Description

[Technical field]

[0001] The present invention relates to a hair cosmetic composition, and more specifically to a hair cosmetic composition which is a first-formulation shampoo preparation containing an alkaline agent and an oxidative dye, a second-formulation shampoo preparation containing an acid and an oxidative agent, or a mixed-formulation shampoo preparation containing an alkaline agent and an oxidative dye, and an acid and an oxidative agent, and which has excellent foaming, foam quality, and formulation transparency.

[0002] These hair cosmetic compositions can be preferably used as shampoos having the composition of the first or second agent of an oxidative hair dye, a hair bleach, or a hair bleaching agent, or a mixture thereof. When using the composition, for example, thin water-impermeable gloves can be worn.

[0003] In the following, when oxidative hair dyes, hair bleaches, and hair bleaching agents are collectively referred to as "oxidative hair dyes, etc." [Background technology]

[0004] A hair cosmetic product that could be called a shampoo hair color has been provided, which adds active ingredients such as oxidative hair dyes to the basic formula of shampoos. With this hair cosmetic product, the hair dyeing effect of oxidative hair dyes and the hair bleaching and decolorizing effects can be obtained during the daily shampooing process.

[0005] Patent Document 1 discloses an aqueous hair cleanser containing a sulfate-type anionic surfactant, a polyoxypropylene alkyl ether-type nonionic surfactant, a monoalkyl or alkenyl glyceryl ether-type nonionic surfactant, and an alkylhydroxysulfobetaine-type amphoteric surfactant in a specific mass ratio, each of which is represented by a specific general formula. This aqueous hair cleanser is said to foam sufficiently against sebum on the scalp and styling agents attached to the hair, and to exhibit high cleansing power.

[0006] Patent Document 2 relates to a hair coloring / bleaching composition comprising a) an oxidizing agent and b) a specific micellar thickening system containing an ionic surfactant, an amphoteric surfactant, and an electrolyte source for the ionic surfactant, and claims that the composition is effective in reducing hair damage, improving hair coloring effect, and in viscosity stability during storage. [0007] [Patent Document 1] JP 2012-001512 A [Patent Document 2] Special Publication No. 2008-536948 Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0008] In the formulation of regular shampoos, ionic surfactants and polymers are often used to control foam. However, in the case of shampoo-type oxidation hair dyes, there is a unique circumstance in which active ingredients such as oxidation hair dyes are added to the basic shampoo formulation. Therefore, even if the formulation of regular shampoos is directly applied to shampoo-type oxidation hair dyes, it is difficult to obtain good foaming and foam quality, and it is also difficult to achieve the important product element of "high transparency."

[0009] The above-mentioned Patent Document 1 discloses that the composition may contain a combination of various surfactants, polymers, oily components, etc., but is limited to the explanation of the composition as a shampoo, and does not disclose the relationship with oxidative hair dyes, etc. or hair dyeing. In addition, the above-mentioned Patent Document 2 discloses a hair coloring / bleaching composition, but does not disclose a shampoo.

[0010] Furthermore, neither Patent Document 1 nor Patent Document 2 discloses or suggests anything about, for example, the combination of a specific surfactant with a specific solvent, or the technical meaning of such a combination.

[0011] Therefore, as part of the development of a basic formulation corresponding to the first and second agents of shampoo-type oxidation hair dyes and the like, the technical problem to be solved in the present invention is to provide a hair cosmetic composition which is a first agent type containing an alkaline agent and an oxidative dye, a second agent type containing an acid and an oxidizing agent, or a mixed agent type shampoo formulation which corresponds to a mixture of these first and second agents, and which has excellent foaming, foam quality, and formulation transparency. [0015] In the present invention, the term "(c)" or "(c) component" collectively refers to the (c1) component and the (c2) component. (Configuration of the third aspect of the invention) In the third invention of the present application for solving the above-mentioned problems, the (a) anionic surfactant in the hair cosmetic composition according to the first or second invention has a carbon chain having 12 or more carbon atoms in the main chain of the molecule.

[0016] (Configuration of the fourth aspect of the invention) In order to solve the above problems, in the fourth invention of the present application, the anionic surfactant (a) in the hair cosmetic composition according to any one of the first to third inventions has a carbon chain having 12 or more and 18 or less carbon atoms in the main chain of the molecule.

The wig was towel-dried and then dried with a hair dryer.

[0069] [Evaluation of Examples and Comparative Examples] (Transparency assessment) The transparency of each composition was visually observed and sensory evaluated on a four-level scale of excellent (◎), good (◯), slightly poor (△) and poor (×).

[0070] (Foaming evaluation) Five panelists visually evaluated the amount of foam generated during wig washing according to the following criteria: if the amount of foam generated was considerably large, it was excellent (5 points), if it was large, it was good (4 points), if it was a little large, it was fair (3 points), if it was a little small, it was poor (2 points), and if it was small, it was poor (1 point). The scores of each panelist were averaged, and the evaluation results were determined as follows: 4.6 points or more was "excellent: 5", 3.6 points or more but less than 4.6 points was "good: 4", 2.6 points or more but less than 3.6 points was "fair: 3", 1.6 points or more but less than 2.6 points was "poor: 2", and less than 1.6 points was "poor: 1".

[0071] (Evaluation of foam quality) Five panelists evaluated the foam quality when washing a wig according to the following criteria. Foam elasticity (thick foam) was scored on a four-point scale: particularly excellent (6 points), excellent (5 points), good (4 points), fair (3 points), somewhat poor (2 points), and poor (1 point). The scores of each panelist were averaged and the evaluation results were determined as follows: 5.6 points or more = "particularly excellent: 6", 4.6 points or more but less than 5.6 points = "excellent: 5", 3.6 points or more but less than 4.6 points = "good: 4", 2.6 points or more but less than 3.6 points = "fair: 3", 1.6 points or more but less than 2.6 points = "somewhat poor: 2", and less than 1.6 points = "poor: 1".
