AI Technical Summary
The prior art requires multiple workers to cooperate when installing light steel wall members, especially when fixing the upper-runner to ceiling, resulting in inefficiency. At the same time, the use of double-sided adhesive or adhesive requires adhesion in advance, and the previous solution mechanism is complex and there are many parts.
A temporary fixing fixture is adopted which temporarily fixes a first metal structure member (such as a runner above) to a second metal structure member (such as a fixed member of the ceiling) by adsorbing a permanent magnet on the surface and secures it through a connecting tool. The fixture is simple in design and is formed only by bending a single piece of steel, including an adsorption part, an extension part and a gripping part.
The ability of individual workers to be able to independently fix the on-runner to ceiling improves work efficiency and reduces part quantity through simplified design and reduces production and maintenance costs.

Abstract
Description
[Technical field]
[0001] The present invention relates to a temporary fixing jig for construction members and a method for fixing construction members using the temporary fixing jig, and more particularly to a temporary fixing jig for metal construction members to be fixed to a building main body and a method for fixing construction members using the temporary fixing jig. [Background technology]
[0002] In recent years, wall materials based on light-gauge steel (light iron), which has superior properties to wooden wall materials in terms of fire resistance, etc., have become widespread. Wall materials based on light-gauge steel are composed of studs that function as partition columns, upper and lower runners that support the studs from above and below, and a panel board that is stretched over the outside of the studs. When constructing light steel wall components, it is necessary to fix the upper runner to the ceiling. The upper runners have various dimensions and weights depending on the standard, but they can be long objects with lengths exceeding 2 meters and weights approaching 2 kilograms. Therefore, the work of fixing the upper runner to the ceiling needs to be done by multiple workers in cooperation, which is not efficient. Specifically, one worker lifts the upper runner upward and holds it in abutment against the mounting member of the ceiling. Then, the other worker fixes the upper runner to the ceiling by inserting and fastening a connecting bolt through the connecting hole formed in the upper runner and the connecting hole formed in the mounting member. Therefore, Patent Documents 1 and 2 propose a jig that can reduce the burden on a worker of fixing an upper runner to a ceiling and improve work efficiency.
[0003] Patent Document 1 describes a runner installation jig that can easily perform positioning when fixing an upper runner to a ceiling. When fixing the upper runner to the ceiling, the upper runner is temporarily fixed to the ceiling with double-sided tape that is previously attached to the upper runner, and in the temporarily fixed state, the upper runner can be fixed to the ceiling by fastening the screws.
[0004] Patent Document 2 describes a runner installation aid that can determine the position when fixing an upper runner to a ceiling and can maintain the upper runner pressed against the ceiling. When fixing the upper runner to the ceiling, the upper runner is temporarily fixed to the ceiling with adhesive that has been applied to the upper runner in advance, and in this state, the pressing member of the runner installation aid is brought into contact with the upper runner to press the upper runner against the ceiling from below. In this state, the upper runner can be fixed to the ceiling by driving in multiple screws. [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]
[0005] [Patent Document 1] JP 2012-246640 A [Patent Document 2] JP 2019-019446 A Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0006] The techniques described in Patent Documents 1 and 2 can somewhat reduce the workload of workers when fixing the upper runner to the ceiling. In addition, when fixing the upper runner to the ceiling, the upper runner can be temporarily fixed to the ceiling first and then fixed with bolts or the like, so the worker can fix the upper runner to the ceiling by himself. However, in order to temporarily fix the upper runner to the ceiling, it is necessary to attach double-sided tape to the runner in advance or to apply adhesive. In addition, both the runner installation jig described in Patent Document 1 and the runner installation auxiliary tool described in Patent Document 2 have a complex mechanism and have a problem of having a large number of parts.
