Abstract
Description
[Technical field]
[0001] The present invention relates to a sheet storage box. [Background technology]
[0002] In recent years, as a measure to prevent infection, hygiene awareness has increased, and disposable paper towels and tissue paper are increasingly being used instead of cloth towels for drying hands that are used by multiple people. Sheets such as paper towels are stored in boxes (also called cartons) made of cardboard or the like, and are used in the form of sheet storage boxes from which they can be pulled out through an opening on the top of the box (see, for example, Patent Document 1). [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]
[0003] [Patent Document 1] Patent No. 4142238 Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0004] However, in conventional sheet storage boxes, the sheets are stored in cartons, so that storage space is limited in small areas such as around a bathroom.
[0005] An object of the present invention is to provide a sheet storage box that is not subject to space restrictions. [Means for solving the problem]
[0006] A first aspect of the present invention is a rectangular sheet storage box for containing a plurality of stacked sheets, the sheet storage box having a sheet removal opening and having a top surface extending in the longitudinal direction of the sheet storage box, a bottom surface facing the top surface and the stacking direction of the sheets and extending in the longitudinal direction, a pair of long sides extending in the longitudinal direction perpendicular to the stacking direction and facing a short direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction, and a pair of short sides facing the longitudinal direction, the sheet storage box having a first linear notch formed in the bottom surface and extending in the longitudinal direction or the short direction, and a pair of second notches formed in the pair of long sides or the pair of short sides continuous with the first notch and extending in a direction bending relative to the first notch.
[0007] In this specification, the linear first notch extending in the longitudinal direction refers to a notch extending from an edge of one short side to an edge of the other short side on the top surface where the sheet outlet is formed and the bottom surface facing the stacking direction of the sheets. Also, the linear first notch extending in the lateral direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction refers to a notch extending from an edge of one long side to an edge of the other long side on the top surface where the sheet outlet is formed and the bottom surface facing the stacking direction of the sheets.
[0008] In addition, the direction of bending relative to the first notch refers to the direction in which the second notch bends in a planar view relative to the direction in which the first notch extends when a pair of long sides and a pair of short sides are laid out on the same plane relative to the bottom surface.
[0009] In the first aspect, by having a linear first notch extending in the longitudinal direction or in the lateral direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction, the towel rack bar can be inserted into the sheet storage box through the first notch formed in the bottom surface. Furthermore, by having a pair of second notches extending continuously with the first notch in a direction bending with respect to the first notch, the towel rack bar inserted from the bottom surface can be locked in a pair of second notches formed in a pair of long side surfaces or a pair of short side surfaces.
[0010] As a result, when the first notch extends in the longitudinal direction of the bottom surface, the sheet storage box can be hung on the towel rack so that the short side of the sheet storage box is perpendicular to the extension direction of the towel rack bar. Also, when the first notch extends in the short side of the bottom surface, the sheet storage box can be hung on the towel rack so that the long side of the sheet storage box is perpendicular to the extension direction of the towel rack bar.
[0011] Therefore, in the first aspect, even in a small space such as around a bathroom, the sheet storage box can be installed by utilizing a towel rack or other equipment (hereinafter referred to as a towel rack, etc.). Also, if a space for the sheet storage box can be secured, the sheet storage box can be installed with the top surface where the removal opening is formed facing upward. Therefore, according to the first aspect, it is possible to provide a sheet storage box that is less likely to be limited in space.
[0012] Furthermore, in the first aspect, the sheet can be pulled out horizontally or downward from the outlet of the sheet storage box installed on a towel rack or the like, so water droplets and dust are less likely to get in through the outlet. Therefore, according to the first aspect, the sheet storage box can be used hygienically.
[0013] A second aspect of the present invention is a sheet storage box, in which the second cutout is L-shaped. In the second aspect, by making the second cutout L-shaped, the bar of a towel rack can be easily engaged with the second cutout. Therefore, according to the second aspect, the sheet storage box installed on a towel rack or the like is less likely to come off.
[0014] In the second aspect, the second cutout can be formed closer to the bottom surface by making the shape of the second cutout L. Therefore, even if the seat storage box is hung on a towel rack or the like, the bar of the towel rack is unlikely to get in the way inside the seat storage box.
[0015] A third aspect of the present invention is a sheet storage box, wherein the first notch is formed on one of the short side surfaces of the bottom surface when extending in the short direction, and is formed on one of the long side surfaces of the bottom surface when extending in the longitudinal direction.
[0016] In the third aspect, the first notch is formed on one of the short side surfaces when it extends in the short direction, and on one of the long side surfaces when it extends in the long direction, thereby making it possible to prevent the sheet storage box hung on a towel rack or the like from tilting significantly relative to the wall or the like to which the towel rack or the like is attached. As a result, in the third aspect, the sheet storage box installed on the towel rack or the like is less likely to come off.
[0017] A fourth aspect of the present invention is a sheet storage box in which a continuous tearing score line is formed on the bottom surface and the long side or the short side, and the first notch and the second notch are formed in an area surrounded by the tearing score line.
[0018] As used herein, a tear-away score line refers to a score line where cuts and ties (the uncut portion between two cuts) are arranged alternately and when a tie breaks, the adjacent cuts become continuous cuts.
[0019] In the fourth aspect, when the tearing score lines provided on the bottom surface and the pair of long sides are torn, notches are formed on the bottom surface and the pair of long sides, and when the tearing score lines provided on the bottom surface and the pair of short sides are torn, notches are formed on the bottom surface and the pair of short sides. Therefore, only when the sheet storage box is to be installed on a towel rack or the like (when no space is available), the tearing score lines can be torn to form notches on the bottom surface and the pair of long sides, or on the bottom surface and the pair of short sides.
[0020] In addition, if there is sufficient space to store the sheet, the notch will not be formed unless the tearing score line is torn. Therefore, in the fourth aspect, it is possible to prevent foreign matter such as dust from entering the sheet storage box before the sheet storage box is used.
[0021] A fifth aspect of the present invention is a sheet storage box in which a flap is formed within the area surrounded by the tearing score line to open a part of the area. In the fifth aspect, by providing a flap that opens a part of the area surrounded by the tearing score line, the tearing score line can be torn with little force by inserting a finger into the opening, hooking the flap and pulling it upward. In addition, a finger hole (trigger) for tearing can be easily formed by pushing the flap into the inside of the sheet storage box.
[0022] A sixth aspect of the present invention is a sheet storage box in which the flap is formed closer to the long side of the bottom surface when the second notch is formed on the long side surface, and is formed closer to the short side surface when the second notch is formed on the short side surface. In this specification, when the second notch is formed on the long side surface, it means that the first notch extends in the short direction of the bottom surface. Also, when the second notch is formed on the short side surface, it means that the first notch extends in the longitudinal direction of the bottom surface.
