Description

[Technical field]

[0001] The present invention relates to a sheet storage box. [Background technology]

[0002] In recent years, as a measure to prevent infection, hygiene awareness has increased, and disposable paper towels and tissue paper are increasingly being used instead of cloth towels for drying hands that are used by multiple people. Sheets such as paper towels are stored in boxes (also called cartons) made of cardboard or the like, and are used in the form of sheet storage boxes from which they can be pulled out through an opening on the top of the box (see, for example, Patent Document 1). [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]

[0003] [Patent Document 1] Patent No. 4142238 Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0004] However, in conventional sheet storage boxes, the sheets are stored in cartons, so that storage space is limited in small areas such as around a bathroom.

[0005] An object of the present invention is to provide a sheet storage box that is not subject to space restrictions. [Means for solving the problem]

[0006] A first aspect of the present invention is a rectangular sheet storage box for containing a plurality of stacked sheets, the sheet storage box having a sheet removal opening and having a top surface extending in the longitudinal direction of the sheet storage box, a bottom surface facing the top surface in the stacking direction of the sheets and extending in the longitudinal direction, a pair of long sides facing a short direction perpendicular to the stacking direction and perpendicular to the longitudinal direction, extending in the longitudinal direction, and a pair of short sides facing the longitudinal direction, the sheet storage box having a first linear notch formed in the bottom surface and extending in the longitudinal direction, and a pair of second notches formed in the pair of short sides continuous with the first notch and extending in a direction bending relative to the first notch.

[0007] In this specification, the first notch is a linear notch extending in the longitudinal direction, which extends from an edge of one short side surface to an edge of the other short side surface on the bottom surface facing the top surface where the sheet removal opening is formed and the sheet stacking direction. The bending direction with respect to the first notch is the direction in which the second notch is bent in a plan view with respect to the extending direction of the first notch when the pair of short sides are spread out on the same plane with respect to the bottom surface.

[0008] In the first aspect, by having a linear first notch extending in the longitudinal direction of the bottom surface, the towel rack bar can be inserted into the sheet storage box through the first notch formed in the bottom surface. Furthermore, by having a pair of second notches extending continuously from the first notch in a direction bending relative to the first notch, the towel rack bar inserted from the bottom surface can be locked in a pair of second notches formed in a pair of short side surfaces.

[0009] In this way, in the first embodiment, the sheet storage box can be hung on the towel rack so that the longitudinal direction of the sheet storage box is parallel to the extending direction of the towel rack bar. Therefore, even in a small space such as around a bathroom, the sheet storage box can be installed using a towel rack or other equipment (hereinafter referred to as a towel rack, etc.).

[0010] Furthermore, if a storage space for the sheet storage box can be secured, the sheet storage box can be installed with the top surface on which the outlet is formed facing upward. Therefore, according to the first aspect, it is possible to provide a sheet storage box that is less likely to be restricted in where it can be placed (greater freedom in selecting a storage space).

[0011] Furthermore, in the first aspect, the sheet can be pulled out horizontally or downward from the outlet of the sheet storage box installed on a towel rack or the like, so water droplets and dust are less likely to get in through the outlet. Therefore, according to the first aspect, the sheet storage box can be used hygienically.

[0012] A second aspect of the present invention is a sheet storage box, wherein the second cutout is L-shaped.

[0013] In the second aspect, the second cutout is L-shaped, which makes it easier for the towel rack bar to be locked in the second cutout. Therefore, according to the second aspect, the sheet storage box installed on the towel rack or the like is less likely to come off.

[0014] In the second aspect, the second cutout can be formed closer to the bottom surface by making the shape of the second cutout L. Therefore, even if the seat storage box is hung on a towel rack or the like, the bar of the towel rack is unlikely to get in the way inside the seat storage box.

[0015] A third aspect of the present invention is a sheet storage box, wherein a tip of the second cutout is formed on one of the long side surfaces of the bottom surface. In this specification, the tip of the second cutout refers to an edge of the second cutout on one of the long side surfaces.

[0016] In the third aspect, the tip of the second cutout is formed on one of the long sides, so that the sheet storage box hung on a towel rack or the like can be prevented from tilting significantly relative to the wall on which the towel rack or the like is attached. This makes it difficult for the sheet storage box installed on the towel rack or the like to come off.

[0017] A fourth aspect of the present invention is a sheet storage box in which a continuous tearing score line is formed on the bottom surface and the short side surface, and the first notch and the second notch are formed in an area surrounded by the tearing score line.

[0018] As used herein, a cleavage score line refers to a score line where cuts and ties (the uncut portion between two cuts) are arranged alternately and when a tie breaks, the adjacent cuts become continuous cuts.

[0019] In the fourth aspect, when the tearing score lines provided on the bottom surface and a pair of short sides are torn, notches are formed in the bottom surface and a pair of short sides. Therefore, only when the sheet storage box is to be placed on a towel rack or the like (when there is no space available) can the tearing score lines be torn to form notches in the bottom surface and a pair of short sides.

