Abstract

To provide topical skin agents that have excellent infrared protection effect, are unlikely to make redness and blueness stand out when applied to the skin, and give a natural shade that blends in with the skin color.SOLUTION: Provided is a topical skin agent containing the following components (a) to (c): (a) a plate-like metal oxide with a thickness of 100 nm or more and 120 nm or less; (b) a plate-like metal oxide with a thickness of 125 nm or more and 145 nm or less; and (c) a plate-like metal oxide with a thickness of 180 nm or more and 200 nm or less, with respect to 100 mass% of the total compounding amount of the components (a) to (c), the compounding amount of component (a) being 5 or more and 70 mass% or less, the compounding amount of component (b) being 15 mass% or more and 75 mass% or less, and the compounding amount of component (c) being 5 mass% or more and 70 mass% or less.SELECTED DRAWING: None