[0023] In the sixth aspect, when the second notch is formed on the long side, the flap is formed near the long side of the bottom surface, and when the second notch is formed on the short side, the flap is formed near the short side of the bottom surface, so that the bottom surface is less likely to bend when forming a finger hole (trigger) for tearing in the area surrounded by the tear score line. Therefore, in the sixth aspect, the finger hole (trigger) for tearing can be easily formed in the area surrounded by the tear score line.
[0024] A seventh aspect of the present invention is a sheet storage box, wherein the flap is formed in a first portion of the bottom surface corresponding to a central area of the first cutout.
[0025] In this specification, the central region of the first notch refers to a region that includes the center of gravity of the first notch and has an area of 20% to 50% of the entire first notch.
[0026] In the seventh aspect, by forming the flap in the first portion of the bottom surface corresponding to the central region of the first notch, the finger hole (trigger) for tearing formed in the region surrounded by the tear score line can be formed in an easily visible position on the bottom surface. This makes it possible to easily form the finger hole (trigger) for tearing in the region surrounded by the tear score line in the seventh aspect.
[0027] An eighth aspect of the present invention is a sheet storage box, wherein the first portion extends in a direction perpendicular to a direction in which the first cutout extends.
[0028] In the eighth aspect, the first portion of the bottom surface corresponding to the central region of the first cutout expands in a direction perpendicular to the direction in which the first cutout extends, making it easier to find the flap formed in the first portion. Also, the central region of the first cutout after the tearing score line is torn expands in a direction perpendicular to the direction in which the first cutout extends, making it easier to attach and detach the sheet storage box to a towel rack or the like.
[0029] A ninth aspect of the present invention is a sheet storage box, in which the flap is formed in a convex shape toward either one of both end edges of the first cutout.
[0030] In the ninth aspect, the flap is formed in a convex shape toward either one of the two end edges of the first cutout, which makes it easier to hook a finger on the flap. This makes it easier to form a finger hook hole (trigger) for tearing in the area surrounded by the tearing score line.
[0031] A tenth aspect of the present invention is a sheet storage box, in which a crease extending in a direction perpendicular to the direction in which the first notch extends is formed in a second portion of the bottom surface corresponding to one end of the central region of the first notch. In this specification, the crease refers to a foldable crease (or crease line). The crease may also be constituted by an intermittent cut (perforation) instead of or together with the crease.
[0032] In the tenth aspect, a ruled line extending in a direction perpendicular to the direction in which the first notch extends is formed in the second part of the bottom surface corresponding to one end of the central region of the first notch, so that after the first part of the bottom surface corresponding to the central region of the first notch is torn, the edge of the second part of the bottom surface on the first part side can be used as a handle to easily tear the tear score line. This makes it easy to form a finger hole (trigger) for tearing in the area surrounded by the tear score line. Effect of the Invention

[0050] In addition, the manner in which the top flap 151, the bottom flap 152, and the side flaps 153, 154 are joined on the end surface 15 is not particularly limited. In addition, in the manner in which the top flap 161, the bottom flap 162, and the side flaps 163, 164 are joined on the end surface 16 is not particularly limited.
[0051] For example, top flap 151 is joined to bottom flap 152 and side flaps 153 and 154, and top flap 161 is joined to bottom flap 162 and side flaps 163 and 164. In addition, bottom flap 152 is joined to side flaps 153 and 154, and bottom flap 162 is joined to side flaps 163 and 164.
[0052] Specifically, top flap 151 and bottom flap 152 are joined together, and top flap 161 and bottom flap 162 are joined together, via an adhesive (not shown). Furthermore, top flap 151 and side flaps 153 and 154 are joined together, and top flap 161 and side flaps 163 and 164 are joined together, via an adhesive (not shown).

[0055] Furthermore, the portions of the side flaps 153, 154 that are joined to the top flap 151 (portions to which adhesive is applied) may protrude toward the top flap 151 when joined to the top flap 151. Furthermore, the portions of the side flaps 163, 164 that are joined to the top flap 161 (portions to which adhesive is applied) may protrude toward the top flap 161 when joined to the top flap 161.
[0056] At the end surface 15, the entire top flap 151 is exposed, the portion of the bottom flap 152 that overlaps with the top flap 151 is concealed, and the portion of the bottom flap 152 other than the portion that overlaps with the top flap 151 is exposed. Furthermore, the side flaps 153, 154 are concealed inside the top flap 151 and the bottom flap 152 (FIG. 4).
[0057] Moreover, on the end face 16, the entire top surface flap 161 is exposed, the portion of the bottom surface flap 162 that overlaps with the top surface flap 161 is concealed, and the portion of the bottom surface flap 162 other than the portion that overlaps with the top surface flap 161 is exposed. Furthermore, the side surface flaps 163, 164 are concealed inside the top surface flap 161 and the bottom surface flap 162 (FIG. 4).
[0058] The end faces 15 and 16 may have a disassembly structure (not shown) for disassembling the sheet storage box 100 after use. Such a disassembly structure is disclosed in, for example, JP 2020-19490 A.
[0059] The material of the box body 10 is not limited, and for example, base paper made mainly of pulp is used. Here, base paper refers to hard and thick paper that is used as a material for assembling the box body 10. The pulp composition of the base paper can be a known composition for boxes. For example, the pulp blending ratio can be 50% by mass or more, preferably 90% by mass or more, and more preferably 100% by mass. In this embodiment, coated cardboard made of virgin pulp, recycled paper pulp, etc. is used as the base paper.
[0060] The dimensions of the box 10 are not limited and can be determined based on the amount and dimensions of the sheets S to be stored. For example, the length of the box 10 in the longitudinal direction (Z direction) can be 100 mm or more and 300 mm or less, and is preferably 150 mm or more and 280 mm or less.
[0061] The width of the box 10 in the short side direction (X direction) can be 100 mm or more and 150 mm or less, and preferably 100 mm or more and 130 mm or less. The height of the box 10 in the height direction (Z direction) can be 30 mm or more and 150 mm or less, and preferably 40 mm or more and 100 mm or less.
[0062] The basis weight of the box body 10 is not limited, but from the viewpoint of ensuring sufficient strength to withstand use, the basis weight of the base paper is set to 200 g / m 2 More than 500g / m 2 or less, preferably 230 g / m2 More than 450g / m 2 More preferably, it is 270 g / m or less. 2 More than 430g / m 2 In this specification, the basis weight is measured in accordance with the provisions of JIS P 8124 (2011).
[0063] The thickness of the box 10 is not particularly limited, and may be a paper thickness measured under the environment of JIS P 8111 (1998). For example, when the box 10 is made of coated cardboard, the paper thickness of the box 10 may be 0.1 mm or more and 3 mm or less, preferably 0.3 mm or more and 2 mm or less, and more preferably 0.5 mm or more and 1 mm or less.
[0064] In this embodiment, the multiple sheets S contained in the box 10 are configured as a sheet stack SL in which the multiple sheets S are stacked in a stacking direction (Y direction) (FIG. 2).
