Mode for Carrying Out the Invention
[0010] 〔Embodiment 1〕 Hereinafter, an embodiment of a shopping basket according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 4.
[0011] FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a shopping basket 1 according to the present embodiment. FIG. 2 is an exploded perspective view of the shopping basket 1. The shopping basket 1 includes a bottom wall component 100 and a second side wall portion which is a cylindrical side wall portion. The bottom wall component 100 and the side wall portion (the second side wall portion 200 including the lower stage 203 of the second side wall portion) are connected by a first fitting structure 2. Thereby, in the first fitting structure 2, the second side wall portion 200 including the lower stage 203 of the second side wall portion can be attached to and detached from the bottom wall component 100, and the size (capacity) of the shopping basket 1 can be changed to an arbitrary size.
[0012] In short, if the fitting between the side wall portion (the second side wall portion 203) and the bottom wall component 100 is released in the first fitting structure 2, a shopping basket 1 with a relatively small capacity of only the bottom wall component 100 can be realized. On the other hand, by fitting the side wall portion (the second side wall portion 203) and the bottom wall component 100 in the first fitting structure 2, a shopping basket 1 with a relatively large capacity is realized.
[0013] Hereinafter, each component will be described, and in the description, expressions such as "upper" and "lower" may be used. In this specification, when the shopping basket of the present embodiment is placed with the bottom plate portion of the bottom wall component horizontal with respect to the horizontal plane, the direction along the vertical direction toward the zenith (opening side) is defined as up (upward direction), and the opposite direction is defined as down (downward direction), and this definition is used.
[0014] (Bottom wall component 100) The bottom wall component 100 is a box-shaped structure including a substantially plate-shaped bottom plate portion 110 and a first side wall portion 120 extending upward from the peripheral edge of the bottom plate portion 110. A large number of through holes are provided throughout the bottom wall component 100, forming the shape of the basket.
[0015] The bottom plate portion 110 generally has a rectangular shape, and the first side wall portion 120 rises substantially vertically from the peripheral edge of this rectangle with respect to the upper surface of the bottom plate portion 110.
[0016] The first side wall portion 120 is provided with a locked portion 21 into which a convex portion 22 (locking portion) provided at the lower part of the inner surface of the second side wall portion 200 (specifically, the lower stage 203 of the second side wall portion) is fitted.
[0017] The locked portion 21 includes a fitting hole 24 (locking hole) for fitting and locking the convex portion 22 and a slit hole 26 formed in connection with the fitting hole 24. Specifically, the slit hole 26 is formed by an elongated through hole extending vertically along the wall surface of the first side wall portion 120, and fitting holes 24 are provided at both ends (upper end portion and lower end portion) thereof.
[0018] When the convex portion 22 of the lower stage 203 of the second side wall portion is fitted into the fitting hole 24, the convex portion 22 can be retained in the fitting hole 24 when an external pressure of a certain magnitude is not applied to the lower stage 203 of the second side wall portion. In short, the convex portion 22 is locked by the fitting hole 24, thereby restricting movement to the slit hole 26 and sliding within the slit hole 26.
[0019] In the slit hole 26, with the convex portion 22 fitted therein, the convex portion 22 can be slid along the longitudinal direction (vertical direction) of the slit hole 26. As a result, the second side wall portion 200 (specifically, the lower stage 203 of the second side wall portion) provided with the convex portion 22 is configured to expand and contract with respect to the bottom wall forming portion 100.
[0020] Here, the inner diameter of the lower stage 203 of the second side wall portion is larger than the outer diameter of the cylindrical first side wall portion 120. Therefore, when the lower stage 203 of the second side wall portion is contracted with respect to the bottom wall forming portion 100, the inner peripheral surface of the lower stage 203 of the second side wall portion overlaps with the outer peripheral surface of the first side wall portion 120 so as to face each other. This is shown in FIG. 4. The expansion and contraction in such a form can be called so-called telescopic expansion and contraction. If configured to expand and contract telescopically in this way, when it is desired to reduce the size (capacity) of the shopping basket 1, it is not necessary to remove the second side wall portion 200 (specifically, the lower stage 203 of the second side wall portion) from the bottom wall forming portion 100, and when it is desired to increase the size of the shopping basket 1, it can be extended, so the convenience is good.
[0021] As shown in FIG. 2, the locked portion 21 including the fitting hole 24 is provided in a total of six along the peripheral surface of the cylindrical first side wall portion 120. Accordingly, a total of six convex portions 22 are also provided on the inner peripheral surface of the lower stage 203 of the second side wall portion. Note that in FIG. 2, some of the convex portions 22 are hidden and not visible. In the example of FIG. 2, the disposed positions of the locked portion 21 (the fitting hole 24 and the slit hole 26) are provided in three each on a pair of long sides of a rectangle, but are not limited to this position. Also, the number of disposed ones is not limited to a total of six. The fitting hole 24 will also be described in conjunction with the description of FIG. 3 below.
[0022] (Second side wall portion 200) As shown in FIGS. 1, 2, and 4, the second side wall portion 200 has a configuration in which a plurality of stages are connected in series. Specifically, it includes the upper stage 201 of the second side wall portion located at the uppermost stage in a state where the second side wall portion 200 is extended to the maximum, the middle stage 202 of the second side wall portion located in the middle stage, and the lower stage 203 of the second side wall portion located in the lower stage. The above-mentioned convex portion 22 is provided on the inner surface of the lower stage 203 of these.
