AI Technical Summary
Conventional sliding switching valves face issues with large stroke lengths of the slide valve body, leading to increased power consumption, and the occurrence of burrs in the valve seat flow path, which complicates sealing and increases sliding resistance.
A sliding type switching valve is designed with a valve seat portion that separates the seat member from the valve seat body, featuring a valve seat flow path with an offset region and different diameter stepped holes, which reduces the stroke length and prevents burr formation.
The solution effectively reduces the stroke length of the slide valve body, enhances sealing properties, and prevents burr occurrence in the valve seat flow path, thereby improving the overall performance and reliability of the refrigeration cycle system.

Abstract
Description
[Technical field]
[0001] The present invention relates to a slide-type switching valve including a valve seat portion having a seat member and a valve seat body, and a refrigeration cycle system using the same. [Background technology]
[0002] In a slide-type switching valve, if the stroke length of the slide valve body relative to the valve seat is large when switching the fluid path, problems can arise such as increased power consumption to drive the slide valve body and reduced responsiveness (hereinafter referred to as "the first conventional problem (long stroke length of the slide valve body)").
[0003] Therefore, for example, Patent Document 1 (see particularly Figure 8-1) describes a conventional slide type switching valve (hereinafter referred to as the "conventional slide type switching valve") which has a valve seat portion 41 having three capillary tubes 411-413 cut from the top side and three small diameter valve holes cut from the bottom side so as to communicate with the capillary tubes 411-413, and in order to solve the first conventional problem (the long stroke length of the slide valve body), the small diameter valve holes on both sides of the three small diameter valve holes opening into the valve seat surface (the bottom surface in Figure 8-1) of the valve seat portion 41 are positioned adjacent to the central small diameter valve hole. [0004] [Patent Document 1] China Patent Application Publication No. 105570490 Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0005] In this way, in the conventional slide-type switching valve, in order to narrow the intervals between the three small-diameter valve holes that open to the valve seat surface, it was necessary to intersect the contours of the capillaries 411, 413 and the two small-diameter valve holes. Burrs are generated at the intersections in the valve seat passage, but because the width of the valve seat passage is extremely narrow, it is very difficult to completely remove the burrs. Therefore, if the burrs that remain in the valve seat passage and cannot be completely removed fall off for some reason, the burrs may become caught between the slide valve body and the valve seat surface, resulting in problems such as reduced sealing performance and increased sliding resistance of the slide valve body (hereinafter referred to as the "second conventional problem (burr generation in the valve seat passage)").
[0006] The present invention has been made in consideration of the above problems, and provides a slide-type switching valve and a refrigeration cycle system using the same, which solves the first and second problems of the conventional art by adopting a valve seat portion that separates the seat member from the valve seat main body and by devising the contour of the valve seat flow path formed in the valve seat portion, thereby reducing the stroke length of the slide valve body and suppressing the occurrence of burrs. [Means for solving the problem]
[0007] In order to achieve the above object, a slide-type switching valve is provided which includes a cylindrical valve body with a bottom, a valve seat portion fixed to a peripheral wall of the valve body, a plunger axially slidable within the valve body, and a slide valve body connected to the plunger and moving axially inside the valve body to switch a connection state with a valve seat surface of the valve seat portion, wherein the valve seat portion includes a valve seat body having at least one coupling pipe insertion hole to which a coupling pipe is connected, and a seat member joined to the valve seat body and made of a thin plate on which the slide valve body slides, and in the valve seat portion, a valve seat flow path that fluidly communicates between the coupling pipe and the valve seat surface is formed in at least the seat member and the valve seat body, and within each member in which the valve seat flow path is formed, contours of the valve seat flow path as viewed from a direction perpendicular to the valve seat surface do not intersect, and an offset region having a larger flow path area is provided in the valve seat flow path as viewed from the direction perpendicular to the valve seat surface, compared to one end side and the other end side of the valve seat flow path.
[0008] In the above slide type switching valve, the coupling pipe insertion hole connected to the offset region may be arranged so as to be spaced apart in a direction perpendicular to the axis when viewed from a direction perpendicular to the valve seat surface.
[0009] In addition, in the above-mentioned slide-type switching valve, the valve seat flow path of either the valve seat body or the seat member may be provided with a different-diameter stepped hole consisting of a straight through hole and a stepped portion which includes the through hole and has a larger contour than the through hole as the offset region when viewed from a direction perpendicular to the valve seat surface.
[0010] In addition, in the above-mentioned slide-type switching valve, the seat member may be formed by stacking a plurality of seat members, and each of the valve seat flow paths formed in the plurality of seat members may be a straight through hole.
[0011] In the above slide type switching valve, the valve seat body and the seat member may be provided with positioning means for engaging with each other.
[0012] In the above slide type switching valve, the valve seat main body may be made of a thin plate, and the valve seat flow path may not be formed.
[0013] In the above-mentioned slide-type switching valve, the shape of the valve seat flow path on the valve seat surface of the seat member may be set so that the width in a direction perpendicular to the axis is equal to or greater than the width in the axial direction.
[0014] In addition, in the above-mentioned slide-type switching valve, the multiple valve seat flow paths in the valve seat surface of the seat member may be arranged side by side in the axial direction while being offset in a direction perpendicular to the axis when viewed from the vertical direction of the valve seat surface.
[0015] The slide type switching valve may be a direct acting electromagnetic slide valve.
[0016] The present invention may also be a refrigeration cycle system including a compressor, a condenser, an expansion valve, an evaporator, and a pilot type four-way switching valve, in which the slide type switching valve is used as a pilot valve for the pilot type four-way switching valve. Effect of the Invention
[0017] According to the present invention, by adopting a valve seat portion that separates the seat member from the valve seat main body and by devising the contour of the valve seat flow path formed in the valve seat portion, it is possible to provide a slide-type switching valve and a refrigeration cycle system using the same that can solve the first and second conventional problems, reduce the stroke length of the slide valve body, and suppress the occurrence of burrs. [0020] <Terminology> In the present specification and claims, "left", "right", "upper", and "lower" refer to the directions shown in Figs. 1 to 3, 4(a), 6(a), 8(a), 10(a), 12(a), 14, and 15(a). In the present specification and claims, a "straight through hole" refers to a through hole whose contour does not change when viewed from the direction in which the through hole extends in the same member. In the present specification and claims, "intersection" refers to a state in which two contours intersect, not a state in which they are in contact. In the present specification and claims, a "different diameter stepped hole" refers to a through hole that is made up of a straight through hole and a stepped portion that includes the through hole and has a contour larger than that of the through hole when viewed from the direction in which the through hole extends, in the same member, and in which the contour of the straight through hole and the contour of the stepped portion do not intersect each other when viewed from the direction in which the through hole extends. In the present specification and claims, "one end side of the valve seat flow passage" and "the other end side of the valve seat flow passage" refer to "the open end side of the valve seat surface of the valve seat flow passage" and "the joint pipe end side of the valve seat flow passage." In the present specification and claims, "offset area in the valve seat flow passage" refers to an area in the valve seat flow passage viewed from the vertical direction of the valve seat surface that has a larger flow passage area compared to the one end side and the other end side of the valve seat flow passage, allowing for an offset arrangement. In the present specification and claims, "MOPD" refers to the maximum pressure difference between the inlet pressure and the outlet pressure of the valve, which is the limit pressure at which the valve can be safely and reliably operated.
[0021] <About pilot operated four-way valves> A pilot type four-way switching valve 200 of the present invention will be described with reference to Fig. 1. The pilot type four-way switching valve 200 is mainly composed of a valve housing 210, a pair of pistons 220A, 220B, a connecting plate 230, a switching valve seat 240, and a valve body 250. Each component of the pilot type four-way switching valve 200 will be described below in order. Here, the longitudinal axis X in the figure is the central axis of the valve housing 210.
[0022] The valve housing 210 is composed of a cylindrical portion 211 and a pair of cap portions 212A, 212B. Both ends of the cylindrical portion 211 are closed by the pair of cap portions 212A, 212B. In addition, although details will be described later, a pressure introduction pipe 3L and a pressure introduction pipe 3R are connected to the pair of cap portions 212A, 212B, respectively, so that the slide type switching valve 100 is in fluid communication with the first working chamber 2A and the second working chamber 2B of the pilot type four-way switching valve 200.
