Description

Technical Field

[0001] This invention relates to a squatting type toilet for wearing.

Background Art

[0002] Urination and defecation of people in need of care (people who cannot go to the toilet) are carried out by "insertion type toilets" or diapers. For the "insertion type toilet", it is necessary to call a caregiver or the like to convey the urge to defecate, have the "insertion type toilet" prepared, have it installed under the waist, and then call a caregiver or the like again for post-treatment and cleaning up after use. Therefore, it cannot be used by people who cannot call a caregiver or the like.

[0003] On the other hand, diapers are more convenient than the above-mentioned "insertion type toilets" and are widely used in the field of care. However, among cloth diapers, although they can be washed and used multiple times, which is economical, they have the drawbacks of requiring washing and drying operations, which are time-consuming and laborious. Disposable paper diapers without such drawbacks as cloth diapers are widely used, and the sales floor area for adult diapers has become larger than that for children's diapers in stores.

[0004] However, this paper diaper also has drawbacks. That is, the paper diaper is not provided with a space for receiving and storing the excreted feces, and the feces may spread inside the paper diaper and adhere to the buttocks where it is worn. Moreover, feces contain "intestinal fluid" that dissolves proteins, and there is a risk of dissolving the skin to which the feces adheres. In particular, if feces adhere to the skin for a long time, the skin will be dissolved and turn red due to the above-mentioned "intestinal fluid", and further eczema will occur. Even if eczema occurs and it itches, a healthy person can tell a caregiver or the like and have it treated, but in the case of a person with dementia, this often does not happen, and there may be an act of playing with feces, which is called fecal play. This behavior is not something that dementia patients do out of preference, but is mostly caused by the occurrence of itching.

[0005] Furthermore, feces spread within the diaper may also cause urinary tract infections. Urinary tract infections are often caused by bacteria derived from feces, which is a problem. Antibiotics are used to treat urinary tract infections, but it should be noted that repeated use may lead to bacteria developing resistance, which can result in the occurrence of clusters within the nursing facility due to these resistant bacteria. In addition, in-home care, one of the reasons why a person cannot go out for even a short period of time is due to concerns about the spread of feces within a paper diaper as described above. The issue of diaper changing is a major problem in the case of in-home care, and various surveys have shown that it also places a significant burden even in the case of caregiving between parents and children.

[0006] Furthermore, as described above, due to "intestinal fluid," the skin is dissolved and turns red, and then eczema develops, and next, pressure ulcers (bedsores) occur. As people age, the muscle mass in the buttocks extremely decreases. This is said to be because the elderly walk less, causing the muscles in the buttocks to atrophy. In addition, regarding bones, there are extremely few changes such as losing or gaining weight, so the bones become more prominent. Due to such circumstances, it is often the case that one can see elderly people with particularly prominent sacrum. This sacrum is located close to the anus, and it can be said that the probability and frequency of feces spread within the diaper adhering to the sacrum are high.

[0007] Also, it is said that 47% of the body weight is applied to the sacrum when a person is sleeping. Therefore, when an elderly person is lying down, the protruding sacrum abuts against the bedding through the diaper, and the tip of the sacrum where the skin tissue is thin becomes congested, resulting in skin breakdown. At this time, because it is in a congested state, there is almost no blood flow, and white blood cells that should fight bacteria either do not arrive or arrive only in small numbers, and it is not possible to expect the bacteria in the feces adhering to the sacrum to be expelled. Furthermore, scratching the sacrum to relieve itching may cause wounds or worsen existing wounds. And once a pressure ulcer occurs, the size of the pressure ulcer may expand or the condition may deteriorate due to bacteria from the feces spread within the diaper, making it very difficult to heal.

[0008] In order to solve the problems caused by diapers as described above, it is most important to separate the feces excreted in the diaper from the skin.

