Abstract

To provide an intellectual property management system for managing intellectual property rights of multiple applicants, the system being suitable for handling an intellectual property right of an applicant who desires to submit a delivery file on the basis of an original file name rule.SOLUTION: An intellectual property management system manages intellectual property rights of multiple applicants together with a bibliographic database on which bibliographic items of intellectual property rights are recorded, and includes delivery files for each of users with a first file name. The intellectual property management system includes: a rule storage unit which stores rules, for each applicant, of file names each including one or more file-name constituent items included in the file name and an order thereof; and a file output unit which outputs a delivery file directly or indirectly to an intellectual property system of each user.