[0023] Each of the second side wall portions 200 that constitute the second side wall portion 200 is connected by a second fitting structure 3. That is, the lower stage 203 of the second side wall portion and the middle stage 202 of the second side wall portion are connected by the second fitting structure 3, and the middle stage 202 of the second side wall portion and the upper stage 201 of the second side wall portion are connected by the second fitting structure 3. Hereinafter, each second side wall portion will be described.
[0024] The lower stage 203 of the second side wall portion is provided with a locked portion 31 including a slit hole 36 (slit portion) that extends vertically along the wall surface, similar to the slit hole 26 of the first side wall portion 120, and fitting holes 34 (locked holes) provided at both ends of the slit hole 36.
[0025] A convex portion 32 (locking portion) provided on the inner surface of the middle stage 202 of the second side wall portion is slidably fitted into the slit hole 36. By sliding, the middle stage 202 of the second side wall portion is configured to expand and contract with respect to the lower stage 203 of the second side wall portion. The inner diameter of the cylindrical middle stage 202 of the second side wall portion is larger than the outer diameter of the cylindrical lower stage 203 of the second side wall portion. Therefore, when the middle stage 202 of the second side wall portion is contracted with respect to the lower stage 203 of the second side wall portion, the inner peripheral surface of the middle stage 202 of the second side wall portion overlaps with the outer peripheral surface of the lower stage 203 of the second side wall portion so as to face each other, and telescopic expansion and contraction are realized (FIG. 4).
[0026] The fitting hole 34 is provided so as to communicate with the slit hole 36, similar to the fitting hole 24 of the first side wall portion 120. The fitting hole 34 can lock and hold the convex portion 32 provided on the inner surface of the middle stage 202 of the second side wall portion. Specifically, when the convex portion 32 of the middle stage 202 of the second side wall portion is fitted into the fitting hole 34, the convex portion 32 of the middle stage 202 of the second side wall portion can be held in the fitting hole 34 when an external pressure of a certain magnitude is not applied to the middle stage 202 of the second side wall portion. When the convex portion 32 is locked in the fitting hole 34, the movement of the convex portion 32 to the slit hole 36 and the sliding in the slit hole 36 are restricted.
[0027] Here, with reference to FIG. 3, which shows an enlarged view of the structure of the enclosed area indicated by the dashed line in the central portion of the lower stage 203 of the second side wall shown in FIG. 2, the fitting hole 34 will be further described.
[0028] As shown in FIG. 3, fitting holes 34 are provided at the upper and lower ends of the slit hole 36, respectively. The boundary portion between the slit hole 36 and the fitting hole 34 has a shape in which the opening width becomes narrow and the opening portion is constricted. In the fitting hole 34 provided on the upper end side of the slit hole 36, the convex portion 32 provided at the lower part of the inner surface of the middle stage 202 of the second side wall when the middle stage 202 of the second side wall extends with respect to the lower stage 203 of the second side wall shown in FIG. 1 is fitted and locked. On the other hand, in the fitting hole 34 provided on the lower end side of the slit hole 36, the convex portion 32 provided at the lower part of the inner surface of the middle stage 202 of the second side wall when the middle stage 202 of the second side wall contracts with respect to the lower stage 203 of the second side wall shown in FIG. 1 is fitted and locked. Even when the convex portion 32 of the middle stage 202 of the second side wall is fitted and locked in the fitting hole 34 provided at the lower end of the slit hole 36 of the lower stage 203 of the second side wall, the convex portion 32 can be retained in the fitting hole 34 unless an external pressure of a certain magnitude is applied to the middle stage 202 of the second side wall. Thereby, the middle stage 202 of the second side wall does not freely expand and contract with respect to the lower stage 203 of the second side wall, and the expansion and contraction can be controlled by the operation of the user using the shopping basket 1.
[0029] Note that the fitting hole 24 and the slit hole 26 of the first side wall portion 120 described above are also equivalent to the fitting hole 34 and the slit hole 36 shown in FIG. 3.
[0030] As shown in FIG. 3, the convex portion 22 is a protruding structure protruding inward from the inner surface of the lower stage 203 of the second side wall. It has a constricted portion in the middle of the protruding shape so that the cross-sectional shape becomes a T shape. Thereby, it is possible to prevent the convex portion 22 from easily coming off from the fitting hole 24 and the slit hole 26.
[0031] Note that the convex portion 32 of the middle stage 202 of the second side wall and the convex portion 32 of the upper stage 201 of the second side wall may have the same structure as the convex portion 22 or may have different structures.
[0032] On the middle section 202 of the second side wall portion as well, similar to the lower section 203 of the second side wall portion, there is provided a locked portion 31 including a slit hole 36 (slit portion) which is a slit extending vertically along the wall surface, and fitting holes 34 (locked holes) provided at both ends of the slit hole 36. The convex portion 32 (locking portion) of the upper section 201 of the second side wall portion is fitted into the locked portion 31 of the middle section 202 of the second side wall portion, and the convex portion 32 is slidable along the longitudinal direction of the slit hole 36 when fitted into the slit hole 36. By this sliding, the middle section 202 of the second side wall portion is configured to expand and contract with respect to the lower section 203 of the second side wall portion.
