Description
[Technical Field]
[0001] The present disclosure relates to a wall structure. [Background technology]
[0002] BACKGROUND ART Conventionally, in wall structures, a wall structure in which a wall surface that protrudes forward beyond the existing wall surface line is provided on the front side of an existing wall surface, a so-called false wall wall structure, has been known (for example, see Patent Document 1). [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]
[0003] [Patent Document 1] Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 2018-155025 Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0004] The wall structure described in the patent document realizes a wall structure with a wall surface that protrudes forward from the existing wall surface line by bringing the base part of the base forward (front). However, because the base part of the base is fabricated to allow the wall surface to protrude, the structure is complex and the construction work for constructing the wall structure tends to be large-scale.
[0005] The present disclosure aims to provide a wall structure that is simple in structure and easy to install. [Means for solving the problem]
[0006] The present disclosure relates to a wall structure comprising a base material fixed to a wall surface and a face material fixed to a portion of the base material opposite the wall surface. [Brief explanation of the drawings]
[0007] [Figure 1] FIG. 2 is a perspective view of a wall structure according to an embodiment. [Figure 2]FIG. 2 is a front view of the wall structure of the embodiment. [Figure 3] FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view taken along line AA in FIG. [Figure 4] FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view taken along line BB in FIG. [Figure 5] FIG. 4 is a partially enlarged view of FIG. [Figure 6] FIG. 5 is a partially enlarged view of FIG. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[0008] Hereinafter, one embodiment of the present disclosure will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. The wall structure 1 of this embodiment has a structure in which a face material 5 is provided so as to protrude from the front side of a wall surface 11, and is a so-called "floor wall" structure. The wall structure 1 of this embodiment is provided as an exterior on an outdoor wall, for example.
[0009] As shown in Figures 1 to 4, the wall structure 1 comprises a base frame body 2 (base material) fixed to a wall surface 11 of a wall portion 10, a surface material 5 fixed to a portion of the base frame body 2 opposite the wall surface 11, and a lighting device 6 that irradiates light outward in the surface direction of the surface material 5.
[0010] As shown in FIGS. 2 to 4, the base frame 2 has a pair of vertical base members 21 (vertical members), a pair of horizontal base members 22 (horizontal members), and a plurality of reinforcing base members 23. The vertical base members 21 and the horizontal base members 22 are formed in an elongated shape. The base frame 2 is constructed by arranging the pair of vertical base members 21 and the pair of horizontal base members 22 in a rectangular frame. The pair of vertical base members 21 and the pair of horizontal base members 22 are both formed by extruded shapes made of aluminum material. The pair of vertical base members 21 and the pair of horizontal base members 22 are both formed so that their cross-sectional shapes when cut in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction are the same.
[0011] The multiple reinforcing base members 23 are formed between the pair of vertical base members 21 in an elongated shape parallel to the vertical base members 21. As shown in Fig. 4, the multiple reinforcing base members 23 are formed to have a Z-shaped cross section. The reinforcing base members 23 have a wall side plate portion 231 fixed to the wall surface 11, a panel side plate portion 232 fixed to the panel member 5, and a connecting inclined plate portion 233 connecting one end of the wall side plate portion 231 and the other end of the panel side plate portion 232.
[0012] The number and positions of the multiple reinforcing base materials 23 are not limited to those in this embodiment and may be set appropriately depending on the size of the face material 5, etc. For example, the multiple reinforcing base materials 23 may be disposed between a pair of cross members 22.
[0013] The face material 5 is formed in a plate shape having a predetermined thickness. In this embodiment, as shown in Figs. 1 and 2, it is formed in a rectangular shape when viewed from the front. The face material 5 is fixed to a portion of the base frame 2 opposite the wall surface 11. As a result, the face material 5 is disposed in a position that protrudes forward from the wall surface 11.
[0014] Next, the vertical base members 21 and the horizontal base members 22 will be described. The vertical base members 21 and the horizontal base members 22 have the same cross-sectional shape but differ in length and orientation in the longitudinal direction. Therefore, in the following description, the same components in the vertical members 21 and the horizontal members 22 will be denoted by the same reference numerals.