[0065] The material of the sheet S is not particularly limited, and may be, for example, a sheet of paper, nonwoven fabric, cloth, or the like, and is preferably a paper sheet (hereinafter referred to as a paper sheet). The pulp composition may be a known composition for paper sheets. The blending ratio of pulp may be, for example, 50% by mass or more, preferably 90% by mass or more, and more preferably 100% by mass.
[0066] The basis weight of the sheet S is not particularly limited, but may be 5 g / m in the case of paper depending on the number of plies. 2 More than 80g / m 2 For non-woven fabrics, the limit is 20 g / m 2 More than 100g / m 2 The following is preferable. The basis weight is measured in accordance with the provisions of JIS P 8124 (2011).
[0067] The thickness of the sheet S is not particularly limited, and may be a paper thickness measured under the environment of JIS P 8111 (1998). For example, the thickness of the paper sheet constituting the sheet S may be 50 μm or more and 500 μm or less per ply (per two plies in the case of two plies), and is preferably 60 μm or more and 330 μm or less.
[0068] The form of the sheet S is not particularly limited, and it can be applied to products such as paper towels, tissue paper, toilet paper, kitchen paper, disposable diapers for babies or for elderly care, sanitary napkins, etc. Sanitary thin papers such as paper towels and tissue paper also include sanitary thin papers containing moisturizing ingredients (for example, lotion tissues, etc.). The sheet S can be used for industrial, household, and portable purposes.
[0069] The number of plies of the sheet S can be 1 or more, and is preferably 1 or 2 plies (two plies stacked). The shape of the sheet S is not particularly limited, and for example, it is preferable that the shape of the 1-ply or 2-ply sheet when folded is rectangular in a plan view.
[0070] The form of the sheet stack SL is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include a sheet stack in which the sheets S are alternately stacked in a folded state (a so-called pop-up type sheet stack SL), a sheet stack in which a plurality of sheets (or a plurality of sets of sheets S) are simply stacked, a sheet stack in which the sheets S are stacked in a folded state, etc. From the viewpoint of pulling out the sheets S one by one or one set at a time, the form of the sheet stack SL is preferably a pop-up type sheet stack SL.
[0071] The dimensions of the sheet stack SL, for example, in the case of a paper towel, are a length in the longitudinal direction (Z direction) of 150 mm to 250 mm, a length in the lateral direction (X direction) of 60 mm to 130 mm, and a height in the stacking direction (Y direction) of 20 mm to 110 mm. Such a sheet stack can be manufactured, for example, by a rotary or multi-stand interfolder.
[0072] The outlet 20 is formed on the top surface 11 of the box 10, and has a shape that allows the sheet (tissue paper) S stored in the box 10 to be taken out from the top surface 11 side. The outlet 20 is formed in the center of the longitudinal direction (Z direction) of the top surface 11, and forms a substantially rectangular or elliptical opening OP1 whose longitudinal direction is along the longitudinal direction (Z direction) of the top surface 11 (FIGS. 1, 4, 10).
[0073] The length of the outlet 20 in the longitudinal direction (Z direction) and the width in the lateral direction (X direction) can be appropriately determined based on the size of the sheets S. In this embodiment, the outlet 20 is formed in a substantially elliptical shape along the longitudinal direction (Z direction) at the middle of the lateral direction (X direction) of the top surface 11 of the sheet storage box 100, but is not limited thereto, and may be disposed in another position on the top surface 11 and may have another shape as long as the sheets S can be taken out.
[0074] Before use, the sheet storage box 100 has a lid 22 formed integrally with the sheet storage box 100 on the top surface 11 via a tearing score line 21. When in use, the lid 22 is cut off along the tearing score line 21 to form an outlet 20 (opening OP1) on the top surface 11. This allows the sheets S inside the box body 10 to be taken out from the outlet 20 (see FIG. 10).
[0075] In this embodiment, the tearing cut line 21 refers to a cut line such as a perforation that separates the lid 22 when the sheet storage box 100 is in use (FIGS. 1 and 4). The tearing cut line 21 is a perforation that alternates between cuts C1 and ties T1 (two cuts C1, the uncut portion between C1) and when a tie T1 is broken, the adjacent cuts C1 on both sides become continuous cuts.
[0076] In the tearing score line 21, the length of each cut C1 can be 0.3 mm to 40 mm, preferably 0.5 mm to 35 mm, and more preferably 1 mm to 30 mm. Also, the length of each tie T1 can be 0.3 mm to 2.5 mm, preferably 0.5 mm to 1.5 mm, and more preferably 0.8 mm to 1.2 mm.
[0077] The lid 22 of the outlet 20 is provided with triggers 22A, 22B at both ends in the longitudinal direction (Z direction). The triggers 22A, 22B are configured with a tear-open cut line 23. The tear-open cut line 23 is a perforation in which cuts C2 and ties T2 (the uncut portions between two cuts C2, C2) are arranged alternately, and when a tie T2 is broken, the adjacent cuts C2 on both sides become continuous cuts.
[0078] In addition, the length of each cut C2 in the tearing score line 23 can be 0.3 mm to 40 mm, preferably 0.5 mm to 35 mm, and more preferably 1 mm to 30 mm. Also, the length of each tie T2 can be 0.3 mm to 2.5 mm, preferably 0.5 mm to 1.5 mm, and more preferably 0.8 mm to 1.2 mm.
[0079] In this embodiment, when the tearing score line 23 is torn, an opening (not shown) and a flap (not shown) that is partly connected to the lid 22 (part shown by the dashed line) are formed. Then, by inserting a fingertip into the opening and pulling up the folded flap and the lid 22, the lid 22 is separated from the top surface 11, and an outlet 20 (opening OP1) is formed (FIGS. 1 and 10).
[0080] In addition, the outlet 20 on the top surface 11 may be provided with a resin film (not shown) having a slit in the longitudinal direction (Z direction) so as to cover the outlet 20 from the back surface of the top surface 11 (the inside of the box body 10 of the sheet storage box 100).
[0081] The resin film is fixed to the back surface of the top surface 11 by an adhesive or the like applied around the outlet 20. The sheet S is taken out through a slit in the resin film. The material of this resin film may be, but is not limited to, polyethylene or polypropylene.
[0082] In the first embodiment, a continuous notch 30 is formed on the bottom surface 12 and the side surfaces 13 and 14. Specifically, the notch 30 is composed of a linear first notch 31 formed on the bottom surface 12, a second notch 32 formed on the side surface 13 and bent relative to the first notch 31, and a second notch 33 formed on the side surface 14 and bent relative to the first notch 31 (FIGS. 5 to 7).
[0083] The first cutout 31 is an example of a pair of first cutouts in the sheet storage box of the present embodiment. The second cutout 32 and the second cutout 33 are an example of a pair of second cutouts in the sheet storage box of the present embodiment.
