[0004] [Patent Document 1] JP 2020-188409 A Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0005] In the electronic device shown in Patent Document 1, the forward pressing force from the head of the screw causes the pressing protrusion of the board support member to press the back surface of the optical board, and the light guide is pressed against the inner wall surface of the cabinet via the optical board and the holder, but the forward pressing force from the head of the screw is not large. Therefore, when an external force is applied to the light guide part of the light guide from outside the cabinet by a user's finger or the like, the light guide moves, causing the light guide to be misaligned with respect to the optical board, making the light receiving state of the light receiving element unstable.
[0006] The above-mentioned problem occurs not only when the light receiving element receives light from an external operating device, but also when the light receiving element receives light from outside or the like.
[0007] Therefore, an object of one aspect of the present invention is to prevent the positional deviation of a light guide body with respect to an optical substrate and to maintain a good light receiving state of a light receiving element. [Means for solving the problem]

[0023] (Microphone board 34) As shown in FIGS. 3 and 6, a microphone board 34 is provided on the right side of the light guide 28 on the rear side of the holder 18, and the microphone board 34 extends in the left-right direction. The microphone board 34 is positioned relative to the cabinet 16 by a positioning pin for the board. Two microphone elements 36 that collect sound are mounted on the rear side (rear side) of the microphone board 34. The two microphone elements 36 are spaced apart in the left-right direction, and each microphone element 36 is disposed at a position that matches the sound hole 16h of the cabinet 16. The microphone board 34 is formed with two through holes 34h that communicate between the microphone elements 36 and the sound hole 16h side of the cabinet 16, and the two through holes 34h are spaced apart in the left-right direction. The microphone board 34 controls the sound collection operation of the two microphone elements 36, and is connected to a main board (not shown).
[0024] Note that, instead of mounting the two microphone elements 36 on the back surface of the microphone substrate 34, they may be mounted on the front surface (front side surface) of the microphone substrate 34. In this case, the through holes 34h do not need to be formed in the microphone substrate 34.
[0025] (Spacer 38) 3 and 6, two spacers 38 are sandwiched between the inner wall surface 16f of the cabinet 16 and the front side surface of the microphone board 34, and the two spacers 38 are spaced apart in the left-right direction. Each spacer 38 has a circular opening 38a communicating with each sound hole 16h of the cabinet 16, and the opening area of the opening 38a is set to be larger than the cross-sectional area of the sound hole 16h of the cabinet 16. Each spacer 38 is made of an elastic body such as silicone rubber, and is compressed by the inner wall surface 16f of the cabinet 16 and the microphone board 34.
[0026] Here, a sound path, which is a path through which sound passes, is formed from the sound hole 16h of the cabinet 16 to the microphone element 36. In other words, the sound hole 16h of the cabinet 16, the opening 38a of the spacer 38, and the through hole 34h of the microphone substrate 34 each constitute a part of the sound path.
[0027] (Substrate support member 40, etc.) As shown in FIGS. 3, 6 to 8, a board support member 40 for supporting the optical board 22 is provided on the rear side of the optical board 22 in the cabinet 16, and the board support member 40 extends in the left-right direction. The board support member 40 is made of a metal such as aluminum or resin, and is fixed to the cabinet 16 by fastening two screws 42. The board support member 40 has two insertion holes 40h for inserting the screws 42, and the two insertion holes 40h are spaced apart in the left-right direction. The board support member 40 is positioned relative to the cabinet 16 by a positioning pin 44 for the support member provided on the inner wall surface 16f of the cabinet 16. A fitting hole 40v for fitting the positioning pin 44 for the support member is formed in the center of the board support member 40 in the left-right direction.
[0028] The substrate support member 40 has a plurality of pressing protrusions 46 (46A, 46B, 46C) that press the rear surface of the optical substrate 22, and each pressing protrusion 46 protrudes forward. The pressing points of the pressing protrusions 46 are points on the rear surface of the optical substrate 22 that avoid electronic components. The pressing protrusions 46 are arranged at intervals in the left-right direction. Of the pressing protrusions 46, the pressing protrusions 46A and 46C located at both ends in the left-right direction are formed in small pieces extending in the up-down direction. Of the pressing protrusions 46, the pressing protrusion 46B located in the center in the left-right direction is formed in an L-shape when viewed from the side.
[0029] (Relationship between the board support member 40 and the cabinet 16) 6 to 8, two screw bosses 48 for screwing in the screws 42 are provided on the inner wall surface of the cabinet 16, and the two screw bosses 48 are spaced apart in the left-right direction. The two screw bosses 48 form part of the cabinet 16. A guide rib 50 for guiding the outer circumferential surface of each screw boss 48 is formed on the periphery of each insertion hole 40h on the front surface of the board support member 40.