[0023] The pair of pistons 220A, 220B include leaf springs 221A, 221B, respectively, and are housed in the valve housing 210 and disposed opposite each other. The pair of pistons 220A, 220B are capable of reciprocating movement while pressing the leaf springs 221A, 221B against the inner circumferential surface of the cylindrical portion 211, respectively. As a result, the interior of the valve housing 210 is partitioned by the pair of pistons 220A, 220B into a first working chamber 2A, a second working chamber 2B, and a high-pressure chamber 2C sandwiched between the first working chamber 2A and the second working chamber 2B.
[0024] The connecting plate 230 is made of a metal plate extending along the longitudinal axis X, and includes a fitting hole 231 formed in the center, and a pair of through holes 232A, 232B formed between both ends and the center. The connecting plate 230 has a pair of pistons 220A, 220B attached to both ends, respectively, and holds the valve body 250 in the central fitting hole 231.
[0025] The switching valve seat 240 is disposed at the lower center inside the cylindrical portion 211. The switching valve seat 240 is provided with three through holes 241E, 241S, 241C aligned in a straight line along the longitudinal axis X, and the E joint pipe 1E, the S joint pipe 1S, and the C joint pipe 1C are attached to the through holes 241E, 241S, 241C, respectively, via the cylindrical portion 211. In addition, the D joint pipe 1D, which opens into the cylindrical portion 211, is attached to the upper center of the cylindrical portion 211 opposite the switching valve seat 240.
[0026] The valve body 250 includes, along the longitudinal axis X direction which is the movement direction, a bowl-shaped recess 251, a pair of slide portions 252A, 252B sandwiching the bowl-shaped recess 251, and a pin 253 which is inserted near the opening of the bowl-shaped recess 251 and fixed to both side walls of the bowl-shaped recess 251. The bowl-shaped recess 251 has a shape of an upside-down bowl-shaped container, and forms a space between the pair of slide portions 252A, 252B and the switching valve seat 240. The pair of slide portions 252A, 252B slide against the switching valve seat 240 with their lower surfaces in contact with each other.
[0027] <Operation of the pilot operated four-way valve> In the pilot type four-way switching valve 200, the slide type switching valve 100 selectively introduces the suction pressure and discharge pressure of the compressor 300 into either the first working chamber 2A via the pressure introduction pipe 3L or the second working chamber 2B via the pressure introduction pipe 3R (see FIG. 2). As a result, the pair of pistons 220A, 220B reciprocate along the longitudinal axis X, switching the position of the valve body 250 relative to the switching valve seat 240.
[0028] Specifically, when the pair of pistons 220A, 220B are moved to the left position along the longitudinal axis X, the valve body 250 and the switching valve seat 240 allow the S coupling pipe 1S and the E coupling pipe 1E to communicate with each other via the bowl-shaped recess 251, and allow the D coupling pipe 1D and the C coupling pipe 1C to communicate with each other via the high pressure chamber 2C and the through hole 232B. On the other hand, when the pair of pistons 220A, 220B are moved to the right position along the longitudinal axis X, the valve body 250 and the switching valve seat 240 allow the S coupling pipe 1S and the C coupling pipe 1C to communicate with each other via the bowl-shaped recess 251, and allow the D coupling pipe 1D and the E coupling pipe 1E to communicate with each other via the high pressure chamber 2C and the through hole 232A.
[0029] <About the refrigeration cycle system> The refrigeration cycle system 1 will be described with reference to Fig. 2. The refrigeration cycle system 1 is mainly composed of a slide type switching valve 100, a pilot type four-way switching valve 200, a compressor 300, an outdoor heat exchanger 400, an indoor heat exchanger 500, and a throttle device (expansion valve) 600.
[0030] In the pilot type four-way switching valve 200, the S joint pipe 1S is connected to the suction port of the compressor 300, and the D joint pipe 1D is connected to the discharge port of the compressor 300. The C joint pipe 1C is connected to the outdoor heat exchanger 400, and the E joint pipe 1E is connected to the indoor heat exchanger 500. Furthermore, the outdoor heat exchanger 400 and the indoor heat exchanger 500 are connected to each other via the throttling device 600. As a result, the refrigeration cycle system 1 is composed of a fluid path consisting of the C joint pipe 1C to the outdoor heat exchanger 400, the throttling device 600, the indoor heat exchanger 500, and the E joint pipe 1E, and a fluid path consisting of the S joint pipe 1S to the compressor 300 and the D joint pipe 1D. Note that the refrigerant in the refrigeration cycle system 1 contains a small amount of refrigeration oil to protect the compressor 300 and other devices.
[0031] The slide type switching valve 100 is connected to a pilot type four-way switching valve 200 as shown in Fig. 2. As shown in Fig. 3, the slide type switching valve 100 selectively introduces the suction pressure and discharge pressure of the compressor 300 to either the first working chamber 2A via the pressure introduction pipe 3L or the second working chamber 2B via the pressure introduction pipe 3R by moving the slide valve body 40 by the electromagnetic coil unit 60. As a result, the pilot type four-way switching valve 200 switches the fluid path of the refrigeration cycle system 1 by connecting the S joint pipe 1S connected to the suction port of the compressor 300 and the D joint pipe 1D connected to the discharge port of the compressor 300 to either the C joint pipe 1C connected to the outdoor heat exchanger 400 or the E joint pipe 1E connected to the indoor heat exchanger 500.
[0032] In this way, by using the slide-type switching valve 100, which is a direct-acting electromagnetic slide valve, as a pilot valve for the pilot-type four-way switching valve 200, it is possible to smoothly switch the fluid path even when the pilot-type four-way switching valve 200 has a large diameter.
[0033] <Operation of the refrigeration cycle system> First, during cooling operation (see solid arrow in FIG. 2), the slide type switching valve 100 switches the communication destination of the S joint pipe 1S connected to the suction port of the compressor 300 to the first working chamber 2A via the pressure introduction pipe 3L of the pilot type four-way switching valve 200 with the coil de-energized. At the same time, the communication destination of the D joint pipe 1D connected to the discharge port of the compressor 300 is switched to the second working chamber 2B via the pressure introduction pipe 3R of the pilot type four-way switching valve 200. As a result, a pair of pistons 220A, 220B in the pilot type four-way switching valve 200 moves to the left position due to the pressure difference between the first working chamber 2A and the second working chamber 2B to which the suction pressure and discharge pressure of the compressor 300 are introduced. As a result, the high-pressure refrigerant compressed by the compressor 300 flows from the D joint pipe 1D through the high-pressure chamber 2C into the C joint pipe 1C, flows through the outdoor heat exchanger 400, the throttling device 600, and the indoor heat exchanger 500 in this order, flows from the E joint pipe 1E through the bowl-shaped recess 251 into the S joint pipe 1S, and then circulates to the compressor 300. At this time, the outdoor heat exchanger 400 functions as a condenser, and the indoor heat exchanger 500 functions as an evaporator.
[0034] Next, during heating operation (see dashed arrow in FIG. 2), the slide type switching valve 100 switches the communication destination of the S joint pipe 1S connected to the suction port of the compressor 300 to the second working chamber 2B via the pressure introduction pipe 3R of the pilot type four-way switching valve 200 with the coil energized. At the same time, the communication destination of the D joint pipe 1D connected to the discharge port of the compressor 300 is switched to the first working chamber 2A via the pressure introduction pipe 3L of the pilot type four-way switching valve 200. As a result, a pair of pistons 220A, 220B in the pilot type four-way switching valve 200 moves to the right position due to the pressure difference between the first working chamber 2A and the second working chamber 2B to which the suction pressure and discharge pressure of the compressor 300 are introduced. As a result, the high-pressure refrigerant compressed by the compressor 300 flows from the D joint pipe 1D through the high-pressure chamber 2C into the E joint pipe 1E, flows through the indoor heat exchanger 500, the throttling device 600, and the outdoor heat exchanger 400 in this order, flows from the C joint pipe 1C through the bowl-shaped recess 251 into the S joint pipe 1S, and then circulates to the compressor 300. At this time, during heating operation, the refrigerant is circulated in the opposite direction to that during cooling operation, and the indoor heat exchanger 500 functions as a condenser, and the outdoor heat exchanger 400 functions as an evaporator.
