Abstract
Description
[Technical field]
[0001] The present invention relates to electronic devices. [Background technology]
[0002] For example, Patent Document 1 discloses a mobile phone equipped with a battery holder that stores a battery pack and fixes it with an adhesive, and a battery removal sheet that is provided on the battery holder and has one end routed from the battery pack installation surface to the back side of the battery pack installation surface through a slit provided on the battery pack installation surface. In the above-mentioned mobile phone, the adhesive is peeled off from the battery pack and the battery pack is removed from the battery holder by pulling a pull-tab part that is provided on the other end of the battery removal sheet and extends from an opening that faces the battery pack installation surface of the battery holder in a direction perpendicular to the battery pack installation surface. [0003] [Patent Document 1] JP 2013-182767 A Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0004] In the electronic device (mobile phone) described above, when the pull tab is pulled, stress is applied to the portion of the battery pack near the pull tab, which may cause the battery pack to deform and make it unreusable.
[0005] Therefore, for example, a method has been adopted in which an electronic component such as a battery pack and a cabinet in which the electronic component is mounted are fixed with an adhesive sheet, and the adhesive sheet is peeled off by pulling a tab provided on the adhesive sheet itself to remove the electronic component.
[0006] In the above-mentioned method, the adhesive sheet is generally formed in a band shape having a substantially constant width and is arranged so as to extend along the outer shape of the electronic component, so that if the adhesive sheet is curved along a corner of the electronic component, when the adhesive sheet is pulled using the tab, the adhesive sheet may get rolled up in the curved portion. When the adhesive sheet gets rolled up, the adhesive sheet may get cut off and remain in the curved portion, which may damage the electronic component or make it impossible to remove it.
[0007] In view of the above, an object of one embodiment of the present invention is to provide, for example, an electronic device in which electronic components can be easily removed without being damaged. [Means for solving the problem]
[0008] An electronic device according to one embodiment of the present invention includes an electronic component, a cabinet facing the electronic component, two extension portions extending along each of two adjacent sides of the electronic component, and a curved portion connecting the two extension portions, and is also equipped with an adhesive sheet provided between the electronic component and the cabinet, and a tab provided on one of the two extension portions for pulling the adhesive sheet, and the adhesive sheet has a cutout portion provided on the curved portion side of the one extension portion and on one side in the width direction of the adhesive sheet. [0010] Hereinafter, each embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In this specification and the drawings, the same or equivalent elements are designated by the same reference numerals to avoid repetitive explanations, and elements that are not directly related to the present invention may be omitted. Furthermore, the forms of the components shown in the embodiments are merely examples, and the present invention is not limited to these forms.
[0011] Hereinafter, an electronic device 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. 1 to FIG. 3. The electronic device 100 is, for example, a smartphone. The electronic device 100 may be any electronic device equipped with a display unit 110 described later, and may be, for example, a folding mobile phone, a wearable terminal, a tablet terminal, or other various electronic devices, without being limited to a smartphone. FIG. 1 is a front view of the electronic device 100. FIG. 2 is a rear view of the electronic device 100. FIG. 3 is an exploded perspective view of the electronic device 100. In FIG. 3, the board attached to the cabinet 120 and the rear cover 130 are omitted. In the following description, the longitudinal direction of the display unit 110 described later is defined as the up-down direction, the short side direction of the display unit 110 is defined as the left-right direction, and the thickness direction of the display unit 110 is defined as the front-rear direction. In addition, the side of the electronic device 100 on which the display unit 110 is provided is defined as the front side. However, these directions are defined for convenience of description, and are not intended to define the directions during use.
[0012] The electronic device 100 has, for example, a flat outer shape formed into a substantially rectangular shape when viewed from the front. The electronic device 100 includes, for example, a display unit 110, a cabinet 120, and a rear cover .
[0013] The display unit 110 is formed, for example, in a substantially rectangular shape when viewed from the front. The display unit 110 has a display panel 111 capable of displaying an image, and a cover panel 112 provided so as to be superimposed on the front surface of the display panel 111. The display panel 111 is, for example, a panel having OLEDs (Organic Light Emitting Diodes) as self-luminous elements. The cover panel 112 is a panel that covers the front surface of the display panel 111. The cover panel 112 is, for example, provided integrally with a touch panel.