[0015] As shown in Figures 5 and 6, when a cross section cut perpendicular to the longitudinal direction is viewed along the longitudinal direction, the vertical base material 21 and the horizontal base material 22 have a wall-side base member 3 and a face-side base member 4.
[0016] The wall-side base member 3 has a wall mounting plate 31 , a rising plate 32 , a lighting device mounting inclined surface portion 33 , a lighting device side inclined surface portion 34 , and an inclined mounting piece 35 .
[0017] The wall mounting plate 31 is formed in a plate shape and is placed along the wall surface 11. The wall mounting plate 31 is fixed to the wall surface 11 with screws 31a. The rising plate 32 is formed in a plate shape and rises from the outer end of the wall mounting plate 31 on the surface material 5 toward the surface material 5.
[0018] The lighting device mounting inclined surface portion 33 constitutes a lighting device mounting portion where the lighting device 6 is mounted. The lighting device mounting inclined surface portion 33 is inclined from the inside to the outside in the surface direction of the face material 5 as it moves from the end of the rising plate 32 on the face material 5 side toward the face material 5 side.
[0019] A lighting device mounting holder 331 for mounting the lighting device 6 is attached to the lighting device mounting inclined surface portion 33. The lighting device 6 is attached to the lighting device mounting inclined surface portion 33 via the lighting device mounting holder 331. The lighting device mounting inclined surface portion 33 is provided at a position separated from the wall surface 11 between the wall surface 11 and the surface material 5. This allows light to be emitted obliquely toward the wall surface 11.
[0020] The lighting device side inclined surface portion 34 rises from the end of the lighting device mounting inclined surface portion 33 on the surface material 5 side, sloping toward the opposite side from the surface material 5. The surface of the lighting device side inclined surface portion 34 on the lighting device 6 side is arranged along the side surface of the lighting device 6, and is formed into a surface shape that slopes from the inside toward the outside in the surface direction of the surface material 5 as it moves from the end of the lighting device mounting inclined surface portion 33 on the surface material 5 side toward the wall surface 11 side.
[0021] The inclined mounting piece 35 rises from the end of the lighting device lateral inclined surface portion 34 on the wall surface 11 side toward the panel 5 side. The inclined mounting piece 35 inclines from the inside toward the outside in the surface direction of the panel 5 as it moves from the wall surface 11 side toward the panel 5 side. The inclined mounting piece 35 is fixed to the panel-side base member 4 with screws 35a.
[0022] The base member 4 on the surface of the panel side has a polygonal hollow frame 41 arranged on the surface of the wall surface 11 side of the end of the panel 5 in the surface direction, and an extension piece 42 protruding from the hollow frame 41 in the thickness direction of the panel 5 outside the end of the panel 5 in the surface direction.
[0023] The hollow frame 41 constitutes a shielding portion that shields the light source 61 of the lighting device 6 so that it cannot be directly seen when the gap between the wall surface 11 and the surface material 5 is viewed from the outside.
[0024] The hollow frame 41 is formed in a frame shape with a hollow portion. The hollow frame 41 has a wall-side base member mounting plate 411 arranged opposite the inclined mounting piece 35 of the wall-side base member 3, an inclined wall surface portion 412, a shielding line forming portion 413, a side surface forming wall portion 414, and a surface member side wall portion 415.
[0025] Similar to the inclined mounting piece 35 of the wall-side base member 3, the wall-side base member mounting plate 411 is inclined from the inside toward the outside in the surface direction of the face material 5 as it moves from the wall surface 11 side toward the face material 5 side.
[0026] The inclined mounting piece 35 of the wall-side base member 3 is fixed to the wall-side base material mounting plate 411 by a screw 35a. The screw 35a is arranged to penetrate from the inclined mounting piece 35 side of the wall-side base member 3 toward the wall-side base material mounting plate 411 side, thereby fixing the inclined mounting piece 35 of the wall-side base member 3 and the wall-side base material mounting plate 411 of the face material base member 4 together.
[0027] The inclined wall surface portion 412 is disposed on an extension line of the lighting device side inclined surface portion 34. Similar to the lighting device side inclined surface portion 34 of the wall-side base member 3, the inclined wall surface portion 412 is inclined from the inside toward the outside in the surface direction of the face material 5 as it moves from the face material 5 side toward the wall surface 11 side.