[0007] The present invention has been made in consideration of the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a temporary fixing jig that allows a worker to fix a metal construction member more easily by himself and has a simple configuration, and a method for fixing a construction member using the temporary fixing jig. [Means for solving the problem]
[0012] The above problem is solved by the method for fixing a metal construction member of the present invention, A method for fixing construction members using a temporary fixing jig for temporarily fixing the first metal construction member in a state in contact with the second metal construction member, the method comprising: an adsorption section having a permanent magnet and an adsorption surface that is attracted to an attracted surface provided on a first metal construction member and a second metal construction member by magnetic force; an extension section extending from the adsorption section at an incline toward the opposite side to the attracted surface in the attracting direction of the adsorption section; and a gripping section having an elongated shape that is bent from the extending end of the extension section toward the attracted surface and extends in a direction not approaching the attracted surface, the method comprising the steps of: a contacting step of contacting the first metal construction member with the second metal construction member; and a contacting step of contacting the adsorbing surface of the temporary fixing jig with the adsorbed surface of the first metal construction member, The temporary fixing jig is attached to the attached surface and the second metal construction member located on the opposite side of the attached surface of the first metal construction member. The problem is solved by including a temporary fixing process of temporarily fixing the first metal construction member to the second metal construction member, a fixing process of fixing the first metal construction member and the second metal construction member using a connecting device, and a removal process of removing the temporary fixing jig by operating the gripping portion so as to move away from the first metal construction member in the suction direction.
[0013] According to the above configuration, the first metal construction member and the second metal construction member can be temporarily fixed by attracting the permanent magnet of the temporary fixing jig. Therefore, when fixing the first metal construction member and the second metal construction member, another worker does not need to keep the first metal construction member and the second metal construction member in abutting state, and one worker can fix the first metal construction member to the second metal construction member by himself.
[0014] The above problem is solved by the runner fixing method of the present invention, a runner fixing method using a temporary fixing tool for temporarily fixing the runner in a state of contact with the mounting member, the runner comprising: an attracting portion having an attracting surface that is attached to a runner having a permanent magnet and an elongated shape and that is used for a wall structure of a building by magnetic force; a mounting member that is provided on a building main body and that is used to attach the runner to the building main body; an extending portion that extends from the attracting portion at an angle to the opposite side to the attracting surface in the attracting direction of the attracting portion; and a gripping portion that is elongated and bent from the extending end of the extending portion toward the attracting surface and extends in a direction not approaching the attracting surface, the runner comprising: a contact process of contacting the runner with the mounting member; and a contact process of contacting the adsorbing surface of the temporary fixing jig with the adsorbed surface of the runner. The temporary fixing jig is attached to the attached surface and the mounting member located on the opposite side of the attached surface of the runner; The problem is solved by including a temporary fixing process of temporarily fixing the runner to the mounting member, a fixing process of fixing the runner and the mounting member using a connecting device, and a removal process of removing the temporary fixing jig by operating the gripping portion away from the runner in the suction direction.
[0015] According to the above-mentioned configuration, the runner and the mounting member can be temporarily fixed by attracting the permanent magnet of the temporary fixing jig. Therefore, when fixing the runner and the mounting member, there is no need for another worker to keep the runner and the mounting member in contact with each other, and one worker can fix the runner to the mounting member by himself.
[0016] In the temporary fixing step, the runner is fixed along the longitudinal direction thereof. Has a long shape The temporary fixing jig is arranged to extend and the runner is temporarily fixed to the mounting member. This prevents the holding portion and the connecting portion of the temporary fixing jig from interfering with the vertical wall portion of the runner, allowing the suction surface to be in surface contact with the horizontal wall portion, thereby enabling the runner to be reliably temporarily fixed to the mounting member.
[0017] In addition, in the removing step, A pair of vertical walls are provided at the short end of the runner, and the pair of vertical walls are formed between the gripping portion and the short end of the runner. The worker inserts his / her fingers through the clearance to grasp the gripping portion, and rotates the gripping portion in a direction away from the runner, with the tip of the temporary fixing jig on the suction portion side in the longitudinal direction as a fulcrum, to remove the temporary fixing jig. In this way, the worker can easily remove the temporary fixing jig from the runner by simply grasping the gripping portion and rotating the gripping portion in a direction away from the runner, utilizing the principle of leverage. Effect of the Invention
[0018] The first metal construction member can be fixed to the second metal construction member more easily by an operator alone. Also, the temporary fixing jig can be realized with a simple structure. [Brief description of the drawings]

[0020] Hereinafter, one embodiment of the present invention (hereinafter, this embodiment) will be described with reference to Figs. 1 to 8. This embodiment relates to a runner temporary fixing jig 10 used for temporarily fixing a runner 3 (a first metal construction member) constituting a wall structure in a state of contact with a ceiling runner 6 (a second metal construction member), and a method for fixing the runner 3 using the jig. Note that the embodiment described below is an example for facilitating understanding of the present invention, and does not limit the present invention. In other words, the present invention may be modified and improved without departing from the spirit thereof. Furthermore, naturally, the present invention includes its equivalents.