[0033] Here, the inner diameter of the cylindrical upper section 201 of the second side wall portion is larger than the outer diameter of the cylindrical middle section 202 of the second side wall portion. Therefore, when the upper section 201 of the second side wall portion is contracted with respect to the middle section 202 of the second side wall portion, the inner peripheral surface of the upper section 201 of the second side wall portion overlaps with the outer peripheral surface of the middle section 202 of the second side wall portion so as to face each other, and telescopic expansion and contraction are realized (FIG. 4).
[0034] As described above, according to the shopping basket 1 of the present embodiment, the second side wall portion 200 is connected to the bottom wall component 100 by the fitting structure, and the fitting structure is adopted to expand and contract the second side wall portion 200 with respect to the bottom wall component 100. Thereby, the size of the shopping basket 1 can be changed.
[0035] In this embodiment, a plurality of second side wall portions (203, 202, 201) are connected in a stretchable manner. However, for example, these second side wall portions 203, 202, 201 may not be assembled and exist as single units, and a user may connect any number of second side wall portions to the bottom wall component 100. That is, for easier understanding, if described using the components shown in FIG. 1, not only can the shopping basket be used by locking only the lower stage 203 of the second side wall portion to the bottom wall component 100, but also the size (capacity) of the shopping basket can be increased by locking the middle stage 202 of the second side wall portion. In this way, a mode in which the user can arbitrarily increase the side wall portion of the basket may also be possible.
[0036] In the above example, when the locking portion is locked to the locked hole, the sliding of the locking portion along the slit portion is restricted, and the restriction is released by the user applying an external pressure and the locking portion slides. However, instead of the user applying an external pressure, when the user holds (lifts) the shopping basket 1 or when the shopping basket 1 is hung, the side wall portion may be extended as shown in FIG. 1 by the weight of the contents stored in the shopping basket 1. That is, as long as the locked portion has a structure (for example, a slit hole) that allows the locking portion (the side wall portion provided with the locking portion) to slide, the fitting holes 24, 34 may not be provided.
[0037] In the above example, the fitting holes 24, 34 and the slit holes 26, 36 were configured as through holes, but the present invention is not limited to this, and they may be configured by recesses that do not penetrate.
[0038] Also, in the above example, the convex portions 22, 32 protruding inwardly are provided on the inner surface of the side wall portion. However, the arrangement of the convex portions is not limited to this. For example, the convex portions may protrude outwardly on the outer peripheral surface of the side wall portion, or may protrude upwardly from the upper end surface of the side wall portion, or may protrude downwardly from the lower end surface of the side wall portion. In these cases, it is sufficient that the corresponding locked portions are provided.
[0039] In addition, in the above example, the engaged portion 21 (the fitting hole 24 and the slit hole 26) is provided on the first side wall portion 120, and the convex portion 22 (the locking portion) is provided on the lower stage 203 of the second side wall portion. However, the present invention is not limited to this. In short, a convex portion (locking portion) may be provided on the first side wall portion 120, and a locked hole corresponding to the engaged portion for locking the convex portion may be provided on the lower stage 203 of the second side wall portion.
[0040] In addition, in the above example, the mode in which the cylindrical side wall portions expand and contract in the vertical direction has been described. However, the present invention is not limited to this. For example, the lower stage 203 of the second side wall portion may be configured by arranging two U-shaped members facing each other in the horizontal direction. Instead of the elongated slit hole 36 along the vertical direction in the above example, an elongated slit portion may be provided along the horizontal direction, and the convex portion may slide in the horizontal direction along the slit portion.
[0041] Note that the above shopping basket 1 may be provided with a handle member that can be held by hand, passed through the arm, or equipped with a handle member. As an example, the handle member 400 (FIG. 6) of the following embodiment is available for the handle member.
[0042] In addition, for the above shopping basket 1, for example, it is also possible to arrange handle portions on each of the pair of short edges of the upper stage 201 of the second side wall portion. The handle portion has, for example, a structure that penetrates in the vertical direction, and can be configured such that a hand or a finger can be placed thereon. As an example, the handle portion 500 (FIG. 6) of the following embodiment is available for the handle portion.
[0043] 〔Modification Example〕 FIG. 5 is a diagram showing a modification example of the above embodiment. FIG. 5 is a partially enlarged view of the inner surface of the lower stage 203A of the second side wall portion, similar to FIG. 3.
[0044] In the lower part 203A of the second side wall portion of this modification example, there are no slit holes 36 (FIG. 3) in the above-described embodiment, and a plurality of fitting holes 34a, 34b, 34c (engaging holes) arranged along the vertical direction are provided. In this modification example, by changing the position where the convex portion 32 (FIG. 2) of the middle part 202 of the second side wall portion is fitted between the three fitting holes 34a, 34b, 34c shown in FIG. 5, the middle part 202 of the second side wall portion is configured to expand and contract with respect to the lower part 203A of the second side wall portion.
[0045] As an example of the convex portion for realizing this modification example, there is a configuration in which the protruding tip is bifurcated like the convex portion 22A shown in FIG. 5. In this case, the user can pinch the bifurcated portion with a finger or the like to eliminate the gap between the bifurcations, so that it can be inserted into and removed from the fitting holes 34a, 34b, 34c. In this case, when it is fitted into the fitting holes 34a, 34b, 34c, by restoring the gap between the bifurcations, the fitting hole and the convex portion can be locked to realize a fitting structure. Also, there may be one fitting hole (34a, 34b, 34c) or four or more. There may be two or more convex portions 22A.
