Summary of the Invention
Problems to be Solved by the Invention
[0005] By the way, a construction worker may be involved in a plurality of construction projects. In this case, if the foundation construction is carried out simultaneously, a set of positioning tools is required at each site. Therefore, the construction worker needs to prepare a plurality of sets of positioning tools in advance. Maintaining an inventory of a large number of sets of positioning tools is a management burden for the construction worker.
Means for Solving the Problems
[0006] (1) The anchor bolt installation jig for solving the above problems is an anchor bolt installation jig for installing an anchor bolt in a foundation, and includes a support for supporting the anchor bolt and a positioning tool for positioning the support with respect to the foundation. The positioning tool is configured such that a plurality of the supports are temporarily assembled to the positioning tool.
[0007] According to the above configuration, after temporarily assembling a plurality of supports at a predetermined position on the positioning tool, the positioning tool can be arranged in the formwork in a state where the plurality of supports are temporarily assembled. Therefore, the plurality of supports can be fixed to the formwork in a state where the positional relationship between the plurality of supports is defined. Then, the positioning tool can be removed from the plurality of supports fixed to the formwork. Therefore, the removed positioning tool can be reused. From such a situation, the inventory of the anchor bolt installation jig can be reduced.
[0008] (2) In the anchor bolt installation jig according to the above (1), the support has a fixing portion fixed to the formwork of the foundation to be constructed and a support portion extending from the fixing portion to support the anchor bolt. The support portion has an anchor hole through which the anchor bolt is inserted and a first engaging portion with which a temporary assembly member for temporarily assembling the support and the positioning tool engages. The positioning tool has a second engaging portion with which the temporary assembly member engages and a reference portion for determining the position of the positioning tool with respect to the foundation. According to this configuration, the support can be positioned with respect to the positioning tool by the temporary assembly member.
[0009] (3) In the anchor bolt installation jig according to the above (2), the anchor hole of the support is configured to also serve as the first engaging portion. According to this configuration, the support can be configured with a simple structure.
[0010] (4) In the anchor bolt installation jig according to any one of (2) or (3) above, the fixing portion includes a fixing main body portion fixed to the formwork, and a connecting portion extending upward from an edge of the fixing main body portion to connect the fixing main body portion and the supporting portion. According to this configuration, in a state where concrete is placed in the formwork, a gap can be provided between the upper surface of the concrete and the supporting portion. Therefore, it is easy to level the upper surface of the concrete under the supporting portion with a trowel.
[0011] (5) In the anchor bolt installation jig according to any one of (2) to (4) above, the fixing portion has a temporary fixing portion temporarily fixed to the formwork. According to this configuration, when a positioning tool with a support tool temporarily assembled is arranged at a predetermined position with respect to the foundation, the support tool can be temporarily fixed to the formwork. Therefore, after arranging the positioning tool with the support tool temporarily assembled at a predetermined position, the operator can adjust the position of the support tool without supporting the positioning tool.
[0012] (6) The anchor bolt installation method for solving the above problems is an anchor bolt installation method for installing an anchor bolt in a formwork of a foundation, including a first step of temporarily assembling a plurality of support tools for supporting the anchor bolt to a positioning tool, a second step of arranging the positioning tool with the support tool temporarily assembled so that the plurality of support tools are arranged at a predetermined position with respect to the foundation, a third step of fixing the plurality of support tools to the formwork of the foundation, and a fourth step of removing the positioning tool from the support tool.
[0013] According to this configuration, after fixing the support tool to the formwork, the positioning tool can be reused. For example, the positioning tool can be taken to another site. Also, conventionally, a plurality of positioning tools were required to install a plurality of anchor bolts in a foundation. However, according to this technology, since the positioning tool can be removed from the support tool immediately after the installation of the support tool, the number of positioning tools used at one site can be reduced.
[0014] (7) In the anchor bolt installation method according to (6) above, the support tool has a fixing portion fixed to the formwork and a support portion extending from the fixing portion to support the anchor bolt. The support portion has an anchor hole through which the anchor bolt is inserted and a first engagement portion with which a temporary assembly member for temporarily assembling the support tool and the positioning tool engages. The positioning tool has a second engagement portion with which the temporary assembly member engages and a reference portion for determining the position of the positioning tool with respect to the foundation. According to this configuration, the support tool can be positioned at a predetermined position with respect to the positioning tool by the temporary assembly member.