[0028] The inclined surface 412a of the inclined wall surface portion 412 on the lighting device 6 side extends along the optical axis direction of the light source 61 of the lighting device 6 on the surface material 5 side with respect to the light emitted from the light source 61 of the lighting device 6. As a result, the light emitted from the light source 61 of the lighting device 6 is emitted along the inclined surface 412a of the inclined wall surface portion 412, and the light can be spread uniformly as indirect lighting.
[0029] The shielding line component 413 is arranged so that the light source 61 of the lighting device 6 cannot be directly seen when the vertical base member 21 or the horizontal base member 22 is viewed from the side. In this embodiment, the surface 413a of the shielding line component 413 on the wall surface 11 side is arranged between the surface member 5 and the wall surface 11, and is formed parallel to the surface member 5 and the wall surface 11. The surface 413a of the shielding line component 413 on the wall surface 11 side in the hollow frame 41 is arranged between the surface member 5 and the wall surface 11, closer to the wall surface 11 than the light source 61 of the lighting device 6.
[0030] The hollow frame 41 is disposed with a certain thickness between the panel 5 and the wall surface 11. A surface 413a of the shielding line component 413 in the hollow frame 41 facing the wall surface 11 is the end of the hollow frame 41 on the wall surface 11 side. Therefore, the lighting device 6 is disposed on the far side of the hollow frame 41, closer to the panel 5 than an extension line of the surface 413a of the shielding line component 413. As a result, when the gap between the wall surface 11 and the panel material 5 is viewed from outside the panel material 5 in a direction parallel to the surface directions of the panel material 5 and the wall surface 11, the hollow frame 41 shields the light source 61 of the lighting device 6 so that it cannot be directly seen.
[0031] The side surface constituent wall portion 414 is formed in the shape of a wall extending from the outer edge of the face material 5 in the shielding line constituent portion 413 toward the face material 5. The face material side wall portion 415 is arranged along the surface of the face material 5 on the wall surface 11 side at a position close to the outer edge of the face material 5. The face material side wall portion 415 is fixed to the surface of the face material 5 on the wall surface 11 side at a position close to the outer edge of the face material 5 with an adhesive member 416 such as double-sided tape.
[0032] The lighting devices 6 are disposed on the lighting device mounting inclined surface portions 33 of the vertical base members 21 and the horizontal base members 22, and are thereby disposed along the four periphery of the base frame body 2. In this embodiment, the lighting devices 6 are, for example, line lights extending along the longitudinal directions of the pair of vertical base members 21 and the pair of horizontal base members 22 of the base frame body 2.
[0033] The lighting device 6 is configured as indirect lighting by irradiating light from the light source 61 obliquely from all four sides of the base frame 2 towards the wall surface 11 and reflecting it off the wall surface 11. The optical axis of the light source 61 of the lighting device 6 is arranged at an angle from the side of the surface material 5 towards the wall surface 11 as it moves from the inside to the outside of the surface direction of the surface material 5. In this way, the lighting device 6 irradiates light obliquely towards the wall surface 11 on the outside of the surface material 5, and the light emitted by the lighting device 6 hits the wall surface 11 to provide indirect illumination.
[0034] Next, the steps of the construction method for the wall structure 1 of this embodiment will be described.
[0035] 5 and 6, the wall-side base member 3 and the panel-side base member 4 are fixed together with screws 35a at a factory or the like. Specifically, the inclined mounting piece 35 of the wall-side base member 3 and the wall-side base member mounting plate 411 of the panel-side base member 4 are arranged so that they overlap, and the screws 35a are inserted through the inclined mounting piece 35 of the wall-side base member 3 toward the wall-side base member mounting plate 411 of the panel-side base member 4, thereby fixing the inclined mounting piece 35 of the wall-side base member 3 to the wall-side base member mounting plate 411 of the panel-side base member 4 with the screws 35a.
[0036] Subsequently, the lighting device 6 is attached to the lighting device attachment holder 331 provided on the wall surface attachment plate 31 of the wall base member 3, whereby the lighting device 6 is disposed on the wall base member 3.