[0084] In the sheet storage box 100 of the first embodiment, the first notch 31 extends from a first edge 31A on the side surface 13 side of the bottom surface 12 to a second edge 31B on the side surface 14 side. Specifically, the first notch 31 is configured to extend in the short direction (X direction) of the bottom surface 12 with a predetermined width W1 (FIGS. 4 and 5). Note that the predetermined width W1 is a dimension larger than the maximum width of the cross section of the bar B of a normal towel rack F, and is preferably, for example, 15 mm or more and 30 mm or less (see FIG. 10).
[0085] One second notch 32 is formed contiguous with first edge 31A of first notch 31, and extends from edge 32A on the bottom surface 12 side of side surface 13 to edge 32B on the end surface 15 side. Second notch 32 is configured in an L-shape that curves from the stacking direction (Y direction) toward the longitudinal direction (Z direction) with a predetermined width W1. Like first notch 31, predetermined width W1 is a dimension larger than the maximum width of the cross section of bar B of a normal towel rack F, and is preferably 15 mm or more and 30 mm or less (see FIG. 10).
[0086] The other second notch 33 is formed contiguous with second edge 31B of first notch 31, and extends from edge 33A on the bottom surface 12 side of side surface 14 to edge 33B on the end surface 15 side. Second notch 33 is configured in an L-shape that curves from the stacking direction (Y direction) toward the longitudinal direction (Z direction) with a predetermined width W1. Like first notch 31, predetermined width W1 is a dimension larger than the maximum width of the cross section of bar B of a normal towel rack F, and is preferably 15 mm or more and 30 mm or less (see FIG. 10).
[0087] In the first embodiment, the notch 30 is provided on the upper side in the longitudinal direction (Z direction) of the bottom surface 12. Specifically, the first notch 31 is formed on the end surface 15 side of the bottom surface 12. With this configuration, the second notch 32 is also formed on the end surface 15 side of the side surface 13, and the second notch 33 is also formed on the end surface 15 side of the side surface 14.
[0088] The sheet storage box 100 of this embodiment has a tearing score line M1 that is continuous with the bottom surface 12 and the side surfaces 13 and 14. The notches 30 (first notch 31, second notches 32 and 33) are formed in an area R1 surrounded by the tearing score line M1. The tearing score line M1 is an example of a tearing score line in the sheet storage box according to this embodiment.
[0089] The tearing cut line M1 is a perforation in which cuts C3 and ties T3 (the uncut portion between two cuts C3 and C3) are arranged alternately, and when a tie T3 is broken, the adjacent cuts C3 on both sides become continuous cuts (Figures 1, 3 to 5).
[0090] In addition, in the tearing score line M1, the length of each cut C3 can be 0.3 mm to 40 mm, preferably 0.5 mm to 35 mm, and more preferably 1 mm to 30 mm. Also, the length of each tie T3 can be 0.3 mm to 2.5 mm, preferably 0.5 mm to 1.5 mm, and more preferably 0.8 mm to 1.2 mm.
[0091] A notch 34 is formed in a portion of the attachment tab 17 that overlaps with the second notch 32 of the side surface 13. The notch 34 constitutes part of the second notch 32 when the attachment tab 17 is attached to the side surface 13 (FIG. 4).
[0092] In this embodiment, a first flap 40 that opens a part of the region R1 is formed within the region R1 surrounded by the tearing score line M1. The first flap 40 is composed of a tearing score line 41. The tearing score line 41 is a perforation in which cuts C4 and ties T4 (two cuts C4, the uncut portion between C4) are alternately arranged, and when a tie T4 is broken, the adjacent cuts C4 on both sides become continuous cuts (FIG. 5).
[0093] In addition, the length of each cut C4 in the tearing score line 41 can be 0.3 mm to 40 mm, preferably 0.5 mm to 35 mm, and more preferably 1 mm to 30 mm. Also, the length of each tie T4 can be 0.3 mm to 2.5 mm, preferably 0.5 mm to 1.5 mm, and more preferably 0.8 mm to 1.2 mm.
[0094] In addition, when the first notch 31 extends in the short direction (X direction) of the bottom surface 12 and the second notches 32, 33 are formed on the long sides (sides 13, 14) as in the first embodiment, the first flap 40 is preferably formed closer to the side surface 13 or side surface 14 of the bottom surface 12. In this embodiment, the first flap 40 is provided closer to the side surface 14 of the bottom surface 12 (FIG. 5).
[0095] The free end 40A of the first flap 40 is formed in a convex shape toward either one of the two end edges 31A, 31B of the first cutout 31. In this embodiment, the first flap 40 is provided near the side surface 14 of the bottom surface 12, and the tear score line 41 is formed in a convex shape toward the side surface 13 (FIG. 5). When the first flap 40 is provided near the side surface 13 of the bottom surface 12, the tear score line 41 may be formed in a convex shape toward the side surface 14.
[0096] In the sheet storage box 100 of this embodiment, a pair of second flaps 50 (flaps 51, 52) are formed on the end face 16 side of the bottom surface 12. The second flap 50 is configured as a part of the bottom surface 12 and is provided on the lower side in the longitudinal direction (Z direction). The pair of second flaps 50 (flaps 51, 52) are inclined toward the inside of the sheet storage box 100 and engaged with each other (FIG. 8).
[0097] In this embodiment, the second flap 50 is configured with a tearing cut line M2. The tearing cut line M2 is a perforation in which the cuts C5 and ties T5 (the uncut portion between two cuts C5 and C5) are alternately arranged, and when a tie T5 is broken, the adjacent cuts C5 on both sides become continuous cuts (FIG. 8).
[0098] In addition, in the tearing score line M2, the length of each cut C5 can be 0.3 mm to 40 mm, preferably 0.5 mm to 35 mm, and more preferably 1 mm to 30 mm. Also, the length of each tie T5 can be 0.3 mm to 2.5 mm, preferably 0.5 mm to 1.5 mm, and more preferably 0.8 mm to 1.2 mm.
[0099] When the second flap 50 is torn along the tear cut line M2, an opening OP3 is formed in the bottom surface 12, and the flap 50 simultaneously becomes flaps 51 and 52. The flap 51 is connected to the bottom surface 12 at a base end 51A (part shown by a dashed line). The flap 51 is formed with curved portions 51B and 51C. The flap 52 is connected to the bottom surface 12 at a base end 52A (part shown by a dashed line). The flap 52 is formed with curved portions 52B and 52C (FIGS. 8 and 9).
[0100] The curved portions 51B, 51C of the flap 51 and the curved portions 52B, 52C of the flap 52 are appropriately locked together. As a result, the pair of second flaps 50 (flaps 51, 52) are inclined toward the inside of the sheet storage box 100 and locked together (FIG. 9).