Effect of the Invention
[0015] According to the anchor bolt installation jig and the anchor bolt installation method of the present disclosure, the inventory of the anchor bolt installation jig can be reduced.

Embodiments for Carrying Out the Invention
[0017] <Anchor Bolt Installation Fixture> With reference to FIGS. 1 to 11, the anchor bolt installation fixture 10 will be described. In the present embodiment, the anchor bolt 1 is provided with respect to the foundation 3 of the building to be constructed. In the following description, for the sake of brevity, "with respect to the foundation 3 to be constructed" is simply described as "with respect to the foundation 3". Therefore, the description of "with respect to the foundation 3" shown below means "with respect to the foundation 3 to be constructed". Specifically, "with respect to the foundation 3 to be constructed" means "with respect to the reference line L in the foundation 3 to be constructed".
[0018] The anchor bolt installation fixture 10 is a fixture for installing the anchor bolt 1 in the foundation 3 of the building. The foundation 3 is composed of concrete 4 and reinforcing bars 5. Further, the foundation 3 includes the anchor bolt 1. The foundation 3 is formed by placing the concrete 4 in the formwork 2. In the case of a solid foundation, the formwork 2 is composed of formwork plates 2A. The formwork plates 2A are installed so as to surround the outer periphery of the foundation 3 to be constructed. The formwork plates 2A are supported by the ground 7 by support rods 2C (see FIG. 6).
[0019] Examples of the foundation 3 to which the anchor bolt installation fixture 10 is applied are not limited. Examples of the foundation 3 include a solid foundation and a mat foundation. The anchor bolt installation fixture 10 shown in the present embodiment can be suitably used for a solid foundation.
[0020] The formwork 2 corresponding to the rising part of the cloth foundation includes two formwork plates 2A installed parallel to each other. Therefore, the anchor bolts 1 arranged between the two formwork plates 2A can be supported by a support member supported by the two formwork plates 2A. On the other hand, in the case of a monolithic foundation, the formwork plates 2A are installed so as to surround the foundation 3. Therefore, the fixture 20 for supporting the anchor bolts 1 is fixed to the formwork plate 2A in a cantilever state (see FIGS. 5 and 9). In order to arrange the fixture 20 supported by the formwork plate 2A in a cantilever state at a predetermined position, the anchor bolt installation jig 10 according to the present embodiment can be preferably used.
[0021] The anchor bolt 1 is provided such that a part of the anchor bolt 1 is exposed from the upper surface 3A of the foundation 3 (see FIG. 11). The portion 1B other than the exposed portion 1A of the anchor bolt 1 is embedded in the concrete 4 constituting the foundation 3. The exposed portion 1A exposed in the anchor bolt 1 is coupled to the column of the building body erected on the foundation 3.
[0022] In one example, the anchor bolts 1 are installed along the outer periphery of the foundation 3. The anchor bolts 1 are installed so as to be located inside the formwork 2 in a process after the formwork 2 of the foundation 3 is installed and before the concrete 4 is placed in the formwork 2. The anchor bolt installation jig 10 is used for installing the anchor bolts 1 at this stage. Hereinafter, the configuration of the anchor bolt installation jig 10 will be described.
[0023] The anchor bolt installation jig 10 includes a fixture 20 for supporting the anchor bolts 1 and a positioning tool 30 (see FIG. 3). In the following description, in a plan view, the direction along the formwork 2 is referred to as the first direction D1, and the direction orthogonal to the first direction D1 is referred to as the second direction D2.
[0024] <Supporting tool> Referring to FIG. 1, the fixture 20 will be described. The fixture 20 has a fixing portion 21 fixed to the formwork 2 and a supporting portion 25.
[0025] The fixing part 21 has a fixing main body part 22. The fixing main body part 22 is fixed to the formwork 2. The fixing main body part 22 is disposed on the upper surface 2B of the formwork 2. The width of the fixing main body part 22 is equal to or shorter than the width of the formwork 2. The fixing main body part 22 has a plurality of screw holes 24. The screw holes 24 are configured as long holes. The screw holes 24 extend in the second direction D2 in a state where the fixing main body part 22 is disposed on the upper surface 2B of the formwork 2. Since the screw holes 24 are long holes, the support tool 20 can be position-adjusted in the second direction D2 with respect to the formwork 2.
