Description

[Technical field]

[0001] The present invention relates to a pack cosmetic preparation suitable for use as a sheet pack by impregnating a sheet substrate made of cosmetic cotton or various materials, and to a sheet pack obtained by impregnating a sheet substrate with the cosmetic preparation. [Background technology]

[0002] Skin care cosmetics are usually used after washing the face or taking a bath. Among skin care cosmetics, sheet packs such as sheet masks are often used as part of skin care, and are made by impregnating a pack cosmetic such as a lotion or serum into a cotton or nonwoven sheet. Sheet masks can be expected to efficiently achieve skin beautifying effects because they provide a high moisturizing effect due to the occlusive effect of the sheet. In addition, sheet masks can be made into products according to their functions such as moisturizing, improving rough skin, and whitening, or according to the concept of ingredients, and they have become increasingly popular in recent years due to their product design that can be selected according to the consumer's purpose and mood, and their high moisturizing effect.

[0003] Sheet masks are easy to give a moist feeling due to their high moisturizing effect, but at the same time, they can cause stickiness on the skin after use. To solve this problem, sheet cosmetics have been developed that are excellent in long-lasting moisturizing and oily feeling after application, while suppressing stickiness and stickiness (Patent Document 1). In recent years, sheet masks have been increasingly used in the morning as a time-saving beauty treatment, and there is a demand for the effect of improving the application of makeup so that the user can immediately move on to makeup. However, the sheet cosmetics of Patent Document 1 have room for improvement in the effect of improving the application of makeup.

[0004] On the other hand, in Patent Document 2, a lotion that can be used as a cosmetic for sheet masks and has excellent moisturizing properties and makeup application has been developed, but this lotion does not sufficiently balance non-stickiness. As such, no cosmetic has been developed that achieves all of the following properties: moisturizing properties, non-stickiness, and makeup application.

[0005] Recently, there has been an increasing demand for skin care cosmetics that can make skin look beautiful. In particular, many women cite noticeable pores as one of their beauty concerns, and there is a demand for improving the visibility of such skin pores. In particular, pores are often more noticeable after nighttime skin care because makeup is removed. In response to this demand, Patent Document 3 discloses a cosmetic that contains powder to correct unevenness of the skin while providing an excellent moist feeling, but since it is a powder cosmetic, it does not have the effect of suppressing the visibility of pores with a sheet mask. Furthermore, the effect of skin care cosmetics in suppressing the conspicuousness of pores is required to be sustained. For example, even if a cosmetic product having the effect of suppressing the conspicuousness of pores is used in nighttime skin care, the effect of the powder that suppresses the conspicuousness of pores may be weakened by the time you wake up in the morning due to the sebum secreted while sleeping. In particular, it is difficult to develop a sheet mask that suppresses the conspicuousness of pores by blending powder into the impregnating liquid of the sheet mask and has a sustained effect, and has not been developed so far. [0006] [Patent Document 1] JP 2019-59696 A [Patent Document 2] JP 2015-74620 A [Patent Document 3] JP 2020-70292 A Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0007] Therefore, the present invention aims to provide a pack cosmetic suitable for use as a sheet pack by impregnating a sufficient amount of the cosmetic into a sheet substrate made of cosmetic cotton or various materials, which has a moist feeling, is less sticky, allows makeup to be applied well, and has a sustained effect of suppressing the visibility of pores. Another objective of the present invention is to provide a sheet pack obtained by impregnating a sheet substrate with the cosmetic. [Means for solving the problem]

[0008] In order to solve the above problems, the present inventors conducted intensive research and found that the above problems can be solved by impregnating a sheet substrate with a pack cosmetic preparation containing specific amounts of (a) 2-methacryloyloxyethyl phosphorylcholine-butyl methacrylate copolymer, (b) polyoxyalkylene methyl glucoside, (c) crosslinked methylpolysiloxane powder, and (d) one or more polymers selected from the group consisting of carboxyvinyl polymers and alkyl-modified carboxyvinyl polymers, and thus completed the present invention.

[0009] That is, one aspect of the present invention is (a) 0.001 to 1 mass% of 2-methacryloyloxyethyl phosphorylcholine-butyl methacrylate copolymer, (b) 0.1 to 5 mass% of polyoxyalkylene methyl glucoside, (c) Surface treated with fine silica powder 0.1 to 3% crosslinked methylpolysiloxane powder, and (d) A pack cosmetic containing 0.01 to 0.2 mass % of one or more polymers selected from the group consisting of carboxyvinyl polymers and alkyl-modified carboxyvinyl polymers.

