Summary of the Invention
Problems to be Solved by the Invention
[0004] However, in the above prior art, the noise generation prevention member (noise suppression sheet) is configured to cover the seat back frame. When assembling the seat back pad to the seat back frame and the noise generation prevention member, if the noise generation prevention member is displaced from a predetermined position with respect to the seat back frame, this may cause additional noise.
[0005] In view of the above facts, an object of the present invention is to obtain a noise suppression sheet, a seat back, and a vehicle seat capable of suppressing displacement of the noise suppression sheet body and suppressing noise generated between the seat back frame and the seat back pad.
Means for Solving the Problems
[0006] The abnormal noise suppression sheet according to claim 1 is an abnormal noise suppression sheet covering a seat back frame which is a skeleton member of a seat back for supporting the upper body of an occupant sitting on a seat cushion, and a locked portion is formed to be locked to a locking portion provided on the seat back frame, and the locked portion is locked to the locking portion in a state where the abnormal noise suppression sheet body covers the seat back frame, and it is provided between the seat back frame and a seat back pad attached to the outside of the seat back frame.
[0007] The abnormal noise suppression sheet according to claim 1 is a member covering a seat back frame which is a skeleton member of a seat back, and in the abnormal noise suppression sheet, a locked portion is formed and is adapted to be locked to a locking portion provided on the seat back frame.
[0008] Then, in a state where the abnormal noise suppression sheet (abnormal noise suppression sheet body) covers the seat back frame, the locked portion formed on the abnormal noise suppression sheet is locked to the locking portion provided on the seat back frame. A seat back pad is attached to the outside of the seat back frame, and the abnormal noise suppression sheet is provided between the seat back frame and the seat back pad.
[0009] In this way, by providing the abnormal noise suppression sheet between the seat back frame and the seat back pad, it is possible to prevent the seat back frame and the seat back pad from coming into direct contact. Thereby, in the present invention, it is possible to suppress the generation of abnormal noise caused by the direct contact between the seat back frame and mechanical parts or the like disposed in the seat back frame and the seat back pad.
[0010] And in the present invention, in a state where the abnormal noise suppression sheet covers the seat back frame, by locking the locked portion formed on the abnormal noise suppression sheet to the locking portion provided on the seat back frame, it is possible to suppress the displacement of the abnormal noise suppression sheet with respect to the seat back frame.
[0011] The abnormal noise suppression sheet according to claim 2 is the abnormal noise suppression sheet according to claim 1, wherein the locked portion is a hole portion through which a rod-shaped body as the locking portion provided on the seat back frame can be inserted.
[0012] In the abnormal noise suppression sheet according to claim 2, the locked portion is a hole portion through which a rod-shaped body as the locking portion provided on the seat back frame can be inserted. Thus, in the present invention, when covering the seat back frame with the abnormal noise suppression sheet, by inserting the rod-shaped body provided on the seat back frame into the hole portion formed in the abnormal noise suppression sheet, it is possible to suppress the displacement of the abnormal noise suppression sheet with respect to the seat back frame via the rod-shaped body and the hole portion.
[0013] The abnormal noise suppression sheet according to claim 3 is the abnormal noise suppression sheet according to claim 2, wherein the hole portion is provided at the lower end portion and the central portion in the width direction of the abnormal noise suppression sheet main body, and is formed at a portion corresponding to the rod-shaped body provided at the lower end portion and the central portion in the seat width direction of the seat back frame in a state where the abnormal noise suppression sheet main body covers the seat back frame.
[0014] In the abnormal noise suppression sheet according to claim 3, the hole portion is provided at the lower end portion and the central portion in the width direction of the abnormal noise suppression sheet. A rod-shaped body is formed at the lower end portion and the central portion in the seat width direction of the seat back frame, and the hole portion is formed at a portion corresponding to the rod-shaped body provided at the lower end portion and the central portion in the seat width direction of the seat back frame in a state where the abnormal noise suppression sheet covers the seat back frame.
[0015] The abnormal noise suppression sheet is covered from above the seat back frame. Therefore, in the present invention, by locking the lower end portion of the abnormal noise suppression sheet at the lower end portion of the seat back frame, it is possible to suppress the displacement of the abnormal noise suppression sheet from the upper end portion to the lower end portion in a state where the abnormal noise suppression sheet covers the entire seat back frame.