[0101] As described above, the sheet storage box 100 of the first embodiment has a linear notch 31 extending from an edge 31A on the side surface 13 side of the bottom surface 12 to an edge 31B on the side surface 14 side of the bottom surface 12, so that a notch 31 (opening OP2) extending in a direction (X direction) perpendicular to the longitudinal direction (Z direction) is formed in the bottom surface 12 facing the top surface 11 where the sheet removal opening 20 is formed and the stacking direction (Y direction) of the sheets S (FIG. 10). This allows, for example, the bar B of a towel rack F fixed to the wall W of the bathroom to be inserted into the sheet storage box 100 through the first notch 31 in the bottom surface 12.
[0102] Also, by providing notches 32, 33 that extend from edge 32A of side 13 on the bottom surface 12 side and edge 33A of side 14 on the bottom surface 12 side, respectively, and bend toward end surface 15, notches 32, 33 (openings OP2) that are continuous with notch 31 in bottom surface 12 and bend toward end surface 15 are formed in side 13 and side 14 (FIG. 10). This allows bar B of towel rack F inserted from bottom surface 12 to be engaged with second notches 32, 33 in side surfaces 13, 14.
[0103] With this configuration, the sheet storage box 100 of the first embodiment can be hung on a towel rack F so that the longitudinal direction (Z direction) of the sheet storage box 100 is perpendicular to the extension direction (X direction) of the bar B of the towel rack F (Figure 10).
[0104] Therefore, in the first embodiment, even in a narrow space such as around a washroom, the sheet storage box 100 can be installed by using equipment such as a towel rack F (hereinafter referred to as towel rack F, etc.). Also, if a place to store the sheet storage box 100 can be secured, the sheet storage box 100 can be installed with the top surface 11 where the removal opening 20 is formed as the top surface. Therefore, according to this embodiment, it is possible to provide a sheet storage box 100 that is less likely to be limited in where it can be placed.
[0105] In addition, in the first embodiment, the sheet S can be pulled out horizontally or downward from the outlet 20 of the sheet storage box 100 installed on a towel rack F or the like, so water droplets and dust are less likely to enter from the outlet 20. Therefore, according to this embodiment, the sheet storage box 100 can be used hygienically (FIG. 10).
[0106] In this embodiment, as described above, the second notches 32, 33 in the side surfaces 13, 14 are shaped in an L-shape, which makes it easier for the bar B of the towel rack F to engage with the second notches 32, 33. Therefore, according to this embodiment, the sheet storage box 100 installed on the towel rack F or the like is less likely to come off so that the longitudinal direction (Z direction) of the sheet storage box 100 is perpendicular to the extending direction (X direction) of the bar B of the towel rack F (FIG. 10).
[0107] In addition, in this embodiment, by making the second notches 32, 33 in the side surfaces 13, 14 L-shaped, the second notches 32, 33 can be formed closer to the bottom surface 12. Therefore, even if the sheet storage box 100 is hung on a towel rack F or the like so that the longitudinal direction (Z direction) of the sheet storage box 100 is perpendicular to the extending direction (X direction) of the bar B of the towel rack F, the bar B of the towel rack F is unlikely to get in the way inside the sheet storage box 100 (FIG. 10).
[0108] In this embodiment, as described above, when the first notch 31 extends in the short direction (X direction), it is formed on one end face 15 side, which can prevent the sheet storage box 100 hung on a towel rack F or the like from tilting significantly relative to the wall W to which the towel rack F or the like is attached. This makes it difficult for the sheet storage box 100 installed on the towel rack F or the like to come off so that the longitudinal direction (Z direction) is perpendicular to the direction in which the bar B of the towel rack F extends (X direction) (FIG. 10).
[0109] In this embodiment, as described above, when the tearing cut line M1 provided on the bottom surface 12 and the side surfaces 13 and 14 is torn, the notches 30 (first notch 31, second notches 32 and 33) can be formed on the bottom surface 12 and the side surfaces 13 and 14. Therefore, only when the sheet storage box 100 is installed on a towel rack F or the like (when no space is available), the notches 30 can be formed on the bottom surface 12 and the side surfaces 13 and 14 by tearing the tearing cut line M1.
[0110] In addition, in this embodiment, before the sheet storage box 100 is used or when there is sufficient space to store it, the notch 30 is not formed unless the tearing cut line M1 is torn. Therefore, in this embodiment, it is possible to prevent foreign matter such as dust from entering the sheet storage box 100 before the sheet storage box 100 is used.
[0111] In this embodiment, as described above, by providing the first flap 40 that opens a part of the region R1 surrounded by the tearing score line M1 in the region R1, the tearing score line M1 can be torn with little force by inserting a finger into the opening, hooking it on the first flap 40, and pulling it upward. Also, by pushing the first flap 40 into the inside of the sheet storage box 100, a finger hole (trigger) for tearing can be easily formed.
[0112] In this embodiment, as described above, when the second notches 32, 33 are formed on the side surfaces 13, 14, the first flap 40 is formed closer to the side surface 13 or 14 of the bottom surface 12, so that the bottom surface 12 is less likely to bend when a finger hole (trigger) for tearing is formed in the region R1 surrounded by the tearing score line M1. Therefore, in this embodiment, a finger hole (trigger) for tearing can be easily formed in the region R1 surrounded by the tearing score line M1.
[0113] In this embodiment, as described above, the first flap 40 is formed in a convex shape toward either one of the two end edges of the first cutout 31, which makes it easier to hook a fingertip on the first flap 40. This makes it easier to form a finger hook hole (trigger) for tearing in the region R1 surrounded by the tearing cut line M1 in this embodiment.
[0114] In this embodiment, as described above, a pair of second flaps 50 (flaps 51, 52) that are inclined toward the inside of the sheet storage box 100 and engage with each other are formed from a part of the bottom surface 12 and formed on the end surface 16 side of the bottom surface 12, so that the end surface 16 side of the sheet storage box 100 can press the sheets inside the sheet storage box 100 in the stacking direction (Y direction). This makes it possible to prevent the stacked multiple sheets S (sheet stack SL) from slipping downward when the sheet storage box 100 is hung from a towel rack F or the like in this embodiment (FIG. 11).
[0115] Fig. 12 shows a first modified example of the first notch in the bottom surface, and Fig. 13 shows a first modified example of the second notch in one of the long side surfaces. In Fig. 12 and Fig. 13, parts common to Fig. 5 and Fig. 6 are given the same reference numerals and description thereof will be omitted.
[0116] In a first modified example of the first and second notches shown in Figures 12 and 13, the tearing cut line M1 constituting the first and second notches 31 and 32 is constituted by a cut C31 and a tie T31, and further a V-shaped cut C32 is provided between the cut C31 and the tie T31. The cut C32 is connected to the cut C31 at the tip side of the V-shape, and forms a tie T31 between the cut C31 and the cut C31 at the open side of the V-shape.
[0117] In the first modified example, the length of each cut C31 in the splitting score line 21 can be 0.3 mm to 40 mm, preferably 0.5 mm to 35 mm, and more preferably 1 mm to 30 mm. Also, the length of each tie T31 can be 0.3 mm to 2.5 mm, preferably 0.5 mm to 1.5 mm, and more preferably 0.8 mm to 1.2 mm.