[0026] The fixing part 21 may further have a connecting part 23. The connecting part 23 connects the fixing main body part 22 and the support part 25. The connecting part 23 may be omitted. In this case, the support part 25 is directly connected to the fixing main body part 22. In one example, the fixing main body part 22, the support part 25, and the connecting part 23 are integrally formed. Specifically, the fixing main body part 22, the support part 25, and the connecting part 23 are integrally formed by press working of sheet metal.
[0027] The connecting part 23 extends upward from the end of the fixing main body part 22 in the second direction D2. The connecting part 23 is provided for the following purpose. When placing the concrete 4 in the formwork 2, the concrete 4 may be poured up to the same height as the upper surface 2B of the formwork 2. For such a case, the connecting part 23 is provided on the support tool 20 so that a gap S is formed between the upper surface 4A of the concrete 4 and the support part 25. The height of the connecting part 23 is set so that a trowel for leveling the concrete 4 can enter the gap S. Further, the height H of the connecting part 23 is also a factor that determines the height of the exposed part 1A exposed from the concrete 4 in the anchor bolt 1.
[0028] The support part 25 supports the anchor bolt 1. The support part 25 extends from the fixing part 21. Specifically, in a side view, the support part 25 extends parallel to the fixing main body part 22 from the upper end of the connecting part 23. In a plan view, the support part 25 extends to the side opposite to the fixing main body part 22 with respect to the connecting part 23.
[0029] The support portion 25 has anchor holes 26 through which the anchor bolts 1 are inserted. In one example, the support portion 25 is provided with four anchor holes 26 and an anchor reference portion 27. The four anchor holes 26 are arranged at positions equidistant from the anchor reference portion 27. Further, the four anchor holes 26 are arranged such that the shape formed by the four anchor holes 26 is a square. The anchor reference portion 27 is also used as a mark indicating the reference position of the support 20. The anchor reference portion 27 is used in the position adjustment of the support 20 after the support 20 is fixed to the formwork 2. For example, the anchor reference portion 27 is used as the reference position of the support 20 when checking the positional deviation between the reference line L (for example, a water line) stretched against the foundation 3 and the support 20. The anchor reference portion 27 is configured as a hole, a depression, or an engraved mark penetrating the support portion 25. The anchor reference portion 27 is configured to be visible in size.
[0030] The support portion 25 further has a first engagement portion 28. The first engagement portion 28 is a portion where the temporary assembly member 29 engages. The temporary assembly member 29 is a member for temporarily assembling the support 20 and the positioner 30. The temporary assembly member 29 is, for example, a bolt 29A (see FIG. 7). Another example of the temporary assembly member 29 is a wedge-shaped pin. The wedge-shaped pin is also called a "shino". The first engagement portion 28 is configured as, for example, a through hole through which the bolt 29A is inserted. In the present embodiment, the anchor hole 26 is configured to also serve as the first engagement portion 28.
[0031] <Positioner> Referring to FIGS. 2 and 3, the positioner 30 will be described. The positioner 30 is a tool for positioning the support 20 with respect to the foundation 3. Specifically, the positioner 30 positions a plurality of supports 20 with respect to the reference line L (for example, a water line) stretched during the construction of the foundation 3.
[0032] The positioner 30 is composed of a long plate material. When the positioner 30 is used, the positioner 30 is arranged along the formwork 2.
[0033] The positioning tool 30 has a first end 30A that extends in the longitudinal direction of the positioning tool 30. The first end 30A extends linearly. The positioning tool 30 has a second end 30B on the side opposite to the first end 30A. The second end 30B extends parallel to the first end 30A.
[0034] The positioning tool 30 is configured such that a plurality of supports 20 are temporarily assembled at a predetermined position of the positioning tool 30. The positioning tool 30 has a plurality of temporary assembly parts 31. The temporary assembly part 31 is a part where the support 20 is temporarily assembled. The plurality of temporary assembly parts 31 are provided at a predetermined interval in the longitudinal direction of the positioning tool 30. In one example, the plurality of temporary assembly parts 31 are provided at equal intervals. The temporary assembly part 31 is configured to be large enough for the entire support part 25 of the support 20 to come into contact.
