Summary of the Invention

Problems to be Solved by the Invention

[0004] By the way, in the booth of Patent Document 1, the opening on the back side serves as the entrance to the space inside the booth, and since this opening is completely open, the line of sight from behind is a concern, and the state inside the booth can be easily visually recognized from the outside.

[0005] The present invention has been made paying attention to these problems, and aims to realize a new booth that can shield the back of the space inside the booth with a simple structure.

Means for Solving the Problems

[0006] In order to achieve such an object, the present invention has taken the following means.

[0007] That is, in the booth of the present invention, the booth body has an opening serving as an entrance and exit for users at an adjacent position of the side panel, and a rear panel for closing a part of the opening is attached to the side panel via a fixture. The fixture has a structure in which at least one of the side panel or the rear panel is attached by sandwiching the edge of the panel body from both sides. Further, on at least one of the side panel and the back panel, a positioning portion is provided by unevenness or a hole for determining the mounting height of the fixture. The panel body is formed by providing a backing on the surface of a core material, and the positioning portion is provided on the core material and covered with the backing. This is the gist of the present invention.

[0008] By doing so, the side panel and the rear panel can be easily and surely attached. Therefore, by attaching the rear panel for closing a part of the opening of the booth body, the space behind the booth can be shielded.

[0010] By doing so, the positioning of the rear panel can be accurately performed. Also, even when the positioning portion is provided on the core material of the panel body, it does not affect the appearance of the panel.

[0015] In the booth of the present invention, the positioning portion is a hole, and it is preferable that when the fixture is attached, it penetrates the stretching ground and is attached to the positioning portion. The fixture This is suitable because before attaching the rear panel, the positioning portion does not affect the appearance of the booth, and when using the rear panel, it can be surely fixed by the fixture.

[0016] In this way, before attaching the rear panel, the positioning portion does not affect the appearance of the booth, and when using the rear panel, it can be surely fixed by the fixture.

[0017] In the booth of the present invention, the positioning portion is a recess, and it is preferable that when the fixture is attached, the fixture only fits into the recess and does not penetrate the stretching ground.

[0018] By doing so, before attaching the rear panel, the positioning portion does not affect the appearance of the booth, and when attaching, the stretching ground is only temporarily recessed, and even when the rear panel is removed, the positioning portion does not affect the appearance of the booth.

[0019] The booth of the present invention is The booth body has an opening serving as an entrance and exit for users at an adjacent position of the side panel, and a rear panel that closes a part of the opening is attached to the side panel via a fixture. The fixture has a structure that sandwiches the edge of at least one of the side panel or the rear panel body from both sides. Further, the fixture has a first piece and a second piece opposed to each other via the panel body, and a bolt inserted from the other piece into a nut provided on one piece is fastened through a hole provided in the one panel body. The base end portions of the first piece and the second piece are fastened together in a state where they are overlapped on the inner surface of the other panel body of the side panel or the back panel.

[0020] By doing so, the side panel and the back panel can be easily and surely attached. Therefore, by attaching the back panel that closes a part of the opening of the booth body, the back of the space inside the booth can be shielded. Also, Since the tightening force of the bolt and nut is dispersed into the clamping force of the first piece and the second piece, a part of the panel body is not locally clamped. Therefore, even if the rear panel is made of a lightweight material, deformation can be prevented. Also, the mounting work for attaching the back panel to the side panel can be simplified.

[0021] In the booth of the present invention, it is preferable that the nut projects from one piece, and the nut and the bolt are fastened inside the hole of the panel body. One This can prevent the fastening part of the bolt and nut from spoiling the appearance. Also, since the nut fits into the hole of the panel body, one piece is less likely to be twisted with respect to the panel body.

[0022] This can prevent the fastening part of the bolt and nut from spoiling the appearance. Also, since the nut fits into the hole of the panel body, one piece is less likely to be twisted with respect to the panel body.

[0025] In the booth of the present invention, it is preferable that the fixture can be attached to either the left or right side panel with respect to the opening of the booth body by being inverted. By doing so, even when the fixture can be attached to either the left or right side panel with respect to the opening of the booth body, it becomes easy to share the components. In the booth of the present invention, it is preferable that the rear panel is attached with its lower end portion disposed at a position higher than the floor surface.

[0026] In this way, since the lower end portion of the rear panel is released, it is easy for users to enter and exit the space inside the booth, and the sense of occlusion is alleviated. The rear panel becomes lightweight.

Effects of the Invention

[0027] Since the present invention has the configuration described above, the side panel and the back panel can be easily and surely attached.