[0035] (First embodiment) <Slide type switching valve> A slide type switching valve 100A according to the first embodiment will be described with reference to Fig. 3. The slide type switching valve 100A is mainly composed of a pilot valve body (valve body) 10, a valve seat portion 20, a plunger 30, a slide valve body 40, an attractor 50, and an electromagnetic coil unit 60. Each component of the slide type switching valve 100A will be described below in order. Here, the axis C in the figure is the central axis of the pilot valve body 10 and the plunger 30.
[0036] The pilot valve body 10 is formed by pressing (deep drawing) a thin plate of stainless steel, and has a bottomed cylindrical shape. The bottomed part accommodates the valve seat part 20 and the slide valve body 40, and the plunger 30 is slidably accommodated in the cylindrical part extending to the right side in the direction of the axis C. The D joint pipe 1D is attached to the protruding part 14 on the upper peripheral wall of the pilot valve body 10 by fitting, crimping, brazing, or the like, with the strainer S sandwiched between them. In addition, a valve seat mounting hole 10A having a circular shape is formed on the lower peripheral wall of the pilot valve body 10, and the valve seat part 20 is joined through the valve seat mounting hole 10A by brazing. In this embodiment, the shape of the valve seat mounting hole 10A is a circle, but is not limited thereto, and any one of a rectangular shape, three circles, an oval shape, and the like may be adopted.
[0037] The valve seat portion 20 includes a valve seat body 21 (21A) and a seat member 25 (25A) fixed to the valve seat body 21 by crimping, brazing, or the like. The valve seat body 21 is formed by forging, cutting, or the like from stainless steel, brass, or the like, and has three coupling pipe insertion holes 21Ei1, 21Si1, and 21Ci1 (see Figs. 4(a) to (c)) in order along the axis C direction, and the E coupling pipe 1E, the S coupling pipe 1S, and the C coupling pipe 1C are respectively attached to the coupling pipe insertion holes 21Ei1, 21Si1, and 21Ci1. Note that it is preferable to form the valve seat body 21 by forging rather than cutting, because this makes it easier to form an arc shape corresponding to the inner circumferential surface of the pilot valve body 10 described later, and also reduces the number of processing steps, thereby achieving cost reduction. The sheet member 25 is made of a thin plate such as stainless steel and has three straight through holes 25Es1, 25Ss1, 25Cs1 (see Figures 4(a) to (c)) arranged in sequence along the axis C, and each of the straight through holes 25Es1, 25Ss1, 25Cs1 is fluidly connected to the E joint pipe 1E, the S joint pipe 1S, and the C joint pipe 1C.
[0038] The plunger 30 is made of magnetic stainless steel and includes communication passages 34A, 34B and a recess 34D that communicate with each other along the axis C. The inner diameter of the communication passage 34B is set to be larger than the inner diameter of the communication passage 34A, and a coil spring support portion 34C is formed between the communication passages 34A and 34B. The plunger 30 also includes a cylindrical portion 31 that extends in the direction of the axis C, a tip surface 32 that faces the left side in the direction of the axis C, and an opening edge 33 that connects to the tip surface 32.
[0039] Furthermore, a connecting rod 35 is fixed to the plunger 30. Specifically, one end of the connecting rod 35 is accommodated in the recess 34D of the plunger 30, and the opening edge 33 is deformed by crimping to fix the connecting rod 35. One end of a metal valve spring 41 is connected to one end of the connecting rod 35 by a connector 36 such as a rivet. Moreover, an opening 35A that slidably accommodates the slide valve body 40 is formed in the other end of the connecting rod 35.
[0040] The outer diameter of the cylindrical portion 31 of the plunger 30 is set to be slightly smaller than the inner diameter of the pilot valve body 10 so that the plunger 30 is guided slidably in the direction of the axis C inside the pilot valve body 10. Here, in order to restrict the movement of the plunger 30 and a slide valve body 40 (described later) to the left in the direction of the axis C inside the pilot valve body 10, an annular stopper ring 37 is provided inside the pilot valve body 10. The stopper ring 37 has an outer diameter approximately equal to the outer diameter of the cylindrical portion of the pilot valve body 10 and an inner diameter smaller than the outer diameter of the cylindrical portion 31 of the plunger 30, and is fixed in a state of contact with the valve seat portion 20.
[0041] The slide valve body 40 is made of a resin such as PTFE, and is housed in the opening 35A of the connecting rod 35 so as to be vertically slidable, and is biased with a predetermined load against the upper surface of the valve seat 20 by the other end of a valve spring 41, which is a biasing means. The slide valve body 40 has a concave shape that opens downward, and includes a recessed portion 40A that forms a space between the slide valve body 40 and the valve seat 20. The slide valve body 40 is connected to the plunger 30, and by moving inside the pilot valve main body 10 in the axial C direction, it is possible to switch the communication state with a plurality of coupling pipes 1C, 1D, 1E, 1S (see Figures 4(a) and 4(b)), which will be described in detail later.
[0042] The attractor 50 is made of magnetic stainless steel, and is inserted into the right opening of the cylindrical portion of the pilot valve body 10, and then fixed to the pilot valve body 10 by welding. A coil spring 51 is sandwiched between the coil spring support portion 34C and the left end portion of the attractor 50 to bias the plunger 30 along the axis C in the direction away from the attractor 50.
[0043] The electromagnetic coil unit 60 includes a molded coil portion 61 disposed on the outer periphery of the cylindrical portion of the pilot valve body 10 in order to selectively excite the plunger 30 and the attractor 50, a casing 62 made of a magnetic material that covers and houses the molded coil portion 61 inside, and a lead wire 63 that electrically connects the molded coil portion 61 to an external drive control portion (not shown). The electromagnetic coil unit 60 is fixed to the attractor 50 by screwing a machine screw 64 into a female screw hole 50A of the attractor 50 through a mounting hole 62A of the casing 62.
[0044] <Valve seat structure> In the conventional slide type switching valve, as described above, the small diameter valve holes on both sides of the three small diameter valve holes opening on the valve seat surface of the valve seat are arranged close to the central small diameter valve hole, thereby solving the first conventional problem (long stroke length of the slide valve body). However, when viewed perpendicularly to the valve seat surface, the outlines of the small diameter valve holes on both sides intersect with the outline of the capillary tube, and burrs are generated at the intersection in the valve seat flow passage, resulting in a new conventional second problem (generation of burrs in the valve seat flow passage).
[0045] In response to this, the slide type switching valve 100A in this embodiment, which will be described in detail later, is devised with a valve seat structure (for example, the division structure of the valve seat portions 20A-20E and the shape of the valve seat flow paths 20RA-20RE) to provide a larger flow path area, that is, an offset region, in the valve seat flow paths 20RA-20RE as viewed from the vertical direction of the valve seat surface, compared with one end side (upper end side: opening end side of the valve seat surface) and the other end side (lower end side: joint pipe end side) of the valve seat flow paths 20RA-20RE, thereby resolving the first conventional problem (long stroke length of the slide valve body). Also, in each member in which the valve seat flow paths 20RA-20RE are formed, the outlines of the valve seat flow paths 20RA-20RE as viewed from the vertical direction of the valve seat surface are arranged so as not to intersect, thereby resolving the second problem (generation of burrs in the valve seat flow paths).
[0046] Here, as shown in Figures 4 to 13, the first embodiment consists of five aspects, from aspect 1-1 to aspect 1-5, depending on the division structure of the valve seat portions 20A to 20E, the shapes of the valve seat flow paths 20RA to 20RE, and the positioning means 25g to 27g, 25h, 21p, and 21w, so the detailed structures of the valve seat portions 20A to 20E will be described in order from aspect 1-1 to aspect 1-5.