[0016] Further, in the present invention, in order to suppress the displacement of the abnormal noise suppression sheet at one position at the lower end and the central portion in the width direction of the abnormal noise suppression sheet main body, an increase in the man-hour associated with suppressing the displacement of the abnormal noise suppression sheet can be minimized.
[0017] The abnormal noise suppression sheet according to claim 4 is the abnormal noise suppression sheet according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein a portion corresponding to the upper end portion of the seat back frame with the abnormal noise suppression sheet main body covering the seat back frame is formed with a relief hole for exposing a headrest holder that holds the legs of a headrest provided at the upper end portion of the seat back frame and supporting the upper body of an occupant sitting on the seat cushion.
[0018] In the abnormal noise suppression sheet according to claim 4, a relief hole is formed in a portion corresponding to the upper end portion of the seat back frame with the abnormal noise suppression sheet covering the seat back frame, and the headrest holder can be exposed through the relief hole. That is, in the present invention, with the abnormal noise suppression sheet covering the seat back frame, the legs of the headrest can be directly inserted into the headrest holder through the relief hole.
[0019] As a comparative example, it is conceivable to form a cut or the like in advance at the position where the legs of the headrest are inserted. In this case, however, when the legs of the headrest are inserted, the amount of cut may increase. On the other hand, in the present invention, since the headrest holder is exposed through the relief hole, such a problem does not occur.
[0020] The abnormal noise suppression sheet according to claim 5 is the abnormal noise suppression sheet according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein work holes accessible to the seat back frame are formed in portions corresponding to the front side and the back side of the seat back frame with the abnormal noise suppression sheet main body covering the seat back frame.
[0021] In the abnormal noise suppression sheet according to claim 5, working holes are formed in portions corresponding to the front side and the back side of the seat back frame in a state where the abnormal noise suppression sheet covers the seat back frame, and access to the seat back frame is enabled through the working holes. That is, in the present invention, in a state where the abnormal noise suppression sheet covers the seat back frame, harness routing work and the like can be performed through the working holes.
[0022] The abnormal noise suppression sheet according to claim 6 is the abnormal noise suppression sheet according to claim 5, wherein the working hole on the front side and the working hole on the back side are formed to penetrate.
[0023] In the abnormal noise suppression sheet according to claim 6, since the working hole on the front side and the working hole on the back side are formed to penetrate, there is no need to separately form the working holes on the front side and the back side in the formation of the abnormal noise suppression sheet, so the man-hours can be reduced.
[0024] Also, in the present invention, since the distinction between the front and the back can be eliminated in the abnormal noise suppression sheet, it is not necessary to check the front and the back of the abnormal noise suppression sheet when covering the seat back frame with the abnormal noise suppression sheet, and the man-hours for that part can be reduced.
[0025] The abnormal noise suppression sheet according to claim 7 is the abnormal noise suppression sheet according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein in a state where the abnormal noise suppression sheet main body covers the seat back frame, a through hole is formed in a portion corresponding to a side airbag provided on a side portion of the seat back frame and capable of inflating and deploying during a vehicle collision.
[0026] In the abnormal noise suppression sheet according to claim 7, a through hole is formed in a portion corresponding to a side airbag provided on a side portion of the seat back frame in a state where the abnormal noise suppression sheet covers the seat back frame. Thereby, in the present invention, when the side airbag inflates and deploys during a vehicle collision, the inflation and deployment of the side airbag are not obstructed.
[0027] The seat back according to claim 8 includes a seat back frame according to any one of claims 1 to 7, a seat back pad attached to the outside of the seat back frame, and a noise suppression sheet that covers the seat back frame and is provided between the seat back frame and the seat back pad, and is according to any one of claims 1 to 7.

Hereinafter, when simply explaining the directions of front - rear, left - right, up - down, it shall indicate the directions with respect to the vehicle seat.
[0035] (Configuration of Vehicle Seat) First, the configuration of the vehicle seat 10 according to this embodiment will be described.
[0036] As shown in FIG. 1, the vehicle seat 10 according to this embodiment includes a seat cushion (not shown) for the occupant to sit on, and a seat back 12 whose lower end is connected to the rear end of the seat cushion to support the upper body of the occupant. A headrest 14 is attached to the upper end of the seat back 12.