[0054] The panel bodies 13P, 23P of the front panels 13 of the first booth 1 and the front panel 23 of the second booth 2 use a common panel body, and the panel bodies 11P, 12P, 21P of the side panels 11, 12 of the first booth 1 and the side panel 11 of the second booth 2 also use a common panel body. A common top plate is also used for the top plate 14 of the first booth 1 and the top plate 24 of the second booth 2. The first and second brackets 141, 142 used in the first booth 1 and the first and second brackets 241, 242 used in the second booth 2 are common. The third bracket 143 used in the first booth 1 and the third bracket 243 used in the second booth 2 are also common.

[0055] A rear panel 3 can be attached to the first and second booths 1 and 2 as needed. For example, in the first booth 1 shown in FIG. 1, the rear panel 3 is attached at a position extending from the other end portion 11b opposite to the one end portion 11a connected to the front panel 13 of the side panel 11 toward the position facing the front panel 13.

[0056] The rear panel 3 blocks the line of sight from the back of the user using the booth inner space S1 by partially closing the opening OP1 that is the entrance to the booth inner space S1. The panel body 3P constituting the rear panel 3 is generally in the shape of a rectangular plate, and is formed by covering a material in which face materials are bonded to both sides of a lightweight core material such as paper honeycomb with a backing material.

[0057] The rear panel 3 is vertically attached to the other end portion 11b of one side panel 11 via a fixture 31 at one side edge 3a. In plan view, the rear panel 3 is attached in a state inclined in a direction away from the front panel 13 as it extends from the other end portion 11b toward the other side panel 12. The height dimension of the rear panel 3 corresponds to the length of the upper end portion 11b1 of the other end portion 11b of the side panel 11. The lower end portion 3b is disposed at a position spaced upward from the floor surface, and the lower part of the rear panel 3 maintains the open state of the opening OP1 as it is. In this embodiment, the position of the lower end portion 3b is set at a position slightly above the center in the height direction of the side panel 11. This position is slightly higher than the ceiling surface, and thus, there is a height relationship such that at least the seat does not buffer against the rear panel 3 when moving a chair in or out. As shown by the imaginary line in FIG. 3, the rear panel 3 can also be attached to the other end portion 12b side of the other side panel 12 via the same fixture 31 by replacing the one side edge 3a.

[0058] Also in the second booth 2 shown in FIG. 5, the rear panel 3 can be attached to the side panel 21 in the same state using the same fixture 31.

[0059] In addition, in the first and second booths 1 and 2 constituting the booth unit of this embodiment, for the convenience of work in the booth inner spaces S1 and S2, as optional members, a common portable terminal mounting portion 4, a lighting fixture mounting device 5, etc. are provided. The portable terminal mounting portion 4 and the lighting fixture mounting device 5 are respectively attached to the front panels 13 and 23 via fixtures 104 and 105, and are in a mounting state independent of the side panels 11, 12, 21, or the leg panel 240. What is indicated by reference numeral 6 is a cup holder as an optional member, which is fastened together when brackets 143 and 243 are fastened to the ceiling plates 14 and 24.

[0060] In the figure, holes indicating insert nuts are described in each panel, but these holes are covered with a ground cloth, and when using bolts, the ground cloth is penetrated to fasten to the insert nuts. The holes on the lower surfaces of the ceiling plates 14 and 24 are open from the beginning.

[0061] As described above, for the rear panel 3 of the present embodiment, it is desirable to attach it to the side panel 11 as simply and appropriately as possible. Therefore, in the present embodiment, the fixture 31 of the rear panel 3 adopts a structure in which the edge of the panel body 3P of the rear panel 3 is sandwiched from both sides for attachment. Hereinafter, the case of attaching the rear panel 3 to the side panel 11 in the first booth 1 will be described, but the case of attaching the rear panel 3 to the side panel 21 in the second booth 2 is the same.

[0062] The configuration of the fixture 31 of the rear panel 3 will be described. FIG. 9 is an enlarged plan view of a portion where the rear panel 3 is attached to the side panel 11 by the fixture 31.

[0063] The fixture 31 has a first member 51 and a second member 61.

[0064] As shown in FIG. 10, the first member 51 is a member having substantially the same length as one side edge 3a of the rear panel 3. The first member 51 has an attachment surface 51a, a first connection surface 51b, a second connection surface 51c, and a holding surface 51d. The attachment surface 51a is formed in a flat plate shape. The first connection surface 51b is a flat plate-shaped portion bent substantially perpendicularly from one end of the attachment surface 51a. The second connection surface 51c is a flat plate-shaped portion bent substantially perpendicularly from the other end of the first connection surface 51b in a direction not facing the attachment surface 51a.