[0047] In addition, regarding the symbols (e.g., 25Es1, 21Sd1, 21Ci1, etc.) given to the seat member and the valve seat body, those having "E", "S", and "C" in the first three digits indicate fluid connection to the E joint pipe, the S joint pipe, and the C joint pipe, respectively, those having "s", "d", and "i" in the first four digits indicate a straight through hole, a stepped portion, and a joint pipe insertion hole, respectively, and those having "1" to "5" at the end indicate the modes 1-1 to 1-5, respectively. The same components are given the same symbols, and duplicated explanations are omitted. In addition, in the modes 1-1 to 1-5, the width of each through hole in the valve seat surface of the seat members 25A to 25D and the first seat member 26 is set so that the width in the direction perpendicular to the axis C is the same as the width in the direction of the axis C, but this is not limited thereto, and it is sufficient that the width in the direction perpendicular to the axis C is set to be equal to or larger than the width in the direction of the axis C.
[0048] (Regarding mode 1-1) 4 and 5, the valve seat portion 20A of the valve seat portion 20A in the manner 1-1 of the first embodiment will be described in order of <divided structure of the valve seat portion>, <shape of the valve seat flow passage>, <positioning means>, and <assembly process>.
[0049] <Valve seat division structure> 4(a) and 4(b), the valve seat portion 20A includes a seat member 25A and a valve seat body 21A as separate members, and a valve seat flow path 20RA through which the working fluid flows directly is formed in the seat member 25A and the valve seat body 21A, and a coupling pipe insertion area 20IA is formed in the valve seat body 21A to ensure an insertion margin for the coupling pipes 1E, 1S, and 1C. The coupling pipe insertion area 20IA is formed of one cylindrical shape for the three coupling pipe insertion holes 21Ei1, 21Si1, and 21Ci1 (see FIGS. 5(e) and (f)). In this embodiment, the fitting pipes 1E, 1S, 1C are simply inserted into the fitting pipe insertion holes 21Ei1, 21Si1, 21Ci1 of the fitting pipe insertion region 20IA, and the working fluid does not flow directly through the fitting pipe insertion holes 21Ei1, 21Si1, 21Ci1, so the fitting pipe insertion holes 21Ei1, 21Si1, 21Ci1 are not included in the valve seat flow path 20RA.
[0050] In this embodiment, the sheet member 25A is formed from a thin plate of stainless steel by punching press processing or etching processing, and then the straight through holes 25Es1, 25Ss1, and 25Cs1 are formed by pressing processing, etching processing (half etching processing), etc. Therefore, both the cutting hole processing in the sheet member 25A and the accompanying surface finishing processing of the upper surface of the sheet member 25A on which the slide valve body 40 slides are not required, and the number of processing steps can be further reduced.
[0051] <Valve seat flow passage shape> As shown in FIG. 4(a), the valve seat flow path 20RA is composed of straight through holes 25Es1, 25Ss1, and 25Cs1 (see FIGS. 5(a) to 5(c)) in the seat member 25A and a different-diameter stepped hole 20DA (see FIG. 5(e)) in the valve seat main body 21A. As shown in FIGS. 5(d) and 5(e), the different-diameter stepped hole 20DA is composed of a stepped portion 21Ed1 and a straight through hole 21Es1, a stepped portion 21Sd1 and a straight through hole 21Ss1, and a stepped portion 21Cd1 and a straight through hole 21Cs1. Therefore, in this embodiment, the valve seat main body 21A in which the different-diameter stepped hole 20DA is formed and the seat member 25A in which the straight through holes 25Es1, 25Ss1, and 25Cs1 are formed are joined together to easily form a complicated valve seat flow path 20RA.
[0052] 5(a) and 5(d), in the valve seat flow passage 20RA viewed from the vertical direction of the valve seat surface, stepped portions 21Ed1, 21Sd1, and 21Cd1 having a larger flow passage area are interposed compared to one end side (straight through holes 25Es1, 25Ss1, and 25Cs1 of the seat member 25A) and the other end side (straight through holes 21Es1, 21Ss1, and 21Cs1) of the valve seat flow passage 20RA. Note that the fluid connection from the other end side (straight through holes 21Es1, 21Ss1, and 21Cs1) of the valve seat flow passage 20RA to each joint pipe 1E, 1S, and 1C is performed without substantially changing the flow passage area. Here, the stepped portions 21Ed1, 21Sd1, 21Cd1 function as offset regions, and are fluidly connected to the straight through holes 21Es1, 21Ss1, 21Cs1 that are offset and spaced apart in a direction perpendicular to the axis C, and are also fluidly connected to the straight through holes 25Es1, 25Ss1, 25Cs1 that are adjacently arranged in the direction of the axis C of the seat member 25A. Therefore, the stepped portions 21Ed1, 21Sd1, 21Cd1 allow the straight through holes 25Es1, 25Ss1, 25Cs1 to be adjacently arranged, thereby eliminating the first problem of the conventional art (the large stroke length of the slide valve body) and reducing the amount of movement of the plunger 30 along the direction of the axis C, thereby increasing the attraction force between the plunger 30 and the attractor 50, thereby further reducing the cost of the electromagnetic coil unit 60 and the power consumption of the coil. In addition, the contours of the straight-shaped through holes 25Es1, 25Ss1, and 25Cs1 in the seat member 25A, when viewed from the vertical direction of the valve seat surface, do not intersect, as shown in Figure 5(a), and the contours of the different diameter stepped hole 20DA in the valve seat body 21A, i.e., the contours of the stepped portions 21Ed1, 21Sd1, and 21Cd1 and the straight-shaped through holes 21Es1, 21Ss1, and 21Cs1, when viewed from the vertical direction of the valve seat surface, do not intersect with each other, as shown in Figure 5(d), thereby eliminating the second problem of the conventional technology (occurrence of burrs in the valve seat flow path).
[0053] <Positioning means> The valve seat body 21A is provided with an alignment wall (positioning means) 21w that extends and stands along a pair of side surfaces facing each other in the direction of the axis C. The seat member 25A is provided with an alignment groove (positioning means) 25g that has a notch along the pair of side surfaces facing each other in the direction of the axis C. In this embodiment, by employing the alignment wall 21w and the alignment groove 25g, it is possible to easily and reliably position the seat member 25A relative to the valve seat body 21A.
[0054] <Assembly process> Here, the process of assembling the valve seat portion 20A to the pilot valve body 10 using the positioning means 21w, 25g will be described. First, a sheet-shaped or ring-shaped brazing material is set on the valve seat body 21A. Then, the seat member 25A is placed so as to engage with the positioning groove 25g on the positioning wall 21w of the valve seat body 21A, and the upper end of the positioning wall 21w is deformed by caulking to temporarily fix the seat member 25A to the valve seat body 21A. After that, the valve seat body 21A and the seat member 25A are joined by brazing to form the valve seat portion 20A. The valve seat portion 20A is inserted into the valve seat mounting hole 10A from the inside of the pilot valve body 10 and joined by brazing. At this time, the shape of the lower side surface of the valve seat body 21A has an arc shape corresponding to the inner peripheral surface of the pilot valve body 10 as shown in FIG. 4(b) in order to facilitate positioning with the pilot valve body 10. Finally, the joint pipes 1E, 1S, 1C are joined to the joint pipe insertion holes 21Ei1, 21Si1, 21Ci1 of the valve seat body 21A by brazing. Note that in this embodiment, the valve seat portion 20A is joined to the pilot valve body 10 by brazing, and then the joint pipes 1E, 1S, 1C are joined to the valve seat portion 20A by brazing, but this is not limiting, and for example, the joining of the valve seat portion 20A to the pilot valve body 10 and the joining of the joint pipes 1E, 1S, 1C to the valve seat portion 20A may be performed simultaneously. Also, the joining of each member in this embodiment may be performed by brazing, welding, diffusion bonding, or the like.
[0055] <Operation of the slide type switching valve> The operation of the slide type switching valve 100A will be described with reference to Fig. 3. Here, the protrusion 14 of the pilot valve body 10 and the straight through holes 21Es1, 21Ss1, and 21Cs1 in the valve seat portion 20A function as the first port 14, the second port 21Es1, the third port 21Ss1, and the fourth port 21Cs1 in the fluid path, respectively.
