Abstract
Description
[Technical field]
[0001] The present invention relates to a flap label. [Background technology]
[0002] There may be a situation where sheet-like articles such as wet wipes and face masks are stored in a container with a lid, and a user takes out the contents from the container one by one to use them. Such a container is described, for example, in JP-A-8-198350 (Patent Document 1).
[0003] When the user repeatedly removes the contents from the container, the contents gradually decrease. If the container is a soft bag, the shape of the container may become unstable as the contents decrease, making it difficult to remove the contents or to seal the container with a lid.
[0004] In order to ensure that the shape of the container is not affected by loss of content, it is conceivable to employ a container made by injection molding or a container made by sheet molding. [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]
[0005] [Patent Document 1] Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 8-198350 Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0006] When using containers made by injection molding or sheet molding, the shape of the container can be maintained almost stably regardless of the decrease in the contents, but the containers are expensive and a large amount of resin is used.
[0007] Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a flap label that can avoid instability of the container shape caused by a decrease in the contents, without increasing the amount of resin used. [Means for solving the problem]
[0008] In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the flap label according to the present invention is a flap label to be attached to a bag having a top surface and a first side and a second side positioned opposite each other, and comprises a top surface portion to be attached to at least a portion of the top surface, a first portion extending from the top surface portion to a first side and covering at least a portion of the first side, and a second portion extending from the top surface portion to a second side opposite the first side and covering at least a portion of the second side, and the top surface portion is provided with an openable and closable lid portion. Effect of the Invention
[0009] According to the present invention, the shape of the bag can be stabilized, and as a result, it is possible to avoid instability of the shape of the container due to a decrease in the contents, without increasing the amount of resin used. [Brief description of the drawings]

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
[0011] (Embodiment 1) (composition) A flap label in a first embodiment according to the present invention will be described with reference to Figs. 1 to 8. Fig. 1 shows a plan view of a flap label 101 in this embodiment. The flap label 101 is produced mainly using, for example, a resin sheet. As shown in Fig. 1, the flap label 101 has a first surface 11 and a second surface 12 which are opposite surfaces. Fig. 2 shows a cross-sectional view taken along line II-II in Fig. 1.
[0012] An example of a state in which the flap label 101 is used is shown in FIG. 3. In FIG. 3, a product 501 is shown. The product 501 includes a bag body 20 and a flap label 101. The product 501 shown in FIG. 3 is in an unopened state. FIG. 4 shows the product 501 shown in FIG. 3 viewed from a different direction. The bag body 20 has a top surface 23, a front surface 24, and a back surface 25. The bag body 20 has ends 21 and 22. Each of the ends 21 and 22 is heat-sealed. The bag body 20 is a bag with a gusset. The flap label 101 is attached so as to straddle the front surface 24, the top surface 23, and the back surface 25 of the bag body 20. In the bag body 20 exemplified here, there is no heat-sealed portion in the middle of the surfaces of the front surface 24 and the back surface 25.
[0013] As shown in Figs. 1 to 4, the flap label 101 is a flap label to be attached to a bag body 20 having a top surface 23 and a first side surface and a second side surface that are in a mutually opposing positional relationship, and includes a top surface portion 40 to be attached to at least a part of the top surface 23, a first portion 41 extending from the top surface portion 40 to a first side 91 for covering at least a part of the first side surface, and a second portion 42 extending from the top surface portion 40 to a second side 92 that is the opposite side to the first side 91 for covering at least a part of the second side surface. The top surface portion 40 is provided with an openable and closable lid portion 6. In this embodiment, the front surface 24 of the bag body 20 corresponds to the "first side surface", and the back surface 25 of the bag body 20 corresponds to the "second side surface".
[0014] A fold 51 is provided at the boundary between the top surface portion 40 and the first portion 41. A fold 52 is provided at the boundary between the top surface portion 40 and the second portion .
