Abstract

To provide an anion-modified cellulose fiber that, when added to a coating liquid containing a nonvolatile oil, can improve the uniformity of a coating film obtained by applying the coating liquid.SOLUTION: Provided are: an anion-modified cellulose fiber having an average fiber diameter of 0.1 μm or more and 10 μm or less; a cellulose fiber-containing composition containing the anion-modified cellulose fiber and a nonvolatile oil; and a skin cosmetic containing the anion-modified cellulose fiber and the nonvolatile oil.SELECTED DRAWING: None