[0020] In addition, if there is sufficient storage space, the notch will not be formed unless the tearing score line is torn. Therefore, in the fourth aspect, it is possible to prevent foreign matter such as dust from entering the sheet storage box before the sheet storage box is used.

[0021] A fifth aspect of the present invention is a sheet storage box, in which a flap is formed within the area surrounded by the tearing score line, for opening a part of the area.

[0022] In the fifth embodiment, a flap is provided in the area surrounded by the tearing score line to open a part of the area, so that the tearing score line can be torn with little force by inserting a finger into the opening, hooking the flap and pulling it upward. Also, a finger hole (trigger) for tearing can be easily formed by pushing the flap into the inside of the sheet storage box.

[0023] A sixth aspect of the present invention is a sheet storage box, wherein the flap is formed on either one of the short side faces of the bottom surface.

[0024] In the sixth aspect, the flap is formed near one of the short sides, so that the bottom surface is less likely to bend when forming a finger hole (trigger) for tearing in the area surrounded by the tear score line. Therefore, in the sixth aspect, the finger hole (trigger) for tearing can be easily formed in the area surrounded by the tear score line.

[0025] A seventh aspect of the present invention is a sheet storage box, wherein the flap is formed in a first portion of the bottom surface corresponding to a central area of the first cutout.

[0026] In this specification, the central region of the first notch refers to a region that includes the center of gravity of the first notch and has an area of 20% to 50% of the entire first notch.

[0027] In the seventh aspect, by forming the flap in the first portion of the bottom surface corresponding to the central region of the first notch, the finger hole (trigger) for tearing formed in the region surrounded by the tear score line can be formed in an easily visible position on the bottom surface. This makes it possible to easily form the finger hole (trigger) for tearing in the region surrounded by the tear score line in the seventh aspect.

[0028] An eighth aspect of the present invention is a sheet storage box, in which a crease extending in a direction perpendicular to the direction in which the first notch extends is formed in a second portion of the bottom surface corresponding to one end of the central region of the first notch. In this specification, the crease refers to a foldable crease (or crease line). The crease may also be composed of an intermittent cut (perforation) instead of or together with the crease.

[0029] In the eighth aspect, a ruled line extending in a direction perpendicular to the direction in which the first notch extends is formed in the second part of the bottom surface corresponding to one end of the central region of the first notch, so that after the first part of the bottom surface corresponding to the central region of the first notch is torn, the edge of the second part of the bottom surface on the first part side can be used as a handle to easily tear the tear score line. This makes it easy to form a finger hole (trigger) for tearing in the area surrounded by the tear score line.

[0030] A ninth aspect of the present invention is a sheet storage box, in which the ratio of the distance between the edge of the short side on the long side side and the tip of the second notch to the width of the short side in the short direction is 13% or more and 50% or less.

[0031] In this specification, the width of the short side in the short direction corresponds to the shortest distance from an edge of one long side of the short side to an edge of the other long side. The edge of the long side of the short side that has a gap between it and the tip of the second notch refers to the edge of the short side that is closer to the tip of the second notch among both ends of the short side formed for the pair of long sides.

[0032] In a ninth aspect, the tip of the second notch can be formed on one of the long side surfaces by setting the ratio of the distance between the edge of the long side surface of the short side surface and the tip of the second notch to 13% or more and 50% or less of the width of the short side surface in the short direction. This makes it possible in the ninth aspect to prevent a sheet storage box hung on a towel rack or the like from tilting significantly relative to the wall or the like to which the towel rack or the like is attached, making it difficult for the sheet storage box installed on the towel rack or the like to come off.

[0033] A tenth aspect of the present invention is a sheet storage box, wherein a ratio of a length of the second cutout in the short side direction to a width of the short side surface in the short side direction is 25% or more and 35% or less.

[0034] In this specification, the length of the second cutout in the short direction refers to the shortest distance from an edge of one long side surface of the second cutout to an edge of the other long side surface.

[0035] In the tenth aspect, the ratio of the length of the second notch in the short direction to the width of the short side surface in the short direction is set to 25% or more and 35% or less, thereby preventing a decrease in the strength of the bottom surface and the short side surface around the second notch where the towel rack bar is engaged. Therefore, according to the tenth aspect, the sheet storage box installed on the towel rack or the like is less likely to come off.

[0036] An eleventh aspect of the present invention is a sheet storage box, in which the ratio of the distance between the bottom edge and the top edge of the second notch to the width of the short side in the short direction is 25% or less.

[0037] In this specification, the distance between the bottom edge and the top edge of the second cutout refers to the distance at which the range of the second cutout in the stacking direction of the sheets is maximum.

[0038] In the eleventh aspect, the ratio of the distance between the bottom edge and the top edge of the second cutout to the short width of the short side surface is set to 25% or less, so that the second cutout to which the towel rack bar is engaged can be formed closer to the bottom. Therefore, in the eleventh aspect, even when the sheet storage box is hung on a towel rack or the like, the towel rack bar is unlikely to get in the way inside the sheet storage box. Effect of the Invention

[0039] According to one aspect of the present invention, a sheet storage box can be provided that is not restricted in where it can be placed. [Brief description of the drawings]

[0064] The end faces 15 and 16 may have a disassembly structure (not shown) for disassembling the sheet storage box 100 after use. Such a disassembly structure is disclosed in, for example, JP 2020-19490 A.

