DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

[0011] The embodiments for carrying out the invention are described below.

[0012] [Description of the embodiments of the present disclosure] First, embodiments of the present disclosure will be listed and described. In the following description, the same or corresponding elements will be denoted by the same reference numerals, and the same description will not be repeated.

[0013] (1) A fastener installation jig according to one aspect of the present disclosure is a fastener installation jig that installs a fastener having a male cone and a female cone to a prestressing steel member, a housing having a cylindrical shape and an internal space with an opening on the bottom; a fixing device disposed on the bottom surface side and configured to fix the housing to the fixing device; a jack disposed in the internal space and extendable between an upper surface side and the bottom surface side; a backing plate disposed on the bottom side of the jack, The backing plate has a first through-hole provided so as to penetrate between the bottom surface side and the top surface side.

[0014] According to one aspect of the fixing device installation jig of the present disclosure, the fixing device can be easily installed on the fixing device by inserting the fixing device into the internal space within the housing and then fixing the housing to the fixing device with a fixing device.

[0015] The fixing tool installation jig has a jack and a backing plate in its internal space, which allows the male cone of the fixing tool to be pressed into the through-hole of the female cone. This prevents the male cone from falling off when the fixing tool is installed on the prestressing steel beam, and allows the multiple male cone members of the male cone to be evenly pressed into the through-hole of the female cone.

[0016] Therefore, according to the fastener installation jig according to one aspect of the present disclosure, fasteners can be easily installed on PC steel members.

[0017] (2) The housing may have a window on a side surface.

[0018] By providing a window on the side of the housing, the condition of the prestressing steel, fixing devices, and jacks inserted inside the housing can be visually checked.

[0019] (3) A second through hole connected to the internal space may be provided on the top surface of the housing.

[0020] By providing a second through hole, it becomes possible to freely select the excess length of the PC steel.

[0021] (4) The second through hole may have a chamfered portion on the bottom surface side.

[0022] By providing the second through hole with a chamfered portion, it becomes easier to insert the PC steel member into the second through hole, and the fastener can be easily installed on the PC steel member.

[0023] (5) The second through hole may have a tapered shape that widens from the top surface side to the bottom surface side.

[0024] By making the second through hole tapered so that it widens from the top surface side to the bottom surface side, it becomes easier to insert the PC steel member into the second through hole, and the fastener can be easily installed on the PC steel member.

[0025] (6) The support plate may have a restricting member for restricting movement of the support plate toward the bottom surface.

[0026] By providing the restricting member, it is possible to prevent the backing plate from coming out of the housing and being damaged, etc. Furthermore, by providing the restricting member, the position of the backing plate is stabilized, which improves the workability when attaching the fixing tool installation jig to the fixing tool.

[0027] (7) The restricting member may be a screw.

[0028] When the restricting member is a screw, the backing plate or the jack can be removed and replaced by loosening the screw that is the restricting member.

[0029] (8) The restricting member may be provided along the inner peripheral surface of the housing and have an annular shape.

[0030] By making the regulating member an annular member that is installed along the inner surface of the housing and has a circular ring shape, the backing plate can be supported evenly along the inner surface of the housing, thereby preventing force from being applied to certain points and causing damage to the backing plate.

[0031] (9) The fixing device may include one or more types selected from a screw and a magnet.

[0032] By including one or more types of fasteners selected from screws and magnets, the cost of the fastener installation jig can be reduced while the fastener installation jig can be properly and easily fixed to and released from the fastener.

[0033] (10) The first through hole may have a chamfered portion on the bottom surface side.

[0034] By providing the first through hole with a chamfered portion, it becomes easier to insert the prestressing steel member into the first through hole, and the fastener can be easily installed on the prestressing steel member.

[0035] (11) The first through hole may have a tapered shape that widens from the top surface side to the bottom surface side.

[0036] By making the first through hole tapered so that it widens from the top surface side to the bottom surface side, it becomes easier to insert the prestressing steel member into the first through hole, and the fastener can be easily installed on the prestressing steel member.

[0037] (12) A fastener installation method according to one aspect of the present disclosure is a fastener installation method for installing a fastener having a male cone and a female cone to a prestressing steel member, the method comprising: a first installation step of installing a fixture installation jig on the fixture; a second installation step of installing the fixing tool with the fixing tool installation jig attached to the PC steel member, The fixing tool installation jig has a cylindrical shape and a housing having an internal space with an opening on a bottom surface; a fixing device disposed on the bottom surface side and configured to fix the housing to the fixing device; a jack disposed in the internal space and extendable between an upper surface side and the bottom surface side; a backing plate disposed on the bottom side of the jack, the backing plate has a first through hole provided to penetrate between the bottom surface side and the top surface side, In the first installation step, the fixing tool is inserted into the internal space through the opening, and the fixing tool installation jig is installed and fixed to the fixing tool by the fixing tool.

[0038] According to the fastener installation method of one aspect of the present disclosure, the fastener can be installed on the prestressing steel member using the fastener installation jig described above. Therefore, after inserting the fastener into the internal space of the housing, the housing can be fixed to the fastener with a fixing device, and the fastener installation jig of this embodiment can be easily installed on the fastener.

[0039] The fixing tool installation jig has a jack and a backing plate in its internal space, which allows the male cone of the fixing tool to be pressed into the through-hole of the female cone. This prevents the male cone from falling off when the fixing tool is installed on the prestressing steel beam, and allows the multiple male cone members of the male cone to be evenly pressed into the through-hole of the female cone.

[0040] Therefore, according to the fastener installation method according to one aspect of the present disclosure, fasteners can be easily installed on PC steel members.

[0041] [Details of the embodiments of the present disclosure] Specific examples of a fixture installation jig and a fixture installation method according to one embodiment of the present disclosure (hereinafter referred to as "this embodiment") will be described below with reference to the drawings. Note that the present invention is not limited to these examples, but is defined by the claims, and all modifications within the meaning and scope equivalent to the claims are intended to be included. 1. About tension work Before describing the fastener installation jig and fastener installation method of this embodiment, the fasteners installed by the fastener installation jig and fastener installation method of this embodiment and the tensioning work will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 and 2.