[0056] The slide valve body 40 is reciprocated along the direction of the axis C by the plunger 30, thereby switching the position of the recessed portion 40A of the slide valve body 40 relative to the valve seat portion 20A. As a result, two of the three adjacent ports (the second port 21Es1, the third port 21Ss1, and the fourth port 21Cs1) in the valve seat portion 20A are selectively communicated with each other.
[0057] 3, when the slide type switching valve 100A is in a coil de-energized state, the plunger 30 has its tip surface 32 abutted against the stopper ring 37 by the biasing force of the coil spring 51, while the slide valve body 40 moves to a left position with respect to the valve seat portion 20A. At this time, the second port 21Es1 and the third port 21Ss1 communicate with each other through the recessed portion 40A of the slide valve body 40, and fluid flows from the E joint pipe 1E to the S joint pipe 1S, while the first port 14 and the fourth port 21Cs1 communicate with each other, and fluid flows from the D joint pipe 1D to the C joint pipe 1C.
[0058] Next, although not shown, when the slide type switching valve 100A is in a coil energized state, the right end of the plunger 30 is attracted to the attractor 50 by magnetic force and abuts against it, while the slide valve body 40 moves to a right position relative to the valve seat portion 20A. At this time, the fourth port 21Cs1 and the third port 21Ss1 communicate with each other through the recessed portion 40A of the slide valve body 40, and the fluid flows from the C joint pipe 1C to the S joint pipe 1S, and the first port 14 and the second port 21Es1 communicate with each other, and the fluid flows from the D joint pipe 1D to the E joint pipe 1E. In this way, since the slide type switching valve 100A in the first embodiment is a direct acting electromagnetic slide valve, the responsiveness from the external drive control unit can be improved and the flow path can be quickly switched.
[0059] As described above, when the slide type switching valve 100A is in a coil non-energized state, a fluid flows from the E joint pipe 1E to the S joint pipe 1S, and a fluid flows from the D joint pipe 1D to the C joint pipe 1C, so that a pair of pistons 220A, 220B in the pilot type four-way switching valve 200 move to the right side position. Therefore, the refrigeration cycle system 1 transitions to a cooling operation state in which the refrigerant flows through the compressor 300, the outdoor heat exchanger 400, the throttling device 600, and the indoor heat exchanger 500 in that order. On the other hand, when the slide type switching valve 100A is in a coil energized state, a fluid flows from the C joint pipe 1C to the S joint pipe 1S, and a fluid flows from the D joint pipe 1D to the E joint pipe 1E, so that a pair of pistons 220A, 220B in the pilot type four-way switching valve 200 move to the left side position. Therefore, the refrigeration cycle system 1 transitions to a heating operation state in which the refrigerant flows through the compressor 300, the indoor heat exchanger 500, the expansion device 600, and the outdoor heat exchanger 400 in this order.
[0060] (Regarding Mode 1-2) Here, the valve seat portion 20B of the first embodiment mode 1-2 will be described with reference to Figures 6 and 7. The valve seat portion 20B of the first embodiment mode 1-2 differs from the valve seat portion 20A of the first embodiment mode 1-1 only in the valve seat main body 21B, but the other basic configurations are the same as those of the first embodiment mode 1-1. Here, the same members are given the same reference numerals, and redundant descriptions (<positioning means> and <assembly process>) are omitted, and only the <divided structure of the valve seat portion> and the <shape of the valve seat flow path> will be described.
[0061] <Valve seat division structure> As shown in Figures 6(a) and 6(b), the valve seat portion 20B includes a seat member 25A and a valve seat body 21B as separate members, similar to the embodiment 1-1, and the seat member 25A and the valve seat body 21B form a valve seat flow path 20RB for the working fluid, and the valve seat body 21B forms a joint pipe insertion region 20IB into which the joint pipes 1E, 1S, and 1C are inserted. Here, in order to reduce the weight of the valve seat portion 20B, as shown in Figure 6(b), the joint pipe insertion region 20IB is made of three cylindrical shapes corresponding to the three joint pipe insertion holes 21Ei2, 21Si2, and 21Ci2 (see Figures 7(e) and (f)), and is provided in the valve seat mounting hole 10B having three circular shapes.
[0062] <Valve seat flow passage shape> The valve seat flow path 20RB is composed of straight through holes 25Es1, 25Ss1, 25Cs1 (see Figs. 7(a) to (c)) in the seat member 25A and a different-diameter stepped hole 20DB (see Fig. 7(e)) in the valve seat main body 21B. As shown in Figs. 7(d) and (e), the different-diameter stepped hole 20DB is composed of a stepped portion 21Ed2 and a straight through hole 21Es2, a stepped portion 21Sd2 and a straight through hole 21Ss2, and a stepped portion 21Cd2 and a straight through hole 21Cs2. By setting the flow path area of the stepped portions 21Ed2, 21Sd2, 21Cd2, which function as offset regions when viewed from the vertical direction of the valve seat surface, to be larger than the flow path area of the stepped portions 21Ed1, 21Sd1, 21Cd1 of mode 1-1, the straight-shaped through holes 21Es2, 21Ss2, 21Cs2 can be offset further away in a direction perpendicular to the axis C.
[0063] In this manner, in the mode 1-2 of the present embodiment, the same effect as in the mode 1-1 of the present embodiment can be obtained, that is, the conventional first and second problems (long stroke length of the slide valve body, generation of burrs in the valve seat flow passage) can all be eliminated. In addition, in the mode 1-2 of the present embodiment, the straight through holes 21Es2, 21Ss2, and 21Cs2 are offset and spaced apart from each other in a direction perpendicular to the axis C, so that the intervals between the three joint pipe insertion holes 21Ei2, 21Si2, and 21Ci2 can be increased, and as a result, the installation work of the joint pipes 1E, 1S, and 1C can be performed smoothly. Note that, if the joint pipe insertion region 20IB is formed from a single cylindrical shape as in the mode 1-1, the intervals between the three joint pipe insertion holes 21Ei2, 21Si2, and 21Ci2 become large, which causes an increase in the weight of the valve seat portion 20B. Therefore, the joint pipe insertion region 20IB in this embodiment is composed of three cylindrical shapes corresponding to the three joint pipe insertion holes 21Ei2, 21Si2, 21Ci2, thereby making it possible to realize a reduction in weight of the valve seat portion 20B.
[0064] (Regarding modes 1-3) Here, the valve seat portion 20C of the first embodiment mode 1-3 will be described with reference to Fig. 8 and Fig. 9. The valve seat portion 20C of the first embodiment mode 1-3 differs from the valve seat portion 20A of the first embodiment mode 1-1 only in the positioning means between the seat member 25A' and the valve seat main body 21A', but the other basic configurations are the same as those of the first embodiment mode 1-1. Here, the same members are given the same reference numerals, and redundant explanations (<divided structure of the valve seat portion>, <shape of the valve seat flow path> and <assembly process>) are omitted, and <positioning means> will be described. Note that the valve seat portion 20C is formed with a valve seat flow path 20RC and a joint pipe insertion area 20IC.
[0065] <Positioning means> The valve seat body 21A' has alignment protrusions (positioning means) 21p erected at the four corners. The seat member 25A' has alignment holes (positioning means) 25h at the four corners. In this embodiment, the positioning of the seat member 25A' relative to the valve seat body 21A' can be easily and reliably performed by using the alignment protrusions 21p and the alignment holes 25h. Specifically, the seat member 25A' is placed so that the alignment protrusions 21p of the valve seat body 21A' are engaged with the alignment holes 25h of the seat member 25A', and the seat member 25A' is temporarily fixed to the valve seat body 21A' by deforming the upper end of the alignment protrusions 21p by crimping. In this embodiment, the positions at which the alignment protrusions 21p and the alignment holes 25h are provided are four at each of the four corners of each member, but are not limited thereto, and various modes may be adopted, such as providing two at diagonal positions.