[0014] The display panel 111 has an OLED (Organic Light Emitting Diode) as a self-emitting element, but is not limited thereto, and may have, for example, a QLED (Quantum Dot Light Emitting Diode). The display panel 111 is not limited to a panel having self-emitting elements, and may be, for example, a liquid crystal panel (LCD). The cover panel 112 is provided integrally with a touch panel, but is not limited thereto, and may be composed of only a glass panel or an acrylic panel.
[0015] The cabinet 120 is formed in a substantially rectangular flat plate shape. The periphery of the cabinet 120 protrudes forward and backward. The cabinet 120 is made of resin or metal.
[0016] A display unit 110 is attached to the front surface of the cabinet 120. The display unit 110 is fitted into the periphery of the cabinet 120 so as to cover substantially the entire front surface of the cabinet 120. Specifically, the display panel 111 is disposed, for example, on the front surface of the cabinet 120 with a space above and below. The cover panel 112 is disposed so as to cover substantially the entire front surface of the cabinet 120.
[0017] A board (not shown) on which various electronic components that constitute electronic device 100 (e.g., first camera module 121, second camera module 122, receiver 123, etc., described below) are mounted, and a rechargeable battery 124 are attached to the rear surface of cabinet 120.
[0018] A first camera module 121 is disposed at the center of the upper end of the cabinet 120 (see FIG. 4). The first camera module 121 is disposed so that the imaging direction is forward. The first camera module 121 is an in-camera. The first camera module 121 includes, for example, a camera 121a including a color image sensor, a lens, etc., and a proximity sensor 121b. At the center of the upper end of the cabinet 120, the camera 121a is disposed on the left side, and the proximity sensor 121b is disposed on the right side. The proximity sensor 121b detects the presence of a nearby object that is within a predetermined range of the proximity sensor 121b. The electronic device 100 suppresses application malfunctions by using, for example, the proximity sensor 121b.
[0019] A second camera module 122 is disposed in the upper center of cabinet 120, more specifically, below first camera module 121 (see FIG. 4). Second camera module 122 is disposed so that its imaging direction faces backward. Second camera module 122 is an out-camera.
[0020] A receiver 123 is disposed on the right side of the upper end of the cabinet 120 (see FIG. 4). The receiver 123 reproduces sound based on an audio signal input from the control unit.
[0021] A rechargeable battery 124 is disposed from the center to the bottom of the rear surface of the cabinet 120 (see FIG. 4). The rechargeable battery 124 functions as a power source for the electronic device 100. The rechargeable battery 124 is, for example, a rechargeable battery such as a lithium ion battery. A spacer 124a for the rechargeable battery 124 is disposed in the center of the lower side of the cabinet 120.
[0022] The rear cover 130 is formed, for example, in a substantially rectangular shape when viewed from the front. The rear cover 130 is attached to the rear surface of the cabinet 120. The rear cover 130 is fitted into the peripheral portion of the cabinet 120 so as to cover substantially the entire rear surface of the cabinet 120. The rear cover 130 has an opening formed therein for exposing the second camera module 122 to the outside.
[0023] The adhesive sheet 140 will be described with reference to Fig. 3 to Fig. 5. Fig. 3 is an exploded perspective view of the electronic device 100. In Fig. 3, the board attached to the cabinet 120 and the rear cover 130 are not shown. Fig. 4 is a front view of the cabinet 120 with the adhesive sheet 140 attached. Fig. 5 is a partial enlarged view of Fig. 4 showing the first extension portion 141.
[0024] 3, the adhesive sheet 140 is provided, for example, between the display unit 110 and the cabinet 120. That is, the adhesive sheet 140 fixes the display unit 110 and the cabinet 120 together.
[0025] The adhesive sheet 140 is, for example, a long, thin strip of double-sided tape. The adhesive sheet 140 is configured such that the adhesive force decreases when the adhesive sheet 140 is pulled.
[0026] As shown in FIG. 4, the adhesive sheet 140 has a shape that follows the edge that constitutes the outer shape of the display unit 110 on the surface of the display unit 110 facing the cabinet 120. The adhesive sheet 140 is formed, for example, in a substantially inverted U shape that connects a pair of left and right sides and the upper side of the display unit 110. As described above, the adhesive sheet 140 extends along the three sides that constitute the outer shape of the display unit 110, but is not limited thereto, and may extend along at least two adjacent sides that constitute the outer shape of the display unit 110. In addition, the adhesive sheet 140 follows the edge that constitutes the outer shape of the display unit 110, but is not limited thereto, and may be provided, for example, along the edge that constitutes the outer shape of the cabinet 120.