[0037] The seat back 12 includes a seat back frame 16 that serves as a skeletal member. The lower end portion 16C of this seat back frame 16 is rotatably connected to the rear end portion of a seat cushion frame (not shown) that serves as a skeletal member of the seat cushion via a well-known reclining mechanism 17.
[0038] A seat cushion pad is attached to the seat cushion frame, and a seat back pad 18 is attached to the seat back frame 16. In this embodiment, a noise suppression sheet 20 shown in FIG. 2 is provided between the seat back frame 16 and the seat back pad 18.
[0039] As shown in FIG. 1, the seat back frame 16 includes a pair of left and right side frames 22. These side frames 22 are formed of sheet metal and are arranged to face each other in the seat width direction.
[0040] The lower end portions of the left and right side frames 22 are connected in the seat width direction by a lower panel 24 made of sheet metal. Also, the upper end portions of the left and right side frames 22 are connected in the seat width direction by an upper panel 26 made of sheet metal. A substantially cylindrical headrest holder 32, 34 for holding the legs 28, 30 of the headrest 14 is fixed to the upper panel 26 by welding or the like.
[0041] A spring mat 36 is provided between the left and right side frames 22. The spring mat 36 is also referred to as a flat mat and includes a pair of left and right side wires 38. The left and right side wires 38 extend in the vertical direction of the seat back 12 and are arranged on both left and right sides of the seat back 12.
[0042] A plurality of main wires 40 are spanned between the left and right side wires 38. The plurality of main wires 40 have the longitudinal direction in the sheet width direction and are arranged side by side in the vertical direction of the seat back 12. One end of the main wire 40 is fixed to one side wire 38, and the other end of the main wire 40 is fixed to the other side wire 38.
[0043] The lower ends of the left and right side wires 38 are in a free state, and a plurality of hook members 42 provided on the left and right side frames 22 are attached to the left and right side wires 38 along the vertical direction of the seat back 12.
[0044] These hook members 42 are formed by bending a wire. One end of each hook member 42 is connected to the side frame 22, and the other end of each hook member 42 is connected to the side wire 38. That is, the spring mat 36 is supported by the left and right side frames 22 via the hook members 42.
[0045] Here, at the center portion in the width direction of the spring mat 36, a center wire (rod-shaped body) 44 as a locking portion is attached along the vertical direction of the seat back 12. The lower end portion (rod-shaped body) 44A of the center wire 44 is arranged so as to protrude from the main wire 40.
[0046] By the way, in the present embodiment, as described above, a noise suppression sheet 20 shown in FIG. 2 is provided between the seat back frame 16 and the seat back pad 18. This noise suppression sheet 20 is formed of plastic such as polyethylene, non-woven fabric, etc., and has a bag shape. As shown in FIG. 3, the noise suppression sheet 20 can be put on the seat back frame 16 from above it.
[0047] As shown in FIG. 2, in the present embodiment, the abnormal noise suppression sheet 20 has a substantially trapezoidal shape when viewed from the front, and is formed such that the lower end side is slightly larger than the upper end. Further, at the central portion of the upper end of the abnormal noise suppression sheet 20, a pair of semi-circular relief holes 46 and 48 are cut out toward the lower side of the abnormal noise suppression sheet 20. Since the abnormal noise suppression sheet 20 is in a bag shape, when the abnormal noise suppression sheet 20 is expanded, the relief holes 46 and 48 each become substantially circular.
[0048] Note that the relief holes 46 and 48 are formed at positions corresponding to the headrest holders 32 and 34 provided on the seat back frame 16 in a state where the abnormal noise suppression sheet 20 covers the seat back frame 16.
[0049] Also, in the present embodiment, work holes 50 that are accessible to the seat back frame 16 are formed through the abnormal noise suppression sheet 20 below the relief holes 46 and 48 at the upper end portion 20A of the abnormal noise suppression sheet 20, respectively. That is, as shown in FIG. 5, the work holes 50 are formed at portions corresponding to the front side and the back side of the seat back frame 16 in a state where the abnormal noise suppression sheet 20 covers the seat back frame 16.
[0050] Furthermore, in the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 2, through holes 52 are cut out from the central portion 20B in the vertical direction of the abnormal noise suppression sheet 20 toward the inner side in the width direction of the abnormal noise suppression sheet 20 over the lower side at both side ends of the abnormal noise suppression sheet 20, respectively. A side airbag (not shown) may be disposed in the seat back 12 (see FIG. 1). The through holes 52 are formed at portions corresponding to the side airbags disposed on the side frames 22 of the seat back frame 16 in a state where the abnormal noise suppression sheet 20 covers the seat back frame 16.