[0046] Note that the configuration of this modification example is not limited to the lower part 203A of the second side wall portion, and can also be applied to other side wall portions.
[0047] 〔Embodiment 2〕 Other embodiments of the present invention will be described below. For the sake of convenience of explanation, members having the same functions as the members described in the above embodiment are given the same reference numerals, and the description thereof will not be repeated.
[0048] When the shopping basket of the present embodiment contains no articles or another shopping basket in its storage space (hereinafter, this state is referred to as the non-storage state), its shape can be changed into a compact form. Further, in the compact form, the shape is configured not to change inconveniently (not to return to the original state). Hereinafter, an example of an embodiment for realizing this configuration will be described. Also in the present embodiment, as in the above-described Embodiment 1, when explaining the components, expressions such as "upper" and "lower" may be used. In this specification, when the shopping basket of the present embodiment is placed with the bottom plate portion of the bottom wall component horizontal with respect to the horizontal plane, the direction along the vertical direction toward the zenith is defined as the up (direction), and the opposite direction is defined as the down (direction), and this definition is used.
[0049] FIG. 6 is an external perspective view of the shopping basket 1A in the non-assembled state of the shopping basket of the present embodiment. Here, the "non-assembled state" is a state in which a second side wall portion 200 described later is contracted in the non-storage state. In particular, the state of FIG. 6 is the form of the shopping basket 1A when carrying or storing the shopping basket 1A itself. On the other hand, FIG. 7 is an external perspective view of the shopping basket 1A in the assembled state. Here, the "assembled state" is a state in which a storage space for containing articles or another shopping basket is assembled, and is a state in which a second side wall portion 200 described later is assembled to a bottom wall component 100.
[0050] That is, the shopping basket 1A of the present embodiment includes a bottom wall component 100 including a substantially plate-shaped bottom plate portion 110 and a first side wall portion 120 extending upward from the peripheral portion of the bottom plate portion 110, and a second side wall portion 200 (cylindrical side wall portion) that forms a cylindrical body and telescopically extends and contracts with respect to the bottom wall component 100. Further, the shopping basket 1A includes a belt member 300 that connects the bottom wall component 100 and the second side wall portion 200, and restricts the second side wall portion 200 from contracting when the second side wall portion 200 is in a state of extending with respect to the bottom wall component 100, and restricts the second side wall portion 200 from extending when the second side wall portion 200 is in a state of contracting with respect to the bottom wall component 100 (locking portion, first fitting structure, second fitting structure).
[0051] Here, FIG. 8 is an exploded perspective view of the shopping basket 1A with each component disassembled, as seen from the upper side of the shopping basket 1A, and FIG. 9 is an exploded perspective view of the disassembled state, as seen from the lower side of the shopping basket 1A.
[0052] The bottom wall component 100 is a box-shaped structure including a substantially plate-shaped bottom plate portion 110 and a first side wall portion 120 extending upward from the peripheral edge of the bottom plate portion 110. A number of through holes are provided in the bottom wall component 100. Further, a first engaged portion 103 and a second engaged portion 105 (first fitting structure, engaged portion, engaged hole) are provided in the bottom wall component 100.
[0053] The first engaged portion 103 is a portion to be engaged by the engaging portion 305 (first fitting structure, second fitting structure) of the belt member 300. The first engaged portion 103 is provided at the boundary portion between the bottom plate portion 110 and the first side wall portion 120. In the example shown in FIGS. 6 to 9, the first engaged portions 103 are respectively provided at the intermediate positions of a pair of short edges of the bottom plate portion 110 having a rectangular peripheral side. Each first engaged portion 103 is a hole penetrating from the inner surface to the outer surface of the bottom wall component 100, and the engaging portion 305 of the belt member 300 can be inserted and fitted therein. When the shopping basket 1A is in the assembled state, the engaging portion 305 (FIG. 10) of a separate belt member 300 is engaged with one first engaged portion 103 and the other first engaged portion 103.
[0054] The second engaged part 105 is arranged in two along a pair of long edges of the bottom plate part 110 having a rectangular peripheral edge at the central part of the bottom plate part 110. When the shopping basket is in a non-assembled state, the locking parts 305 (FIG. 10) of different belt members 300 are locked to one second engaged part 105 and the other second engaged part 105. As shown in FIG. 12, the second engaged part 105 is composed of two penetrating regions arranged side by side. On one side (the side of the rail part 107 described later), an insertion region with a large opening diameter is provided, and on the other side, a fitting region with an opening diameter smaller than that of the insertion region is provided. On the other hand, the fitting region opens with a diameter substantially the same as (slightly smaller than) the diameter of the constricted part in the middle of the protruding shape of the locking part 305 (locking shaft part). The insertion region and the fitting region are continuous. Also, the two penetrating regions of the second engaged part 105 may be arranged in two side by side so as to be orthogonal to the rail part 107 described later. When locking the locking part 305 to the second engaged part 105, the locking part 305 is inserted into the insertion region with a large opening diameter and moved to the fitting region with a small opening diameter for fitting.
[0055] The first engaged part 103 and the second engaged part 105 are locked to the locking part 305 of the belt member 300 when the shape of the shopping basket 1A is different. Specifically, the locking part 305 is locked to the first engaged part 103 when the shopping basket 1A is in an assembled state, and is locked to the second engaged part 105 when the shopping basket 1 is in a non-assembled state.
[0056] On the upper surface of the bottom plate part 110, a rail part 107 (FIGS. 6 and 8) is further provided.