[0042] Figure 1 is an explanatory diagram of the tensioning work in which a jack is used to apply tension to a prestressing tendon placed in a concrete structure, and shows a schematic cross-sectional view of a plane passing through the central axis of the prestressing tendon. The X-axis direction in Figure 1 is the longitudinal direction of the prestressing tendon 12.

[0043] FIG. 2 is a top view of the fixing device 15 on the fixed end 121 side, that is, a view of the fixing device 15 and the prestressing steel member 12 as viewed along the block arrow A in FIG.

[0044] As shown in Figure 1, the prestressing steel members 12 can be placed inside the concrete structure 11 via a sheath 13. The prestressing steel members 12 are tendons for applying prestress, specifically compressive force, to the concrete structure 11, and can be prestressing steel strands made of multiple strands twisted together, prestressing steel rods, etc. The PC in the prestressing steel strands, etc., stands for prestressed concrete.

[0045] In Figure 1, one of the two longitudinal ends of the prestressing steel member 12, the fixed end 121, is held by a fixing device 15. A bearing plate 14 is arranged between the concrete structure 11 and the fixing device 15. The bearing plate 14 can support the tension force introduced into the prestressing steel member 12. The bearing plate 14 is a plate-like body with a hole in the center through which the prestressing steel member 12 passes, and is also called a casting plate, etc.

[0046] The fixing tool 15 may have, for example, a female cone 151 and a male cone 152 .

[0047] The external shape of the female cone 151 is not particularly limited, but may be, for example, cylindrical. The female cone 151 may have a through hole 1511 along its central axis through which the PC steel 12 and the male cone 152 are disposed. The through hole 1511 of the female cone 151 may have a tapered surface whose diameter increases from the end on the concrete structure 11 side toward the end on the fixed end 121 side of the PC steel 12, as shown in FIG.

[0048] As shown in FIG. 2, the male cone 152 can have multiple male cone members 152A, 152B, and 152C divided circumferentially when viewed along the central axis of the fastener 15. While an example in which the male cone 152 is divided into three male cone members is shown here, the male cone 152 can also have two or four or more male cone members. The male cone 152 can also be constructed from a single member without being divided. When the multiple male cone members 152A, 152B, and 152C are combined, the male cone 152 has an outer shape corresponding to the tapered through hole 1511 of the female cone 151, such as a truncated cone shape. The male cone 152 has a through hole 1521 along its central axis through which the prestressing steel member 12 passes. The inner surface of the through hole 1521 can have irregularities to firmly grip the prestressing steel member 12, and can have, for example, a female threaded surface.

[0049] When fixing the PC steel member 12 with the fastener 15, as shown in Figures 1 and 2, the female cone 151 is installed so that the PC steel member 12 passes through the through hole 1511 of the female cone 151. In this case, the female cone 151 is installed so that the smaller opening of the through hole 1511 is positioned on the concrete structure 11 side.

[0050] Then, the male cone 152 is placed in the through-hole 1511 of the female cone 151. When placing the male cone 152, it is preferable to align the male cone 152 with the through-hole 1511 of the female cone 151 so that the end with the smaller outer size is positioned on the concrete structure 11 side. Then, the prestressing tendon 12 is placed in the through-hole 1521 of the male cone 152, and the tensioning end 122 is pulled, i.e., to the right in FIG. 1 , to introduce tension into the prestressing tendon 12. Note that the tensioning end 122 is the end located opposite the fixed end 121 of the prestressing tendon 12.

[0051] As described above, after the female cone 151 and male cone 152 are placed on the fixed end 121 side of the PC steel 12 in the longitudinal direction, the tensioned end 122 side of the PC steel 12 is pulled to introduce tension, so that the male cone 152 is pressed into the through hole 1511, which has a tapered surface, of the female cone 151. Then, the distance between the male cone members 152A, 152B, 152C included in the male cone 152 is reduced, and the male cone 152 can tighten and fix the PC steel 12.

[0052] The tensioning end 122 of the prestressing steel member 12 is pulled by a jack 16 during tensioning work to introduce tension into the prestressing steel member 12. The jack 16 is connected to a pump 17 via a hydraulic hose 171. By supplying oil from the pump 17 to the jack 16 via the hydraulic hose 171, the jack 16 can be operated to pull the prestressing steel member 12. Since FIG. 1 shows a schematic diagram, the hydraulic hose between the jack 16 and the pump 17 is shown by a single line, but multiple hydraulic hoses can be provided between the jack 16 and the pump 17 as needed.

[0053] As explained so far, of the longitudinal ends of the PC steel 12, when tensioning work is performed by introducing tension force into the PC steel 12, the end that is not pulled by a jack or the like and is grasped by the fixing device 15 is called the fixed end 121. Of the longitudinal ends of the PC steel 12, when tensioning work is performed by introducing tension force into the PC steel 12, the end that is pulled by a jack or the like is called the tensioning end 122.

[0054] Here, the tensioning work in the post-tensioning method has been explained as an example, but in the tensioning work in the pre-tensioning method, the longitudinal ends of the PC steel member 12 are also called the fixed end and the tensioning end.

[0055] As described above, when installing the fixing device 15 on the fixed end 121 side of the prestressing tendon 12, the male cone 152 is inserted between the prestressing tendon 12 and the female cone 151. At this time, it is preferable to hit the male cone 152 with a hammer or the like and push it between the prestressing tendon 12 and the female cone 151 so that the male cone 152 does not fall off before the start of tensioning work, and so that the ends 153A, 153B, and 153C of the multiple male cone members of the male cone 152 are aligned. If tensioning work is performed while the positions of the ends 153A, 153B, and 153C of the multiple male cone members, more specifically their positions in the X-axis direction in Figure 1, are significantly different, a shear load will be applied to the prestressing tendon 12, which may cause damage to the prestressing tendon 12.