[0065] The holding surface 51d is a flat plate-shaped portion bent in a direction facing the first connection surface 51b from the other end of the second connection surface 51c. The holding surface 51d is inclined so that the distance from the first connection surface 51b increases as it moves away from the other end of the second connection surface 51c. Therefore, the first connection surface 51b, the second connection surface 51c, and the holding surface 51d form a receiving recess 51T capable of receiving one side edge 3a of the rear panel 3.

[0066] On the back surface of the holding surface 51d, three protruding portions 52 protruding into the accommodating recess 51T are formed. The three protruding portions 52 are formed at positions separated from each other near one end portion in the longitudinal direction, at the central portion in the longitudinal direction, and near the other end portion in the longitudinal direction of the first member 51. In FIG. 10, the three protruding portions 52 are respectively formed in three (cross-sections taken along line a2-a2). The protruding portion 52 has a substantially cylindrical inner peripheral surface, and a thread groove is formed on the inner peripheral surface thereof. Therefore, the protruding portion 52 constitutes a nut 52N to which a holding bolt 80 for holding the back panel 3 is fastened.

[0067] On the mounting surface 51a and the first connection surface 51b, three openings 53 are formed at positions facing the three protruding portions 52 respectively. The opening 53 is formed in a rectangular shape and is for allowing a holding bolt 80 (see FIG. 16) fastened to the nut 52N of the protruding portion 52 to pass through. Further, on the mounting surface 51a, three mounting openings 54 used when mounting the fixture 31 to the side panel 11 are formed.

[0068] As shown in FIG. 11, the second member 61 is a member having substantially the same length as one side edge 3a of the back panel 3. The second member 61 has a mounting surface 61a, a first connection surface 61b, a second connection surface 61c, and a holding surface 61d. The mounting surface 61a is formed in a flat plate shape and has substantially the same size as the mounting surface 51a of the first member 51. The first connection surface 61b is a flat plate-shaped portion bent from one end portion of the mounting surface 51a. The second connection surface 61c is a flat plate-shaped portion bent substantially perpendicularly from the other end portion of the first connection surface 61b in a direction not facing the mounting surface 61a.

[0069] The holding surface 61d is a flat plate-like portion that bends substantially perpendicular to the direction facing the first connection surface 61b from the other end of the second connection surface 61c. Three openings 62 are formed in the holding surface 61d. The three openings 62 are formed separately from each other near one end in the longitudinal direction, at the central portion in the longitudinal direction, and near the other end in the longitudinal direction of the second member 61. The three openings 62 are respectively formed in three (a4-a4 line cross-sections) in FIG. 11. The opening 62 is formed in a circular shape and is for passing a holding bolt 80 (see FIG. 16) that is fastened to the nut 52N of the protruding portion 52.

[0070] That is, as will be described later, when the mounting surface 51a of the first member 51 and the mounting surface 61a of the second member 61 are opposed to each other via the panel body 3P of the back panel 3, the three openings 62 are arranged at positions respectively opposed to the three protruding portions 52 of the first member 51.

[0071] Also, three mounting openings 63 for use when mounting the fixture 31 to the side panel 11 are formed in the mounting surface 61a.

[0072] The procedure for mounting the fixture 31 to the panel body 3P of the back panel 3 will be described with reference to FIGS. 12 to 16.

[0073] First, as shown in FIGS. 12(a) and 12(b), the first member 51 of the fixture 31 is mounted to one side edge 3a of the panel body 3P of the back panel 3. Three mounting holes 3c arranged at equal intervals from the three protruding portions 52 of the first member 51 are formed in one side edge 3a of the panel body 3P. The mounting holes 3c are circular, and their diameter is substantially the same as the outer diameter of the protruding portion 52. Therefore, as shown in FIGS. 13(a) and 13(b), FIGS. 14(a) and 14(b), the three protruding portions 52 of the first member 51 are respectively fitted into the three mounting holes 3c of the panel body 3P.

[0074] Subsequently, as shown in FIGS. 12(b) and 12(c), the second member 61 is attached to the first member 51 attached to the panel body 3P. At this time, as shown in FIGS. 15(a) and 15(b), FIGS. 16(a) and 16(b), the attachment surface 61a of the second member 61 is arranged to face the attachment surface 51a of the first member 51 through the panel body 3P of the back panel 3. Then, the three openings 62 formed in the holding surface 61d of the second member 61 are arranged at positions facing the three protrusions 52 respectively.

