Abstract

Provided is a shielding member which has a simple configuration, is easy to attach to a vehicle, is lightweight, and can support an article placed thereon. A shielding member 5 of a cargo compartment provided to a vehicle has a shielding unit which can shield at least a portion of an opening of the cargo compartment from above. [First embodiment] FIG. 1 is a side view that schematically shows a portion of a vehicle 1 equipped with a shielding member of the present invention.