[0065] The material of the box body 10 is not limited, and for example, base paper made mainly of pulp is used. Here, base paper refers to hard and thick paper that is used as a material for assembling the box body 10. The pulp composition of the base paper can be a known composition for boxes. For example, the pulp blending ratio can be 50% by mass or more, preferably 90% by mass or more, and more preferably 100% by mass. In this embodiment, coated cardboard made of virgin pulp, recycled paper pulp, etc. is used as the base paper.

[0066] The dimensions of the box 10 are not limited and can be determined based on the amount and dimensions of the sheets S to be stored. For example, the length of the box 10 in the longitudinal direction (Z direction) can be 100 mm or more and 300 mm or less, and is preferably 150 mm or more and 280 mm or less.

[0067] The width of the box 10 in the short side direction (X direction) can be 100 mm or more and 150 mm or less, and preferably 100 mm or more and 130 mm or less. The height of the box 10 in the height direction (Z direction) can be 30 mm or more and 150 mm or less, and preferably 40 mm or more and 100 mm or less.

[0068] The basis weight of the box body 10 is not limited, but from the viewpoint of ensuring sufficient strength to withstand use, the basis weight of the base paper is set to 200 g / m 2 More than 500g / m 2 or less, preferably 230 g / m 2 More than 450g / m 2 More preferably, it is 270 g / m or less. 2 More than 430g / m 2 In this specification, the basis weight is measured in accordance with the provisions of JIS P 8124 (2011).

[0069] The thickness of the box 10 is not particularly limited, and may be a paper thickness measured under the environment of JIS P 8111 (1998). For example, when the box 10 is made of coated cardboard, the paper thickness of the box 10 may be 0.1 mm or more and 3 mm or less, preferably 0.3 mm or more and 2 mm or less, and more preferably 0.5 mm or more and 1 mm or less.

[0070] In this embodiment, the multiple sheets S contained in the box 10 are configured as a sheet stack SL in which the multiple sheets S are stacked in a stacking direction (Y direction) (FIG. 2).

[0071] The material of the sheet S is not particularly limited, and may be, for example, a sheet of paper, nonwoven fabric, cloth, or the like, and is preferably a paper sheet (hereinafter referred to as a paper sheet). The pulp composition may be a known composition for paper sheets. The blending ratio of pulp may be, for example, 50% by mass or more, preferably 90% by mass or more, and more preferably 100% by mass.

[0072] The basis weight of the sheet S is not particularly limited, but may be 5 g / m in the case of paper depending on the number of plies. 2 More than 80g / m 2 For non-woven fabrics, the limit is 20 g / m 2 More than 100g / m 2 The following is preferable. The basis weight is measured in accordance with the provisions of JIS P 8124 (2011).

[0073] The thickness of the sheet S is not particularly limited, and may be a paper thickness measured under the environment of JIS P 8111 (1998). For example, the thickness of the paper sheet constituting the sheet S may be 50 μm or more and 500 μm or less per ply (per two plies in the case of two plies), and is preferably 60 μm or more and 330 μm or less.

[0074] The form of the sheet S is not particularly limited, and it can be applied to products such as paper towels, tissue paper, toilet paper, kitchen paper, disposable diapers for babies or for elderly care, sanitary napkins, etc. Sanitary thin papers such as paper towels and tissue paper also include sanitary thin papers containing moisturizing ingredients (for example, lotion tissues, etc.). The sheet S can be used for industrial, household, and portable purposes.

[0075] The number of plies of the sheet S can be 1 or more, and is preferably 1 or 2 plies (two plies stacked). The shape of the sheet S is not particularly limited, and for example, it is preferable that the shape of the 1-ply or 2-ply sheet when folded is rectangular in a plan view.

[0076] The form of the sheet stack SL is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include a sheet stack in which the sheets S are alternately stacked in a folded state (a so-called pop-up type sheet stack SL), a sheet stack in which a plurality of sheets (or a plurality of sets of sheets S) are simply stacked, a sheet stack in which the sheets S are stacked in a folded state, etc. From the viewpoint of pulling out the sheets S one by one or one set at a time, the form of the sheet stack SL is preferably a pop-up type sheet stack SL.

[0077] The dimensions of the sheet stack SL, for example, in the case of a paper towel, are a length in the longitudinal direction (Z direction) of 150 mm to 250 mm, a length in the lateral direction (X direction) of 60 mm to 130 mm, and a height in the stacking direction (Y direction) of 20 mm to 110 mm. Such a sheet stack can be manufactured, for example, by a rotary or multi-stand interfolder.