[0010] Another aspect of the present invention is a sheet pack comprising a sheet base material and the above-mentioned pack cosmetic material impregnated into the sheet base material. Effect of the Invention

[0011] The pack cosmetic of the present invention can be impregnated in sufficient quantities into cosmetic cotton or sheet substrates made of various materials, and when the sheet substrate impregnated with such a sheet substrate is removed from the skin, the skin feels moist and is less sticky, makeup adheres well, and the effect of suppressing the visibility of pores is sustained. Therefore, the pack cosmetic preparation of the present invention is suitable for use as a sheet pack such as a sheet mask by impregnating cosmetic cotton or sheet substrates made of various materials.

[0012] In this specification, the term "sheet pack" refers to a sheet having a size and shape that can be applied to the surface of the face or body, and is used to temporarily provide a certain degree of cosmetic or therapeutic improvement to the skin in the area where the pack is applied. That is, the term "sheet pack" includes those that are applied not only to the whole or part of the face (e.g., the forehead, eyes, corners of the eyes, cheeks, mouth, etc.), but also to parts of the body (e.g., arms, elbows, backs of the hands, fingertips, feet, knees, heels, neck, armpits, back, abdomen, chest, décolleté, etc.). Note that sheet packs are also called pack sheets.

[0013] "Sheet mask" means a sheet pack sized and shaped to be placed on the face and may include cut-outs for the eyes, nose, or mouth. Sheet masks are also called facial packs, pack masks, face masks, face sheets, etc. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

[0014] Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described. In this specification, a numerical range defined using the symbol "~" is intended to include both the upper and lower limits of the range. For example, "2~5" means 2 or more and 5 or less.

[0015] <Cosmetics for packs> The cosmetic preparation for packs in the present invention refers to a cosmetic preparation used in sheet packs that is impregnated into cosmetic cotton or sheet substrates made of various materials and then adhered closely to cover the skin of the face or the like. The pack cosmetic of the present invention contains at least the components (a), (b), (c) and (d) described below.

[0016] [Component (a): 2-methacryloyloxyethyl phosphorylcholine-butyl methacrylate copolymer] The component (a) used in the present invention is a 2-methacryloyloxyethyl phosphorylcholine-butyl methacrylate copolymer. 2-methacryloyloxyethyl phosphorylcholine-butyl methacrylate copolymer is a copolymer of 2-methacryloyloxyethyl phosphorylcholine (MPC) and butyl methacrylate (BMA). Either random or block copolymers can be used, but random copolymers are preferably used. This copolymer is represented by formula (1), where m:n represents the molar ratio of MPC to BMA. m:n is preferably 100:1 to 2:1, more preferably 10:1 to 2:1, and particularly preferably 5:1 to 2:1. The mass average molecular weight of the present copolymer is 100,000 to 1,000,000, preferably 200,000 to 800,000, and more preferably 400,000 to 600,000. The mass average molecular weight can be measured (calculated) by GPC (gel permeation chromatography).

[0017] [ka]

[0018] The copolymer can be produced by a method known per se, and can be used after purification by a general purification method such as reprecipitation, dialysis, ultrafiltration, etc. In addition, a commercially available product such as "LIPIDURE (registered trademark)-PMB (Ph10)" (manufactured by NOF Corporation) can also be used.

[0019] The content of component (a) in the pack cosmetic of the present invention is 0.001 to 1 mass% based on the total amount of the cosmetic, preferably 0.01 to 0.8 mass%, and more preferably 0.05 to 0.5 mass%. If the content of component (a) is too low, the moist feeling may decrease, and the effects of improving the application of makeup, suppressing the visibility of pores, and maintaining these effects may not be fully obtained. If the content of component (a) is too high, stickiness may occur. The component (a) may be used alone or in combination of two or more types having different mass average molecular weights or the like.