[0035] The positioning tool 30 has a second engagement part 32 with which the temporary assembly member 29 engages and a reference part 33 for determining the position of the positioning tool 30 with respect to the foundation 3. The temporary assembly member 29 is a bolt 29A or a wedge-shaped pin as described above. The second engagement part 32 is configured as a through-hole through which the bolt 29A is inserted. The second engagement part 32 and the reference part 33 are provided at the temporary assembly part 31.
[0036] The plurality of second engagement parts 32 are configured in the same manner as the plurality of first engagement parts 28. In the present embodiment, the anchor hole 26 also serves as the first engagement part 28. Since four anchor holes 26 are provided in the support part 25, similarly, four second engagement parts 32 are provided in the temporary assembly part 31. The arrangement of the four second engagement parts 32 is configured to be the same as the arrangement of the four anchor holes 26 of the support 20. Specifically, the four second engagement parts 32 are arranged such that the shape formed by the four second engagement parts 32 is a square.
[0037] As shown in Fig. 3, in the temporary assembly of the positioning tool 30 and the support tool 20, the support tool 20 is arranged below the positioning tool 30. Specifically, the support tool 20 is arranged such that the support portion 25 of the support tool 20 contacts the temporary assembly portion 31 on the lower surface of the positioning tool 30. At this time, the support tool 20 is arranged on the positioning tool 30 such that the four first engaging portions 28 and the four second engaging portions 32 overlap each other. Then, a bolt 29A is inserted through the communication holes of the first engaging portion 28 and the second engaging portion 32. A nut 29B is attached to the bolt 29A, and by tightening the nut 29B, the support tool 20 is temporarily assembled to the positioning tool 30.
[0038] The reference portion 33 of the positioning tool 30 is used as the reference position of the positioning tool 30. Specifically, the reference portion 33 is used as the reference position of the positioning tool 30 when positioning the positioning tool 30 with respect to the reference line L (for example, a water line) stretched against the foundation 3 after the positioning tool 30 is arranged on the formwork 2.
[0039] The reference portion 33 is arranged at a position equidistant from the four second engaging portions 32. The reference portion 33 is configured as a through hole penetrating the positioning tool 30. The reference portion 33 is configured to have a size such that the anchor reference portion 27 of the support tool 20 can be visually recognized through the through hole as the reference portion 33 in a state where the positioning tool 30 and the support tool 20 are temporarily assembled.
[0040] The positioning tool 30 may be provided with holes 34 for weight reduction. The holes 34 are provided between the two temporary assembly portions 31. The positioning tool 30 may have a notch portion configured to notch the second end 30B instead of the holes 34.
[0041] Referring to Figs. 4 and 5, the usage method of the anchor bolt installation jig 10 will be described. For the purpose of attaching the support tool 20 to the formwork 2, first, the support tool 20 is temporarily assembled to the positioning tool 30. The operator uses the positioning tool 30 to which the support tool 20 is temporarily assembled to attach the support tool 20 to a predetermined position on the formwork 2.
[0042] On the ground 7 on which the foundation 3 is constructed, a reference line L (for example, a water line) indicating the position where the anchor bolt 1 is to be installed is stretched. The reference line L includes a first reference line L1 and a second reference line L2. The second reference line L2 is stretched so as to be orthogonal to the first reference line L1. The intersection point P where the first reference line L1 and the second reference line L2 intersect overlaps with the installation reference point PX of the anchor bolt 1. The intersection point P is located near the outer corner or the inner corner of the foundation 3.
[0043] As shown in FIG. 4, the positioning tool 30 with the fixture 20 temporarily assembled is arranged such that the reference portion 33 of the positioning tool 30 overlaps with the intersection point P of the first reference line L1 and the second reference line L2, and a plurality of reference portions 33 in the positioning tool 30 are located on the first reference line L1. Then, the plurality of fixtures 20 temporarily fixed to the positioning tool 30 are arranged at predetermined positions with respect to the foundation 3.