[0057] The rail part 107 (engaged part) extends between one second engaged part 105 and the first engaged part 103 provided on the short edge of the rectangular bottom plate part 110 closest to this second engaged part 105. The rail part 107 further extends between the other second engaged part 105 and the first engaged part 103 provided on the short edge of the rectangular bottom plate part 110 closest to this second engaged part 105.
[0058] The first side wall portion 120 corresponds to a portion that rises from the peripheral edge of the bottom plate portion 110 having a rectangular peripheral side. The first side wall portion 120 rises substantially perpendicular to the upper surface of the bottom plate portion 110. In addition to a large number of through holes, a slit portion 120b (slit hole) extending vertically along the wall surface is formed in the first side wall portion 120. A convex portion 203a (locking portion) provided at the lower portion of the inner surface of the second side wall portion 200 is slidably fitted into the slit portion 120b. Thereby, the second side wall portion 200 can telescopically extend and contract with respect to the bottom wall component 100. As shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, three slit portions 120b are respectively provided on a pair of long edges of the first side wall portion 120 having a rectangular peripheral side. Note that the number is not limited to this.
[0059] Here, as shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, the shopping basket 1A of the present embodiment has a configuration in which a plurality of second side wall portions 200 are connected in series. Specifically, it includes an upper second side wall portion 201 (side wall portion) located at the uppermost stage in the assembled state, a middle second side wall portion 202 (side wall portion) located in the middle stage, and a lower second side wall portion 203 (side wall portion) located at the lower stage. The above-mentioned convex portion 203a is provided on the inner surface of the lower second side wall portion 203 and is slidably fitted into the slit portion 120b of the first side wall portion 120.
[0060] In addition, a plurality of lower slit portions 203b, which are slits extending vertically along the wall surface similar to the slit portion 120b, are formed at a plurality of locations in the lower second side wall portion 203. Convex portions middle 202a provided on the inner surface of the second side wall portion middle 202, similar to the previous convex portion 203a, are slidably fitted into these lower slit portions 203b.
[0061] Furthermore, a plurality of middle slit portions 202b, which are slits extending vertically along the wall surface similar to the slit portion 120b, are formed at a plurality of locations in the middle second side wall portion 202. Convex portions upper 201a provided on the inner surface of the second side wall portion upper 201, similar to the previous convex portion 203a, are slidably fitted into these middle slit portions 202b.
[0062] By lowering these convex portions 203a, 202a, and 201a along the slit portions 120b, 203b, and 202b, the second side wall portion 200 in the assembled state shown in FIG. 7 becomes the state (non-assembled state) shown in FIG. 6, which is shorter and contracted with respect to the bottom wall forming portion 100. Conversely, from the non-assembled state shown in FIG. 6, by raising the convex portions 203a, 202a, and 201a along the slit portions 120b, 203b, and 202b, as shown in FIG. 7, the second side wall portion 200 stands up and extends with respect to the bottom wall forming portion 100 to be in an assembled state.
[0063] The telescopic second side wall portion 200 that expands and contracts in this way has its expansion and contraction movement restricted by the belt member 300. The structure of this belt member 300 will be described with reference to FIGS. 10 and 11.
[0064] FIG. 10 is a perspective view of the belt member 300 as viewed from the upper surface side, and is a view from the same upper surface side as the belt member 300 shown in FIG. 6. FIG. 11 is a perspective view of the belt member 300 as viewed from the lower surface side, and is a view of the state when the belt member 300 in the state shown in FIG. 10 is turned over.
[0065] The belt member 300 is belt-shaped and has a predetermined length in the longitudinal direction. An attachment portion 303 is provided at one end portion 301, and a locking portion 305 is provided at the other end portion 302.
[0066] The attachment portion 303 has a structure that is attached to the upper end of the second side wall portion 200, specifically, to the upper stage 201 of the second side wall portion. Here, FIG. 12 is a partial cross-sectional perspective view when the shopping basket 1A is in the assembled state. FIG. 13 is a partially enlarged view showing a part of the inner surface of the upper part (upper stage 201 of the second side wall portion) of the shopping basket 1A when the shopping basket 1A is in the assembled state. As shown in FIGS. 12 and 13, an attachment portion 204 to which the attachment portion 303 is attached is provided on the upper stage 201 of the second side wall portion. When the attachment portion 303 is inserted into and attached to the attachment portion 204, it cannot be easily removed, and one end portion 301 of the belt member 300 can be fixed to the upper stage 201 of the second side wall portion.
[0067] The locking portion 305 is provided on the lower surface of the other end portion 302. Specifically, the locking portion 305 is a locking shaft portion protruding from the lower surface of the other end portion 302. The locking portion 305 has a constricted portion in a protruding shape such that the cross-sectional shape is a T-shape in the middle. The locking portion 305 can be inserted into the first locked portion 103 and the second locked portion 105 of the bottom wall component 100 described above. In the assembled state shown in FIGS. 7 and 12, the locking portion 305 is inserted into the first locked portion 103. Here, with reference to FIG. 14, the locking between the locking portion 305 and the first locked portion 103 will be described.
[0068] FIG. 14 is a partially enlarged view of a part of the outer surface of the first side wall portion 120 at the lower part of the shopping cart 1A when the shopping cart 1A is in an assembled state.