[0075] In this state, the holding bolt 80 is passed through the opening 53 formed in the first connection surface 51b of the first member 51, and as shown in FIGS. 16(a) and 16, through the opening 62 formed in the holding surface 61d of the second member 61, and through the hole provided in the panel body 11P, the tip of the holding bolt 80 is inserted into the protrusion 52 and fastened to the nut 52N. In this way, the nut 52N and the holding bolt 80 are fastened inside the mounting hole 3c of the panel body 3P.

[0076] Thereafter, a hexagon wrench is passed through the opening 53 of the first member 51, and the holding bolt 80 is rotated by the hexagon wrench and fastened to the nut 52N inside the protrusion 52. In this way, the fixture 31 (the first member 51 and the second member 61) is attached by sandwiching one side edge 3a of the panel body 3P from both sides.

[0077] As described above, after the fixture 31 is attached to the panel body 3P, a method of attaching the back panel 3 to which the fixture 31 is attached to the side panel 11 will be described with reference to FIGS. 17 and 18.

[0078] The panel body 11P of the side panel 11 is provided with a ground cloth 11c on the surface of the core material 11a as shown in FIG. 18(a). The core material 11a is provided with a positioning portion 11A for determining the mounting height of the panel body 3P. The positioning portion 11A is a hole formed inside the insert nut 11T. The positioning portion 11A is covered with the ground cloth 11c provided on the surface of the core material 11a.

[0079] When attaching the panel body 3P with the fixture 31 to the side panel 11, the operator touches while pressing the surface of the ground fabric 11c to identify the position of the positioning portion 11A provided inside the ground fabric 11c as shown in Fig. 17(a).

[0080] When the operator identifies the position of the positioning portion 11A, as shown in Fig. 17(b), the mounting openings 54 and 63 formed in the portion where the mounting surface 51a of the first member 51 and the mounting surface 61a of the second member 61 are overlapped in the fixture 31 are arranged at positions facing the positioning portion 11A.

[0081] In that state, as shown in Figs. 18(a) and 18(b), the tip of the mounting bolt 81 is advanced toward the positioning portion 11A, the mounting bolt 81 is passed through the ground fabric 11c and fastened to the insert nut 11T (positioning portion 11A). In this way, the mounting surface 51a of the first member 51 and the mounting surface 61a of the second member 61 are jointly fastened in a state of being overlapped on the inner surface of the side panel 11. The back panel 3 is attached with its lower end portion arranged at a position higher than the floor surface.

[0082] As described above, in the booth 1 of the present embodiment, the booth main body 10 has an opening OP1 serving as an entrance and exit for the user at an adjacent position of the side panels 11 and 12, and the back panel 3 that closes a part of the opening OP1 is attached to the side panel 11 via the fixture 31. The fixture 31 has a structure in which the edge portion of the panel main body 3P of the back panel 3 is sandwiched from both sides.

[0083] By doing so, the side panel 11 and the back panel 3 can be attached simply and surely. Therefore, by attaching the back panel 3 that closes a part of the opening OP1 of the booth main body 10, the back of the booth inner space can be shielded.

[0084] The panel main body 11P of the side panel 11 is provided with a positioning portion 11A by a hole that determines the mounting height of the fixture 31.

[0085] By doing so, the positioning of the rear panel 3 can be accurately performed.

[0086] In the booth 1 of the present embodiment, the fixture 31 can be attached to either the left or right side panel 11, 12 with respect to the opening OP1 of the booth body by being inverted.

[0087] By doing so, even when the fixture 31 can be attached to either the left or right side panel 11, 12 with respect to the opening OP1 of the booth body 10, it becomes easy to share components.

[0088] In the booth 1 of the present embodiment, the panel body 11P of the side panel 11 is provided with a ground 11c on the surface of the core material 11a, and the positioning portion 11A is provided on the core material 11c and covered with the ground 11c.

[0089] By doing so, even when the positioning portion 11A is provided on the core material 11a of the panel body 11P of the side panel 11, it does not affect the appearance of the panel.

[0090] In the booth 1 of the present embodiment, the positioning portion 11A is a hole, and when the fixture 31 is attached, it penetrates the ground 11c and is attached to the positioning portion 11A.

[0091] In this way, before attaching the rear panel 3, the positioning portion 11A does not affect the appearance of the booth 1, and when using the rear panel 3, it can be surely fixed by the fixture 31.