[0051] Furthermore, in the present embodiment, a hole portion (engaged portion) 54 is formed through the noise suppression sheet 20 at the central portion on the lower end portion 20C side of the noise suppression sheet 20. As described above, a center wire 44 is provided along the vertical direction of the seat back 12 at the central portion in the width direction of the spring mat 36 shown in FIG. 1, and the lower end portion 44A of the center wire 44 is arranged so as to protrude from the main wire 40. Therefore, the hole portion 54 is formed in a portion corresponding to the lower end portion 44A side of the center wire 44 in a state where the noise suppression sheet 20 covers the seat back frame 16.
[0052] (Function and Effect of Vehicle Seat) Next, the function and effect of the vehicle seat 10 according to the present embodiment will be described.
[0053] As shown in FIG. 3, in the present embodiment, the noise suppression sheet 20 is configured to cover the seat back frame 16 serving as the skeletal member of the seat back 12, and the hole portion 54 is formed in the noise suppression sheet 20.
[0054] The hole portion 54 is configured to be engaged with the lower end portion 44A of the center wire 44 provided on the seat back frame 16. As shown in FIG. 5, in a state where the noise suppression sheet 20 covers the seat back frame 16, the lower end portion 44A of the center wire 44 provided on the seat back frame 16 is inserted into the hole portion 54 formed in the noise suppression sheet 20, so that, as shown in FIG. 6, the hole portion 54 is engaged with the lower end portion 44A of the center wire 44.
[0055] As shown in FIG. 1, a seat back pad 18 is attached to the outside of the seat back frame 16, and the noise suppression sheet 20 shown in FIG. 2 is provided between the seat back frame 16 and the seat back pad 18.
[0056] In this way, by providing the noise suppression sheet 20 between the seat back frame 16 and the seat back pad 18, it is possible to prevent the seat back frame 16 and the seat back pad 18 from coming into direct contact with each other. Thereby, in the present embodiment, the generation of abnormal noise caused by the direct contact between the seat back frame 16 and mechanical components (not shown) disposed within the seat back frame 16 and the like and the seat back pad 18 is suppressed.
[0057] And in the present embodiment, in a state where the noise suppression sheet 20 covers the seat back frame 16, the hole portion 54 formed in the noise suppression sheet 20 is engaged with the lower end portion 44A of the center wire 44 provided on the seat back frame 16, thereby making it possible to suppress the displacement of the noise suppression sheet 20 with respect to the seat back frame 16.
[0058] Thereby, it is possible to suppress the abnormal noise generated between the seat back frame 16 and the seat back pad 18 due to the displacement of the noise suppression sheet 20 with respect to the seat back frame 16.
[0059] Further, in the present embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the hole portion 54 is provided at the lower end portion 20C and the central portion in the width direction of the noise suppression sheet 20. A center wire 44 as a locking portion is provided at the central portion in the seat width direction of the seat back frame 16, and the hole portion 54 is formed at a portion corresponding to the lower end portion 44A of the center wire 44.
[0060] Since the lower end portion 44A of the center wire 44 is arranged so as to protrude from the main wire 40, when covering the seat back frame 16 with the noise suppression sheet 20, the lower end portion 44A of the center wire 44 provided on the seat back frame 16 can be inserted into the hole portion 54 formed in the noise suppression sheet 20. Thereby, in the present embodiment, it is possible to suppress the displacement of the noise suppression sheet 20 with respect to the seat back frame 16 via the lower end portion 44A of the center wire 44 and the hole portion 54.
[0061] Also, in the present embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the abnormal noise suppression sheet 20 is placed over the upper side of the seat back frame 16. Therefore, in the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 6, the lower end portion 20C of the abnormal noise suppression sheet 20 is locked by the lower end portion 16C of the seat back frame 16, so that the abnormal noise suppression sheet 20 covers the entire seat back frame 16, and it is possible to suppress the displacement of the abnormal noise suppression sheet 20 from the upper end portion 20A to the lower end portion 20C.
[0062] Also, in the present embodiment, in order to suppress the displacement of the abnormal noise suppression sheet 20 at one location at the lower end portion 20C and the central portion in the width direction of the abnormal noise suppression sheet 20, it is possible to minimize an increase in the number of man-hours associated with suppressing the displacement of the abnormal noise suppression sheet 20.