[0069] As shown in FIG. 14, the first locked portion 103 is composed of two vertically arranged through regions. On the upper side, an insertion region 103a with a large opening diameter is provided, and on the lower side, a fitting region 103b (locked hole) with an opening diameter smaller than that of the insertion region 103a is provided. The opening diameter of the insertion region 103a is wider than the outer diameter of the locking portion 305 (locking shaft portion). On the other hand, the fitting region 103b opens with a diameter substantially the same as (slightly smaller than) the diameter of the constricted portion in the protruding shape of the locking portion 305 (locking shaft portion). The insertion region 103a and the fitting region 103b are continuous. Also, an insertion region 103a with a large opening diameter may be provided on the lower side, and a fitting region 103b with an opening diameter smaller than that of the insertion region 103a may be provided on the upper side. When locking the locking portion 305 to the first locked portion 103, the locking portion 305 is inserted into the insertion region 103a from the inner surface side of the bottom wall component 100, and in the inserted state, the locking portion 305 is moved downward (or upward) to be fitted into the fitting region 103b. FIG. 14 shows a state where the locking portion 305 is locked to the first locked portion 103 (fitting region 103b).
[0070] In a state where the locking portion 305 is locked to the first locked portion 103, as shown in FIG. 12, since the belt member 300 extends upward and has a predetermined rigidity, it is possible to restrict the telescopic contraction of the second side wall portion 200 extended upward due to its own weight.
[0071] The locking portion 305 that locks the fitting region 103b of the first locked portion 103 can move to the insertion region 103a, and by moving to the insertion region 103a, the locking portion 305 can be moved to the inner surface side of the bottom wall component 100. By moving the locking portion 305 to the inner surface side of the bottom wall component 100, the locking portion 305 can release the locked state with the first locked portion 103. Regarding the movement operation of the locking portion 305 to the insertion region 103a, the finger hook portion 111 shown in FIG. 14 can be used.
[0072] The finger hook portion 111 is a protruding portion provided on the outer surface of the bottom wall component 100 (the first side wall portion 120), and is formed to protrude outward from a position above the first locked portion 103. The operator can operate the finger hook portion 111 and the locking portion 305 (locking shaft portion) with fingers, whereby the locked state of the locking portion 305 can be easily released. Therefore, the telescopic operation of the second side wall portion 200 can be efficiently performed from the outside of the shopping basket 1A.
[0073] On the outer surface of the bottom wall component 100 (the first side wall portion 120), there are further ribs 112 shown in FIG. 14. The ribs 112 protrude outward like the finger hook portion 111 and are formed to extend in the vertical direction. Two ribs 112 are provided with the finger hook portion 111 interposed therebetween. The two ribs 112 and the finger hook portion 111 are continuously connected. The first engaged portion 103 is located between the two ribs 112. When the locking portion 305 is locked to the first engaged portion 103, the height of the outward protrusion from the outer surface of the bottom wall component 100 (the first side wall portion 120) of the outer end surface of the rib 112 is higher than the protruding end portion of the locking portion 305 (locking shaft portion). Thus, the locking portion 305 (locking shaft portion) locked to the first engaged portion 103 does not protrude outward beyond the outer end surface of the rib 112. With this configuration, it is possible to prevent the locking portion 305 (locking shaft portion) from being caught and the locked state from being released when the shopping basket 1A is placed.
[0074] Note that, as shown in FIG. 10, an operation portion 306 is formed at the other end portion 302 of the belt member 300. By an operator operating the operation portion 306, the locked state of the locking portion 305 can also be released. Specifically, the operator displaces the operation portion 306 upward to release the locked state, grips the lifted curved portion 307, and disengages the locking portion 305 (locking shaft portion) from the first engaged portion 103. The disengaged locking portion 305 (locking shaft portion) is guided to the second engaged portion 105 by the rail portion 107. That is, in the present embodiment, the unlocking of the locking portion 305 in the locked state can be operated not only from the outside of the shopping basket 1A using the finger hook portion 111 but also from the inside of the shopping basket 1A using the operation portion 306. The operation using the operation portion 306 is effective even when there is no space to operate the finger hook portion 111.
[0075] Here, the installation mode of the belt member 300 in the assembled state will be described with reference to FIG. 15 together with FIG. 12. FIG. 15 is a partial cross-sectional view of the shopping basket when the shopping basket is in the assembled state, showing a state cut along the longitudinal direction of the belt member 300.
[0076] As shown in FIGS. 12 and 15, a first insertion portion 122 for inserting the belt member 300 is provided in the first side wall portion 120. Further, second insertion portions 222 for inserting the belt member 300 are provided in the lower stage 203 of the second side wall portion and the middle stage 202 of the second side wall portion of the second side wall portion 200, respectively. The first insertion portion 122 and the second insertion portion 222 are formed to have substantially the same width as the width of the belt member 300. Since the displacement of the belt member 300 in the width direction is restricted by the edge portions of the first insertion portion 122 and the second insertion portion 222, the rattling of the belt member 300 can be suppressed. Further, when the belt member 300 is moved along with the expansion and contraction of the second side wall portion 200, the belt member 300 can be stably operated.