[0021] <About the composition of the partition wall> FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a partition wall 1, which is a wall structure made of light steel (light iron), and its base structure. As shown in Fig. 1, a partition wall 1 has, as its base structure, a number of studs 2 that function as partition columns, and upper runners 3A and lower runners 3B that support the studs 2 from above and below. The studs 2, upper runners 3A, and lower runners 3B are long steel construction members. The upper runner 3A and the lower runner 3B are steel members having a U-shaped grooved cross section. As will be described later, the upper runner 3A is fixed to a member supporting the ceiling, such as a beam 5, or the floor panel of the upper floor. The lower runner 3B is fixed to the floor panel. Here, since the upper runner 3A and the lower runner 3B have the same dimensions and shape, in the following description, when there is no need to particularly distinguish between the upper runner 3A and the lower runner 3B, they will simply be described as "runner 3."
[0022] The studs 2 are steel members supported by the upper runner 3A and the lower runner 3B. After the upper runner 3A and the lower runner 3B are fixed to the building body, the studs 2 are disposed between the upper runner 3A and the lower runner 3B and are supported in a state of being sandwiched between the upper runner 3A and the lower runner 3B. Although five studs 2 are shown in Fig. 1, six or more studs 2 may be supported by the upper runner 3A and the lower runner 3B.
[0023] As shown in Fig. 1, a partition wall 1 can be constructed by stretching a wall material 4 over a base structure of studs 2 and runners 3. For example, a gypsum board can be used as the wall material 4. Note that in order to increase the sound insulation of the partition wall 1, the partition wall 1 may have a sound insulation material inside.
[0024] <About the fixing structure of the partition wall> The fixing structure of the partition wall 1 will be described with reference to Figs. Fig. 2 is a diagram showing the partition wall 1 fixed to a beam 5 (a member supporting the ceiling or floor panel of the upper floor). However, in order to explain the fixing structure of the partition wall 1 to the beam 5, the wall material 4 is omitted in Fig. 2. As shown in Fig. 2, the partition wall 1 is fixed to the beam 5 via the ceiling runner 6, which corresponds to the mounting member. That is, the ceiling runner 6, which is a steel mounting member, is fixed to the beam 5 (the building body), and the upper runner 3A is fixed to the ceiling runner 6.
[0025] The beam 5 is an H-shaped steel that extends horizontally to support the ceiling or floor panels of the upper floor. The ceiling runner 6 fixed to the beam 5 is a steel member that is a mounting member for fixing the upper runner 3A to the beam 5. The ceiling runner 6 and the upper runner 3A are fixed so as to extend horizontally together with the beam 5.
[0026] FIG. 3 is a diagram showing the partition wall 1 and its surrounding structure. 3, the beam 5, which is an H-shaped steel, has an upper flange 5a forming a horizontal surface, a lower flange 5b, and a web 5c connecting the upper flange 5a and the lower flange 5b. A ceiling runner 6 is fixed to the lower flange 5b.
[0027] The ceiling runner 6 has a pair of flanges 6a, 6a that abut against the lower flange 5b of the beam 5, a pair of side walls 6b, 6b that extend vertically from the flanges 6a, 6a, and a runner attachment portion 6c that joins with the upper runner 3A between the side walls 6b, 6b. The ceiling runner 6 is fixed to the beam 5 by fixing bolts 7 that are inserted into fixing holes 6d formed in the upper flanges 6a, 6a.
[0028] A pair of upper runners 3A, 3A are attached to the runner mounting portion 6c so as to be aligned with a gap in the thickness direction of the partition wall 1. That is, the runner mounting portion 6c is connected to the upper runner 3A by a connecting bolt 8 inserted into a connecting hole 6e formed in the runner mounting portion 6c. The shape of the ceiling runner 6 is not limited to the shape shown in Fig. 3. In other words, any shape is acceptable as long as the upper runner 3A can be connected to the beam 5, and may be, for example, a channel steel having a U-shaped cross section. In this case, the upper runner 3A can be fixed to the beam 5 by fixing one of the pair of side walls 6b, 6b of the ceiling runner 6 to the beam 5 and fixing the other side wall 6b to the upper runner 3A.