[0056] However, depending on the location where the fixing tool 15 is to be installed, there may not be enough space, making it difficult to perform tasks such as swinging a hammer, and installing the fixing tool 15 may be difficult.

[0057] Therefore, the inventors of the present invention conducted research and developed a fixture installation jig that can easily install fixtures on the end side of PC steel members. 2. Fixture installation jig An example of the configuration of the fixing tool installation jig of this embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. 3 to 11C.

[0058] FIG. 3 shows a perspective view of the fastener installation jig of this embodiment. FIG. 4 shows a cross-sectional view taken along line BB' in FIG. 3. However, in FIG. 4 and FIGS. 6 to 8, the second through hole 322 shown in FIG. 3 is omitted. FIG. 5 is a bottom view of the fastener installation jig of this embodiment, as seen along block arrow C in FIG. 3. FIGS. 6 to 8 show modified examples of the fixing tool. FIG. 9 shows modified examples of the restricting member. FIGS. 10A to 10D are explanatory diagrams of exemplary configurations of the second through hole in the upper cover portion, and FIGS. 11A to 11C are explanatory diagrams of exemplary configurations of the first through hole in the backing plate. All of these diagrams are schematic views for explaining the configuration of the fastener installation jig of this embodiment, and the size, configuration, etc. are not limited to the forms shown in the figures.

[0059] The fastener installation jig of this embodiment is a jig used when installing a fastener having a male cone and a female cone that grip the end of the PC steel member on the PC steel member.

[0060] The fixture installation jig 30 of this embodiment can have a housing 31 , a fixture 33 , a jack 42 , and a backing plate 43 .

[0061] Each component will be described below. (1) Housing As shown in Fig. 3, the housing 31 has a cylindrical shape. While the outer shape is cylindrical in Fig. 3, it is not limited to this shape and may be a polygonal prism shape such as a square prism. However, from the viewpoint of operability, it is preferable that the outer shape of the housing 31 is cylindrical.

[0062] The cylindrical shape and polygonal prism shape do not have a strict geometrical meaning, and may have recesses or protrusions on the surface as required.

[0063] The housing 31 has a top surface 311 , side surfaces 312 , and a bottom surface 313 .

[0064] The material and thickness of the housing 31 are not particularly limited and can be selected depending on the rigidity and other factors required of the housing 31. For example, the material of the housing 31 is preferably a metal, and one or more types selected from steel, stainless steel, aluminum, etc. can be suitably used. Note that when a magnet such as a magnetic holder is used as the fixing device 33, the material of the housing 31 is preferably a non-magnetic metal, such as aluminum or non-magnetic stainless steel.

[0065] The thickness T31 (see FIG. 4) of the housing 31 is not particularly limited, and may be, for example, 1 mm or more and 6 mm or less. The thickness T31 does not need to be constant within the housing 31, and may vary depending on the location of the housing 31, etc.

[0066] 4, the housing 31 can have an internal space 41 with an opening 411 in the bottom surface 313. A jack 42 and a backing plate 43, which will be described later, can be disposed and housed within the internal space 41.

[0067] The size and shape of the internal space 41 are not particularly limited as long as it is configured to accommodate a jack 42, a backing plate 43, etc., which will be described later, and to allow the insertion of the fixing device 15. For example, if the outer diameter D15 (see FIG. 2) of the fixing device 15 is about 65 mm, the diameter D411 of the opening 411 can be 66 mm or more and 75 mm or less.

[0068] The height H41 of the internal space 41 can be set to, for example, 70 mm or more and 90 mm or less.

[0069] The shape of the internal space 41 is not particularly limited, but it can be, for example, a cylindrical or polygonal prism-shaped space. Since the fixing device 15 generally has a cylindrical shape, it is preferable that the internal space 41 be a cylindrical space.

[0070] The top cover 310 including the top surface 311 of the housing 31 can be made removable, for example, by threading the inner peripheral surface of the side surface 312. By making the top cover 310 removable, the jack 42 and the like can be easily replaced. (window) The housing 31 may also have a window 321 on the side surface 312. The window 321 may be provided so as to connect to an internal space 41, which will be described later, i.e., so as to connect the outside and inside of the housing 31. By providing the window 321 on the side surface 312 of the housing 31, the state of the PC steel members 12, the fixing devices 15, and the jacks 42 inserted inside the housing 31 can be visually confirmed. Therefore, the window 321 functions as a window for checking the state inside the housing 31. If necessary, a transparent resin or the like may be placed in the window 321.

[0071] The size of window 321 is not particularly limited, and can be selected based on the strength required for housing 31 and the ability to see components that need to be visually inspected. While Fig. 3 shows an example in which one window 321 is provided, the present invention is not limited to this configuration, and multiple window sections 321 can also be provided on side surface 312 so that components that need to be visually inspected can be seen. (Second through hole) As will be described later, after the fixing tool installation jig 30 is installed on the fixing tool 15, the fixing tool 15 can be installed on the prestressing tendon 12 by inserting the prestressing tendon 12 into the through holes of the female cone 151 and male cone 152 of the fixing tool 15. At this time, the prestressing tendon 12 is positioned so as to penetrate the fixing tool 15. As a result, a part of the prestressing tendon 12 on the fixed end 121 side protrudes from the fixing tool 15.

[0072] After installation, the anchors 15 and the prestressing tendons 12 may be required to satisfy a predetermined concrete cover thickness, i.e., a predetermined thickness of concrete may be required to be placed around their periphery. Therefore, it may be necessary to maintain a constant excess length L12 (see FIG. 1 ), which is the length of the prestressing tendons 12 that extend beyond the anchors 15. In the case of the anchor installation jig 30 of this embodiment, the anchor installation jig 30 and the anchor 15 are installed on the prestressing tendons 12 so that the fixed end 121 of the prestressing tendons 12 contacts the inner circumferential surface of the top surface 311, thereby easily maintaining a constant excess length L12. Therefore, after installing the anchors 15 on the prestressing tendons 12, an operation such as cutting the prestressing tendons 12 to adjust the excess length L12 of the prestressing tendons 12 is omitted, thereby improving productivity.