[0077] Incidentally, a chamfered shape 109 is provided at the boundary between the bottom plate portion 110 and the first side wall portion 120 in the bottom wall component 100. On the other hand, the other end portion 302 of the belt member 300 includes a curved portion 307 (FIGS. 10 and 15) that is curved so as to be separated from the bottom plate portion 110 in a state where the second side wall portion 200 is contracted and locked to the second locked portion 105. The curved portion 307 is formed along the chamfered shape 109. Thus, when the second side wall portion 200 is in an extended state, the curved portion 307 is provided so as to fit the chamfered shape 109. The locking portion 305 protrudes from the lower surface of the curved portion 307. By providing the curved portion 307, in a state where the second side wall portion 200 is contracted and the other end portion 302 is locked to the second locked portion 105, the curved portion 307 is in a state of being separated from the bottom plate portion 110. Thereby, the operator can easily grip the other end portion 302, and the operability of the belt member 300 is improved. Further, when the second side wall portion 200 is extended and the locking portion 305 is locked to the first locked portion 103, since the curved portion 307 fits along the chamfered shape 109, it is possible to prevent an article from being pinched between the belt member 300 (particularly, the other end portion 302 of the belt member 300) and the bottom wall component 100.
[0078] Furthermore, at the end of the chamfered shape 109, a protective portion 109a (FIG. 12) for protecting the side surface of the belt member 300 is provided. Specifically, the protective portion 109a (FIG. 12) provided at the end of the chamfered shape 109 guards the side surface of the curved portion 307 when the curved portion 307 fits onto the chamfered shape 109 and protects the curved portion 307 from external impacts. The protective portion 109a is a wall that rises from the end of the chamfered shape 109 and has a surface facing the side surface of the curved portion 307. The protective portions 109a are provided in pairs so as to sandwich the curved portion 307 from both end faces in the width direction of the belt member 300. By providing such protective portions 109a, it is possible to prevent articles stored in the shopping basket 1A from colliding with the side of the belt member 300 and damaging the locking portion 305. Also, it is possible to prevent articles stored in the shopping basket 1A from colliding with the side of the belt member 300 and the locking portion 305 from unexpectedly detaching from the first locked portion 103. In this example, the protective portion 109a protects only the curved portion 307, but the protective portion 109a may be continuously formed up to the upper end of the first side wall portion 120 and protect the belt member 300 in a range extending up to the upper end of the first side wall portion 120 in addition to the curved portion 307.
[0079] Here, as shown in FIG. 16, the chamfered shape 109 is provided with a recess that is one step lower than the surface of the bottom plate portion 110, and the curved portion 307 is accommodated in this recess. Thereby, it is possible to prevent the curved portion 307 from protruding from the bottom plate portion 110 and suppress damage to articles stored in the shopping basket 1A.
[0080] In this embodiment, the curved portion 307 is protected by the recess and the protective portion 109a of the chamfered shape 109, but it may be protected only by the recess of the chamfered shape 109, or may be protected only by the protective portion 109a.
[0081] As shown in FIG. 7, when the shopping basket 1A is in the assembled state, the operator can rotate the handle member 400 to lift it up, and then hold the lifted handle member 400 by hand or pass the arm through it to lift the shopping basket 1A. Thereby, the shopping basket 1A can be lifted in the same specification as a shopping basket commonly seen in stores and the like.
[0082] Next, the position of the belt member 300 in the unassembled state will be described with reference to FIGS. 16 and 17 together with FIG. 6. FIG. 16 is a partial cross-sectional view of the shopping basket when the shopping basket 1A is in the unassembled state, and FIG. 17 is a partial cross-sectional view of the shopping basket taken along the cutting line A-A' shown in FIG. 16. In the unassembled state, the second side wall portion 200 is shrunk, and the upper stage 201 of the second side wall portion, the middle stage 202 of the second side wall portion, and the lower stage 203 of the second side wall portion overlap in this order. And the opening regions of the second insertion portions 222 of the middle stage 202 and the lower stage 203 of the second side wall portion overlap with each other, and also overlap with the first insertion portion 122 of the first side wall portion 120. The belt member 300 extends from the attached portion 204 through the overlapping first and second insertion portions 122 and 222 to the second locked portion 105 at the center of the bottom plate portion 110.
[0083] Here, when changing the shape of the shopping basket 1A from the assembled state to the unassembled state, as described above, put a finger on the finger hook portion 111 to release the locking between the first locked portion 103 and the locking portion 305. The unlocked locking portion 305 is displaced downward by its own weight as the second side wall portion 200 to which the belt member 300 is attached, and is guided by the rail portion 107 to slide on the rail portion 107 and slide to the second locked portion 105 at the center of the bottom plate portion 110. Thereby, the operator can stably operate the belt member 300.
[0084] As shown in FIGS. 6, 16 and 17, the locking portion 305 locks the second locked portion 105 to maintain the shape (unassembled state) of the illustrated shopping basket 1A and regulate the second side wall portion 200 from extending inconveniently (to the assembled state in FIG. 7).
[0085] When changing the shape of the shopping basket 1A from the unassembled state to the assembled state, when sliding the belt member 300, the upper part 201 of the second side wall portion to which the belt member 300 is attached is pushed upward by the belt member 300 having rigidity, and then, the middle part 202 of the second side wall portion connected to the upper part 201 of the second side wall portion is displaced upward to be assembled. In this way, the shape can be changed to the assembled state only by operating the belt member 300, and the assembly workability is excellent.
[0086] The bottom wall component 100 and the second side wall portion 200 can be made of the same material. For example, it can be made of polypropylene (PP), but is not limited thereto. The belt member 300 can also be made of, for example, PP. The belt member 300 needs to support the second side wall portion 200 so that the extended second side wall portion 200 does not shrink at one end portion 301 side and the other end portion 302 side when in the assembled state. Therefore, it is necessary to have rigidity to the extent that it can be realized, and it is realized with a size (belt width, belt thickness) that enables it.