[0066] In this manner, in the embodiment 1-3, the same effect as that of the embodiment 1-1 can be obtained, that is, the conventional first and second problems (long stroke length of the slide valve body, generation of burrs in the valve seat passage) can all be eliminated. In addition, in the embodiment 1-3, the positioning hole 25h is adopted as the positioning means in the seat member 25A', so that when the straight through holes 25Es1, 25Ss1, and 25Cs1 are formed, the positioning hole 25h can also be formed at the same time, so that the work efficiency can be improved. Furthermore, in the embodiment 1-3, the positioning means in the seat member 25A' and the valve seat main body 21A' are provided at the four corners that are unlikely to interfere with the valve seat passage 20RC, so that the area where the different diameter stepped hole 20DC, especially the stepped portions 21Ed1, 25Sd1, and 25Cd1 are formed can be designed with a high degree of freedom.
[0067] (Regarding modes 1-4) Here, the valve seat portion 20D of the first embodiment mode 1-4 will be described with reference to Figures 10 and 11. The valve seat portion 20D of the first embodiment mode 1-4 differs from the valve seat portion 20B of the first embodiment mode 1-2 in that the different diameter stepped hole 20DD is formed in the seat member 25D, in that the different diameter stepped hole 20DB is formed in the valve seat main body 21B, but the other basic configuration is the same as that of the first embodiment mode 1-2. Here, the same members are given the same reference numerals, and redundant explanations (<positioning means> and <assembly process>) are omitted, and <divided structure of the valve seat portion> and <shape of the valve seat flow path> will be described.
[0068] <Valve seat division structure> As shown in Figures 10(a) and 10(b), similar to mode 1-2, the valve seat portion 20D comprises a seat member 25D and a valve seat body 21D as separate members, and a valve seat flow path 20RD for the working fluid is formed in the seat member 25D and the valve seat body 21D, and a fitting pipe insertion area 20ID into which the fitting pipes 1E, 1S, 1C are inserted is formed in the valve seat body 21D.
[0069] <Valve seat flow passage shape> As shown in Fig. 10(a), the valve seat flow path 20RD is composed of a different-diameter stepped hole 20DD (see Fig. 11(b)) in the seat member 25D and straight through-holes 21Es4, 21Ss4, 21Cs4 (see Figs. 11(d) to (f)) in the valve seat main body 21D. Therefore, in this embodiment, the complicated valve seat flow path 20RD can be easily formed by joining together the seat member 25D in which the different-diameter stepped hole 20DD is formed and the valve seat main body 21D in which the straight through-holes 21Es4, 21Ss4, 21Cs4 are formed. Here, in this embodiment, as shown in Fig. 11(c), in the valve seat flow path 20RD as viewed from the vertical direction of the valve seat surface, stepped portions 25Ed4, 25Sd4, 25Cd4 that have a larger flow path area and function as offset regions are interposed compared to one end side (straight through holes 25Es4, 25Ss4, 25Cs4) and the other end side (straight through holes 21Es4, 21Ss4, 21Cs4) of the valve seat flow path 20RD. Note that, as shown in Figs. 11(b) and (c), this different diameter stepped hole 20DD is composed of the stepped portion 25Ed4 and the straight through hole 25Es4, the stepped portion 25Sd4 and the straight through hole 25Ss4, and the stepped portion 25Cd4 and the straight through hole 25Cs4. Furthermore, in the seat member 25D, the contours of the different diameter stepped hole 20DD as viewed from the vertical direction of the valve seat surface, that is, the contours of the stepped portions 25Ed4, 25Sd4, 25Cd4 and the straight through holes 25Es4, 25Ss4, 25Cs4 do not intersect with each other as shown in Fig. 11(c), and the contours of the straight through holes 21Es4, 21Ss4, 21Cs4 as viewed from the vertical direction of the valve seat surface in the valve seat main body 21D do not intersect with each other as shown in Fig. 11(d). In addition, the fluid connection from the other end side (straight through holes 21Es4, 21Ss4, 21Cs4) of the valve seat flow path 20RD to each joint pipe 1E, 1S, 1C is performed without substantially changing the flow path area.
[0070] In this way, in the aspect 1-4 of the present embodiment, the same effect as the aspect 1-2 of the present embodiment can be obtained, that is, the conventional first and second problems (long stroke length of the slide valve body, generation of burrs in the valve seat flow passage) can all be eliminated. In addition, in the aspect 1-4 of the present embodiment, since the valve seat body 21D is formed by forging or cutting, the straight through holes 21Es4, 21Ss4, and 21Cs4, which are simple flow passage shapes, can be adopted, thereby reducing the processing cost and processing time.
[0071] (Regarding modes 1-5) Here, the valve seat portion 20E of the first embodiment mode 1-5 will be described with reference to Fig. 12 and Fig. 13. The valve seat portion 20E of the first embodiment mode 1-5 differs from the valve seat portion 20D of the first embodiment mode 1-4 in that the seat member 25D in the first embodiment mode 1-4 is divided into a first seat member (seat member) 26 and a second seat member (seat member) 27, so that the different diameter stepped hole itself is not formed. However, the other basic configuration is the same as that of the first embodiment mode 1-4. Here, the same members are given the same reference numerals, and redundant explanations (<positioning means> and <assembly process>) are omitted, and <divided structure of the valve seat portion> and <shape of the valve seat flow path> will be described.
[0072] <Valve seat division structure> As shown in Figures 12(a) and 12(b), the valve seat portion 20E comprises a first seat member 26, a second seat member 27, and a valve seat body 21D, which are separate members. A valve seat flow path 20RE for the working fluid is formed in the first seat member 26, the second seat member 27, and the valve seat body 21D, and a fitting pipe insertion area 20IE into which the fitting pipes 1E, 1S, 1C are inserted is formed in the valve seat body 21D. In this way, by dividing the sheet member 25D in aspect 1-4 into the first sheet member 26 and the second sheet member 27, the straight through holes 26Es5, 26Ss5, 26Cs5 of the first sheet member 26 and the straight through holes 27Es5, 27Ss5, 27Cs5 of the second sheet member 27 are adopted instead of the different diameter stepped holes 20DD of the sheet member 25D in aspect 1-4.
[0073] In this embodiment, the first sheet member 26 and the second sheet member 27 are formed from a thin plate of stainless steel by punching press processing or etching processing, and then the straight through holes 26Es5, 26Ss5, 26Cs5, 27Es5, 27Ss5, and 27Cs5 are formed by pressing processing, etching processing (half etching processing), etc. Therefore, cutting holes for forming complicated stepped holes with different diameters in the first sheet member 26 and the second sheet member 27 and the associated surface finishing processing of the upper surface of the first sheet member 26A on which the slide valve body 40 slides are both unnecessary, and the number of processing steps can be further reduced.
[0074] <Valve seat flow passage shape> The valve seat flow path 20RE is composed of straight through holes 26Es5, 26Ss5, 26Cs5 (see Figure 13(b)) in the first seat member 26, straight through holes 27Es5, 27Ss5, 27Cs5 (see Figure 13(b)) in the second seat member 27, and straight through holes 21Es4, 21Ss4, 21Cs4 (see Figure 13(e)) in the valve seat body 21D. In this embodiment, as shown in Fig. 13(c), the valve seat flow passage 20RE has a larger flow passage area than one end side (straight through holes 26Es5, 26Ss5, 26Cs5) and the other end side (straight through holes 21Es4, 21Ss4, 21Cs4) of the valve seat flow passage 20RE when viewed from the vertical direction of the valve seat surface, and straight through holes 27Es5, 27Ss5, 27Cs5 functioning as offset regions are interposed. Note that the outlines of the straight through holes 26Es5, 26Ss5, 26Cs5 in the first seat member 26 when viewed from the vertical direction of the valve seat surface do not intersect as shown in Fig. 13(a), and the outlines of the straight through holes 27Es5, 27Ss5, 27Cs5 in the second seat member 27 when viewed from the vertical direction of the valve seat surface do not intersect as shown in Fig. 13(c). Furthermore, the contours of the straight through holes 21Es4, 21Ss4, and 21Cs4 in the valve seat body 21D when viewed from the vertical direction of the valve seat surface do not intersect as shown in Fig. 13(d). Moreover, the fluid connection from the other end side (straight through holes 21Es4, 21Ss4, and 21Cs4) of the valve seat flow path 20RE to each of the joint pipes 1E, 1S, and 1C is performed without substantially changing the flow path area.
