Description

[Technical field]

[0001] The present disclosure relates to the field of relay technology, and in particular to a hinge-type bistable magnetic circuit structure and a magnetic latching relay. [Background technology]

[0002] The bistable magnetic circuit structure adds a permanent magnet to the magnetic circuit structure, and uses the permanent magnet to form a bidirectional magnetic field circuit when the movable contact and fixed contact of the relay are in the open and closed states. The magnetic field circuit generates a holding force on the operation of a movable assembly such as an armature, and further realizes the open and closed holding states of the movable contact and fixed contact of the relay. The coil is excited only at the moment when the movable contact and fixed contact are opened and closed, and the coil does not require electrical holding, resulting in excellent energy saving effects.

[0003] FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram of a hinge-type bistable magnetic circuit structure in the prior art. As shown in FIG. 1, the hinge-type bistable magnetic circuit structure includes a coil bobbin 101, an enamel wire 102, an iron core 103, two yokes 104, and an armature portion 105. The enamel wire 102 is wound around the coil bobbin 101. The iron core 103 is attached to an iron core attachment hole of the coil bobbin 101. One end of each of the two yokes 104 is fixed to both ends of the iron core 103. The other end of each of the two yokes 104 is used to fit the armature portion 105. The armature portion 105 is a whole The hinge-type bistable magnetic circuit structure includes two armatures 106 and one permanent magnet, in which the permanent magnet is between the two armatures 106 and is covered in the plastic member 107, both ends of the two armatures 106 extend out of the plastic member 107 to form a U-shaped integral member, the other ends of the two yokes 104 are respectively disposed in the recesses on two sides of the U-shaped integral member, the middle of the armature part 105 is rotatable, and when the armature part 105 rotates, the armatures 106 extending from both sides of the armature part 105 hinge to the yoke 104. Such a hinge-type bistable magnetic circuit structure includes eight members except the coil, and in the assembly process, the yoke 104 and the iron core 103 need to be crimped, and the armature part 105 needs to be fully injected, so that the assembly and molding process of the entire magnetic circuit structure is relatively complicated. In addition, in order to ensure that the operating and resetting voltages are almost equal, the shock resistance capabilities of the movable contacts and fixed contacts of the relay in the open and closed states are almost the same, and the magnetic circuit structure is symmetrical, that is, the armature part 105 must be symmetrical, and the yoke 104 must also be symmetrical, which ensures that the force arms after energization of the coils on both sides during operating and resetting are the same, thereby ensuring that the rotational torque around the fulcrums on both sides during operating and resetting is the same. This resulted in a complex product structure, many parts, a complex processing process, high manufacturing costs, and complex assembly. [0032] The present disclosure will be described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples. However, the hinge-type bistable magnetic circuit structure and magnetic latching relay of the present disclosure are not limited to the examples. [Brief description of the drawings]

Example 1 2 to 8, the hinge-type bistable magnetic circuit structure of the present disclosure includes one coil 1, one L-shaped armature 2, one L-shaped yoke 3, and one permanent magnet 4, and the L-shaped yoke 3 includes a first yoke portion 31 and a second yoke portion 32 formed in an L shape. Here, the first yoke portion 31 is provided vertically, the second yoke portion 32 of the L-shaped yoke 3 is provided horizontally, and the second yoke portion 32 of the L-shaped yoke 3 is located at the top, and the L-shaped armature 2 is rotated 180 degrees and provided on the side of the L-shaped yoke 3, i.e., the L-shaped armature 2 is disposed in a state rotated 180 degrees around the vertical side of the L shape as an axis, and surrounds the outline of a frame shape together with the L-shaped yoke 3, i.e., the L-shaped armature 2 includes a first armature portion 21 and a second armature portion 22, and the first armature The first armature part 21 of the L-shaped armature 2 is arranged in a vertical direction, and the second armature part 22 of the L-shaped armature 2 is arranged in a horizontal direction. The second armature part 22 of the L-shaped armature 2 is located at the bottom, and at two opposing diagonal corners of the frame shape, a predetermined first gap, i.e., an upper gap H1 and a lower gap H2 (as shown in FIG. 5), is provided at the connection point between the L-shaped armature 2 and the L-shaped yoke 3. During operation, the first gap can change, and the first gap in the operating state can also be called an operating air gap. The coil 1 is disposed on one side of the L-shape of the L-shaped yoke 3, i.e., on the first yoke part 31 disposed vertically, one end of the permanent magnet 4 is connected to the first yoke part 31 of the L-shaped yoke 3, and the first armature part 21 disposed vertically of the L-shape of the L-shaped armature 2 is disposed on the other end of the permanent magnet 4 to perform a seesaw motion, forming a bistable magnetic circuit between the permanent magnet 4 and the L-shaped armature 2 and the L-shaped yoke 3, whose member structures are asymmetric, and switching between two stable states of the bistable magnetic circuit is realized by exciting the coil, i.e., both ends of the L-shaped armature 2 realize a hinge operation by exciting the coil 1. In the designed state (as shown in FIG. 5), the L-shaped armature 2 and the L-shaped yoke 3 form the outline of a frame shape, and an upper gap H1 and a lower gap H2 must be provided at two opposing diagonals of the frame shape. In this way, the L-shaped armature 2 can perform a seesaw motion. In an ideal state, the upper gap H1 and the lower gap H2 are the same, so that the L-shaped armature 2 is in a balanced state with two gaps between the L-shaped armature 2 and the L-shaped yoke 3. However, since it is difficult to make the upper gap H1 and the lower gap H2 the same during assembly, after the L-shaped armature 2 is assembled, due to the difference between the upper gap H1 and the lower gap H2 that occurs during assembly, a larger gap (i.e., the sum of the upper gap H1 and the lower gap H2) exists at one location between the L-shaped armature 2 and the L-shaped yoke 3 under the action of the permanent magnet, and other gaps as conventionally designed disappear, so that there is only one large gap between the L-shaped armature 2 and the L-shaped yoke 3.

