Description

[Technical field]

[0001] The present invention relates to a method for filling grout material. [Background technology]

[0002] Conventionally, a construction method for constructing a structure by joining precast concrete members (precast concrete members) is known (see, for example, Patent Document 1). The precast concrete members are formed with through holes (sheath tubes) and sleeve joints into which reinforcing bars are inserted and into which grout material is filled. In general, grout material is filled into the joints between the precast concrete members at the same time as the grout material is filled into the through holes and sleeve joints. [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]

[0003] [Patent Document 1] Patent No. 6502599 Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0004] However, since the pot life of grout is limited, the amount of grout that can be filled at one time is also limited. Therefore, it is necessary to fill the grout efficiently in a short time. In particular, when using precast concrete members with a large cross section, it is necessary to fill a large amount of grout into the joints, so it is desirable to improve the efficiency of filling the grout.

[0005] The present invention has been made in consideration of the above-mentioned problems, and aims to provide a grout filling method that can efficiently fill grout material into joints in precast concrete components and holes such as through holes and sleeve joints. [Means for solving the problem]

[0006] In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the grout filling method of the present invention is a grout filling method for filling grout material into joints between precast concrete members and other structural members, and into holes formed in the precast concrete members and opening toward the joints, characterized in that the grout material is injected into the center of the joints in a plan view to fill the joints with the grout material, and the grout material is filled into the holes via the joints.

[0007] In the present invention, the grout material is injected into the center of the joint in plan view to fill the joint and the hole. As a result, in the present invention, the grout material spreads evenly in a short time compared to the case where the grout material is injected from the side of the joint, and the occurrence of air pockets in the joint can be suppressed. In addition, when multiple holes are provided, the grout material can be filled evenly in a short time.

[0008] In the grout filling method according to the present invention, the hole may be located above the joint and open to the joint below. By doing this, the grout material is filled into the hole by shooting up from the joint on the lower side, so that air mixed in when filling the grout material escapes upward through the hole, thereby preventing air from mixing into the grout material.

[0009] In addition, in the grout filling method of the present invention, the precast concrete member may be provided with a plurality of holes, and a joint portion dividing formwork may be provided which divides the joint portion into a plurality of areas in a plan view, and the grout material may be filled into each of the divided areas of the joint portion, and the grout material may be filled into the holes through the joint portion. By doing this, even if the precast concrete member is large, the amount of grout material that is continuously filled into the joints and holes at one time can be a predetermined amount that matches the usable time of the grout material. Since the grout material can be simultaneously filled into multiple divided areas of the joints, the time required for filling the grout material can be shortened.

[0010] In addition, in a grout filling method according to the present invention, a joint between two adjacent precast concrete members, a first hole formed in one of the two precast concrete members and opening toward the joint, and a second hole formed in the other precast concrete member at a position overlapping with the first hole via the joint and opening toward the joint, with grout material, a first grout material filling step of providing a hole connection separation formwork around a hole connection portion that overlaps with the first hole portion and the second hole portion in order to separate the hole connection portion from a hole connection outer area that is the outside of the hole connection portion, and filling the hole connection outer area in the joint portion with the grout material; and a second grout material filling step of injecting the grout material into the first hole portion to fill the first hole portion with the grout material, and filling the hole connection portion and the second hole portion with the grout material via the first hole portion.

[0011] In the present invention, the first grout filling step of filling the joints with grout material and the second grout filling step of filling the holes with grout material can be performed separately. Therefore, even if the precast concrete member is large, the amount of grout material to be continuously filled at one time can be a predetermined amount that matches the usable time of the grout material. Since the first grout filling step and the second grout filling step can be performed simultaneously, the time required for filling the grout material can be shortened. Effect of the Invention

[0012] According to the present invention, grout material can be efficiently filled into joints in precast concrete members and holes such as through holes and sleeve joints. [Brief description of the drawings]

The first grout material flow passage 41 of the second precast concrete member 32 is connected to a second joint portion 52. In the first step, a formwork 59 is provided along the outer periphery of the first joint portion 51 and the second joint portion 52.

[0030] In the first step, the grout material 4 is injected from the first end 41a into the first grout material flow path 41 of the first precast concrete member 31, and the grout material 4 is filled into the first joint 51. The grout material 4 is further injected, and the grout material 4 is filled into the through hole 61 of the first precast concrete member 31 from below through the first joint 51. The grout material 4 is further injected, and the grout material 4 that flows out from the upper end of the through hole 61 of the first precast concrete member 31 is filled into the second joint 52. The grout material 4 is further injected, and the grout material 4 is filled into the through hole 61 of the second precast concrete member 32 through the second joint 52.