[0037] Next, with the wall-side base member 3 and the surface material-side base member 4 fixed together and the lighting device 6 attached to the wall-side base member 3, the wall mounting plate 31 of the wall-side base member 3 is fixed to the wall surface 11 with the screws 31a.
[0038] Then, the face material 5 is attached to the face material-side base member 4. Specifically, with the face material 5 placed inside the extension piece 42 of the face material-side base member 4, the face material 5 is fixed to the face material-side wall portion 415 of the hollow frame 41 of the face material-side base member 4 with an adhesive member 416.
[0039] As a result, the face material 5 is positioned so as to cover the vertical base material 21, the horizontal base material 22, the screws 31a, and the screws 35a, ensuring aesthetic appeal. Furthermore, the wall surface structure 1 of the false wall can be easily constructed simply by fixing the face material 5 to the vertical base material 21 and the horizontal base material 22. Furthermore, the wall surface structure 1 of the false wall can be easily constructed as an afterthought to the wall surface 11, and the wall surface structure 1 of the false wall can also be easily constructed in any location.
[0040] According to this embodiment, the following effects are achieved. The wall structure 1 of this embodiment comprises a base frame 2 fixed to a wall surface 11, and a face material 5 fixed to a portion of the base frame 2 opposite the wall surface 11. As a result, by fixing the base frame 2 to the face material 5, the wall structure 1 can bear a load as a surface at the face material 5, thereby ensuring rigidity. Furthermore, the wall structure 1 has a simple structure that can be constructed simply by fixing the face material 5 to the base frame 2, making construction easy. Therefore, by fixing the base frame 2 to the face material 5, the wall structure 1 ensures rigidity while also facilitating construction.
[0041] In this embodiment, the base frame 2 has vertical base materials 21 and horizontal base materials 22. As a result, the wall structure 1 of this embodiment can be constructed simply by fixing the vertical base materials 21 and the horizontal base materials 22 to the wall surface 11 and fixing the face materials 5 to the vertical base materials 21 and the horizontal base materials 22, making construction easy.
[0042] In this embodiment, a lighting device 6 is provided that irradiates light outward in the surface direction of the surface material 5, and the base frame 2 has a lighting device mounting inclined surface portion 33 on which the lighting device 6 is disposed. As a result, the forward-projecting surface material 5 and the lighting device 6 can decorate the wall surface 11.
[0043] In this embodiment, the lighting device 6 irradiates light obliquely toward the wall surface 11 outside the surface material 5, thereby causing the light emitted by the lighting device 6 to hit the wall surface 11 and provide indirect illumination. By using the lighting device 6 as indirect lighting, the forward-projecting surface material 5 and the indirect lighting of the lighting device 6 can more effectively decorate the wall surface 11.
[0044] In this embodiment, the base frame 2 has a hollow frame 41 as a shielding portion that shields the light source 61 of the lighting device 6 so that it cannot be directly seen when the gap between the wall surface 11 and the surface material 5 is viewed from the outside. This prevents the light source 61 of the lighting device 6 from being directly seen, thereby improving the lighting effect of the lighting device 6 as indirect lighting.
[0045] In this embodiment, the optical axis of the light source 61 of the lighting device 6 is inclined toward the wall surface 11 as it moves from the inside to the outside in the surface direction of the surface material 5, and the base frame 2 has an inclined surface 412a of the inclined wall surface portion 412 that is formed on the surface material 5 side of the lighting device 6 and extends along the optical axis direction of the light source 61 of the lighting device 6. As a result, the light emitted from the light source 61 of the lighting device 6 is emitted along the inclined surface 412a of the inclined wall surface portion 412, and the light can be spread uniformly as indirect lighting.
[0046] In this embodiment, the lighting device 6 is a line light that extends along the direction in which the vertical base material 21 and the horizontal base material 22 extend. This allows the lighting device 6 to illuminate the edge of the surface material 5 in a line, thereby more effectively decorating the wall surface 11.
[0047] The present disclosure is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and includes modifications, improvements, etc. within the scope of achieving the object of the present disclosure.
[0048] In the above embodiment, for example, the lighting device 6 is arranged along all four sides of the base material, but this is not limiting. For example, the lighting device may be arranged along one, two, or three of the four sides of the base frame body. [Explanation of symbols]