[0075] In this manner, in the embodiment 1-5, the same effect as the embodiment 1-4 can be obtained, that is, the conventional first and second problems (long stroke length of the slide valve body, burrs in the valve seat flow passage) can be all eliminated, and the valve seat main body 21D adopts the straight through holes 21Es4, 21Ss4, and 21Cs4, which are simple flow passage shapes, thereby reducing the processing cost and processing time. In addition, in the embodiment 1-5, the first seat member 26 and the second seat member 27 adopt the straight through holes 26Es5, 26Ss5, 26Cs5, 27Es5, 27Ss5, and 27Cs5, which are simple flow passage shapes, thereby reducing the processing cost and processing time and enabling more fine processing.
[0076] Second embodiment A slide type switching valve 100B according to the second embodiment will be described with reference to Figures 14 to 16. The slide type switching valve 100B according to the second embodiment differs from the slide type switching valve 100A of the first embodiment in the valve seat portion 20' (mainly the valve seat main body 21'), but the other basic configurations are the same as those of the first embodiment. Here, the same members are given the same reference numerals, and redundant explanations are omitted. The following will describe the <division structure of the valve seat portion>, <shape of the valve seat flow path>, <cross-sectional shape and arrangement of the through hole in the first seat member>, and <assembly process>.
[0077] In the valve seat portion 20E of the first embodiment, as shown in Fig. 13(b) and (e), the first seat member 26, the second seat member 27, and the valve seat body 21D are provided as separate members, and a straight through hole is adopted for each member as the valve seat flow passage 20RE. This makes it possible to reduce the processing cost and processing time for the first seat member 26, the second seat member 27, and the valve seat body 21D. However, the valve seat body 21D formed by forging or cutting has a limited cost reduction effect, so further ingenuity from another angle was required. In addition, in the first embodiment, the first problem of the conventional art (long stroke length of the slide valve body) is solved by providing an offset region in the valve seat flow passage, but it was required to further reduce the stroke length of the slide valve body 40.
[0078] Therefore, in the slide-type switching valve 100B of the second embodiment, in order to further simplify the valve seat body 21', only the coupling pipe insertion area 20IE' is formed in the valve seat body 21' and the valve seat flow path is omitted from the valve seat body 21', so that the valve seat body 21' can be formed from a press-processed product.
[0079] In addition, although details will be described later, in the mode 1-5 of the first embodiment, the straight through holes 21Es4, 21Ss4, and 21Cs4 of the valve seat body 21D are adopted in order to make the flow area of the other end side of the valve seat flow path 20RE smaller than the flow area of the offset region. However, in the slide type switching valve 100B according to the second embodiment, the valve seat flow path itself of the valve seat body 21' is omitted, and therefore, in order to make the flow area of the other end side of the valve seat flow path 20RE' smaller than the flow area of the offset region, the tip openings of the joint pipes 1E, 1S, and 1C inserted into the joint pipe insertion region 20IE' are adopted instead of the valve seat flow path of the valve seat body 21'.
[0080] Furthermore, in the second embodiment of the sliding type switching valve 100B, in order to further reduce the stroke length Ls of the sliding valve body 40, the first sheet members 26'-1 to 26'-6 made of a thin plate are subjected to minute processing by pressing, etching (half etching), or cutting to form straight through holes having various cross-sectional shapes and arrangements.
[0081] Here, as shown in Figures 16(d) and 17, the second embodiment consists of six aspects, from aspect 2-1 to aspect 2-6, depending on the cross-sectional shape and arrangement of the straight through holes formed in the first sheet members (sheet members) 26'-1 to 26'-6, and therefore, aspects 2-1 to 2-6 will be described in order.
[0082] (Regarding mode 2-1) <Valve seat division structure> 15(a) and 15(b), the valve seat portion 20' comprises a first seat member 26'-1, a second seat member (seat member) 27', and a valve seat main body 21', which are separate members, and a joint pipe insertion region 20IE' into which the joint pipes 1E, 1S, and 1C are inserted is formed in the valve seat main body 21', and a valve seat flow path 20RE' for the working fluid is formed in the first seat member 26'-1 and the second seat member 27' (including the boundaries with the respective joint pipes 1E, 1S, and 1C). In this way, since the valve seat flow path 20RE' is not formed in the valve seat main body 21', it can be formed from a pressed product made of a thin plate.
[0083] <Valve seat flow passage shape> As shown in Figures 15(a), (b) and 16(a), the valve seat flow path 20RE' is composed of straight through holes 26Es5'-1, 26Ss5'-1, and 26Cs5'-1 in the first seat member 26'-1 (see Figures 16(c) and (d)), straight through holes 27Es5', 27Ss5', and 27Cs5' in the second seat member 27' (see Figures 16(e) and (f)), and the tip openings of the coupling pipes 1E, 1S, and 1C that are abutted against and fixed to the underside of the second seat member 27'. Specifically, as shown in Fig. 16(a), one end side (upper end side) of the valve seat flow passage 20RE' is the straight through holes 26Es5'-1, 26Ss5'-1, 26Cs5'-1 of the first seat member 26'-1, and the other end side (lower end side) of the valve seat flow passage 20RE' is three flow passages corresponding to the tip openings of the joint pipes 1E, 1S, 1C formed at the boundary between the second seat member 27' and each of the joint pipes 1E, 1S, 1C. Therefore, in this embodiment, as shown in Fig. 16(b), the valve seat flow passage 20RE' viewed from the vertical direction of the valve seat surface has straight through holes 27Es5', 27Ss5', 27Cs5' that have a larger flow passage area and function as an offset region compared to the one end side (upper end side) and the other end side (lower end side) of the valve seat flow passage 20RE'. In addition, the contours of the straight through holes 26Es5'-1, 26Ss5'-1, and 26Cs5'-1 in the first seat member 26'-1 when viewed from the vertical direction of the valve seat surface do not intersect, as shown in Figures 16(c) and (d), and the contours of the straight through holes 27Es5', 27Ss5', and 27Cs5' in the second seat member 27' when viewed from the vertical direction of the valve seat surface do not intersect, as shown in Figures 16(e) and (f).
[0084] <Cross-sectional shape and arrangement of through holes in first sheet member> 16(d), the cross-sectional shape and arrangement of the straight through-holes 26Es5'-1, 26Ss5'-1, and 26Cs5'-1 in the first seat member 26'-1 will be described. The straight through-holes 26Es5'-1 and 26Ss5'-1 are included in a recessed area R40A (coil non-energized state T1) (solid line in the figure) that is surrounded by the recessed portion 40A of the slide valve body 40 and forms a flow path, and the straight through-holes 26Ss5'-1 and 26Cs5'-1 are included in a recessed area R40A (coil energized state T2) (dashed line in the figure).
[0085] The straight through holes 26Es5'-1, 26Ss5'-1, and 26Cs5'-1 in the first sheet member 26'-1 each have an elliptical cross-sectional shape. The central straight through hole 26Ss5'-1 in the first sheet member 26'-1 is disposed on the axis C, while the straight through holes 26Es5'-1 and 26Cs5'-1 on both sides of the first sheet member 26'-1 are slightly rotated clockwise and counterclockwise, respectively, and are disposed in a state of being offset in a direction perpendicular to the axis C. In this case, the width of each straight through hole 26Es5'-1, 26Ss5'-1, and 26Cs5'-1 in a direction perpendicular to the axis C is set to be equal to or larger than the width in the direction of the axis C.