[0063] Furthermore, in the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 5, relief holes 46 and 48 are formed in a portion corresponding to the upper end portion 16A of the seat back frame 16 in a state where the abnormal noise suppression sheet 20 covers the seat back frame 16, so that the headrest holders 32 and 34 are exposed. Thereby, in the present embodiment, in a state where the abnormal noise suppression sheet 20 covers the seat back frame 16, the legs 28 and 30 of the headrest 14 shown in FIG. 1 can be directly inserted into the headrest holders 32 and 34 through the relief holes 46 and 48.
[0064] As a comparative example, although not shown, it is conceivable to form a cut or the like in advance at the position where the legs of the headrest are inserted. In this case, however, when the legs of the headrest are inserted, the amount of cut may increase. On the other hand, in the present embodiment, since the headrest holders 32 and 34 are exposed through the relief holes 46 and 48, such a problem does not occur.
[0065] In addition, in the present embodiment, with the noise suppression sheet 20 covering the seat back frame 16, work holes 50 accessible to the seat back frame 16 are formed in portions corresponding to the front side and the back side of the seat back frame 16. Thereby, in the present embodiment, with the noise suppression sheet 20 covering the seat back frame 16, harness routing work and the like can be performed through the work holes 50.
[0066] Here, in the present embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the work holes 50 and the hole portions 54 are formed to penetrate through the front side and the back side. Thereby, in the present embodiment, since it is not necessary to separately form the work holes 50 and the hole portions 54 on the front side and the back side in the formation of the noise suppression sheet 20, the man-hours can be reduced.
[0067] In addition, in the present embodiment, since the distinction between the front and the back can be eliminated in the noise suppression sheet 20, it is not necessary to confirm the front and the back of the noise suppression sheet 20 when covering the seat back frame 16 with the noise suppression sheet 20, and the man-hours for that can be reduced.
[0068] Furthermore, in the present embodiment, with the noise suppression sheet 20 covering the seat back frame 16, through holes 52 are formed in portions corresponding to side airbags (not shown) provided on the side portions of the seat back frame 16. Thereby, in the present embodiment, when the side airbags expand and deploy during a vehicle collision, the expansion and deployment of the side airbags are not hindered.
[0069] Here, since the side airbags are provided on the outer side in the vehicle width direction of the vehicle seat, in the noise suppression sheet 20, it is sufficient if the through holes 52 are formed on one side in the width direction. However, it is not necessary to confirm the front and the back of the noise suppression sheet 20 when covering the seat back frame 16 with the noise suppression sheet 20, and the man-hours for that can be reduced.
[0070] In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 6, a hole 54 is formed in the lower end portion 20C of the abnormal noise suppression sheet 20, and the lower end portion 44A of the center wire 44 provided on the seat back frame 16 is inserted through the hole 54, whereby the lower end portion 20C of the abnormal noise suppression sheet 20 is locked to the lower end portion 16C of the seat back frame 16. However, as long as the abnormal noise suppression sheet 20 can be locked to the seat back frame 16, it is not limited to this method.
[0071] For example, although not shown in the drawings, the abnormal noise suppression sheet 20 may be locked to the hook member 42 shown in FIG. 1, or the abnormal noise suppression sheet 20 may be locked to the lower panel 24, the side frame 22, etc.
[0072] Also, in this embodiment, the lower end portion 20C of the abnormal noise suppression sheet 20 is locked by the lower end portion 16C of the seat back frame 16 to suppress the displacement of the abnormal noise suppression sheet 20. However, as long as the displacement of the abnormal noise suppression sheet 20 can be suppressed, the location where the abnormal noise suppression sheet 20 is locked to the seat back frame 16 is not limited to this.
[0073] Furthermore, in this embodiment, by locking the abnormal noise suppression sheet 20 to the seat back frame 16 at one location at the lower end portion 20C and the central portion in the width direction of the abnormal noise suppression sheet 20, an increase in the working man-hours associated with suppressing the displacement of the abnormal noise suppression sheet 20 is minimized. However, it goes without saying that there may be a plurality of locking locations.
[0074] In addition, the present invention can be implemented with various modifications without departing from the gist thereof. Needless to say, the scope of rights of the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment.
