Abstract

A charging device 30 is provided with a lightning rod 31 and charging circuits 32 connected between the lightning rod 31 and ground. A wire 11 is dropped from a drone 10 in the air toward the lightning rod 31 of the charging device 30, and the lower end of the wire 11 is brought close to the lightning rod 31. Lightning is caused by generation of a discharge phenomenon between the lower end of the wire 11 and the lightning rod 31, and a lightning surge is passed through the charging circuits 32 via the wire 11 and the lightning rod 31.