[0015] As shown in FIG. 2, the flap label 101 includes an upper substrate 3, a lower substrate 4, a first adhesive layer 61, and a second adhesive layer 62. The first adhesive layer 61 is disposed on the back surface of the lower substrate 4. The second adhesive layer 62 is disposed on the back surface of the upper substrate 3. It is possible to use a soft substrate as the upper substrate 3, and a substrate that is more rigid than the upper substrate 3 as the lower substrate 4. It is possible to mainly use the lower substrate 4 to provide shape retention. It is preferable to use a material that is more rigid than the material of the upper substrate 3 as the material of the lower substrate 4. The material of the lower substrate 4 may be the same as the material of the upper substrate 3, but in that case, it is preferable to make the lower substrate 4 thicker than the upper substrate 3. The material of the upper substrate 3 may be, for example, polypropylene (PP) or polyethylene terephthalate (PET). The thickness of the upper substrate 3 may be, for example, 20 μm or more and 50 μm or less. The material of the lower substrate 4 may be, for example, polyethylene terephthalate (PET). The thickness of the lower base material 4 may be, for example, 50 μm or more and 100 μm or less. The types and thicknesses of materials given here are merely examples, and materials other than those given here may be used.
[0016] The first adhesive layer 61 is exposed on at least a portion of the first surface 11 of the flap label 101. The second adhesive layer 62 bonds the upper base material 3 to the lower base material 4. A cut is made in the lower base material 4 and the first adhesive layer 61 to form an opening 7.
[0017] The lid portion 6 of the flap label 101 has a grip portion 1. To define the grip portion 1, cuts are made in the upper base material 3 and the second adhesive layer 62 as shown in Fig. 2. At the folds 51 and 52, perforations are made in the lower base material 4 and the first adhesive layer 61 to facilitate folding. However, no perforations are made in the upper base material 3 at the folds 51 and 52 either.
[0018] Here, the upper substrate 3 is illustrated and described as being a single layer, but the upper substrate 3 is not limited to being a single layer. The upper substrate 3 may be a structure in which multiple layers are stacked. The same applies to the lower substrate 4. In particular, the lower substrate 4 is required to have a certain degree of rigidity in order to provide shape retention, and it is also possible to provide rigidity to the lower substrate 4 by forming a laminated structure of two or more thin layers. It is also possible to provide the lower substrate 4 with a higher rigidity than the upper substrate 3 by using sheets of the same material and thickness for the upper substrate 3 and the lower substrate 4, but by changing the number of layers of the sheets stacked between the upper substrate 3 and the lower substrate 4.
[0019] FIG. 5 shows the state in which the product 501 shown in FIG. 3 has been opened and the lid portion 6 has been opened. The bag body 20 has an opening 26. The opening 26 is an opening for taking out the contents 10. In FIG. 5, the contents 10 are visible through the opening 26. The contents 10 are, for example, wet wipes, face masks, etc. The flap label 101 has an opening 7. The opening 7 of the flap label 101 is larger than the opening 26 of the bag body 20. The opening 26 is visible through the opening 7. A portion 8 that is a part of the flap label 101 is raised while attached to the back surface of the lid portion 6. A portion 27 that was a part of the bag body 20 is separated from the top surface 23 of the bag body 20 and raised together with the lid portion 6 and the portion 8. The portion 27 is attached to the portion 8.
[0020] FIG. 6 shows the flap label 101 removed from FIG. 5. FIG. 7 shows a cross-sectional view of the flap label 101, assuming that only the flap label 101 attached to the bag body 20 has been removed. FIG. 7 corresponds to the state shown in FIG. 3. The flap label 101 is folded at approximately right angles at creases 51 and 52. The first portion 41 and the second portion 42 both extend downward. FIG. 8 shows the lid portion 6 opened from the state shown in FIG. 7. FIG. 8 corresponds to the state shown in FIG. 6. The opening 7 is opened as the portion 8 has been removed from the lower base material 4.
[0021] (Action and effect) The flap label 101 in this embodiment includes a first portion 41 extending from the top surface portion 40 to cover at least a portion of the first side surface, and a second portion 42 extending from the top surface portion 40 to cover at least a portion of the second side surface, so that the bag body 20 is reinforced by the first portion 41 and the second portion 42, thereby stabilizing the shape of the bag body 20. Therefore, it is possible to avoid destabilization of the shape of the container due to a decrease in the contents, without increasing the amount of resin used.
[0022] As a flap label, the thicker it is, the more rigid it is, and therefore the better its shape retention; however, taking into consideration recent issues of environmental impact, it is preferable to make the label as thin as possible while still maintaining a sufficient level of shape retention.