[0078] The outlet 20 is formed on the top surface 11 of the box 10, and is shaped so that the sheet (tissue paper) S stored in the box 10 can be taken out from the top surface 11. The outlet 20 is formed in the center of the longitudinal direction (Z direction) of the top surface 11, and forms a substantially rectangular or elliptical opening OP1 whose longitudinal direction is along the longitudinal direction (Z direction) of the top surface 11 (FIGS. 1, 4, and 9).

[0079] The length of the outlet 20 in the longitudinal direction (Z direction) and the width in the lateral direction (X direction) can be appropriately determined based on the size of the sheets S. In this embodiment, the outlet 20 is formed in a substantially elliptical shape along the longitudinal direction (Z direction) at the middle of the lateral direction (X direction) of the top surface 11 of the sheet storage box 100, but is not limited thereto, and may be disposed in another position on the top surface 11 and may have another shape as long as the sheets S can be taken out.

[0080] Before use, the sheet storage box 100 has a lid 22 formed integrally with the sheet storage box 100 on the top surface 11 via a tearing score line 21. When in use, the lid 22 is cut off along the tearing score line 21 to form an outlet 20 (opening OP1) on the top surface 11. This allows the sheets S in the box body 10 to be taken out from the outlet 20 (see FIG. 9).

[0081] In this embodiment, the tearing cut line 21 refers to a cut line such as a perforation that separates the lid 22 when the sheet storage box 100 is in use (FIGS. 1 and 4). The tearing cut line 21 is a perforation that alternates between cuts C1 and ties T1 (two cuts C1, the uncut portion between C1) and when a tie T1 is broken, the adjacent cuts C1 on both sides become continuous cuts.

[0082] In the tearing score line 21, the length of each cut C1 can be 0.3 mm to 40 mm, preferably 0.5 mm to 35 mm, and more preferably 1 mm to 30 mm. Also, the length of each tie T1 can be 0.3 mm to 2.5 mm, preferably 0.5 mm to 1.5 mm, and more preferably 0.8 mm to 1.2 mm.

[0083] The lid 22 of the outlet 20 is provided with triggers 22A, 22B at both ends in the longitudinal direction (Z direction). The triggers 22A, 22B are configured with a tear-open cut line 23. The tear-open cut line 23 is a perforation in which cuts C2 and ties T2 (the uncut portions between two cuts C2, C2) are arranged alternately, and when a tie T2 is broken, the adjacent cuts C2 on both sides become continuous cuts.

[0084] In addition, the length of each cut C2 in the tearing score line 23 can be 0.3 mm to 40 mm, preferably 0.5 mm to 35 mm, and more preferably 1 mm to 30 mm. Also, the length of each tie T2 can be 0.3 mm to 2.5 mm, preferably 0.5 mm to 1.5 mm, and more preferably 0.8 mm to 1.2 mm.

[0085] In this embodiment, when the tearing score line 23 is torn, an opening (not shown) and a flap (not shown) that is partially connected to the lid 22 (the part shown by the dashed line) are formed, and by inserting a fingertip into the opening and pulling up the folded flap and the lid 22, the lid 22 is separated from the top surface 11 and an outlet 20 (opening OP1) is formed (Figures 1 and 9).

[0086] In addition, the outlet 20 on the top surface 11 may be provided with a resin film (not shown) having a slit in the longitudinal direction (Z direction) so as to cover the outlet 20 from the back surface of the top surface 11 (the inside of the box body 10 of the sheet storage box 100).

[0087] The resin film is fixed to the back surface of the top surface 11 by an adhesive or the like applied around the outlet 20. The sheet S is taken out through a slit in the resin film. The material of this resin film may be, but is not limited to, polyethylene or polypropylene.

[0088] In this embodiment, a continuous notch 30 is formed across the bottom surface 12 and the end surfaces 15, 16. Specifically, the notch 30 is composed of a linear first notch 31 formed in the bottom surface 12, a second notch 32 formed in the end surface 15 and bent relative to the first notch 31, and a second notch 33 formed in the end surface 16 and bent relative to the first notch 31 (FIGS. 1, 3 to 7).

[0089] The first cutout 31 is an example of a pair of first cutouts in the sheet storage box of the present embodiment. The second cutout 32 and the second cutout 33 are an example of a pair of second cutouts in the sheet storage box of the present embodiment.

[0090] In the sheet storage box 100 of this embodiment, the first notch 31 extends from a first edge 31A on the end surface 15 side of the bottom surface 12 to a second edge 31B on the end surface 16 side. Specifically, the first notch 31 is configured to extend in the short direction (X direction) of the bottom surface 12 with a predetermined width W1 (FIGS. 4 and 5). The predetermined width W1 is a dimension larger than the maximum width of the cross section of the bar B of a normal towel rack F, and is preferably, for example, 5 mm or more and 30 mm or less (see FIG. 9).

[0091] One second notch 32 is formed contiguous with first edge 31A of first notch 31, and extends from edge 32A on the bottom surface 12 side of end face 15 to edge 32B on the side surface 13 side. Second notch 32 is configured in an L-shape that curves from the stacking direction (Y direction) toward the longitudinal direction (Z direction) with a predetermined width W1. Similar to first notch 31, predetermined width W1 is a dimension larger than the maximum width of the cross section of bar B of a normal towel rack F, and is preferably 5 mm or more and 30 mm or less (see FIG. 9).