[0027] In this embodiment, the adhesive sheet 140 includes a first extension portion 141 extending along the left side of the display unit 110, a first curved portion 142 curved from the left side to the top side of the display unit 110, a second extension portion 143 extending along the top side of the display unit 110, a second curved portion 144 curved from the top side to the right side of the display unit 110, and a third extension portion 145 extending along the right side of the display unit 110.
[0028] The adhesive sheet 140 has, for example, a plurality of tabs 150 for pulling the adhesive sheet 140. The tabs 150 are gripping portions that do not have adhesiveness. The tabs 150 are formed, for example, in a substantially rectangular shape when viewed from the front. In this embodiment, the tabs 150 are provided, for example, in each extension portion, more specifically, in the first extension portion 141, the second extension portion 143, and the third extension portion 145.
[0029] It is preferable to provide one tab 150 on each extension portion, but this is not limited thereto, and multiple tabs may be provided on each extension portion, or only certain extension portions among the multiple extension portions.
[0030] The tab 150 is provided, for example, on the inner periphery side of the adhesive sheet 140. The inner periphery side of the adhesive sheet 140 is one side in the width direction of the adhesive sheet 140. The width direction of the adhesive sheet 140 here is a direction perpendicular to the extending direction of the adhesive sheet 140. In this embodiment, the width direction of the first extension portion 141 and the third extension portion 145 refers to the left-right direction, and the width direction of the second extension portion 143 refers to the up-down direction. Specifically, in the first extension portion 141, the tab 150 is provided on the inner periphery located on the right side. In the second extension portion 143, the tab 150 is provided on the inner periphery located on the lower side. In the third extension portion 145, the tab 150 is provided on the inner periphery located on the left side.
[0031] The cabinet 120 has an opening 151 for pulling the tab 150 from the rear side of the cabinet 120 at a position overlapping the tab 150 in the front-rear direction. The opening 151 is provided penetrating the cabinet 120 in the front-rear direction. The opening 151 is formed, for example, so as to surround at least the periphery of the tab 150 when viewed from the front-rear direction. When there are a plurality of tabs 150, the openings 151 are provided at positions corresponding to the respective tabs 150. This makes it possible to pull the tab 150 from the rear side of the cabinet 120 through the opening 151 in a state in which the rear cover 130 is removed from the electronic device 100. Therefore, by pulling the tab 150 through the opening 151, the adhesive sheet 140 provided between the display unit 110 and the cabinet 120 can be peeled off.
[0032] The adhesive sheet 140 has, for example, a plurality of notches 160 for cutting the adhesive sheet 140 at predetermined positions. The notches 160 are provided so that the adhesive sheet 140 can be cut into portions corresponding to the respective extension portions. In this embodiment, the notches 160 are provided on the first curved portion 142 side of the first extension portion 141 and on the second curved portion 144 side of the second extension portion 143, respectively.
[0033] The cutout portion 160 is provided, for example, on the outer periphery side of the adhesive sheet 140. The outer periphery side is the other side in the width direction of the adhesive sheet 140. In other words, the cutout portion 160 is the side opposite to the side on which the tab 150 is provided in the width direction of the adhesive sheet 140. Specifically, in the first extending portion 141, the cutout portion 160 is provided on the outer periphery located on the left side. In the second extending portion 143, the cutout portion 160 is provided on the outer periphery located on the upper side.
[0034] Although cutout portion 160 is provided on the outer periphery of adhesive sheet 140, this is not limited thereto, and it may be provided on the opposite side of the width direction of adhesive sheet 140 to the side on which tab 150 is provided. For example, cutout portion 160 may be provided on the inner periphery of adhesive sheet 140, and tab 150 may be provided on the outer periphery of adhesive sheet 140.
[0035] 4 and 5, the notch 160 has a shape cut out from the outer periphery of the adhesive sheet 140 toward the inside. The notch 160 has, for example, a convex cut out shape that narrows from the outer periphery of the adhesive sheet 140 toward the inside. Also, the notch 160 has, for example, a cut out shape that inclines toward the nearby curved portion as it moves from the outer periphery of the adhesive sheet 140 toward the inside.
[0036] 5, in the first extending portion 141, the notch portion 160 has a pair of sides extending inward from the outer peripheral edge of the adhesive sheet 140. The pair of sides is an upper side 160a located on the first curved portion 142 side, and a lower side 160b located on the opposite side to the first curved portion 142 side. The upper side 160a is inclined toward the first curved portion 142 side (upper side) as it moves inward from the outer peripheral edge of the first extending portion 141. Similarly, the lower side 160b is inclined toward the first curved portion 142 side (upper side) as it moves inward from the outer peripheral edge of the first extending portion 141.