[0009] Patent Document 1 discloses a nursing diaper cover. This diaper cover includes an elastic member corresponding to the buttocks, an elastic member for protecting the sacrum, a feces discharge tube portion, and a cover. The elastic member corresponding to the buttocks pushes up the buttocks in the supine and sitting positions from the bed side at a position facing the buttocks while avoiding at least the coccyx at the tip of the sacrum. Further, the elastic member for protecting the sacrum is disposed closer to the human body side than the elastic member corresponding to the buttocks, and protection means for protecting the living body from pressure is provided at a position corresponding to the sacrum and the buttocks.

[0010] In addition, the feces discharge tube portion is formed by penetrating the elastic member for protecting the sacrum and the elastic member corresponding to the buttocks. Further, the cover covers the exposed surfaces of the elastic member corresponding to the buttocks, the elastic member for protecting the sacrum, and the feces discharge tube portion, and covers the lower abdomen from the back side through the buttocks in the wearing state.

[0011] In the nursing diaper cover configured as described above, a diaper corresponding to defecation is disposed on the cover of the elastic member corresponding to the buttocks.

[0012] Patent Document 2 discloses a diaper provided with a feces bag. This diaper includes a diaper main body portion having a water-absorbing sheet on the surface that touches the living body and a waterproof sheet outside the water-absorbing sheet, a hole formed at a portion where the anus is located in the diaper main body portion when the diaper main body portion is worn on the living body, a feces bag having a space for storing feces outside from the hole, a coupling portion for coupling the hole and the opening of the feces bag, and a buffer member provided at the coupling portion for maintaining the opening at the coupling portion and separating the diaper main body portion from the bed side.

[0013] The above-mentioned diaper has a buffer member provided at the joint portion, which can thicken the joint portion and maintain the opening of the hole. Also, it can be circulated in a state where the hole is closed, and can be made compact during circulation. Further, the closed opening can be easily widened and the patient can be dressed with the opening maintained. In addition, the joint portion has a thickness due to the buffer member, and is configured to form a bank-like portion along the periphery of the opening of the hole, so as to separate the diaper body from the floor side. Therefore, feces and urine are less likely to be mixed, feces are less likely to wrap around the waist and back, contact between the skin and feces is prevented after excretion, the treatment of excrement is simple and easy, and it has the characteristics that the structure is simple and it can be made inexpensive.

[0014] Furthermore, Patent Document 3 discloses a diaper unit. This diaper unit is composed of an artificial gluteal muscle block formed of an elastic member annularly formed so as to surround a person's buttocks, a diaper outer body, and a diaper inner body. The above-mentioned diaper outer body is a cover that encloses the artificial gluteal muscle block and has a hole corresponding to the hole in the annular portion of the artificial gluteal muscle block, and is provided with a hook-and-loop fastener at least on the portion of the cover that faces the person's buttocks during wearing.

[0015] The diaper inner body has an opening at the feces-corresponding portion of the diaper, and includes a diaper main body portion that adheres to the diaper outer body by the hook-and-loop fastener of the diaper outer body, and a feces bag that is joined to the opening of the diaper main body portion, has a water-absorbent interior and a waterproof exterior, and is housed in the hole of the diaper outer body.

[0016] In this diaper unit and diaper outer body according to Patent Document 3, at the portion where the cover faces the person's buttocks during wearing, impact-absorbing gel pieces are provided between the cover and the artificial gluteal muscle block. Therefore, the stress applied to the buttocks is dispersed, it is difficult for pressure sores to occur at the sacral bone portion, and there is an effect of suppressing the deterioration when pressure sores have already occurred.

[0017] In the case of the conventional defecation response as described above, there was a method of complementing the gluteal muscles with an elastic member, but basically, it was configured to use paper diapers. The cost of the paper diapers was added to the cost of the components with the elastic member, resulting in a problem of high overall cost. Also, since it is premised on using paper diapers, a large amount of used paper diapers are generated as garbage, which not only requires cost for their treatment but also has problems in terms of the issue of reducing waste.

Embodiments for Carrying Out the Invention

[0031] Hereinafter, with reference to the accompanying drawings, an oval-shaped wearing toilet according to a first embodiment of the present invention will be described. In each figure, the same components are denoted by the same reference numerals, and duplicate descriptions are omitted. FIG. 1 shows an assembled perspective view of the oval-shaped wearing toilet according to the embodiment of the present invention. The oval-shaped wearing toilet according to the embodiment includes an exterior body 100 that serves as a cushion between a person's buttocks and a seating object, and an interior body 200 that is provided inside the exterior body 100 and receives and holds feces discharged from a person.