[0073] However, depending on the construction site, etc., it may be necessary to increase the excess length L12 of the PC steel 12, so the top surface 311 of the housing 31 may also have a second through hole 322 connected to the internal space 41.

[0074] By providing the second through-holes 322 in the top surface 311 of the housing 31, it becomes possible to freely select the extra length L12 of the PC steel members 12.

[0075] 10A to 10D show examples of the configuration of top lid part 310 having second through-hole 322. Figures 10A to 10D show cross-sectional views of top lid part 310 taken along the central axis of second through-hole 322, with a portion enlarged to make the shape of second through-hole 322 easier to understand.

[0076] 10A to 10D, the second through hole 322 is provided to connect the upper surface 311 and the lower surface 3111 of the upper cover part 310 arranged on the bottom surface 313 side of the housing 31. The shape and size of the second through hole 322 are not particularly limited, and the size and shape can be selected so that the PC steel member 12 can pass through.

[0077] As shown in Fig. 10A, the second through hole 322 may have a columnar shape, such as a cylindrical shape. When the second through hole 322 has a cylindrical shape, the minimum diameter D322, which is the inner diameter at the narrowest point, may be larger than the outer diameter of the PC steel member 12. The same applies to the embodiments shown in Figs. 10B to 10D below.

[0078] Furthermore, when the second through hole 322 is provided, the second through hole 322 may be tapered or have a chamfered portion so that the PC steel member 12 can be inserted smoothly into the second through hole 322.

[0079] 10B, the second through hole 322 may have a tapered shape that widens from the top surface 311 toward the bottom surface 313 of the housing 31, i.e., toward the bottom surface 3111. By making the second through hole 322 have a tapered shape that widens from the top surface 311 toward the bottom surface 313, it becomes easier to insert the prestressing steel member 12 into the second through hole 322, and the fastener 15 can be easily installed in the prestressing steel member 12.

[0080] 10C and 10D, the second through hole 322 may have a chamfered portion 3221 on the bottom surface 313 side of the housing 31. When the second through hole 322 has the chamfered portion 3221, it becomes easier to insert the PC steel member 12 into the second through hole 322, and the fixing device 15 can be easily installed in the PC steel member 12.

[0081] The shape of chamfered portion 3221 is not particularly limited, and the cross-sectional shape may be a straight line as shown in FIG. 10C, or a curved line as shown in FIG. 10D.

[0082] In addition, by providing a second through hole 322 on the upper surface 311 of the housing 31 and providing a lid to open and close the second through hole 322, it is possible to configure the housing 31 so that it can perform both functions when the second through hole 322 is provided and when the second through hole 322 is not provided. (2) Fixtures As will be described later, it is preferable to insert the fixing tool 15 through the opening 411 of the housing 31 and then fix the fixing tool installation jig 30 of this embodiment to the fixing tool 15. Therefore, the fixing tool installation jig 30 of this embodiment can have a fixing tool 33, which is arranged on the bottom surface 313 side of the housing 31 and can be configured to fix the housing 31 to the fixing tool 15.

[0083] Fixing device 33 is not particularly limited as long as it is a member that can fix housing 31 to fixing device 15 inserted into internal space 41 through opening 411 of housing 31 . (If the fixing device is a screw) For example, a screw hole penetrating into the internal space 41 can be provided in the side surface 312 of the housing 31, and a screw inserted into the screw hole can serve as the fixing device 33. In this case, the fixing device 15 can be fixed or released by tightening or loosening the screw serving as the fixing device 33.

[0084] The shape of the screw is not particularly limited, and for example, as shown in Figures 3 to 6, the end surface 331 (see Figure 4) exposed to the outside can be used as the head of the screw, and the head can be provided with a tool hole such as a hexagonal socket, a Phillips groove, a flathead groove, etc. With this configuration, the screw, which is the fixing device 33, can be tightened or loosened with a tool such as a screwdriver or a wrench.

[0085] Furthermore, when fastener 33 is a screw, it may be one or more types selected from a thumbscrew (FIG. 6) and a screw with a clamp lever (FIG. 7), as shown in Figures 6 and 7, so that the screw can be easily tightened and loosened without using a tool. Note that in Figures 6 and 7, fourth fastener 33D is shown visible so that the shape of fourth fastener 33D can be seen.

[0086] When the fasteners 33 are screws, it is preferable to provide multiple fasteners 33 along the outer periphery of the housing 31 so that the fastener installation jig 30 can be fixed with sufficient strength to the fasteners 15 inserted into the housing 31 and so that the position of the fasteners 15 within the housing 31 can be adjusted. In the fastener installation jig 30 shown in FIGS. 3 to 7, four fasteners (first fastener 33A, second fastener 33B, third fastener 33C, and fourth fastener 33D) are provided along the outer periphery of the housing 31, but this is not limited to this configuration. When the fasteners 33 are screws, two, three, or five or more fasteners 33 may be provided along the outer periphery of the housing 31. However, from the viewpoint of improving workability when fixing the fastener installation jig 30 to the fasteners 15, when the fasteners 33 are screws, it is preferable that the number of fasteners 33 be five or less.

[0087] When the fasteners 33 are screws and there are a plurality of such screws, it is preferable that the distance between adjacent screws that are fasteners 33 along the outer periphery of the housing 31 is constant, as shown in the bottom view of FIG.

[0088] If the fasteners 33 are screws, as mentioned above, some or all of the screws may be one or more types selected from thumb screws, screws with clamp levers, etc. When fixing or releasing the fastener installation jig 30 to the fastener 15, it is not necessary to tighten or loosen all of the screws, so for example, some of the screws on the fasteners 33 may be the above-mentioned thumb screws or screws with clamp levers.

[0089] For example, as shown in Figures 6 and 7, the screws that are not installed in opposing positions, such as the first fixing device 33A and the fourth fixing device 33D, can be thumb screws or screws with clamp levers, and the remaining screws can be screws with tool holes. (If the fixture is a magnet) The fixing device 33 is not limited to a screw type, but may be a magnet type or the like.