[0092] In the booth 1 of the present embodiment, the fixture 31 opposes the holding surface 51d of the first member 51 which is the first piece and the holding surface 61d of the second member 61 which is the second piece via the panel body 3P of the rear panel 3, and the holding bolt 80 inserted from the holding surface 61d of the second member 61 which is the other piece is fastened through the mounting hole 3c provided in the panel body 3P of the rear panel 3 to the nut 52N provided on the holding surface 51d of the first member 51 which is one piece.

[0093] By doing so, the tightening force of the holding bolt 80 and the nut 52N is dispersed to the clamping force between the holding surface 51d of the first member 51 and the holding surface 61d of the second member 61, so that a part of the panel body 3P of the back panel 3 is not locally clamped. Therefore, even if the back panel 3 is made of a lightweight material, deformation can be prevented.

[0094] In the booth 1 of the present embodiment, the nut 52N protrudes from the holding surface 51d of the first member 51 which is one of the pieces, and the nut 52N and the holding bolt 80 are fastened inside the mounting hole 3c of the panel body 3P of the back panel 3.

[0095] By doing so, it is possible to prevent the fastening portion of the holding bolt 80 and the nut 52N from spoiling the appearance. Further, since the nut 52N fits into the mounting hole 3c of the panel body 3P of the back panel 3, the holding surface 51d of the first member 51 which is one of the pieces is less likely to be distorted with respect to the panel body 3P of the back panel 3.

[0096] In the booth of the present embodiment, the mounting surface 51a of the first member 51 which is the first piece and the mounting surface 61a of the second member 61 which is the second piece are jointly fastened in a state of being overlapped on the inner surface of the side panel 11.

[0097] By doing so, the mounting work for attaching the back panel to the side panel can be simplified.

[0098] In the booth 1 of the present embodiment, the back panel 3 is attached in a state where the lower end portion is disposed at a position higher than the floor surface.

[0099] By doing so, since the lower end portion of the back panel 3 is released, it is easy for the user to enter and exit the space inside the booth, and the sense of blockage is alleviated. The back panel 3 becomes lightweight.

[0100] As described above, the embodiments of the present invention have been described, but the configuration of each part is not limited to only the above-described embodiments.

[0101] In the above-described embodiment, the positioning portion 11A is a hole, and when the fixture 31 is attached, the mounting bolt 81 penetrates the ground portion 11c and is attached to the positioning portion 11A, but it is not limited thereto.

[0102] For example, as shown in Fig. 19(a), the positioning portion 111A may be a recess formed in the attachment member 111T. In this case, when the attachment member 181 having a convex portion at its tip is inserted into the positioning portion 111A when the fixture 31 is attached, as shown in Fig. 19(b), the ground portion 11c bends along the convex portion of the attachment member 181 within the recess. Thus, the positioning portion 111A may be a recess, and when the fixture 31 is attached, the attachment member 181 may simply fit into the recess without penetrating the ground portion 11c. Note that when the positioning portion 111A is a convex portion formed on the attachment member 111T and the attachment member 181 having a concave portion at its tip is moved toward the positioning portion 111A, similarly, the ground portion 11c bends along the convex portion within the concave portion.

[0103] In this way, before the rear panel 3 is attached, the positioning portion 111A does not affect the appearance of the booth 1. During attachment, only the ground portion 11c is temporarily recessed, and even when the rear panel 3 is removed, the positioning portion 111A does not affect the appearance of the booth 1.

[0104] In the above-described embodiment, examples of the shapes of the first member 51 and the second member 61 of the fixture 31 are shown. However, the shapes of the first member 51 and the second member 61 may be arbitrary as long as they have a structure for sandwiching the edge portion of the panel body 3P of the rear panel 3 from both sides.

[0105] For example, as shown in Fig. 20, the first member 151 may have a mounting surface 51a, a first connection surface 51b, a second connection surface 51c, and a holding surface 151d, and the second member 161 may have a mounting surface 161a and a holding surface 161b. In this case, the holding surface 151d is formed longer than the holding surface 51d of the above-described embodiment, and three protruding portions 52 are formed on the back surface of the holding surface 151d.

[0106] In the above-described embodiment, the fixture 31 is structured to sandwich the edge of the panel body 3P of the rear panel 3 from both sides, and the case where the rear panel 3 with the fixture 31 attached is attached to the side panel 11 has been described. However, the present invention is not limited thereto. The fixture 31 may be structured to sandwich the edge of the panel body 11P of the side panel 11 from both sides, and the rear panel 3 may be attached to the side panel 11 with the fixture 31 attached thereto.

[0107] Other configurations can also be variously modified without departing from the spirit of the present invention.