[0020] [Component (b): Polyoxyalkylene methyl glucoside] The component (b) used in the present invention is a polyoxyalkylene methyl glucoside, which is an alkylene oxide addition derivative of methyl glucoside. The oxyalkylene group added to the hydroxyl group of methyl glucoside is an oxyalkylene group having 2 to 3 carbon atoms, specifically, oxyethylene (-CH 2 CH 2 O-) group or oxypropylene (-CH(CH 3 )CH 2 In the present invention, the oxyalkylene group is preferably an oxyethylene group. The total average number of moles of alkylene oxide added is preferably 5 to 30, and more preferably 7 to 20. When the total average number of moles of alkylene oxide added is within the above range, sufficient moisture and moist feeling can be imparted to the skin.

[0021] When two kinds of oxyalkylene groups are present, they may be block-added or random-added. That is, in the present invention, component (b) includes not only (i) polyoxyalkylene methylglucosides in which oxyethylene (EO) and oxypropylene (PO) are block-added, but also (ii) polyoxyalkylene methylglucosides in which EO and PO are randomly added, (iii) polyoxyalkylene methylglucosides in which EO and PO are partially block-added and partially randomly added, and (iv) polyoxyalkylene methylglucosides in which either EO or PO is block-added and the remaining is randomly added.

[0022] The component (b) can be prepared by synthesizing glucose by methylating it and then adding an alkylene oxide according to a conventional method, but it is also possible to use commercially available products provided by various companies. Such commercially available products include "Macbiobride (registered trademark) MG-10P", "Macbiobride (registered trademark) MG-10E", and "Macbiobride (registered trademark) MG-20E" (all manufactured by NOF Corporation). As component (b), one of the various polyoxyalkylene methyl glucosides included above can be used alone or two or more can be used in combination. For example, two or more polyoxyalkylene methyl glucosides having different oxyalkylene groups, or two or more polyoxyalkylene methyl glucosides having the same oxyalkylene group but different average addition molar numbers can be used.

[0023] The content of the (b) component in the pack cosmetic of the present invention is 0.1 to 5 mass% based on the total amount of the cosmetic, preferably 0.2 to 4 mass%, and more preferably 0.3 to 3 mass%. If the content of the (b) component is too low, the moist feeling, non-stickiness, and the durability of the effect of suppressing the appearance of pores may all decrease, or the effect of improving the makeup application may not be sufficiently obtained. On the other hand, if the content of the (b) component is too high, the effect of suppressing the appearance of pores may not be sufficiently obtained, or stickiness may occur. The component (b) may be used alone or in combination of two or more types which differ in the oxyalkylene group or the average number of moles added.

[0024] [Component (c): Crosslinked methylpolysiloxane powder] The component (c) used in the present invention is a crosslinked methylpolysiloxane powder. Crosslinked methylpolysiloxane powder is obtained by crosslinking dimethylpolysiloxane with vinylmethylpolysiloxane, and is known as a silicone elastomer. From the viewpoint of water dispersibility, a crosslinked methylpolysiloxane powder having a silica-coated surface is preferred, and the entire or almost entire surface of the crosslinked methylpolysiloxane powder is covered with fine silica powder. Such fine silica powder is preferably a silica powder having an average primary particle size of 0.1 μm or less, more preferably a silica powder having an average primary particle size of 0.001 to 0.1 μm, and even more preferably a silica powder having an average primary particle size of 0.01 to 0.05 μm.

[0025] The content ratio of the crosslinked methylpolysiloxane powder to the fine silica powder in component (c) is preferably 0.1 to 30 parts by mass, more preferably 1 to 15 parts by mass, and even more preferably 2 to 10 parts by mass of the fine silica powder per 100 parts by mass of the crosslinked methylpolysiloxane powder.

[0026] The average particle size of component (c) is within the range of 0.1 to 100 μm, preferably 0.5 to 50 μm, and more preferably 1 to 10 μm.

[0027] The preferred elastomer hardness of the component (c) is not particularly limited, but is preferably 15-65, more preferably 20-60, and even more preferably 30-50. The elastomer hardness can be measured using an A-type hardness tester in accordance with JIS K 6301.

[0028] Commercially available products can be used as component (c). Examples of commercially available products whose surfaces are covered with fine silica powder include DOWSIL (registered trademark) 9701 COSMETIC POWDER and DOWSIL (registered trademark) EP-9801 Hydro Cosmetic Powder (both manufactured by Dow-Toray Industries, Inc.).