[0023] The vertical length of the first portion 41 in FIG. 3 may be equal to the vertical length of the front surface 24 of the bag body 20, or may be smaller than the vertical length of the front surface 24. For example, the vertical length of the first portion 41 may be half the vertical length of the front surface 24. The same can be said about the vertical length of the second portion 42 in FIG. 4 and the vertical length of the back surface 25 of the bag body 20. If the vertical length of the first portion 41 and the second portion 42 is shorter than the vertical length of the front surface 24 and the back surface 25 of the bag body 20, the lower portion of the bag body 20 is exposed without being covered by the flap label when the flap label is attached, but a certain effect can be obtained even in such a state. This is because, when the contents 10 are inserted over a thickness of more than half the thickness dimension of the bag body 20, the shape of the bag body 20 is almost maintained by the contents 10 without relying on the rigidity of the first portion 41 and the second portion 42 of the flap label. As the amount of contents 10 decreases, it is expected that the shape of the bag 20 will be maintained due to the rigidity of the flap label.
[0024] In the present embodiment, the flap label is attached to the front surface 24, the top surface 40, and the back surface 25 of the bag body 20, but this is merely an example. Which side of the bag body 20 is the front surface is not limited to the example given here. In the present embodiment, the front surface 24 of the bag body 20 corresponds to the "first side surface", but any surface may be the "first side surface". As shown here, it is preferable to avoid a side surface having a heat seal portion in the middle of the surface and select a side surface having no heat seal portion in the middle of the surface to be the first side surface and the second side surface. In other words, it is preferable that the side surfaces that the flap label extends from the top surface of the bag body are two sides that do not have a heat seal portion in the middle of the surface. Here, the two sides that do not have a heat seal portion in the middle of the surface refer to the front surface 24 and the back surface 25.
[0025] In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 2, in order to define the grip portion 1, cuts are made in the upper base material 3 and the second adhesive layer 62, but in order to make the grip portion 1 easier to grip, a configuration in which the adhesiveness is reduced on the underside of the grip portion 1 may be adopted. As a configuration in which the adhesiveness is reduced, for example, the adhesiveness 62 may be eliminated only on the underside of the grip portion 1. Alternatively, a layer that reduces the adhesiveness may be provided on the underside of the adhesive layer 62 only on the underside of the grip portion 1. By adopting such a configuration, it becomes easier to grip the grip portion 1.
[0026] In this embodiment, perforations are provided in the lower base material 4 and the first adhesive layer 61 at the folds 51 and 52 to facilitate folding at these positions, but other methods may be used to achieve the ease of folding at the folds 51 and 52. For example, the positions at which the perforations are provided may be different from those shown here. For example, instead of providing perforations, another sheet that has a tendency to fold may be attached to these portions.
[0027] In this embodiment, at the folds 51, 52 of the flap label 101, the lower base material 4 and the first adhesive layer 61 are perforated, but the upper base material 3 is not perforated, and by configuring the upper base material 3 not to have perforations, it is possible to prevent the flap label from tearing. Furthermore, if the upper base material 3 is not perforated, it is possible to avoid the sharp corners of the perforations being exposed on the outer edge when the flap label is folded, and the appearance can be made neat.
[0028] (Embodiment 2) (composition) A flap label in a second embodiment according to the present invention will be described with reference to Figures 9 to 11. Figure 9 shows a plan view of a flap label 102 in this embodiment.
[0029] The flap label 102 has the configuration of the flap label 101 described in the first embodiment, and further has the following configuration. In this embodiment, the bag body 20 has a third side and a fourth side that are in a positional relationship facing each other in a direction perpendicular to the direction connecting the first side and the second side. The flap label 102 includes a third part 43 that extends from the top surface part 40 to a third side 93 that is 90° different from the first side 91 and covers at least a part of the third side, and a fourth part 44 that extends from the top surface part 40 to a fourth side 94 that is the side opposite the third side 93 and covers at least a part of the fourth side. That is, the flap label 102 has a cross shape as a whole. Other detailed configurations of the flap label 102 are the same as those described in the first embodiment, so the description will not be repeated.
