Abstract
To provide a manufacturing method of an electro-photographic photoreceptor having high wear resistance, good electrical characteristics and achieving higher picture quality for a long time, and the electro-photographic photoreceptor.SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of an electro-photographic photoreceptor is for manufacturing an electro-photographic photoreceptor including at least a photosensitive layer and a protective layer on a conductive support medium, and includes the steps of: forming a coating film as protective layer using coating liquid containing a polymerizable compound; and after the coating film is formed, irradiating the coating film with light energy using a light-emitting diode as light source for curing to form a protective layer. The light energy satisfies the condition represented by the following formula (I). Formula (I): 500 mW / cm2<peak radiation illuminance on photoreceptor≤25000 mW / cm2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