[0092] The other second notch 33 is formed contiguous with second edge 31B of first notch 31, and extends from edge 33A on the bottom surface 12 side of end face 16 to edge 33B on the side surface 13 side. Second notch 33 is configured in an L-shape that curves from the stacking direction (Y direction) toward the longitudinal direction (Z direction) with a predetermined width W1. Similar to first notch 31, predetermined width W1 is a dimension larger than the maximum width of the cross section of bar B of a normal towel rack F, and is preferably 5 mm or more and 30 mm or less (see FIG. 9).

[0093] In this embodiment, the notch 30 is provided on the upper side in the longitudinal direction (Z direction) of the bottom surface 12. Specifically, the first notch 31 is formed on the end surface 15 side of the bottom surface 12. With this configuration, the tip (edge 32B on the side surface 13 side) of the second notch 32 and the tip (edge 33B on the side surface 13 side) of the second notch 33 are formed on the side surface 13 side of the bottom surface 12.

[0094] The sheet storage box 100 of this embodiment has a tearing score line M1 that is continuous with the bottom surface 12 and the end surfaces 15 and 16. The notches 30 (first notch 31, second notches 32 and 33) are formed in an area R1 surrounded by the tearing score line M1. The tearing score line M1 is an example of a tearing score line in the sheet storage box according to this embodiment.

[0095] The tearing cut line M1 is a perforation in which cuts C3 and ties T3 (the uncut portion between two cuts C3 and C3) are arranged alternately, and when a tie T3 is broken, the adjacent cuts C3 on both sides become continuous cuts (Figures 1, 3 to 5).

[0096] In addition, in the tearing score line M1, the length of each cut C3 can be 0.3 mm to 40 mm, preferably 0.5 mm to 35 mm, and more preferably 1 mm to 30 mm. Also, the length of each tie T3 can be 0.3 mm to 2.5 mm, preferably 0.5 mm to 1.5 mm, and more preferably 0.8 mm to 1.2 mm.

[0097] In correspondence with the second notch 32, a part of the tear-open cut line M1 is formed in the bottom flap 152 of the end face 15, and a notch 34 is formed on the bottom flap 152 side of the side flap 154. In correspondence with the second notch 33, another part of the tear-open cut line M1 is formed in the bottom flap 162 of the end face 16, and a notch 35 is formed on the bottom flap 162 side of the side flap 164 (FIG. 4).

[0098] In this embodiment, a flap 40 is formed in the region R1 surrounded by the tearing score line M1 to open a part of the region R1. The flap 40 is composed of a tearing score line 41. The tearing score line 41 is a perforation in which cuts C4 and ties T4 (two cuts C4, the uncut portion between C4) are alternately arranged, and when a tie T4 is broken, the adjacent cuts C4 on both sides become continuous cuts (FIGS. 4 and 5).

[0099] In addition, the length of each cut C4 in the tearing score line 41 can be 0.3 mm to 40 mm, preferably 0.5 mm to 35 mm, and more preferably 1 mm to 30 mm. Also, the length of each tie T4 can be 0.3 mm to 2.5 mm, preferably 0.5 mm to 1.5 mm, and more preferably 0.8 mm to 1.2 mm.

[0100] The flap 40 is preferably formed closer to one of the short sides of the bottom surface (end surface 15 or end surface 16 of the bottom surface 12). In this embodiment, the flap 40 is provided closer to the end surface 15 of the bottom surface 12 (FIG. 5).

[0101] The free end 40A of the flap 40 is formed in a convex shape toward either one of the two end edges 31A, 31B of the first cutout 31. In this embodiment, the flap 40 is provided near the end surface 15 of the bottom surface 12, and the tearing score line 41 is formed in a convex shape toward the end surface 16 (FIG. 5). When the flap 40 is provided near the end surface 16 of the bottom surface 12, the tearing score line 41 may be formed in a convex shape toward the end surface 15.

[0102] In the sheet storage box 100 of this embodiment, the ratio of the distance D1 between the edge 15A of the end face 15 on the side 13 side and the tip of the second notch 32 (the edge 32B on the side 13 side) to the width D3 of the end face 15 in the short direction (X direction) is 13% or more and 50% or less, preferably 15% or more and 48% or less, and more preferably 18% or more and 45% or less (Figures 6 and 8).

[0103] The width D3 in the short direction (X direction) of the end surface 15 indicates the shortest distance from the edge 15A on the side surface 13 side of the end surface 15 to the edge 15B on the side surface 14 side (FIGS. 6 and 8). Here, the edge 15A on the side surface 13 side of the end surface 15 corresponds to the edge 13A of the side surface 13, and the edge 15B on the side surface 14 side of the end surface 15 corresponds to the edge 14A of the side surface 14 (FIGS. 4, 6, and 8).