[0030] Two locking holes 16v are formed in the cabinet 16, and the two locking holes 16v are spaced apart in the left-right direction. Each locking hole 16v of the cabinet 16 is located forward of the head 42a of the screw 42, and faces the end face of the optical board 22 in the vertical direction. Each locking hole 16v of the cabinet 16 is located forward of the tip end face (rear end face) of each screw boss 48. Two locking claws 52 are formed in the board support member 40 to lock into the locking holes 16v of the cabinet 16 from below, and the two locking claws 52 are spaced apart in the left-right direction. Each locking claw 52 of the board support member 40 is located directly above the pressing protrusion 46, and is formed in an L-shape when viewed from the side.
[0031] (Action and effect) Each screw 42 is tightened with the locking claws 52 of the board support member 40 locked in the locking holes 16v of the cabinet 16. Then, a forward pressing force is applied from the head 42a of each screw 42, and a forward pressing force is applied from the board support member 40 due to a reaction force on the contact portion between each locking claw 52 of the board support member 40 and each locking hole 16v of the cabinet 16. That is, since each locking claw 52 of the board support member 40 is locked in each locking hole 16v located forward of the head 42a of each screw 42, in addition to the forward pressing force from the head 42a of each screw 42, a forward pressing force is applied from the board support member 40 due to the reaction force of the contact portion.
[0032] Therefore, the multiple pressing protrusions 46 of the board support member 40 press the rear surface of the optical board 22 with sufficient pressing force, and the light guide 28 and the microphone board 34 are pressed with sufficient pressing force toward the inner wall surface 16f of the cabinet 16 via the optical board 22 and the holder 18. In particular, since each guide rib 50 guides the outer peripheral surface of each screw boss 48, it is possible to prevent the position of each screw 42 from shifting relative to the cabinet 16 and stabilize the forward pressing force from the head 42a of each screw 42. Since the multiple pressing protrusions 46 are spaced apart in the width direction, it is possible to stabilize the pressing state of the board support member 40 against the rear surface of the optical board 22.
[0033] As a result, according to this embodiment, even if an external force is applied to the first light guiding portion 30 of the light guiding body 28 from outside the cabinet 16 by a user's finger or the like, it is possible to sufficiently prevent the light guiding body 28 from shifting in position relative to the optical substrate 22 (holder 18). Therefore, according to this embodiment, it is possible to stably remotely control the television receiver 10 using the remote control RC while maintaining a good light receiving state of the photodiode 24, and to maintain a good light emission state of the light emission port 16e of the cabinet 16.
[0034] Moreover, according to this embodiment, it is possible to sufficiently prevent the microphone substrate 34 from being misaligned with respect to the holder 18. Therefore, according to this embodiment, it is possible to suppress the deviation of the sound path and improve the sound collection performance of each microphone element 36.
[0035] (Modification of this embodiment) This embodiment will be described with reference to Fig. 9. Fig. 9 is a diagram showing a characteristic portion of a modified example of this embodiment, and corresponds to an enlarged cross-sectional view taken along line VI-VI in Fig. 2. For ease of explanation, members having the same functions as those described in this embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals, and their explanation will not be repeated.
[0036] 9, in a modification of this embodiment, the tip side of each locking claw 52 of the board support member 40 is formed in a wedge shape so as to become gradually thicker toward the rear. This increases the area (contact area) of the contact portion between each locking hole 16v of the cabinet 16 and each locking claw 52 of the board support member 40, and increases the forward pressing force from the board support member 40 due to the reaction force on the contact portion.
[0037] As a result, according to the modification of this embodiment, it is possible to more sufficiently prevent misalignment of the light guide 28 with respect to the optical substrate 22, and misalignment of the microphone substrate 34 with respect to the holder 18. Therefore, according to the modification of this embodiment, it is possible to further enhance the effects of the present embodiment described above.
[0038] (Other embodiments) The television receiver 10 may have a similar configuration not only when the photodiode 24 receives light from the remote control RC, but also when it receives light such as external light. The technical idea applied to the television receiver 10 (see FIG. 1) may also be applied to electronic devices other than the television receiver 10, such as smartphones, mobile phones, tablet terminals, and cooking appliances.