[0090] When a magnet is used as the fixing device, a magnet holder 80 can be provided as fixing device 33 on the bottom surface 313 side of housing 31, as shown in FIG. 8, for example. Magnet holder 80 is a device that changes the position of a magnet (magnet) arranged inside by operating lever 81, thereby changing the magnitude of the magnetic force acting on members such as fixing device 15 arranged on inner peripheral surface 82. With magnet holder 80, it is possible to change the state of adhesion to fixing device 15 and separation by changing the magnitude of the magnetic attraction force. While FIG. 8 shows an example in which lever 81 is provided on the bottom, the present invention is not limited to this configuration, and the lever can also be provided on side surface 83, etc.

[0091] Furthermore, when a magnet is used as a fixing device, it is not limited to devices such as a magnet holder that displaces the position of a permanent magnet as described above, but it is also possible to use, for example, an electromagnet that can change the magnitude of the magnetic attraction force using an electric current and switch between an attraction state and a separation state.

[0092] Even if the fixing device 33 includes a magnet, the fixing device 33 may include a screw in addition to the magnet, for example, if the fixing device is heavy or if the magnetic force of the magnet is insufficient.

[0093] As described above, the fixing device 33 may be any member capable of fixing the fixing device installation jig 30 to the fixing device 15, and may include one or more types selected from, for example, screws and magnets, as described above.

[0094] By including one or more types of fasteners 33 selected from screws and magnets, it is possible to appropriately and easily fasten and release fastener installation jig 30 to the fastener while suppressing the cost of fastener installation jig 30. Note that fasteners 33 may be composed of only one or more types of fasteners selected from screws and magnets. (3) Jack The jack 42 is arranged in the internal space 41 of the housing 31 and can be configured to be extendable and retractable between the top surface 311 side and the bottom surface 313 side.

[0095] The fastener installation jig 30 of this embodiment is installed on a fastener 15 having a female cone 151 and a male cone 152, and then the PC steel member 12 is inserted into the through-hole of the male cone 152 of the fastener 15, thereby installing the fastener 15 on the PC steel member 12. At this time, the fastener installation jig 30 has a jack 42 that presses the male cone 152 into the through-hole of the female cone 151 while installing the fastener 15 on the PC steel member 12, thereby pushing the male cone 152 with sufficient force into the through-hole of the female cone 151. This eliminates the need to hit the male cone 152 with a hammer or the like, and allows the fastener 15 to be easily installed on the PC steel member 12 even if the space in which to install the fastener 15 is narrow.

[0096] In addition, since the male cone 152 is pressed by the jack 42 as described above, the multiple male cone members of the male cone 152 can be pressed evenly, and the ends of the male cone members can be easily aligned. Furthermore, pressure can be applied to the male cone 152 by the jack 42 as needed, so that the male cone 152 can be pressed more firmly into the through hole of the female cone 151.

[0097] The jack 42 may have any configuration as long as it is extendable between the top surface 311 side and the bottom surface 313 side, but for example, as shown in Fig. 4 etc., it has a cylinder 421 and a ram 422, and can extend and retract the ram 422. A connector 423 is provided on the cylinder 421, and by supplying hydraulic pressure or air pressure from a pump (not shown) connected to the connector 423, the length of the ram 422 exposed from the cylinder 421 can be changed as described above.

[0098] In order to connect the connector 423 to an external device such as a pump, an opening may be provided in the side surface 312 of the housing 31 so that the connector 423 can be exposed to the outside of the housing 31 .

[0099] When installing the fixing device 15 with the fixing device installation jig 30 fixed thereto on the PC steel member 12, it is preferable that the cylinder 421 and the ram 422 have a through hole 4221 along their central axes so that the PC steel member 12 can be inserted into the fixing device installation jig 30.

[0100] The size of the jack 42 is not particularly limited, but for example, the outer diameter D42 of the jack can be 63 mm or more and 73 mm or less. Also, the stroke L42 of the jack 42, i.e., the displacement length of the ram 422, can be 0 mm or more and 30 mm or less.

[0101] The fixture installation jig 30 of this embodiment can be used repeatedly, but repeated use may cause the jack 42 to malfunction. For this reason, if oil or the like is leaking from the jack 42 and a malfunction is confirmed, for example, the upper surface 311 of the housing 31 may be removed and the jack 42 may be replaced. Furthermore, as will be described later, the jack 42 may be replaced by removing the restricting member 34. (4) Backing plate The backing plate 43 is a member that comes into contact with the male cone 152 of the fixing tool 15 inserted into the housing 31 and transmits the force of the jack 42 to press the male cone 152 into the through-hole of the female cone 151. For this reason, the backing plate 43 can be positioned closer to the bottom surface 313 than the jack 42.

[0102] The backing plate 43 may have a first through hole 433 in its center so that when the fastener 15 with the fastener installation jig 30 fixed thereto is installed on the prestressing steel members 12, the prestressing steel members 12 can be inserted into the fastener installation jig 30. As shown in Fig. 4, the first through hole 433 is provided so as to penetrate between the bottom surface 313 side of the housing 31 and the top surface 311 side of the housing 31, that is, so as to connect the bottom surface 432 and the top surface 431 of the backing plate 43. Therefore, for example, as shown in Fig. 5, the backing plate 43 may have an annular shape with the first through hole 433 in its center.

[0103] The diameter of the first through hole 433 is preferably equal to or larger than the outer diameter of the PC steel member 12 so that the PC steel member 12 can be inserted. However, because the backing plate 43 comes into contact with the male cone 152, the diameter of the first through hole 433 is preferably smaller than the outer diameter of the male cone 152, specifically, the outer diameter of the surface of the male cone 152 that faces the backing plate 43.

[0104] 11A to 11C show modified examples of the first through hole 433 of the backing plate 43. Fig. 11A to Fig. 11C show cross-sectional views of the backing plate 43 taken along the central axis of the first through hole 433. Fig. 11A to Fig. 11C are schematic views that allow the shape of the first through hole 433 to be seen.

