acquiring an eccentricity amount of the center position G1 of the center guide pin 7 relative to a virtual center axis K1 of the casing 4 in the horizontal direction Dh as a first eccentricity amount H1; and a step S141 of acquiring a center point of the partition plate 3 as viewed from the axial direction Da by measuring an outer peripheral surface 31a of the partition plate 3 by three-dimensional measurement, and acquiring a center point of the partition plate 3 as viewed from the virtual center axis K2 of the partition plate 3 based on the center point of the partition plate 3. a step S160 of setting a center position G2 of the groove portion 312 in the horizontal direction Dh by measuring the shape of the groove portion 312 by three-dimensional measurement; a step S180 of acquiring an eccentricity amount of the center position G2 of the groove portion 312 relative to a virtual central axis K2 of the partition plate 3 in the horizontal direction Dh as a second eccentricity amount H2; and a step S190 of determining, based on the first eccentricity amount H1 and the second eccentricity amount H2, such that the position of the partition plate 3 in the horizontal direction Dh in a state in which the partition plate 3 is incorporated into the casing 4 is within a tolerance set for the casing 4.and a step S190 of designing the center guide pin 7. Examples of the rotary machine include a steam turbine and a compressor.

[0066] In the design method S100 of the center guide pin 7, the main parts of the casing 4 and the partition plate 3 are measured to design the center guide pin 7 without provisionally assembling the partition plate 3 to the casing 4. Specifically, the virtual center axis K1 of the casing and the center position G1 of the center guide pin 7 are obtained by three-dimensional measurement. By obtaining a first eccentricity H1 based on these, the amount of deviation of the center guide pin 7, which is a positioning member, from the casing can be obtained in an independent state without assembling the center guide pin 7 and the casing. Furthermore, the virtual center axis K2 of the partition plate and the center position G2 of the groove portion 312 are obtained by three-dimensional measurement. By obtaining a second eccentricity H2 based on these, the amount of deviation of the position and shape of the groove portion 31 formed with respect to the partition plate can be obtained in an independent state. Then, the center guide pin 7 is designed based on the first eccentricity H1 and the second eccentricity H2. Therefore, the center guide pin 7 that can position the partition plate in an appropriate position when the partition plate is assembled into the casing can be designed. This allows the partition plate to be appropriately adjusted in its installation position relative to the casing in the horizontal direction Dh without having to repeatedly assemble and adjust the partition plate relative to the casing 4. This allows the partition plate 3 to be easily aligned with the casing 4, improving work efficiency.

[0067] (2) The design method S100 of the center guide pin 7 according to the second aspect is the design method S100 of the center guide pin 7 of (1), and further includes a step S110 of setting a cabin reference plane P1, which is a virtual plane on the cabin dividing surface 41X, by measuring the cabin dividing surface 41X using three-dimensional measurement. In the step S140 of obtaining the first eccentricity amount H1, a virtual central axis K1 of the cabin 4 and the center position G1 of the center guide pin 7 are projected onto the cabin reference plane P1 to obtain the first eccentricity amount H1.

[0068] This makes it possible to obtain the first eccentricity amount H1 on a virtual plane parallel to the compartment dividing plane 41X while suppressing the influence of deviation in the vertical direction Dv of the virtual central axis K1 and the central position G1. Therefore, the first eccentricity amount H1 can be obtained with higher accuracy.

[0069] (3) The design method S100 of the center guide pin 7 in the third aspect is the design method S100 of the center guide pin 7 of (1) or (2), and further includes a step S150 of setting a partition reference plane P2, which is a virtual plane on the partition dividing surface 31X, by measuring the partition dividing surface 31X by three-dimensional measurement, and in the step S180 of obtaining the second eccentricity amount H2, the virtual central axis K2 of the partition 3 and the center position G2 of the groove portion 312 are projected onto the partition reference plane P2 to obtain the second eccentricity amount H2.