[0031] Excess grout material 4 flows from the second joint portion 5 into the first grout material flow path 41 of the second precast concrete member 32 from the second end 41b, and is discharged to the side of the second precast concrete member 32 from the first end 41a of the first grout material flow path 41. In this manner, the grout material 4 is filled into the through holes 61, the first joints 51 and the second joints 52 of the first precast concrete member 31 and the second precast concrete member 32.

[0032] Subsequently, a second step is performed in which grout material 4 is filled into the lower sleeve joints 62 and the third to sixth joint portions 53-56 of the third to sixth precast concrete members 33-36. 4 and 5, the third precast concrete member 33 is provided with a first grout material flow path 41, similar to the first precast concrete member 31. The first grout material flow path 41 of the third precast concrete member 33 is provided in a position so as not to interfere with the lower sleeve joint 62 of the third precast concrete member 33.

[0033] The third precast concrete member 33 is provided with second grout material channels 42 connected to each lower sleeve joint 62. The second grout material channels 42 communicate with the lower sleeve joints 62 and the sides of the third precast concrete member 33. In this embodiment, two second grout material channels 42 are provided for each lower sleeve joint 62, spaced apart in the vertical direction. Of the ends of the second grout material channels 42, the end that opens to the side of the third precast concrete member 33 is referred to as a first end 42a, and the end that opens into the interior of the lower sleeve joint 62 is referred to as a second end 42b. The first grout material passage 41 and the second grout material passage 42 are provided at positions where they do not interfere with each other. In the second step, a formwork 59 is provided along the outer periphery of the third joint portion 53 .

[0034] In the second step, the grout material 4 is injected from the first end 41a into the first grout material flow path 41 of the third precast concrete member 33, and the grout material 4 is filled into the third joint 53. The grout material 4 is further injected, and the grout material 4 is filled into the lower sleeve joint 62 of the third precast concrete member 33 through the third joint 53. Excess grout material 4 flows from the lower sleeve joint 62 into the second grout material passage 42 from the second end 42b, and is discharged from the first end 42a of the second grout material passage 42 to the side of the third precast concrete member 33. In this manner, the grout material 4 is filled into the third joint portion 5 and the lower sleeve joint 62 of the third precast concrete member 33.

[0035] The 4-6th precast concrete member 3 is provided with a first grout material flow path 41 and a second grout material flow path 42, similar to the third precast concrete member 33. The lower sleeve joint 62 and the 4th-6th joints 54-56 of the 4-6th precast concrete member 3 are filled with grout material 4 in the same manner as the lower sleeve joint 62 and the third joint 53 of the third precast concrete member 33 are filled with grout material 4.

[0036] Next, a third process is performed in which grout material 4 is filled into the lower sleeve joint 64, the upper sleeve joint 65 of the seventh precast concrete member 37, the through hole 67 of the eighth precast concrete member, the seventh joint portion 57 and the eighth joint portion 58. As shown in Figures 6 and 7, the seventh precast concrete member 37 and the eighth precast concrete member 38 are provided with a first grout material flow channel 41 similar to that of the first precast concrete member 31. The seventh precast concrete section 37 is provided with second grout channels 42 which are connected to each lower sleeve joint 64 in the same manner as the third precast concrete section 33 .

[0037] The seventh precast concrete member 37 is provided with third grout material channels 43 connected to each upper sleeve joint 65. The third grout material channels 43 communicate with the upper sleeve joints 65 and the sides of the seventh precast concrete member 37. In this embodiment, two third grout material channels 43 are provided for each upper sleeve joint 65, spaced apart in the vertical direction. Of the ends of the third grout material channels 43, the end that opens to the side of the seventh precast concrete member 37 is referred to as a first end 43a, and the end that opens into the interior of the upper sleeve joint 65 is referred to as a second end 43b. The first grout material passage 41 , the second grout material passage 42 and the third grout material passage 43 are arranged so as not to interfere with the lower sleeve joint 64 , the upper sleeve joint 65 and the through hole 67 . In the third step, a formwork 59 is provided along the outer periphery of the seventh joint portion 57 and the eighth joint portion 58.