[0105] The shape of the first through-hole 433 is not particularly limited, and may have a columnar shape such as a cylindrical shape, for example, as shown in FIG.

[0106] Furthermore, in order to allow the PC steel members 12 to be inserted smoothly into the first through holes 433, the first through holes 433 may be tapered or have a chamfered portion.

[0107] 11A , the first through hole 433 may have a tapered shape that widens from the top surface 311 of the housing 31 to the bottom surface 313 of the housing 31, that is, from the top surface 431 of the backing plate 43 to the bottom surface 432. By making the first through hole 433 have a tapered shape that widens from the top surface 431 to the bottom surface 432, it becomes easier to insert the prestressing steel member 12 into the first through hole 433, and the fastener 15 can be easily installed in the prestressing steel member 12.

[0108] 11B and 11C, the first through hole 433 may have a chamfered portion 4331 on the bottom surface 313 side of the housing 31. When the first through hole 433 has the chamfered portion 4331, it becomes easier to insert the PC steel member 12 into the first through hole 433, and the fixing device 15 can be easily installed in the PC steel member 12.

[0109] The shape of the chamfered portion 4331 is not particularly limited, and the cross-sectional shape may be a straight line as shown in FIG. 11B, or a curved line as shown in FIG. 11C.

[0110] Regardless of the configuration of the first through-hole 433, it is preferable that the inner diameter D433 of the opening on the lower surface 432 side is smaller than the outer diameter of the male cone 152, specifically the outer diameter of the surface of the male cone 152 facing the backing plate 43.

[0111] The upper surface 431 of the backing plate 43 comes into contact with the jack 42, and therefore the shape can be selected to suit the jack 42. For example, it can be a flat surface corresponding to the size of the ram 422 of the jack 42.

[0112] The lower surface 432 of the backing plate 43 is the surface that comes into contact with the male cone 152 as described above, and therefore can be made flat, for example. (5) Regulatory components The fixing tool installation jig 30 of this embodiment can also have a restricting member 34 that restricts movement of the backing plate 43 toward the bottom surface 313. Providing the restricting member 34 can prevent the backing plate 43 from moving out of the housing 31 and being damaged. Furthermore, providing the restricting member 34 stabilizes the position of the backing plate 43, improving the workability when attaching the fixing tool installation jig 30 to the fixing tool 15.

[0113] The restricting member 34 is not particularly limited as long as it is configured to restrict the movement of the backing plate 43 toward the bottom surface 313 side.

[0114] The restricting member 34 may be, for example, a screw. Specifically, a screw hole that penetrates to the internal space 41 may be provided in the side surface 312 of the housing 31, and a screw inserted into the screw hole may serve as the restricting member 34. When the restricting member 34 is a screw, the backing plate 43 or the jack 42 may be removed and replaced by loosening the screw that is the restricting member 34.

[0115] The shape of the screw is not particularly limited, and for example, as in the case of the screw of the above-mentioned fixing device 33, the end face side exposed to the outside can be the head of the screw, and the head can be provided with a tool hole such as a hexagonal socket, a Phillips groove, a flathead groove, etc. With the above configuration, the screw, which is the restricting member 34, can be configured to be tightened or loosened with a tool such as a screwdriver or a wrench.

[0116] The restricting member 34 may also be provided along the inner peripheral surface of the housing and have an annular shape. Specifically, as shown in Figure 9, which is a bottom view of the fastener installation jig 30, the restricting member 34 may be an annular member 90 provided along the inner peripheral surface of the housing 31 and having an annular shape.

[0117] By making the regulating member 34 an annular member 90 having a circular ring shape that is installed along the inner surface of the housing 31, the backing plate 43 can be supported evenly along the inner surface of the housing, thereby preventing the backing plate 43 from being damaged by force being applied to certain points.

[0118] The annular member 90 can have a through hole 91 in the center, and the diameter of the through hole 91 can be larger than the diameter of the first through hole 433 of the backing plate 43. As described above, the backing plate 43 has the function of pressing the male cone 152 of the fixing tool 15. For this reason, it is preferable that the diameter of the through hole 91 be larger than the outer diameter of the male cone 152, specifically the outer diameter of the surface of the male cone 152 that faces the backing plate 43, so that the backing plate 43 and the male cone 152 can come into contact with each other.

[0119] Since the annular member 90 is a member for restricting the movement of the backing plate 43 , it is preferable that the diameter of the through hole 91 is smaller than the outer diameter of the backing plate 43 .

[0120] For example, a configuration may be adopted in which a thread groove (not shown) is provided on the inner peripheral surface of the bottom surface 313 side of the housing 31, and the annular member 90 is installed by screwing it in from the bottom surface 313 side. By configuring the annular member 90 to be attachable and detachable in this way, the backing plate 43 and the jack 42 can be removed and replaced, etc.

[0121] According to the fixing device installation jig 30 of this embodiment described above, after inserting the fixing device 15 into the internal space 41 within the housing 31, the fixing device 33 is fixed to the fixing device 15, thereby making it possible to easily install the fixing device installation jig 30 of this embodiment on the fixing device 15.

[0122] The fixing tool installation jig 30 has a jack 42 and a backing plate 43 in the internal space 41, and can press the male cone 152 of the fixing tool 15 into the through hole of the female cone 151. Therefore, when installing the fixing tool 15 on the PC steel member 12, the male cone 152 is prevented from falling off, and the multiple male cone members of the male cone 152 can be evenly pressed into the through hole 1511 of the female cone 151.

[0123] Therefore, according to the fastener installation jig 30 of this embodiment, the fastener can be easily installed on the PC steel member 12.

[0124] A method for installing a fastener using the fastener installation jig of this embodiment, that is, a method for using the fastener installation jig of this embodiment, will be described below in the fastener installation method. 3. How to install the fixings Next, a method for installing the fixing tool according to this embodiment will be described.

[0125] The fastener installation method of this embodiment can be carried out using the fastener installation jig already described, and therefore, the description of the matters already described will be omitted.