[0087] Further, as shown in FIG. 6 for example, a handle portion 500 is provided on the second side wall portion 200 (upper stage 201 of the second side wall portion). This handle portion 500 is disposed on a pair of short edges of the upper stage 201 of the second side wall portion having a rectangular peripheral edge, respectively. The handle portion 500 has a structure penetrating in the vertical direction, and a hand can be placed thereon or a finger can be hooked thereon. When the shopping basket 1A is in a non-assembled state as shown in FIG. 6, one handle portion 500 is directed toward the zenith side, the other handle portion 500 is directed toward the ground side, and one handle portion 500 is grasped, so that the shopping basket 1A can be lifted with one hand, which is easy to carry. The carrying when the shopping basket 1A is in a non-assembled state is not limited to this mode. It is also possible to carry the shopping basket 1A by grasping both handle portions 500 with the opening side of the shopping basket 1A facing the zenith as shown in FIG. 6. The handle portion 500 is integrally formed with the upper stage 201 of the second side wall portion. Note that the handle portion 500 only needs to be able to hook a finger, and does not need to penetrate in the vertical direction in the state of FIG. 6, and may be constituted by a recess opening downward.
[0088] Note that in the non-assembled state shown in FIGS. 6, 16, and 17, the handle member 400 is arranged along the second side wall portion 200 (upper stage 201 of the second side wall portion).
[0089] As described above, according to the configuration of the shopping basket 1A of the present embodiment, since the second side wall portion 200 that telescopically expands and contracts is provided, when articles are not stored in the shopping basket 1A, the second side wall portion 200 can be shrunk, so that the shopping basket 1A can be made into a compact shape, and for example, it is not bulky when stored and carried, and has good convenience. Further, according to the configuration of the shopping basket 1A of the present embodiment, the belt member 300 can restrict the second side wall portion 200 from extending when the second side wall portion 200 is in a contracted state with respect to the bottom wall component portion 100. Therefore, the second side wall portion 200 does not inconveniently extend.
[0090] 〔Modification Example〕 In the above-described embodiment, as the second side wall portion 200 extends upward, it has a largely open shape. That is, the first side wall portion 120 forms a frame with the smallest diameter, and the lower stage of the second side wall portion 203 forms a frame with a diameter larger than that of the first side wall portion 120. Further, the middle stage of the second side wall portion 202 forms a frame with a diameter larger than that of the lower stage of the second side wall portion 203, and the upper stage of the second side wall portion 201 located at the uppermost stage forms a frame with a diameter larger than that of the middle stage of the second side wall portion 202. However, the present invention is not limited to this. The first side wall portion 120 may form a frame with the largest diameter, and frames with smaller diameters may overlap as going upward. Also, in the above-described embodiment, there are three second side wall portions (the upper stage of the second side wall portion 201, the middle stage of the second side wall portion 202, the lower stage of the second side wall portion 203), but there may be only one.
[0091] Also, in the above-described embodiment, the first insertion portion 122 is a through-hole whose outer periphery is surrounded by the first side wall portion, and the second insertion portion 222 is also a through-hole whose outer periphery is surrounded by the lower stage of the second side wall portion 203 or the middle stage of the second side wall portion 202. However, the present invention is not limited to this. For example, the first insertion portion 122 may be realized in the form of a notch lacking at the upper end of the first side wall portion on its outer periphery. Also, the second insertion portion 222 may be realized in the form of a notch lacking at the lower end of the lower stage of the second side wall portion 203 or the middle stage of the second side wall portion 202 on its outer periphery.
[0092] In the above-described embodiment, the two belt members 300 are attached to a pair of short edges of the upper part 201 of the second side wall portion having a rectangular peripheral edge. However, the present invention is not limited to this. For example, it may be an aspect in which the two belt members 300 are attached to a pair of long edges of the upper part 201 of the second side wall portion having a rectangular peripheral edge. As another aspect, it may be provided on a pair of long edges and a pair of short edges of the upper part 201 of the second side wall portion having a rectangular peripheral edge. This aspect, that is, includes four belt members. Also, the two belt members 300 described in the above embodiment may be connected on the side of the other ends 302. In short, it may be realized as one belt member. In this case, a structure having elasticity or a structure such as a hinge may be disposed between the other ends 302 so that the length between the other ends 302 can be changed.
[0093] In the above-described embodiment, the shopping basket 1A has an approximately rectangular parallelepiped outer shape, but the present invention is not limited to this. The first side wall portion 120 and the second side wall portion 200 may have a cylindrical shape. Also, as a modification of the above-described embodiment, a through hole may be formed in which the rail portion penetrates the bottom plate portion and is continuous so as to connect the first engaged portion and the second engaged portion.
[0094] In the above-described embodiment, one end 301 of the belt member 300 is fixed to the inner surface of the upper part 201 of the second side wall portion, and the locking position of the other end 302 is changed. However, the present invention is not limited to this. As a detachable locking portion for both the one end 301 and the other end 302, engaged portions may be provided at appropriate positions on the bottom wall component 100 and the second side wall portion 200, and when changing from the assembled state to the disassembled state, the locking positions of both the one end 301 and the other end 302 may be changed to other locations.