[0104] The edge 15A on the side 13 side of the end face 15, which has a distance D1 between it and the tip (edge 32B) of the second notch 32, refers to the edge 15A of the end face 15 on the side 13 side that is shorter in distance to the tip (edge 32B) of the second notch 32, of both end edges 15A, 15B of the end face 15 formed corresponding to a pair of side faces 13, 14 (Figures 6 and 8).

[0105] In addition, the ratio of the distance (corresponding to distance D1 in FIG. 8) between edge 16A of end face 16 on side face 13 side and the tip of second notch 33 (edge 33B on side face 13 side) to the width of end face 16 in the short direction (X direction) (corresponding to width D3 in FIG. 8) is 13% or more and 50% or less, preferably 15% or more and 48% or less, and more preferably 18% or more and 45% or less (see FIGS. 7 and 8).

[0106] The width of the end surface 16 in the short side direction (X direction) (corresponding to width D3 in Fig. 8) indicates the shortest distance from edge 16A of the end surface 16 on the side surface 13 side to edge 16B on the side surface 14 side (see Figs. 7 and 8). Here, edge 16A of the end surface 16 on the side surface 13 side corresponds to edge 13B of the side surface 13, and edge 16B of the end surface 16 on the side surface 14 side corresponds to edge 14B of the side surface 14 (Figs. 4 and 7).

[0107] The edge 16A on the side 13 of the end surface 16, which has a gap (corresponding to gap D1 in Figure 8) between it and the tip (edge 33B) of the second notch 33, refers to the edge 16A of the end surface 16 on the side 13 that is shorter in distance from the tip (edge 33B) of the second notch 33, of both end edges 16A, 16B of the end surface 16 formed corresponding to a pair of side surfaces 13, 14 (see Figures 7 and 8).

[0108] In the sheet storage box 100 of this embodiment, the ratio of the length D4 of the second notch 32 in the short side direction (X direction) to the width D3 of the end face 15 in the short side direction (X direction) is 25% or more and 35% or less, preferably 26% or more and 34% or less, and more preferably 27% or more and 33% or less (Figures 6 to 8).

[0109] Here, length D4 of second cutout 32 in the short direction (X direction) indicates the shortest distance from edge 32B of second cutout 32 on the side surface 13 side to edge 32C on the side surface 14 side (FIGS. 6 and 8).

[0110] In addition, the ratio of the length of second notch 33 in the short side direction (X direction) (corresponding to length D4 in FIG. 8) to the width of end face 16 in the short side direction (X direction) (corresponding to width D3 in FIG. 8) is 25% or more and 35% or less, preferably 26% or more and 34% or less, and more preferably 27% or more and 33% or less (see FIGS. 7 and 8).

[0111] Here, the length of the second notch 33 in the short direction (X direction) (corresponding to length D4 in Figure 8) indicates the shortest distance from the edge 33B of the second notch 33 on the side 13 side to the edge 33C on the side 14 side (see Figures 7 and 8).

[0112] An extension 15D extending from the bottom surface 12 side of the end surface 15 to the top surface 11 side is formed between an edge 15C on the bottom surface 12 side of the end surface 15 and an edge 32D on the bottom surface 12 side that is not continuous with the first notch 31 of the second notch 32. A length D2 in the short side direction (X direction) of the extension 15D corresponds to a length obtained by subtracting a width W1 of the edge 32A of the second notch 32 from a length D4 in the short side direction (X direction) of the second notch 32 (FIGS. 6 and 8).

[0113] Furthermore, an extension portion 16D extending from the bottom surface 12 side of the end surface 16 to the top surface 11 side is formed between an edge 16C on the bottom surface 12 side of the end surface 16 and an edge 33D on the bottom surface 12 side that is not continuous with the first notch 31 of the second notch 33. The length in the short side direction (X direction) of the extension portion 16D (corresponding to length D2 in FIG. 8) corresponds to the length obtained by subtracting width W1 of edge 32A of second notch 33 from the length in the short side direction (X direction) of second notch 33 (corresponding to length D4 in FIG. 8) (see FIGS. 7 and 8).

[0114] In the sheet storage box 100 of this embodiment, it is preferable that the ratio of the distance D5 between the edge 32A on the bottom surface 12 side and the edge 32E on the top surface 11 side of the second notch 32 to the width D3 in the short direction (X direction) of the end surface 15 is 25% or less, more preferably 24% or less, and even more preferably 23% or less (Figures 6 and 8).

[0115] Here, the distance D5 between the edge 32A of the second notch 32 on the bottom surface 12 side and the edge 32E on the top surface 11 side indicates the distance at which the range of the second notch 32 in the stacking direction (Y direction) of the sheet S is maximum (Figures 6 and 8).

[0116] In addition, the ratio of the distance (corresponding to distance D5 in Figure 8) between the edge 33A on the bottom surface 12 side and the edge 33E on the top surface 11 side of the second notch 33 to the width in the short direction (X direction) of the end surface 16 (corresponding to width D3 in Figure 8) is preferably 25% or less, more preferably 24% or less, and even more preferably 23% or less (see Figures 7 and 8).