[0126] The fastener installation method of this embodiment is a method for installing a fastener having a male cone and a female cone to a prestressing steel member. The fastener installation method of this embodiment can be carried out according to the flowchart 120 shown in Figure 12, and can have the following first installation step (S1) and second installation step (S2).

[0127] Each step will be described below. (1) First installation process (S1) In the first installation step, the fixing tool installation jig 30 can be installed on the fixing tool 15 .

[0128] As described above, the fixing tool installation jig 30 can have a housing 31, a fixing tool 33, a jack 42, and a backing plate 43. The housing 31 has a cylindrical shape and an internal space 41 with an opening 411 in the bottom surface 313. The fixing tool 33 is disposed on the bottom surface 313 side and configured to fix the housing 31 to the fixing tool 15. The jack 42 is disposed in the internal space 41 and configured to be extendable between the top surface 311 side and the bottom surface 313 side. The backing plate 43 is disposed on the bottom surface 313 side of the jack 42. The backing plate 43 has a first through hole 433 provided so as to penetrate between the bottom surface 313 side and the top surface 311 side.

[0129] In the first installation step (S1), as shown in FIG. 13, the fixing tool 15 is inserted through the opening 411 of the housing 31, and the fixing tool installation jig 30 can be fixed to the fixing tool 15 and installed by the fixing tool 33.

[0130] In this case, the backing plate 43 can be positioned so that the lower surface 432 thereof contacts the upper surface of the male cone 152 constituting the fixing device 15. Furthermore, the fixing device 33 contacts the female cone 151 of the fixing device 15. In FIG. 13, a screw is used as the fixing device 33, but as described above, the fixing device 33 may be a means including a magnet, such as a magnetic holder. (2) Second installation process (S2) In the second installation process, the fixing device 15 with the fixing device installation jig 30 attached can be installed on the prestressing steel member 12. By performing the second installation process, the fixing device 15 is installed on the prestressing steel member 12, resulting in the state shown in Figure 14.

[0131] In a first embodiment, the PC steel members 12 can be installed in advance in a concrete structure 11 via a sheath 13, as shown in FIG.

[0132] In this case, in the second installation process, the fixing device 15 can be installed on the PC steel member 12 by inserting the fixed end 121, which is the end of the PC steel member 12 that has been installed in advance in the concrete structure 11, into the through hole 1521 of the fixing device 15 on which the fixing device installation jig 30 is installed.

[0133] Since the fixing tool installation jig 30 is attached to the fixing tool 15, the male cone 152 is pressed into the through hole of the female cone 151 by the jack 42. This prevents the male cone 152 from falling off when the fixed end 121 of the PC steel 12 is inserted into the through hole 1521 of the fixing tool 15.

[0134] If the second through hole 322 is not provided on the top surface 311 side of the housing 31, when the fixed end 121 of the PC steel 12 contacts the inner surface of the top surface 311 of the housing 31, it can be confirmed that the excess length L12 of the PC steel 12 is an appropriate length.

[0135] If a second through hole 322 is provided on the top surface 311 of the housing 31, the length of the PC steel member 12 exposed from the second through hole 322 can be measured, and the appropriate position of the fixing device 15 and the length of the PC steel member 12 can be selected.

[0136] At the end of the second installation step, it is preferable that the fixing device 15 is installed on the PC steel member 12 so that the female cone 151 is in contact with the support plate 14. Therefore, in the second installation step, the position of the fixing device 15 including the female cone 151 on the PC steel member 12 can be adjusted as needed, for example, by pulling the tension end 122 side of the PC steel member 12.

[0137] In a second embodiment, the PC steel members 12 are not installed in advance.

[0138] In this case, the fixing device 15 with the fixing device installation jig 30 installed can be placed so that the female cone 151 is located near the bearing plate 14 and left on standby. Then, the PC steel 12 can be inserted into the sheath 13 from the first end 11A side of the concrete structure 11, and the PC steel 12 emerging from the second end 11B side of the concrete structure 11 can be inserted into the through hole 1521 of the fixing device 15.

[0139] In this case too, if the second through hole 322 is not provided on the top surface 311 side of the housing 31, when the fixed end 121 of the PC steel 12 contacts the inner surface of the top surface 311 of the housing 31, it can be confirmed that the excess length L12 of the PC steel 12 is an appropriate length.

[0140] If a second through hole 322 is provided on the top surface 311 of the housing 31, the length of the PC steel member 12 exposed from the second through hole 322 can be measured, and the appropriate position of the fixing device 15 and the length of the PC steel member 12 can be selected.

[0141] In addition, in the second installation step, the position of the female cone 151 on the PC steel member 12 can be adjusted, if necessary, by pulling the tension end 122 side of the PC steel member 12, for example.

[0142] In either embodiment, the male cone 152 can be further pressed into the through hole of the female cone 151 by the jack 42, if necessary. During the first installation step and the second installation step, it is preferable to visually check the state of the prestressing steel 12 inserted inside the housing 31, the fixing device 15, and the jack 42 through the window 321 provided in the side surface 312 of the housing 31, if necessary. After the second installation step is completed, the fixing device 33 may be released from the fixing device 15, and the fixing device installation jig 30 may be removed from the fixing device 15. The fixing device installation jig 30 may be removed from the fixing device 15 after the tensioning step described below.

[0143] By carrying out the second installation process, the fixing device 15 can be installed on the fixed end 121 side of the PC steel member 12. After the second installation process is completed, the tensioning process can be carried out to introduce tension into the PC steel member 12.

[0144] In the tensioning process, for example, after placing a support plate or a fixing device on the tensioning end 122 side, the tensioning end 122 side can be pulled by a jack 16 to introduce tension into the PC steel member 12.

[0145] According to the fastener installation method of this embodiment described above, the fastener installation jig described above can be used to install the fastener 15 on the PC steel member 12. Therefore, after inserting the fastener 15 into the internal space 41 in the housing 31, the housing 31 can be fixed to the fastener 15 with the fixing device 33, and the fastener installation jig 30 of this embodiment can be easily installed on the fastener 15.