[0029] The content of component (c) in the pack cosmetic of the present invention is 0.1 to 3 mass% based on the total amount of the cosmetic, preferably 0.2 to 2.5 mass%, and more preferably 0.3 to 2 mass%. If the content of component (c) is too low, the effect of improving the makeup application and the effect of suppressing the visibility of pores may not be sufficiently obtained, and stickiness may occur. If the content of component (c) is too high, the effect of improving the makeup application and the effect of suppressing the visibility of pores may not be sufficiently obtained, and moist feeling may decrease. The component (c) may be used alone or in combination of two or more types having different average particle sizes.

[0030] In the pack cosmetic of the present invention, the content ratio of component (a) to component (c) [(a) / (c)], expressed as a mass ratio, is preferably from 0.0005 to 5, more preferably from 0.001 to 3, even more preferably from 0.03 to 1, and particularly preferably from 0.05 to 0.5. When the content ratio of the component (a) to the component (c) [(a) / (c)] is within the above range, the effect of suppressing the visibility of pores and the duration of the effect of suppressing the visibility of pores will be even better.

[0031] In addition, in the hair cosmetic composition of the present invention, the content ratio of component (b) to component (c) [(b) / (c)], expressed as a mass ratio, is preferably 0.03 to 10, more preferably 0.1 to 5, and even more preferably 0.3 to 1. When the content ratio of the component (b) to the component (c) [(b) / (c)] is within the above range, the effect of suppressing the visibility of pores and the duration of the effect of suppressing the visibility of pores will be even better.

[0032] [Component (d): one or more polymers selected from the group consisting of carboxyvinyl polymers and alkyl-modified carboxyvinyl polymers] The component (d) used in the present invention is a carboxyvinyl polymer or an alkyl-modified carboxyvinyl polymer, and products commercially available as cosmetic raw materials can be used. Carboxyvinyl polymers are polymers of acrylic acid crosslinked with pentaerythritol allyl ether, sucrose allyl ether, or propylene allyl ether. Alkyl-modified carboxyvinyl polymers are copolymers of (meth)acrylic acid and (meth)acrylic alkyl having an alkyl group with 10 to 30 carbon atoms crosslinked with sucrose allyl ether or pentaerythritol allyl ether. The carboxyvinyl polymer and the alkyl-modified carboxyvinyl polymer may each be used alone or in combination of two or more kinds. As component (d), from the viewpoint of imparting a viscosity that allows easy impregnation into the sheet while maintaining the stability of the cosmetic, an alkyl-modified carboxyvinyl polymer is more preferable.

[0033] Of the (d) components, examples of commercially available carboxyvinyl polymers include "Carbopol 940", "Carbopol 941", "Carbopol 981", "Carbopol ETD2050" (all manufactured by Lubrizol Japan Co., Ltd.), and "Hiviswako 105MD" (manufactured by Fujifilm Wako Pure Chemical Industries, Ltd.). Examples of commercially available alkyl-modified carboxyvinyl polymers include "Carbopol ETD2020" and "Carbopol Ultrez21" (all manufactured by Lubrizol Japan Co., Ltd.).

[0034] The content of the component (d) in the pack cosmetic of the present invention is 0.01 to 0.2% by mass, preferably 0.03 to 0.18% by mass, and more preferably 0.05 to 0.15% by mass, based on the total amount of the cosmetic. If the content of the component (d) is too low, the effect of reducing the visibility of pores may not be sufficiently obtained. If the content of the component (d) is too high, the sheet may not be easily impregnated with the component, or the component may become sticky.

[0035] The pack cosmetic of the present invention may contain other components other than the above components (a) to (d) within a range that does not impair the effects of the present invention. The other components are those commonly used in cosmetics, such as lower alcohols such as ethanol, diols such as propylene glycol, thickeners such as carboxyvinyl polymers, oils, sugars, surfactants, organic salts, inorganic salts, pH adjusters, chelating agents, antioxidants, bactericides, blood flow promoters, anti-inflammatory agents, ultraviolet absorbers, ultraviolet scattering agents, vitamins, amino acids such as arginine, pigments, and fragrances, and these can be blended within a range that does not impair the performance of the pack cosmetic of the present invention.