[0030] FIG. 10 shows an example of a state in which the flap label 102 is used. In FIG. 10, a product 502 is shown. The product 502 includes a bag body 20 and a flap label 102. The product 502 shown in FIG. 10 is in an unopened state. In the example shown here, the lower part of the bag body 20 is slightly visible. The first part 41 covers the front surface 24 of the bag body 20. The third part 43 covers the end part 21 of the bag body 20. The surface of the bag body 20 on the side where the end part 21 is located corresponds to the "third side". The surface of the bag body 20 on the side where the end part 22 is located corresponds to the "fourth side". Here, for convenience of explanation, the ends 21 and 22 are slightly visible, but in reality, the ends 21 and 22 are not necessarily visible. The end part 21 is pressed into a flat shape by the third part 43. The end part 22 is pressed into a flat shape by the fourth part 44. The four side surfaces of the bag body 20 are covered by the first portion 41, the second portion 42, the third portion 43 and the fourth portion 44, respectively, so that the bag body 20 has an overall rectangular parallelepiped shape.
[0031] Fig. 11 shows only the flap label 102 taken out from Fig. 10. For ease of understanding, Fig. 11 shows the first portion 41, the second portion 42, the third portion 43 and the fourth portion 44 with their lower ends spread out.
[0032] (Action and effect) The flap label 102 in this embodiment includes the third portion 43 and the fourth portion 44 in addition to the first portion 41 and the second portion 42, which can further stabilize the shape of the bag body 20. Therefore, it is possible to avoid the container shape becoming unstable due to a decrease in the contents without increasing the amount of resin used.
[0033] The vertical lengths of the first part 41, the second part 42, the third part 43 and the fourth part 44 may be equal to the vertical length of the bag body 20, or may be smaller than the vertical length of the bag body 20, for example, half the vertical length of the bag body 20.
[0034] (Embodiment 3) (composition) A flap label in a third embodiment according to the present invention will be described with reference to Figures 12 and 13. A plan view of a flap label 103 in this embodiment is shown in Figure 12.
[0035] The flap label 103 has the basic configuration of the flap label 102 described in the second embodiment, and further has the following configuration. In this embodiment, the top surface portion 40 is cross-shaped. A plan view of the flap label 103 attached to the bag body 20 is shown in Fig. 13. Since the top surface portion 40 is cross-shaped, each of the four corners of the top surface 23 of the bag body 20 is exposed and not covered by the top surface portion 40.
[0036] In the flap label 103, the tab 1 of the lid 6 reaches the fold 51. The shape of the lid 6 is shown merely as an example, and is not limited to this shape.
[0037] (Action and effect) In this embodiment as well, the same effects as those in the second embodiment can be obtained.
[0038] (Embodiment 4) (composition) A flap label in a fourth embodiment according to the present invention will be described with reference to Fig. 14. Fig. 14 shows a plan view of a flap label 104 in this embodiment.
[0039] The flap label 104 has the basic configuration of the flap label 101 described in the first embodiment, and further has the following configuration. In this embodiment, each of the first portion 41 and the second portion 42 includes a strip portion 30 extending in a direction away from the top surface portion 40. The strip portion 30 has a tip 30a and a base 30b. The strip portion 30 has a first strip portion 31 and a second strip portion 32. The first strip portion 31 is provided at a position closer to the tip 30a than the base 30b. The first strip portion 31 has a first adhesive force and is detachable from the bag body 20. The second strip portion 32 is provided closer to the base 30b than the first strip portion 31. The second strip portion 32 has an adhesive force weaker than the first adhesive force or has no adhesive force.
[0040] In this embodiment, the strip 30 has a third strip portion 33 at a position close to the tip 30a. The third strip portion 33 will be described in detail later.
[0041] FIG. 15 shows an enlarged view of band 30 and its vicinity. The portion surrounded by rectangle CDGH is band first portion 31. The portion surrounded by rectangle DEFG is band second portion 32. The portion surrounded by rectangle ACHJ is band third portion 33. Before use, for example, in sections AB and IJ, cuts are formed throughout the thickness direction including upper substrate 3 and lower substrate 4 in FIG. 2, while in sections BE and FI, cuts are formed only in lower substrate 4 and first adhesive layer 61. In section EF, no cuts are formed at all.