[0117] Here, the distance between the edge 33A of the second notch 33 on the bottom surface 12 side and the edge 33E on the top surface 11 side (corresponding to the distance D5 in Figure 8) indicates the distance at which the distance between the second notches 33 in the stacking direction (Y direction) of the sheet S is maximum (Figures 7 and 8).

[0118] As described above, the sheet storage box 100 of this embodiment has a linear notch 31 extending from the edge 31A on the end face 15 side of the bottom face 12 to the edge 31B on the end face 16 side of the bottom face 12, so that a notch 31 (opening OP2) extending in the longitudinal direction (Z direction) is formed in the bottom face 12 facing the top face 11 where the sheet removal opening 20 is formed and the stacking direction (Y direction) of the sheets S (FIG. 9). This allows, for example, the bar B of a towel rack F fixed to the wall W of the bathroom to be inserted into the sheet storage box 100 through the first notch 31 in the bottom face 12.

[0119] Furthermore, by providing notches 32, 33 that extend from edge 32A on the bottom surface 12 side of end surface 15 and edge 33A on the bottom surface 12 side of end surface 16, respectively, and bend toward side surface 13, notches 32, 33 (openings OP2) that are continuous with notch 31 in bottom surface 12 and bend toward side surface 13 are formed in end surfaces 15, 16 (FIG. 9). This allows bar B of towel rack F inserted from bottom surface 12 to be engaged with second notches 32, 33 in end surfaces 15, 16.

[0120] With this configuration, the sheet storage box 100 of this embodiment can be hung on a towel rack F so that the longitudinal direction (Z direction) of the sheet storage box 100 is parallel to the extension direction (X direction) of the bar B of the towel rack F (Figure 9).

[0121] Therefore, in this embodiment, even in a narrow space such as around a washroom, the sheet storage box 100 can be installed by using equipment such as a towel rack F (hereinafter referred to as towel rack F, etc.). Also, if a place to store the sheet storage box 100 can be secured, the sheet storage box 100 can be installed with the top surface 11 where the outlet 20 is formed as the top surface. Therefore, according to this embodiment, it is possible to provide a sheet storage box 100 that is not easily restricted in terms of where it can be placed (greater freedom in selecting a place to place it).

[0122] In addition, in this embodiment, the sheet S can be pulled out horizontally or downward from the outlet 20 of the sheet storage box 100 installed on a towel rack F or the like, so water droplets and dust are less likely to enter through the outlet 20. Therefore, according to this embodiment, the sheet storage box 100 can be used hygienically (FIG. 9).

[0123] In this embodiment, as described above, the second notches 32, 33 in the end faces 15, 16 are shaped in an L-shape, which makes it easier for the bar B of the towel rack F to engage with the second notches 32, 33. Therefore, according to this embodiment, the sheet storage box 100 installed on the towel rack F or the like is less likely to come off so that the longitudinal direction (Z direction) of the sheet storage box 100 is parallel to the extending direction (X direction) of the bar B of the towel rack F (FIG. 9).

[0124] In this embodiment, by making the second notches 32, 33 in the end faces 15, 16 L-shaped, the second notches 32, 33 can be formed closer to the bottom face 12. Therefore, even if the sheet storage box 100 is hung on a towel rack F or the like so that the longitudinal direction (Z direction) of the sheet storage box 100 is parallel to the extending direction (X direction) of the bar B of the towel rack F, the bar B of the towel rack F is unlikely to get in the way inside the sheet storage box 100 (FIG. 9).

[0125] In this embodiment, as described above, the tips (edges 32B, 33B on the side surface 13 side) of the second notches 32, 33 are formed on one of the side surfaces 13, which makes it possible to prevent the sheet storage box 100 hung on a towel rack F or the like from tilting significantly with respect to the wall W to which the towel rack F or the like is attached. This makes it difficult for the sheet storage box 100 installed on the towel rack F or the like to come off so that its longitudinal direction (Z direction) is parallel to the extending direction (X direction) of the bar B of the towel rack F (FIG. 9).

[0126] In this embodiment, as described above, when the tearing cut line M1 provided on the bottom surface 12 and the end surfaces 15 and 16 is torn, the notches 30 (first notch 31, second notches 32 and 33) can be formed on the bottom surface 12 and the end surfaces 15 and 16. Therefore, only when the sheet storage box 100 is installed on a towel rack F or the like (when no space is available), the notches 30 can be formed on the bottom surface 12 and the end surfaces 15 and 16 by tearing the tearing cut line M1.

[0127] In addition, in this embodiment, before the sheet storage box 100 is used or when there is sufficient space to store it, the notch 30 is not formed unless the tearing cut line M1 is torn. Therefore, in this embodiment, it is possible to prevent foreign matter such as dust from entering the sheet storage box 100 before the sheet storage box 100 is used.