[0037] Similarly, in the second extending portion 143, the notch 160 has a pair of sides extending inward from the outer circumferential edge of the adhesive sheet 140. The pair of sides is a right side 160c located on the second curved portion 144 side, and a left side 160d located on the opposite side to the second curved portion 144 side (see FIG. 8). The right side 160c is inclined toward the second curved portion 144 side (right side) as it moves downward from the outer circumferential edge of the second extending portion 143. Similarly, the left side 160d is inclined toward the second curved portion 144 side (right side) as it moves inward from the outer circumferential edge of the second extending portion 143.
[0038] Peeling off the adhesive sheet 140 using the tab 150 of the first extension portion 141 will be described below with reference to Figures 6 and 7. Figure 6 is a front view of the cabinet 120 showing the adhesive sheet 140 in a state where it is pulled using the tab 150 of the first extension portion 141. Figure 7 is a front view of the cabinet 120 showing the adhesive sheet 140 in a state where the first extension portion 141 has been peeled off.
[0039] As shown in FIG. 6, a user pulls the tab 150 of the first extension portion 141 from the rear side of the cabinet 120 through the opening 151 in the direction of the arrow (rightward) shown in FIG. 6, so that the adhesive sheet 140 can be gradually peeled off from the portion of the first extension portion 141 located near the tab 150 in the vertical direction. Then, the user holds the tab 150 or the peeled adhesive sheet 140 near the tab 150 and pulls it, for example, in the upward direction, so that one end side (lower end side) of the adhesive sheet 140 can be peeled off. On the other hand, when the user holds the tab 150 or the peeled adhesive sheet 140 near the tab 150 and pulls it, for example, in the downward direction, so that the adhesive sheet 140 is peeled off up to the portion reaching the notch 160, stress is concentrated in the narrowed portion of the first extension portion 141 where the notch 160 is formed, and the adhesive sheet 140 can be cut at the notch 160. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 7, by pulling tab 150 of first extension portion 141, only the portion of adhesive sheet 140 that corresponds to first extension portion 141 can be peeled off.
[0040] Therefore, the adhesive sheet 140 can be peeled off at each portion of the adhesive sheet 140 corresponding to each side of the display unit 110, so that the adhesive sheet 140 can be prevented from getting tangled at the curved portion connecting the extension portions corresponding to each side. Therefore, the adhesive sheet 140 does not remain at the curved portion, so that the display unit 110 can be easily removed from the cabinet 120 without damaging the display unit 110. In addition, the cutout portion 160 is provided on the opposite side of the adhesive sheet 140 to the side on which the tab 150 is provided in the width direction of the adhesive sheet 140, so that a portion where the width of the adhesive sheet 140 is narrowed is provided on the side of the first extension portion 141 where stress is likely to act, i.e., the side on which the tab 150 is provided, and stress can be concentrated on this portion, so that the adhesive sheet 140 can be cut steadily.
[0041] Furthermore, by having cutout portion 160 have a convex cutout shape that narrows from the outer circumferential edge toward the inside, the tip (inner end E1) of cutout portion 160 can be shaped to easily concentrate stress when adhesive sheet 140 is pulled. Therefore, stress can be concentrated in the narrowed portion of adhesive sheet 140 where cutout portion 160 is formed, and adhesive sheet 140 can be cut.
[0042] Furthermore, by having the notch 160 have a shape that is inclined toward the nearby first curved portion 142 side from the outer circumferential edge toward the inside, it is possible to make the width of the adhesive sheet 140 on the first curved portion 142 side from the inner end E1 of the notch 160 more abruptly larger than the width of the adhesive sheet 140 located at the inner end E1 of the notch 160. Therefore, it is possible to concentrate stress on the narrowed portion of the adhesive sheet 140 located at the inner end E1 of the notch 160, and to cut the adhesive sheet 140.
[0043] More specifically, by inclining the lower side 160b toward the first curved portion 142, the angle between the outer periphery of the cutout portion 160 and the lower side 160b is formed to be an obtuse angle, so that the length in the width direction of the adhesive sheet 140 can be gradually shortened from the outer periphery of the cutout portion 160 to the lower side 160b. Therefore, when the adhesive sheet 140 is pulled, the adhesive sheet 140 can be smoothly peeled off toward the inner end E1 of the cutout portion 160, so that the stress is concentrated on the inner end E1 of the cutout portion 160, i.e., the portion where the width of the adhesive sheet 140 is narrowed, and the adhesive sheet 140 can be steadily cut.