[0032] The exterior body 100 has an elastic block 110 shown in FIGS. 2, 3, etc., and an elastic block cover 150 that covers the elastic block 110. The elastic block 110 includes a central block 151 having a U-shaped planar shape with a thickness of about 20 mm to 30 mm, for example. The planar shape of the central block 151 is not limited to a U shape, and any shape may be used as long as it is a shape such as a circle, rectangle, polygon, etc. that faces the buttocks and wraps around the buttocks. On the left side and right side of the central block 151 divided from the center to the left and right with the central block 151 placed on a plane, left side blocks 152L and right side blocks 152R having symmetrical shapes are placed and adhered to the central block 151.

[0033] The left side block 152L and the right side block 152R have the same shape as the central block 151 along the left side and right side divided from the center to the left and right with the central block 151 placed on a plane, and iliac protection arm pads 153L and 153R having a width of about 100 mm to 150 mm extend from near the center of the central block 151 to slightly above from the side. The left side block 152L and the right side block 152R have the same thickness as the central block 151, which is about 20 mm to 30 mm. The central block 151, the left side block 152L, the right side block 152R, and the iliac protection arm pads 153L and 153R are made of, for example, soft urethane foam called sponge or the like.

[0034] FIG. 2 shows the front side of the elastic block 110, which is the surface facing the buttocks when worn by a person. On the contrary, FIG. 3 shows the back side of the elastic block 110 and shows the back surface of the elastic block 110 in FIG. 2. In the left side region and the right side region obtained by dividing the central block 151 from the center to the left and right on the back surface, there are provided height holding blocks 154L and 154R in the shape of "broad bean" made of, for example, chip urethane foam (hardness: normal to hard) with a thickness of about 50 mm to 60 mm. The left and right in the terms of the left side region and the right side region refer to the right and left in the state of FIG. 2.

[0035] The elastic block 110 as described above has a feces corresponding hole 155 corresponding to feces discharged from a person. In the present embodiment, since the planar shape of the central block 151 is U-shaped, the feces corresponding hole 155 has an opening 156 in a part of the wall. However, if the planar shape of the central block 151 is a circular shape, a rectangular shape, a polygonal shape or the like, it goes without saying that the wall of the feces corresponding hole 155 is continuous.

[0036] From the central portions of the height holding blocks 154L and 154R, holes 158L and 158R are formed in a planar shape in which the shape of the height holding blocks 154L and 154R is reduced in the direction of the U-shaped folded-back portion in the central block 151. The holes 158L and 158R may have a depth passing through the height holding blocks 154L and 154R and penetrating the central block 151, and the shape thereof is not limited to the "broad bean" shape. Although one hole 158L and 158R are formed in each of the height holding blocks 154L and 154R, a plurality of holes may be provided.

[0037] In the above-described holes 158L and 158R, an antibacterial agent packaging bag in which an antibacterial material such as green tea leaves having a sterilizing effect by catechin is packaged and a moisture absorbent packaging bag in which a moisture absorbent is packaged are loaded. In FIG. 3, antibacterial agent / moisture absorbent packaging bags 159 and 159 in which the antibacterial agent packaging bag and the moisture absorbent packaging bag are combined into one are shown, and the antibacterial agent / moisture absorbent packaging bags 159 and 159 are filled with an antibacterial agent and a moisture absorbent. When a plurality of holes 158L and 158R are respectively formed in the height maintaining blocks 154L and 154R, the antibacterial agent packaging bag, the moisture absorbent packaging bag, and the antibacterial agent / moisture absorbent packaging bag are appropriately filled. The antibacterial agent packaging bag, the moisture absorbent packaging bag, and the antibacterial agent / moisture absorbent packaging bag only need to be provided in the elastic block 110 in a state where their performance is exhibited, and there is no limitation on the position (or place) where they are provided.