[0035] In this embodiment, the first armature portion 21 of the L-shaped armature 2 and the first yoke portion 31 of the L-shaped yoke 3 are located on two opposing sides of the frame shape, respectively, and one end of the permanent magnet 4 is vertically connected to the first yoke portion 31 of the L-shaped yoke 3 inside the frame shape surrounded by the L-shaped armature and the L-shaped yoke. In the designed state (as shown in FIG. 5), the permanent magnet 4 is perpendicular to the first armature portion 21 of the L-shaped armature 2 and the first yoke portion 31 of the L-shaped yoke 3, respectively, and the end faces at both ends of the permanent magnet 4 are magnetic pole faces, with the surface of the permanent magnet 4 close to the first yoke portion 31 of the L-shaped yoke 3 being the N pole and the surface of the permanent magnet 4 close to the first armature portion 21 of the L-shaped armature 2 being the S pole (as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7).

[0036] In this embodiment, the inner surface of the end of the first armature part 21 of the L-shaped armature 2 corresponds to the end face of the second yoke part 32 of the L-shaped yoke 3, and the inner surface of the end of the first yoke part 31 of the L-shaped yoke 3 corresponds to the end face of the second armature part 22 of the L-shaped armature 2.

[0038] In this embodiment, the L-shaped armature 2 is in one stable state when the inner surface of the end of the first armature portion 21 of the L-shaped armature 2 contacts the end face of the second yoke portion 32 of the L-shaped yoke 3, and the operating air gap of one of the two opposing diagonals of the frame shape is smaller than the operating air gap of the other diagonal (the upper gap H1 shown in FIG. 6 is smaller than the lower gap H2). When the inner surface of the end of the first yoke portion 31 of the L-shaped yoke 3 contacts the end face of the second armature portion 22 of the L-shaped armature 2, and the operating air gap of the other of the two opposing diagonals of the frame shape is smaller than the operating air gap of the one diagonal (the lower gap H2 shown in FIG. 7 is smaller than the upper gap H1), the L-shaped armature 2 is in another stable state. The inner surface of the end of the first armature portion 21 of the L-shaped armature 2 and the end face of the second yoke portion 32 of the L-shaped yoke 3 are operating pole surfaces which cooperate with each other, and as shown in Figures 5 and 6, in this embodiment, the inner surface of the end of the first armature portion 21 of the L-shaped armature 2 is made to have a certain inclination to realize matching and joining with the end face of the second yoke portion 32 of the L-shaped yoke 3, and of course, the end face of the second yoke portion 32 of the L-shaped yoke 3 may be made to have an inclination. Similarly, the inner surface of the end of the first yoke portion 31 of the L-shaped yoke 3 and the end face of the second armature portion 22 of the L-shaped armature 2 are also operating pole surfaces which cooperate with each other, and one of them is provided as an inclined surface to facilitate cooperation.

[0039] In this embodiment, the permanent magnet 4 is located between the center of the first yoke portion 31 of the L-shaped yoke 3 and the center of the first armature portion 21 of the L-shaped armature 2 .

[0040] In this embodiment, the length dimension of one side of the L-shape of the L-shaped armature 2 (first armature portion 21) is greater than the length dimension of the other side of the L-shape of the L-shaped armature 2 (second armature portion 22); that is, as shown in FIG. 5, the vertical length dimension of the first armature portion 21 is greater than the horizontal length dimension of the second armature portion 22, and the length dimension of one side of the L-shape of the L-shaped yoke 3 (first yoke portion 31) is greater than the length dimension of the other side of the L-shape of the L-shaped yoke 3 (second yoke portion 32); that is, as shown in FIG. 5, the vertical length dimension of the first yoke portion 31 is greater than the horizontal length dimension of the second yoke portion 32.

[0041] In this embodiment, the coil 1 includes a coil bobbin 12 and an enamel wire 11 wound in a winding window of the coil bobbin, the first yoke portion 31 of the L-shaped yoke 3 is inserted into the core mounting hole 121 of the coil bobbin 12, a permanent magnet mounting hole 123 facing the first armature portion 21 of the L-shaped armature 2 is provided in the center of the winding window of the coil bobbin 12, the permanent magnet mounting hole 123 is connected to the core mounting hole 121, and the permanent magnet 4 is provided in the permanent magnet mounting hole 123 of the coil bobbin.