[0044] Furthermore, by inclining upper side 160a toward first curved portion 142, the angle between inner end E1 of cutout portion 160 and upper side 160a of cutout portion 160 is formed as an acute angle, so that the width of adhesive sheet 140 can be suddenly increased on the first curved portion 142 side (upper side) from inner end E1 of cutout portion 160. Therefore, when adhesive sheet 140 is pulled, stress is concentrated on inner end E1 of cutout portion 160, i.e., the portion where the width of adhesive sheet 140 is narrowed, and adhesive sheet 140 can be cut steadily.
[0045] The cutout 160 provided in the second extending portion 143 has the same configuration as the cutout 160 provided in the first extending portion 141, and therefore has the above-mentioned effects.
[0046] The second extension portion 143 will be described below with reference to Figures 8 and 9. Figure 8 is a partial enlarged view of Figure 4 showing the second extension portion 143. Figure 9 is a partial enlarged view of Figure 4 showing the widened portion 143a.
[0047] The second extending portion 143 extends in the left-right direction and includes a widened portion 143a surrounding the periphery of the camera 121a, a left narrowed portion 143b provided adjacent to the left side of the widened portion 143a, and a right narrowed portion 143c provided adjacent to the right side of the widened portion 143a.
[0048] 8, the widened portion 143a is disposed in the center of the upper end portion of the cabinet 120. The widened portion 143a is provided at a position corresponding to the first camera module 121.
[0049] The left narrow portion 143b is provided so as to have a width (length in the vertical direction) smaller than that of the wide portion 143a. The left narrow portion 143b extends in the left-right direction so as to connect the first curved portion 142 and the wide portion 143a. More specifically, the left narrow portion 143b extends in the left-right direction so as to pass through the upper side between the first curved portion 142 and the wide portion 143a. That is, a connection portion P1 of the left narrow portion 143b and the wide portion 143a is located toward the upper side in the width direction of the wide portion 143a. In other words, the adhesive sheet 140 is formed so as to bulge downward from the left narrow portion 143b to the wide portion 143a.
[0050] The left narrow portion 143b is provided with a tab 150 for pulling the second extending portion 143. The tab 150 is provided on the inner peripheral edge of the left narrow portion 143b.
[0051] The right narrow portion 143c is provided so that its width (length in the vertical direction) is smaller than that of the wide portion 143a. The right narrow portion 143c extends in the left-right direction so as to connect the wide portion 143a and the second curved portion 144. More specifically, the right narrow portion 143c extends in the left-right direction between the wide portion 143a and the second curved portion 144 so as to pass under the receiver 123 and avoid the receiver 123 arranged on the upper side. That is, a connection portion P2 of the right narrow portion 143c with the wide portion 143a is located toward the lower side in the width direction of the wide portion 143a. In other words, the adhesive sheet 140 is formed so as to bulge upward from the right narrow portion 143c to the wide portion 143a. Since right narrow portion 143c is disposed in a small space between receiver 123 and second camera module 122, right narrow portion 143c has a width smaller than that of left narrow portion 143b.
[0052] The right narrow portion 143c has a notch 160 provided on the outer circumferential edge located on the upper side. The notch 160 is inclined toward the second curved portion 144 as it goes inward from the outer circumferential edge.
[0053] In the above configuration, when the user pulls tab 150 of left narrow portion 143b in the direction of the arrow (downward) shown in Fig. 8, adhesive sheet 140 can be gradually peeled off in a left-right direction from a portion of second extension portion 143 located near tab 150. Then, by gripping tab 150 or the peeled adhesive sheet 140 near tab 150 and pulling it, for example, in a rightward direction, one end side (left end side) of adhesive sheet 140 can be peeled off up to the portion of first extension portion 141 where notch 160 is formed. On the other hand, when the tab 150 or the peeled adhesive sheet 140 near the tab 150 is gripped and pulled, for example, in the left direction, and the adhesive sheet 140 is peeled through the widened portion 143a to the portion reaching the notch 160 of the right narrow portion 143c, stress is concentrated in the narrowed portion of the right narrow portion 143c where the notch 160 is formed, and the adhesive sheet 140 can be cut at the notch 160. Therefore, by pulling the tab 150 of the second extension portion 143, the portion of the adhesive sheet 140 corresponding to the second extension portion 143, more specifically, the first curved portion 142 and the second extension portion 143 can be peeled off.
[0054] Finally, by pulling tab 150 of third extension portion 145 of adhesive sheet 140, it is possible to peel off the portion of adhesive sheet 140 corresponding to third extension portion 145, more specifically, second curved portion 144 and third extension portion 145. As described above, by pulling adhesive sheet 140 using tab 150 corresponding to each extension portion, adhesive sheet 140 can be cut into portions corresponding to each extension portion.
[0055] As shown in FIG. 9, the widening portion 143a has a first opening 170 that exposes the camera 121a on the display unit 110 side, and a second opening 180 that exposes the proximity sensor 121b on the display unit 110 side.
[0056] The longitudinal direction D1 of the first opening 170 is inclined with respect to the left-right direction toward the left narrow portion 143b, that is, toward the left side in this embodiment, so as to approach a connection portion P1 between the wide portion 143a and the left narrow portion 143b. That is, the end of the first opening 170 on the left narrow portion 143b side is inclined with respect to the left-right direction so as to approach the connection portion P1.
[0057] As described above, by reducing the adhesive area of adhesive sheet 140 at connection portion P1 between widened portion 143a and left narrow portion 143b, stress when peeling adhesive sheet 140 by pulling tab 150 is suppressed from concentrating on connection portion P1 before being transmitted to widened portion 143a, and tearing of adhesive sheet 140 can be prevented. In addition, by making the longitudinal direction D1 of first opening 170 and the direction in which adhesive sheet 140 is pulled in widened portion 143a (the direction in which widening occurs from left narrow portion 143b to widened portion 143a, diagonally downward to the right in this embodiment) closer to the same direction, first opening 170 is less likely to provide resistance when peeling adhesive sheet 140, and therefore tearing of adhesive sheet 140 can be prevented.
[0058] In addition, a connection portion P1 between the left narrow portion 143b and the widened portion 143a and a connection portion P2 between the right narrow portion 143c and the widened portion 143a are provided so as to be separated in the width direction of the adhesive sheet 140. That is, the connection portion P1 is disposed toward the upper side of the widened portion 143a, and the connection portion P2 is disposed toward the lower side of the widened portion 143a. As a result, the longitudinal direction D1 of the first opening 170 can be inclined toward the right narrow portion 143c side, that is, toward the right side in this embodiment, so as to approach the connection portion P2 between the widened portion 143a and the right narrow portion 143c. That is, the end portion of the first opening 170 on the right narrow portion 143c side can be inclined with respect to the left-right direction so as to approach the connection portion P2.
[0059] This allows first opening 170 to be provided such that the end of first opening 170 on the left narrow width portion 143b side approaches connection portion P1, and the end of first opening 170 on the right narrow width portion 143c side approaches connection portion P2. Therefore, the adhesive area of adhesive sheet 140 in the vicinity of each connection portion can be reduced, thereby suppressing stress concentration at each connection portion and preventing adhesive sheet 140 from tearing.
[0060] First opening 170 is formed so that the opening area becomes smaller toward right narrow portion 143c. First opening 170 has, for example, arc-shaped portion 171 covering a part of the periphery of camera 121a, and a pair of sides 172 connected to each end of arc-shaped portion 171 and extending along the longitudinal direction D1 side of first opening 170. The pair of sides 172 are formed so that the distance between them becomes narrower toward right narrow portion 143c.
[0061] Right narrow portion 143c is located farther from tab 150 than left narrow portion 143b, and is narrower than left narrow portion 143b, so that right narrow portion 143c is easily torn when adhesive sheet 140 is peeled off. Therefore, first opening 170 is formed so that the opening area becomes smaller toward right narrow portion 143c, thereby suppressing a sudden change in the adhesive area of adhesive sheet 140 on the right narrow portion 143c side, and preventing adhesive sheet 140 from being torn off.
[0062] The widening portion 143a has a second opening 180 between the first opening 170 and the right narrow portion 143c, which exposes the proximity sensor 121b to the display unit 110. The proximity sensor 121b is an electronic component that does not need to be covered by the adhesive sheet 140. By intentionally covering the periphery of the proximity sensor 121b with the adhesive sheet 140 at a position on the right narrow portion 143c side of the widening portion 143a, the adhesive area of the adhesive sheet 140 can be gradually reduced toward the right narrow portion 143c side. Therefore, it is possible to suppress stress concentration at the connection portion P2 of the right narrow portion 143c with the widening portion 143a, and prevent the adhesive sheet 140 from tearing.