[0118] Furthermore, the length of the V-shaped cut C32 can be set to 0.3 mm or more and 40 mm or less, preferably 0.5 mm or more and 35 mm or less, and more preferably 1 mm or more and 30 mm or less.
[0119] In the first modification of the first and second notches, a V-shaped cut C32 is provided between the cut C31 and the tie T31, which prevents the tearing score line M1 from tearing in an unexpected direction (a direction deviating from the direction in which the cut C31 and the tie T31 are aligned). In addition, such a V-shaped cut C32 serves as a guide indicating the direction in which to tear the tearing score line M1, making it easier to tear the tearing score line M1 (FIGS. 12 and 13).
[0120] Fig. 14 shows a second modified example of the first notch in the bottom surface, and Fig. 15 shows a second modified example of the second notch in one of the long side surfaces. In Fig. 14 and Fig. 15, the same reference numerals are used for the parts common to Fig. 5 and Fig. 6, and the description thereof will be omitted.
[0121] 14 and 15, the first flap 40 is formed in the first portion 12E of the bottom surface 12 corresponding to the central region 31C of the first notch 31. Here, the central region 31C of the first notch 31 indicates an area that includes the center of gravity G of the first notch 31 and is 20% to 50% of the entire area of the first notch 31.
[0122] In the second modified example of the first and second notches of this embodiment, the tearing score line M1 constituting the first and second notches 31 and 32 is formed by the cuts C33 and ties T33, and cuts C34 and ties T34 are provided at intervals D1 outside the cuts C33 and ties T33. The inner cuts C33 and the outer cuts C34 are arranged in a staggered pattern.
[0123] The minimum distance D1 between the inner cut C33 and the outer cut C34 is preferably 0.3 mm or more and 1.5 mm or less, and more preferably 0.5 mm or more and 1.3 mm or less.
[0124] In the second modified example, the length of each cut C33, C34 in the splitting cut line M1 can be 0.3 mm to 40 mm, preferably 0.5 mm to 35 mm, and more preferably 1 mm to 30 mm. The length of each tie T33, T34 can be 0.3 mm to 2.5 mm, preferably 0.5 mm to 1.5 mm, and more preferably 0.8 mm to 1.2 mm.
[0125] In the second modified example of the first cutout, as described above, in this embodiment, by forming the first flap 40 in the first portion 12E of the bottom surface 12 corresponding to the central region 31C of the first cutout 31, it is possible to form a finger hole (trigger) for tearing formed in the region R1 surrounded by the tearing score line M1 at an easily visible position on the bottom surface 12. As a result, in this embodiment, the finger hole (trigger) for tearing can be easily formed in the region R1 surrounded by the tearing score line M1.
[0126] In addition, in this embodiment, as described above, the cuts C34 and ties T34 are provided at a distance D1 outside the cuts C33 and ties T33, so that the outer cuts C34 and ties T34 can be ripped even if the ripping cut line M1 ripped in a direction that deviates outward from the direction in which the cuts C33 and ties T33 are lined up. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the ripping cut line M1 from ripping in an unexpected direction.
[0127] In this embodiment, the inner cuts C33 and the outer cuts C34 are arranged in a staggered pattern, so that the inner ties T33 and the outer ties T34 can be alternately torn. Therefore, the edges of the notches 30 (the first notches 31, the second notches 32, 33) after the tearing cut line M1 is torn are smooth. Therefore, it is possible to reduce the strain on the fingers when inserting the bar B of the towel rack F from the bottom surface 12 into the inside of the sheet storage box 100.
[0128] Fig. 16 is a diagram showing a third modified example of the first notch in the bottom surface, and Fig. 17 is a diagram showing a third modified example of the second notch in one of the long side surfaces. In Fig. 16 and Fig. 17, parts common to Fig. 5, Fig. 6, Fig. 14, and Fig. 15 are given the same reference numerals and description thereof will be omitted.
[0129] 16 and 17, a first portion 12E of bottom surface 12 corresponding to central region 31C of first notch 31 expands in a direction (X direction) perpendicular to the extension direction of the first notch. Specifically, width W2 of first portion 12E of bottom surface 12 is larger than width W1 of first notch 31 near second edge 31B.
[0130] 16 and 17, a tearing score line M3 extending in a direction (X direction) perpendicular to the extending direction (Z direction) of the first notch 31 is formed in the second portion 12F of the bottom surface 12 corresponding to one end of the central region 31C of the first notch 31. The tearing score line M3 shows an example of a ruled line in the sheet storage box according to this embodiment.
[0131] The tearing cut line M3 is a perforation in which cuts C36 and ties T36 (the uncut portion between two cuts C36 and C36) are arranged alternately, and when a tie T36 is broken, the adjacent cuts C36 on both sides become continuous cuts (Figure 16).
[0132] In addition, in the cleavage cut line M3, the length of each cut C36 can be 0.3 mm to 40 mm, preferably 0.5 mm to 35 mm, and more preferably 1 mm to 30 mm. Also, the length of each tie T36 can be 0.3 mm to 2.5 mm, preferably 0.5 mm to 1.5 mm, and more preferably 0.8 mm to 1.2 mm.
[0133] The tear cut line 41 constituting the first flap 40 is formed in a convex shape toward the second portion 12F side of the bottom surface 12 (FIG. 16). The tear cut line 41 may also be formed in a convex shape toward the third portion 12G side of the bottom surface 12 corresponding to the other end of the central region 31C of the first cutout 31.
[0134] In this embodiment, as described above, the first portion 12E of the bottom surface 12 corresponding to the central region 31C of the first cutout 31 spreads in the longitudinal direction (Z direction), making it easier to find the first flap 40 formed in the first portion 12E. In addition, the central region 31C of the first cutout 31 spreads in the longitudinal direction (Z direction) after the tearing cut line M1 is torn, making it easier to attach and detach the sheet storage box 100 to and from the towel rack F, etc.
[0135] In addition, in this embodiment, as described above, the second portion 12F of the bottom surface 12 corresponding to one end of the central region 31C of the first notch 31 has the tearing score line M3 extending in the longitudinal direction (Z direction), which makes it easier to tear the first portion 12E of the bottom surface 12 corresponding to the central region 31C of the first notch 31. As a result, in this embodiment, a finger hole (trigger) for tearing can be easily formed in the region R1 surrounded by the tearing score line M1.
[0136] Although not shown, the second notches 32, 33 may be inclined at a predetermined angle θ toward the top surface 11. The predetermined angle θ is not particularly limited, but is preferably 40 degrees or more and less than 90 degrees, more preferably 50 degrees or more and less than 90 degrees, and even more preferably 60 degrees or more and less than 90 degrees.