[0044] As shown in FIG. 5, the fixture 20 arranged at the predetermined position is fixed to the formwork 2A by screws 6. Also, the positioning tool 30 is removed from the fixture 20 fixed by the screws 6. The anchor bolt 1 is attached to the fixture 20 fixed in this way. Since the fixture 20 is arranged at a predetermined position with respect to the foundation 3, the anchor bolt 1 can be arranged at a predetermined position with respect to the foundation 3 simply by inserting the anchor bolt 1 into the fixture 20.
[0045] <Method for installing anchor bolts> With reference to FIGS. 4 and 6 to 11, a method for installing anchor bolts will be described. The method for installing anchor bolts shows a method for installing the anchor bolts 1 in the formwork 2 of the foundation 3. The method for installing anchor bolts is used in the construction of the foundation 3.
[0046] FIG. 6 shows a state where the formwork 2 is installed on the ground 7. A groove 8 is provided in the ground 7. The formwork 2 is installed so as to surround the foundation 3 to be constructed. The formwork 2 is arranged along the groove 8 outside the groove 8. The reinforcing bars 5 are provided along the groove 8. Also, the reinforcing bars 5 are arranged throughout the surface of the ground 7 where the foundation 3 is to be provided.
[0047] Figures 7, 8, and 9 are diagrams showing the anchor bolt installation method. The anchor bolt installation method includes at least a first step to a fourth step.
[0048] As shown in Figure 7, in the first step, a plurality of supports 20 are temporarily assembled to the positioning tool 30. Specifically, the plurality of supports 20 are arranged below the positioning tool 30 (see Figures 3 and 7). The supports 20 are arranged such that the support portions 25 of the supports 20 contact the temporary assembly portion 31 on the lower surface of the positioning tool 30. The four first engaging portions 28 and the four second engaging portions 32 are arranged so as to overlap each other (see Figure 3). Then, as described above, the positioning tool 30 and the supports 20 are temporarily assembled.
[0049] In the second step, the positioning tool 30 (hereinafter, the temporarily assembled positioning tool 30X) to which the supports 20 are temporarily assembled is arranged so that the plurality of supports 20 are arranged at a predetermined position with respect to the foundation 3. Specifically, the temporarily assembled positioning tool 30X is positioned with respect to the reference line L stretched on the ground 7 where the foundation 3 is provided (see Figure 4).
[0050] As shown in Figure 4, a reference line L (for example, a water line) is stretched on the ground 7 where the foundation 3 is provided. The first reference line L1 is stretched so as to be separated from the formwork 2 by a predetermined distance in the second direction D2 and along the formwork 2. Also, the second reference line L2 is orthogonal to the first reference line L1 and passes through the installation reference point PX of the anchor bolt 1 on the first reference line L1. The intersection point P of the first reference line L1 and the second reference line L2 overlaps the installation reference point PX of the anchor bolt 1. If the second reference line L2 is provided at all of the installation reference points PX of the anchor bolt 1, the number of reference lines L stretched on the ground 7 becomes excessive, which hinders the leveling operation of the concrete 4, so some of the second reference lines L2 are omitted.
[0051] The temporary assembly positioning tool 30X is arranged such that the reference portion 33 at the end of the positioning tool 30 overlaps with the intersection point P of the first reference line L1 and the second reference line L2, and a plurality of reference portions 33 on the positioning tool 30 are located on the first reference line L1. Thereby, a plurality of supports 20 temporarily assembled to the positioning tool 30 are arranged at predetermined positions with respect to the reference line L. At this time, both ends of the temporary assembly positioning tool 30X are supported by an operator.
[0052] As shown in FIG. 8, in the third step, a plurality of supports 20 are fixed to the formwork 2 of the foundation 3. Specifically, in a state where the temporary assembly positioning tool 30X is arranged at a predetermined position with respect to the foundation 3, the fixing portion 21 of the support 20 in a state of being temporarily assembled to the positioning tool 30 is fixed to the formwork 2 with screws 6.
[0053] As shown in FIG. 9, in the fourth step, the positioning tool 30 is removed from the support 20. The positioning tool 30 from which the support 20 has been removed can be used for the temporary assembly of other supports 20.
[0054] As shown in FIG. 10, an anchor bolt 1 is attached to the support 20 fixed to the formwork 2. Specifically, the anchor bolt 1 is inserted into the anchor hole 26 (see FIG. 5). Then, the anchor bolt 1 is fixed to the support 20 with a nut 39.