[0038] In the third step, before filling the grout material 4, a joint sheath 582 (hole connection separation formwork) is provided to surround a portion of the eighth joint 58 that is sandwiched from above and below between the upper sleeve joint 65 of the seventh precast concrete member 37 and the through hole 67 of the eighth precast concrete member 38 (hereinafter referred to as a hole connection portion 581). The joint sheath 582 separates the hole connection portion 581 in the region where the eighth joint 58 is formed from the other portion (a region outside the hole connection portion 583). The upper sleeve joint 65 and the through hole 67 are continuous via the hole connection portion 581.

[0039] In the third step, a step of filling the hole connection outer region 583 of the eighth joint 5 with grout material 4 (first grout material filling step) is performed, followed by a step of filling the upper sleeve joint 65 of the seventh precast concrete member 37 and the through hole 67 of the eighth precast concrete member 38 with grout material 4 (second grout material filling step). Also, in the third step, before or after the first grout material filling step and the second grout material filling step, a step of filling the seventh joint 57 and the lower sleeve joint 64 of the seventh precast concrete member 37 with grout material 4 (third grout material filling step) is performed.

[0040] As shown in FIG. 6, in the first grout filling step, the grout material 4 is injected from the first end 41a into the first grout material passage 41 of the eighth precast concrete member 38, and the grout material 4 is filled into the eighth joint 58. As described above, the eighth joint 58 is provided with a joint sheath 582. Therefore, the grout material 4 is filled into the hole connection outside region 583, and the grout material 4 does not flow into the hole connection 581. In other words, even if the grout material 4 is filled into the hole connection outside region 583, the grout material 4 does not flow into the upper sleeve joint 65 of the seventh precast concrete member 37 and the through hole 67 of the eighth precast concrete member 38.

[0041] 8, in the second grout filling step, the grout material 4 is filled from the first end 43a into the lower third grout material passage 43 of the third grout material passages 43 connected to the upper sleeve joint 65 of the seventh precast concrete member 37, and the grout material 4 is filled into the upper sleeve joint 65. Further grout material 4 is filled, and the grout material 4 is filled into the hole connection portion 581 of the eighth joint portion 58 and the through hole 67 of the eighth precast concrete member 38 via the upper sleeve joint 65.

[0042] Excess grout material 4 flows into the upper third grout material flow passage 43 connected to the upper sleeve joint 65 of the seventh precast concrete member 37 from the second end 43b, and is discharged to the outside of the seventh precast concrete member 37 from the first end 43a.

[0043] In the third grout filling step, the grout material 4 is injected from the first end 41a into the first grout material passage 41 of the seventh precast concrete member 37, and the grout material 4 is filled into the seventh joint 57. The grout material 4 is further injected to fill the lower sleeve joint 64 of the seventh precast concrete member 37 with the grout material 4 through the first grout material passage 41. Excess grout material 4 flows into the second grout material flow path 42 connected to the lower sleeve joint 64 of the seventh precast concrete member 37 from the second end 42b, and is discharged outside the seventh precast concrete member 37 from the first end 42a. In this manner, the holes and joints 5 of the precast concrete member 3 are filled with the grout material 4.

[0044] Next, the operation and effect of the grout filling method according to the first embodiment will be described. In the grout filling method according to the first embodiment, the grout material 4 is injected into the center of the joint 5 in a plan view, and the grout material 4 is filled into the joint 5 and holes (through holes 61, 67, lower sleeve joints 62, 64, upper sleeve joint 65). As a result, in the present invention, the grout material 4 spreads evenly in the joint 5 in a short time compared to the case where the grout material 4 is injected from the side into the joint 5, and the occurrence of air pockets in the joint 5 can be suppressed. Furthermore, when a plurality of holes are provided as in this embodiment, the grout material 4 can be filled evenly in a short time into the plurality of holes.

[0045] In the grout filling method according to the first embodiment, the through holes 61, 67 and the lower sleeve joints 62, 64 (holes) are located above the joint 5 and open into the joint 5 below. As a result, the grout material 4 is filled in the through holes 61, 67 and the lower sleeve joints 62, 64 by shooting up from the lower joint portion 5. Therefore, air mixed in when the grout material 4 is filled escapes upward through the hole portion, so that mixing of air into the grout material 4 can be suppressed.

[0046] In addition, in the grout material filling method according to the first embodiment, a first grout material filling step of filling the hole connection outside region 583 of the eighth joint portion 58 with the grout material 4 and a second grout material filling step of filling the upper sleeve joint 65 (first hole portion) of the seventh precast concrete member 37 (one precast concrete member) and the through hole 67 (second hole portion) of the eighth precast concrete member 38 (the other precast concrete member) with the grout material 4 can be performed separately. Therefore, even if the precast concrete member 3 is large, the amount of grout material 4 to be continuously filled at one time can be a predetermined amount that matches the usable time of the grout material 4. Since the first grout material filling step and the second grout material filling step can be performed simultaneously, the time required for filling the grout material 4 can be shortened.