[0128] In this embodiment, as described above, by providing the flap 40 that opens a part of the region R1 surrounded by the tearing score line M1 in the region R1, the tearing score line M1 can be torn with little force by inserting a finger into the opening, hooking it on the flap 40, and pulling it upward. Also, by pushing the flap 40 into the inside of the sheet storage box 100, a finger hole (trigger) for tearing can be easily formed.

[0129] In this embodiment, as described above, the flap 40 is formed closer to the end face 15 or 16 of the bottom face 12, so that the bottom face 12 is less likely to bend when a finger hole (trigger) for tearing is formed in the region R1 surrounded by the tearing score line M1. Therefore, in this embodiment, the finger hole (trigger) for tearing can be easily formed in the region R1 surrounded by the tearing score line M1.

[0130] In this embodiment, as described above, the free end 40A of the flap 40 is formed in a convex shape toward either one of the two end edges 31A, 31B of the first notch 31, which makes it easier to hook a fingertip on the flap 40. This makes it easier to form a finger hook hole (trigger) for tearing in the region R1 surrounded by the tearing cut line M1 in this embodiment.

[0131] In this embodiment, as described above, by setting the ratio of the distance D1 between the edges 15A, 16A on the side 13 side of the end faces 15, 16 and the tips of the second notches 32, 33 (edges 32B, 33B on the side 13 side) to the width D3 in the short direction (X direction) of the end faces 15, 16 to be 13% or more and 50% or less, the tips (edges 32B, 33B) of the second notches 32, 33 can be formed on one of the side faces 13 (Figures 6 to 8).

[0132] As a result, in this embodiment, the sheet storage box 100 hung from a towel rack F or the like can be prevented from tilting significantly relative to the wall W to which the towel rack F or the like is attached, and the sheet storage box 100 installed on the towel rack F or the like is less likely to come off (Figure 9).

[0133] In this embodiment, as described above, by setting the ratio of the length D4 in the short side direction (X direction) of the second notches 32, 33 to the width D3 in the short side direction (X direction) of the end faces 15, 16 to be 25% or more and 35% or less, it is possible to prevent a decrease in the strength of the bottom face 12 and the end faces 15, 16 around the second notches 32, 33 where the bar B of the towel rack F is engaged (FIGS. 6 to 8). Therefore, in this embodiment, the sheet storage box 100 installed on the towel rack F or the like is less likely to come off (FIG. 9).

[0134] In this embodiment, by setting the ratio of the distance D5 between the edges 32A, 33A on the bottom surface 12 side of the second cutouts 32, 33 and the edges 32E, 33E on the top surface 11 side to the width D3 in the short side direction (X direction) of the end faces 15, 16 to 25% or less, the second cutouts 32, 33 into which the bar B of the towel rack F is engaged can be formed closer to the bottom surface 12 (FIGS. 6 to 8). Therefore, in this embodiment, even when the sheet storage box 100 is hung from the towel rack F or the like, the bar B of the towel rack F is unlikely to get in the way inside the sheet storage box 100 (FIG. 9).

[0135] Fig. 10 is a diagram showing a modified example of the first cutout in the bottom surface of the sheet storage box according to the present embodiment. In Fig. 10, the same parts as those in Fig. 5 are denoted by the same reference numerals and the description thereof will be omitted.

[0136] 10, the flap 40 is formed in the first portion 12E of the bottom surface 12 corresponding to the central region 31C of the first cutout 31. In this case, the central region 31C of the first cutout 31 indicates an area that includes the center of gravity G of the first cutout 31 and is 20% to 50% of the entire area of the first cutout 31.

[0137] It is preferable that a crease is provided at the fixed end of the flap 40. In this embodiment, a fold F1 is provided as such a crease (FIG. 10). By providing such a crease (fold F1) at the fixed end of the flap 40, the edge of the first portion 12E of the bottom surface 12 can be used as a handle to easily cleave the tear score line.

[0138] 10, a fold F2 extending in a direction (X direction) perpendicular to the extending direction (Z direction) of the first notch 31 is formed in the second portion 12F of the bottom surface 12 corresponding to one end of the central region 31C of the first notch 31. The fold F2 is an example of a ruled line in the sheet storage box according to the present embodiment.

[0139] Furthermore, in the modified embodiment, as described above, by forming the flap 40 in the first portion 12E of the bottom surface 12 corresponding to the central region 31C of the first notch 31, the finger hole (trigger) for tearing formed in the region R1 surrounded by the tearing score line M1 can be formed in an easily visible position on the bottom surface 12. As a result, in this embodiment, the finger hole (trigger) for tearing can be easily formed in the region R1 surrounded by the tearing score line M1.

[0140] In the modified embodiment, as described above, the fold F2 is formed in the second portion 12F of the bottom surface 12, so that after the first portion 12E of the bottom surface 12 corresponding to the central region 31C of the first notch 31 is torn, the edge of the second portion 12F of the bottom surface 12 on the first portion 12E side can be used as a handle to easily tear the tearing score line M1. As a result, in the present embodiment, a finger hole (trigger) for tearing can be easily formed in the region R1 surrounded by the tearing score line M1. EXAMPLES
