Claims
1. A container body; a lid body attached to the container body; a flow path portion forming a flow path through which the beverage stored in the container body flows out; an upper lid attached to the lid body so as to be rotatable and capable of taking a first position to stop water from entering the flow path portion and a second position to open the flow path portion by rotating; and a lid portion having a fixing portion that supports a part of the upper lid to fix the upper lid and releases the fixing of the upper lid by releasing the support, the upper cover includes an elastic member having a hollow portion, the hollow portion being elastically deformed when the upper cover closes the flow path portion at the first position, and a resin member integrally molded with the elastic member and supporting the elastic member, the resin member has a cylindrical adhesive portion, and the elastic member is adhered to the adhesive portion so as to surround an inner circumferential surface and an outer circumferential surface of the adhesive portion, thereby being molded integrally with the resin member; A beverage container characterized by:
