Abstract
To provide a lens barrel and an imaging apparatus each of which has an operation member and enables suppression of the operation sound thereof when the operation member is brought into a restricted state.SOLUTION: A lens barrel comprises: a dial operating member 24 adjusting an optical function of an imaging optical system; a restricting operation member 25 having a first inclined surface inclined with respect to a moving direction from a releasing position toward a restricting position; and a cam member 33 provided between the restricting operation member 25 and the dial operating member 24 and having a second inclined surface. When the restricting operation member 25 is moved to the releasing position, the dial operating member 24 is brought into a released state, and when the restricting operation member 25 is in the restricting position, the cam member 33 brings the dial operating member 24 into a restricted state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