[0029] <About upper runner 3A> The upper runner 3A is a long channel steel having a U-shaped cross section as shown in Fig. 4. The upper runner 3A has various dimensions depending on the standard, and the longitudinal dimension may exceed 2 meters. The shorter side has a horizontal dimension of about 50 mm and a height dimension of about 40 mm. The weight of the upper runner 3A is about 2 kilograms. The upper runner 3A has a horizontal wall portion 3a that contacts the ceiling runner 6, and a pair of vertical wall portions 3b, 3b that extend perpendicularly to the horizontal wall portion 3a from both ends of the horizontal wall portion 3a in the short direction. The horizontal wall portion 3a has a joint surface 3e that contacts the runner mounting portion 6c when the upper runner 3A contacts the ceiling runner 6, and an attached surface 3f located on the opposite side to the joint surface 3e, and is formed with a plurality of connection holes 3c. A positioning portion for facilitating the positioning of the upper runner 3A relative to the ceiling runner 6 by an operator may be formed on the joint surface 3e.
[0030] Between the pair of vertical walls 3b, 3b, the above-mentioned plurality of studs 2 are disposed at predetermined intervals and are supported in a state in which they are sandwiched between the vertical walls 3b, 3b. 5, the pair of vertical wall portions 3b, 3b have the same height, but may have different heights, i.e., one vertical wall portion 3b may be formed higher than the other vertical wall portion 3b. Since the upper runner 3A and the lower runner 3B have the same structure, a description of the lower runner 3B will be omitted.
[0031] Returning to Fig. 3, in order to improve sound insulation, glass wool can be placed between a pair of runners 3, 3 in the thickness direction of the partition wall 1, and in the gap between a pair of studs 2, 2 in the thickness direction. Therefore, the gap between the pair of upper runners 3, 3 and the gap between the pair of studs 2, 2 have dimensions that allow the required sound insulation performance to be obtained by glass wool, and are set to about 10 mm.
[0032] <How to fix upper runner 3A> When constructing the above-mentioned partition wall 1 between the beams 5 and the floor panel, it is necessary to fix the upper runner 3A to the ceiling runner 6 and fix the lower runner 3B to the floor panel. The method of fixing the upper runner 3A to the ceiling runner 6 will be described below.
[0033] In order to secure the upper runner 3A to the ceiling runner 6, the worker first lifts up the upper runner 3A and abuts it against the ceiling runner 6. Next, in this state, the worker inserts the connecting bolt 8 into the connecting hole 3c of the upper runner 3A and the connecting hole 6e of the ceiling runner 6 and fastens them, thereby securing the upper runner 3A to the ceiling runner 6. As described above, the upper runner 3A has a length of more than 2 meters and a weight of about 2 kilograms. Therefore, it is difficult for one person to fasten the connecting bolt 8 while holding the upper runner 3A in contact with the ceiling runner 6, and in consideration of safety, multiple workers cooperate to perform the work. That is, one worker lifts the upper runner 3A to bring the upper runner 3A into contact with the ceiling runner 6, and supports the upper runner 3A from below to hold the upper runner 3A in contact with the ceiling runner 6. Then, another worker inserts the connecting bolt 8 into the connecting hole 3c and the connecting hole 6e to fasten it.
[0034] In contrast, in this embodiment, by using the runner temporary fixing jig 10, an operator can fix the upper runner 3A to the ceiling runner 6 by himself / herself. In more detail, one operator lifts the upper runner 3A and abuts the upper runner 3A against the ceiling runner 6. Next, in this state, the operator operates the runner temporary fixing jig 10 to temporarily fix the upper runner 3A to the ceiling runner 6. In other words, there is no need for another operator to support the upper runner 3A from below to maintain the state in which the upper runner 3A abuts against the ceiling runner 6. The operator can fix the upper runner 3A to the ceiling runner 6 by inserting and fastening the connecting bolt 8 through the connecting hole 3c of the temporarily fixed upper runner 3A and the connecting hole 6e of the ceiling runner 6.