[0047] Second embodiment Next, a second embodiment will be described based on the attached drawings. The same or similar members and parts as those in the first embodiment described above will be designated by the same reference numerals, and their description will be omitted. Only configurations different from the first embodiment will be described.

[0048] 9 and 10, in the grout filling method according to the second embodiment, the area where the joints 5 are to be formed is divided horizontally into a plurality of areas, and each area is filled with the grout 4. The grout material 4 is filled into the holes (through holes 61, 67, lower sleeve joints 62, 64, upper sleeve joint 65) of the precast concrete member 3 at the same time that the grout material 4 is filled into the divided areas of the continuous joints 5. To divide the joint portion 5 into a plurality of regions, an air tube formwork 7 (joint portion dividing formwork) is provided along a line that is a dividing line in the region where the joint portion 5 is to be formed before the grout material 4 is filled, and the air tube formwork 7 prevents the grout material 4 from flowing in and out between adjacent regions. In this embodiment, the joint portion 5 is divided into three regions. The three regions in the joint portion 5 are a first region 5a, a second region 5b, and a third region 5c. The first region 5a is disposed between the second region 5b and the third region 5c. In the precast concrete member 3, a first grout material flow path 41 is provided for each divided area of the joint portion 5. In this embodiment, three first grout material flow paths 41 are provided in one precast concrete member 3.

[0049] Next, a method of filling holes (through holes 61, 67, lower sleeve joints 62, 64, and upper sleeve joint 65) and joints 5 with grout in the second embodiment will be described.

[0050] First, a first step is carried out in which the grout material 4 is filled into the through holes 61, the first joints 51 and the second joints 52 of the first precast concrete member 31 and the second precast concrete member 32. As shown in FIG. 9, in the first step, the grout material 4 is injected from the first end 41a into the first grout material passage 41 connected to the first region 5a of the first joint portion 51, and the grout material 4 is filled into the first region 5a of the first joint portion 51. The grout material 4 is further injected, and the through hole 61 of the first precast concrete member 31 connected to the first region 5a of the first joint portion 51 is filled from below with the grout material 4. The grout material 4 is further injected, and the grout material 4 flowing out from the upper end of the through hole 61 of the first precast concrete member 31 is filled into the first region 5a of the second joint portion 52. The grout material 4 is further injected, and the grout material 4 is filled into the through hole 61 of the second precast concrete member 32 connected to the first region 5a of the second joint portion 52 through the first region 5a of the second joint portion 52.

[0051] The excess grout material 4 is discharged to the outside of the second precast concrete member 32 through the first grout material flow path 41 of the second precast concrete member 32 connected to the first region 5a of the second joint portion 5. Similarly, grout material 4 is filled in the second region 5b and the third region 5c of the first joint portion 51, and grout material 4 is filled in the through holes 61, the first joint portion 51 and the second joint portion 52 of the first precast concrete member 31 and the second precast concrete member 32.

[0052] Subsequently, a second step is performed in which grout material 4 is filled into the lower sleeve joints 62 and the third to sixth joint portions 53-56 of the third to sixth precast concrete members 33-36. 14, in the second step, the grout material 4 is injected into the first grout material flow path 41 connected to the first region 5a of the third joint portion 53, and the grout material 4 is filled into the first region 5a of the third joint portion 53. Further, the grout material 4 is injected, and the grout material 4 is filled into the lower sleeve joint 62 of the third precast concrete member 33 through the first region 5a of the third joint portion 53. Excess grout material 4 is discharged from the lower sleeve joint 62 through the second grout material flow path 42 to the side of the third precast concrete member 33.

[0053] Similarly, grout material 4 is filled in the second region 5b and the third region 5c of the third joint portion 53, and grout material 4 is filled in the lower sleeve joint 62 of the third precast concrete member 33 through the third joint portion 53. The lower sleeve joint 62 and the fourth-sixth joints 54-56 of the fourth-sixth precast concrete member 3 are also filled with grout material 4 in the same manner as the lower sleeve joint 62 and the third joint 53 of the third precast concrete member 33.