[0042] When the flap label 104 is attached to the bag body 20 and the content of the bag body 20 is reduced to a certain level, the user can hold the tip 30a of the strip portion 30 and pull it off from the bag body 20. By pulling it off, the upper base material 3 and the second adhesive layer 62 are torn in sections BE and FI. However, at this time, the base 30b of the strip portion 30 remains connected. FIG. 16 shows an enlarged view of the front surface 24 of the bag body 20 and the first portion 41 covering it when the strip portion 30 has been peeled off. The back surface 25 and the second portion 42 of the strip portion 30 can also be peeled off in the same manner.
[0043] In sections BE and FI, even if there is no cut in the upper substrate 3, it can be torn in the same way as the lower substrate 4. In particular, it is preferable to use a material for the upper substrate 3 that is easier to tear than the lower substrate 4. By not making a large cut in the upper substrate 3, the work of attaching the flap label becomes easier. Also, by not making a large cut in the upper substrate 3, the appearance of the flap label before tearing is maintained beautiful.
[0044] For example, point B and point C may coincide with each other, and point H and point I may coincide with each other.
[0045] After peeling off the strip 30 as shown in FIG. 16, the user may perform the operation as shown in FIG. 17. That is, while pulling the strip 30 downward as shown by the arrow 95, the user pushes up the bottom surface 29 of the bag body 20 as shown by the arrow 96. Although the front surface 24 and its vicinity are illustrated in FIG. 17, the same operation is performed on the back surface 25. In this way, the bag body 20 is compressed to reduce the vertical dimension of the bag body 20. As a result, the front surface 24 of the bag body 20 buckles. The back surface 25 of the bag body 20 also buckles. At this time, the contents 10 are arranged to be located above the folds of the front surface 24 and the back surface 25 caused by buckling inside the bag body 20 as shown in FIG. 17. Furthermore, the tip 30a of the strip 30 is brought around to the underside of the bottom surface 29 as shown in FIG. 18. The first strip portion 31 is attached to the bottom surface 29 by utilizing the adhesive force of the first strip portion 31. Thus, it is fixed in the state shown in Fig. 18. Fig. 18 shows the front surface 24 and its vicinity, but the same work is performed on the back surface 25. Fig. 19 is a perspective view of the entire product after the work up to this point has been completed. The second strip portion 32 of the strip portion 30 is visible in the foreground. Tension is applied to the second strip portion 32 of the strip portion 30 by a force that causes the compressed bag body 20 to return to its original state. The first portion 41 and the second portion 42 of the flap label 104 are in a buckled state. However, the second portion 42 is not visible in Fig. 19.
[0046] (Action and effect) In this embodiment, the bag body 20 with the contents reduced can be fixed by the band-shaped portion 30 in a vertically compressed state, so that the shape of the bag body 20 can be stabilized. Therefore, it is possible to avoid the shape of the container becoming unstable due to the reduction in the contents without increasing the amount of resin used. In addition, since the bag body 20 can be made to be in a state where it is not loose, it becomes easy to take out the contents 10. Since the bag body 20 is fixed in a compressed state, the entire product including the bag body and the flap label can be made compact.
[0047] As shown in this embodiment, the band-shaped portion 30 preferably has a band-shaped portion third portion 33 having an adhesive strength weaker than the first adhesive strength or no adhesive strength, located further toward the tip 10a side than the band-shaped portion first portion 31. The strength of adhesive strength of the band-shaped portion third portion 33 may be the same as or different from the strength of adhesive strength of the band-shaped portion second portion 32. By adopting this configuration, when a user peels off the band-shaped portion 30, the user can easily hold the band-shaped portion third portion 33, which is preferable as it makes it easier to peel off the band-shaped portion 30.
[0048] Although the belt-shaped portion 30 has been described as being disposed at the center of the portion covering each side surface of the bag body 20, it may be disposed at a position other than the center. Although only one belt-shaped portion 30 has been described as being disposed on each side surface, two or more belt-shaped portions 30 may be disposed on each side surface. The entire portion covering each side surface of the bag body 20 may serve as the belt-shaped portion 30.
[0049] In addition, although the first portion 41 is shown buckled in the middle in Fig. 17 and Fig. 18, perforations or some other structure that is easy to fold may be provided at specific locations of the first portion 41 so that the first portion 41 is likely to buckle at specific locations. The same applies to the second portion 42. If these easily foldable portions are referred to as "linear fragile portions", they can also be expressed as follows. The flap label has a laminated structure including a lower substrate 4 and an upper substrate 3 that is arranged so as to overlap the lower substrate 4 via an adhesive layer, and it is preferable that the lower substrate 4 has one or more linear fragile portions in each of the first portion 41 and the second portion 42.