[0035] <About the runner temporary fixing jig 10> Fig. 5 is a diagram showing the runner temporary fixing jig 10. That is, in Fig. 5, (a) is a perspective view of the runner temporary fixing jig 10, (b) is a plan view of the runner temporary fixing jig 10, and (c) is a side view of the runner temporary fixing jig 10. As shown in Figure 5, the runner temporary fixing jig 10 has an attraction portion 11 having a permanent magnet 12, an extension portion 14 extending from the attraction portion 11 and connecting to a gripping portion 17, and the gripping portion 17 that can be gripped by an operator. Here, the extension portion 14 and the gripping portion 17 are formed by bending a single steel plate having a long shape. That is, the runner temporary fixing jig 10 has a simple structure in which a single steel plate that has been bent and a permanent magnet 12 are fixed by an attachment portion 13.
[0036] The attraction portion 11 has a permanent magnet 12 and an attachment portion 13 for attaching the permanent magnet 12 to the extension portion 14 . The permanent magnet 12 has a generally disk-like shape and has an attraction surface 12a that is attracted to the upper runner 3A and ceiling runner 6, which are steel members, a top surface 12b that faces the attraction surface 12a, and a cylindrical side portion 12c. The adsorption surface 12a has a flat circular shape and comes into surface contact with and is adsorbed to the adsorbed surface 3f of the upper runner 3A when the upper runner 3A is temporarily fixed to the ceiling runner 6 using the runner temporary fixing jig 10 as described below.
[0037] The upper surface 12b is located on the opposite side to the suction surface 12a and has a flat circular central portion and a peripheral portion that is curved and connected to the side surface portion 12c. The attachment portion 13 is fixed to the through hole formed in the central portion. The mounting portion 13 is a fastening member such as a screw, which is inserted through a screw hole formed in the center of the attraction surface 12a, penetrates the permanent magnet 12, and is fixed to a mounting hole 15a formed in the holding portion 15.
[0038] The extension portion 14 has a holding portion 15 that holds the attraction portion 11 via the attachment portion 13, and a connection portion 16 that connects the holding portion 15 and the grip portion 17. The holding portion 15 extends horizontally from the upper surface 12b of the permanent magnet 12. The connection portion 16 is bent at its extension end and extends away from the attracted surface 3f, that is, inclined toward the opposite side to the attracted surface 3f in the attraction direction. The holding portion 15 has a mounting hole 15a and a horizontal portion 15b, and holds the permanent magnet 12 by inserting the mounting portion 13 into the mounting hole 15a and fastening them. In other words, the holding portion 15 holds the permanent magnet 12 with the attraction surface 12a of the permanent magnet 12 exposed. The horizontal portion 15b extends in a plane parallel to the suction surface 12a, and is connected to the connection portion 16 at its longitudinal end. The connecting portion 16 has an elongated shape, and is connected to the horizontal portion 15b at one end in the longitudinal direction and to the grip portion 17 at the other end.
[0039] The grip portion 17 is a handle to be held by an operator, and has a long shape that allows the operator to easily hold it. The grip portion 17 is bent at the extending end 14a of the connecting portion 16 (extending portion 14) relative to the connecting portion 16, and extends in the horizontal direction (the distance from the attached surface 3f is constant, and in a direction not approaching the attached surface 3f). As shown in Fig. 6(b), the longitudinal direction of holding portion 15, the longitudinal direction of connecting portion 16, and the longitudinal direction of gripping portion 17 extend in the same straight line in a plan view. As shown in Fig. 6(c), the longitudinal direction of holding portion 15 and the longitudinal direction of gripping portion 17 extend in a plane parallel to suction surface 12a, and holding portion 15 and gripping portion 17 extend parallel to each other at different positions in a side view. In other words, holding portion 15 and gripping portion 17 are connected via connecting portion 16 at a height that forms a step.
[0040] Fig. 6 is a diagram showing a state in which the runner temporary fixing jig 10 is fixed to the upper runner 3A by attracting the permanent magnets 12. That is, (a) in Fig. 6 is a bottom view, and (b) in Fig. 6 is a side view. 6(a), the runner temporary fixing jig 10 is placed against the attracted surface 3f of the horizontal wall portion 3a of the upper runner 3A so that the runner temporary fixing jig 10 extends along the longitudinal direction of the upper runner 3A in a plan view. In other words, the attracting surface 12a of the permanent magnet 12 is brought into contact with the attracted surface 3f so that the permanent magnet 12, the holding portion 15, the connecting portion 16, and the gripping portion 17 of the runner temporary fixing jig 10 are aligned in the longitudinal direction of the upper runner 3A. This allows the horizontal portion 15b and the connecting portion 16 of the holding portion 15 to reliably attract the runner temporary fixing jig 10 to the upper runner 3A without interfering with the vertical wall portions 3b, 3b of the upper runner 3A.