[0038] The elastic block 110 as described above has a thickness such that when placed on a seating object such as a chair or a bedding and a person sits on it, it is compressed, and the coccyx located at the above-mentioned toilet corresponding hole 155 floats from the seating object and the compression stops. The elastic block 110 as described above is put into an attitude arranging bag 160 (FIG. 4) having a form corresponding to its appearance, and the form is arranged so that the shapes of the respective components protrude and are gathered into one lump (FIG. 5). In addition to the function of arranging the form of the elastic block 110, the attitude arranging bag 160 is easy to accommodate from the entrance / exit portion 170 into the elastic block cover 150 as shown in FIG. 7, and the elastic block 110 put into the attitude arranging bag 160 from within the elastic block cover 150 can be easily taken out integrally from the entrance / exit portion 170. The entrance / exit portion 170 is provided along the periphery of the elastic block cover 150 on the outside when the exterior body 100 is attached to a person, and the entrance / exit portion 170 is opened and closed by a fastener 171. Further, since the internal elastic block 110 of the attitude arranging bag 160 is provided with an antibacterial agent packaging bag, a moisture absorbent packaging bag, and an antibacterial agent / moisture absorbent packaging bag, air permeability is required. Therefore, the attitude arranging bag 160 can be made of a fabric with good slipperiness and a breathable fabric such as a mesh fabric.

[0039] The elastic block cover 150 that covers the elastic block 110 stored in the situation rectifying bag 160 is provided with an elastic block storage bag 157 having an annular space in the central part, as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7. The elastic block storage bag 157 is formed by a circular bottom sheet 172 having a fastener 171 that goes around the outer periphery of the annulus, and an annular sheet portion 173 of the main sheet 176 that overlaps the bottom sheet 172 inside the elastic block cover 150. The circular region 174 at the central part of the bottom sheet 172 is the region located at the convenience corresponding hole 155 of the elastic block 110. The annular sheet portion 173 has an outer peripheral edge that is coupled to the fastener 171 of the bottom sheet 172, and the inner peripheral edge 173H of the annular sheet portion 173 is coupled to the peripheral edge of the circular region 174.

[0040] The main sheet 176 has a generally trapezoidal shape region 177 indicated by a dashed line at the periphery of the bottom sheet 172 on the opposite side of the bottom sheet 172. From both the left and right sides in the region of the upper half close to the upper base of the trapezoidal shape region 177, the first mounting bands 178, 178 extend. Also, from both the left and right sides in the region of the lower half close to the lower base of the trapezoidal shape region 177, the second mounting bands 179, 179 extend. The above-mentioned first mounting bands 178, 178 and the second mounting bands 179, 179 function to attach the elastic block 110 to a person with the elastic block 110 positioned on the buttocks in a state of covering the oyster-shaped wearing toilet according to the present embodiment. For attachment, a pair of sheet M1 and M2 of the loop side and the hook side of the surface fastener are respectively provided at the tip portions of the first mounting bands 178, 178 and the second mounting bands 179, 179. The back surfaces of the sheets M1 and M2 of the first mounting band 178 are the loop surfaces of the surface fastener, and the first mounting bands 178, 178 can be joined to each other. The back surfaces of the sheets M1 and M2 of the second mounting band 179 are the loop surfaces of the surface fastener, and the second mounting bands 179, 179 can be joined to each other.

[0041] At the boundary between the first mounting bands 178, 178 and the annular sheet portion 173, cutout holes 181, 181 communicating with the elastic block storage bag 157 are formed. From these cutout holes 181, 181, the iliac protection arm pads 153L, 153R of the elastic block 110 stored in the elastic block storage bag 157 protrude and are arranged.