[0063] Second opening 180 is formed so that the thickness of adhesive sheet 140 located around second opening 180 is approximately constant. Specifically, second opening 180 is formed so that the distance from the outer circumferential edge of widened portion 143a, the distance from the inner circumferential edge of widened portion 143a, the distance from the end of widened portion 143a on the right narrow portion 143c side, and the distance from first opening 170 are approximately constant.
[0064] That is, the second opening 180 includes an upper side 180a arranged at an approximately constant distance from the outer peripheral edge of the widened portion 143a, a lower side 180b arranged at an approximately constant distance from the inner peripheral edge of the widened portion 143a, a left side 180c arranged at an approximately constant distance from the first opening 170, and a right side 180d arranged at an approximately constant distance from the right end portion of the widened portion 143a.
[0065] As described above, by making the thickness of adhesive sheet 140 located around second opening 180 approximately constant, the adhesive area gradually decreases toward right narrow portion 143c, and tearing of adhesive sheet 140 is suppressed. Also, by providing a constant distance between first opening 170 (the side of the pair of sides 172 facing second opening 180) and second opening 180 (left side 180c), tearing of adhesive sheet 140 can be suppressed.
[0066] In addition, the longitudinal direction D1 of the first opening 170 is inclined in the left-right direction so as to approach the connection portion P1 between the widened portion 143a and the left narrow portion 143b as it moves toward the left narrow portion 143b on which the tab 150 is provided. However, this is not limited to the above, and for example, if the tab 150 is provided in the right narrow portion 143c, the longitudinal direction D1 may be inclined in the left-right direction so as to approach the connection portion P2 between the widened portion 143a and the right narrow portion 143c as it moves toward the right narrow portion 143c.
[0067] Furthermore, the cutout portion 160 is provided on the first curved portion 142 side of the first extension portion 141 and the second curved portion 144 side of the second extension portion 143, but is not limited to this. For example, the cutout portion 160 may be provided on the first curved portion 142 side of the second extension portion 143 and the second curved portion 144 side of the third extension portion 145, or on the first curved portion 142 side of the first extension portion 141 and the second curved portion 144 side of the third extension portion 145, or may be provided in only one of the multiple extension portions.
[0068] A first modified adhesive sheet will be described with reference to Fig. 10. Fig. 10 is a front view of cabinet 120 showing a first modified adhesive sheet. Adhesive sheet 140a, which is the first modified adhesive sheet, differs from adhesive sheet 140 in that tab 150 is provided on right narrow portion 143c. Description of adhesive sheet 140a, which has the same configuration as adhesive sheet 140, will be omitted.
[0069] The adhesive sheet 140a is provided with a tab 150 in the right narrow portion 143c. The tab 150 is provided closer to the wide portion 143a than the notch 160 in the right narrow portion 143c.
[0070] In the above configuration, when the user pulls tab 150 of right narrow portion 143c downward, adhesive sheet 140a can be gradually peeled off from the portion of second extension portion 143 located near tab 150 to the left and right. Then, by gripping tab 150 or the peeled adhesive sheet 140a near tab 150 and pulling it, for example, in the right direction, adhesive sheet 140a can be peeled off through wide portion 143a and left narrow portion 143b up to the portion of first extension portion 141 where notch 160 is formed. On the other hand, when the tab 150 or the peeled adhesive sheet 140a near the tab 150 is gripped and pulled, for example, in the left direction, and the adhesive sheet 140a is peeled off up to the portion reaching the notch 160 of the right narrow portion 143c, stress is concentrated on the narrowed portion of the right narrow portion 143c where the notch 160 is formed, and the adhesive sheet 140a can be cut at the notch 160. Therefore, by pulling the tab 150 of the second extension portion 143, the portion of the adhesive sheet 140a corresponding to the second extension portion 143, more specifically, the first curved portion 142 and the second extension portion 143 can be peeled off.
[0071] Further, the longitudinal direction D1 of the first opening 170 is inclined with respect to the left-right direction so as to approach a connection part P2 between the widened part 143a and the right narrow part 143c as it approaches the right narrow part 143c side where the tab 150 is provided, that is, the right side in this embodiment. That is, the end part of the first opening 170 on the right narrow part 143c side is inclined with respect to the left-right direction so as to approach the connection part P2.