[0041] 7(b), when the runner temporary fixing jig 10 is attached to the upper runner 3A, the gripping portion 17 protrudes downward from the lower end of the vertical wall portion 3b of the upper runner 3A, and the longitudinal direction of the gripping portion 17 extends parallel to the lower end of the vertical wall portion 3b. A clearance S is formed between the gripping portion 17 and the vertical wall portion 3b. The clearance S has a dimension (e.g., 20 mm) that allows an operator to insert his / her fingers to grip the gripping portion 17 when gripping the gripping portion 17. This allows the operator to grip the gripping portion 17 without his / her fingers being obstructed by the vertical wall portion 3b.
[0042] <Method of fixing the upper runner 3A using the runner temporary fixing jig 10> Next, a method for fixing the upper runner 3A using the runner temporary fixing jig 10 will be described. Fig. 7 shows the flow of the work of fixing the upper runner 3A to the ceiling runner 6 using the runner temporary fixing jig 10, and shows the work performed by one worker alone. Fig. 8A and Fig. 8B show the state of the ceiling runner 6, the upper runner 3A, and the runner temporary fixing jig 10 before and after each work.
[0043] As shown in FIG. 7, a worker first lifts the upper runner 3A with both hands and brings the upper runner 3A into contact with the ceiling runner 6 (contact step) (step S011). Here, the worker can hold the runner temporary fixing jig 10 by removing the upper runner 3A from the upper runner 3A with one hand while keeping the upper runner 3A in contact with the ceiling runner 6 with the other hand. As described above, the upper runner 3A weighs approximately 6 kg, and the worker can easily maintain the upper runner 3A in contact with the ceiling runner 6 by pressing the upper runner 3A against the ceiling runner 6 from below. The ceiling runner 6 and the upper runner 3A change from a state in which they are spaced apart as shown in FIG. 8A(a) to a state in which they are in contact with each other as shown in FIG. 8A(b).
[0044] Next, the worker temporarily fixes the upper runner 3A to the ceiling runner 6 (temporary fixing process) (step S012). Specifically, the worker arranges the runner temporary fixing jig 10 so that it extends along the longitudinal direction of the upper runner 3A, which has an elongated shape, when viewed from the bottom, and brings the attracting surface 12a of the permanent magnet 12 into contact with the attracted surface 3f of the upper runner 3A. In this way, the worker attracts the permanent magnet 12 to the upper runner 3A and the ceiling runner 6. To explain in more detail, the magnetic force of the permanent magnet 12 of the runner temporary fixing jig 10 extends to the upper runner 3A and, via the upper runner 3A, to the ceiling runner 6. Therefore, when the attracting surface 12a is brought into contact with the attracted surface 3f, the upper runner 3A is sandwiched and temporarily fixed between the runner temporary fixing jig 10 and the ceiling runner 6 by the magnetic force of the permanent magnet 12. At this time, even if the worker removes both hands from the upper runner 3A, the upper runner 3A will remain temporarily fixed to the ceiling runner 6 (the upper runner 3A will not fall from the ceiling runner 6). As shown in (c) of FIG. 8A, the runner temporary fixing jig 10 is attached to the attached surface 3f of the upper runner 3A, and the upper runner 3A is temporarily fixed to the ceiling runner 6.
[0045] Next, the worker fixes the upper runner 3A and the ceiling runner 6 using the connecting bolt 8 (connector) (fixing process) (step S013). Specifically, the worker inserts the connecting bolt 8 into the connecting hole 3c of the upper runner 3A and the connecting hole 6e of the ceiling runner 6 and fastens them, thereby permanently fixing the upper runner 3A to the ceiling runner 6. Since the upper runner 3A is temporarily fixed to the ceiling runner 6, the worker can use both hands to perform the fastening work. The upper runner 3A and the ceiling runner 6 are fixed together by a connecting bolt 8, as shown in (d) of FIG. 8B.