[0042] The lower base side of the trapezoidal shape region 177 of the main sheet 176 is connected to the prostate portion 182 having a spatula-like planar shape. In the prostate portion 182, the surface side during wearing (the back surface in FIG. 1) is a loop surface provided with a pile process or the like to which the hooks of the hook-and-loop fastener can be engaged. For this reason, the hook surface of the first mounting band 178 and the loop surface of the prostate portion 182 can be joined, and the hook surface of the second mounting band 179 and the loop surface of the prostate portion 182 can be joined. A gel pad 183 is provided on the elastic block 110. In the present embodiment, a gel pad 183 having a thickness of about 3 mm to 8 mm is provided at a position overlapping the left side block 152L and the right side block 152R in the annular sheet portion 173 in a state where the elastic block 110 is placed in the elastic block storage bag 157. As the gel pad 183, a commercially available one for vibration prevention or the like can be used. Thus, in the present embodiment, the gel pad 183 is provided in the area of the elastic block 110 where the pressure from a person becomes large when the person sits with the elastic block 110 positioned on the buttocks.

[0043] As described above, the urinal-shaped wearing toilet according to the present embodiment includes an interior body 200 (FIG. 1). The interior body 200 of the present embodiment is a cloth diaper function sheet, and has a width and length that can cover from the boundary between a person's back and waist through the crotch to the vicinity of the navel of the abdomen, similar to a normal diaper, and overlaps from the annular sheet portion 173 of the elastic block 110 to the prostate portion 182. That is, the interior body 200 is a cloth diaper function sheet 200 having an elongated spatula-like planar shape. The diaper function sheet 200 is provided with a bag-shaped feces receiving bag portion 251 that is stored in the feces corresponding hole 155 of the elastic block 110.

[0044] In this embodiment, the diaper functional sheet 200 is composed of a water-absorbent inner sheet 210 that directly touches a person, and a cloth outer sheet 250 that is disposed closer to the elastic block 110 side than the inner sheet 210 and is subjected to water-repellent treatment. The diaper functional sheet 200 has a bag-shaped feces receiving bag portion 251 attached to the feces corresponding hole 155 of the elastic block 110. In this embodiment, the feces receiving bag portion 251 is provided on the cloth outer sheet 250. A disposable feces receiver 260 made of hydrolysis paper is provided in the feces receiving bag portion 251. The disposable feces receiver 260 has a main body portion 261 having a bottomed cylindrical shape that fits into the feces receiving bag portion 251, and a curing area 262 that extends from the opening 252 of the feces receiving bag portion 251 toward the sheet surface of the diaper functional sheet 200 can be composed of hydrolysis paper having the opening of the main body portion 261.

[0045] The cloth outer sheet 250 is made of a fabric such as a polyester material, has a smooth feeling, can be washed, and can be made of a fabric that dries relatively quickly. The cloth outer sheet 250 has an elongated gourd shape in a planar shape, is curved in a concave shape as a whole, and the edges 257, 257 are formed in a wall shape of about 10 mm. Among the edges 257, 257 of the cloth outer sheet 250, barrier portions 253, 253 of up to about 50 mm are formed at the edges of the region that abuts against the crotch portion during wearing, and the structure is such that urine or the like is prevented from leaking from the cloth outer sheet 250.

[0046] The inner sheet 210 has a shape and size that just fit inside the wall portion of the cloth outer sheet 250, and has a hole 211 that coincides with the opening 252 of the cloth outer sheet 250. The inner sheet 210 can be, for example, a cloth sheet having a three-layer structure with a water-absorbent and adsorbent sheet in the center and the top and bottom of this sheet wrapped with water-absorbent cloth, and can be a cloth sheet that can be washed and reused many times.

[0047] The round-shaped wearable toilet of the present embodiment configured as described above is used as follows. A cloth outer sheet 250 is laminated on the exterior body 100 in the state shown in FIG. 1. At this time, the feces receiving bag portion 251 of the cloth outer sheet 250 is placed in the circular region 174 of the elastic block cover 150. Next, the main body portion 261 of the disposable feces receiver 260 is placed in the feces receiving bag portion 251, and the curing area 262 is spread around the opening 252 of the feces receiving bag portion 251. A plurality of disposable feces receivers 260 may be stacked and used. After laminating the cloth outer sheet 250 on the exterior body 100 and setting the disposable feces receiver 260 in this way, the inner sheet 210 is stored inside the wall portion of the cloth outer sheet 250.