[0055] Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 11, after the installation of the anchor bolt 1, concrete 4 is placed into the formwork 2. After this, the surface of the concrete 4 is leveled with a trowel or a float. On the surface of the concrete 4, the portion under the support 20 is leveled with a float.
[0056] <Function of the Embodiment> The function of this embodiment will be described. Conventionally, the anchor bolt 1 has been supported by an anchor support fixed to the formwork 2. These anchor supports are fixed at the location where the anchor bolt 1 is installed. Therefore, when a large number of anchor bolts 1 are provided along the outer periphery of the foundation 3, it takes a great deal of time to position the anchor supports.
[0057] In this embodiment, the plurality of supports 20 are temporarily assembled to the temporary assembly part 31 at a predetermined position of the positioning tool 30. At this time, the positional relationship between the plurality of supports 20 is accurately defined by temporarily assembling the supports 20 to the temporary assembly part 31 of the positioning tool 30. Therefore, by arranging any one of the supports 20 temporarily assembled to the positioning tool 30 at a predetermined position on the foundation 3 and arranging the positioning tool 30 in a predetermined orientation with respect to the foundation 3, the other supports 20 are also arranged at predetermined positions with respect to the foundation 3. Specifically, as described above, the reference part 33 at the end of the positioning tool 30 overlaps with the intersection point P of the first reference line L1 and the second reference line L2, and the plurality of reference parts 33 on the positioning tool 30 are located on the first reference line L1, and the temporarily assembled positioning tool 30X is arranged. Thereby, the plurality of supports 20 temporarily assembled to the positioning tool 30 are arranged at predetermined positions with respect to the reference line L. In this way, the plurality of supports 20 can be substantially simultaneously arranged at predetermined positions with respect to the foundation 3. Thereby, the working time for positioning the supports 20 can be shortened.
[0058] In addition, the positioning tool 30 is removed from the support 20 after the support 20 is fixed to the formwork 2. Therefore, the positioning tool 30 can be reused. For example, at one construction site, by reusing one to several positioning tools 30, a large number of anchor bolts 1 can be installed with respect to the foundation 3. Also, when a construction contractor is constructing multiple construction projects in parallel, the positioning tool 30 that has been used at one construction project can be taken to other sites.
[0059] <Effects of this embodiment> The effects of this embodiment will be described. (1) The anchor bolt installation jig 10 includes a support 20 that supports the anchor bolt 1 and a positioning tool 30 that positions the support 20 with respect to the foundation 3. The positioning tool 30 is configured such that a plurality of supports 20 are temporarily assembled to the positioning tool 30.
[0060] According to the above configuration, after temporarily assembling a plurality of supports 20 to the positioning tool 30 at predetermined positions, the positioning tool 30 can be arranged on the formwork 2 in a state where the plurality of supports 20 are temporarily assembled. Therefore, the plurality of supports 20 can be fixed to the formwork 2 in a state where the positional relationship between the plurality of supports 20 is defined. Then, the positioning tool 30 fixed to the formwork 2 can be removed. For this reason, the removed positioning tool 30 can be taken to other sites. Conventional positioning tools are used as jigs for supporting the anchor bolts 1 until the concrete 4 of the foundation 3 hardens, so the rotation rate of reusing the positioning tool 30 cannot be increased. In this regard, according to the above configuration, after fixing the support 20 to the formwork 2, the positioning tool 30 can be reused. For example, the positioning tool 30 can be taken to other sites.
[0061] Also, conventionally, a plurality of positioning tools 30 were required to install a large number of anchor bolts 1 in the foundation 3, but according to this configuration, there are the following effects. Immediately after installing the support 20, the positioning tool 30 can be removed from the support 20. And even at one site, the positioning tool 30 can be reused. For this reason, the number of positioning tools 30 used at one site can be reduced. Also in this regard, the constructor can reduce the inventory of the anchor bolt installation jig 10. In particular, the inventory of the positioning tool 30 can be reduced.
[0062] (2) The support portion 25 of the support 20 has a first engagement portion 28 with which the temporary assembly member 29 engages. The positioning tool 30 has a second engagement portion 32 with which the temporary assembly member 29 engages. According to this configuration, the support 20 can be positioned with respect to the positioning tool 30 by the temporary assembly member 29.