[0146] The fixing tool installation jig 30 has a jack 42 and a backing plate 43 in the internal space 41, and can press the male cone 152 of the fixing tool 15 into the through hole of the female cone 151. Therefore, when installing the fixing tool 15 on the PC steel member 12, the male cone 152 is prevented from falling off, and the multiple male cone members of the male cone 152 can be evenly pressed into the through hole 1511 of the female cone 151.

[0147] Therefore, according to the fastener installation method of this embodiment, the fastener can be easily installed on the PC steel member 12. [Example]

[0148] The present invention will be explained below by giving specific examples, but the present invention is not limited to these examples.

[0149] The conditions and results of each experiment are explained below: Experiment 1 is an example, and Experiment 2 is a comparative example. [Experimental Example 1] As shown in FIG. 1, a fixing tool 15 having a male cone 152 and a female cone 151 was installed on the fixed end 121 side of the PC steel member 12.

[0150] Specifically, the above-mentioned fixing device 15 was installed on the fixed end 121 side of the PC steel member 12 using the fixing device installation jig 30 already described and shown in Figures 3 to 5, according to the flowchart 120 shown in Figure 12. Note that the fixing device installation jig 30 does not have a second through hole 322. (1st installation process (S1)) First, in the first installation step (S1), the fixing tool installation jig 30 was installed on the fixing tool 15.

[0151] The fixture installation jig 30 used includes a housing 31 , a fixture 33 , a jack 42 , and a backing plate 43 .

[0152] The housing 31 has a cylindrical shape and has an internal space 41 with an opening 411 on the bottom surface 313 side. A jack 42 and a backing plate 43 are arranged in the internal space 41. The outer diameter D411 of the opening 411 is 76 mm, the thickness T31 of the housing 31 is 4 mm, and the height H41 of the internal space 41 is 80 mm. The housing 31 is made of SGP (Carbon steel pipes for ordinary piping).

[0153] Fixture 33 is disposed on the bottom surface 313 side of housing 31. Fixture 33 is specifically a screw installed in a screw hole provided in side surface 312 of housing 31, with end surface 331 (see FIG. 4) exposed to the outside serving as the head of the screw, and a hexagonal hole provided in the head.

[0154] As shown in the bottom view of FIG. 5, four fasteners 33 were provided along the outer periphery of the housing 31 so that the distance between adjacent screws serving as fasteners 33 was constant.

[0155] A hydraulic jack was used as the jack 42. The jack 42 had an outer diameter of 65 mm and a stroke of 15 mm.

[0156] The backing plate 43 is disposed closer to the bottom surface 313 than the jack 42. The backing plate 43 has an annular shape with a first through hole 433 in the center into which the PC steel 12 can be inserted, and the diameter of the first through hole 433 is equal to or greater than the outer diameter of the PC steel 12 and smaller than the outer diameter of the surface of the male cone 152 that faces the backing plate 43. The first through hole 433 is provided so as to penetrate between the bottom surface 313 side and the top surface 311 side of the housing 31.

[0157] An upper surface 431 and a lower surface 432 of the backing plate 43 are flat surfaces.

[0158] The movement of the backing plate 43 toward the bottom surface 313 is restricted by a restricting member 34 which is a screw installed in a screw hole provided in the side surface 312 of the housing 31 .

[0159] In the first installation step (S1), the fixing tool 15 was inserted into the internal space 41 from the opening 411, and the fixing tool installation jig 30 was installed and fixed to the fixing tool 15 by the fixture 33. The outer diameter D15 of the fixing tool 15 used was 65 mm. (Second installation process (S2)) In the second installation step (S2), the fixing tool 15 having the fixing tool installation jig 30 attached thereto was installed on the PC steel member 12.

[0160] As shown in Figure 1, the prestressing steel members 12 were installed in advance within the concrete structure 11 via the sheath 13. Therefore, in the second installation process (S2), the fixing device 15 was installed on the prestressing steel members 12 by inserting the fixed end 121, which is the end of the prestressing steel member 12 that had been installed in the concrete structure 11, into the through hole 1521 of the fixing device 15 in which the fixing device installation jig 30 was installed.

[0161] Because the fixing tool installation jig 30 is attached to the fixing tool 15, the male cone 152 is pressed into the through hole of the female cone 151 by the jack 42. Therefore, when the fixed end 121 side of the PC steel 12 is inserted into the through hole 1521 of the fixing tool 15, the male cone 152 is prevented from falling off, etc.

[0162] It was also confirmed that the fixed end 121 of the PC steel member 12 was in contact with the inner peripheral surface of the upper surface 311 of the housing 31, so that the excess length L12 of the PC steel member 12 was an appropriate length.

[0163] At the end of the second installation step (S2), the fixing tool 15 was installed on the PC steel member 12 so that the female cone 151 was in contact with the support plate 14. After the end of the second installation step (S2), some of the screws of the fixing tool 33 were loosened, and the fixing tool installation jig 30 was removed from the fixing tool 15.

[0164] It was confirmed that the above process prevents the male cone 152 from falling off when the fixing device 15 is installed on the PC steel member 12, and that the multiple male cone members of the male cone 152 can be evenly pressed into the through holes 1511 of the female cone 151.

[0165] Therefore, the fixing device could be easily installed on the PC steel member 12.

[0166] After the second installation process was completed, a support plate and fixing devices were also placed on the tension end 122 side, and the tension end 122 side was pulled by a jack 16 to introduce tension into the PC steel member 12. [Experimental Example 2] Without using the fixing tool installation jig 30, a female cone 151 and a male cone 152 were placed on the fixed end 121 side of the PC steel member 12, and the male cone 152 was struck with a hammer to attempt to push it between the PC steel member 12 and the female cone 151.

[0167] However, since there was not enough space around the fixed end 121 of the PC steel member 12, the hammer could not be swung up, and the male cone 152 could not be pushed between the PC steel member 12 and the female cone 151. [Explanation of symbols]