[0048] For the round-shaped wearable toilet with the inner sheet 210 stacked on top, the subject is laid on their back in such a state that the buttocks of the subject are positioned in the circular region 174 of the elastic block cover 150. Next, the front part 182 of the elastic block cover 150 where the cloth outer sheet 250 and the inner sheet 210 overlap is pulled out from between the thighs of the subject to the lower abdomen so as to cover the vicinity of the navel on the abdomen.

[0049] In the above state, the ilium protection arm pads 153L and 153R of the elastic block 110 protrude in a state of being positioned on the lateral sides of the ilium of the subject. The ilium protection arm pads 153L and 153R are rotated from the position where the ilium is located to the front side of the subject, and the first mounting bands 178 and 178 are wound around the body of the subject from above the ilium protection arm pads 153L and 153R, and the hook-side sheet M2 of the planar fastener provided at the tip portion is engaged with the loop surface of the front part 182. Further, for the second mounting bands 179 and 179 as well, they are wound around the body of the subject, and the hook-side sheet M2 of the planar fastener provided at the tip portion is engaged with the loop surface of the front part 182. As a result, as shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, the round-shaped wearable toilet according to the present embodiment is appropriately positioned and worn on the buttocks of the subject P.

[0050] When the subject P wearing the donut - type wearable toilet 500 according to the present embodiment shown in FIGS. 10 and 11 lives, if there may be a slight sense of discomfort initially when the subject P is standing, it is possible to act almost without problems by getting used to it. Further, when living in a wheelchair 601, the seat sheet 600 of the wheelchair 601 is constituted by, for example, soft urethane foam. As shown in FIG. 10, when the donut - type wearable toilet 500 is compressed in height due to the weight, the seat sheet 600 is also compressed. Therefore, the donut - type wearable toilet 500 sinks into the seat sheet 600 and presents a normal sitting state. Conventionally, when sitting for a long time, the back descends on the backrest 602 of the wheelchair 601, and the buttocks move forward to the seat front end portion 604 of the seat sheet 600 in the wheelchair 601 or even shift and fall from the seat front end portion 604. The donut - type wearable toilet 500 of the present embodiment is properly worn on the subject P and integrated. Moreover, since it sinks into the elastic seat sheet 600, it is difficult for the donut - type wearable toilet 500 to move forward to the seat front end portion 604 of the seat sheet 600 in the wheelchair 601, and it can contribute to maintaining an appropriate posture. And the elastic block 110 constituting the donut - type wearable toilet 500 has a thickness such that when the donut - type wearable toilet 500 is placed on a seating object such as the wheelchair 601 or the bedding 700 as shown in FIG. 11 and a person sits on it, it is compressed, and the sacrum located at the stool - corresponding hole 155 floats from the seating object and the compression stops. For this reason, it is possible to separate the excreted stool, which is a cause of bedsores, from the skin, and it is possible to significantly reduce the probability of bedsores occurring. It is particularly suitable for fecal management of the elderly and the like.

[0051] Also, when the subject sleeps, by using a bedding 700 such as a mattress made of soft urethane foam of about 80 mm, as shown in FIG. 11, the donut - type wearable toilet 500 sinks into the bedding 700, so it can be expected that the subject can sleep without worrying about the donut - type wearable toilet 500.

[0052] When using a bed without a handrail for sleeping or sitting on a normal chair, conventionally, there has been a possibility that the subject P might fall and hurt the ilium or suffer a fracture. In contrast, if the donut-shaped wearable toilet 500 according to this embodiment is used, since it is provided with ilium protection arm pads 153L and 153R having elasticity to cover the left and right iliac crests of a person, it is possible to significantly reduce the risk of hurting the ilium or suffering a fracture even if one falls.