[0070] This makes it possible to obtain the second eccentricity amount H2 on a virtual plane parallel to the partition plate dividing surface 31X while suppressing the influence of the deviation of the virtual central axis K2 and the central position G2 in the vertical direction Dv. Therefore, the second eccentricity amount H2 can be obtained with higher accuracy.

[0071] (4) A design method S100 for a center guide pin 7 according to a fourth aspect is any one of the design methods S100 for a center guide pin 7 of (1) to (3), in which the center guide pin 7 has a positioning portion 72 that is positioned inside the groove portion 312 while being fixed to the passenger compartment 4, and in a step S130 for acquiring a central position G1 of the center guide pin 7, the outer shape of the positioning portion 72 is measured at a middle position of the positioning portion 72 in the axial direction Da.

[0072] This makes it possible to reduce the influence of deviation in the position of the positioning surface 74 due to the inclination of the positioning portion 72 by measuring at the intermediate position of the positioning portion 72 in the axial direction Da. As a result, the center position G1 of the center guide pin 7 can be obtained with high accuracy.

[0073] (5) A design method S100 for a center guide pin 7 according to a fifth aspect is any one of the design methods S100 for a center guide pin 7 according to (1) to (4), wherein the casing 4 has a plurality of seal fixing surfaces 91A, 91B to which annular seal members 90A and 90B that seal against the outer peripheral surface of the rotor 2 are fixed, and in a step S120 for setting a virtual central axis K1 of the casing 4, a plurality of center points J1 and J2 of the casing 4 are obtained by measuring the plurality of seal fixing surfaces 91A and 91B by three-dimensional measurement.

[0074] In this way, the seal fixing surfaces 91A and 91B to which the seal members 90A and 90B that seal between the casing 4 and the outer peripheral surface of the rotor 2 are fixed are one of the regions formed with the highest precision on the inner peripheral surface of the casing 4 in order to improve sealing performance. By measuring such seal fixing surfaces 91A and 91B, the imaginary center axis K1 of the casing 4 can be set with high precision.

[0075] (6) The design method S100 of the center guide pin 7 in the sixth aspect is any one of the design methods S100 of the center guide pin 7 in (1) to (5), and in the step S160 of setting the virtual central axis K2 of the partition plate 3, the outer peripheral surface 31a of the partition plate 3 is measured at multiple positions separated in the axial direction Da.

[0076] As a result, by measuring the outer peripheral surface 31a of the partition plate 3 at multiple positions spaced apart in the axial direction Da, the imaginary central axis K2 of the partition plate 3 can be set with high accuracy.

[0077] (7) The design method S100 of the center guide pin 7 in the seventh aspect is any one of the design methods S100 of the center guide pin 7 in (1) to (6), and in the step S170 of acquiring the center position G2 of the groove portion 312, the shape of the groove portion 312 is measured at the middle position of the groove portion 312 in the axial direction Da.

[0078] This makes it possible to suppress the influence of the inclination of the groove 312 even if the groove 312 is formed at an inclination with respect to the partition plate. As a result, the center position G2 of the groove 312 can be obtained with high accuracy.

[0079] (8) A manufacturing method S200 of a center guide pin according to an eighth aspect includes a step S210 of manufacturing the center guide pin 7 designed by a design method S100 of a center guide pin 7 of any one of (1) to (7).

[0080] This makes it possible to efficiently manufacture the center guide pin 7 that can easily align the partition plate 3 with the casing 4 without temporary assembly.

[0081] (9) A method S300 for assembling a rotating machine according to a ninth aspect includes a process S310 for fixing the center guide pin 7 manufactured by the center guide pin manufacturing method S200 of (8) to an inner surface 41a of the casing 4, and a process S320 for assembling the partition plate 3 having the groove portion 312 formed therein to the casing 4 and fitting the center guide pin 7 into the groove portion 312.

[0082] As a result, by using the center guide pin 7 that allows easy centering without temporary assembly of the partition plate 3 to the casing 4, the steam turbine 1 can be manufactured efficiently. [Explanation of symbols]