[0072] Furthermore, the longitudinal direction D1 of the first opening 170 is inclined with respect to the left-right direction toward the left narrow portion 143b, that is, toward the left side in this embodiment, so as to approach a connection part P1 between the wide portion 143a and the left narrow portion 143b. That is, the end of the first opening 170 on the left narrow portion 143b side is inclined with respect to the left-right direction so as to approach the connection part P1.
[0073] This allows first opening 170 to be provided such that the end of first opening 170 on the left narrow width portion 143b side approaches connection portion P1, and the end of first opening 170 on the right narrow width portion 143c side approaches connection portion P2. Therefore, the adhesive area of adhesive sheet 140a in the vicinity of each connection portion can be reduced, thereby suppressing stress concentration at each connection portion and preventing adhesive sheet 140a from tearing.
[0074] Although the adhesive sheet 140a is provided with the tabs 150 on both the left narrow portion 143b and the right narrow portion 143c, the present invention is not limited thereto, and for example, the tab 150 may be provided only on the right narrow portion 143c.
[0075] Although adhesive sheet 140 and adhesive sheet 140a are provided between display unit 110 and cabinet 120, this is not limited thereto and they may be provided between electronic components and cabinet 120, for example, between rechargeable battery 124 and cabinet 120.
[0076] In the above configuration, the electronic device 100 includes an electronic component (the display unit 110 in the above embodiment), a cabinet 120, an adhesive sheet 140, and a tab 150. The cabinet 120 is provided facing the electronic component. The adhesive sheet 140 includes two extensions (the first extension 141 and the second extension 143 in the above embodiment) and a curved portion (the first curved portion 142 in the above embodiment), and is provided between the electronic component and the cabinet 120. The two extensions extend along two adjacent sides of the electronic component. The curved portion connects the two extensions. The tab 150 is provided on one of the two extensions (the first extension 141 in the above embodiment) and is used to pull the adhesive sheet 140. Adhesive sheet 140 has a notch 160 provided on the curved portion (first curved portion 142 in the above embodiment) side of one of the extending portions and on one side in the width direction of adhesive sheet 140. This allows adhesive sheet 140 to be peeled off for each portion of adhesive sheet 140 corresponding to each side of the electronic component, thereby preventing adhesive sheet 140 from becoming entangled in the curved portion connecting the extending portions corresponding to each side. Therefore, adhesive sheet 140 does not remain in the curved portion, and the electronic component can be easily removed from cabinet 120 without damaging the electronic component.
[0077] Furthermore, the cutout portion 160 is provided on the side opposite to the side on which the tab 150 is provided in the width direction of the adhesive sheet 140. Here, when the tab 150 is pulled, stress is likely to act on the same side of one of the extension portions as the tab 150. Therefore, by providing the cutout portion 160 as described above, a portion where the width of the adhesive sheet 140 is narrowed is provided on the side of one of the extension portions on which stress is likely to act, and stress can be concentrated on this portion, so that the adhesive sheet 140 can be cut reliably.
[0078] Furthermore, the notch 160 has a convex cutout shape that narrows from one side (the outer circumferential side in the above embodiment) in the width direction of the adhesive sheet 140 toward the other side (the inner side in the above embodiment). This allows the tip (inner end E1) of the notch 160 to be shaped in a way that makes it easy for stress to concentrate when the adhesive sheet 140 is pulled. Therefore, it is possible to concentrate stress on the narrowed portion of the adhesive sheet 140 where the notch 160 is formed, and cut the adhesive sheet 140.
[0079] Further, the notch 160 has a shape that is cut out so as to incline from one side (the outer peripheral side in the above embodiment) in the width direction of the adhesive sheet 140 to the other side (the inner side in the above embodiment) toward the curved portion (the first curved portion 142 in the above embodiment). This allows the width of the adhesive sheet 140 on the curved portion (first curved portion 142) side from the inner end E1 of the notch 160 to be suddenly larger than the width of the adhesive sheet 140 located at the inner end E1 of the notch 160. Therefore, it is possible to concentrate stress on the narrowed portion of the adhesive sheet 140 located at the inner end E1 of the notch 160, and to cut the adhesive sheet 140.
[0080] The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and various modifications are possible. For example, the above-described embodiment may be replaced with a configuration that is substantially the same as the configuration shown in the above-described embodiment, a configuration that provides the same effect, or a configuration that can achieve the same purpose.