[0137] In this embodiment, because the second notches 32, 33 (not shown) are inclined toward the top surface 11, even if the sheet storage box 100 hung from a towel rack F or the like is inclined downward relative to the wall W to which the towel rack F or the like is attached, the bar B of the towel rack F or the like can be supported by the second notches 32, 33 approximately perpendicular to the direction in which the sheet S is pulled out from the outlet 20 on the top surface 11. As a result, in this embodiment, the sheet storage box 100 installed on the towel rack F or the like is less likely to come off during use (FIG. 15).
[0138] Figures 18, 19, and 20 are a perspective view from the top, a perspective view from the bottom, and a development view of the sheet storage box of the second embodiment. Figures 21, 22, and 23 are diagrams showing examples of a first notch on the bottom, a second notch on one long side, and a second notch on the other long side of the sheet storage box of the second embodiment. In Figures 18 to 23, parts common to Figures 1 and 3 to 7 are given the same reference numerals and descriptions thereof will be omitted.
[0139] In the sheet storage box 200 according to the second embodiment, a continuous cutout 60 is formed on the bottom surface 12 and the end surfaces 15 and 16. Specifically, the cutout 60 is composed of a linear first cutout 61 formed on the bottom surface 12, a second cutout 62 formed on the end surface 15 and bent relative to the first cutout 61, and a second cutout 63 formed on the end surface 16 and bent relative to the first cutout 61 (FIGS. 18 to 23).
[0140] The first cutout 61 is another example of a pair of first cutouts in the sheet storage box of the present embodiment. The second cutout 62 and the second cutout 63 are another example of a pair of second cutouts in the sheet storage box of the present embodiment.
[0141] In the sheet storage box 200 of the second embodiment, the first notch 61 extends from a first edge 61A on the end face 15 side of the bottom face 12 to a second edge 61B on the side face 13 side. Specifically, the first notch 61 is configured to extend in the longitudinal direction (Z direction) of the bottom face 12 with a predetermined width W1 (FIGS. 20 and 21). The predetermined width W1 is a dimension larger than the maximum width of the cross section of the bar B of a normal towel rack F, and is preferably, for example, 15 mm or more and 30 mm or less (see FIG. 24).
[0142] One second notch 62 is formed contiguous with first edge 61A of first notch 61, and extends from edge 62A on the bottom surface 12 side of end face 15 to edge 62B on the side surface 13 side. Second notch 62 is configured in an L-shape curving from the stacking direction (Y direction) toward the short side direction (X direction) with a predetermined width W1. Like first notch 61, predetermined width W1 is a dimension larger than the maximum width of the cross section of bar B of a normal towel rack F, and is preferably 15 mm or more and 30 mm or less (see FIG. 24).
[0143] The other second notch 63 is formed contiguous with second edge 61B of first notch 61, and extends from edge 63A on the bottom surface 12 side of end face 16 to edge 63B on the side surface 13 side. Second notch 63 is configured in an L-shape that curves from the stacking direction (Y direction) toward the longitudinal direction (Z direction) with a predetermined width W1. Like first notch 61, predetermined width W1 is a dimension larger than the maximum width of the cross section of bar B of a normal towel rack F, and is preferably 15 mm or more and 30 mm or less (see FIG. 24).
[0144] In the second embodiment, the notch 60 is provided on the upper side in the short direction (X direction) of the bottom surface 12. Specifically, the first notch 61 is formed on the side surface 13 side of the bottom surface 12. With this configuration, the second notch 62 is also formed on the side surface 13 side of the end surface 15, and the second notch 63 is also formed on the side surface 13 side of the end surface 16.
[0145] The sheet storage box 200 of the second embodiment has a tearing score line M11 that is continuous with the bottom surface 12 and the end surfaces 15 and 16. The notches 60 (first notch 61, second notches 62 and 63) are formed in an area R11 surrounded by the tearing score line M11. The tearing score line M11 shows an example of the tearing score line in the sheet storage box according to this embodiment.
[0146] In correspondence with the second notch 62, a part of the tear-open cut line M11 is formed in the bottom flap 152 of the end face 15, and a notch 64 is formed on the bottom flap 152 side of the side flap 154. In correspondence with the second notch 63, another part of the tear-open cut line M11 is formed in the bottom flap 162 of the end face 16, and a notch 65 is formed on the bottom flap 162 side of the side flap 164 (FIG. 4).
[0147] In the sheet storage box 200 of the second embodiment, a first flap 70 that opens a part of the region R11 is formed in the region R11 surrounded by the tearing score line M11. The first flap 70 is composed of a tearing score line 71. The tearing score line 71 is a perforation in which cuts C6 and ties T6 (two cuts C6, the uncut portion between C6) are alternately arranged, and when a tie T6 is broken, the adjacent cuts C6 on both sides become continuous cuts (FIGS. 20 and 21).
[0148] In addition, the length of each cut C7 in the tearing score line 71 can be 0.3 mm to 40 mm, preferably 0.5 mm to 35 mm, and more preferably 1 mm to 30 mm. Also, the length of each tie T7 can be 0.3 mm to 2.5 mm, preferably 0.5 mm to 1.5 mm, and more preferably 0.8 mm to 1.2 mm.
[0149] When the first notch 61 extends in the longitudinal direction (Z direction) of the bottom surface 12 and the second notches 62, 63 are formed on the short side surfaces (end surfaces 15, 16) as in the second embodiment, the first flap 70 is preferably formed closer to the end surface 15 or 16 of the bottom surface 12. In this embodiment, the first flap 70 is provided closer to the end surface 15 of the bottom surface 12 (FIG. 21).
[0150] In the sheet storage box 200 of the second embodiment, the free end 70A of the first flap 70 is formed in a convex shape toward either one of the two end edges 61A, 61B of the first cutout 61. In this embodiment, the tearing cut line M11 constituting the first flap 70 is formed in a convex shape toward the end surface 16 (FIG. 21), but when the first flap 70 is provided closer to the end surface 16 of the bottom surface 12, the tearing cut line 41 may be formed in a convex shape toward the end surface 15.
[0151] As described above, the sheet storage box 200 of the second embodiment has a linear notch 61 extending from an edge 61A on the end face 15 side of the bottom face 12 to an edge 61B on the end face 16 side of the bottom face 12, so that a notch 61 (opening OP4) extending in the longitudinal direction (Z direction) is formed in the bottom face 12 facing the top face 11 where the sheet removal opening 20 is formed and the stacking direction (Y direction) of the sheets S (FIG. 24). This allows, for example, the bar B of a towel rack F fixed to the wall W of the bathroom to be inserted into the sheet storage box 100 through the first notch 61 in the bottom face 12.
[0152] Furthermore, by providing notches 62, 63 that extend from edge 62A on the bottom surface 12 side of end surface 15 and edge 63A on the bottom surface 12 side of end surface 16, respectively, and bend toward side surface 13, notches 62, 63 (opening OP4) that are continuous with notch 61 in bottom surface 12 and bend toward side surface 13 are formed in end surfaces 15, 16 (FIG. 24). This allows bar B of towel rack F inserted from bottom surface 12 to be engaged with second notches 62, 63 in end surfaces 15, 16.