[0039] 〔summary〕 The electronic device of aspect 1 of the present invention comprises a cabinet having an entrance for admitting light, a holder provided within the cabinet, an optical board provided on the rear side of the holder and having a light receiving element mounted thereon for receiving light, a light guide provided on the front side of the holder and having a light guiding portion for guiding light to the light receiving element, the tip of the light guiding portion engaging with the entrance of the cabinet, and a board support member provided on the rear side of the optical board within the cabinet, fixed to the cabinet by tightening a screw, having a pressing protrusion for pressing the rear side of the optical board, and supporting the optical board, wherein a locking hole is formed in the cabinet, the locking hole in the cabinet is positioned forward of the head of the screw, and a locking claw is formed on the board support member for locking into the locking hole in the cabinet.
[0040] According to the above configuration, the screw is tightened with the locking claw of the board support member locked in the locking hole of the cabinet. Then, a forward pressing force is applied from the head of the screw, and a forward pressing force is applied from the board support member due to a reaction force at a contact portion between the locking claw of the board support member and the locking hole of the cabinet. In other words, since the locking claw of the board support member is locked in the locking hole located forward of the head of the screw, in addition to the forward pressing force from the head of the screw, a forward pressing force is applied from the board support member due to the reaction force of the contact portion.
[0041] Therefore, the pressing protrusion of the substrate support member presses the rear surface of the optical substrate with sufficient pressing force, and the light guide is pressed against the inner wall surface of the cabinet via the optical substrate and the holder with sufficient pressing force. This makes it possible to prevent the light guide from shifting in position relative to the optical substrate (the holder) even if an external force is applied to the light guide portion of the light guide from outside the cabinet by a user's finger or the like, and to maintain a good light receiving state of the light receiving element.
[0042] A second aspect of the present invention relates to an electronic device in accordance with the first aspect, wherein the number of the pressing protrusions is more than one, and the pressing protrusions are spaced apart in the width direction.
[0043] According to the above-mentioned configuration, it is possible to stabilize the state in which the substrate support member presses the rear surface of the optical substrate.
[0044] An electronic device according to a third aspect of the present invention may be configured as in the first or second aspect, such that an inner wall surface of the cabinet is provided with a screw boss for screwing in the screw, an insertion hole is formed in the board support member for inserting the screw, and a guide rib is formed on the periphery of the insertion hole on the front surface of the board support member to guide the outer peripheral surface of the screw boss.
[0045] According to the above configuration, the guide rib guides the outer peripheral surface of the screw boss, thereby preventing misalignment of the position of the screw relative to the cabinet and stabilizing the forward pressing force from the head of the screw.
[0046] A fourth aspect of the present invention relates to an electronic device according to any one of the first to third aspects, wherein a tip side of the locking claw may be formed in a wedge shape so as to become gradually thicker toward the rear.
[0047] According to the above configuration, the area (contact area) of the contact portion between the locking hole of the cabinet and the locking claw of the board support member can be increased, thereby increasing the forward pressing force from the board support member due to the reaction force on the contact portion.
[0048] A fifth aspect of the present invention relates to an electronic device in any one of the first to fourth aspects, wherein the light guiding section guides light corresponding to an operation instruction from an external operation device to the light receiving element.
[0049] According to the above configuration, the electronic device can be stably remotely controlled by the external operation device.
[0050] An electronic device according to a sixth aspect of the present invention may be any one of the first to fifth aspects, further comprising an emission port for emitting light, a light-emitting element for emitting light, the light guide having a second light-guiding portion for guiding light from the light-emitting element to the outside of the cabinet, and a tip portion of the second light-guiding portion engaging with the emission port of the cabinet.
[0051] According to the above configuration, even if an external force is applied to the light-guiding portion of the light guide from outside the cabinet, the light guide can be prevented from shifting in position relative to the optical substrate (the holder), thereby maintaining a good light emission state of the light exit port of the cabinet.
[0052] The electronic device of aspect 7 of the present invention, in any of aspects 1 to 6, may have a sound hole formed in the cabinet for introducing sound, and further include a microphone board provided on the front side of the holder and having a microphone element mounted thereon for collecting sound, and a spacer sandwiched between the inner wall surface of the cabinet and the microphone board, made of an elastic material, and having an opening communicating with the sound hole in the cabinet.
[0053] According to the above configuration, the pressing protrusion of the substrate support member presses the rear surface of the optical substrate with sufficient pressing force, and the microphone substrate is pressed against the inner wall surface of the cabinet via the optical substrate and the holder with sufficient pressing force. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the microphone substrate from being displaced relative to the holder. Therefore, it is possible to suppress the deviation of the sound path and improve the sound collection performance of the microphone element.
[0054] [Additional Notes] The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and various modifications are possible within the scope of the claims. Embodiments obtained by appropriately combining the technical means disclosed in different embodiments are also included in the technical scope of the present invention. [Explanation of symbols]