[0050] Also, instead of providing the flap label with a structure that easily folds to promote buckling, it is also possible to provide a structure that easily buckles at a corresponding location on the bag body 20.
[0051] In the present embodiment, it has been described that the first portion 41 and the second portion 42 of the flap label 104 buckle when the content of the bag body 20 is reduced to a certain level and the band-shaped portion 30 is used, but the vertical lengths of the first portion 41 and the second portion 42 may be reduced in advance. For example, the vertical lengths of the first portion 41 and the second portion 42 may be half the vertical length of the bag body 20 when the maximum amount of the contents 10 is contained. In the present embodiment, for example, the vertical length of the first portion 41 may be half the vertical length of the front surface 24, and the vertical length of the second portion 42 may be half the vertical length of the back surface 25.
[0052] (Embodiment 5) (composition) A flap label 105 according to a fifth embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to Figs. 20 and 21. Fig. 20 shows a cross-sectional view of the flap label 105, assuming that only the flap label 105 attached to the bag body 20 is taken out. In the flap label 105, the upper base material 3 and the second adhesive layer 62 have smaller areas than the lower base material 4 and the first adhesive layer 61. The upper base material 3 and the second adhesive layer 62 extend only to a part of the top surface portion 40 of the flap label 105. In the first portion 41 and the second portion 42, the lower base material 4 is exposed as the outermost layer. In the part of the top surface portion 40 where the upper base material 3 does not extend, the lower base material 4 is also exposed as the outermost layer. The other configurations are the same as those of the flap label 101 described in the first embodiment.
[0053] Fig. 21 shows the state in which the lid portion 6 has been opened from the state shown in Fig. 20. In Fig. 21, the portion 8 has been removed from the lower base material 4, and the opening portion 7 has been exposed.
[0054] (Action and effect) In this embodiment, the same effect as in embodiment 1 can be obtained. Here, the configuration in which the upper base material 3 and the second adhesive layer 62 are separated from both the fold line 51 and the fold line 52 is illustrated, but this is merely one example. The upper base material 3 and the second adhesive layer 62 may reach either one of the fold lines 51, 52. The upper base material 3 and the second adhesive layer 62 may reach both the fold lines 51, 52.
[0055] The upper base material 3 and the second adhesive layer 62 may extend in an L-shape across the top surface portion 40 and the second portion 42, instead of extending only over a portion of the top surface portion 40 of the flap label 105. In this case, the upper base material 3 and the second adhesive layer 62 do not have to extend over the entire top surface portion 40 and the second portion 42. The upper base material 3 and the second adhesive layer 62 may extend only over a portion of the top surface portion 40 and a portion of the second portion 42, for example.
[0056] (Embodiment 6) (composition) A flap label 106 in a sixth embodiment according to the present invention will be described with reference to Figs. 22 and 23. Fig. 22 shows a cross-sectional view of a product using the flap label 106. This product includes a bag body 20 containing contents 10, and a flap label 106 attached to the bag body 20. In the flap label 106, an opening 7 is provided in the lower base material 4 and the first adhesive layer 61. Inside the opening 7, the upper base material 3 is attached to the upper surface of the bag body 20 via the second adhesive layer 62. A portion 27 is a part of the bag body 20. The bag body 20 has an opening 26, but at this point, the opening 26 is blocked by the portion 27. The opening 7 is larger than the opening 26.
[0057] Figure 23 shows the state in which lid 6 has been opened from the state shown in Figure 22. In Figure 23, opening 26 has been opened as a result of portion 27 being removed from bag body 20. Part 27 adheres to second adhesive layer 62 and is raised together with lid 6. As opening 26 has been opened, content 10 is now available for the user to take out.
[0058] (Action and effect) In this embodiment as well, the same effects as those in the first embodiment can be obtained.
[0059] In addition, two or more of the above-described embodiments may be appropriately combined and adopted.
[0060] The above-described embodiments disclosed herein are illustrative and not restrictive in all respects. The scope of the present invention is defined by the claims, and includes all modifications within the meaning and scope of the claims. [Explanation of symbols]
