A first layer made of a coarse knit fabric with an opening of 2 mm to 3.5 mm that comes into contact with the wearer's skin when worn; A second layer made of a coarse knit fabric containing hemp and having openings of 2 mm to 3.5 mm that are quicker drying and more breathable than the first layer; a fabric body having a third layer that contacts the underwear; a pair of fastening parts for fastening underwear, which are arranged at the left and right ends of the fabric body and are configured by folding tape strings into an acute V-shape; A sewn, natural plant fiber discharge absorbent and breathable sheet.