[0053] Next, the donut-shaped wearable toilet according to the second embodiment will be described. In the donut-shaped wearable toilet according to the second embodiment, the disposable feces receiver 270 shown in FIG. 12 is used. The disposable feces receiver 260 shown in FIG. 1 has a bottomed cylindrical shape that fits into the feces receiver bag portion 251, and the disposable feces receiver 260 is directly provided in the feces receiver bag portion 251. In contrast, in the second embodiment, instead of directly providing the disposable feces receiver 260 in the feces receiver bag portion 251, a removal package 800 as shown in FIG. 12 is provided in the feces receiver bag portion 251, and the disposable feces receiver 270 is placed and used inside this removal package 800. The disposable feces receiver 270 can be a rectangular piece of paper made of hydrolysis paper, and this paper that is the disposable feces receiver 270 can be formed into a U shape and one or more sheets can be stacked to form a cage shape.

[0054] The removal package 800 can be made by stacking two rectangular styrofoam sheets with rounded corners and joining about half of the peripheral portions by welding or the like. Holes 810, 810 are provided on the non-joined side, and fingers are inserted into these holes 810, 810 and pulled to both sides to create a hole 820 for receiving the disposable feces receiver 270 for use. A plan view of the removal package 800 with the disposable feces receiver 270 placed in the hole 820 of the removal package 800 is shown in FIG. 13.

[0055] As described above, the potty-type wearable toilet according to the second embodiment is provided in the feces receiving bag portion 251 of the diaper function seat 200, and is provided to receive the disposable feces receiver 270, and can be removed from the feces receiving bag portion 251 with the disposable feces receiver 270 inside when necessary. It is provided with a removal package 800. As a result, when defecating in the disposable feces receiver 270 using the potty-type wearable toilet according to the second embodiment, insert fingers into the holes 810, 810 to remove the removal package 800 from the feces receiving bag portion 251 of the diaper function seat 200, and remove the disposable feces receiver 270 and the feces inside the removal package 800 to the toilet, and the removal package 800 can be discarded in a waste container or the like. Thereby, the caregiver can hygienically discard the feces, reduce the waste compared to the conventional method of discarding the diaper together with the feces, and suppress the processing cost.

[0056] In the third embodiment, instead of the inner sheet 210 in the first and second embodiments, the inner sheet 210A shown in FIG. 14 is used. This inner sheet 210A has a bottomed hole 280, whereas the hole 211 of the inner sheet 210 was a hole called a so-called "useless hole" or "through hole".

[0057] The bottomed hole 280 has a bag portion 281 made of a cloth with the same water absorption as the side wall and bottom of the hole. When the bag portion 281 is in the shape of a bowl as shown in FIG. 15, it can be made by sewing together the circular bottom cloth 281B at the bottom of the bowl and the side wall parts 282P divided by the line segments 282L extending from the center of the bottom cloth 281B to the division points where the wall surface divides the circumference of the bottomed hole 280 into several parts. A sewing margin piece 282G is provided on the opening side of the side wall part 282P. The sewing margin piece 282G is joined by sewing or the like to the opening peripheral edge of the bottomed hole 280 of the inner sheet 210A.

[0058] As shown in Fig. 16, the inner sheet 210A having the bag portion 281 can be made of two pieces of cloth 285 having a base portion 284 in the shape of a somewhat elongated rectangle, and having a square or tongue-shaped protruding portion 287 whose central portion protrudes toward the other piece of cloth 285. This inner sheet 210A can be made by sewing with a seam 286, and when the completed inner sheet 210A is opened with the sheet placed on a plane, it is as shown in Fig. 17. That is, the base portion 284 is configured like a normal rectangular diaper, and in the state of the two pieces of cloth, the square or tongue-shaped portion protruding toward the other piece of cloth 285 is sewn together to form the bag portion 281. The two pieces of cloth 285 may be a single piece of cloth joined at the protruding portion 287 as shown in Fig. 16. Further, the shape of the protruding portion 287 serving as a prototype for forming the bag portion 281 can be appropriately sized and shaped according to the shape of the bag portion 281.

[0059] This inner sheet 210A can be used as disposable without providing the disposable feces receiver 260 shown in Fig. 1 inside the bag portion 281. Further, the disposable feces receiver 260 can be provided inside the bag portion 281 of the inner sheet 210A, and only the disposable feces receiver 260 can be discarded after use, and the inner sheet 210A can be washed and reused.