[0046] Finally, the worker removes the runner temporary fixing jig 10 (removal process) (step S014). Specifically, the worker first inserts his / her fingers into the gap (clearance S) formed between the lower end of the vertical wall portion 3b of the upper runner 3A and the gripping portion 17 to grip the gripping portion 17. Then, the runner temporary fixing jig 10 rotates the gripping portion 17 in a direction away from the upper runner 3A with the tip portion 18 on the suction portion 11 side in the longitudinal direction as a fulcrum, so that the suction surface 12a is detached from the attracted surface 3f. This allows the worker to remove the runner temporary fixing jig 10 from the upper runner 3A with a small force by the principle of leverage. That is, the runner temporary fixing jig 10 can be easily removed from the upper runner 3A by using the tip portion 18 as a fulcrum, the part of the gripping portion 17 that the worker grips as a force point, and the center of the suction surface 12a as a point of action. The runner temporary fixing jig 10 is removed from the upper runner 3A as shown in (e) of FIG. 8B.
[0047] The runner temporary fixing jig 10 of this embodiment is formed so that the distance from the tip 18 to the center of the attraction surface 12a is about 20 mm, and the distance from the tip 18 to the center of the longitudinal direction of the gripping part 17 is 120 mm. This allows the attraction surface 12a of the permanent magnet 12 to be easily detached from the upper runner 3A by the principle of leverage. Here, by increasing the length from the tip 18 to the gripping part 17, it is also possible to detach the attraction surface 12a of the permanent magnet 12 from the upper runner 3A with less force. However, in that case, the size and weight of the runner temporary fixing jig 10 will increase, and the operability of the runner temporary fixing jig 10 will decrease.
[0048] <Other embodiments> In the above-described embodiment, the runner temporary fixing jig 10 is described as being used to temporarily fix the upper runner 3A to the ceiling runner 6, but is not limited to this and can be used to temporarily fix one metal construction member to another metal construction member. For example, it can be used to temporarily fix a large-sized steel plate 20 (a first metal construction member) to a steel door structure 21 (a second metal construction member). Conventionally, the task of fixing a large-sized metal construction member (steel plate 20) to another metal construction member (door structure 21) required the cooperation of multiple workers. That is, one worker holds the steel plate 20 in contact with the fixing position of the door structure 21. Then, another worker inserts a connecting bolt 8 through the steel plate 20 and the door structure 21 and fastens it to fix the steel plate 20 to the door structure 21.
[0049] In contrast, by using the runner temporary fixing jig 10, one worker can temporarily fix the steel plate 20 to the door structure 21 and then fasten the connecting bolts 8 to the steel plate 20 and the door structure 21 in that state. Therefore, the work of fixing the steel plate 20 to the door structure 21 can be performed by one person, improving work efficiency.
[0050] Furthermore, the dimensions and shape of the runner temporary fixing jig 10 are not limited to those described above. It is sufficient that the attraction surface 12a of the permanent magnet 12 can be easily attached and detached from the upper runner 3A using the principle of leverage. In other words, it is sufficient that the force point (the point where the worker applies force to operate) is sufficiently separated from the fulcrum (e.g., the tip 18). However, in consideration of the operability of the runner temporary fixing jig 10, it is preferable that it has a size and weight as compact as possible. In addition, although the gripping portion 17 has been described as extending parallel to the attracted surface 3f of the upper runner 3A, the present invention is not limited to this. That is, the gripping portion 17 may be bent toward the attracted surface 3f at the extending end portion 14a of the extending portion 14 and may extend in a direction not approaching the attracted surface 3f.
[0051] In the above embodiment, the permanent magnet 12 has been described as having a substantially disk shape, but is not limited thereto. For example, the permanent magnet 12 may have an elliptical or rectangular shape for the attraction surface 12a. In other words, it is sufficient that the magnet has a width dimension smaller than the short-side dimension of the horizontal wall portion 3a and a size sufficient to ensure a magnetic force required to stably and temporarily fix the upper runner 3A to the ceiling runner 6.
[0052] The above-described embodiment is merely an example for facilitating understanding of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the present invention. The present invention may be modified or improved without departing from the spirit of the present invention, and the present invention naturally includes equivalents thereof.