[0086] In this way, by selecting the cross-sectional shape and arrangement of the straight through holes 26Es5'-1, 26Ss5'-1, and 26Cs5'-1 in the first seat member 26'-1, the flow path area of each through hole in the first seat member 26'-1 can be secured while the stroke length Ls of the slide valve body 40 and the plunger 30 can be set relatively small, thereby increasing the MOPD (the limit pressure at which the valve can be operated safely and reliably, indicating the maximum pressure difference between the inlet pressure and outlet pressure of the valve) or further reducing the cost of the electromagnetic coil unit 60 and power consumption of the coil. In this embodiment, the through holes 26Es5'-1, 26Cs5'-1 on both sides of the first sheet member 26'-1 are both offset in the same direction perpendicular to the axis C, but this is not limited to the above. For example, the through holes 26Es5'-1, 26Cs5'-1 on both sides may be offset in different directions perpendicular to the axis C as long as they are respectively contained in the recess area R40A (coil non-energized state T1) and the recess area R40A (coil energized state T2).
[0087] <Assembly process> The first seat member 26'-1 and the second seat member 27' are laminated and joined by welding or diffusion bonding. Then, the second seat member 27' and the valve seat body 21' are joined by brazing or welding to form the valve seat portion 20'. This valve seat portion 20' is inserted into the valve seat mounting hole 10A' from the outside of the pilot valve body 10 and joined by brazing. Finally, the joint pipes 1E, 1S, and 1C are inserted into the joint pipe insertion holes 21Ei', 21Si', and 21Ci' of the valve seat body 21' and joined by brazing while being abutted against the second seat member 27'. In this embodiment, the valve seat portion 20' is joined to the pilot valve body 10 by brazing, and then the joint pipes 1E, 1S, 1C are joined to the valve seat portion 20' by brazing, but this is not limiting, and for example, the joining of the valve seat portion 20' to the pilot valve body 10 and the joining of the joint pipes 1E, 1S, 1C to the valve seat portion 20' may be performed simultaneously. Also, the joining of each member in this embodiment may be performed by brazing, welding, diffusion bonding, or the like.
[0088] In this way, the second embodiment can achieve the same effect as the first embodiment, that is, can solve all of the first and second problems of the conventional art (long stroke length of the slide valve body, generation of burrs in the valve seat flow passage). In addition, in the second embodiment, the first seat member 26'-1 and the second seat member 27' employ straight through holes 26Es5'-1, 26Ss5'-1, 26Cs5'-1, 27Es5', 27Ss5', and 27Cs5', which are simple flow passage shapes, thereby reducing processing costs and processing time. In particular, by offsetting the straight through holes 26Es5'-1, 26Ss5'-1, 26Cs5'-1 having an elliptical cross-sectional shape with a width in a direction perpendicular to the axis C or larger than the width in the direction of the axis C with respect to the first seat member 26'-1, the stroke length Ls of the slide valve body 40 (the gap between the plunger 30 and the attractor 50 in a non-energized state) can be made relatively small while ensuring the flow path area of each through hole in the first seat member 26'-1, so that the attraction force between the plunger 30 and the attractor 50 can be increased and the MOPD can be increased. Alternatively, since the stroke length Ls of the slide valve body 40 and the plunger 30 can be made relatively small, the number of turns of the magnet wire (not shown) in the molded coil section 61 can be reduced, thereby reducing the cost of the electromagnetic coil unit 60 and saving the power consumption of the coil. Furthermore, in the second embodiment, the valve seat body 21' is a pressed product made of a thin plate, which makes it possible to further reduce processing costs and processing time and reduce the weight of the slide type switching valve 100A.
[0089] (Regarding Mode 2-2 to Mode 2-6) Here, the second embodiment will be described in terms of mode 2-2 to mode 2-6 with reference to Fig. 17(a) to (e). Modes 2-2 to 2-6 of the second embodiment differ from mode 2-1 of the second embodiment in the cross-sectional shape and arrangement of each through hole in the first sheet members 26'-2 to 26'-6, but the other basic configurations are the same as mode 2-1 of the second embodiment. Here, the same members are given the same reference numerals, and redundant explanations are omitted, and <the cross-sectional shape and arrangement of the through holes in the first sheet member> will be described. In addition, in modes 2-2 to 2-6, similar to mode 2-1, the recessed region R40A (coil non-energized state T1) (solid line in the figure) and the recessed region R40A (coil energized state T2) (dotted line in the figure) are set to include two through holes from the left side and two through holes from the right side, respectively, and the width of each through hole in the direction perpendicular to the axis C is set to be greater than or equal to the width in the direction of the axis C.
[0090] <Cross-sectional shape and arrangement of through holes in first sheet member> (Regarding Mode 2-2) 17(a), the through holes 26Es5'-2, 26Ss5'-2, and 26Cs5'-2 in the first sheet member 26'-2 are elliptical holes having elliptical cross-sectional shapes. The through holes 26Ss5'-2, 26Es5'-2, and 26Cs5'-2 in the first sheet member 26'-2 are aligned along the axis C.
[0091] (Regarding mode 2-3) 17(b), the through holes 26Es5'-3, 26Ss5'-3, and 26Cs5'-3 in the first sheet member 26'-3 are circular holes having circular cross-sectional shapes. The through holes 26Ss5'-2, 26Es5'-2, and 26Cs5'-2 in the first sheet member 26'-2 are aligned along the axis C.
[0092] (Regarding Modes 2-4) 17(c), the central through-hole 26Ss5'-4 in the first sheet member 26'-4 is an elliptical hole having an elliptical cross-sectional shape, and the through-holes 26Es5'-4, 26Cs5'-4 on both sides in the first sheet member 26'-4 are a pair of triangular holes having triangular cross-sectional shapes. The through-holes 26Ss5'-4, 26Es5'-4, 26Cs5'-4 in the first sheet member 26'-4 are aligned along the axis C.
[0093] (Regarding Mode 2-5) As shown in Fig. 17(d), the central through hole 26Ss5'-5 in the first seat member 26'-5 is a circular hole having a circular cross-sectional shape, and the through holes 26Es5'-5, 26Cs5'-5 on both sides of the first seat member 26'-5 are a pair of elliptical holes having an elliptical cross-sectional shape. The central through hole 26Ss5'-5 in the first seat member 26'-5 is disposed on the axis C, while the through holes 26Es5'-5, 26Cs5'-5 on both sides of the first seat member 26'-5 are slightly rotated clockwise and counterclockwise, respectively, and are disposed in a state of being offset in a direction perpendicular to the axis C. This allows the stroke length Ls of the slide valve body 40 to be set even smaller while ensuring the flow passage area of each through hole in the first seat member 26'-5. In this embodiment, the through holes 26Es5'-5, 26Cs5'-5 on both sides of the first sheet member 26'-5 are both offset in the same direction perpendicular to the axis C, but this is not limited to the above. For example, the through holes 26Es5'-5, 26Cs5'-5 on both sides may be offset in different directions perpendicular to the axis C as long as they are respectively contained in the recess area R40A (coil non-energized state T1) and the recess area R40A (coil energized state T2).
[0094] (Regarding Modes 2-6) 17(e), the through holes 26Es5'-6, 26Ss5'-6, and 26Cs5'-6 in the first sheet member 26'-6 are rectangular holes having rectangular cross-sectional shapes. The through holes 26Ss5'-6, 26Es5'-6, and 26Cs5'-6 in the first sheet member 26'-6 are aligned along the axis C.
[0095] As described above in the aspects 2-2 to 2-6, by appropriately selecting the cross-sectional shape and arrangement of each through hole in the first seat member 26'-2 to 26'-6 such that the width in the direction perpendicular to the axis C is equal to or greater than the width in the direction of the axis C, the flow path area of each through hole in the first seat member 26'-2 to 26'-6 can be secured while the stroke length Ls of the slide valve body 40 and the plunger 30 can be set relatively small, thereby increasing the MOPD or further reducing the cost of the electromagnetic coil unit 60 and power saving of the coil.
[0096] In the second embodiment, the cross-sectional shape of each through hole formed in the first sheet members 26'-1 to 26'-6 may be selected from any one of an ellipse, a circle, a triangle, a rectangle, and a crescent, or a combination of these.
[0097] In the second embodiment, various cross-sectional shapes and arrangements as shown in Figures 16(d) and 17 are adopted for each of the through holes of the first sheet members 26'-1 to 26'-6. However, this is not limited to the above, and for example, these various cross-sectional shapes and arrangements may be adopted for each of the through holes of the sheet members 25A, 25C and the first sheet member 26 in the first embodiment.
