Abstract
The dry electrode obtained by the manufacturing method according to the present invention has high dispersibility of the conductive material in the electrode active material layer. Thus, when the content of the conductive material in the electrode is constant, the higher the dispersibility, the lower the internal resistance of the electrode active material layer and the interface resistance with the current collector. In addition, when a dry electrode with high dispersibility is applied to a battery, the ohmic resistance is reduced during operation of the battery, improving the voltage drop and improving the high output efficiency. When the dispersibility of the conductive material is extremely poor, there is a risk of variation in deterioration of the electrode active material depending on the position in the electrode, which is detrimental to the life characteristics of the battery. In addition, the evaluation tool according to the present invention can quantitatively confirm the dispersibility of the conductive material in the electrode.