[0054] Next, a third process is performed in which grout material 4 is filled into the lower sleeve joint 64, the upper sleeve joint 65 of the seventh precast concrete member 37, the through hole 67 of the eighth precast concrete member, the seventh joint portion 57 and the eighth joint portion 58. The third step of the second embodiment is different from the third step of the first embodiment. As shown in Fig. 6, in the first embodiment, a joint sheath 582 is provided in the eighth joint 58 so as to surround the hole connection portion 581, but in the third step of the second embodiment, no joint sheath 582 is provided. Therefore, each area of the eighth joint 58 is continuous with the upper sleeve joint 65 of the seventh precast concrete member 37 and the through hole 67 of the eighth precast concrete member 38, which are adjacent to each other.

[0055] The third step of the second embodiment involves a first grout filling step in which grout material is filled into the seventh joint portion 57 and the lower sleeve joint 64 of the seventh precast concrete member 37, and a second grout filling step in which grout material 4 is filled into the eighth joint portion 58, the upper sleeve joint 65 of the seventh precast concrete member 37, and the through hole 67 of the eighth precast concrete member 38.

[0056] 19, in the first grout filling step, the grout material 4 is injected into the first grout material flow path 41 connected to the first region 5a of the seventh joint 57, and the grout material 4 is filled into the first region 5a of the seventh joint 57. Further, the grout material 4 is injected to fill the grout material 4 from the first region 5a of the seventh joint 57 into the lower sleeve joint 64 of the seventh precast concrete member 37. Excess grout material 4 is discharged to the outside of the seventh precast concrete member 37 through a second grout material flow path 42 connected to the lower sleeve joint 64 .

[0057] In the second grout filling step, the grout material 4 is injected into the first grout material flow path 41 connected to the first region 5a of the eighth joint 58, and the grout material 4 is filled into the first region 5a of the eighth joint 58. The grout material 4 is further injected to fill the grout material 4 from the first region 5a of the eighth joint 58 into the upper sleeve joint 65 of the seventh precast concrete member 37 and the through hole 67 of the eighth precast concrete member 38. Excess grout material 4 is discharged to the outside of the seventh precast concrete member 37 through the third grout material flow path 43 of the upper sleeve joint 65 of the seventh precast concrete member 37, and is discharged to the outside of the eighth precast concrete member 38 through the upper end of the through hole 67 of the eighth precast concrete member 38.

[0058] Similarly, the grout material 4 is injected into the first grout material passage 41 connected to the second region 5b and the third region 5c of the seventh joint 57, and the grout material 4 is filled into the second region 5b and the third region 5c of the seventh joint 57 and the lower sleeve joint 64 of the seventh precast concrete member 37 connected to these regions. Also, the grout material 4 is injected from the first end 41a into the first grout material passage 41 connected to the second region 5b and the third region 5c of the eighth joint 58, and the grout material 4 is filled into the second region 5b and the third region 5c of the eighth joint 58, the upper sleeve joint 65 of the seventh precast concrete member 37 connected to these regions, and the through hole 67 of the eighth precast concrete member 38.

[0059] In the grout filling method according to the second embodiment described above, one joint portion 5 is divided, and grout is filled into each of the divided areas and each of the holes connected to these areas. Therefore, even if the precast concrete member 3 is large, the amount of grout material 4 that is continuously filled into the joint portion 5 and holes at one time can be a predetermined amount that matches the usable life of the grout material 4. Furthermore, if the grout material 4 is filled into a plurality of divided regions in the joint portion 5 at the same time, the time required for filling the grout material 4 can be shortened.

[0060] Although an embodiment of the grout filling method according to the present invention has been described above, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment and can be modified as appropriate without departing from the spirit of the present invention. For example, in the above embodiment, eight precast concrete members 3 are provided on the base 2 of the pillar 1, but the number of precast concrete members 3 may be set appropriately. In the above embodiment, the base 2 of the column 1 is made of reinforced concrete, but may be made of a precast concrete member and may be provided with holes (through holes or sleeve joints) through which reinforcing bars are inserted. The through holes and sleeve joints provided in each precast concrete member 3 may be set as appropriate.

[0061] In the above first embodiment, a joint sheath 582 is used as a hole connection portion separation formwork that separates the hole connection portion 581 of the eighth joint portion 58 and the hole connection portion outer area 583, but a member other than the joint sheath 582 may also be used. In the above-described second embodiment, the air tube form 7 is used as a joint portion dividing formwork for dividing the joint portion 5, but a member other than the air tube form 7 may be used. The air tube form 7 may be removed after the grout material 4 in the joint 5 has hardened, or may be buried in the joint 5. [Explanation of symbols]