[0153] With this configuration, the sheet storage box 200 of the second embodiment can be hung on a towel rack F so that the longitudinal direction (Z direction) of the sheet storage box 100 is parallel to the extension direction (X direction) of the bar B of the towel rack F (Figure 24).
[0154] Therefore, in the second embodiment, the sheet storage box 100 can be installed even in a narrow space such as around a washroom by utilizing equipment such as a towel rack F (hereinafter referred to as towel rack F, etc.). Also, if a space for storing the sheet storage box 100 can be secured, the sheet storage box 100 can be installed with the top surface 11 where the removal opening 20 is formed as the top surface. Therefore, according to this embodiment, it is possible to provide a sheet storage box 100 that is less likely to be limited in where it can be placed.
[0155] In the second embodiment, the sheet S can be pulled out horizontally or downward from the outlet 20 of the sheet storage box 200 installed on a towel rack F or the like, so water droplets and dust are less likely to enter from the outlet 20. Therefore, according to this embodiment, the sheet storage box 100 can be used hygienically (FIG. 24).
[0156] In the second embodiment, as described above, the second notches 62, 63 of the end faces 15, 16 are formed in an L-shape, which makes it easier for the bar B of the towel rack F to engage with the second notches 62, 63. Therefore, according to this embodiment, the sheet storage box 100 installed on the towel rack F or the like is less likely to come off so that the longitudinal direction (Z direction) of the sheet storage box 100 is parallel to the extending direction (X direction) of the bar B of the towel rack F (FIG. 24).
[0157] In this embodiment, by making the second notches 62, 63 in the end faces 15, 16 L-shaped, the second notches 62, 63 can be formed closer to the bottom face 12. Therefore, even if the sheet storage box 100 is hung on a towel rack F or the like so that the longitudinal direction (Z direction) of the sheet storage box 100 is parallel to the extending direction (X direction) of the bar B of the towel rack F, the bar B of the towel rack F is unlikely to get in the way inside the sheet storage box 100 (FIG. 24).
[0158] In the second embodiment, as described above, when the first notch 61 extends in the longitudinal direction (Z direction), it is formed on one side surface 13, which can prevent the sheet storage box 100 hung on a towel rack F or the like from tilting significantly with respect to the wall W to which the towel rack F or the like is attached. This makes it difficult for the sheet storage box 100 installed on the towel rack F or the like so that the longitudinal direction (Z direction) is parallel to the extending direction (X direction) of the bar B of the towel rack F to come off (FIG. 24).
[0159] In the second embodiment, as described above, when the tearing cut line M11 provided on the bottom surface 12 and the end surfaces 15 and 16 is torn, the notches 60 (first notch 61, second notches 62, 63) can be formed on the bottom surface 12 and the end surfaces 15 and 16. Therefore, only when the sheet storage box 100 is installed on a towel rack F or the like (when no space is available), the tearing cut line M11 can be torn to form the notches 60 on the bottom surface 12 and the end surfaces 15 and 16.
[0160] In addition, in this embodiment, before the sheet storage box 100 is used or when there is a sufficient storage space, the notch 60 is not formed unless the tearing cut line M11 is torn. Therefore, in this embodiment, it is possible to prevent foreign matter such as dust from entering the sheet storage box 100 before the sheet storage box 100 is used.
[0161] In the second embodiment, as described above, by providing the first flap 70 that opens a part of the region R11 within the region R11 surrounded by the tearing score line M11, the tearing score line M11 can be torn with little force by inserting a finger into the opening, hooking it on the first flap 70, and pulling it upward. Also, by pushing the first flap 70 into the inside of the sheet storage box 100, a finger hole (trigger) for tearing can be easily formed.
[0162] In the second embodiment, as described above, when the second notches 62, 63 are formed on the end faces 15, 16, the first flap 70 is formed on the bottom face 12 closer to the end face 15 or closer to the end face 16, so that the bottom face 12 is less likely to bend when a finger hole (trigger) for splitting is formed in the region R11 surrounded by the split score line M11. Therefore, in this embodiment, a finger hole (trigger) for splitting can be easily formed in the region R11 surrounded by the split score line M11.
[0163] In the second embodiment, as described above, the first flap 70 is formed in a convex shape toward either one of both end edges of the first cutout 61, which makes it easier to hook a fingertip on the first flap 70. As a result, in this embodiment, a finger hook hole (trigger) for tearing can be more easily formed in the region R11 surrounded by the tearing cut line M11.
[0164] Fig. 25 is a diagram showing a modified example of the first cutout in the bottom surface of the sheet storage box of the second embodiment. In Fig. 25, the same parts as those in Fig. 21 are denoted by the same reference numerals and the description thereof will be omitted.
[0165] 25, the first flap 70 is formed in the first portion 12E of the bottom surface 12 corresponding to the central region 61C of the first notch 61. In this case, the central region 61C of the first notch 61 indicates an area that includes the center of gravity G of the first notch 61 and is 20% to 50% of the entire first notch 61.
[0166] It is preferable that a crease is provided at the fixed end of the first flap 40. In this embodiment, a fold F1 is provided as such a crease (FIG. 25). By providing such a crease (fold F1) at the fixed end of the first flap 40, the edge of the first portion 12E of the bottom surface 12 can be used as a handle to easily tear the tear score line.
[0167] 25, a fold F2 extending in a direction (X direction) perpendicular to the extending direction (Z direction) of the first notch 61 is formed in a second portion 12F of the bottom surface 12 corresponding to one end of the central region 61C of the first notch 61. The fold F2 is an example of a ruled line in the sheet storage box according to this embodiment.
[0168] In the modified example of the second embodiment, as described above, by forming the first flap 70 in the first portion 12E of the bottom surface 12 corresponding to the central region 31C of the first cutout 61, it is possible to form a finger hole (trigger) for tearing, which is formed in the region R11 surrounded by the tearing score line M11, in an easily visible position on the bottom surface 12. As a result, in this embodiment, a finger hole (trigger) for tearing can be easily formed in the region R11 surrounded by the tearing score line M11.
[0169] In the modified example of the second embodiment, as described above, the fold F2 is formed in the second portion 12F of the bottom surface 12, so that after the central region 61C (the first portion 12E of the bottom surface 12) of the first cutout 61 is torn, the edge of the second portion 12F of the bottom surface 12 on the first portion 12E side can be used as a handle to easily tear the tearing score line M1. As a result, in this embodiment, a finger hole (trigger) for tearing can be easily formed in the region R11 surrounded by the tearing score line M11.
[0170] Although an embodiment of the present invention has been described above, the present invention is not limited to a specific embodiment, and various modifications and changes are possible within the scope of the invention described in the claims. [Explanation of symbols]