[0063] (3) The anchor hole 26 of the support 20 is configured to also serve as the first engagement portion 28. According to this configuration, the support 20 can be configured with a simple structure.
[0064] (4) The fixing part 21 of the support tool 20 includes a fixing main body part 22 fixed to the formwork 2 and a connecting part 23. The connecting part 23 extends upward from the edge of the fixing main body part 22 to connect the fixing main body part 22 and the support part 25. According to this configuration, in a state where the concrete 4 is placed in the formwork 2, a gap S can be formed between the upper surface 4A of the concrete 4 and the support part 25 (see FIG. 11). Therefore, it is easy to level the upper surface 4A of the concrete 4 under the support part 25 with a trowel.
[0065] (5) The anchor bolt installation method includes a first step to a fourth step. In the first step, a plurality of support tools 20 that support the anchor bolts 1 are temporarily assembled to the positioning tool 30. In the second step, the positioning tool 30 with the support tools 20 temporarily assembled is arranged so that a plurality of support tools 20 are arranged at predetermined positions with respect to the foundation 3. In the third step, a plurality of support tools 20 are fixed to the formwork 2 of the foundation 3. In the fourth step, the positioning tool 30 is removed from the support tool 20.
[0066] According to this configuration, after the support tool 20 is fixed to the formwork 2, the positioning tool 30 can be reused. For example, the positioning tool 30 can be taken to other sites. Conventionally, a plurality of positioning tools 30 were required to install a plurality of anchor bolts 1 on the foundation 3. In this regard, according to the present technology, since the positioning tool 30 can be immediately removed from the support tool 20 after the support tool 20 is installed, the number of positioning tools 30 used at one site can be reduced.
[0067] (6) In the anchor bolt installation method, the support part 25 of the support tool 20 has a first engaging part 28 with which the temporarily assembled member 29 engages. The positioning tool 30 has a second engaging part 32 with which the temporarily assembled member 29 engages. According to this configuration, the support tool 20 can be positioned at a predetermined position with respect to the positioning tool 30 by the temporarily assembled member 29.
[0068] <Modification example> The above-described embodiment is an example of a form that the anchor bolt installation jig 10 and the anchor bolt installation method can take, and is not intended to limit that form. The anchor bolt installation jig 10 and the anchor bolt installation method can take forms different from those exemplified in the above embodiment. Examples thereof are forms in which a part of the configuration of the embodiment is replaced, changed, or omitted, or forms in which a new configuration is added to the embodiment. Modification examples of the embodiment are shown below.
[0069] · As shown in FIG. 12, the fixing portion 21 of the support 20 may have a temporary fixing portion 50. The temporary fixing portion 50 is configured to be temporarily fixed to the formwork 2. The temporary fixing portion 50 has a temporary fixing main body portion 51 and two hanging portions 52. The temporary fixing main body portion 51 is connected to the lower surface of the fixing main body portion 22. The two hanging portions 52 are configured such that the formwork 2A can be inserted between the two hanging portions 52. The two hanging portions 52 are provided at both ends of the temporary fixing main body portion 51 in the second direction D2 and extend downward. The distance between the two hanging portions 52 is shorter than the width of the formwork 2A of the formwork 2.
[0070] According to such a support 20, when the temporary positioning tool 30X is arranged at a predetermined position with respect to the foundation 3, the support 20 can be temporarily fixed to the formwork 2 by inserting the formwork 2A between the two hanging portions 52 of the temporary fixing portion 50. Then, the positioning tool 30 is supported by a plurality of supports 20 temporarily fixed to the formwork 2A. Therefore, after the temporary positioning tool 30X is arranged at a predetermined position, the operator can adjust the position of the support 20 without supporting the positioning tool 30.
[0071] · In the above embodiment, the fixing main body portion 22, the support portion 25, and the connecting portion 23 of the support 20 are integrally formed. In contrast, the support 20 may be composed of a plurality of members. For example, the fixing main body portion 22 and the connecting portion 23 are formed of one member, and the support portion 25 is formed of a member different from the member including the fixing main body portion 22 and the connecting portion 23.
[0072] · The support tool 20 may be made of resin. By configuring the support tool 20 with resin, the weight of the support tool 20 can be reduced.