[0036] The pack cosmetic of the present invention contains, in addition to components (a) to (d) and other optional components that may be used as necessary, water such as purified water as the balance. The content of water in the pack cosmetic of the present invention is preferably 30 to 99.5% by mass, more preferably 40 to 95% by mass, and even more preferably 50 to 90% by mass, based on the total amount of the cosmetic.

[0037] The formulation of the pack cosmetic of the present invention is not particularly limited as long as it contains water, and examples thereof include a solution, gel, emulsion, cream, lotion, and the like.

[0038] <Sheet pack> The sheet pack of the present invention can be prepared by impregnating a sheet substrate with the pack cosmetic of the present invention. In other words, the sheet pack of the present invention comprises a sheet substrate and the pack cosmetic of the present invention impregnated into the sheet substrate.

[0039] As the sheet substrate, cosmetic cotton or various materials are used, for example, cotton, paper, nonwoven fabric, and woven fabric. The sheet substrate may be a laminate, for example, a laminate of woven fabric, a laminate of nonwoven fabric, or a laminate of woven fabric and nonwoven fabric. From the viewpoint of usability, ease of processing, etc., the sheet substrate is preferably a sheet containing nonwoven fabric, and more preferably a sheet prepared from nonwoven fabric.

[0040] Examples of nonwoven fabrics include spunbond nonwoven fabrics, spunlace nonwoven fabrics, thermal bond nonwoven fabrics, needle punch nonwoven fabrics, stitch bond nonwoven fabrics, etc. Examples of fibers constituting nonwoven fabrics and woven fabrics include natural fibers such as wood fibers, synthetic fibers such as acrylic, rayon, polyester, cellulose, acetate, etc., and semi-synthetic fibers such as Promix, etc.

[0041] The basis weight of the sheet substrate is, for example, 20 to 100 g / m 2 and preferably 25 to 80 g / m 2 When the basis weight is within the above range, the sheet base material does not roll up when wiping the skin, providing an excellent feeling of use. In addition, the amount of the pack cosmetic material impregnated per unit area of the sheet pack is increased. As a result, sufficient effects are obtained even when the sheet pack is used over a wide area of the skin, and the usability is further improved when the sheet pack is used as a body sheet pack. The sheet substrate can be produced by a known or conventional production method depending on the type of woven fabric, nonwoven fabric, etc. Also, a commercially available product can be used as the sheet substrate.

[0042] In the sheet pack, the content of the pack cosmetic of the present invention impregnated into the sheet base material is not particularly limited, but is preferably 100 to 1500 parts by mass, more preferably 300 to 1200 parts by mass, and even more preferably 500 to 1000 parts by mass, relative to 100 parts by mass of the sheet base material.

[0043] Examples of the planar shape of the sheet pack include polygonal shapes such as quadrilaterals (e.g., squares, rectangles, etc.) and triangles; circles, ellipses, semicircles; crescents; barrels; and drum shapes. The sheet pack may be formed with cuts, cutouts, or irregularities. The surface area of one side of the sheet pack is, for example, 100 to 3000 cm from the viewpoints of usability, portability, packability, etc. 2 and preferably 150 to 1000 cm 2 It is.

[0044] The sheet pack can be produced by impregnating the above-mentioned sheet base material with the pack cosmetic of the present invention. Examples of methods for impregnating the sheet base material with the pack cosmetic of the present invention include a method of injecting the pack cosmetic of the present invention into the folded sheet base material to impregnate it, a method of spraying the pack cosmetic of the present invention onto the sheet base material, a method of impregnating the sheet base material with the pack cosmetic of the present invention using a printing method, and a method of immersing the sheet base material in a solution containing the pack cosmetic of the present invention.

[0045] The sheet pack can be used for skin care purposes such as moisturizing after washing the face or after bathing, and can also be used to remove dirt, old keratin, sebum, etc. from the skin before applying makeup. The pack cosmetic of the present invention impregnated into the sheet pack does not feel sticky after use, improves the application of makeup, and has the effect of sustaining the suppression of the visibility of pores, so that the sheet pack can be suitably used as a skin care product. Among sheet packs, sheet masks in particular are made by impregnating a facial sheet substrate having a size and shape suitable for placement on the face with the pack cosmetic of the present invention, and are suitable for use as skin care products before applying makeup. The sheet pack may be in any form, such as a cosmetic product, a quasi-drug, or a medicine. EXAMPLES
